Thanks so much for reaching out. We really appreciate it.
In our research we’re doing interviews with residents and others who have experience of living with and/or responding to damp and mould problems. We’re asking people about its impacts and about what has and hasn’t worked in addressing these problems as well as what they feel needs to change so such issues are dealt with better.
Its usually myself and my colleague Ayana, cc’d in, who carry out the interviews. Ayana is doing a PhD in architecture, on a related but separate project on damp and mould.
The interviews we do are semi-structured, usually online via Teams and they last 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on how much people want to say. They are semi-structured and quite informal. As its a university led project we do give everyone an information sheet about the project and a consent form.
How does that sound to you? I’m not sure if it helps with the experience you want to build. But if you have any questions about research let me know, and I’ll see if I can answer them.

I could hear Ms Gilchrist and people outside my door for hours until I fall asleep. When I wake up the next morning a note was pushed under the door. I must put on record the fact that the Met Police and NHS Ambulance Service visited my home on the 30th of October 2017 to SECTION me from a malicious report by Winsome Duncan that I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL is when the fact my photograph was across from a STATISTIC was used to make me a VICTIM. There has been a pattern of breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics since the 30 October 2017 to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me from my home at Alma Grove based on the MALICIOUS reports of INDIVIDUALS from I decided to challenge my former employers http://www.leyf.org.uk.

Injunction Order – Record of Hearing Claim Number: K02CL827. This is an UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION by DJ Sterlini. DJ Sterlini acted UNPROFESSIONALLY as Mervelee Myers was not given notice of the HEARING. Events of July 2023 must be considered. DJ Sterlini name is listed on Winsome Duncan claim with DJ Zimmell and DJ Rand.
District Judge Bell – Psychiatric Assessment
DJ Bell sent 7 of my claims to Central County Court including Barrister Ryan Clement that JUDGEMENT was passed for him to pay me back my husband’s money. I did the Psychiatric Assessment on the 15 April 2024. Therefore, to seek any other about my CAPACITY breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics.
District Judge Naidoo – Medical Review
Mervelee Myers did not attend any HEARING with DJ Naidoo as I was book by the GP for a Medical Review.
If the DEFENDANT fails to attend court at the next hearing the court may deal with the committal in her absence. The Defendant must attend the next hearing. These proceedings concern alleged CONTEMPT of Court and if the Defendant is found GUILTY of BREACH of the INJUNCTION ORDER dated 1 August 2023 she may be sent to PRISON, a SUSPENDED SENTENCE may be IMPOSED, or she may FINED, or her ASSETS seized.
INJUNCTION ORDER –
The Injunction Order is INVALID because Mervelee Myers was not aware of any of the PROCEEDINGS from the 24 July 2023 to 1 August 2023. I became aware of the Order after coming home to find a note left at my home. I called the number on the letter and was given instructions about getting the information. Someone who was present when the letter was delivered is in the BUNDLE photographed with me at the door.

The HMCTS is waging a campaign of terrorism against me protecting LEYF that have been abusing children, young people and vulnerable adults using Richard Harty “Men in Childcare” as cover. I conducted the “A Voice of a Child” research project for LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan in August 2010. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS in 2010. I was interviewed at my home and was employed at LEYF. Using Subject Access Request – Data Protection Act – 117119 LEYF claim not to have any data for me after they failed to return my FILE. At CLCC on the 18/1/2022 HHJ Dight lied that the Clerk sent the documents to both parties. When I catch HHJ Dight out perverting the course of justice, he excused himself and leave the Court. That is when the Clerk apologise admitting she was thinking about the Christmas rush with the Postal Service so sent the Court Order for Barrister Samantha Jones and Matthew Bradley to pass to me.
I left the CLCC with the understanding that by submitting to HHJ Dight’s coercive control, to promise him I would not be putting any more claims because of the impact on my mental and physical health. I am in shock upon receiving another letter summoning me to CLCC on the 22nd July 2022. Basically, what this means is that I am buried in my house preparing more arguments that the court refuse to allow me to use. For HHJ Dight to call me back to CLCC with ***This Order has been amended under the slip rule CPR40.12*** is in breach of my Human Right not to be discriminated against. Why is HHJ Dight with a misconduct who was advised by Justice Secretary amending the Order that he did not prepare about the judgement that was passed for Barrister Ryan Clement to pay me back my husband’s money. The HMCTS and CPS and CJS are party to the discrimination with the two miscarriages of justice. The unlawful arrest and attempts to section and murder and threaten me on behalf of scammers Barrister Ryan Clement and winsome Duncan and LEYF and the UEL and my neighbour. This occurred between 30/10/2017, 30/11/2020, 21/10/2021, 13/11/2021. I have to protect myself from the system that targeted me to protect LEYF abusers.
My husband is my rock and without him I could not survive to this point where I am writing books to have our voices heard. I will provide further evidence to prove once and for all how the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Service targeted me to cover up LEYF Abuse Rings operating out of the HOC Nursery. When I raised concerns about the discrimination after the death of my mother, I was sent to the Prestigious HOC Nursery to be colonise. The ET/EAT claimed I made up the disabilities. I have exhausted the ET/EAT and now HMCTS is hellbent on making me HCT Group Impact Report Statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. When I did not become statistic one, I am been pushed to be 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave their home once per week or less. There is elder abuse of my husband and I and we are TRAUMATISE.

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard is #63years old. I was #affected by my #father struggle with Parkinson’s disease from #aged10. In 2020 #LEYF is getting support from the Judiciary of England & Wales to #continue with #discrimination. So Fight4justice understand why GOD kept #mum strong to cope with her lot in life. I will live my life to HONOUR everyone who made SACRIFICES for our FREEDOM. Counselling help me to deal with the #ChildhoodTraumas that were triggered & exacerbated into #MentalHealthIssues when my #VULNERBILITY was exploited to make me a scapegoat & victim for the #INCOMPETENCE of others 2004-2008 at #KingsCollegeHospitalNHSTrust.
Because of the blacklisting & networking I kept a low profile and got on with securing my #Pension from 2009…
But enough was enough after yet another #Transition_Bereavement and they tried to make me #PARANOID to carry out their plots to destroy me completely. Month of tribute to Gan-Gan. 1 of my most vivid memory was my gran combing my hair, plaiting it down in my face and saying she not combing down my brain. I used to bex nuh bull cause I was the only 1 with hair comb like that. B4 too long I learned to plait the front 1 because I was Different already without having the hair standing up in my Forehead singling me out.
Strangely enough I have no Memory of my Granny b4 we moved to GaGa Street. However I recalled other things/incidents when we lived where I was born at Townhead. God bless my Granny for all she done for me that I’d not appreciate at the time.
