Dear Jeremy Faunt
Re: The Late Mr Arnold Tomlinson
I write further to our recorded conversation on Monday and thank you for speaking to me in terms of the circumstances of the late Mr Tomlinson’s estate.
Further to our conversation I would like to advise you that I told you I need a PUBLIC APOLOGY from Lloyds Bank caused by Andrew Craigs letter and the tone of the conversation wherein you continued inferring what was in the letter. Therefore, your flimsy apology is not accepted.
You don’t understand nothing, you are in on the act of DEFAMING my name. I did not make only one payment. One of the payments I made was more than the paltry sum that Lloyds Bank are DEFAMING my name for. What information was needed urgently and for what? Which matter does Lloyd Bank needed to resolve?
Yes, you blinking well know it is ACCUSATORY and if I don’t get the PUBLIC APOLOGY Lloyds Bank will not hear the last of this matter. Lloyds Bank will be in my book Mervelee Myers The Strong Jamaican Women End Gender Based Violence At Housing For Women Properties UK Society.
I don’t need you, Andrew or Lloyds Bank assurance about whether I did anything or acted incorrectly in receiving the balance of my HUSBAND MONEY. I don’t give a toss about any claims that Trevor Anthony Tomlinson has made on his father’s ESTATE. All I am saying in the document dated 17th July 2023 there is a codicil saying if Trevor Anthony Tomlinson dies, is unwilling or unable the Mervelee Myers must be EXECUTOR. In light of recent happenings and person who share Power of Attorney with Trevor Tomlinson, I intend to exercise my RIGHTS as EXECUTOR based on the fact that a SAFEGUARDING was put on when my husband was in Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital because of the threats posed to both his father and me. If Trevor or Lloyds Bank want to ARGUE I can provide evidence of how him assaulting me caused his father to end up in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust BYRON ward where he was NEGLECTED. I was removed from his bedside by RACIST security Nurse Betty called and I was MANHANDLED after leaving the Windrush Vigil on 6th April 2024. I was provoked by Trina Philbert on the 4th April after HMCTS Court. I ended up in A&E on the 7th April and my husband died on the 8th. The hospital took 6 hours to contact me.
As discussed, I have no need to justify any MONEY I paid towards my husband’s funeral. How about Trevor Tomlinson present his receipts for any amount he spent? 1. I will not be evidencing anything. 2. I will not be returning any balance to be paid to Mr Tomlinson.
Now I am proving that you are a LIAR, you claim not to know about the matter. Now you are saying when we speak on 14 October 2024. Suffice it to say I paid for all of My HUSBAND FUNERAL. I paid for his sister because he was helping her financially. I am still sending money to his brother in Jamaica and will have to help with his funeral. This is supposed to come from the ESTATE.
I must advise Lloyds if they know what’s best for both parties they stop PESTERING me over this matter.
How can one paltry sum of £4,824.14 is considered such a big deal when I had to pay for a CAB to take me and my FAMILY to my husband’s funeral.
Maybe you can ask Trevor Anthony Tomlinson to arrange to pay the cost of the amount I spent on the FUNERAL. If Lloyds Bank continue PESTERING me I will seek Legal Advice.
I hope you are well. MM Response: The World Will Know About Housing for Women TERROR CELLS. Thank you for giving your time Mervelee, As we approach the end of the year, we want to say a huge thank you for everything you do to make our progress possible. Our brilliant team of events volunteers support more than 400 events up and down the country each year. From marshalling in local parks for Race for Life, to lighting up city streets on Shine Night Walks, your energy and passion power our events. Every hour you give makes a real impact for people affected by cancer.
Here’s what happened with the time you gave:
More than 200 volunteers were at the heart of our 2024 sports fundraising events. Their support meant that 17,800 participants raised a total of more than £8m.
Events volunteers gave their time to support more than 313,000 participants across all our events this year to raise over £40m.
This fundraising means we can continue our work to bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
Together we are beating cancer. Laura Parsisson, Head of Volunteering.
A big thank you this festive seasonAt Cancer Research UK, we think it’s the little things that matter most – the significant moments we can easily take for granted. They are so precious, especially in the festive season and especially for people affected by cancer.
Every year, thousands of incredible people give their time to support our life-saving research. And it’s thanks to research that people affected by cancer can have more time for more of the little things, this festive season and beyond.
Michelle Mitchell, our Chief Executive, has recorded a special video message to thank you for your incredible contributions this year. Hear Michelle’s festive message to you
Wendy’s storyDedicated events volunteer, Wendy, has supported at Kings Lynn Race for Life for the past 15 years.“I first took part in Race for Life many years ago when I worked for Mars as the community champion. After becoming a runner, and having been sponsored for another 10k race, I didn’t feel like people would sponsor me again, so I started volunteering. I dragged my two daughters along to help too and some work colleagues. And so, the habit became!”
Wendy acts as an incredible ambassador and brings a group of family and friends along to help at the event each year.
“This year was just the same as usual – about 15 of us came and covered all the marshal points, and even covered some admin too.”
This year, Wendy was awarded an Honorary Fellowship at our annual Flame of Hope Awards in honour of her remarkable contribution to volunteering at Race for Life events.
Volunteering highlights from 2024From volunteer fundraisers joining comedian Rhod Gilbert on tour to fundraise through cash collections, to Campaigns Ambassadors visiting the Houses of Parliament to help keep cancer on top of the political agenda.

Equality, diversity and inclusionEquality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) matters to Cancer Research UK because it plays a vital role in achieving our vision of a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer. We believe we can make the greatest progress for people affected by cancer by making sure that the impact of our research is felt equally by everyone, that our expert information is accessible to all, and that everyone who works or volunteers at CRUK feels that they belong.
Our first EDI strategy, published in 2021, was a good starting point, but we know we have more to do. That’s why we’ve published our refreshed EDI strategy, which sets out how we’ll keep making progress over the next five years.

As part of our commitment to providing reliable and efficient services to our customers, Housing for Women partnered with Touchstone Property Services in December 2023 to manage our rental income. We’re pleased to share that after a year of working together, we’ve seen great results in supporting our residents and managing rental income. Here’s what we’ve achieved together: Better rent collection Since December 2023, the number of tenants in arrears has dropped by 41, and arrears have been reduced by £93,000. This is thanks to Touchstone’s proactive support for our tenants. Growing the team Touchstone has added an Income Officer, Lucy Turner, to help provide even more support to residents. If you have any questions about your account, you can call Lucy directly on 01225 259274. You can also email h4w@touchstoneresi.co.uk. Ethel Fosu, Head of Housing, said: We’re proud of partnership with Touchstone and the positive impact it has made for our customers and our team. Together, we’re working to keep homes safe and affordable for women in need. If you have any questions or need help, please reach out to Touchstone or our Housing Team. Staying connected Touchstone has responded to 4,840 contacts from residents and made 7,158 calls, texts, and emails to offer help, reminders, and support for timely rent payments. You said, we did! Our action We heard your concerns about anti-social behaviour at one of our properties, which included issues such as drug dealing, prostitution, and excessive noise. In response, we acted quickly, working with the Police and residents in the property to manage the situation. Together, we gathered the evidence needed to take the matter to court. In November, we were granted possession of the flat in question. This means the anti-social behaviour has stopped and we can now re-let the flat to someone in need of a home, giving them the chance to contribute positively to the community. This outcome was only possible thanks to the fantastic joint working between residents, our team, and the police. It shows what we can achieve when we all work together in partnership. Building trust on YouTube: ‘Captured with a camera’ disclosure
It’s important for viewers to trust what they see on YouTube. That’s why you’ll find the “Captured with a camera” disclosure in the “How this content was made” section in the expanded description of some videos. It signifies that the creator used specific technology to verify their video’s origin and confirm its audio and visuals haven’t been altered. This, along with our policy on altered and synthetic content, is part of YouTube’s efforts to increase transparency.
How it works
Verification technology: To get this additional disclosure, creators must use specific technology (certain cameras, software, or mobile apps) that attaches secure metadata to the piece of content. This metadata verifies the video’s origin and whether or not its audio and visuals have been altered.
C2PA standards: This technology is based on an open standard for content origin and authenticity developed by the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA). This standard allows users ways to understand the authenticity and origin of different types of media like images, videos, and audio.
How to get ‘Captured with a camera’ disclosure
For “captured with a camera” to appear in the expanded description, creators must use tools with built-in C2PA support (version 2.1 or higher) to capture their videos. This allows the tools to add special information, metadata, to the video file, confirming its authenticity. YouTube will relay the information that the content was “Captured with a camera,” and apply the disclosure when it detects this metadata. The content must also not have edits to sound or visuals. This disclosure indicates that the content was captured using a camera or other recording device with no edits to sounds or visuals.
What edits to avoid
To ensure the “Captured with a camera” can be applied, avoid these types of edits:
Edits that break the chain of provenance, or make it impossible to trace the video back to its original source. For example, if you capture an image with C2PA metadata and then save it to your phone’s photo album that doesn’t support C2PA v2.1 or higher, that may break the chain of provenance.
Significant alterations to the video’s core nature or content, including its sounds or visuals.
Edits that make the video incompatible with C2PA standards (version 2.1 and above).
Limitations
“Captured with a camera” only appears if a creator opts to use C2PA technology during filming. If it’s missing, it doesn’t mean the content has modified audio or visuals.
The metadata that leads to a “Captured with a camera” disclosure is made by a 3rd party (for example, a camera manufacturer). This means there is some risk that someone could take a photo of another screen showing synthetic content. Because the other screen shows an image that has been modified, it wouldn’t be eligible for the “Captured with a camera” disclosure. This issue is called “air-gapping.” Camera manufacturers will continue to develop detection measures to prevent “air-gapping,” but the sophistication of those detection measures may vary in the near term.

