After speaking to #BiancaPorter on 27 March 2020 and having time to reflect on what was said, Mervelee Myers has come to some conclusions which I will put in writing.
The Following Conclusions Were Reached
1. Sending the letter to reach me on the 27 March 2020 was how the Court Enforcement Services is in breach of the Human Rights Act and Equality Act 2010 Section 60. Visit http://www.advisoryequalityservice.com to clarify.
2. All the foolishness about not able to track Barrister #RyanClement is in breach of GDPR 2018. I tracked him online https://www.ryanclement.com when the Court claim the address was wrong.
3. He is working as a Barrister for the Judiciary of England & Wales. Therefore, he should be trace via www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk and other sources which must be available to the Enforcement Services.
4. Barring that and the Court Enforcement Services Ltd giving me advice that it makes no sense contacting a #Lawyer. I will have to conclude that this is another plot by the UK government https://www.gov.uk to cover up for those that DISCRIMINATE against employees www.ico.org.uk.
5. The CCMCC www.moneyclaim.gov.uk took my MONEY to pass JUDGEMENT. Why is the Court Enforcement Service Ltd now expect me to do their work and #pay them to discriminate against me?
6. In order to get any more money from me the Court Enforcement Service Ltd can go back to their job of enforcing the judgement on Barrister Ryan Clement to collect their proceeds. Want to find out how he used my VULNERABILITY against me. See www.hctgroup.org.uk of 1 in 5 of all #suicides are associated with unemployment.
7. Mervelee Myers will not be paying a PENNY to Co-Conspirators of DISCRIMINATION www.leyf.org.uk of a Woman who was made a VICTIM after the death of my mother with www.dementia.org.uk.
8. This is the second miscarriage of justice by ET/EAT that can be verified at www.ico.org.uk in 2020.
Summary: The Court Enforcement Service Ltd is an extension of the CORRUPT County Court Money Claims Centre CRIMINALS who prey on VULNERABLE employees made VICTIMS by breach of the Rule of Law in 2020. This is a stitch up.

All Mervelee Ratty Nembhard Myers will say on this matter is I was taken for a jolly ride by Court Enforcement Services Ltd that #failed to send me important information like the Reference Number in correspondence. By the time I get around to finding it, my #traumas were triggered into PTSD. The same way I was treated from the time I tried to get RYAN CLEMENT to pay me back my husband money.

As Bianca Porter of Court Enforcement Service Ltd rightly said during conversation, he is a “Career Criminal” and she must have knowledge of his type.
The responsibility for collecting my money in this claim has nothing to do with me. I saved up to take the claim to www.moneyclaim.gov.uk.
I adhered to all procedures even when I was slowly being PUSHED over the EDGE. So, can those at Court Enforcement Service Ltd get on with their part of the transactions. I have paid my dues and track Ryan Clement online.
I have copies of the correspondences to back my arguments about the INSTITUTIONAL DISCRIMINATION by HM Courts & Tribunal Service.
Hence I was a participant in Acas www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers by Dr #MariaHudson. I am positive the Recommendations were not IMPLEMENTED. But they have been permanently removed from Government Record.

3. There service is much to be desired as stated above.
4. I did not get the REFERENCE for the claim.
5. Why was there no Telephone Contact on the final letter.
6. Why did Bianca Porter have the advice about not contacting a Solicitor handy?
7. I already paid for the SERVICES to get the JUDGEMENT and return of my Husband’s MONEY.
