MM Argument of breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics: I have issues about the dates selected for the trials that are related to the PTSD that the Solicitor Sola Obajuluwa and Barrister Miranda Grell should have been aware of if they had acted professionally from taking on my CASE and I gave them copies of IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE. My BOOK is being used by WESTMINSTER HUB to empower WOMEN to challenge the Judiciary of England & Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service in having OUR VOICES heard in the COURTS.

I am a MENTAL HEALTH & SEND Advocate turned Activist because of my experiences of facing SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION each time there is a BEREAVEMENT or LOSS in my FAMILY. I told Solicitor Sola Obajuluwa if JI SOLICITORS set up an ADVOCACY, I would be able to help tenants like Ms H Presley who found me online because Hermoine Cameron was advocating on my behalf. I suggested that JI SOLICITORS take Ms Presley’s case to highlight how Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors were targeting TENANTS who raised CONCERNS.

The names of HMCTS, CPS, CJS, SRA, BSB, IOPC, JCIO, CCMCC, HMPPS, CLCC, DBS, MOPAC involved with the Systemic Discrimination must be INVESTIGATED. The INJUNCTION is COVER for HMCTS miscarriages of justice against me dating back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust where I had the first nervous breakdown. I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination recommended to ACAS. When I eventually spoke to the Solicitor, I was not given any advice, and I felt the same way that I was being COERCED. The Solicitor claimed to have sent me letters which did not arrive. Defendant is no longer engaging meaningfully with instructing solicitors and has not provided updating instructions. The Defendant’s direct representation to the Court and Claimant puts us in conflict.

MM Arguments: It is Counsel that is in breach and failing to ENGAGE by going to Court behind my back using Dr Phil Gregory’s Medical Report to ENTRAP me as not having CAPACITY. I have no problems with the EQUALITY ACT ASSESSOR the information to be as part of my RESEARCH into how SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION can impact on persons who CHALLENGE the miscarriages of justice that DENIED MY ENTITLEMENTS to even MEDICAL AID. In the words of Nye Bevan, the founder of the NHS 1948 “No society can legitimately call itself civilised if a sick person is denied medical aid because of lack of means”. My arguments are the MENTAL HEALTH ACT is being abused in breach of the Equality Act to deny my ENTITLEMENTS claiming I do not have CAPACITY.

The Defendant is publicly funded, and we have an ongoing duty to the Legal Aid agency as to the merits of the defence to the possession claim. Whilst my son Kevin Donovan Murray is STRUGGLING with his HEALTH after witnessing the THREATS to his mother during the time he spent here.

I have just spoken to Vanessa, and I must say I was unable to join the TEAMS. I need your help in publishing my story in the Westminster HUB Newsletter to get people to attend the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch on the 17^th and 10^th March 2025 for POSSESSION and COMMITTAL based on the unlawful injunction with CONTEMPT of COURT to silence and gag me. Whilst am the prisoner of my neighbour Debbie Gilchrist who is given permission to continue the GASLIGHTING with the HATE MOB in Alma Grove. I want it known that I was not aware of the Court Order presided over by DJ Greenidge on the 24^th July and DJ Swan on the 26^th July and DJ Sterlini on the 1^st August 2023 when I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE. I am aware of DJ Sterlini because he was on correspondence I received when DJ Zimmell and DJ Rand strike out my claims with Winsome Duncan who stole my manuscript. I have not received my money from the judgement with Barrister Ryan Clement, who groomed Winsome Duncan to find vulnerable black people for them to scam.

In order for the public to understand, I have been abandoned by J I SOLLICITORS of 1-3 Atwell Road, London, SE15 4TW Sola Obajuluwa and Counsel barrister Miranda Grell who went to Court on the 9^th December 2024 to make out I do not have CAPACITY. I represented myself at 2 Employment Tribunals and various Small Claims Court hearings. HMCTS miscarriages of justice are documented and the patterns of systemic discrimination are similar in the cases with the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Crown Prosecution Services and Criminal Justice System.

Why should Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP, and Debbie Gilchrist who was coerced by Samantha Gibbs, who was employed in April 2022 get away by HMCTS DJ Richard Hayes, DJ Pigram, DJ Bell, DJ Naidoo unprofessional conducts. In the case of DJ Hayes, Barrister Angela Delbourg a WHITE Female telling me I MUST be WHITER than WHITE before DJ Hayes. And after court told me that she was SCARED I would shout at the judge. In the case of DJ Pigram, he threatened to remove Debbie Thomas from the court and stated my HUSBAND was supporting me. Yet DJ Piagram did not see the 100 year old man who was CONFUSED and TRAUMATISED. In the case of DJ Bell I was in SHOCK finding out this is a FEMALE as her name appeared on 7 claims she sent to CLCC for Civil District Judge including Barrister Ryan Clement that JUDGEMENT was passed. Barrister Miranda Grell was in AWE of her but I just viewed her as another CORRUPT judge. She requests that I do Psychiatric Assessment which I attended on the 15th April 2024 after the death of my HUSBAND. As for DJ Naidoo I was not at his/her Court on the 20^th December 2023, I had an appointment at the Decima Street Surgery for a Medical Review. I was already STRESSED turning up at court on the 19^th to be informed that Stephen Agera from Charles Hills & CO sent email to be removed as my solicitor.

In April 2022 four people were MURDERED by Joshua Jacques in Bermondsey and Mervelee Myers fears for my life since Debbie Gilchrist coerced her RESPECTFUL PARTNER Joe Hooper to target me. I created HUBS on Social Media where I write about stories as “An Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave”. My intellectual Property, Copyright, Images and CPPDP harvested by social media. The http://www.myvision.org.uk website I created from scratch in 2012 stolen by Guy Lawful and Mark Upton. I can be found online advocating, so why should I be threatened by CONTEMPT of COURT when I was the minute taker of the Customer Scrutiny Panel. Thats how Ms H Presley found me online when Hermoine Cameron was advocating on my behalf.

Maybe DJ Beecham can explain when she became aware of the need for the EQUALITY ASSESSOR and why the GASLIGHTING claiming I don’t have CAPACITY is allowed. Yet a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER do not have a GP.

If permitted the hope is that more members of the public attend hearings this year, to understand what is happening in real time and also so judges and others realise we are all keeping a close eye on the process of justice. Perhaps the imbalances of power might shift or at best less abuses of process.

Unfortunately, as you will see this is her 6^th attempt at appointing counsel and appeal. The fact that her previous solicitor, allegedly, weaponised her disability for the hearing to be held at the COP just demonstrates how easily processes can be abused, by counsel that collude together in order to act in bad faith.

Thank you for your email of 9th April 2024, regarding the treatment your husband, Mr
Arnold Tomlinson, received under the care of the Byron Ward team at King’s College
Hospital. I would like to offer you and your family my deepest condolences at what I
imagine is still an extraordinarily difficult time with the sad loss of your husband. MM Response: This is as FAKE as Gayle Lewis the black woman who made this statement.
While we appreciate feedback from our patients and their relatives, I must address
the language used in your correspondence. It is important for us to maintain a
respectful and constructive dialogue that fosters understanding and resolution, and I
believe that the tone of your complaint did not align with this principle. MM Response: Gayle Lewis should be ashamed of herself and I will make sure this is broadcast to the world.
I hope I can reassure you that your complaint has been investigated fully. MM Response: No, it was not.
Your complaint was shared with Dr Dan Wilson, Clinical Director, and Ms Felicia
Kwaku, Head of Nursing, who are responsible for monitoring the quality of care
within the Acute Specialty Medicine Care Group. Matron Yamu Njie, Patricia Ikhena,
Ward Leader Byron Ward, Dr Ambika Irving, Byron Ward Consultant, and the
Security Team at King’s College Hospital have investigated your concerns, and it is
with this information that I am responding to you. I have addressed your concerns in
line with how you have raised them. MM Response: As the key person for Charlotte Moberley, the daughter of Nick Moberley, I will use my credentials to challenge this report.
Your husband was admitted on 9th March 2024, with generalised weakness,
hypothermia, and confusion. On reviewing Mr Tomlinson in the Emergency
Department (ED), it was noted he was confused and therefore not able to provide a
good clinical history. He was transferred to Annie Zunz Ward and later moved to
Byron Ward on 10th March 2024. MM Response: Gayle Lewis will be exposed as another of the black persons is “Backra Massah Hospital” acting like Glendalyn Aboayge did to me at Mapother House Day Nursery 200302008 where I had the first nervous breakdown. The fact that I have references from PARENTS at Kings will alert the world that the NHS is a shame and disgrace to Nye Bevan the founder of the NHS 1948.
During a visit whilst on Byron Ward you found Mr Tomlinson sliding out of bed and
were alarmed that the nurse did not seem to notice. I am very sorry for the distress
caused; this is not the practice we expect from our staff. Staff are expected to
regularly check on patients especially those unable to independently manage their
activities of daily living. This would include repositioning the patient, checking their
toileting needs, and offering drinks. My sincere apologies that this did not happen on
this occasion. This has been discussed at daily handovers on the ward since your
complaint, to reiterate to staff the need for regular checks on patients who need
additional support. MM Response: Gayle Lewis is a disgrace to the Windrush Generation and BLACK PEOPLE on a whole. I am sorry that you felt the situation required you to video events
on Byron Ward. MM Response: I videoed because of my EXPERIENCES since I worked at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation workplace nursery Mapother House Day Nursery and had to take my case to the Employment Tribunal. Even then, I did not get justice. I witnessed children with SEND put at risk of safeguarding because of lack of training. If there was no one videoing George Floyd there would be no BLACK LIVES MATTER. Family and carers should have confidence that our staffs are providing appropriate, patient-centred care at all times which should include adequate supervision. I apologise if you felt that this was not the case in this
instance. MM Response: Gayle Lewis reminds me of LEYF Dilys Epton who was doing the same thing when I raised concerns.