I am writing as the Mental Health & SEND Advocate who can be found at Kings College London RADAR-CNS with Dr Faith Matcham as follows https://youtu.be/pgI02uOLUAY?si=OjJRj7D3y3kUvNnC because the world will know about Dr Phil Gregory and his role in the recent gaslighting of Mervelee Myers misogyny.

The above which the Southwark Older Adults Community Mental Health team falls under will be exposed by Mervelee Myers. Have you considered how Mervelee Myers is responsible for protecting the NHS resources from misuse working at Kngs College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust April 2003 to 2008 when I resigned with the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother WALFORD BYRON ALBURNEY NEMBHARD with Colon Cancer? As for threatening behaviour I will stick with Dr Phil Gregory at the moment. As for abusive behaviour did you know that Dr Phil Gregory and his African Nurse visited my home on the 21st Novemmber 2024? Maybe you want to ask him about his threatening and abusive behaviour captured on YouTube LIVE. Don’t worry I refuse to waste my time and will advise you to find my platforms for updates.

Mervelee Myers is firmly of the view that I am entitled to be treated with RESPECT from the NHS. Let me quote the founder of the NHS Nye Bevan “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means”. I am assuming I was kicked out of Silverlock Medical Centre on the 5th December 2024 by the dictates of Dr Phil Gregory because I refused from taking the RESPIREDONE. I know for a fact he has been in contact with the solicitors. I was recording when he called threatening me to remove contents from social media.
Dear Ms Myers
I refer to our telephone conversations earlier today and thank you for taking the time to talk to me and consider the advice given.
As discussed, please see relevant email correspondence below regarding the issue of the forthcoming hearings in the proceedings.
As confirmed, counsel does not require you to attend the hearing on Monday, 9th December and depending on the outcome of the hearing I will udpate you as to whether the trial hearing will be taking place on Friday, 13th December.
Please keep me updated regarding the prescription of the recommended medication and when you hear back from Dr Phil Gregory.
Kind regards

Dear Sirs,
Further to your email below are you able to confirm your client’s treatment plan further to the diagnosis of a non-organic psychosis? MM Response: https://youtu.be/pgI02uOLUAY?si=-axM3XY664jqIXWW this is Mervelee Myers involved in Kings College London RADAR-CNS after the 12 sessions at the Maudsley NHS with Trainee Counsellor Laura Tinsley. I completed 2 years research and was involved with other projects about Mental Health.
We note a video posted online in which your client appears to be advising her psychiatrist, Dr Phil Gregory, that his diagnosis is ‘not her’ and it is her ‘neighbour’ that needs help, so that she not does not murder MM or ‘damage’ her. MM Response: The evidence about the breaking of the glass to the Communal Door on the 13th December 2021 must be considered. The fact that the Police who was sent as EMERGENCY left claiming I was shouting, and the act was not MALICIOUS because I locked Mss Gilchrist out is key to why Ms Gilchrist continued making MALICIOUS reports resulting in me having to attend Croydon Magistrates 3 times. I also had to attend Walworth Police Station for INTERVIEW when my husband and I got SEPARATED. The Police is still investigating the MATTER. I was locked out on the 23 October 2024 and only got entry because Paul Morgan was with me. As an EYFS Coordinator SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator in my last employment I did training “UNDERSTANDING STATUTORY ASSESSMENT” in 2009. The fact I was offered the job of SENCO for £46-55,000.00 by Smart Teachers in 2021 from an old CV from 2015 in proof I continued training despite my ENTITLEMENTS denied. District Bell requested the Psychiatric Assessment which I did on the 15th April 2024 after the death of my husband. This is the ASSESSMENT that the court requested. As stated in the conversation between me and Dr Phil Gregory his report is not factual. Why did he want me to meet with him to correct his mistakes to send to the solicitor? I will be relying on my CONTRIBUTIONS to British Values from the time I had the first nervous breakdown at Kings College London and started FUNDRAISING for CHARITIES to prove that Dr Gregory’s DIAGNOSIS is a DISTORTATION of me. Dr Gregory visited my home on the 21st November 2024 with the nurse unannounced and upon inviting him in, demanding that I stopped my RECORDING. He claimed he was concerned about my WELFARE. I was on the Housing Ombudsman Zoom on the 20th November 2024 because I am a member of the “Customer Panel”. I was sent email from H4W for opportunity to be on the “Customer Panel” recruitment. I was the “Minute Taker” for the H4W Customer Scrutiny Panel that was disbanded in 2020. That is how Ms H Presley became aware that H4W was discriminating against me because Hermoine Cameron was ADVOCATING on my behalf online. Ms Cameron visited me at home twice. The same way HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment was used by Barrister Ryan Clement and Winsome Duncan to send Police to SECTION me. That I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. I showed Dr Gregory the BOOK and explained how this was misconstrued and used against me. IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE was signed at the launch of “A New Met for London” by Sir Mark Rowley. A month after District Judge Sterlini labelled me a “VIOLENT NUISANCE” without me knowing about the INJUNCTION proceedings started in the court from 24th July 2023. The month I was sent POSSESSION letter, and I was having CRISIS which were posted online as a “Content Creator”. DJ Sterlini is listed with DJ Rand and DJ Zimmell for striking out my claim with Winsome Duncan that reached “Telephone Conciliation”.
She says she will not be taking any medication and considers it an “entrapment” to make her “unable to function” and that she will edit his report. MM Response: Based on Dr Maria Hudson research paper “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS that I was a participant in. The RADAR-CNS MM Response: https://youtu.be/pgI02uOLUAY?si=-axM3XY664jqIXWW at Kings College London. Diabetes HEAL-D research. My Report to The Guardian Is Modern Slavery Thriving in the UK. Endorsed by Professors Chris Pascal and Tony Bertram on LinkedIn after meeting them at Middlesex University. LEYF Big Childcare Conversation when I told them I intend to get my SEND Teacher qualification before returning to Jamaica. I was kicked out of the UEL after Richard Harty called my mobile on the 27th September 2021. We must therefore, link the “Systemic Discrimination” because when I conducted the “A Voice of a Child” research project for LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan in August 2010 after I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper I had no knowledge who was responsible for them.
Please see the following link to the video: MM Response: EQUALITY ACT 2010 Protected Characteristics.
If you listen carefully, you will understand that I was called by Dr Phil Gregory because I did not attend the appointment, I requested to discuss the information for the recommended MEDICATION. I was unable to attend because I had to call the AMBULANCE out again and was taken to A&E. I am telling Dr Gregory that the neighbours continuing to TRIGGER me with their UNREASONABLE BEHAVIOURS which is the NORM especially when they realised am not well. Dr Gregory always calling on PRIVATE number and because I am getting CYBERBULLYING online and via my home phone and mobile, I do not always answer PRIVATE/WITHHELD calls. If you listen carefully, you will hear me correcting Dr Gregory about some minor mistakes that I would not be expecting from people I MENTORED in my job. Dr Gregory breached the Protected Characteristics. He didn’t just leave it there he got YouTube involved. YouTube is all I have left to share my stories.
As you are aware the injunction order dated 01 August 2023 appears to have had little to no effect on your client’s behaviour, which in some respects only escalated. MM Response: How about us take some FACTORS into account? 1. What happened during July 2023 when I was sent POSSESSION? 2. Why was I not informed about the INJUNCTION and the HEARINGS from 24th July to 1st August 2023? 3. Meeting Nigel Pearce at Elim House 4. A New Met for London launch 2nd September 2023 in Brixton. 5. Asking to volunteer to help bring back the TRUST of the BAME Community. 6. Childhood Traumas of DISABILITIES and POVERTY from CRISIS after POSSESSION letter. 7. Celebrating my only Aunt 90th birthday born on the same date as my father and uncle. Reminded that Winsome Duncan used the fact she was born on the same date to SCAM me and send Police to SECTION me. Becoming a VICTIM of my HUSBAND’S FAMILY. 10. Isolated in Alma Grove. 11. I was not in Court on 20th December 2023, I had a Mental Health REVIEW at the GP.

