Mervelee Myers put on record how Housing for Women, MCP Contractor, Devonsonshires Solicitors LLP, Housing Ombudsman Service and HMCTS and CPS and CJS and MOPAC and SRA and BSB and CCMCC and IOPC and JCIO and HMPPS and CLCC are participant in the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION of the past 23 years living at 16 Alma Grove, Bermondsey London SE1 5PY. Therefore, the following case – Case Reference: K02CL827 and any other claims in this matter must take into consideration recent developments in the Housing Ombudsman asking for volunteers for RESEARCH for Department of Housing about how landlords communicate with tenants about maladministration. As a member of the “Residential Panel” I am requesting that the following is used to support my ARGUMENTS of how Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP breached the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics when Narin Masera sent me letter for POSSESSION in July 2023.
My arguments are based on why I have to turn to the Small Claims Court to seek justice from those involved in the Systemic Discrimination after the death of my mother with dementia. Housing for Women and their contractor MCP left me and my visitor traumatised leaving US to be using a toilet without any cover or seat. It is unhygienic as enough water is not coming in the tank to flush the toilet. We have to fill containers to wash away when we use the toilet. The visitor’s phone fell in the toilet leaving her TRAUMATISED as all her details are stored on the phone. After begging staff at H4W and MCP to sort out the matter. MCP dragged their feet before making an appointment for the 27th September 2024. No one showed up and I was sent another appointment for the 2nd October 2024. I had to go out but on my return did not see any notification that MCP showed up.
Let me inform Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors that in line with the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics I will address this response with the seriousness it deserves as a person who was responsible for SAFEGUARDING my husband and Ms Gilchrist who needs URGENT support to stop TERRORISING me and getting support from H4W and the Metropolitan Police to continue the hate crimes.

MM Response: Is the priority like how Samantha Gibbs coerced my neighbour who needs SUPPORT to deal with her CONDITIONS to target me from she joined H4W in April 2022 and sent me invite to ASB meeting in May 2022.

The Claimant response to the Defendant as follows, Mervelee Myers will be relying on the fact that I have no legal training and has been representing myself in โLegal Affairsโ from 2008 at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery. I will be drawing on the fact that I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudsonโs research paper for the Policy Studies Institute. โThe Experience of Multiple Discrimination recommended to ACAS to argue my case. Because an email response from 2010 is in the BUNDLE prepared for their client Housing for Women. I will therefore, be saying I am not familiar with CPR 3.4 (2)(a) โ (c) and do not have time to read up about it. I am DEPRESSED and dying slowly of torture as I wrote to my former employers on the eve of โMothering Sundayโ 14 March 2015.