You mentioned that the nurse looking after Mr Tomlinson became abusive to you
when you started filming him. MM Response: There was no one looking after Mr Tomlinson, as a matter of fact, he was the only one to be seen, pushing a trolley around the ward, serving the patients. I am sorry that you felt the nurse responded inappropriately. As part of the investigation, the nurse was interviewed, and CCTV was reviewed. During the interview with the nurse, he explained that he felt uncomfortable being filmed hence requested for you to stop filming and delete the video. MM Response: Gayle Lewis I make no reservations in saying that he was not a NURSE, but a hospital staff serving on the ward. He left to get help when I asked him to. He obviously did not find anyone and came back trying to help. But in trying to help, he was more of a danger to my husband, because he was not wearing protective gloves. He was just handling food and came to handle my husband. I could see that he had no experience with handling patients in my husband’s condition, so I decided to record for safeguarding. No combative behaviour was evident on the part of the nurse. The nurse
went on to explain that he was concerned that your recording might breach the
privacy and dignity of other patients on the ward. MM Response: Gayle Lewis has brought shame to every BLACK PERSONS. Because Mr Tomlinson was alone in his room. It is appropriate for our staff to advocate for other patients. MM Response: Gayle Lewis IGNORANCE will be made PUBLIC. Since he felt uneasy, he reported the issue to Betty, the
Nurse in Charge. Recording our staff without their consent constitutes a breach of
our policies regarding privacy and recording in our facility. We take the privacy and
rights of our employees very seriously, and such actions are not permissible. We
kindly ask that you refrain from recording any staff members in the future and
respect their privacy. MM Response: Gayle Lewis will be portrayed across the world for her IGNORANCE.

Betty arrived at Mr Tomlinson’s bedside to ensure he was more comfortable and
made an attempt to diffuse the situation. Unfortunately, this led to an altercation
between you and Betty. MM Response: Gayle Lewis and Nurse Betty are LIARS because this is not what happened. Nurse Betty sent the male to DEMAND I deleted the video and when I refused Nurse Betty herself came to argue with me. Other nursing staff reported that you were raising your voice, and they were concerned about the other patients in the room. MM Response: Gayle Lewis, Mr Tomlinson was in a ROOM by himself. Speaking with Nurse
Betty, she explained that she was unable to de-escalate the situation. Nurse Betty
does not recall shouting at you, but does remember asking you to calm down. You
asked her to leave the room. In order to respect your request, she did so but, for the
safety of her staff and patients, she had to contact Security to ask for their support. MM Response: Gayle Lewis, I will make sure the world knows about this. Is this why I am without a GP and have been made an INACTIVE PATIENT twice in 4 months?
The care group is undertaking a review of incidents where staff escalate to Security
in order to diffuse situations. They have identified that the escalation process for
these situations needs to be clearer and shared with our staff. The staff directly
involved on this occasion have been reminded that this could have been handled
differently. A call to more senior nursing staff on duty would have been more
appropriate before involving security staff. MM Response: I will make sure Gayle Lewis and PALS and the NHS don’t get away with this. I will be doing my PODCASTS as soon as I am finished with the Housing for Women UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. I apologise that this was not considered at the time as it may have resolved things sooner. MM Response: The fact that the NHS got away before and continues to NEGLECT VULNERABLE PATIENT makes it important to expose Gayle Lewis and all BLACK PEOPLE who sell out.

Encounter with Security

You raised concerns about the security staff’s response when they assisted you to
leave the hospital premises. MM Response: No, you are LYING, I have a report from A&E to prove that they did not assist me to leave. Why would the wife/carer of 101 years old MAN be taken from his bedside and taken out, manhandled on the way, pretending that they were talking to me. This is DECEPTION that amounted to KIDNAPPING. I am sorry that you felt you were manhandled. However, after carefully reviewing the footage captured by the body-worn video cameras (BWVCs) worn by our security staff, it is evident that they maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the incident. Despite facing personal and derogatory
remarks from you, including racist comments directed towards them and accusations
of being a paedophile, the security staff remained composed and focused on their
responsibilities. MM Response: Okay we will see about this.

The footage clearly depicts the security staff calmly explaining to you the reasons for
their intervention and subsequent request for you to leave, which was initiated at the
request of the nursing staff due to their concerns regarding your behaviour. MM Response: Kings will compensate me for DEFAMATION and I will use footages from Windrush Vigil for my ARGUMENTS. Initially walking off the ward, you stopped, so two security staff briefly assisted you to move forward by holding your arms. When you refused to cooperate, they promptly released their hold upon reaching the lift lobby, allowing you to proceed unaided into the lift. MM Response: Gayle Lewis you will be exposed as will Queen Camilla for for her role in ITV News documentary with Housing for Women. As the face of Windrush 70 the world will hear.

Additionally, the security staff can be heard confirming with nursing staff, prior to you
leaving, that your departure would not impact the patient’s care, ensuring that the
situation was handled with consideration for all involved parties. Furthermore, when
you were in the lift lobby, you mentioned leaving your coat in the patient’s room, the
security staff promptly retrieved it from the nursing staff and returned it to you without
any indication of interference or theft. MM Response: The WHITE RACIST were sending me out without my coat. This is proof, I was TRICKED T to leave my husband’s bedside.

We are sorry that you felt discriminated against or harassed, the security staff aimed
to ensure your safety, the safety of your husband, and the ward staff.

It has been reported that you used inappropriate language, including racist slurs,
which is completely unacceptable.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment for our
employees, patients, and their relatives. Such language not only violates our policies
but also undermines the values we stand for as an organisation. We ask that you
refrain from using any form of discriminatory language in the future. MM Response: Get ready Gayle Lewis.

Discharge arrangements

Mr Tomlinson was first seen by the consultant Dr Irving on Byron Ward on 14th
March and you were contacted by her later that day. You confirmed that you wanted
Mr Tomlinson to come home for end-of-life care and so this remained the plan from
the ward team. MM Response: Gayle Lewis is an IDIOT, and I have recordings to prove my ARGUMENTS. The occupational therapy team spoke to you again on 18th March to
confirm your understanding of the plan for discharge. On 20th March, the team were
told the existing package of care had been cancelled on Mr Tomlinson’s admission
to King’s and so the team sent a new request for care to Southwark Social Services.
This was for two carers to come four times per day, which is the maximum support
social services can offer. MM Response: This woman is as SICK as Debbie Gilchrist who was coerced by Housing for Women to target me.

On 22nd March the ward staff received a call from your husband’s social worker to
say she had spoken with you. The social worker asked the ward team to contact you
as she was worried that you seemed overwhelmed by the situation and the
discharge plans. Dr Irving called you later that day to go through your concerns and
you expressed that the equipment that had been ordered had not yet arrived, but
that also you were not happy for your husband to remain at home on his own in case
you needed to go out to attend appointments. Dr Irving suggested a care home as
an alternate place of care in this case and you agreed this may be more suitable for
you. A decision was therefore made for Mr Tomlinson to be fast-tracked (an urgent
request for a place to be found) to a nursing home the following week; both you and
Trevor (Mr Tomlinson’s son) were in agreement. MM Response: Was the hospital aware that I was assaulted by my stepson and that I was facing IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION?

The paperwork for the Fast Track was sent on 26th March. The ward were asked to
provide some more information before the funding was approved. This was sorted
out by Dr Irving. The fast-track paperwork was approved on 28th March. The team
awaited feedback about which nursing homes had availability.

