I met with Ms Myers in clinic at Marina House today alongside her allocated care coordinator, Hawa Oweh (CPN).
Background
Ms Myers is a 65-year-old female, not previously known to the Southwark Older Adult CMHT, however previously under working age mental health services. MM Response: I have been to Marina House on 2 occasions for ASSESSMENT. Ms Myers was referred to our team by Dennis Kamara, a mental health nurse in primary care. He requested for an assessment of diagnosis and treatment options, with information that Ms Myers has a long history of low mood and anxiety with some previous underlying trauma and recent stressors including her housing association taking her to court and ongoing disputes with her neighbours. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will face an INQUIRY about this Medical Report/Assessment.
The following information about Ms Myers’s mental health background is taken from available electronic mental health records. MM Response: Once again those responsible will be charged for breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics.
Ms Myers’ mental health records date back to 2017 where there is a Merlin report from police with concern about Ms Myers struggling with her mental health following a tribunal, with also a mention of her receiving previous support from the Maudsley. MM Response: Dr Phil Gregory will be charged for GROSS PROFFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT and MEDICAL GASLIGHTING MISOGYNY. Because District Judge Bell ordered a Psychiatric Assessment in the claim: K02CL827. Dr. Phil Gregory seems to be focusing on his agenda to take away my IDENTITY and replace me with the person he wants to create from his own warped MIND. How come he is not aware of my Medical Records for my Chronic Anxiety diagnosis on the 18th July 2006. For my Open University Health and Social Care examination.
This however doesn’t appear to have been followed by input from secondary mental health care. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory who has his own agenda should have remembered me telling him about Winsome Duncan Claim: F22YM276 District Judge Bell transferred to CLCC for Designated Civil Judge. Date: 10 December 2019. Who was groomed by Barrister Ryan Clement Ref: Myers/011119/NICEACK/AD Court Enforcement Services. Winsome Duncan was groomed to find vulnerable black people for them to scam. In 2021 there are a number of contacts with the crisis line and referrals to CMHT (working age), outlining concerns about low mood, anxiety and suicidal thoughts for the past 7 years since her mother passed away. MM Response: All this I assume is part of Dr. Phil Gregory DILUSIONAL MINDSET that is similar to Deborah Agnes Gilchrist. Reference: 1. Richard Harty call to mobile on 27th September 2021 and events after. When I was kicked out of the University of East London. The call was recorded and can be found on YouTube. 2. Matter with Barclays Bank on the same date that Richard Harty called me. 3. Visiting the GP Surgery at Decima Street to collect corrected Medical Report of Dr. Joanna Pennack. 4. 5. Series of events in October starting with Barclays locking me inside in over an hour waiting for the Police whilst my account was close. 6. Contacts from UEL and Richard Harty kicking me out of the UEL. 7. Contacts from Met Police who were contacted by the UEL. 7. Ms. Gilchrist breaking the glass to the “Communal Door” on the 3th December 2021.
Other contributory factors noted included the death of a neighbour the previous year MM Response: I can write a BOOK about my neighbour Esther aka TESS Oliver. I think I should do this to honour her CONTRIBUTIONS as a white lady from Scotland who experienced Mental Health issues. Being charged with criminal damage and attending court in April 2021. MM Response: Now why did Dr. Phil Gregory squeeze this information here? We must look at the Channel 4 News about the Seventh Day Adventist Church and the resignation of the Bishop of the Church of England. We have to reference the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the Housing for Women AGM in April 2014. After saying my final goodbyes to my mother in Jamaica. The Criminal Damage came about after Holly Sweeney P255654 and Nikki Wright P240060 and Harry Stack P255641 and Ben Godfrey P25582 came to murder me under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture on the 30th November 2020 to say I commit SUICIDE.
Ms Myers had also spoken about the death of her brother and developing depression and an eating disorder as a result of discrimination at work. MM Response: I would advise Dr. Phil Gregory to read the book I gave him IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE. As he is coming across as if he needs MEDICATION.
Another referral to CMHT in 2021 reportedly from Southwark council outlined concerns of Ms Myers feeling police were being sent to kill her. MM Response: I have no knowledge of this. However, it is a fact that the Metropolitan Police attempted to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me between 30th October 2017 to 9th August 2024.
There was also a phone call from a mental health practitioner from the University of East London (student wellbeing service) expressing concerns about Ms Myers’ mental health and possible bizarre and paranoid behaviour. MM Response: I will deal with this as a separate issue for the benefit of safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. After getting the concrete information the Richard Harty MIC was used for June O’Sullivan’s Drag Queen Storytellers. I conducted the “A Voice of a Child” research project for June O’Sullivan at Luton Street Community Nursery in August 2011. The year I was published in the Nursery World Magazine and Sky News visited on the 5th September 2011. The Cost of Childcare. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS.
In 2022 Ms Myers was assessed following a GP referral by the Southwark Assessment & Liaison Team. MM Response: I have no knowledge of this.
This assessment noted mental health difficulties appearing to commence in 2014 when Ms Myers was reportedly persecuted in her place of work, having worked as an early year’s practitioner. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will be exposed for his IMPOSTER SYNDROME and the DEFAMTION of Mervelee Myers. I was never assessed by Southwark Assessment & Liaison Team.
It was reported that Ms Myers was being accused by her nursery in Southwark of being ‘uncooperative, rude and confrontational’, and was under investigation, and then left due to ill health. MM Response: Once again Dr. Phil Gregory will be charged for spreading POPOGANDA about Mervelee Myers.
Following this, she received 12 sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the Maudsley. MM Response: MM will go into this in more details for research purposes. As I am on RADAR-CNS with Dr. Faith Matcham of Kings College London. I did 2 years Mental Health research at Kings College London.
Following this, Ms Myers had reported not being able to gain paid employment, MM Response: As previously concluded Dr. Phil Gregory seems to want to use me to further his career and has already set his AGENDA of an OUTCOME.
But had worked voluntarily in mental health research, MM Response: No, I did not work in any Mental Health research. I was a participant. However, I had my own website created from scratch http://www.myvision.org.uk that was stolen in 2022 by Guy Lawful and Mark Upton. I created Community HUBS on Social Media where I write about Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave. All of which have been suspended or DISABLED. Reasons I cannot afford for YouTube Cyberbullying CRIMINALS to terminate my channels.
Been involved in various organisations and online podcasts, MM Response: So why did HMCTS allowed Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP to get the unlawful injunction with threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION?