Both the 1st and 2nd Claim were issued via the Online Civil Money Claims Pilot (the Pilot). I am awaiting to find out where we go from here.
Devonshires do not have any rights to order the Claims to be struck out.
Application to strike out Claims
I do not have much time to waste so I will be specific and stick to the relevant information to address the Claims.
The Defendant in acting for their Client Housing for Women (H4W) in relation to the ongoing injunctive committal (Claim Number: K02CL827) and possession proceedings (Claim Number: K05EC530) brought against the Claimant in the Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court. Devonshires Solicitors LLP knows that the injunction is unlawful and therefore not a legitimate claim on behalf of their Client.
The injunction order that was made against the Claimant is UNLAWFUL based on the evidence that was refused, some of which can be accessed online via my YouTube Channels. The Defendant will be charged for DEFAMATION blaming me for the Anti-Social_Behaviours of H4W that coerced the Neighbours to target me after Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert were employed at H4W in 2022. I will be using my Partnership Working with the Metropolitan Police in August 2023 to prove I was not engaging in any ASB during the month of August 2023 when the Defendant claim I was breaching the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION https://youtu.be/FOGwwIMgl9E?si=ywkXhuDqceXkNZcf.
I refused to waste my time addressing Devonshires Solicitors in how they colluded with H4W to target vulnerable women and get HMCTS to carry out their biddings. As stated, before I refuse to entertain the Defendantโs continuing DEFAMATION and directing the Court to REQUEST for JUDGEMENT against H4W and Stephen Agera and NHS England. The Complaints against H4W 2022000052 and 2024000031 and 20240000273 are proof that the Defendant has knowingly represented their Client who is guilty of targeting vulnerable tenants. I will advise the Court to take a look at Change.org 18/8/23 HP 15/8/23 We are Being FAILED. Is Devonshires Solicitors LLP saying the fact that my visitor and I are TTRAUMATISED by not having the bathroom facilities and having her phone falling in the toilet am a nuisance for trying to get help? Every time that the Defendant use any breaches of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics it will be noted as GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY.
When the evidence is presented the proof will be seen that from Narin Masera sent me POSSESSION letter in July 2023 the Defendant was in breach of the Equality Act GDPR and Charter of Rights. The Defendant will have to tell the Court who at H4W wants me out.
The Court did not make any findings of fact the Claimant engaged in any ASB other than defend myself using the RESOURCES available from I joined Social Media in 2009 and creating content. How many vulnerable women and their families has the Defendant got the Court to issue with INJUNCTION?
Since I paid for the first Court Order to be issued I want to know who will strike out my Claims. Because District Judge Sterlini who labelled me a VIOLENT NUISANCE on EMANCIPATION DAY 2023 was involved with the strike out of my Claims with Winsome Duncan that reached Telephone Conciliation. Claim Number: F22YM276 was transferred to CLCC by District Judge Bell dated 5 December 2019. This is the same DJ Bell who has breached my RIGHTS in the handling of the Claims including Barrister Ryan Clement F56YJ215 that judgement was passed to pay back my money. I am still waiting to be paid. The Court Enforcement Services LTD – 6011794982 now targeted me .
Application for Civil Restraint Order
The Claimant will ask that the actions of Barrister Samantha Jones be investigated before granting the Defendant the ECRO F03CL973. Barrister Samantha Jones went to great lengths via the Court to get this Order that was not granted. In continuing to SLANDER the Claimant the Defendant will be exposed for their UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT. District Judge Bell was involved in this case too. Matthew Bradley appeared for Barrister Samantha Jones. DDJ Hunter transferred F20YM999 referred HHJ Dight to consider making a civil restraint order. Claim Numbers: F22YM276, F56YJ215, F21YM135, F21YM001, F20YM999, F0YM907 and F21YM003. Names to consider DDJ Hunter, HHJ Dight and His Honour Judge Lethem and HHJ Parfitt. I would appreciate if the Defendant RESTRAIN all those targeting me from H4W and the NEIGHBOUR from HELL.