She now appears unwilling to engage in treatment, whilst her behaviour continues to seriously impact the health and wellbeing of her neighbours and staff at H4W and Devonshires. MM Response: This is not fact, otherwise I would not have the information for the Medication and made the appointment to discuss with Dr Gregory and the Nurse. My view on MEDICATION is public however, the sudden appearance of Dr Gregory who used his CHARMS to visit my home is cause for ALARM. The report of Joseph and the Psychiatric ASSESSMENT requested by DJ Bell are CRUCIAL. Dr Gregory’s DIAGNOSIS is based on HEARSAY and MISINTERPRETATION. The RECORDS of the Police FAILURES to act from 30th October 2017 when they came to SECTION me from Winsome Duncan Malicious Report. 30th November 2020 when they came under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture to MURDER me to say I committed SUICIDE the MOPAC response of Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb must be examined. The Police and Ambulance RECORDS must be taken in EVIDENCE based on Dr Phil Gregory DIAGNOSIS that whatever I am saying is in my HEAD.
Amended Housing Act 1988 & Eviction Act 1977
The Met Police
We further note videos in which she claims to be barricading herself in her property for fear that Police or other organisations will kill her, or where she claims not to be eating or opening curtains. MM Response: The Met Police failed me from they came to SECTION me from a malicious report made by Winsome Duncan. The Police and Ambulance Service turned up at my home on the 30th October 2017. I have proof of the NEGLIGENCE by the POLICE from then to date. Some of these visits can be put in the same category as members of the BAME COMMUNITY who were MURDERED or HARMED as in the case of Cherry Grouse son who I recorded speaking about his experience as a child.
Threatened with EVICTION
I was threatened with EVICTION by Peju Awoye via telephone on 7/6/2022 because Barclays stole my money on the day I was called by Richard Harty who later kicked me out of UEL. My account was closed whilst I was locked in the bank for over an hour waiting for the Police. I was told by Debbie Thomas who since turned against me that Ms Gilchrist told her H4W wanted me out.
The SEND Code of Conduct
Her online blog has occasionally referred to suicide, although the psychiatrist’s report states she has said she will not act on this and cites her religious beliefs as a protective factor. MM Response: As the EYFS Coordinator SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator in my last job. And a volunteer and fundraiser working in partnerships with organisations. I must lay this matter of SUICIDE to rest. Let me mention CAROLINE FLACK as a celebrity who committed SUICIDE. As an expert authority on subjects from the cradle to the grave EARLY INTERVENTION is KEY. I repeat SUICIDE is MISCONTRUED because my photograph is across from 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment. Refer to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 where this started. Winsome Duncan introduced me to her employment barrister, Ryan Clement who groomed her to find vulnerable black people for them to target. He used the statistic to make me a VICTIM. I explained this to Dr Phil Gregory and the solicitor. DJ Bell sends 7 claims to CLCC 2019 including that of Ryan Clement judgement was passed. Am still waiting to be aid. Why is there only FOCUS on the SUICIDE and not my EARLY INTERVENTION as an EXPERT AUTHORITY on SUBJECTS from the CRADLE to the GRAVE?
Elder Abuse & Mental Health Act
Nevertheless, our client has made multiple referrals to adult safeguarding. MM Response: Did Mimi Owusu’s 12 pages “Witness Statement” the reasons for the REFERRALS to “ADULT SAFEGUARDING?” If so the EQUALITY ASSESSOR for the case will have address because no offer of help was forthcoming from the time, I write to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton on the eve of “Mothering Sunday” 14 March 2015 am DERESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE. My BOOK is just one of the types of evidence I am expecting to be used. I gave copies to the solicitor, barrister, Joseph and Dr Phil Gregory that they should have used as reference about whether I am making up things.

Dear Sirs
We refer to the above matter and further to our email of 18/10/2024 below.
Please see attached medical review of Dr Phil Gregory, Consultant Psychiatrist dated 1/11/2024.
Kind Regards,
MM Response: Dr Phil Gregory can be heard accepting that his MEDICAL REVIEW was not factual. I was not aware that Dr Phil Gregory was involved in the Psychiatric ASSESSMENT for the court. I was assessed on the 15th Aril 2024 and that is the TRUTH about who is MERVELEE MYERS. Further evidence can be collected online from my various engagements working, participating in research or from my BLOGS and other social media platforms.

Please see initial assessment report of Joseph Mukuba Community Psychiatric Nurse dated 08/10/2024. Also attached is the letter for an appointment with Dr Phil Gregory Consultant Psychiatrist on 16 October 2024.
We were provided with the same by our client during our appointment with her held yesterday.
Following the appointment with Dr Phil Gregory on Wednesday, he has scheduled a further appointment on 25 October to take place at her home address so that he can factor in her living circumstances and day to day experiences.
While we rely on the initial assessment report we would also seek to rely on any further report prepared by Dr Gregory.
Even on the basis of the initial assessment report we say that it is more likely than not that our client suffers from a disability, consequently we invite you to agree that an Equality Act assessor is required.
We should be grateful for your urgent response as to whether or not you agree so if need be we will apply to Court for an Equality Act assessor to be appointed. MM Response: Based on the continuing DEFAMATION about MERVELEE MYERS during the BEREAVEMENT and LOSS of my husband that has profound impact on my MENTAL and PHYSICAL HEALTH I am requesting that An EQUALITY ACT ASSESSOR is required. This is because Dr Phil Gregory’s report is not FACTUAL, and he has furthered continued to breach my RIGHTS by calling me to meet with him to fix the errors in the report. He has admitted to knowingly omitting facts and not aware of how to transmit the REPORT to me except by post. Since he only knew it could be sent by posts why is it signed ELECTIONALICAL? Dr Gregory also abused his AUTHORITY when talking to my son. Another glaring mistake is the fact Dr Gregory is using CRB instead of DBS.

