I was there on Friday. The Employment Tribunal Services going to line up the #judges who perverted the course of justice for their stint in #jail.
Worked in the West Indies as a Basic School #Teacher. Done 1 year as a Teaching #Assistant. Worked in the UK from 1999. Studied at Lambeth College College and For members of the OU- Open university Open University. Held positions as Pre-School Leader. EYFS coordinator and SENCO and the Multigenerational Approach Facilitator. Done various training over the years. Trained as Learning Support Assistant in 2016. Done #mentoring for colleagues. The situation with Mrs Myersโ neighbour has unfortunately escalated. Mrs Myers advises me that on Christmas Eve, the neighbour was knocking and kicking the door so hard that Mrs Myers had to barricade her own flat door to feel safe.
I would welcome a response on this issue in a format I am able to share with Mervelee Myers.
I have recently been contacted by Mervelee Myers regarding her neighbour at 16A.
My constituent is concerned that she is being penalised by Housing 4 Women criticizing her neighbour who destroyed the plants and flowers she and her husband planted in the communal garden for everyone to enjoy. It would appear that this neighbour dispute escalated between the 2 with my constituent videoing her neighbour’s antisocial behaviour from the safety of her own property (not an illegal activity), which has also resulted in police involvement.
She is also concerned that her journal on the H4W Portal, where she documented all her concerns and also included various communications with your organisation including a history of her repairs to her property, including other issues pertinent to her.
Can Housing4Women please confirm what issues remain outstanding from her neighbour dispute and when do they expect the Portal to be back online, and will she be able to access her journal and all its previous content?
I would be grateful if you could look into the points raised, and advise what options are available to resolve the situation.

The situation with Mrs Myersโ neighbour has unfortunately escalated. Mrs Myers advises me that on Christmas Eve, the neighbour was knocking and kicking the door so hard that Mrs Myers had to barricade her own flat door to feel safe.
I would welcome a response on this issue in a format I am able to share with Mervelee Myers.
I have recently been contacted by Mervelee Myers regarding her neighbour at 16A.
My constituent is concerned that she is being penalised by Housing 4 Women criticizing her neighbour who destroyed the plants and flowers she and her husband planted in the communal garden for everyone to enjoy. It would appear that this neighbour dispute escalated between the 2 with my constituent videoing her neighbour’s antisocial behaviour from the safety of her own property (not an illegal activity), which has also resulted in police involvement.
She is also concerned that her journal on the H4W Portal, where she documented all her concerns and also included various communications with your organisation including a history of her repairs to her property, including other issues pertinent to her.
Can Housing4Women please confirm what issues remain outstanding from her neighbour dispute and when do they expect the Portal to be back online, and will she be able to access her journal and all its previous content?
I would be grateful if you could look into the points raised, and advise what options are available to resolve the situation.

Was going to the market when I saw this elderly lady battling against the ELEMENTS! 1st thing that came to my mind was how inappropriately she was dressed 4 the weather? 1 foot with stocking & 1 in socks, in a 3/4 pants. I called the Police 3 times before they turned up and did not come because of my call. They came to harass, bully and intimidate me on behalf of Housing for Women. The CAD 4591/12JAN23 PC 2634AS and PC 3076AS. Whilst am at it let me list in no particular order the TERRORISM of Samantha Gibbs and Debbie Gilchrist from I wrote the letter to Housing for Women to be kept on my FILE. Because Housing For Women will be exposed for what they are.

Went into Court saying she was there to hear me Sentence. But Tim Bittlestone takes the biscuits. Because he was in Court to build his status to say he stopped me going to jail. But we will have the book about the corruption.