On 3rd April, Mr Tomlinson deteriorated, and it was felt he was in the last days of his On 3rd April, Mr Tomlinson deteriorated, and it was felt he was in the last days of his
life. Tower Bridge care home was due to assess him that day. Trevor was updated
that Mr Tomlinson may not be well enough to transfer, and the chaplain was
contacted. On 4th April the clinical team contacted you and explained that Mr
Tomlinson was likely approaching the last days of his life. MM Response: I was in COURT on the 4th and visited my husband after COURT. I don’t know what this woman, Gayle Lewis is talking about. It was explained that Tower Bridge care home had felt Mr Tomlinson was too unwell for transfer and that he was at high risk of deteriorating, perhaps dying, in transport if he was moved at that point. You understood this and acknowledged that Mr Tomlinson was likely “no longer aware of his surroundings” and would not have wanted to die in transport. It
was agreed that if your husband remained stable, then the team could always restart
discussions with the care home with a view to discharging him there if he stabilised.
You were happy with this plan and said you were due to visit later that day. MM Response: All am going to say is Kings Hospital Hospital will be EXPOSED.

Mr Tomlinson did not become more stable and sadly passed away at 06:30hrs on 8th
April.

The nurses tried to reach you several times by telephone finally contacting you at
10:29hrs to inform you of Mr Tomlinson’s passing; you said you would come to the
ward as soon as possible. MM Response: I was not contacted until 6 hours later when Nurse John started his duty.

Later that morning at 11:58hrs the ward manager tried contacting you but there was
no answer on any of your known contact numbers. Mr Tomlinson’s son was at his
father’s bedside, and he advised the team of other contact details. Three alternative
numbers were provided and tried but they either reached voicemail or failed to
connect. MM Response: I was in A&E on the 7th April 2024. The fact that Trevor Tomlinson was with his father when he died is an indication of how I was DISCRIMINATED against. STRANGERS were informed of my husband’s death before me.

In most circumstances, deceased patients are moved off the ward after a short
interval. You did not want Mr Tomlinson to move from the ward to the chapel of rest
until you could say goodbye. Once you arrived you were able to spend some time
with your husband. MM Response: The hospital should be ASHAMED.

Palliative Care input

The palliative care team are not routinely involved in all fast-track discharges and do
not always see all patients approaching the end of their lives. Your husband’s
Advance Care Plan had been updated by the consultant on the ward and there was The palliative care team are not routinely involved in all fast-track discharges and do

a plan for a referral to community palliative care on discharge. However, when he
deteriorated on the 3rd/4th April, a referral was sent to the inpatient palliative care
team. They undertook a remote review when they triaged the referral. They noted
that his end-of-life symptoms were being well managed by the team on Byron Ward
and they did not have any other input at that stage. They were happy with the
ongoing plans to support Mr Tomlinson for end-of-life care in the hospital at that
point. They would likely have reviewed your husband on Monday 8th April; however,
he died in the early hours of that day. MM Response: My husband went back into hospital because his son ASSAULTED me.

We are sorry that we were not able to support your late husband’s return home for
end-of-life care. All efforts were made to allow this to happen with the correct
equipment, care package, and support. We also appreciate that caring for someone
at home even with lots of support can be very stressful and we fully understand the
need for you to ask for a change of plan. The Byron Ward team worked with you
and Mr Tomlinson’s son, Trevor (who both hold LPA for health and finances) and
you both agreed that the plan should change to transferring him to a nursing home
for end-of-life care. The team were not aware at any stage that you wished for this
plan to revert back to a discharge home. MM Response: I will expose KINGS.

We would like to thank you for taking the time to highlight your concerns. We aim to
give our patients the best possible treatment and we are sorry your experience has
not been entirely positive. Please be assured that we take your concerns seriously
and will continue to monitor the quality of the care that we provide at King’s College
Hospital. MM Response: I will go back to Dr Maria Hudson’s research papers.

Ombudsman. The Ombudsman makes final decisions on complaints that have not

understand you have a number of complaints.
Your complaints
You have complained about:
 The landlord’s handling of repairs
 The landlord’s handling of your Subject Access Request
Background to your complaints
I can see the Ombudsman has investigated your complaints in 2016 and July 2022
in respect of various repairs. Those cases are now closed and concluded as our
statutory dispute resolution procedure is at an end.
In respect of your contact on 17 May 2022, it is unclear whether the repairs you are
referring to are wholly new or were part of your claim and complaint that was
investigated by the Ombudsman in July 2022. As such, we require further
information from you.

The Ombudsman’s jurisdiction
I should advise you that there are some complaints the Ombudsman does not
investigate, including:
 Complaints which the Ombudsman has already considered or determined
 Complaints where there is another Ombudsman or complaint handling body to
consider the matter
In your case, if the repairs you are now complaining about relate to the repairs
complaint, we determined in 2016 and 2022, we’ll not be able to investigate those
again.
The complaint about a subject access request is better dealt with by the Information
Commissioner’s Office who is responsible for deciding if organisations have
complied with their obligations under the relevant data protection legislation.
Our role
Once we receive the above information, we then may be able to ask your landlord to
consider a complaint via its internal procedures. We may only investigate where a
complaint has exhausted the landlord’s complaint procedure.

Thank you for your email.
I have two complaints currently with the Housing Ombudsman.
One relates to the disrepairs and complaints handling which has been investigated with a
determination and order given to my landlord.
The second complaint relates to my SAR and complaints handling which I am assuming is the
case you are referring to. I forwarded all the relevant evidence last year.

My case has not progressed to court and my SAR complaint is nothing to do with the legal case
which is currently being delayed by my landlord and which the ombudsman are aware of.

The disrepair case has not gone to court.
I raised the complaint through my landlord and followed the procedure last year.
My landlord provided their final response which I forwarded to the ombudsman.

I apologise for contacting you directly but as I do not know who is dealing with my case at
the Housing Ombudsman, I wanted to contact you directly to make you aware of my
landlord’s unreasonable behaviour.
I have a long history with the Ombudsman going back years. My previous case was not

dealt with appropriately and delays and mistakes were made by the Ombudsman despite
the evidence I had. Since my case was closed by the Ombudsman in 2016, I have tried
every step to resolve getting the correct repairs carried out but unfortunately here I am in
2022, still waiting for the repairs.
I have gone through my MP throughout the years, including Lewisham Council, local
councillors, your department and nothing has improved or helped. In fact, LBL have failed
to take my case seriously over the years which has resulted in my landlord continuing to
abuse their power and causing myself and son ill health through their refusal to carry out
the disrepairs, for repeatedly discriminating us as well as using intimidating behaviours to
get me to drop my case and move out. They have ignored years of ASB that has directly
affected myself and son, repeatedly put us at risk and ignored many concerns I’ve raised
which other neighbours have also reported. As a result of the council refusing to help and
refusing to put me on the housing register, failing to use their powers to and duty of care
and H4W continuing to lie and cover up evidence, I was left with no other option but to
seek legal advice again last year through other neighbours who were already taking out a
group claim against H4W.
Had my case been taken seriously previously in 2016 by the Ombudsman and had the
council intervened, I would not be living in this property years later, still waiting for the
same repairs that were due to be repaired many years ago. I have documented everything
throughout the years.
As a result of me taking legal action for the disrepairs in my home, H4W have turned more
hostile against me, further discriminating myself and son and excluding us from services
while they receive full rent and service charges.
Throughout this legal disrepair case, H4W have made life incredibly stressful and hard and
clearly have no intentions of wanting to resolve my case.
Initially they made an offer to settle by ignoring the disrepairs including the flooring
disrepairs that has been outstanding since 2013. When the Ombudsman ordered H4W to
repair the flooring in 2016, H4W did not rectify and repair the flooring, all they did was
replace the top two layers. They did nothing to prevent further leaks and as a result of
their negligence my home has suffered many other leaks that has caused damage to my
home.
This case has been extremely distressing. Mistakes have been made by the expert
inspector with disrepairs missing from the expert report, as well as incorrect information
on another expert report. As a result of these, I refused to sign any agreement until all my
disrepairs were listed and the correct information was provided in regards to the district
heating.
H4W then made another offer, listing what they would do and wouldn’t do.
I received an email from the Housing Ombudsman to say that my complaint was going to
be investigated which was referred to your office last year.
Two days later, H4W made another offer to settle my claim on the conditions I withdraw
my complaint from the Ombudsman and any further complaints and cases. That
specifically named the Housing Ombudsman.
The CEO of H4W is fully aware I would never withdraw or not pursue my complaint and

any other cases and complaints. This was done to deliberately cause me further stress and
anxiety and to further delay my case. They also wanted me to sign a full confidentiality
agreement.
I never agreed to sign or do anything until my solicitor corrected the experts reports and I
told my solicitor I would not agree to any of their terms, however that I would agree to
keep the compensation confidential only once the remaining disrepairs were added and
correct information was submitted regarding the district heating.
So my question is, was the case officer assigned to my case aware that H4W are requesting
I withdraw my complaint from your department? Is this what the Ombudsman want for
tenants to withdraw their complaints? I fully understand and appreciate how busy your
department are, increasing caseloads that are demanding and stressful but I really hope
this is not something investigating officer’s are encouraging social housing landlords to do.
My solicitor has finally added the remaining disrepairs in the counter offer made to H4W
and I have paid for a private, qualified and competent engineer who carried out an
inspection on my heating and hot water which confirmed the the truth about the issues
with my heating and hot water and H4W still withhold evidence and reports.
H4W have deliberately delayed the repairs and my cases knowing that the disrepairs in my
home are getting worse, including leaks, damp, mould, infestations, blocked drains to
name a few. It’s absolutely clear that H4W are hoping the disrepairs get to the point that
they’re so bad, it will require us to move out which I have personally told them last year
during their property MOT inspection that we would not move out during the works due to
my health conditions and poor health. They’ve just continued to mock me and deny us