Was also featured in a book about Windrush. MM Response: No, Dr. Phil Gregory you need to take your MEDICATION if you do not SUBSTANCE abuse like Deborah Agnes Gilchrist.
Ms Myers had reported an incident of the police in 2021 attending her home and beating her, MM Response: No, Dr. Phil Gregory, you need to get your facts correct when writing a REPORT.
And that she now has a criminal record and has been turned down for jobs due to her criminal record check (CRB). MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory is so out of touch with what’s happening in the real world. (CRB) was 2004 when I reported Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust workplace nursery for SAFEGUARDING.
She had reported feeling she has been targeted by certain people she used to work with and there was a pattern. MM Response: It is not FEELING Dr. Phil Gregory, it’s the FACT.
The impression of this review was that there was not any clear evidence of depression or psychosis, MM Response: I will deal with this in more details.
That past events have been very stressful, and that Ms Myers could benefit from further talking therapy. MM Response: Who is this Talking Therapy going to be with. I am capable of taking care of myself. Where were they from, I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton am DEPRESSED and dying slowly of TORTURE on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14 March 2015? She was then referred to IAPT. MM Response: Don’t where Dr. Phil Gregory got some of his information from.
In 2023 and going into 2024 there were a number of referrals to CMHT, due to concerns about Ms Myers’ mental health. MM Response: Who made these referrals?
There was reference of Ms Myers’ housing association seeking legal action due to antisocial behaviour. MM Response: When I am finished the world will know more about the UK society where Mervelee Myers whose photograph was portrayed across the world as the face of Windrush 70 page 1 of ITV News can experience the HATE CRIMES I have since the death of my mother with dementia.
In December 2023 Ms Myers was reported to have called 111 herself reporting feeling hopeless about the threat of eviction from her home and having ongoing issues with her neighbours. MM Response: I told you Dr. Phil Gregory needs MEDICATION or to stop ABUSING SUBSTANCE for hallucination.
In March 2023 Ms Myers was brought to A&E by the London Ambulance Service reporting worsening mental health. MM Response: MM was never taken out of Housing for Women TERROR CELL about my MENTAL HEALTH Dr. Phil Gregory. You need to come off the DRUGS and DRINKS clouding your MIND.
No evidence of thought disorder or psychosis observed and GP was advised to review Ms Myers and consider a referral to mental health services. MM Response: Did MM not say that Dr. Phil Gregory has the same Mental Health Impairments like Ms Gilchrist?
In September 2024 Ms Myers was referred to the Southwark Older Adult CMHT by Dennis Kamara, mental health nurse in primary care. There were concerns related to her behaviour and posting references to suicide in her social media. MM Response: I already discussed this with Dr. Phil Gregory and refuse to waste my time. This will be the focus of my MENTAL HEALTH & SEND ADVOCACY.
Ms Myers was seen by Dennis in primary care alongside her son Kevin who had travelled from Jamaica where he lives. There were reported issues with housing, neighbours and family. She has lived in her current address for 23 years and has been having issues with neighbours banging her door and making malicious complaints about her to the police. MM Response: Did Dr. Phil Gregory not say I am making this up?
The housing association has reportedly taken an injunction against her and she is at risk of eviction and the case is currently in court. MM Response: This will be addressed in line with Queen Camilla’s ITV Documentary with Housing for Women.
Her son had reported the reason for this being Ms Myers putting up inappropriate material online about the council and refusing to take it down. Her son had mentioned Ms Myers storing urine for months to throw it at her employer’s property and putting up comments on social media about feeling suicidal, which Ms Myers admitted to, however, stated she would never do this due to her Christian faith. MM Response: This too will be addressed in details.
There was also concern from Ms Myers about a camera being placed in the shared communal doorway by her neighbours, that it initially faced towards the street however now has been turned directly at her. She had reportedly denied feeling the neighbours watch her when she is in her flat however, the only issue is when she is coming through the communal front door. MM Response: Here is proof that Dr. Phil Gregory is a NUTCASE.
Recent progress
Ms Myers was initially assessed by our team on 08/10/24 at home by Joseph Mukuba, Community Psychiatric Nurse. Following this, I decided to assess Ms Myers myself to help come to a psychiatric diagnosis and consider treatment options. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will be exposed as the QUACK he is.
I have subsequently reviewed Ms Myers in clinic on 16/10/24. During this assessment Ms Myers described to me in detail her background history to date, including the trauma in her upbringing (physical abuse from mother, father dying when she was a young age), MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will be exposed for accusing my mother of PHYSICAL ABUSE. I was never abused my mother.
And her first marriage to a controlling husband resulting in domestic violence. MM Response: MM will be doing my RESEARCH to find out if Queen Camilla played any roles in the death of Princess Diana.
Ms Myers talked about losing her mother 10 years ago, and around the same time being forced out of working as a nursery nurse and following this receiving therapy. Ms Myers talked about the issues with her neighbours persecuting her, which have worsened over the years, and her recent bereavement of her husband a few months ago. MM Response: Why did the COURT not take this into account?
On 23/10/24 Ms Myers contacted 111 and LAS due to feeling in ‘crisis’ after her grandniece left having stayed with her without saying goodbye. MM Response: I was locked out by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist. If Paul Morgan was not with me I would not have gained access.
I visited Ms Myers at home on the 25/10/24. During this visit, Ms Myers described in more detail the persecution she reports experiencing from her neighbours, whom she believes are trying to kill her, leading to her feeling unsafe at home. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory said all this is in my head, reasons he wants me to take medication to take the FACT out of my head.
She reported since her husband passed away, she has been more careful in locking her front door and that if she didn’t do that ‘I would be dead’. MM Response: Reference 4 members of the same FAMILY murdered in Bermondsey. No coincidence that the New GP is located at Verney Road. Ms Myers showed me the doorbell camera her neighbour set up on the outside of the shared front door, and how she believes the neighbour is using this to monitor her coming in and out of her home.
Ms Myers talked about her neighbour kicking on her front door every day to provoke her and her belief that her neighbours want to try to provoke her into confronting them, which would then give them an excuse to harm and kill her. Ms Myers has explained to me how she believes other neighbours are also siding against her and that she also feels under threat from the police and housing association, all working together against her. MM Response: Evidence captured online. On Saturday Ms Gilchrist came down from her flat and she is captured on camera. She was also recording me claim am in BREACH of the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.

