The Claimant applies to have the following claims go to HEARING pursuant to the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics that DJ Sara Elizabeth Beecham asked for Equality Act Assessor on the 9^th December 2024 when a HEARING was held behind my back. I have since been left without Legal Representations and confronted by the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION that led to me almost becoming a STATISTIC of HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT that I used to challenge DJ Beecham on the 20 March 2025. She did not finish the CLAIM but instead left me in the hands of HHJ Richard Roberts to trigger my ATYPICAL PARKINSONISM leaving me unable to FUNCTION. Based on my experiences of REPRESENTING myself from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Hence, I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. I will be relying on AWAABS’ LAW and my RESEARCH of DAMP & MOULD with The University of Huddersfield and being a member of the Housing Ombudsman RESIDENT PANEL to argue why the following should not be STRUCK OUT. Based on TIME and the fact that because of the continuing ASB at 16 Alma Grove, I will be basing my ARGUMENTS using prepared DOCUMENTS by the DEFENDANT. I will also be REFERENCING RELEVANT INFORMATION impacting on this case.

For CLARITY, the CLAIMANT wishes to make it clear that, in accordance with the EQUALITY ACT 2010 Protected Characteristics, the DEFENDANT did not filed Defences to any of the CLAIMS because they have already got HHJ Richard Roberts to issue a General Civil Restraint Order against me dated 31 January 2025. I was also to have been SECTIONED, MURDERED or KIDNAPPED by the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service that has been turning up at my HOME from the 30 October 2017 to 30 May 2025.

Background

The claims were issued by the CLAIMANT via the Online Civil Money Claims Pilot (the Pilot).

The CLAIMANT is seeking that all five of the CLAIMS go to HEARING to prove that the DEFENDANT breached the Amended Housing Act 1988 and Eviction Act 1977. And this is a pattern of UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT by the DEFENDANT using Devonshires Solicitors LLP to target RESIDENTS who raise LEGITIMATE CONCERNS about our LANDLORDS. My COMPLAINTS reached Stage 2 of the procedures, and everything WIPED from the Customer Portal, and I was locked out. After I was threatened with EVICTION via telephone. The Housing Ombudsman Service was informed, and I have since taken a CLAIMS against them. The MP Neil Coyle had contacted Housing for Women twice on my behalf. I even contacted the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin to mediate on my behalf.

The role of HHJ Richard Roberts on the 20 March 2025 in triggering my ATYPICAL PARKINSONISM is important in why the CLAIMS must go to HEARING.

I only see the name DJ Swan on the CLAIMS after I buried my HUSBAND and was returning to some semblance of NORMALITY after the ORDEALS brought on by the POSSESSION LETTER during the CRISIS I experienced. I was not served with any ORDERS for Court after receiving the POSESSION LETTER, and if any were served to the SOLICITORS representing me I was never made aware of them. That’s why I challenged DJ Swan STRIKE Out the following:

By way of background, the DEFENDANT application for an injunction order in July 2023 that was made on 1 August 2023 in Claim No. K02CL827 for the period of a year in relation to MALICIOUS ALLEGATIONS of anti-social behaviour, including incidents whereby the CLAIMANT committed incidents of anti-social behaviour against members of both the Defendant’s staff and neighbours. The CLAIMANT could not breach the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION of 1 August 2023 in August and the Committal Proceedings for Contempt of Court that were brought on 31 August 2023 breach my RIGHTS as a LAWFUL ABIDING CITIZEN who was SILENCED by the COURT. The Committal Hearing that took place on 12 June 2024, must be viewed with the BEREAVEMENTS and LOSSESS and my PERSONAL CRISIS triggering the POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER from my CHILDHOOD TRAUMAS. ALL ORDERS are NULL & VOID.

JUDGEMENT of BARRISTER RYAN CLEMENT

I have not been paid despite following due procedures in the matter. Other CLAIMS have been VACATED.