As a result (10) ten years later like Nelson Mandela who was made a CRIMINAL by the law not for anything he had done unlawful, but for his thoughts and ideas. The Responsibility of District Judge Beecham

I am grateful for the fact that District Judge Beecham decided to stick with my case and now that I have regained some semblance of normality, I want to share with the world my journey of “Systemic Discrimination” by HMCTS CPS CJS SRA BSB IOPC JCIO CCMCC MOPAC HMPPS CLCC dating back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery 2003-2008. Therefore, we must take notes of what happened to me and my 101-year-old husband ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON on BYRON Ward 9^th March 2024 when he was admitted after my stepson assaulted me inside my room that I had to change to accommodate his father at Alma Grove. This was after Trevor Anthony Tomlinson changed the locks on his father’s house that he and his son Jermain Tomlinson were given in the “WILL”. So, he was unable to return home to receive “Palliative Care” for his end-of-life transition. Trevor and Ms. Deborah Agnes Gilchrist were involved in the misogyny and gaslighting of me and his father. I strongly believe that Mimi Owusu contacted Trevor based on her 12 pages “Witness Statement” for Housing For Women. It is important to know that I was taken away from my husband’s bedside on the 6^th April 2024, manhandled and thrown out of the lift by WHITE Security Nurse Betty called. It was the BLACK Security who volunteered to get my coat with my keys and bus pass. It took PALS Gayle Lewis 6 months to address the complaints she said would be done in 4-6 weeks labelling me as the DEFAMATION is continuing. I was provoked after court DJ Beecham presided over on the 4^th April 2024 by Trina Philbert using her pregnancy as a WEAPON to trigger my PTSD. After the manhandling on the 6^th I was in A&E at St Thomas’ Hospital on the 7^th April 2024. On the 8^th April 2024, people were contacting me offering condolences about the passing of my husband. Noone had informed me in advance. I was called 6 hours after my husband died by John a male nurse when he started his shift. John was the only person I witness taking care of my husband on BYRON WARD. Gayle Lewis response to my complaint must be used also.

Psychiatric Assessment

District Judge Bell who when I found out she is female, I was in shock because she had sent 7 of my claims to the CLCC in 2019 including the judgement for Barrister Ryan Clement to pay the £9,455.00. The BARRISTER was in awe of her, describing her in negative narratives. She requested a Psychiatric Assessment because by this time my MENTAL HEALTH was used to make out I am this VIOLENT NUISANCE that DJ Sterlini labelled on the 1^st August 2023 without me knowing about the EX-PARTEE INJUNCTION that the Landlord and Devonshires Solicitors LLP applied for. I must make clear that DJ Sterlini and DJ Rand and DJ Zimmell had struck out my claim with Ms Winsome Duncan that reached “Telephone Conciliation”. Claim F22YM276 was transferred to CLCC by DJ Bell date 10 December 2019 from the CCCS. Therefore, any of HMCTS Legal Representatives who presided over any of the miscarriages of justice that I had to represent myself must be investigated. They, therefore should not be in any position to dictate the outcome of whether I DIE SLOWLY OF TORTURE from the DEPRESSION I wrote to www.leyf.org.uk Senior HR Dilys Epton on the eve of Mothering Sunday begging for help to deal with what was happening to me after the death of PERLINE LOUISE CHAMBERS-NEMBHARD. I complied with order of the solicitors representing me and was seen by the Psychiatrist recommended.

Expert in Mind

The Psychiatrist I had seen on 15^th April 2024 days after the death of my husband confirmed I was capable of instructing the “Legal Team and to Question Witnesses”. But for some reasons that did not seem good enough for the Legal Team representing me. I have since been asked to remove information about Dr. Phil Gregory and the Maudley Hospital. I would like to know what is the role of Dr Phil Gregory in this matter where I am a victim of the Laws, Legislations, Codes of Conducts and Practices that I have done studies to implement. By visiting my home on the 21^st November 2024 the day after I was on the Housing Ombudsman Zoom is cause for concerns that Dr Phil Gegory is working with those intending to IMPRISON and EVICT me hoping when I have nowhere to live I will be SECTIONED so they can give me MEDICATION by force.

I will end by saying I am a member of the HOS Customer Panel and was the Minute taker for the H4W Scrutiny Customer Panel that was abandoned in 2020. I was sent an email about an opportunity to be on the H4W Customer Panel.

Original Tenancy Agreement

Mervelee Myers was rescued from homelessness and “Domestic Violence” by Housing For Women December 2000. I was happy even when I had to give up some of my RIGHTS because of Ms Gilchrist ASB. However, because I was warned by Esther Oliver aka TESS who took me under her wings when I moved here, I was able to adjust my life to live in harmony. I will continue saying Ms Gilchrist is not a bad person and we have been able to sort our differences and live together. She was always helping me with my husband and always given gifts of shampoo and biscuits for Christmas. Her attitude towards me and TOM changed when she cut the garden the first time. I always put things in writing for the H4W to keep on record. Her partners usually threatened my husband. Matters take a bad turn on the 13^th December 2021 when she broke the glass to the communal door. In 2022 I was invited to ASB meeting by Samantha Gibbs who I had never heard about before. I have correspondence about the outcome and Ms Gilchrist open a letter, left it on the mat and came in and break the glass a second time. No Police visited this time when I reported the matter. I did not that Ms Gilchrist was carrying grudges for me, until Christmas eve 2022 when I greeted her and as a result had to barricade myself indoors. My brother from the USA was on the mobile with me for over an hour before Nathan of Jamaican heritage turn up. I am still waiting for the Safer Neighbourhood Team to visit despite many more reports of ASB.

My Nephew Jevon Nembhard

Mervelee Myers has not worked since the death of my mother with dementia. I was put on DWP benefits and sent to do “Capability for Work Assessment” despite being the EYFS Coordinator SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF LSCN 2010-2014.

My nephew Jevon Nembhard was born on the 7^th September 1992 with Multiple Disabilities that could not have been seen at birth, but until later in life.

WITNESS STATEMENT OF BARBARA MCCOY

I, Barbara McCoy, resident of 9 Alma Grove, SE1 5PY, London, WILL SAY AS FOLLOWS:

I make this statement in support of the Claimant’s possession proceedings. I am Miss
Myers’ neighbour and have suffered with my mental health due to Miss Myers’s
behaviour. MM Response: Is Ms McCoy responsible for calling the Met Police and London Ambulance Service to come to my house on the 20th Record ID: 012025221651 Power On: 20 Jan 25 22:16:51Total Shocks: 0 – 3313494-817 28P55RRB8ABBUP LP1550588756 and 22nd January 2025 MIM CAD 1804 Mental Health Team. Assessment Advice Referral to CMHT. SLAM Crisis Number: 0800732864. Register with your GP – Re Diabetes & High Blood Pressure – Son Kevin Murray spent 2 weeks in hospital with HBP. Engage with the Community Mental Health Team. If you feel at risk to yourself, to others or from others, call 999 for Police/LAS. She has harassed me and makes derogatory and racist comments about me, shouting at me on our street. MM Response: Ms McCoy works at London Ambulance Service NHS Trust, Patient Experience Department, 220 Waterloo Road, SE1 8SD. I have been living at 9 Alma Grove for six years and have only spoken to Miss Myers twice. MM Response: Does the 2 times included the time she offerred me a lift and how long have I lived at Alma Grove? The issues of harassment started three years ago. MM Response: Should we ask if Ms McCoy coerced her brother Tony to harass his partner and her son to get out of 9 Alma Grove for her to move in? The partner was living at Debbie Thomas before moving away. I believe this started as I would regularly visit Debbie Gilchrist for a glass of wine and to feed her cat. MM Response: Ms Gilchrist is known for smashing up the place with other partners before Mr Hooper moved in. Ms Gilchrist was imprisoned for “Drink Driving”. There were reports to Housing for Women about Ms Gilchrist ASB. This was no innocent glass of wine, there was ASB that would last for hours. Debbie Thomas told me that they were selling or using DRUGS upstairs. As for the cat, what about the grey cat, Ms Gilchrist teach me to communicate with. How many times I have to let the BLACK cat in?