I summarised the purpose of review to complete the assessment following the referral to our team from Dennis Kamara, primary care mental health nurse.
I asked Ms Myers how she has been since we last met. She talked about the housing association not coming yet to fix her toilet seat, as well as the mould on her kitchen door and the damp in her windowsill. MM Response: Proof that the matter was reported before I contacted the SOLICITORS dealing with the case.
She reported attending her drumming group and doing a performance and spoke positively about this. She brought up about her neighbours continuing to try to provoke her since we last met. Ms Myers spoke about the neighbours ‘stomping’ on the floor loudly to provoke her. Ms Myers agreed that she believed the neighbours were trying to kill her. I recalled her previous statement to me that she believed the neighbours were trying to provoke her so that she would in turn confront them, and this would give them the excuse to try to kill her. MM Response: My brother died in prison for throwing ACID on 3 boys. My son Kevin said if he had gone walking with the boys that day he could have been affected.
Ms Myers accepted this is what she believed. She stated she would not attack them herself and is trying to keep to herself. MM Response: Why did Dr. Phil Gregory ask my sob Kevin Donovan Murray if he believes I will get PHYSICAL with the neighbours.
Ms Myers said recently she stayed at a friend’s house overnight as she didn’t feel safe to return home. I asked about the camera. Ms Myers continued to report that she believed the camera on the doorbell was there to monitor her movements. She said she is trying not to think about this. She stated being more frustrated about her doorbell always being rung. MM Response: FACT.
Ms Myers made a statement about never wanting to ‘give up’. I enquired about whether she experiences suicidal thoughts. Ms Myers stated this has been misconstrued and referenced a poster or piece of literature she was pictured in, that had the quote about people being unemployed, being at risk of suicide, and said this quote was then attached to her. Ms Myers did admit to having last had a suicidal thought in August this year, when her son was visiting her and she talked about her door being kicked. She didn’t report having experienced any plans or intent to act on this. Ms Myers stated there was no chance that she would come to harm via her own means. She has previously stated her Christian faith as a protective factor. MM Response: FACT.
I summarised to Ms Myers what she had explained to me over the last 3 meetings leading to my opinion about her mental health diagnosis. This included Ms Myers’ description of her earlier life and trauma she experienced, the domestic violence in her first marriage which led to her separating and being saved by the housing association, the loss of her mother 10 years ago around the same time as stopping working as a nursery nurse. Then over recent years with the increasingly difficult situation with her neighbours, beliefs that they are provoking her by monitoring her movements, trying to kill her and banging on her door, leading to her receiving a possession order which may potentially result in her being evicted and a possible custodial sentence due to being in contempt of court. MM Response: UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.
Then more recently the stress of losing her husband. I explained to Ms Myers my impression that as a result of the build up of stress over these years that her beliefs and experiences about the neighbours could be explained by her being unwell with paranoia and psychosis. I explained that this is a condition that we could provide treatment for, including both antipsychotic medication, and psychosocial support, including psychology for psychosis. Ms Myers said in response to this that she had experienced some paranoia in the past. She said she accepted this was my explanation of opinion about her mental health. Ms Myers said she was willing to try medication if it would help. Ms Myers explained she had recently been to her new GP for vaccinations and blood tests, I advised I would check the results of these and then give her a call next week to see whether she would like to go ahead with starting antipsychotic medication. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory and Deborah Agnes Gilchrist are in the same MENTAL HEALTH QUAGMIRE.
She agreed to this and accepted a patient information leaflet about risperidone. She confirmed having our contact numbers in case needing to get in touch in between appointments. Hawa confirmed she would make an appointment with Ms Myers when she had started on her medication to monitor how she is doing. We also discussed social activities and community groups, Ms Myers knew of Time & Talents and didn’t want to attend there, however appeared keener in Blackfriars. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory is a PSYCHOPATH like June O’Sullivan.
Mental state examination
Ms Myers presented on time, she was well kempt, wearing a diabetes charity t-shirt, engaged well, reasonable rapport established, maintained eye contact, speech slightly pressured however, interruptible and voice not raised, mood reported as well and objectively appeared euthymic with reactive affect. Mild thought disorder evident with circumstantial responses. Describing persecutory delusional thoughts about neighbours trying to kill her and monitoring her movements. No reported auditory hallucinations and didn’t appear to be responding to unseen stimuli. Appeared well orientated to time and place. Insight partial however took on board opinion about diagnosis and agreed to consider treatment options explained. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will get his comeuppance like those persecuting me after the death of my mother.
Care Plan
I have provided written information for Ms Myers for an antipsychotic medication – risperidone. I advised I will check Ms Myer’s most recent blood tests with her GP and call her following this to see whether she would like to start risperidone or not.
I will send this assessment letter to Mrs Myers, and she is then able to share this with her solicitor for her current court case.
Ms Myers is assigned a care coordinator in our team – Hawa Oweh, CPN – who will monitor Ms Myers’ mental state and risks and support with psychosocial interventions.
Hawa Oweh has agreed to make contact with the housing association to support Ms Myers with fixing her toilet seat and other house matters needing repair.
Ms Myers confirmed having contact numbers for people to call, including the Samaritans, our team number during working hours (0203 228 2240) and the SLAM crisis line out of hours (0800 731 2864).