I am not able to investigate allegations or concerns made by you toward external agencies or organisations, including the CPS, HM Courts & Tribunals Service, and the NHS. 27. My son and I were treated like CRIMINALS on 8/8/2024 and him witnessing theDISCRIMINATION by the POLICE is the cause of the High Blood Pressure as he is SCARED they will IMPRISON and EVICTME. Have to come to FB to share my thoughts since I have being given a very Cold Reception on another SM site. The language being used by 2 guys were disgusting & RACIST… She wanted to intervene because as a Mother of teenagers she had similar experiences, but was concerned for her safety. This time the perpetrators were well dressed white males who one would expect to behave differently. When we see others out in public we can’t tell by looking about there heritage, so therefore we should not make judgements about their identity! With that thought in mind I got the bus home instead of walking as I got me a bargain in Tesco on Soap Powder. Got to the bus stop at Tottenham Court Rd & the #25 bus came & a Mother is trying to get on board with her buggy. Imagine my disbelief when the driver refused to let her on after much pleading & shut the door in her face. I’d looked in the bus & there was only 1 other buggy, so I did not understand why the Mother was refused entry? Went over to asks the reasons for her to be left behind & she said the driver said there was no space. The Mother said he was probably drugged up or drunk & she should have got his #! I felt really bad for the tiny wee Baby when it started Screaming out in the Cold. What really made my blood even boiled more is the fact that it was a young black man who is the driver Then I started thinking about why the other Mother had to buy such a big buggy when she is relying on public transport? Those size of buggy should only be used by persons who have their own private vehicles. So that they don’t inconvenience the other users of public transport! It don’t take lots to get my back up! ยท Complainant arrived to witness Mr Tomlinson falling out of bed, the nurse accompanying the complainant did not notice this. MM Response: Nurse Betty who made matters worse by sending the young man who I believed was trying to act in a compassionate manner towards my husband must be retrained. Since she came in the room to verbally abuse me, then made allegations that I swore to trigger me whilst I was waiting outside in the corridor for Nurse Rose and colleague to complete intimate care of my husband. After I went back in the room, she called the SECURITY and lied. I am holding Nurse Betty responsible for this horrible mess that she created in the first place. I was removed from the room, because Nurse Rose and her colleague looking after my husband failed to speak up when I told the SECURITY to ask if I ABUSED anyone. Therefore, I am taking their SILIENCE as agreeing with Nurse Betty that I abused staff. I need the response to include the staff I abused.

Matters seems to be even worse than 2003-2008 when I worked at Mapother House Day Nursery and despite raising concerns to the union, LEA, CRB/DBS, HR, Ofsted. I was left to have a nervous breakdown after the death of my brother aged 56 years old with Colon Cancer. My career was ruined and I had to start my life at the bottom of the Career Ladder. Since I am the victim of CYBERBULLYING CRIMINALS taken my Intellectual Property, Copyrights, Images and CPPDP from I joined Social Media. I must be careful where I go from here. I was threatened by YouTube when I responded to the TROLLS on my own platform, I spent years creating. ยท Complainant states that nursing staff were abusive towards her and not caring for her husband appropriately. MM Response: I must deal with the specific day in particular. Nurse Betty should have noticed like I did that my husband was at risk when she entered the room. If she was doing her job as she ought to and not pressurized because of Staff Shortages. She would have had time to notice the state my husband was in. I must confess the young man was trying to help. I worked with children and was carer for my husband. He entered the room when I asked him to get help to address the matter. The fact he left the room, tells me he was not trained to address the matter. Without Prejudice I believe he understand the seriousness of the matter when he did not find anyone to address the situation. If the staff at KINGS had not disrespected me and taken the time to get to know MERVELEE MYERS, the wife of ARNOLD TOMLINSON like the staff at Guys did, we would not be addressing this COMPLAINT. The young man was just handling the Food Trolley, he did not consider getting gloves. The way he was handling my husband, I realised he was not trained. But apart from asking why I was recording him, he left the room and sent Nurse Rose in. Whilst am talking to Nurse Rose, he came back in DEMANDING I DELETE the video. He was acting as if he was going to take my phone from my bag. I asked him ASSERTIVELY to leave the room. Nurse Rose convinced him to leave. But then Nurse Betty came SHOUTING for me to stop shouting. I was not shouting, I was talking to Nurse Rose about the reasons for my Defensive Practice. I had to listen to Nurse Rose making some silly mistakes about what had happened and I never made judgements. I know what it is like working in a DEMANDING ENVIRONMENT. I tried making appointment for a meeting. The only person who cared for my husband was John. All I hear is Trevor bring VICAR, blah, blah, blahโฆ Everyone on BYRON ward including the GPs, OHT, Social Worker tried TRICK me, must be disciplined.
ยท Security staff were called and ejected (roughly handling her, causing her fingernail to break) her from the building โ she asked for her coat which was returned with money missing from the pocket. MM Response: The Body Cam from the 2 WHITE RACISTS COWARDLY security must be used in EVIDENCE. I was not just roughly handled, I had to call the Ambulance next day and taken to A&E.

I was lied to by KINGS Staff involved with husband care from the night I was called by the Social Worker. I have recorded all contacts made by KINGS staff when I realised what they were up to.