referenced by page numbers and included in the exhibit “BM1”. This statement was
prepared based on the supporting documentation provided to the Claimant’s solicitors
who then sent it to me for approval. I made any amendments necessary and thereafter
signed the statement of truth.
Incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour
On 4 November 2024, Ms Gilchrist’s Ring doorbell captured Miss Myers saying, “its
invasion of my privacy, they know when I’m here, when I’m coming in… and over there
Barbara who takes drugs from the NHS with her brother”. I refer to a true copy of a
screenshot exhibited on page 1 of BM1. MM Response: If Ms Gilchrist’s Ring Doorbell is to be used as EVIDENCE, then the times that I had to call the Police and when the London Ambulance Service are called on malicious reports must be accounted for, as well as Dr Phil Gregory and Haweh, Georgina and Dr Peter Ocansey unannounced visits, the delivery persons and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and H4W employees coming to harass, bully and intimidate me. When did Ms Gilchrist instal Ring Door Bell and what is the purpose? Ms Gilchrist Ring Door Bell is her evidence, like my mobile phone and Live Broadcasting is my “Defensive Practice“.
On 11 December 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a YouTube video recording me walking to
my property. She says, “silly motherfucker…bombaclaat, racist, mixed race girl … have
no identity…bambahole…them can’t come in here and do as them please,…they know
what them man do fi’ trigger me… about seven cars come…my house…bring it on” I refer
to a true copy of a screenshot marked and exhibited on page 2 of BM1. MM Response: My YouTube is PUBLIC where YouTube stop subscribers from subscribing, making money from my CONTENT, remove videos from complaints by those with something to hide, allowing trolls to target me and hiding my videos to CENSOR and SILENCE me. Where was Ms McCoy walking from?
On 13 December 2024, Miss Myer uploaded a YouTube short video and sings “do
therapy, do therapy with dirty Barbara, the depression gone…” I refer to a true copy of
a screenshot and link marked and exhibited on page 3 of BM1. MM Response: Based on my “Defensive Practice” I refuse to waste my time arguing about the videos I uploaded to YouTube. I will, however refer to my participantion in RESEARCH and the contents I created sharing information and applying “Early Intervention Strategies” to help others.
On 14 January 2025, I sent a video to Devonshires Solicitors which showed Miss Myers
shouting across the road at me saying “keep on recording, keep on recording, who the
fuck you are talking to…maybe you can talk to the Psychiatrist when he comes”. I refer
to a true copy of a screenshot and link marked and exhibited on page 4 of BM1. MM Response: Where am I when I am recording and what is the role of Dr Phil Gregory in this matter?
On 12 February 2025, Miss Myers recorded two police officers leaving her property and
from her window she says, “these are the two racist bastards that I tell to come out from
my house.. yeah” I refer to a true copy of a screenshot marked and exhibited on
page 5 of BM1. MM Response: Its obvious Ms McCoy is delusional. Who called the Police and this incident happened on the 3 January 2025 my brother’s birthday. This is a pattern of ASB by Ms Gilchrist and the HATE MOB in Alma Grove when I am celebrating Significant EVENTS. We reference 26th January 2023 when the Police raided my home and what happened after.
I can recall sometime last year; Miss Myers threatened me verbally with acid attacks and
has waved knifes at me from her living room window. MM Response: Ms McCoy definitely need to see the Psychiatris and sectioned under the “Mental Health Act”. So she chose ACID to claim I threatened her with ACID, instead of me talking about how my brother died in prison age 37+ years. Why would I be waving knife from my living room window when I am on record saying I weighed about all the possibilities when I reached rock bottom and she comes in here on her own. The Ring doorbell camera from my
neighbour, Debbie Gilchrist’s house does not pick up Miss Myers, I believe Miss Myers
is aware that she will not be recorded by the Ring doorbell camera. MM Response: I told Dr Phil Gregory the reason the Ring Door Bell was installed and Ms McCoy has proven me right. But how about EVIDENCE is taken about ASB against me. Good case in point is one of the PC threatening me on 3rd January about EVIDENCE.
Miss Myers has not only been causing a nuisance to myself and the community, but she
has been posting videos of myself and the neighbours on her YouTube channel. MM Response: My YouTube is providing a Community Service SAFEGUARDING me from the Hate Mob in Alma Grove, the Metropoitan Police, the London Ambulance Service, my husband NEGLECTED in hospital.
Miss Myers behaviour is having a negative impact on me and my neighbours and is not
allowing us to live peacefully in our Property. I therefore humbly request the Court to grant
the Claimant possession of Miss Myers’ Property. MM Response: The Court will have to take my contributions to British Values into account. Then ITV News Documentary with Queen Camilla will be used to measure the extent of the “Windrush Scandal” and how I as captured as the face of ITV News Windrush 70. The court will be exposed for the miscarriages of justice I encountered and those responsible will be named.

SECOND WITNESS STATEMENT OF DEBBIE GILCHRIST

I, Deborah Gilchrist, resident of 16A Alma Grove, London, SE1 5PY, WILL SAY AS FOLLOWS: MM Respnse: Ms Gilchrist is a SICK PERSON who needs help to not MURDER me and get away with it. Ms Gilchrist came in after 12AM started shouting at me whilst my son, Valdin Legister was on the phone. She went upstairs and came back down, asking me to “open my door, so she can MURDER me for them to say I committed SUICIDE”. PC Frisby 3348AS and PC West 1580AS 469/18JAN25 acted unprofessionally. I called the Police out but they went upstairs to speak to Ms Gilchrist first and came down treating me like a criminal. After they left they called the London Ambulance Service making malicious reports. I was called and threatened, this is to trigger me. The Ambulance did not show up, but came on the 20/01/2025 attempting to force entry to my home.

I make this second statement in support of the Claimant’s possession proceedings.

signed the statement of truth. MM Response: Here is why HHJ Richard Roberts General Civil Restraint Order will be proof of how I am a VICTIM of the HMCTS, CPS, CJS to silence me and cover up the http://www.leyf.org.uk where this started after the death of my mother with dementia.