On Tuesday the 1st August 2023 the Court considered an application for an injunction, and the court was satisfied that on the balance of probabilities The Respondent has engaged or threatens to engage in anti-social behaviour, and the court considered it just and convenient to grant the injunction for the purpose of preventing the Respondent from engaging in anti-social behaviour.

My Secondary School, Frome Technical High School has hit the News Headlines with 1 of the most Gruesome of reasons. From even before I was a student there was always something or other happening at FSS. But to read the outcome of the latest incident that happened at my former school has filled me with much sadness. Since I am the 1st to tell any1 who will listen that I was no Goody 2 Shoes, even thou every1 else thought I couldn’t mash ants & was 2 shy…? I too lost my way & got in the Family Way b4 I finished school. Hence my reason 4 saying I Gradu-9…? But what is happening in today’s society with some of these School Children are beyond the Ken! As Parents & Grandparents we have to take charge, be responsible & accountable for instilling Moral Old Fashioned Values in our children. My old folks used to say “bring up a child in the way they should grow and when they are old, they will not depart from it…” The latest incident at Frome only served to wreck lives with 1 Young Girl, pregnant & Dead & a Young Man destined to spend the better part of his life in Jail. But the impact on the other Family Members cannot be put into words as far as I am concerned. But imagine how the Child of that Man is going to cope when he/she gets to learn about that Sordid Incident. Love they say is a fickle thing indeed? And before any1 say anything as I am not here being Judge & Juror over any1. Let them without Blemish cast the 1st Stone? Getting Pregnant & having a Child is not the end of the world. Since the Horse had already bolted thru the gate, I am wondering why they did not seek other Early Intervention Strategies to avoid such a Catastrophe? As me breda Balis always say “I never say if me did know…” & it is too late now for any Remedies other than what has happened – 1 Dead & 1 facing Life in Prison. My Heart goes out to All the Family involved. U might be wondering why…? Well 1 of these students from Frome lost her way, but she had her Baby & gone back to school. She has a future ahead of her! But to put life in perspectives, these days school children are living in the lap of luxury & don’t know it. I hope this serves as a Lesson to those who are intending to go astray & don’t appreciate the sacrifices that their Parents are making for them. They have never had it so Good!

