The Early Childhood Commission has put in place certification standards for Early Childhood Institutions.
These standards must be maintained once certification is achieved.

In my culture they say “once a man twice a child…” This is what I call role reversal, when I said my final goodbye to Mama in January of 2014. Mama did not know her 1 & only Daughter all the time I was home for VAL’s wedding. But on the day I was travelling back to the UK she came around long enough to tell my #2son Valdin Legister that I did not come to say goodbye…?