I did not get to see my husband before he died. He was still alert and would have noticed me taken from his bedside by the RACIST Police. He was TRAUMATISED the past 10 years. Belief: I was excluded when my stepson bring the vicar to visit my husband. This was communicated to me by the Nurse. I wanted to spend as much time with my husband and hopefully hold his hand. My lasting memories of my father dying without a drink of water, was mum’s disbelief. I did not see my husband from the time I was taken from his bedside. He died on his own. The Hospital failed to call me until 6 hours later. Disability: Both husband and myself. The Hospital must take responsibility for the EMOTIONAL and PHYSICAL Abuse of me and my husband. This was directed from the time I was called by the Social Worker. The lies told to trick me to take him back home without the support I was promised. Race: Security Guard. The Body CAM must used as evidence.

For a WORLD CLASS Hospital, KINGS is a DISGRACE in the DISCRIMINATION of a 101 year old man. The fact that KINGS is responsible for negligence during 2003-2008 when I worked there tells me not much have changed. I am experiencing 10 years of breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics.

Today May 12th 2013 is being celebrated as Motherโs Day around the world but not in the UK. So even thou I have been living in the UK for over 20 years I do what everyone else does and celebrate Mothering Sunday with the children I work with. However I always celebrate officially around this time because my mother and the other women who played important roles in my life are living abroad. Even thou I told my children that there is a different time for Motherโs Day in the UK, they still salute as part of the custom at this time too. My mum is the most important person in my life and for me every day is Motherโs Day as far as I am concerned. This week is also being celebrated as Dementia Awareness Week so I have decided to write about the debilitating condition that has mum in its grasp and from which there is no escape. I know for certain that she will only be released from her misery when the good Lord decided to answer our prayers and take her home to be with her loved ones.
My mum has always known, cared for and be around family friends and acquaintances who needed special support because of illnesses all of her life from she was very young. She lost children in infancy; helped to care for her dad, husband, mother; buried her brother, sons and numerous family but she was always able to bounce back. Now that the Lord has seen fit to strike her down with Dementia, this has become a trying time for her and the rest of the family. We know there is no way back and we have to do our utmost best to support her the best we can until she is called home to rest from her toils. Now that I am older and wiser I will no longer question the works of God as I did when my dad was stricken for over a decade with his illnesses. I have also come to terms with the fact that I will not be able to get rid of the DNA hence the genes I was born with and is trying to make my life as beneficial as is decently possible until the good Lord decided my time has come to be struck down with any one of my many ailments which I inherited from my parents. In the meantime I am saving my energies to make mumโs life as comfortable as possible until the rest of her remaining days here on this earth? Sometimes I get burden down along the way and as I am only human lose my cool, but like my mum I refused to keep down and will fight for a better outcome. I have decided to find an outlet for my pent up emotions and use my knowledge creatively by writing about lifeโs experiences. So I hope this medium will put me on the road to redeeming myself and enable me to become more focused about the things that are most important to me. As of today I hope I can become a better person towards everyone who crosses my paths and my children will be proud of me as a MOTHER the same way I am proud of the Mother who made me into the person I am today?
In honour of MUM
When I was born over ยฝ of a century ago my mum and gran were the 2 most dominant females in my life as I was blessed with only brothers, so I was always surrounded by males. This continued to be the norm as I was blessed with 2 younger siblings who turned out to be boys, and not the longed for sister I had wanted all my life. However I was later compensated for my lack of female siblings by the kind of long lasting relationships I forged along lifeโs journeys. These relationships have led to my having so many role models, some older, my age and even younger in a support network that span the different communities in which I am privileged to have lived. Because of growing up in a household of mostly males it is no surprise that I grew up to be a typical Tom Boy until I hit puberty when mum tried to put a stop to my Tom foolery ways without an explanation. However after much reflections I can understand mumโs rationale for trying to rope in the stubborn child whom I had become? I must confess that over the years I have morphed so much into my mum and granny that it is very much uncanny. I keep reminding myself at timesโฆ, but thatโs exactly what mum and gran would do in the same circumstances. Reminds me of some of the sayings like chip doan fly fur from block, kettle a cuss pot black, pig did ask sow wat mek your mouth long suh and sow sey bambye you will seeโฆ
As today is celebrated as MOTHERโs Day (except in UK) and Dementia Awareness Week (in UK) I must confessed that I am glad to say I still have a Mother who is 89 years and counting. However I am here harking and wishing I could turn the clock back to the time before I discovered that MUM was developing Dementia and tried to break the news to my family. Even now it is hard to get some of my siblings to understand where I am coming from about the slow deteiorations in mumโs mental health. Of late her condition has exacerbated to the point where she hardly recognises her children at times. I share moments with my big breda Balis where I am overcome with laughter or shed tears about some of the antics she gets up to. I am a very sentimental person who knows more about Mum than she even knows about herself and she has covered her vulnerability with a cloak to hide the pains and griefโs she suffered throughout her life. Like Mum I too have been covering myself with that cloak to get away from the hurts, but I guess not as successful as her as I am always overcome by emotions?
So today I am writing this little ditty as a reminder of the wonderful person MUM is and was, and I thank my lucky stars that dad chose her to be OUR Mother. Mama has had her ups and down throughout life coping with all kinds of adversities that would cause a lesser person to hand in the towel, but she never complained about her lot in life and picking the short straw. She was a stern Mother who never puts up with any foolishness from any one; she did her duties by her family, friends and community; lived an exemplary life serving her God and most of all was there to provide care and support for those who needed her services. She was a tower of strength when dad and later her mum took sick and she eventually had to go out and worked like a man to make sure her family had bread on the table.
I was in my early teens when dad took sick and over the years I watched as the burdens of life took their tools on MUM, but she never once shirked her responsibilities to her family. It breaks my heart each time I called to speak to her and sometimes she has retreated to a world of her own where even I her only daughter cannot intrude. And then when she has some clarity and says things like you are so far away and donโt have money to come and look for meโฆ? It makes matters even worse. But I have to deal with the realities of life and know that I have to continue working hard in the UK despite whatever may befall me in order to afford to give MUM a better quality of life. So it is with a heavy heart I sit here and write this tribute to my MOTHER for the years of dedicated services she has provided. I know I have inherited all Mamaโs traits and there is no escaping, but I hope Iโll be able to conduct myself with as much Dignity dealing with what life throws at me.