Historic Incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour

On 12 July 2023, I received a handwritten note from Miss Myers saying “Debbie I told you
Housing for Women is responsible for causing TROUBLE between us, if you want a copy
of the letter, you can have it. I am addressing the matter in writing before taking it
further…” I enclose a true copy of this note marked and exhibited to page 1 of DG2. MM Response: How does this note constitute ASB when I was trying to SAFEGUARD Ms Gilchrist from what I idenditified as Housing for Women coercive control after Samantha Gibbs started working with H4W. Maybe we should ask H4W why the Customer Portal was wiped of my DATA after the Complaints reached “Stage 2 of the Procedures” in 2022. The POSSESSION letter was dated 13 July 2023. Let me reference https://thewestminsterhub.com/news/fwhy-would-a-human-rights-lawyer-attack-her-neighbour where my Book is featured. I gave a copy of my Book to Ms Gilchrist, but I know she would no understand what that means why I tried to open her eyes to the fact H4W is using her to do the dirty work.
On 16 September 2023, I received a handwritten note from Miss Myers saying “Notice of
intent Equality Act 2010 in line with GDPR Meverlee Myers serves notice to Deborah
Agnes Gilchrist I do not hold her responsible for hate crimes in breach of above… housing
for women is …” I enclose a true copy of this note marked and exhibited to page 2
of DG2. MM Response: DJ Equality Act assessor Emua Ali can address this I am wondering what the D I Solicitor and Barrister Miranda Grell have to say about this.
On 26 July 2024, I was at home and was awoken to Miss Myers screaming, swearing
and shouting which went on for hours this was at approximately 8am. Once it got to
10.30am I decided to make a cup of tea and a sandwich and call the Anti-Social
Behavioural Team to report Miss Myers. By the time I got through it was 10.45am and I
started to feel funny physically. I had pins and needles in my left leg which continued up
and down my left side. The police officer I was speaking to on the phone could hear my
speech had changed as I was slurring, to which he said he would call an ambulance
which he did as before I knew it the ambulance had arrived, and I was at Kings College
Hospital. I was treated for a stroke and advised later by my GP this more than likely
happened due to stress as I am ordinarily fit and healthy. It was absolutely her behaviour
that had stressed me out then and continues to do so now. My GP has placed me on
anti-depressant tablets as of the last year and a half. I am a fit and healthy person that
did not have any health issues. MM Response: Is Ms Gilchrist for real? Let us examine the date, 26 July 2024 and why Ms Gilchrist will blame me for her condition. But why was Ms Gilchrist getting priority treatment for whatever it is she brought unto herself and blaming it on me. Let me go through each sentence and prove Ms Gilchrist a liar and a DANGEROUS person who needs help. Why would Ms Myers be screaming and shouting for hours, when I usually, uploaded my MEMORIES to YouTube? Why would Ms Myers achieve by screaming and shouting for hours when I spent my time writing so I don’t succumb to the temptation to commit SUICIDE? Here is the proof about who is making malicious report against me. My son Kevin Murray was here supporting me from June until he left in September 2024. Would Ms Gilchrist condition be due to the fact she is an alcoholic with a substance abuse problem. I posted a video about Ms Gilchrist sketelel body once she came down the stairs to get a parcel I collected for her. Let me tell Ms Gilchrist I know about slurred speech because my grandmother had a first stroke that altered her speech. I have been advocating with Derek Draper down the Blue who lost his voice after a mini stroke. Whenever Joe Hooper kicked my door I lose my voice for days. I have never seen an Ambulance come to Alma Grove for Ms Gilchrist, maybe Dr Phil Gregory need to check her out. Now the NHS will be listed and another reason HHJ Richard Roberts will be charged with the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch Criminals needing Emotional Treatment and Violent Nuisances. Ms Gilchrist seems to be using reverse psychology to explain how she and Joe Hooper and the Hate Mob in Bermondsey set out to harass, bully and intimidate me to have a “Heart Attack or a Stroke”. I am the one who has been affected by the ASB and having to call the Ambulance. Despite the fact I developed an EATING DISORDER, I tried to maintain a health lifestyle. The fact I was made INACTIVE PATIENT twice in three months by the NHS is testament to the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION am experiencing. Ms Gilchrist health is due to her being an alcoholic substance abuser.
On 31 August 2024 I received a handwritten note from Miss Myers saying “Debbie, I
Mervelee Myers is prepared to forgive you because of the help you gave to me and Tom
over the years. You teach me to talk to your cat. I have to protect myself from
conversations with you now. I might in the future??? Us mentally challenged must cling
together to protect Future Generation. You love a drink & I CUSS. Am preparing my
Defence…” I enclose a true copy of this note marked and exhibited to page 3 of
DG2. MM Response: Any sensible person would have taken this with the good intentions it warrants, but not Ms Gilchrist, because she is intent on carrying out H4W hate crimes and this will be evidenced with the 3 pages CONCERNS I write to H4W April 2019.
On 27 September 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube and in the first few
seconds she says, “do you know my neighbour the junky racist terrorist Debbie
Gilchrist…”. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot and link marked and exhibited
to page 4 of DG2. MM Response: Why is Ms Gilchrist concerned about my “Defensive Practice?” They are in the PUBLIC DOMAIN unlike her saying no one kicks my door.

1. On 11 October 2024, It was approximately 7.30am and I was leaving for work when I
  noticed Miss Myers was at her window filming me with her mobile phone through her front window. I said to her, “Again? What is this going up on YouTube”. I asked her to stop recording me but she continued to record and shout. I know she is recording as she has put the videos up on her YouTube channel. She continued which got me irate and I ended up telling her to “fuck-off” by the time I unlocked my car. I got into my car and drove off. MM Response: Ms Gilchrist would kick my door every morning when she leaves for work in the morning to disturb me and say I am lying. When I report the kicking of the door the Police claim that because I did not see who kicks the door they can’t do anything. Therefore, I started recording her coming out of the house, proof that I see who kicks the door.
  Again, this is all on my Ring Doorbell Camera. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot
  marked and exhibited to page 5 of DG2. MM Response: Is Ms Gilchrist saying I am captured on her Ring Door Bell standing at my window?
  On 22 October 2024, Miss Myers was wailing and shouting all night long from
  approximately 6.30pm. At 3.15am the ambulance service was called to Miss Myers as
  she had got herself into such a state. The ambulance service stayed with Miss Myers for approximately 30 – 40 minutes and when they left, they did not take her with them, so I assume she was checked over and confirmed okay. I know she was not taken as I could see on my Ring Camera doorbell. I tried to go back to sleep for a while as I had work later that morning. MM Response: Ms Gilchrist needs to stop procrastinating. Let me put the facts for the world to know how DEPRAVED Ms Gilchrist is. I came home from a performance to find my husband grandneice had left my home without saying goodbye. This impacted on me, so I called for support. I was not wailing and shouting all night and I am the one who called the Ambulance. Why was Ms Gilchrist monitoring how long the Ambulance stayed with me, I was not? I have never called the Ambulance for my Mental Health because I know what their PLANS are. Can you see the purpose of the Ring Door Bell is to monitor my MOVEMENTS to target me. I went to the new GP Surgery on the 23 October. I went to get some stuff from Paul Graham after I got back and when I returned home on the 23 October the door was locked and only got in because I had Paul Graham with me. When Ms Gilchrist broke the glass to the communal door on the 13 December 2021 she accused me of locking her out.
On 25 October 2024, I was at work but when I got home a neighbour and friend asked if
they could have access to footage of my Ring Doorbell camera as she had been verbally
abused by Miss Myers at 11.46am. I could see and hear on the camera Miss Myers was
screaming and shouting and swearing at my neighbour and friend who was standing
across the street. This incident went on for 5 minutes. I refer to a true copy of the video
footage and screenshot of the video footage exhibited at page 6 – 7 of DG2. MM Response: Can I refer to the report of the incident when Ms Gilchrist reported to the Police that she came home from work on 10 January 2023 heard screaming and shouting, went upstairs, opened her window and I shouted at her. Is this another of those situation?
On 03 November 2024, it was approximately 8.30am and I heard Miss Myers screaming
at the top of her voice for about an hour. At approximately 11.30am the singing stopped,
and she started swearing making up a song saying, “He’s a bloodclart paedophile, and a
bloodclart terrorist” and a lot more vulgar and inappropriate language. This went on all
Sunday almost nonstop. MM Response: Ms Gilchrist need to be SECTIONED so she don’t MURDER me and get away with it.
On 13 November 2024, the Defendant uploaded another YouTube video of her whilst
talking to her psychiatrist, which I understand she has now taken down (but the Claimant
has an MP3 version of the conversation). MM Response: This is a good one that should put Dr Phil Gregory in JAIL and YouTube charged for CYBERBULLYING and J I Solicitors exposed for collaborating with H4W and Devonshires Solicitors to entrap me with RESPIREDONE making me unable to function. DJ Beecham and her Equality Act Assessor will be charged for DEFAMTION and MISCONDUCT. I now refer to a YouTube Link of the video uploaded by the Defendant, marked and exhibited on page 8 of DG2. The Defendant
appears to tell the psychiatrist, that his diagnosis is ‘not her’ and it is her ‘neighbour’ that
needs help. Where she refers to a neighbour, I believe she is referring to me. The
Defendant further states that she will not be taking any medication and considers it an
entrapment to make her unable to function and that she will edit his report. This was