It takes 2 to tango & if only that Young Man did not heed to temptations, we wouldn’t have such a gruesome incident to make All the Families Broken by this tragedy. Today I learn of the passing of CAL Wedderburn of Townhead Westmoreland. I have known CAL for all of my life that he could pass as 1 of my Family. He spent most of his time amongst the people in GaGa Street from I moved there at the age of 4 years old until I left in 1992 for the UK. I took these pics of CAL in Joyo’s yard & CAL was so proud to pose for me. I did promise to send him supn for his BD when I learned that he was born the same year as my uncle Terah Chambers. The last time I saw CAL December 13 – January 14, he’d had an accident and his face was a mess. He’d still remember Ratty once Ms Chickie told him who I was & we had our little chat. I refused to take his pics at that time because I am sensitive to the needs of the more Vulnerable amongst us. So CAL because I’d not send that BD present I’d promised all those years, I am going to do my little bit by giving U a write up as a send off. You have touched the life of many as your auntie Ms Chickie would say “Rags, Shags & Shag-a-Rag- Ghas…” RIP CAL as I am sure the whole of Westmoreland will be turning out to celebrate Your Precious Life amongst Us! You were 1 Unique Person who will be remembered by Us All in so Many Ways.

1. I remember my life when I was a carefree little girl
Who moved from the location I was born to live at our own land?
The place was Ga-Ga Street that my brother ASHTER named Palmetto Close
The most abiding memory that stands out for me
Was running from where we live and falling at the entrance of the Street
Cutting my forehead open on the stone protruding from the ground
2. I am sure I got up went back home and have the scar as proof
I have concluded this was a chance to build my resilience
That was to see me survive one adversity after another
There were many challenges to follow
Which were part of the TRUAMAS I experienced
With each disaster I created I was helped to carry on
3. I learned to cook gathering stuff from the garden
But not knowing the laws of nature I suffered for my ignorance
And refuse to eat certain foods
There was the time dad had to cut the rings that were twisted off my finger
I have the scar to prove that too
4. With knowledge comes power, I must have been a clumsy child.
As far as I can recall I had a happy childhood as can be expected
Growing up with a loving family in a village that raised me.
5. Being an only girl, I was more than privilege to lavish
And accept the relationships with those in my family network
I enjoyed the things that were part of my transitional development

6. I am still trying to work out when my life was turned upside down
That is the time I changed from the fearless Tom Boy
To a panic-stricken little girl who was shy and covering up my nervousness
7. If a child lives with ridicule it learns to be shy
I can recall my first panic attack when an old man threatened me
For my cheekiness in taking up a dare
8. My Personal Challenges over the next 10+ years did not help
If a child lives with criticism it learns to condemn
I turned my anger unto my father’s God for allowing him to suffer
And stopped going to the Townhead Baptist Church where I did not feel I belong
9. If a child lives with shame it learns to be guilty
If a child lives with security, it learns faith
The discrimination of the past 7 years stripped me of my dignity
As the SYSTEMS colluded to make me a criminal in the eyes of the laws
How do I come to terms with what happened to me after experiencing bereavement and losses?

I have to make some changes in my life and make my HUSBAND my Priority. He was so relieved when I got in Friday night because he thought I was staying over. I know it will get worse before getting better! But I am here for the Long-Haul. It is reassuring to know that Tom’s biggest Concern is that I am ok. And he don’t want to become a Burden to me…? When a person has been Independent & Self-Reliant all their life, it’s difficult to be where Tom is in his Transitions. I kind of knows how he is feeling because I have experiences of my Transitions to make comparisons. DIGEST is a clinical trial run by Habitual to assess the effectiveness of their diabetes remission programme in achieving remission (also referred to as reversal) of diabetes in people with Type 2 diabetes.