Action Plan – Transparency, Accountability and Trust in Policing

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has published an Action Plan to improve trust and confidence in the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) and to address community concerns about the disproportionality in the use of certain police powers affecting Black Londoners.
The Action Plan has been developed following a series of consultations with more than 400 individuals and groups that either work with or within Black communities. The work was undertaken in response to concerns raised about the disproportionate use of police powers, including stop and search, the use of force and Taser. Communities told the MPS and City Hall that they wanted to see increased transparency in police actions, decisions and communications; a police service that better reflects the city it serves; and improved community monitoring and involvement in reviewing the disproportionate use of police powers and complaints.
The Mayor recognises the progress made by the MPS since the Macpherson Inquiry more than 20 years ago. It is more transparent and more accountable than at any time in its history and is more representative of London with more than 5,000 Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic officers, up from just over 3,000 a decade ago.
But it is clear more needs to be done. City Hall figures show Black Londoners have less confidence and less trust in the MPS than white Londoners and that there remains a persistent disproportionality in the way certain police powers affect Black Londoners.
The Mayor wants all communities across London to feel they are able to trust their police service and have confidence that the police use their powers to keep them safe. Itโs crucial that the police are trusted to be able to use their powers to bear down on the scourge of violent crime in our city โ which has a devastating effect on families and communities, and which the Mayor and the Met police Commissioner, Cressida Dick, have made it their top priority to tackle. From City Hall, the Mayor commits, as part of the action plan, to invest ยฃ1.7 million to develop greater community involvement in police officer training and in the recruitment and progression of Black officers in the MPS.
Taking action
The Action Plan โ which the MPS has welcomed and has committed to take forward actions specific to the police service – focuses on:
An overhaul of community monitoring structures to ensure that Londonโs diverse communities are better represented โ Black communities will have an even greater role in monitoring a wider range of police powers, including stop and search, the use of Tasers and complaints. There will be greater community involvement in scrutiny of the MPS โ particularly including the Territorial Support Group and Violent Crime Taskforce. The Mayorโs Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) will produce a quarterly race equality audit of the Metโs use of its powers and launch a three-month project with communities to co-design and launch this new scrutiny process.
Stricter oversight and scrutiny of the โsmell of cannabisโ used as sole grounds for stop and search โStop and searches with grounds solely based on the smell of cannabis will be subjected to London-wide scrutiny panels and body worn video footage is being made available to communities for further scrutiny to ensure officers are not relying on the smell of cannabis alone when deciding to stop and search, and use grounds based on multiple objective factors.2
Research into stop and search using Body Worn Video (BWV) footage โ Academic research to be undertaken of a sample of body worn video footage to understand better the nature of stop and search interactions and the behaviour factors of officers or individuals that lead to escalation in the use of force.
Public scrutiny – The Mayor and Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime, together with a panel of community members, will scrutinise the work of the MPS. Londoners could also submit questions to be answered by the MPS Commissioner and senior officers.
Pilot project to review vehicle stops and call for mandatory data collection โ The Mayor has asked the MPS to launch a new year-long pilot project to review samples of vehicle stops to identify any disproportionality relating to ethnicity. The Mayor has also written to the Prime Minister to request it be made statutory for the police to collect and publish data on ethnicity for all road traffic stops as part of the Home Office Annual Data Requirement. The letters also asks that the Codes of Practice supporting the Police And Criminal Evidence (PACE) Act โ under which street searches are carried out โ be extended to cover road traffic stops to more clearly define the limits of the powers.
Improvements to training and diversity in the MPS include:
Developing community-led training for police officers โ The MPS has committed to increase community input by default into specific aspects of the training given to new recruits. This will be made possible by City Hall investment of ยฃ1m per year.
Challenging aims for Black police officer recruitment – The MPS want to see as many as 40 per cent of new recruits from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds from 2022. The Commissioner has also decided the MPS will immediately re-introduce the London residency criteria for most new recruits and will be supported by ยฃ300,000 of City Hall investment to encourage young Black Londoners to consider a career in policing.
Delivery of the Action Plan starts immediately and City Hall will involve communities in regular meetings to review the progress made towards the Action Planโs objectives, the first of which will be in February 2021.