Prepared breakfast, ate and commented about the sourness of the last Satsuma I sucked. I was stood over the sink washing up when I felt this sharp PAIN between my breast. I was alerted when there was another in quick succession & I was doubled over the sink. Told Tom & he said to take deep breathes in/out. Contemplating whether to call the GP or go classes. Felt some relief so went to classes. Was aware of the niggling pains in the pit of my stomach so decided to visit A&E. Called Tom to let him know what was happening. Got assessed & had to do ECG, which was done by a Trainee Nurse from Manchester. Such show of professionalism, making me reassured the NHS is in the same hands of the Future Generations of Health Care Professionals. I waited & waited… Tom showed up & I keep asking when is my turn. I was 2nd in line for hours & then I was 1st… I waited & waited… When I am ANXIOUS there are certain functions I can’t do – eating is one such. Luckily I have Foodstuff in my bag because TOM came out without eating anything much. He admonished me for saying he didn’t have to come out…I was just about to go back to the Nurse who thanked me for my patience – Yes for the Psychopaths at that Organisation that labelled Mervelee Myers, I do know when to wear my many Hats – Corporative, Professional, Assertive, etc., etc… The doctor came to get me as I got up to go back to the Nurse. Maybe 1 of my son’s age Kevin Murray & Valdin Legister , but I did not cross those boundaries by asking. He was surprised at the long wait, by this time I was doing 5+ hours. He told me to blame Jeremy Hunt. So now I’ll have to go back to the drawing board writing more Open Letters to government, etc, etc… As I told the doctor I am a Social Media Advocate to change the SYSTEMS that are making the vulnerable Scapegoats & Victims.My tests are positive & doctor was surprised at my Healthy Status despite my Deficits & Limitations. Let me start out with this https://merveleeadvocacy.com/…/without-prejudice-proof…/. I was at CLCC on 2/9/2020 for Claim Number: F03CL973 with Barrister Samantha Jones to be conducted by Designated Civil District Judge HHJ Marc Dight. Upon doing my research I found HHJ Dight had a misconduct issued on 19/5/2020. At Court there were whisperings between the Judge and Mr Bradley and that became evident when I got the written judgment with the name HHJ Parfitt. I was not considered good enough to be informed of the changes.
Let me share an insight into HHJ Parfitt and the way he set about acting like the obviously RACIST BIGOT he is. I was not allowed to argue my case, and this is just how I was treated by the Judiciary Of England And Wales in the long running saga of Institutional Discrimination against me. I have since made a Complaint against him. The caseworker name is Vincent Umeukeje who is to contact me from 8/10/2020. The case CRM: 0055203 with Reference – 33448/20 is still outstanding. This joins the lists of complaints that have gone to Reviews. Or the Claims sent to CLCC for HHJ Dight to impose Restraint Order.
Let me share “HHJ Dight has been subject to an investigation into his conduct following complaints of a serious delay in producing a judgment. The Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice found that the delay was unacceptable and concluded that HHJ Dight’s behaviour amounted to misconduct having fallen below the standards expected of a member of the Judiciary. They have issued HHJ Dight with formal advice”.
In light of the Charter Of Rights 12 Codes I must challenge the Judiciary Of England & Wales and the Criminal Justice System for the discrimination against me with the 2nd miscarriages of justice and Police coming to section me from malicious report. Back 3 years later to murder me to say I committed SUICIDE.
I have been targeted by Social Media where I was once an influencer. I only have Facebook left but the terrorism triggering my PTSD, I only go to get my FB Memories. Jamaican has seen almost 60,000 births to mothers under age 20 over the last decade.
A whopping total of 59,591 births to adolescents were recorded between 2009 and 2019, according to data provided by the Statistical Institute of Jamaica (Statin). This number accounts for 16 per cent of total births within the period.
The years: 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 saw the highest percentage of such occurrences with 17; 17.9; 18; 18; and 17 per cent, respectively.
In addition, the Jamaica Observer has learnt that some of the young mothers account for multiple births.
Dr O’Neil Ankle, principal at Jonathan Grant High School, told the Sunday Observer that prior to the novel coronavirus pandemic he counted more than 18 young women at his school who had already had a child.
โOne of them already had two children. That’s the same reason I was going on like that. I met with 18 of them and we talked and shared things. And these children are not dunce. They are bright,โ he said.
Ankle was making reference to a virtual orientation session, that went viral last September, in which he was heard telling his young male students: โTwo minute man unnuโฆ put a block pon yuh penis and calm yuhself and concentrate pon the nine or five subjects that you’re going to do and stop focus pon front.โ