I would like to offer you and your family my deepest condolences at what I imagine is still an extraordinarily difficult time with the sad loss of your husband. While we appreciate feedback from our patients and their relatives, I must address the language used in your correspondence. It is important for us to maintain a respectful and constructive dialogue that fosters understanding and resolution, and I believe that the tone of your complaint did not align with this principle. I hope I can reassure you that your complaint has been investigated fully. Your complaint was shared with Dr Dan Wilson, Clinical Director, and Ms Felicia Kwaku, Head of Nursing, who are responsible for monitoring the quality of care within the Acute Specialty Medicine Care Group. Matron Yamu Njie, Patricia Ikhena, Ward Leader Byron Ward, Dr Ambika Irving, Byron Ward Consultant, and the Security Team at King’s College Hospital have investigated your concerns, and it is with this information that I am responding to you. I have addressed your concerns in line with how you have raised them. Your husband was admitted on 9th March 2024, with generalised weakness, hypothermia, and confusion. On reviewing Mr Tomlinson in the Emergency Department (ED), it was noted he was confused and therefore not able to provide a good clinical history. He was transferred to Annie Zunz Ward and later moved to Byron Ward on 10th March 2024. During a visit whilst on Byron Ward you found Mr Tomlinson sliding out of bed and were alarmed that the nurse did not seem to notice. I am very sorry for the distress caused; this is not the practice we expect from our staff. Staff are expected to regularly check on patients especially those unable to independently manage their activities of daily living. This would include repositioning the patient, checking their toileting needs, and offering drinks. My sincere apologies that this did not happen on 2 3446
this occasion. This has been discussed at daily handovers on the ward since your complaint, to reiterate to staff the need for regular checks on patients who need additional support. I am sorry that you felt the situation required you to video events on Byron Ward. Family and carers should have confidence that our staffs are providing appropriate, patient-centred care at all times which should include adequate supervision. I apologise if you felt that this was not the case in this instance.
You mentioned that the nurse looking after Mr Tomlinson became abusive to you when you started filming him. I am sorry that you felt the nurse responded inappropriately. As part of the investigation, the nurse was interviewed, and CCTV was reviewed. During the interview with the nurse, he explained that he felt uncomfortable being filmed hence requested for you to stop filming and delete the video. No combative behaviour was evident on the part of the nurse. The nurse went on to explain that he was concerned that your recording might breach the privacy and dignity of other patients on the ward. It is appropriate for our staff to advocate for other patients. Since he felt uneasy, he reported the issue to Betty, the Nurse in Charge. Recording our staff without their consent constitutes a breach of our policies regarding privacy and recording in our facility. We take the privacy and rights of our employees very seriously, and such actions are not permissible. We kindly ask that you refrain from recording any staff members in the future and respect their privacy.
Betty arrived at Mr Tomlinson’s bedside to ensure he was more comfortable and made an attempt to diffuse the situation. Unfortunately, this led to an altercation between you and Betty. Other nursing staff reported that you were raising your voice, and they were concerned about the other patients in the room. Speaking with Nurse Betty, she explained that she was unable to de-escalate the situation. Nurse Betty does not recall shouting at you, but does remember asking you to calm down. You asked her to leave the room. In order to respect your request, she did so but, for the safety of her staff and patients, she had to contact Security to ask for their support. The care group is undertaking a review of incidents where staff escalate to Security in order to diffuse situations. They have identified that the escalation process for these situations needs to be clearer and shared with our staff. The staff directly involved on this occasion have been reminded that this could have been handled differently. A call to more senior nursing staff on duty would have been more appropriate before involving security staff. I apologise that this was not considered at the time as it may have resolved things sooner.
Encounter with Security
Encounter with Security
You raised concerns about the security staff’s response when they assisted you to leave the hospital premises. I am sorry that you felt you were manhandled. However, after carefully reviewing the footage captured by the body-worn video cameras (BWVCs) worn by our security staff, it is evident that they maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the incident. Despite facing personal and derogatory remarks from you, including racist comments directed towards them and accusations 3 3446
of being a paedophile, the security staff remained composed and focused on their responsibilities.
The footage clearly depicts the security staff calmly explaining to you the reasons for their intervention and subsequent request for you to leave, which was initiated at the request of the nursing staff due to their concerns regarding your behaviour. After initially walking off the ward, you stopped, so two security staff briefly assisted you to move forward by holding your arms. When you refused to cooperate, they promptly released their hold upon reaching the lift lobby, allowing you to proceed unaided into the lift.
Additionally, the security staff can be heard confirming with nursing staff, prior to you leaving, that your departure would not impact the patient’s care, ensuring that the situation was handled with consideration for all involved parties. Furthermore, when you were in the lift lobby, you mentioned leaving your coat in the patient’s room, the security staff promptly retrieved it from the nursing staff and returned it to you without any indication of interference or theft.
We are sorry that you felt discriminated against or harassed, the security staff aimed to ensure your safety, the safety of your husband, and the ward staff.
It has been reported that you used inappropriate language, including racist slurs, which is completely unacceptable.
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment for our employees, patients, and their relatives. Such language not only violates our policies but also undermines the values we stand for as an organisation. We ask that you refrain from using any form of discriminatory language in the future.
Discharge arrangements
Mr Tomlinson was first seen by the consultant Dr Irving on Byron Ward on 14th March and you were contacted by her later that day. You confirmed that you wanted Mr Tomlinson to come home for end-of-life care and so this remained the plan from the ward team. The occupational therapy team spoke to you again on 18th March to confirm your understanding of the plan for discharge. On 20th March, the team were told the existing package of care had been cancelled on Mr Tomlinson’s admission to King’s and so the team sent a new request for care to Southwark Social Services. This was for two carers to come four times per day, which is the maximum support social services can offer.
On 22nd March the ward staff received a call from your husband’s social worker to say she had spoken with you. The social worker asked the ward team to contact you as she was worried that you seemed overwhelmed by the situation and the discharge plans. Dr Irving called you later that day to go through your concerns and you expressed that the equipment that had been ordered had not yet arrived, but that also you were not happy for your husband to remain at home on his own in case 4 3446
you needed to go out to attend appointments. Dr Irving suggested a care home as an alternate place of care in this case and you agreed this may be more suitable for you. A decision was therefore made for Mr Tomlinson to be fast-tracked (an urgent request for a place to be found) to a nursing home the following week; both you and Trevor (Mr Tomlinson’s son) were in agreement.
The paperwork for the Fast Track was sent on 26th March. The ward were asked to provide some more information before the funding was approved. This was sorted out by Dr Irving. The fast-track paperwork was approved on 28th March. The team awaited feedback about which nursing homes had availability.
On 3rd April, Mr Tomlinson deteriorated, and it was felt he was in the last days of his life. Tower Bridge care home was due to assess him that day. Trevor was updated that Mr Tomlinson may not be well enough to transfer, and the chaplain was contacted. On 4th April the clinical team contacted you and explained that Mr Tomlinson was likely approaching the last days of his life. It was explained that Tower Bridge care home had felt Mr Tomlinson was too unwell for transfer and that he was at high risk of deteriorating, perhaps dying, in transport if he was moved at that point. You understood this and acknowledged that Mr Tomlinson was likely “no longer aware of his surroundings” and would not have wanted to die in transport. It was agreed that if your husband remained stable, then the team could always restart discussions with the care home with a view to discharging him there if he stabilised. You were happy with this plan and said you were due to visit later that day.
Mr Tomlinson did not become more stable and sadly passed away at 06:30hrs on 8th April.
The nurses tried to reach you several times by telephone finally contacting you at 10:29hrs to inform you of Mr Tomlinson’s passing; you said you would come to the ward as soon as possible.
Later that morning at 11:58hrs the ward manager tried contacting you but there was no answer on any of your known contact numbers. Mr Tomlinson’s son was at his father’s bedside, and he advised the team of other contact details. Three alternative numbers were provided and tried but they either reached voicemail or failed to connect.
In most circumstances, deceased patients are moved off the ward after a short interval. You did not want Mr Tomlinson to move from the ward to the chapel of rest until you could say goodbye. Once you arrived you were able to spend some time with your husband.