The HEARING for SENTENCING was conducted in March 2025 leading to HHJ Richard Roberts acting like the RANTING RAVING LUNATIC mentioning Winsome Duncan and DJ Sterlini, whom I have never met, but whose name is on correspondence for striking out the CLAIM with Winsome Duncan. This claim reached Telephone Mediation and was then struck out. DJ Sterlini name appeared on the 1 August 2023 labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. Imagine how I felt knowing about my CONTRIBUTIONS as a member of the WINDRUSH GENERATION whose ENTITLEMENTS had denied me after the death of my MOTHER with DEMENTIA. IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE was published in 2022 the year in May Trina Philbert stated my ASB started. We MUST therefore take a look at 2023 in its ENTIRETY because it was the year my HUSBAND celebrated his 100 BIRTHDAYS.

As stated before, it can be proven that MERVELEE MYERS is the VICTIM of SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008, LEYF 2009-2025, HMCTS CPS CJS SRA BSB IOPC JCIO CCMCC MOPAC CLCC HMPPS DBS in their quest to SILENCE me once I realised that Richard Harty MIC was masterminded by June O’Sullivan to entertain her perversion to be a DISRUPTIVE INFLUENCE with her Drag Queen Storytellers. Because Devonshires Solicitors LLP sent a letter that the EVICTION take place on the 17^th March 2025 makes the whole CLAIMS that DJ Beecham wanted to preside over NULL & VOID. DJ Beecham did not complete the claims. She failed to send an EVICTION ORDER after her UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT on the 20 March 2025.

At the meeting, colleagues from the Ombudsman answered questions which had been asked via the Resident Panel hub. The answers have now been posted and can be viewed on the forum. MM Response: Based on concerns raised across the internet, Richard Blakeway, the Housing Ombudsman, is not fit for purpose. I am speaking on behalf of Ms H Presley, who found me online when Hermione Cameron was advocating on my behalf. We were MEMBERS of the Housing for Women Customer Scrutiny Panel set up by Hony Premial the author of the ASB Policy. As the minute taker, I request that additional charges be levied at the HOS Reference JJ-6939-3232 and 03453454345 that was scheduled for the 14/10/2024 at 14:30. But which never materialised until I was sent email by HOS solicitors. Because I raised complaints about the HOS before putting in my claims I will use my Social Media platforms sharing the STORRIES. As I will not be getting any justice from HMCTS.

The Museum of Cambridge is excited to launch our new community co-curated exhibition ‘Legacies of Windrush in Cambridge’, in partnership with Dr Carol Brown-Leonardi and the African Caribbean Research Group, opening on 26th of April 2025. The first exhibition of its kind, it shines a light on the lives and experiences of the Caribbean Windrush community and those who left an indelible mark on Cambridge and the UK.

Featuring for the first time a series of oral histories from local Caribbean Elders in Cambridge, the oral histories capture special moments of family history, experiences and invaluable community stories. Stories collected in partnership with Dr Carol Brown-Leonardi share the fantastic legacy of the Windrush generation through music, food, religion, the arts and community. From pub landlords, local newsagent owners and steelpan bands, the exhibition celebrates the people at the heart of Cambridge’s community.

This project was only made possible thanks to public funding from the National Lottery through Arts Council England.

“Legacies of Windrush in Cambridge” will open on Saturday 26th April 2025, and remain on display until January 2026. Standard entry applies.

Border Crossings’ ORIGINS Festival celebrates the world’s First Nations in an explosion of art, performance and debate

It began when Border Crossings ORIGINS Festival commissioned us to respond to the work of Indigenous Australian musician Jessie Lloyd, who they had commissioned to undertake a residency in Brixton, working with the local community to discover songs and stories from the 75 years that have passed since the Windrush brought the first post-war migrants to London from the Caribbean.

Jessie Lloyd applied the methodology that she evolved to work with Indigenous Elders in her MISSION SONGS project, and collaborating with Brixton-born artist Tony Cealy, she explored the commonalities of experience between Indigenous Australians and Black Britons, using music to commemorate local heritage, within global histories of racism and emerging processes of reconciliation.