Blacklisting and Networking – Friends In High Places
On the back of the Prime Minister New Year’s 2017 Message to the nation, let me take this opportunity to challenge those of us, who experienced discrimination to let our voices be heard. It is time we stop accepting that we must be part of the Silent Minority who suffer in Silence. If you are in any doubt and need the inspirations, motivations, initiatives, etc., to act, look no further than my Fight4justice campaign. My life story is out in Cyber Space because I choose to make my life an Open BOOK so others can benefit. I don’t want anyone else to live the life of torment I did from the time I was approaching Puberty to now. That was a very crucial Developmental Transitional Milestones especially for a Young Girl in a Family of Men/Boys, struggling with her Identity.
Despite the luck of the draw for the hands of Cards I was given, opting out was never an Option. I carried on regardless, even when my uneducated Brain didn’t understand what was happening to me. My family life disintegrated when I was to start another Developmental Transitional Journey to Secondary School, and I experienced Trauma. This Trauma came about when Papa was struck down with Parkinson’s Disease. I changed from Papa’s Little Girl to a REBEL who would Curse, Fight, be Disobedient, etc., because I didn’t know what was happening to me. Worse of all I feared Rejection and see this was a sign of been abandoned by my father and Mother. But that was not the case as my mother had to be strong to take on the roles and responsibilities thrust on her without any prior warnings or time to try preparing. Sadly, I only found out these things via Counselling. Strangely enough I must get Counselling because of discrimination in workplaces, where I thought I would be safe if I give of my best to try and make a difference with my Intellectual Properties, gained via my own experiences of life, studies and my thirst for knowledge. During those Developmental Transitions, in my head I was becoming the opposite of the person Papa wanted me to be. On reflections, I was blaming Papa for not been there for me when I needed him most.
I started questioning whether I belonged to my parents and Mama’s love for me. But I had the most questions for Papa’s GOD. How could my Papa’s God after the way he dedicated his entire life to living his life from the Bible’s Teaching, allow him to suffer? I went from Puberty into Motherhood a very mixed-up Teenager. I was destined to face rejections after rejections and even the loves I thought I have been false promises. For some reasons or other, like what is happening why I am out of work, everyone chooses to discriminate against me for their own preconceived prejudice views and opinions about who they think that I am.
The long and short of my story, is that my sons are the products of my unions with two of the most Eligible Young Men from my era. I have no regrets although I did not follow the trend and norms of what was expect of me. So as Mama would say I ended up with “di Patchwork Pickney (children) dem.” If anyone reading my story is expecting to hear later that anything untoward happened in my life, they won’t because I stood up for myself and was too angry for anyone to try anything with me, without my consent. I would probably have ended up beating the hell out of them and not be afraid to go public. If nothing else, my Parents brought me up with Old Fashioned Values and Beliefs, even if I broke some Rules.
I was tested again after the birth of my first son, as my troubled Developmental Transition caught up with me again. My child was Misdiagnosed with Multiple Disabilities as being Deaf and Dumb. I guess this must have been the trigger I needed telling me life was not just about me anymore. I had was to Protect my child from some very Insensitive Ignorant People who treated me like the way I was discriminated against in Society from the age of ten (-10) years old. Take it from me, I know what it feels like to be different from the images of what is considered of BEAUTY. When you are not the Picture-Perfect Image with a Straight Nose, etc., be prepared for the discrimination that follows. To then be struck with Childhood Trauma is another story altogether.
Despite Papa’s illnesses, he was in his elements helping his Only Daughter with the care of my son, caring is part of our DNA. If you know me there is no doubt you know my Papa, barring the Angry Person I became when he took sick. I can recall Papa despite the SHAKINGS, singing his hear out for my son and trying to give back some of what I had lost out on. After that I picked myself up on the advice of my former Class Teacher at Secondary School, Mr Felix Rose and went back to
Evening Classes at Mannings High School. But I was in for more disappointment, getting Pregnant again. I choose my child over the chance of a Future Career, but I never gave up my dreams.
The Rest Is History as I love to say, as now I can honestly say I made the most defining decisions about choosing to have my SONS even when they were not planned. I must make decisions that were to change my life because of my DNA. I choose not to have more children, even before I know anything about EUGENICS or was educated. Sometimes I look back with some number of regrets, I did not have that daughter, the sister that especially my younger Son wanted from Mum. But I didn’t want a child who might possibly have to live my experiences, right or wrong, I made that choice. My Fight4justice is to highlight my experiences and to stop my family going through my life from the time Papa was struck down with Parkinson Disease. Mama had to be the mother, Father, and Carer for the rest of her life, whether she wanted to or not. She never shirked her responsibilities and Duty of Care for anyone who needed her. My children did not escape and have their stories to tell, but I will allow them to do so when they are ready. I would like it to be known that social injustices and inequalities exist in all echelons of societies. Some will only take notice of the plights of others only if they are beneficiaries.
I am here to say SOD them. I come this far without their support, so I will finish yet another Transitional Journey on my own, no that I am EMPOWERED. I am however sending out messages to the Establishments, Systems, etc., that with my Defensive Practice, I am POWERFUL. Therefore, it’s time to stop paying lip services with the Tokenism of Rhetoric and Bureaucratic Red Tape and do something about the likes of me, who have to be using social media and Facebook in particular to get JUSTICE. After the 8th March 2017, I will be putting NAMES in the Public Domain. You have your chances to make amends before then?

MM Updates: I must be honest in saying I have decided that to heal myself of the traumas that affected my life chances I must be honest and clear the cobwebs from my mind. I must speak the truth cost it what it is, s/he who hides the wrong they do will continue doing the wrong thing still. I never get over the fact that I was abandoned, rejected, and beaten up by some members of my family. I spent 7+ years of my life expecting my family and friends to help me out of the situation of discrimination forced on me by LEYF and the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and the Crown Prosecution Service did collude with the abusers in the Early Years Sector over the years since my mother died.
The day this child walked into BIB Nursery he came to me. He reminded me of my first son who was misdiagnosed with multiple disabilities. His mother told me she had never seen him react that way towards a stranger before.

I worked for this company for 2 1/2 years. I was grateful for them taking me on as a first job. But not for all the stress and health problems that came with it. I feel sorry for all the lady’s at my nursery who I left behind. For a company who tells us to be brave, nurturing, inspiring and fun. How do you expect your staff to accomplish such things with all the over worked hours and piles of paperwork that you so happily force upon them? We are there to nurture the children of the future but instead worry so much on how tidy the rooms are and how outstanding the learning journeys are. There is no time left in the day to nurture let alone have fun.
Maybe now the company has stop concentrating so much at making more money by opening more and more nurseries you would take a step back and see the amount of stress and over worked your older nurseries have become. Maybe think about staffing them too, to lift the weight of over ratio’s and 25 key children per person would just be a start.
I watched a handful of good and honest members of staff leave the nursery I worked at and finally came to the breaking point of where I (at the age of 21) had to leave for my own health.