upsetting as the injunction didn’t work and whilst she continues to target me, she doesn’t
seem to want to help herself get any better. I cannot see a solution to Miss Myers’
behaviour. MM Response: The world will know who needs help.
On 14 November 2024, I went out the door at 7.22 and Miss Myers was filming me from
her window which she does constantly. She was screaming at me that I’m going to get it
and the Queen is a racist. She was given me warning that her psychiatrist Dr Phill Gregory
both need help. She then went on that the whole of Alma grove is racist and that I’m a
sick woman and will be call up to the judgment table with Dr Phill Gregory to be charged
with misogyny. I refer to a true copy of the video footage and screenshot of the video
footage exhibited at page 9 of DG2. MM Response: Now the shoe is on the other foot, Ms Gilchrist has problems. Her Ring Door Bell is breaching my RIGHTS whilst my recording from my window is capturing evidence Ms Gilchrist need HELP not to MURDER me. Refer to In April 2022, Joshua Jacques murdered four people in a brutal attack at a home in Bermondsey, South-East-London. How did the Police get involved? The Police were called by neighbours who heard shouting at home. Police broke into the home and tasered Jacques. Read Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb MOPAC report where it stated I was in handcuffs, wrestling with Holly Sweeney and grabbing the Taser Handle of Nikki Wright on the 30 November 2020. What did Jacques admit to ? Manslaughter tried for MURDER. Will Mervelee Myers be MURDERED by Ms Gilchrist and Joe Hooper before anyone acts?
On 27 November 2024, the police went for an appointment with Miss Myers. She put this
live out on YouTube and was saying that Joe Hooper my boyfriend and I were kicking
down her door and giving her verbal abuse. She was also saying that I was going to
murder her and call it suicide which she has put up posters in her window accusing the
police of the same thing. Unfortunately, I do not have a copy of this video as Ms Myers
has since taken the video down. However, I do have footage from my Ring doorbell
showing the Police officer attending and leaving the Property. I came home from work,
and she was shouting for around two hours then started singing at the top of her voice.
This went on until 10.45 pm. I refer to a true copy of the video footage and screenshot
of the video footage exhibited at page 10 of DG2. MM Response: Ever since Holly Sweeney came to murder me under cover of http://www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture and I was not allowed to use my mobile to call my stepson, I have resorted to recording. Will Ms Gilchrist continue saying no one kicks my door when there is evidence captured in YouTube videos. Any videos taken down is done by YouTube to SILENCE me.
I was expecting the trial to take place on 13 December 2024, but the Claimant’s solicitors
contacted me on 9 December 2024 confirming that the Claimant agreed an adjournment
with the Defendant on the basis that she will engage with treatment. I was surprised to
hear this I had heard what she said about her doctor on 13 November and what she said
to her doctor on 14 November 2024 and I didn’t think she accepted that she needed
treatment. I was also very stressed to hear that this matter was continuing to drag and
there was no resolution for me and others she is affecting. MM Response: Proof that Housing for Women coerced Ms Gilchrist to target me.
On 9 December 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube in which she
appeared to be reporting to someone on the phone. She says “partner of the neighbour
came in and the lady is in and is kicking door and shouting… she just came in now,
kicking the door and shouting….”. She said I am “not going to get away with it…. This is
an ongoing situation, and I am not even expecting anyone to come, just making sure it’s
on record … today is court day, they are triggering me”. I enclose a true copy of this
screenshot and link marked and exhibited to page 11 of DG2. MM Response: Those involved from the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch, J I Solicitors, Barrister Miranda Grell, Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP will be named.

On 9 December 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube and in a few seconds,
she says, “…. threatened with eviction and all that is happening in terms of the
neighbour from hell and her partner and her friends who come in here and do what they
are doing for us.”
On 19 December 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube and starts shouting
“they are mimicking me, you will stand there and mimic me”. I respond back and say,
“stop shouting”. Miss Myers responds, “I’m not shouting, it’s in your head, it’s in your
head, you and Doctor Phil Gregory, it’s all in your head, not in mine, I’m singing sweety
pie, you’re narcissist, terrorist junky, I’m entitled to have my voice heard; I’m singing”. I
enclose a true copy of this screen shot and link marked and exhibited to page 12
of DG2.
On 24 December 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a video and said, “Let Debbie Gilchrist
know I am not scared of no girl, no racist, terrorist girl”. I enclose a true copy of this
screen shot and exhibited to page 13 of DG2.
On 27 December 2024, Miss Myers was on the phone with PC Alan, and says “the
diagnosis is not me, it’s my neighbour, who needs help so she don’t murder me or
damage me, she came from outside and my blood pressure went high”. I enclose a
true copy of this screen shot and exhibited to page 14 of DG2.
On 3 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube which the police have
attended to the Property. The Police tell Miss Myers that “we are here because it was
reported that you were shouting at them”. The Police were referring to me. Miss Myers
says she will not repeat what had happened earlier to the Police. Miss Myers starts
shouting at the Police. The Police say to Miss Myers stop shouting at your neighbours,
she then proceeds to loudly shout “get out, because you are a racist bastard”. I enclose
a true copy of this screen shot and exhibited to page 15 of DG2.
On 3 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube and recorded me
sweeping the floor, she starts shouting through the window at me. I respond back and
said, “why are you recording me now”. I respond back and told her “to shut up” as all
morning Miss Myers was shouting. I was only sweeping the floor outside and she
started to record and shout at me. I said, “I will call the police” and told her repeatedly to
stop recording me. She then calls me “rubbish”, and says we are “all mental”. Despite
this she persisted to record me. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot and
exhibited to page 16 of DG2.

On 3 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video of me outside the Property, calling
me “a racist, terrorist junk, can you see how fucking bare face they are”. I was with
Barbara McCoy when Miss Myers started recording me. I enclose a true copy of this
screen shot and exhibited to page 17 of DG2.
On 4 January 2025, I sent a video to Devonshire Solicitors that Miss Myers had
recorded of me outside the Property, she started shouting “the injunction is unlawful and
you’re responsible”. I responded and said, “it is your responsibility”. She responded to
me that I “bring paedophiles, rapists, drug transporters”. I enclose a true copy of this
screen shot and exhibited to page 18 of DG2.
On 5 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube, and at 0:47 on the
video she says “what is Debbie Gilchrist defence”.
On 7 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube and says “they are
spaced out on drugs”, which I think she is referring to me. “is that why they want me on
risperidone so I can join them”. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot and
exhibited to page 19 of DG2.
Miss Myers recorded a video of me leaving for work, in the video she says, “no problem
darling I’m collecting my evidence, what’s her defence about, we don’t have a case in
court”. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot and exhibited to page 20 of DG2.
On 14 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video and recorded me outside the
window saying, “do you know now, the reason you are recording me talking about the
injunction, District Judge Beecham will settle this matter, where’s the terrorist man that
you change…”. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot and exhibited to page 21
of DG2.
On 17 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video and recorded me outside the
Property and said, “all of sudden now they kick doors, the terrorist and the racist taking
their time, she’s the cause of it, and she coerced her man, idiot girl, go to work, I’m in
my place, you will get it, stupid idiot junky”. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot
and exhibited to page 22 of DG2.
On 18 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube. At 55:44 on the video,
Miss Myers starts shouting, “Debbie Gilchrist, is an alcoholic, alcoholic, drink driver”.
Miss Myers uploaded a video and at 9:51, “Miss Myers shouts there is a drugs den in
this place, that’s why they want me out of here”. She referred that I went to prison for
drug chargers, and such there is a drugs den in my flat.

Miss Myers uploaded a video and records me leaving my flat. Within the video Miss
Myers says, “silly mother fucker, racist girl has no identity, they can come and do what
they please”.
There are many more incidents noted, written down and video footage to support the
nuisance and stress Miss Myers has been causing myself and the neighbourhood for the
last four and a half or five years. Miss Myers has not only been causing a nuisance to
myself and the community but she has been posting videos of myself and the neighbours
on her YouTube channel.
Miss Myers behaviour is having a negative impact on me and my neighbours and is not
allowing us to live peacefully in our Property. I therefore humbly request the Court to grant
the Claimant possession of Miss Myers’ Property.

RE: Police Misconduct, Discrimination, and False Court Orders (03/03/2024 Complaint)

Dear Ms. Lovekin,

Thank you for your response dated 04/02/2025. However, this response falls short of addressing the longstanding pattern of misconduct, discrimination, and conspiracy involving the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). Since my initial complaint, my 100-year-old husband, Arnold Tomlinson, has passed away, and I firmly believe the continuous harassment we experienced was a significant contributing factor to his demise.

This response highlights how the MPS failed to follow lawful due process, including reliance on fabricated warrants, false court orders, and data misuse, all of which are actionable under civil and criminal law. I am therefore compelled to restate my demands and request accountability, with reference to case law and potential criminal consequences.

Summary of Key Issues

1. Discrimination and Sexual Discrimination Background

· The discrimination began in 2017 when my long-standing employment was terminated due to LEYF’s discriminatory “Men in Childcare” policy, an example of sexual discrimination. Instead of investigating LEYF’s conduct, the police unfairly targeted me and my protest, resulting in a fabricated court order branding me a criminal and destroying my career prospects.

· This constitutes discriminatory misconduct contrary to Equality Act 2010, Section 13 and relevant case law (Nagarajan v London Regional Transport [1999] UKHL 36), which recognises indirect discrimination through systemic practices.

1. Fabricated Warrants, False Court Orders, and Data Misuse

· My sensitive data was unlawfully disclosed to Dr. Phil Gregory, who falsified a psychiatric report citing eight non-existent court orders, which led to the loss of my GP services and further victimisation.

· The police acted repeatedly on fabricated warrants and injunctions, as proven during staged incidents and court hearings where no genuine investigation of both sides occurred. False statements by police officers acting as witnesses constitute perjury (R v Andrews [1993] 4 All ER 559).

1. Harassment and Trespass

· Numerous officers trespassed into our home without lawful authority, causing alarm, distress, and humiliation, in breach of Section 5 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).

· The abusive entry, use of battering rams, and reliance on non-existent warrants constitute trespass under civil law (Entick v Carrington [1765] EWHC KB J98) and potential criminal misconduct under Section 6 of the Criminal Law Act 1977.