a plan for a referral to community palliative care on discharge. However, when he deteriorated on the 3rd/4th April, a referral was sent to the inpatient palliative care team. They undertook a remote review when they triaged the referral. They noted that his end-of-life symptoms were being well managed by the team on Byron Ward and they did not have any other input at that stage. They were happy with the ongoing plans to support Mr Tomlinson for end-of-life care in the hospital at that point. They would likely have reviewed your husband on Monday 8th April; however, he died in the early hours of that day.
We are sorry that we were not able to support your late husband’s return home for end-of-life care. All efforts were made to allow this to happen with the correct equipment, care package, and support. We also appreciate that caring for someone at home even with lots of support can be very stressful and we fully understand the need for you to ask for a change of plan. The Byron Ward team worked with you and Mr Tomlinson’s son, Trevor (who both hold LPA for health and finances) and you both agreed that the plan should change to transferring him to a nursing home for end-of-life care. The team were not aware at any stage that you wished for this plan to revert back to a discharge home.
We would like to thank you for taking the time to highlight your concerns. We aim to give our patients the best possible treatment and we are sorry your experience has not been entirely positive. Please be assured that we take your concerns seriously and will continue to monitor the quality of the care that we provide at King’s College Hospital.
If you are not happy with how we have dealt with your complaint and would like to take the matter further, you can contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. The Ombudsman makes final decisions on complaints that have not been resolved by the NHS, government departments, and some other public organisations. Their service is free for everyone. There is a time limit for making your complaint to the Ombudsman so you should do this as soon as possible. Dr Gregory
Dr Gregory should not want any form of contact with me because you need to address the COMPLAINT. Since he was the one who contacted me in the first place the world will find out his reasons. I repeat my posts are not DEFAMATORY and I am not causing any harassment. The criminals that who Dr Gregory was working for are listed. I have no need for your support with my MENTAL HEALTH. Dr Gregory is tarred like http://www.leyf.org.uk MIC Paedophile Rings Mastermind Richard Harty.
CONSULTATION
I never recorded any consultations with GREGORY, he obviously is BIPOLAR and did not need his consent for anyting. In case you have forgotten I have the letters here. I was never Dr Gregory’s patient. No see me on Kings College London at the beginning. You seem to love using CRIMINAL OFFENCE??? Dr Phil Gregory is the criminal sounding like Richard Harty the MIC Paedophile mastermind. But at least he leave me alone and Phil Gregory the QUACK will be exposed.
Behaviour
Were you aware that I was kicked out by Silverlock Medical Centre on the 5th December 2024?
I am not in contact with that QUACK. 2

The fact that I have been left by HMCTS CPS CJS SRA BSB IOPC JCIO CCMCC HMPPS MOPAC CLCC DBS to become a #voiceless #vulnerable #victim of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP that got HMCTS to #gag me with an #unlawful #injunction that went through HMCTS. The following District Judges at the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch are listed as party to the breaching of my RIGHTS under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. There was a hearing listed for the 10th December 2024 and I was not required to attend. I have not heard from the solicitors that represented me to give me the outcome of the hearing. I am worried because when I discovered about the roles of the following I contacted the solicitor and he said that DJ Greenidge, DJ Swan, DJ Sterlini, DJ Richard Hayes, DJ Piagram, DJ Bell, DJ Naidoo can breach the amended Housing Act 1988 and Eviction Act 1977 on behalf of Housing for Women despite the complaints to the Housing Ombudsman Services that reached Stage 2 before my DATA was wiped from the CUSTOMER PANEL. I asked the 2 PCs who attended to help me find a way to stop Joe Hooper kicking my door. They can’t help, they are concerned about damages to the door than about the impacts on my Mental and Physical Health.
for why DJ Beecham will be given the task of restoring the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Crown Prosecution Services and Criminal Justice System to what it was before I had to represent myself after the death of my brother Walford Byron Alburney Nembhard against Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust workplace nursery where I had the first nervous breakdown. The fact my 101-year-old ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON was neglected on BYRON ward. Where I was assaulted on the 6th April 2024 by white security nurse Betty called is an indication of why I am recommending that my book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE be recommended for the curriculum in schools and universities. I was in court before DJ Pigram when Stephen Agera of Charles Hills & CO sent email to be taken off the case. I was represented by the “Duty Solicitor”. I was stitched up by solicitors that made me a Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. I had to attend Croydon Magistrates Court for Deborah Agnes Gilchrist malicious reports when Police invaded my home when I was celebrating my mother’s birthday on 1st January 2023. My husband and I got separated after the interview at Walworth Police Station.
Gaslighting Misogyny
As can be ascertained from the Reference: CAD 5001/11Dec24 and PC Clarke 2893AS and PC Potter 2547AS who visited my home on 11th December 2024 after Joe Hooper a man living in a Women’s Refuge kicked my door again to trigger me. The 2 PCs came and behaved as all the others who visited from the time, I was barricaded in my home on Christmas eve 2022. The Met Police was due to visit CAD 4638/11Dec24 and (Mike who refused to give his name failed to attend). Yet 2 Female PC visited my home on 9th August 2024, my son Kevin Murray’s 48th birthday about a TWITTER posts. ROBERT.Lewsley@met.police.uk on behalf of DPSMailbox-.CRUTeam1@met is adopting the MISOGNY and GASLIGHTING of the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION that can be reference from me participating in Dr Maria Hudson’s “Experience of Multiple Discrimination for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS in 2010. I can be found at Kings College London RADAR-CNS with Dr Faith Matcham. That is only one of the reasons that the NHS and their partners with be exposed. In the words of Nye Bevan founder of the NHS 1948 “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means”. I was denied at Silverlock Medical Centre when I attended my appointment on 5th December 2024. The irony is the Centre is located near Verney Road where 4 members of the same family were MURDERED by someone they know. I have been asking for help for Ms Gilchrist. Mr Hooper had never disrespected me before. But since Ms Gilchrist was coerced by Samantha Gibbs of Housing for Women to target me. Ms Gilchrist convinced Mr Hooper that her ASB is me doing it to her. There is a HATE MOB in Alma Grove and even Debbie Thomas who accompanied me to court and DJ Pigram threatened to remove joined them.
Dr Phil Gregory
I am not sure what role Dr Gregory is playing in this matter except to say whatever it is, he has gotten the solicitors, Silverlock Medical Centre, the NHS involved. I have sent him a detailed letter about this and awaiting his response.
Injunction
I am pleading for the AUTHORITY to stop Joe Hooper targeting me. I am dealing with so much from the banks and building societies, husband’s and my families who abandoned me and the scammers. I am leaving this in the capable hands of DJ Beecham who decided to stick with the case. She has the RESPONSIBILITY to safeguard me under the various laws, legislations, codes of conducts and practices.
Advocating
I want to bring the plight of Ms H. Presley and her 22 year old son to the attention of HMCTS for what Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and HMCTS are doing to her. She is not FUNCTIONING. I visited her on the 10th December 2024 and her condition has worsen from the last time I was there with my son Kevin Murray. If nothing is done to help Ms Presley and her son she will become another statistic of Housing for Women, HMCTS, Lewisham Council, the Met Police, Housing Ombudsman Services and those refusing to support her.