Prepared breakfast, ate and commented about the sourness of the last Satsuma I sucked. I was stood over the sink washing up when I felt this sharp PAIN between my breast. I was alerted when there was another in quick succession & I was doubled over the sink. Told Tom & he said to take deep breathes in/out. Contemplating whether to call the GP or go classes. Felt some relief so went to classes. Was aware of the niggling pains in the pit of my stomach so decided to visit A&E. Called Tom to let him know what was happening. Got assessed & had to do ECG, which was done by a Trainee Nurse from Manchester. Such show of professionalism, making me reassured the NHS is in the same hands of the Future Generations of Health Care Professionals. I waited & waited… Tom showed up & I keep asking when is my turn. I was 2nd in line for hours & then I was 1st… I waited & waited… When I am ANXIOUS there are certain functions I can’t do – eating is one such. Luckily I have Foodstuff in my bag because TOM came out without eating anything much. He admonished me for saying he didn’t have to come out…I was just about to go back to the Nurse who thanked me for my patience – Yes for the Psychopaths at that Organisation that labelled Mervelee Myers, I do know when to wear my many Hats – Corporative, Professional, Assertive, etc., etc… The doctor came to get me as I got up to go back to the Nurse. Maybe 1 of my son’s age Kevin Murray & Valdin Legister , but I did not cross those boundaries by asking. He was surprised at the long wait, by this time I was doing 5+ hours. He told me to blame Jeremy Hunt. So now I’ll have to go back to the drawing board writing more Open Letters to government, etc, etc… As I told the doctor I am a Social Media Advocate to change the SYSTEMS that are making the vulnerable Scapegoats & Victims.My tests are positive & doctor was surprised at my Healthy Status despite my Deficits & Limitations. Note to RN, please pay more attentions to the Health Signals the Body is sending out. I’ve been having Reflux for a while. I’ve been up doing my PW. Blinking hell can’t get to sign up for Race4Life in honour of my next door neighbour TESS. Can’t forget the amount she gave me last year. I was tempted to tell her it was 2 much, but didn’t want a Scottish bashing in my Jamaican ears. This year she is dead as a DoDo from CANCER I a assuming?
I still need to go & find out what’s going down with her funeral. I hope they just don’t bury her like TOM say they might, if no1 comes forward.

Pat Hennessy was 1 of the Youngest Social Worker in South London. She is a Pioneer who worked miracles at BIB Peckham. Pat H. brought in 1 Young Lady when she was experiencing what some of us have the misfortune to go through in life.
The rest is history as PH did all she could to Empower that woman. What did the woman do…? Well she thinks she is going to get away with seeing me as the Margaret whom she claimed ABUSED CHILDREN…! She is making a Sad Mistake, because she don’t know nutn bout me when I started at BIB 23.07.2014. Weeks after coming back from JA to bury my MOTHER.