The staff turnover at marks gate has been awful causing so many other issues. Does nobody look at the effects of one person leaving before making the decision to move another 3? Now the deputy manager will also be leaving, and she is the only person that reassured us during all of these changes that remained consistent and was always someone we could talk to. The children are unsettled and as a parent I feel awful leaving my child in the care of strangers I get my husband to pick up and drop off most days as I get too upset with all the chaos in the nursery.

I said Goodbye to LEYF couple of weeks ago but I feel that I left my mission unaccomplished and I am still struggling to overcome the LEYF addiction I have, however I do feel that by moving on I have done one of the best things for my overall wellbeing. Leyf is an organisation which has high aspirations and to achieve these aspirations LEYF likes to push its staff as much as it can without sorting the issues or giving them enough support etc. Staff at Leyf get dead busy and no extra help or time is offered to them to manage the enhanced work load. As a deputy manager I had so much to do with out having any admin day or some time off the room. I was working as a deputy, a Senco, was in the ratio 5 days a week, had key children, doing extra hours, deputy’s extra work and 3 hours a day commuting and on top of all this putting up a bully chef. I was also put in the ratio when manager was absent which also put extended pressure on the staff when I had to leave room. No doubt Staff will find themselves unable to cope with added pressure. They are already under huge pressure as due to large number of agency staff and few apprentices they end up having 15 to 20 key children each. Eventually passionate staff who want to do a good job get stressed, frustrated and drained and finally bound to leave. Unpassionate staff also leave due to sparate reasons. In addition to fix the staff problems which I mentioned above another important thing LEYF must do is to upskill and empower their management team as they are directly responsible for staff well-being for example I had to put up a bully chef which affected my mental state to the extent that it nearly put me off coming to work every morning and myself (deputy manager) and the manager could not address this effectively and fairly I believe due to lack of confidence and skill or may be sometimes management’s habit or a will to ignore issues like this but who paid the price undoubtedly me. There are job competencies there for the staff which everyone needs to meet but they are just a piece of paper. This ‘Chef’ does not meet any of these competencies, intimidates the staff however still comfortably working at LEYF under the nose of even Area manager who is (I hope so) well aware of his dayto-day actions.

Dealing with Death of Loved Ones.
It is 5+ years since I returned from Jamaica after burying my mother. What I have been through these past years have taught me many things that have left me reticent about how I am able to go about doing the things I am passionate about. That’s why I have invested in Fight4justice to get some sense of purpose for my life. Because LEYF colluded with the Legal Entities to ruin my career and destroying my life. And that’s another reason I will be naming all those involved in the hate crime in HMCTS and CPS and CJS which made me a target for terrorist in the MURDER COUNTRY after my mother passed away with dementia. And why I decided to become a DEMENTIA FRIEND to learn more and provide support.
In the space of seven 7 months, I have made two 2 trips to my beloved country Jamaica for two 2 momentous and poignant occasions in my life. I travelled to Jamaica on the 22.12.13, my son’s birthday to attend his wedding on New Year’s Day 01.01.14. I was privileged to spend four 4 weeks establishing links with my elderly mum whose health was in steady decline. Mum who had dementia did not recognised her only daughter, but I was blessed in a variety of ways. Because my son was living at home with mum, he had become one of the familiar persons who represented consistency, familiarity, and continuity in her life. In a sense he had taken my place in mum’s heart whilst I was away from the roost. I am no stranger to controversy as I have been defending myself and others from, I was a child. So, when I had to call on support South London Press was there for me in 2004.

My stories online about my mother’s journey with dementia started when I listened to my family talking about the changes in her behaviours. Resulting from my studies with the Open University Health & Social Care Level 2 which I applied to my Early Intervention Strategies applying a Holistic Approach to managing my Hidden Disabilities, I diagnosed mum’s condition. I was the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Coordinator, SENCO, and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF. Coupled with studies at Lambeth College when I was advised to use my assignments for my first Book by some of the tutors, I have been capturing evidence to make my visions become realities from 1999 when I graduated with a Student of Year Certificate. Therefore, I was always sensitive to others, whilst sharing my stories which were publish online. I done Dementia training and is actively involved supporting the work of charities. The fact that I have been denied access to my Intellectual Property by some of these Social Media platforms is an indication of the discrimination against me after the death of my mother. I was targeted by LEYF after returning from holidays, my son’s wedding, hearing mum’s story and saying my final goodbyes. I will continue creating the legacies in the words of Nelson Mandela “The Purpose of Freedom is to Create for Others” and social media will not make me a voiceless vulnerable victim.