Compressive left common peroneal nerve palsy (2024, resolved) Lumbar back pain Type 2 diabetes mellitus (2018) High cholesterol (2022)
I met with Ms Myers in clinic at Marina House today alongside her allocated care coordinator, Hawa Oweh (CPN).
Background
Ms Myers is a 65-year-old female, not previously known to the Southwark Older Adult CMHT, however previously under working age mental health services. Ms Myers was referred to our team by Dennis Kamara, a mental health nurse in primary care. He requested for an assessment of diagnosis and treatment options, with information that Ms Myers has a long history of low mood and anxiety with some previous underlying trauma and recent stressors including her housing association taking her to court and ongoing disputes with her neighbours.
The following information about Ms Myers’s mental health background is taken from available electronic mental health records.
Ms Myers’ mental health records date back to 2017 where there is a Merlin report from police with concern about Ms Myers struggling with her mental health following a tribunal, with also a mention of her receiving previous support from the Maudsley. This however doesn’t appear to have been followed by input from secondary mental health care. In 2021 there are a number of contacts with the crisis line and referrals to CMHT (working age), outlining concerns about low mood, anxiety and suicidal thoughts for the past 7 years since her mother passed away. Other contributory factors noted included the death of a neighbour the previous year and being charged with criminal damage and attending court in April 2021. Ms Myers had also spoken about the death of her brother and developing depression and an eating disorder as a result of discrimination at work. Another referral to CMHT in 2021 reportedly from Southwark council outlined concerns of Ms Myers feeling police were being sent to kill her. There was also a phone call from a mental health practitioner from the University of East London (student wellbeing service) expressing concerns about Ms Myers’ mental health and possible bizarre and paranoid behaviour.
In 2022 Ms Myers was assessed following a GP referral by the Southwark Assessment & Liaison Team. This assessment noted mental health difficulties appearing to commence in 2014 when Ms Myers was reportedly persecuted in her place of work, having worked as an early year’s practitioner. It was reported that Ms Myers was being accused by her nursery in Southwark of being ‘uncooperative, rude and confrontational’, and was under investigation, and then left due to ill health. Following this, she received 12 sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the Maudsley. Following this, Ms Myers had reported not being able to gain paid employment, but had worked voluntarily in mental health research, been involved in various organisations and online podcasts, and was also featured in a book about Windrush. Ms Myers had reported an incident of the police in 2021 attending her home and beating her, and that she now has a criminal record and has been turned down for jobs due to her criminal record check (CRB). She had reported feeling she has been targeted by certain people she used to work with and there was a pattern. The impression of this review was that there was not any clear evidence of depression or psychosis, that past events have been very stressful and that Ms Myers could benefit from further talking therapy. She was then referred to IAPT.
In 2023 and going into 2024 there were a number of referrals to CMHT, due to concerns about Ms Myers’ mental health. There was reference of Ms Myers’ housing association seeking legal action due to antisocial behaviour. In December 2023 Ms Myers was reported to have called 111 herself reporting feeling hopeless about the threat of eviction from her home and having ongoing issues with her neighbours. In March 2023 Ms Myers was brought to A&E by the London Ambulance Service reporting worsening mental health. No evidence of thought disorder or psychosis observed and GP was advised to review Ms Myers and consider a referral to mental health services.
In September 2024 Ms Myers was referred to the Southwark Older Adult CMHT by Dennis Kamara, mental health nurse in primary care. There were concerns related to her behaviour and posting references to suicide in her social media. Ms Myers was seen by Dennis in primary care alongside her son Kevin who had travelled from Jamaica where he lives. There were reported issues with housing, neighbours and family. She has lived in her current address for 23 years and has been having issues with neighbours banging her door and making malicious complaints about her to the police. The housing association has reportedly taken an injunction against her and she is at risk of eviction and the case is currently in court. Her son had reported the reason for this being Ms Myers putting up inappropriate material online about the council and refusing to take it down. Her son had mentioned Ms Myers storing urine for months to throw it at her employer’s property and putting up comments on social media about feeling suicidal, which Ms Myers admitted to, however, stated she would never do this due to her Christian faith. There was also concern from Ms Myers about a camera being placed in the shared communal doorway by her neighbours, that it initially faced towards the street however now has been turned directly at her. She had reportedly denied feeling the neighbours watch her when she is in her flat however, the only issue is when she is coming through the communal front door.
Recent progress
Ms Myers was initially assessed by our team on 08/10/24 at home by Joseph Mukuba, Community Psychiatric Nurse. Following this, I decided to assess Ms Myers myself to help come to a psychiatric diagnosis and consider treatment options.
I have subsequently reviewed Ms Myers in clinic on 16/10/24. During this assessment Ms Myers described to me in detail her background history to date, including the trauma in her upbringing (physical abuse from mother, father dying when she was a young age), and her first marriage to a controlling husband resulting in domestic violence. Ms Myers talked about losing her mother 10 years ago, and around the same time being forced out of working as a nursery nurse and following this receiving therapy. Ms Myers talked about the issues with her neighbours persecuting her, which have worsened over the years, and her recent bereavement of her husband a few months ago.
On 23/10/24 Ms Myers contacted 111 and LAS due to feeling in ‘crisis’ after her grandniece left having stayed with her without saying goodbye. I visited Ms Myers at home on the 25/10/24. During this visit, Ms Myers described in more detail the persecution she reports experiencing from her neighbours, whom she believes are trying to kill her, leading to her feeling unsafe at home. She reported since her husband passed away, she has been more careful in locking her front door and that if she didn’t do that ‘I would be dead’. Ms Myers showed me the doorbell camera her neighbour set up on the outside of the shared front door, and how she believes the neighbour is using this to monitor her coming in and out of her home. Ms Myers talked about her neighbour kicking on her front door every day to provoke her and her belief that her neighbours want to try to provoke her into confronting them, which would then give them an excuse to harm and kill her. Ms Myers has explained to me how she believes other neighbours are also siding against her and that she also feels under threat from the police and housing association, all working together against her.

On review
I summarised the purpose of review to complete the assessment following the referral to our team from Dennis Kamara, primary care mental health nurse.
I asked Ms Myers how she has been since we last met. She talked about the housing association not coming yet to fix her toilet seat, as well as the mould on her kitchen door and the damp in her windowsill. She reported attending her drumming group and doing a performance and spoke positively about this. She brought up about her neighbours continuing to try to provoke her since we last met. Ms Myers spoke about the neighbours ‘stomping’ on the floor loudly to provoke her. Ms Myers agreed that she believed the neighbours were trying to kill her. I recalled her previous statement to me that she believed the neighbours were trying to provoke her so that she would in turn confront them, and this would give them the excuse to try to kill her. Ms Myers accepted this is what she believed. She stated she would not attack them herself and is trying to keep to herself. Ms Myers said recently she stayed at a friend’s house overnight as she didn’t feel safe to return home. I asked about the camera. Ms Myers continued to report that she believed the camera on the doorbell was there to monitor her movements. She said she is trying not to think about this. She stated being more frustrated about her doorbell always being rung.
Ms Myers made a statement about never wanting to ‘give up’. I enquired about whether she experiences suicidal thoughts. Ms Myers stated this has been misconstrued and referenced a poster or piece of literature she was pictured in, that had the quote about people being unemployed, being at risk of suicide, and said this quote was then attached to her. Ms Myers did admit to having last had a suicidal thought in August this year, when her son was visiting her and she talked about her door being kicked. She didn’t report having experienced any plans or intent to act on this. Ms Myers stated there was no chance that she would come to harm via her own means. She has previously stated her Christian faith as a protective factor.
I summarised to Ms Myers what she had explained to me over the last 3 meetings leading to my opinion about her mental health diagnosis. This included Ms Myers’ description of her earlier life and trauma she experienced, the domestic violence in her first marriage which led to her separating and being saved by the housing situation, the loss of her mother 10 years ago around the same time as stopping working as a nursery nurse. Then over recent years with the increasingly difficult situation with her neighbours, beliefs that they are provoking her by monitoring her movements, trying to kill her and banging on her door, leading to her receiving a possession order which may potentially result in her being evicted and a possible custodial sentence due to being in contempt of court. Then more recently the stress of losing her husband. I explained to Ms Myers my impression that as a result of the build up of stress over these years that her beliefs and experiences about the neighbours could be explained by her being unwell with paranoia and psychosis. I explained that this is a condition that we could provide treatment for, including both antipsychotic medication, and psychosocial support, including psychology for psychosis. Ms Myers said in response to this that she had experienced some paranoia in the past. She said she accepted this was my explanation of opinion about her mental health. Ms Myers said she was willing to try medication if it would help. Ms Myers explained she had recently been to her new GP for vaccinations and blood tests, I advised I would check the results of these and then give her a call next week to see whether she would like to go ahead with starting antipsychotic medication. She agreed to this and accepted a patient information leaflet about risperidone. She confirmed having our contact numbers in case needing to get in touch in between appointments. Hawa confirmed she would make an appointment with Ms Myers when she had started on her medication to monitor how she is doing. We also discussed social activities and community groups, Ms Myers knew of Time & Talents and didn’t want to attend there, however appeared keener in Blackfriars.
Mental state examination
Ms Myers presented on time, she was well kempt, wearing a diabetes charity t-shirt, engaged well, reasonable rapport established, maintained eye contact, speech slightly pressured however, interruptible and voice not raised, mood reported as well and objectively appeared euthymic with reactive affect. Mild thought disorder evident with circumstantial responses. Describing persecutory delusional thoughts about neighbours trying to kill her and monitoring her movements. No reported auditory hallucinations and didn’t appear to be responding to unseen stimuli. Appeared well orientated to time and place. Insight partial however took on board opinion about diagnosis and agreed to consider treatment options explained.
Care Plan
I have provided written information for Ms Myers for an antipsychotic medication – risperidone. I advised I will check Ms Myer’s most recent blood tests with her GP and call her following this to see whether she would like to start risperidone or not.
I will send this assessment letter to Mrs Myers, and she is then able to share this with her solicitor for her current court case.
Ms Myers is assigned a care coordinator in our team – Hawa Oweh, CPN – who will monitor Ms Myers’ mental state and risks and support with psychosocial interventions.
Hawa Oweh has agreed to make contact with the housing association to support Ms Myers with fixing her toilet seat and other house matters needing repair.
Ms Myers confirmed having contact numbers for people to call, including the Samaritans, our team number during working hours (0203 228 2240) and the SLAM crisis line out of hours (0800 731 2864).