โAnd to take care of that child and manage education where you want to have your subjects and move on to university, those two things don’t really walk in the same lane because you now have the responsibility to try and get an education and to take care of a mouth that you never really prepared for,โ he added, noting that in most cases the fathers leave the young mothers to fend for themselves or drop out of school.
Former national director of Jamaica Youth for Christ (JYC), Reverend Herro Blair Jr told the Sunday Observer that the number of births to adolescents was alarming. He further reasoned that these births contribute to the โdecline of Jamaicaโ.
โA vast majority of these children will be the boys that are standing on the roadside. A vast majority will be the children who have children. The worst thing happening in Jamaica right now is, one, our uncontrollable desire to allow the sexual culture to go the way it is going; and two, the fact that this large number of teenage pregnancies is contributing to the negative climate and the negative economy of our country,โ said Blair Jr.
โWhen I was growing up, children went to church even if their parents didn’t go to church. Now, a lot of those children are not even going to church. So, when I meet a boy in Olympic Gardens and he tells me that he’s 15 years old and he’s a gunman, I can understand because he has no sense of value.โ
The lack of value for life, he reasoned, has to be addressed.
โYou look at our gunmen today, just walking up in crowds and shooting up people, or just doing whatever they want. They’ve lost all sense of value for life. Spend time and money on making sure that the children โ those being born today and those in primary school today โ learn the life skill of conflict resolution, respect and value so that as they grow, the country itself can be a better place,โ Blair Jr said.
But early pregnancy does not mean that all is lost, argued 31-year-old Petagay Pinnock, who became a mother at age 15. Today, she has five Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) subjects and is a scholarship recipient at University College of the Caribbean (UCC).
โMy advice to teen mothers is to go right back to schoolโฆ don’t wait,โ she said.
โThere are places that are free or come with a small cost. I know it’s hard and you might think there’s no way to get back on track, but I can tell you there’s always a way. You just have to be determined to succeed and you will. If I was as determined as I am now, I would have already achieved all I’m achieving now. Otisa Wilmoth, past head girl of Green Pond High School, also got pregnant during high school. With six grade ones in grade 11, Wilmoth was the top CSEC performer at Green Pond in 2020.
She hopes her success, despite her pregnancy, shows other young girls in a similar situation that it is not the end of the road.
โMy words of advice are to never give up and they should believe in themselves and know that if they weren’t strong, they would not have been able to survive child-birth. It’s not the end of the road for them as there will always be trials and struggles, but we are mothers now and our children need us to pave the way for a better future for them,โ she said.
โBeing a teenaged mom means that it’s not just you anymore; you have a young one looking up to you. They need to see that you are strong and that you are doing what’s right,โ Wilmoth stated.
She added that many teen moms get pregnant a second time because their families turn their backs on them.
โDon’t let that stop you. People will always leave when things aren’t in their interest or going their way anymore. Just know that a higher education is what’s going to prove to the world that we are survivors, and one wrong judgement in life can’t spoil our futures forever. We are going to continue to work hard and excel because we are not just living for ourselves, we are living for our child as well. I will never let anyone, or anything, stop me because my son is counting on me,โ Wilmoth told the Sunday Observer.
However, Principal Ankle believes that there is need for guidance for youngsters, especially young men.
โI don’t know where the fathers are who can help these young men to understand that listen, what is between your legs is not something that you throw all over the place. It’s something that you manage under control. And I can’t say it any plainer. It makes no sense I pretty up this. Boys getting these girls pregnant… adults getting these girls pregnant… soldiers are getting these girls pregnant… all pastors get involved in it too. I have seen some casesโฆ trust me, I can write a book,โ Ankle said.
โThey believe that they can go around and become sperm donors because it’s an image in our society. It’s an image that we need to get rid of. They just believe they can go around and have children and move to the next girl โ and it’s something that I’ve been trying to get into the boys at Johnathan Grant. When you see me go on the way I went on, it’s because I live it. I experience it yearly,โ he said.
Startled by the data on pregnancy among adolescents, Reverend Stephen Smith, Baptist minister and guidance counsellor at Calabar High School, called for swift justice, especially for underaged girls who are impregnated.
โThese figures are quite staggering. In fact, they are alarming. It speaks to what is happening in our society and what needs to be done as it relates to those who are responsible for impregnating those who are underage, according to the law. We need, as a nation, to allow the law where these things are concerned to have teeth,โ he said.
Outside of that, he said: โThe Church must continue to play its part through its teachings to help young people to understand that they should wait until they reach adulthood and have their careers clear before them, before they think of becoming parents.โ

I will stop wearing my heart on my sleeve and start shielding myself from hurt like #Mama did. So as of now I will adhere to the Facebook Profile which I snatched… Will I ever stop #Loving, no? But as of now it’s on my #TermsAlone. Anyone, no matter who, want to be a part of my life and #SharemyLOVE will have to prove they are #Worthy.
I am just trying to come to terms with my life. Papa’s early onset #ParkinsonDisease that change the #FamilyDynamics. Most of all Mama’s strength in carrying on despite the odds in keeping her #FamilyTogether. She did not have the #EmotionalIntelligence to communicate her situation, but she lived a life of #Servitude_Caring_Sharing until it was her time to be cared for.
I will go into the NY 2017 knowing I have given of my best unstinting and there’s nothing I could have done differently. I won’t give up on love, I will be the same old me… But I have to #ProtectMyself from the hurt inflicted from #December2013 to date. I will shed my tears, lick my wounds, appreciate my blessings and move on with my life.
As of now anyone is welcome under my #Terms_Conditions. I will stop pinning after lost love, missed opportunities and worrying about what others think or do. Borrowing from a #Friend_Only_God_Alone_Can_Judge_Us! If God doesn’t decree it and it is done in mysterious ways, it will be #Revealed.

Fight4justice is feeling motivated in Bermondsey. ยท Last night, I was going through 1 of those missing my MOTHER moments. Why, because I was in Jamaica from 22nd December 2013 to 22nd January 2014. Although I diagnosed Mama #Dementia, nothing prepared me to see her a shadow of her former self. The 4 weeks I spent with Mama further help to define the person who I am today. I am not saying I’m always right and as my horoscope state, I am learning everyday to accept I need to be more tolerant of others and stop thinking about me myself and I only.