My husband’s solicitor was informed Mr Tomlinson have a small illusion that one day he can become a Property Tycoon by the Bank Manager whose Ethnicity he named. However, since I do not want to get embroiled in anymore issues giving them ammunition to use against me, I must refrain from falling in their traps. I will end here saying WE have endured seven years of discrimination that stopped us celebrating our wedding. Coming up to his ninety-eight (98) my husband sometimes must be my career because of what the Judiciary of England and Wales & Criminal Justice System done to us.
MM Updates: Let me finish with June’s blog – So take heed and watch how we throw around the terms ‘2-year-olds from disadvantaged families’; we are already sticking a label on children who are little more than babies. No amount of soaking in hot water will remove that label if it is stuck on at two. What if I tell the reader that LEYF say they have any data for me? More on this subject later.
Reflections 26 April 2022
It is coming 8 years since my mother died and I have not yet grieved for her. Instead, my 99-year-old husband and I are TRAUMATISED because of discrimination by HMCTS and CPS and CJS covering up LEYF Abuse RINGS operating out of the HOC Nursery and the UEL to keep me a voiceless, vulnerable victim of the SYSTEMS.

Good evening
I came into Brixton Library today and seen the Lambeth Readers & Writers Festival 2022. I am interested in Windrush Playback Stories because I done Theatre of the Oppressed training with Tony Cealy. This was at the Walworth Living Room for Cardboard Citizens. I have published on social media and my websites. I also write poetry.
However, I am interested in the Readers & Writers Zine Fair to showcase some of my publications. I wanted to do a tribute for a local resident who was a volunteer where I worked, and she has since passed on. I have a Book format that I did. But I just finished a 23-page booklet with some photos of her at the workplace and with her granddaughter. I started the project with her in 2014.
I have other projects am working on that I would like to showcase. One is Mr Walters who travelled on Empire Windrush. Because I was page one of ITV News for Windrush 70, I would like to work on that and develop Dr. Juanita Cox Windrush Oral History based on my husband who is 99 years old.

I am writing on behalf of Mervelee Myers of 16 Alma Grove, Bermondsey, London SE1 5PY who I meet at the Walworth Living Room a subsidiary of Pembroke House. I was working in partnership with Cardboard Citizens delivering the “Theatre of the Oppressed” training. Mervelee was one the older female in the group. I identified that she is/was a gifted and talented natural performer who was able to create the most amazing scenarios at the spur of the moment.
However, Mervelee prefer to stay in the background which seem to be her comfort zone. I was sensitive towards Mervelee and her needs when she confided in me about her “Chronic Anxiety” which affected her without prior notice. Therefore, I used the prescribed techniques via the training to support her in maximising her potential as a performer. I encouraged her not to be overshadowed by her disabilities that affected her performance within the group.
Mervelee got back in touch with me about the Windrush Day Playback Storytelling at the Brixton Library. She attended and was a participant. She is involved with the 6 rehearsal sessions for the playback “Theatre PERFORMANCES”. Training is in progress and Mervelee is one of the stars of the performances. She is favourite with everyone who finds her “Wicked Sense of Humour” help them to relax and be themselves.
I must say how much Mervelee has grown in confidence since the time I trained her at the Walworth Living Room in 2019. If you need more evidence of our engagement from 2019 and how she has taken on my advice and encouragement during training and making use of her natural talents. Please refer to my social media to see her in action.
Mervelee is an all-round performer who writes poetry, sings and is using her natural talents and experiences in helping others.
I introduced Mervelee to Jessie Lloyd who visited Brixton from Australia MAPPING BRIXTON THROUGH SONG. Mervelee has written a song Brixton Market that she recorded at the Raw Material Robsart Street. The ORIGINS Festival will kick off 2023 by releasing a brand-new interactive app designed to take users on a journey through Brixton to uncover the songs, stories and memories of recent history. The app is being created by award winning transformative public arts company Aswarm to be released in January 2023.
I can recommend her for any position she thinks she can undertake as a prolific writer, performer and “Cultural Ambassador”. Her credentials can also be access and referenced online.
In response to Housing for Women email about whether MERVELEE MYERS did not send any complaint about the Neighbour and if I want to make a formal complaint. Please tell H4W to restore the Portal that was wipe of my Data from 2000.
Let me remind H4W that I didn’t live at Alma Grove since Deborah Agnes Gilchrist broke the glass to the Communal Door on the 13/12/2021 when the Emergency Service heard the banging and send the Police. So for the Police to come to my home on the 13/12/2023 and refused to act when her partner was trying to kick my door in will add to the NEGLIGENCE of the Police considering they came out the day before.
For clarification let H4W be reminded that we went through the Housing Ombudsman Services and was waiting for the response. I was offered that H4W would start an ASB against the Neighbour and I would be sent a link. Instead H4W stop me contacting them via email after locking me out of the Customer Portal.
The Injunction is UNLAWFUL considering the circumstances of why I was unable to attend Court at 24 hours notice to defend myself. For District Judge Sterlini to be involved in labelling me VIOLENT NUISANCE must be investigated. Because from the time I write to my former employer that I am DEPRESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE and the role of the Judiciary of England and Wales and Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Services in this matter coming up 10 years after the death of my mother and my husband TRAUMATISED will be exposed.
Who is MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON and Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson and our contributions to British Values. We are currently without IDENTITY because of the Systemic Discrimination. I refused to be WHITER than WHITE for H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP to get away with 23 years of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist Hate Crimes Against us.
I will be in Court with my husband having our say about the impact of the Breaching of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics.