Dear members,
As we approach the end of the year, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support of English PEN. Your membership has been instrumental in advancing our campaigns and events programme, and empowering us to uphold our mission of safeguarding freedom of expression whenever and wherever it is under threat.
Your commitment is not just appreciated – it is vital. Together, we are in solidarity with those facing persecution and champion their voices, both here in the UK and around the world.
Freedom of expression remains one of the first casualties of conflict – as the founders of PEN knew well, and as we see today. We remain determined in our defence of this essential right, and in response to turmoil across the world, we have engaged in urgent campaigning efforts.
English PEN was founded in the aftermath of World War One, with a clear mission to stand with writers, and to stand against war. A century later, this mission is as vital as ever.
We have a voice and, with it, the power to speak out against conflict, violence, and the erosion of human rights. Now, more than ever, we must use that voice – consistently, courageously, and in line with our ideals.

End Gender Based Violence of Housing For Women Tenants.
This is a follow up about the ongoing case of the Metropolitan Police attempt to SECTION, MURDER, KIDNAP Mervelee Myers from 30th October 2017 to 9th August 2024 that is listed within the HMCTS Legal Systems that must be examined and used as evidence in the current Claims: K05EC530 and K02CL827.
Failed by Legal Representations
Please reference https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for why DJ Beecham will be given the task of restoring the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Crown Prosecution Services and Criminal Justice System to what it was before I had to represent myself after the death of my brother Walford Byron Alburney Nembhard against Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust workplace nursery where I had the first nervous breakdown.

Her son had mentioned Ms Myers storing urine for months to throw it at her employer’s property and
putting up comments on social media about feeling suicidal, which Ms Myers admitted to, however, stated she would never do this due to her Christian faith.
Neuroradiology
CT head 26/03/24: nil concerns
Ms Myers
said recently she stayed at a friend’s house overnight as she didn’t feel safe to return home.
Care Plan
1. I have provided written information for Ms Myers for an antipsychotic medication – risperidone. I advised I will check Ms Myer’s most recent blood tests with her GP and call her following this to see whether she would like to start risperidone or not.
2. I will send this assessment letter to Mrs Myers, and she is then able to share this with her solicitor for her current court case.
3. Ms Myers is assigned a care coordinator in our team – Hawa Oweh, CPN – who will monitor Ms Myers’ mental state and risks and support with psychosocial interventions.
4. Hawa Oweh has agreed to make contact with the housing association to support Ms Myers with fixing her toilet seat and other house matters needing repair.
5. Ms Myers confirmed having contact numbers for people to call, including the Samaritans, our team number during working hours (0203 228 2240) and the SLAM crisis line out of hours (0800 731 2864)

Dear Sirs,
Mervelee Myers created 18 Facebook Pages Account between Summer 2009 to March 2024 when they were DISABLED by FB claiming they are not AUTHENTIC.
Facebook: My Mental Health Network Mervelee Myers Qualifications, Trainings can be accessed online. Just so the world is made aware, I was offered the job of SENCO for £46-55,000.00 by Smart Teachers before Richard Harty paniccked and called my mobile. He later kicked me out of the University of East London. I will name call Professor Wedderburn the brother of CAL who I meet at my Mother-In-Law Mrs Olive Brown-Tingling home in Bermondsey. I am not sure it might be in my head, but Dr Phil Gregory sounds like Richard Harty. I applied to play the part of a grandmother with a grandson who experienced “Mental Health Issues”. I must tell you about Tony Cealy who bring me from the background to perform when I attended his Theatre of the Oppressed Training at the Walworth Living Room as a Volunteer of Pembroke House and member of Cardboard Citizens. I did a CONSULTATION with Adrian Jackson for CRISIS and started advocating on behalf of Derek Draper in the BLUE Bermondsey.
Further to your email below are you able to confirm your client’s treatment plan further to the diagnosis of a non-organic psychosis? Unless the solicitor was “Perverting the Course of Justice LYING” when we spoke yesterday, did he ask Dr Phil Gregory to make a DIAGNOSIS and TREATMENT PLAN for his CLIENT? Since I was told to remove videos about Dr Phil Gregory and others from YouTube, I got FRUSTRATED and shut down my channels. We note a video posted online in which your client appears to be advising her psychiatrist, MM Response: Dr Phil Gregory, is not MERVELEE MYERS psychiatrist. The time Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP to be making sure they #EndGenderBasedViolence against #EmpoweredWomen they are busy sacking a cleaner for eating a left over sandwich.
That his diagnosis is ‘not her’ and it is her ‘neighbour’ that needs help, so that she not does not murder MM or ‘damage’ her. The fact I was offered the job of SENCO for £46-55,000.00 by Smart Teachers in 2021 from an old CV from 2015 is proof I continued training despite my ENTITLEMENTS denied.

I was kicked out of the UEL after Richard Harty called my mobile on the 27th September 2021. We must therefore, link the “Systemic Discrimination” because when I conducted the “A Voice of a Child” research project for LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan in August 2010 after I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper I had no knowledge who was responsible for them.I have severall REPORTS already edited to publish on AMAZON as soon as I expose Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LPP and those involved in the “Systemic Discrimination of the past 10 years”. When I posted this on Facebook I got 3.67 Views. This is only one of the reasons I will not let the DEPRAVED ALCOHOLIC turn JUNKIE get the chance to MURDER or HARM me.
You are trying to coerce the SOLICITORS to abandon me like Stephen Agera of Charles Hills & CO. 1. What happened during July 2023 when I was sent POSSESSION letter by Narin Masera, where is she and Samantha Gibbs? 2. Why was I not informed about the INJUNCTION and the HEARINGS from 24th July that DJ Greenidge sent from CLCC to CCCS. 26th DJ Swan presided and DJ Sterlini 1st August 2023? DJ Sterlini perverted the course of justice and is in contempt of court saying I was informed and did not attend. 3. Meeting Nigel Pearce at Elim House and invited to… 4. Seeing DJ Sterlini label me a VIOLENT NUISANCE maake me ANGRY like the Poem I wrote. 8. Mimi Owusu 12 pages “Witness Statement” detailing her part in DISCRIMINATION with Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. 9. Becoming a VICTIM of my HUSBAND’S FAMILY Trevor Anthony Tomlinson assaulted me in the bedroom I cleared to have him come home to die. After he changed the locks on his father’s house. 10. Isolated in Alma Grove and the target of the HATE MOB and everyone minding their own business. 11. I was not in Court on 20th December 2023, I had a Mental Health REVIEW at the GP.So DJ Naidoo is another of the VIOLENT NUISANCES “Without Prejudice”.