1. Conspiracy and Misconduct in Public Office

· The coordinated actions of MPS Constables, involving fabricated documents and repeated failure to investigate counterclaims, amount to a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice (R v Rafique [1993] 96 Cr App R 133) and misconduct in public office (Attorney General’s Reference (No. 3 of 2003) [2004] EWCA Crim 868).

· These criminal acts carry potential prison terms:

· Perjury (Section 1 of the Perjury Act 1911) – up to 7 years’ imprisonment.

· Conspiracy to pervert the course of justice – up to life imprisonment in serious cases.

· Misconduct in public office – up to life imprisonment depending on the severity.

Responses to Your Questions (IOPC Discrimination Inquiry)

1. Discriminatory Actions:
The discriminatory conduct began when the police unfairly targeted me instead of the employer during the LEYF incident. The assumption that I was the aggressor reflects a clear gender bias, constituting indirect discrimination under the Equality Act 2010.

2. Assumptions:
Officers consistently assumed that due to our vulnerable status, we were incapable of defending ourselves, resulting in the wrongful issuance of fabricated warrants and court orders.

3. Differences in Treatment:
Officers treated us as suspects while refusing to investigate neighbour Debbie Gilchrist, despite her criminal record and repeated role in instigating harassment. This selective policing is evidence of bias and failure to investigate both sides fairly.

4. Language and Behaviour:
Officers frequently made threats, such as one officer stating, “If we find any evidence, it will be different this time,” which was never directed toward Gilchrist or other third parties.

5. Witnesses and Body Cam Evidence:
Multiple incidents were captured on body-worn cameras, confirming abusive behaviour, the use of battering rams, and reliance on fabricated warrants.

6. Impact:
The continuous harassment has caused severe distress, loss of trust in law enforcement, and compelled me to launch my Fight4Justice campaign as a citizen journalist to expose police misconduct.

7. Good Outcome:
A proper investigation that examines all fabricated warrants, court orders, and injunctions, and accountability for those responsible, including criminal prosecution if necessary.

Demand for Immediate Action

1. Produce Evidence of Warrants and Court Orders:

· I require a Sealed signed and dated copy of all warrants, court orders, and injunctions relied upon by MPS Constables from 2017 to 2025. Failure to produce these instruments will be treated as an admission that they do not exist and that unlawful actions were taken.

· Your response must be in writing and signed in wet ink, to ensure accountability. I will not accept unsigned or electronic responses.

1. Data Protection Compliance:

· I do not consent to the sharing of my private and confidential data with any third parties. Any further misuse of my data will be reported to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

· Be advised that you and any involved officers may be summoned to court to testify regarding the existence—or lack thereof—of the warrants and court orders you relied upon.

Failure to Comply

Failure to respond within 14 days will result in:

· Criminal complaints for perjury, conspiracy, and misconduct in public office.

· Civil claims for harassment, trespass, and breaches of my human rights.

· Public disclosure of this complaint as part of my ongoing Fight4Justice campaign.

Without Prejudice Mervelee Myers put on record the roles of J I Solicitors Sola Obajuluwa and Barrister Miranda Grell in the GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY on the date my father IVAN SANDYMAN NEMBHARD was laid to RIP in our yard at Townhead Westmoreland Jamaica West Indies. Because I have given both parties copies of my book, IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE. That was signed by Sir Mark Rowley at the launch of “A New Met for London” in Brixton on the 2^nd September 2023, a month after I was labelled a violent nuisance by DJ Sterlini on the 1^st August 2023. I want the Solicitor and Barrister to take notes of the fact that my book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE is being used by Westminster HUB to motivate TENANTS to challenge the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service. I was given training to use TEAM, and I volunteered to run an ADVOCACY if J I Solicitors were prepared to set one up. The fact that I introduced Ms H Presley to J I Solicitors, and they refused to take her case is clear indication that VULNERABLE TENANTS are not getting representations.

I told J I Solicitors about the claims I had taken out only to be told they can’t help me. But HHJ Richard Roberts can put a Civil Restraint Order on me after DJ Swan strike out 5 of my claims. Let me put on record how J I Solicitors and Barrister Miranda Grell have acted unprofessionally to entrap me with the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. During the time when I considered myself VULNERABLE after the death of my husband, I was coerced into accepting Barrister Miranda Grell’s representation. She would only take my case if I agreed to accept, I had breached the injunction that was decided behind my back. My sons Kevin Murray and Valdin Legister were brainwashed into not believing in their mother anymore. Barrister Grell even went as far as telling us about her own “Personal Experiences” and why she trained to be a BARRISTER. I can’t understand why Barrister Grell has decided to entrap me. Since the ZOOM with my sons, I have not had a CONSULTATION with Ms Grell. She comes to Court take the stand and share what she wants with the judge. I recalled once I was trying to tell her how I was made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment after the Police came to MURDER ME under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture on the 30^th November 2020. Her response was “If you are a CRIMINAL I don’t want to hear about it. Since my BOOK is being used to INSPIRE TENANTS, I want Barrister Grell to use it in my UPDATED EVIDENCE.

The attitude of the Solicitor leaves much to be desired, and concerns have been raised about his unprofessional conducts with Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP and Dr Phil Gregory and the NHS. I confided in Dr Phil Gregory that I was not getting proper representations before realising that Dr Phil Gregory was in the plots to DESTROY me to cover up the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION. Let me put on record when I find out that Sola Obajuluwa was not working in my favour. After I buried my husband and had the time to go through the BUNDLES from the Court and Devonshires Solicitors. I found the Court Order presided over by DJ Greenidge, DJ Swan, DJ Sterlini and realising I was not informed about them, I decided to take the EVIDENCE with the SENCO job offer from Smart Teachers to be EVIDENCED. I was told that the Court could do as they please and my Witness Statement was already prepared. Representing myself at Employment Tribunals and Small Claims Court, and ECRO, I was confused. That’s when I started looking at the patterns of how I have been treated by the Legal System from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Although the Psychiatric Assessment I did on the 15^th April 2024 stated I can instruct my “Legal Team” I was treated with disrespect. The Solicitor actually asked for the report to be rewritten and no EVIDENCE I provided was taken into consideration. I was in SHOCK when the Solicitor contacted me on behalf of Dr Phil Gregory after his unannoinced visit to my home on the 21st November 2024. His coercive control demanding that I removed YouTube EVIDENCE triggered me and this nearly pushed me over the edge. The Solicitor blames me for not having a GP, when I was made an INACTIVE PATIENT on the 6th December 2024. I don’t understand why the Solicitor gave the Court Dr Phil Gregory’s Medical Report as this is DEFAMATION. But let me make it known that the Solicitor has been colluding with Devonshires Solicitors LLP for me to take RESPIREDONE so they can make MONEY out of me.

That’s another reasons why the ITV News documentary with Queen Camilla will be presented as RESEARCH. I did an interview with the University of Huddersfield about DAMP and MOULD. The fact I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. Before I did “A Voice of a Child” for LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan will be reasons why the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin will be called to give evidence that I asked her to MEDIATE because I meet her at Housing for Women AGM 2014. I was a participant in Kings College London Dr Faith Matcham RADAR-CNS.

My investment in my Fight4justice campaign and my social media platforms along with my http://www.myvision.org.uk that I built from scratch and stolen in 2022 must be EVIDENCED. My VOLUNTEERING and FUNDRAISING must be evidenced as well as my work from Jamaica to the UK.

I will wrap up saying that Samantha Gibbs started working with H4W in April 2022. In April 2022, Joshua Jacques murdered four people in a brutal attack at a home in Bermondsey, South-East-London. The victims were Samantha Drummonds, her mother Tanysha Ofori-Akuffo, her grandmother Dolet Hill, and Denton Burke, Ms Hill’s partner. How did the Police get involved? Police were called by neighbours who heard shouting at home. Police broke into the house and tasered Jacques. What did Jacques admit to? Manslaughter but tried for MURDER claiming MENTAL HEALTH condition. Prosecution: 3 generations of one family murdered. JJ was only 29 years old who FAILED him? BBC News 4/12/2023. BBC 1 March 2024 Jailed for at least 46 years. I have lost four family who won’t come back. I applied for the role of grandmother for grandson with MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. Southwark News Joshua Jacques jailed for life for murder of Bermondsey family. Southwark News did a report at BIB LEYF COVID-19 and I contacted them to help me tell my story.

Sir David Anthony Amess was a British politician who served as MP for Southend West 1997 until his murder in 2021. 15/10/2021 fatally stabbed at his constituency surgery at Belfairs Methods Church Hall Leigh-On-Sea. Amess murder was later declared a “Terrorist Incident” by the Metropolitan Police.