Inspired by the parallels between Jessie’s grandfather Albie Geia, who was a leader in the 1957 Palm Island Strike, which, like the events in Brixton in 1981, were labelled ‘riots’ ( leading to Albie’s imprisonment), the project draws on ‘Brixton’s’ role as a site & beacon of resistance. These connections also coincided with 81 Acts movement, commemorating the 40 Anniversary of the Brixton uprisings of 1981.

Our response to Jessie’s residency is Songstreets; a site-specific, immersive experience that weaves the songs through the streets of Brixton and uncovers their extraordinary stories.

We worked closely with Brixton artist Tony Cealy as the lead narrator and a host of incredible local voices – from activists to musicians, homeless folk to sound-system experts, Caribbean elders groups to pirate radio MC’s – we walked talked and recorded a series of stories that emerged from these streets and these songs. – The result is this truly site-specific journey, accessed through our AswarmXR mobile app.

A whole host of incredibly talented people contributed to Songstreets in many ways: some composed new songs, some offered their own renditions of songs they felt were relevant to contribute, some added choral layers to group numbers and others contributed spoken stories or thoughts and reflections that left ripples.. all left footprints that resonated in these streets and it is to them we owe this piece.

BORDER CROSSINGS’ ORIGINS FESTIVAL CELEBRATES THE WORLD’S FIRST NATIONS IN AN EXPLOSION OF ART, PERFORMANCE AND DEBATE.
ORIGINS creates a unique opportunity to engage with Indigenous artists and activists at the cutting edge of cultural resistance, environmentalism and spiritual tradition. Working with some of the most significant cultural institutions in London, ORIGINS brings the world’s Indigenous artists and cultures to the heart of the capital.

Border Crossings came to us back in 2020, as part of the 81Acts movement (commemorating the 40th anniversary of the Brixton Uprisings of 1981) and the UK/Australia season 21/22, with the question how could we use our unique skill – for connecting people, place and technology into interactive public art works- to respond and compose to Jessies Lloyds research within Brixton’s community. – We then promptly entered the Covid era.. We’re really delighted to say we’ve since built a really good collaborative working relationship, together making sure the seeds of Jessie Lloyd’s residency in Brixton have grown and blossomed into something we’re really proud of: Songstreets – An art project that is both rooted in the Black and Caribbean community of Brixton and that has tendrils that reach deep down under responding to Jessies perspective too.

Jessie Lloyd is an award-winning Indigenous Australian singer, social historian and cultural practitioner of Indigenous song, who revives the music of Indigenous Elders in Australia. As with Jessie’s MISSION SONGS PROJECT, in Brixton she embarked on a musical journey with the local community, to research and reveal the forgotten stories and unexplored corners of recent history. Her process ranged from collaborating with the community to compose new songs, to recording existing songs that the community felt served to trigger and carry stories, to writing her own inspired by these encounters.

Tony Cealy >> Artist & Lead Narrator

Arts Practitioner and Trainer for Drama and Theatre. Producer of Programmes, Workshops and Theatre Projects. Born in Brixton, a child of the Windrush, Tony is one of those people you cant walk 20 yards down the road with, without bumping into someone he knows, whose smile and greeting leads to conversation. – He was a key person opening the doors for Jessie into this community. Walking and talking with Tony, recording the stories that emerge from these streets and the characters we encountered on our various journey’s provided the pot of sauces to cook up this piece and fed the threads to weave these songs around these streets. As Practitioner, Tony uses drama and theatre to encourage self-awareness and to assist individuals in exploring the idea of change and the impact that it may have on their lives. Drawing on over 20 yrs of experience in both the corporate and Arts sector, Gesture offers an end-to-end design & development service.

Experienced in conducting R&D for organisations such as American Express, The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), Honeywell, Hitachi, UBS, EE and Tideway. Gesture has also produced interactive content for London Fashion Week, the Venice Biennale and the Science Museum.