Facebook Mervelee Myers was the EYFS Coordinator SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at Luton Street Community Nursery April 2010 – July 2014. I will advise H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP to stop the DEFAMATION. Because I was offered £58,000.00 NDA and I refused.
I wrote on FB I was feeling SUICIDAL will be used in evidence. You can find out more in HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT. 30th November 2020 when Holly Sweeney P255654, Nikki Wright P240060, Harry Stack P255641 and Ben Godfrey 255842 came under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture to MURDER me to say I committed SUICIDE the MOPAC response of Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb must be examined. The Police and Ambulance RECORDS must be taken in EVIDENCE based on Dr Phil Gregory DIAGNOSIS that whatever I am saying is in my HEAD. Since I have not seen any qualifications for Dr Phil Gregory and after tricking his way in my home I have no alternative except saying he is up to no good. But like I did Richard Harty I will track him down as soon as I tell the world about the HMCTS VIOLENT NUISANCES on this case. DJ Greenidge, DJ Swan, DJ Sterlini, DJ Richard Hayes, DJ Pigram, DJ Bell, DJ Naidoo and am waiting on DJ Beecham to complete her job that she took on. Who the FUCKING hell is Devonshires Solicitors LLP? Party to MISOGYNY and GASLIGHTING by H4W and HMCTS.

The Police and Ambulance Service turned up at my home on the 30th October 2017. I have proof of the NEGLIGENCE by the POLICE from then to date. Some of these visits can be put in the same category as members of the BAME COMMUNITY who were MURDERED or HARMED as in the case of Cherry Grouse son who I recorded speaking about his experience as a child.Joy Gardener and more recently Chris Kabo.
The SEND Code of Conduct & DSA Disabled Student’s Allowances Disability Evidence Form
I repeat SUICIDE is MISCONTRUED because my photograph is across from 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment in HCT Group Impact Report 2016. I told the solicitor about the first person I know who committed SUICIDE. This was Mr Barnaby who tried to burn down his wife’s house and was arrested. On his release from jail he walked through the Street I lived in to the pond that was a ssource of water for many COMMUNITIES. He folded his clothes, put his GUN on top and walked pass the man bathing. He was in SHOCK for days and the Middle Wire Pond dried up. Am still waiting to be paid. Why is there only FOCUS on the SUICIDE and not my EARLY INTERVENTION as an EXPERT AUTHORITY on SUBJECTS from the CRADLE to the GRAVE?

Nevertheless, our client has made multiple referrals to adult safeguarding. MM Response: Did Mimi Owusu’s 12 pages “Witness Statement” the reasons for the REFERRALS to “ADULT SAFEGUARDING?” If so the EQUALITY ASSESSOR for the case will have to address because no offer of help was forthcoming from the time, I write to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton on the eve of “Mothering Sunday” 14 March 2015 am DEPRESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE.

MM Response: As far as I am concerned and based on the Report of Dr Phil Gregory how do I know he is not a QUACK?
We were provided with the same by our client during our appointment with her held yesterday. MM Response: Why did the Solicitor not share the information about Kings College London RADAR-CNS that I gave him?
Following the appointment with Dr Phil Gregory on Wednesday, he has scheduled a further appointment on 25 October to take place at her home address so that he can factor in her living circumstances and day to day experiences. MM Response: As a qualified Early Years Practitioner and SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at http://www.leyf.org.uk and volunteering in “Communities of Practice”. This has been proven to be a breach of my RIGHTS from the time HMCTS conducted the second miscarriages of justice. I have proven that Dr Phil Gregory’s visit to my home was for his own PERVERSE delectation when he wormed his way in my confidence. I even confided to him that I did not think I was getting the proper representation.
While we rely on the initial assessment report we would also seek to rely on any further report prepared by Dr Gregory. MM Response: Dr Phil Gregory’s report does not count. He is a GASLIGHTING MISOGYNIST.
Even on the basis of the initial assessment report we say that it is more likely than not that our client suffers from a disability, consequently we invite you to agree that an Equality Act assessor is required. MM Response: The Equality Act Assessor will be working. There is no question of whether Mervelee Myers suffer with MENTAL and PHYSICAL DISABILITIES.

Let me describe this as the DECRIMINALIZATION of Mervelee Myers and COLONIZATION in REVERSE. As per this email which is considered STALKING because H4W wiped the DATA from the CUSTOMER PORTAL after the complaint 2022000052 reached stage 2 of the proceedings. The Housing Ombudsman Service was aware of these proceedings and I even raised concerns with the way the matters was handled. Then 2024000031 was not upheld because of the Court Case when Devonshires Solicitors Narin Masera sent me POSSESSION LETTER in July 2023. We need to take a look at what was happening to me and my 101 year old husband and the PTSD affecting US from the time Ms Gilchrist was coerced by Samantha Gibbs who was employed by H4W to get rid of tenants like me and Ms Presley who raised legitimate concerns about DISREPAIRS. There was another 20240000273 after the failures of the CONTRACTOR to fix the toilet seat and the many conversations with MCP.
I will therefore reference the following about the Systemic Discrimination https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions-ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 about why Richard Harty called my mobile on the 27th September 2021 and kicked me out of UEL to cover up his role as the mastermind of www.leyf.org.uk Men In Childcare. I did the “A Voice of a Child” research project for June O’Sullivan in August 2011 after I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson “The Experience Of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. For some reasons Dr. Phil Gregory sounds like Richard Harty and I am wondering what is their connection in trying to get me to take PILLS to turn me into a ZOMBIE?
Since I was a member of the H4W Scrutiny Customer Panel minute taker that was disbanded in 2020 and I am the violent nuisance who is to be IMPRISONED and EVICTED why was I consider for the Customer Panel in 2024? Why is a MALE now involved in carrying out the functions that Samantha Gibbs was employed to do and is now on long term sick leave doing? Let me end by quoting Women’s Housing Forum @Denise473 from @Women’sPioneers Zaiba Qureshi from @Housing Coordinator Housing4Women co chairs the Women’s Housing Forum, highlighting the demand for affordable homes for women and our collective vision… Am I to assume based on the following 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence #16DaysofActiism #EndGenderAbuseViolence #SupportSurvivors #GenderEquality #WomenEmpowerment #StandUpSpeakOut #ActivismForWomen is the reason Ms Presley and Mervelee Myers are the target of H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP? I explained to the solicitor am a member of the Housing Ombudsman Service Customer Panel.
That is the reason Dr. Phil Gregory must be questioned about his visit to my home on the 21st November 2024 demanding that I turn off my recording that had nothing to do with him. The fact I was on the HOS Zoom where I was visible why did he turn up saying he was concerned about my welfare. Will he be raising concerns to YouTube about his PRIVACY in that recording once I convince HMCTS District Judge Beecham about the PTSD that is been TRIGGERED each time I pick myself up?
I will advise that those I gave IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE a copy to read. Because I am already in cyberspace to make me a HERO like Nanny of the Maroon if HMCTS breach my RIGHTS under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics, the amended Housing Act 1988 and the Eviction Act 1977. Please be reminded where I meet the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin in April 2014. Because by being the face of Windrush 70 and the wife of ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON who was neglected on BYRON ward when I had to attend court on the 4th April when Trina Philbert’s PREGNANCY was made public and she later used it to PROVOKE me. Let us take a peek at a TRAUMATISED Mervelee Nembhard who was preparing for the birth of her second child. Whilst dealing with the misdiagnosis of my first child been DEAF and DUMB and the care of my FATHER and GRANDMOTHER. I did not let that stop me becoming the RESILIENT person who refused to accept giving up as an option. I was beaten up by the Police on the 30th November 2020 and later made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Read the MOPAC response. Now am a VIOLENT NUSIANCE to cover 23 years of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist hate crimes. But she was coerced because H4W wanted me out.
This will be posted online for the world to understand about A-Z of discrimination that impacted on my life 32 years in the UK.
