Dear Mrs Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson,
Thank you for your email of 9th April 2024, regarding the treatment your husband, Mr
Arnold Tomlinson, received under the care of the Byron Ward team at Kingโs College Hospital. I would like to offer you and your family my deepest condolences at what I imagine is still an extraordinarily difficult time with the sad loss of your husband.ย While we appreciate feedback from our patients and their relatives, I must address the language used in your correspondence. It is important for us to maintain a respectful and constructive dialogue that fosters understanding and resolution, and I believe that the tone of your complaint did not align with this principle. I hope I can reassure you that your complaint has been investigated fully.ย MM Response: I will address this matter with the detailed information needed and post online. So PALS is aware of the PTSD that have been caused from 2003-2008 when I have the first nervous breakdown at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery. For their information I was the key worker for Charlotte Moberley the daughter of Nick Moberley.
Your complaint was shared with Dr Dan Wilson, Clinical Director, and Ms Felicia Kwaku, Head of Nursing, who are responsible for monitoring the quality of care within the Acute Specialty Medicine Care Group. Matron Yamu Njie, Patricia Ikhena, Ward Leader Byron Ward, Dr Ambika Irving, Byron Ward Consultant, and the Security Team at Kingโs College Hospital have investigated your concerns, and it is with this information that I am responding to you.ย I have addressed your concerns in line with how you have raised them.
Your husband was admitted on 9th March 2024, with generalised weakness, hypothermia, and confusion. On reviewing Mr Tomlinson in the Emergency Department (ED), it was noted he was confused and therefore not able to provide a good clinical history. MM Response: My husband was assessed at home on the 9th March 2024 before he was taken to hospital from the home he was sent to DIE. I don’t know what nonsense those IDIOTS are talking about CONFUSION. After he was admitted to KINGS, there is evidence where KINGS tried to TRICK me to take him home. He was transferred to Annie Zunz Ward and later moved to Byron Ward on 10th March 2024.ย MM Response: This is utter nonsense as reference must be made about my husband’s stay in Guys and St Thomas’s Hospital and his subsequent discharge home on the 27th February 2024 to DIE in peace. If in doubt check YouTube for the results of his stay. https://youtu.be/GP_TQeJ2GHY?si=lAepamv-H-1EEMpl and https://youtu.be/3og_5Mgkhrw?si=Ntivnt5mH8myfswi for more.
During a visit whilst on Byron Ward you found Mr Tomlinson sliding out of bed and were alarmed that the nurse did not seem to notice.ย I am very sorry for the distress caused; this is not the practice we expect from our staff. Staff are expected to regularly check on patients especially those unable to independently manage their activities of daily living. This would include repositioning the patient, checking their toileting needs, and offering drinks. My sincere apologies that this did not happen on this occasion. MM Response: KINGS will be exposed for the NEGLECT of 101 year old ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON with the use of Social Media 1. Kings https://youtube.com/shorts/RjT7gN-7chk?si=5PUcV_vOKO9S1COP and https://youtube.com/shorts/-RpptDqSHAY?si=vJwdWUfLAGSiFSx8 and https://youtube.com/shorts/wbDofKOZzGQ?si=sI1yBIowtmrgF0ov and https://youtu.be/vQD9Z6SBsC4?si=m_xfs1nsbGI2vvfc and https://youtube.com/shorts/2vDo2wMTGAk?si=LBiBWojFnBuRKsaJ and https://youtube.com/shorts/AORPmtt66RI?si=GWLXLZxoRj1O44Nf as GAYLE LEWIS will be exposed as the HOUSE SLAVES with the COCONUT COMPLEX. This has been discussed at daily handovers on the ward since your complaint, to reiterate to staff the need for regular checks on patients who need additional support. I am sorry that you felt the situation required you to video events on Byron Ward. Family and carers should have confidence that our staffs are providing appropriate, patient-centred care at all times which should include adequate supervision.ย I apologise if you felt that this was not the case in this instance. MM Response: How about GAYLE LEWIS and the ABUSERS listen to the YouTube Videos and go SUBSCRIBE.
You mentioned that the nurse looking after Mr Tomlinson became abusive to you when you started filming him. MM Response: No, he was not a NURSE and he was not abusive until Nurse Betty sent him back to THREATEN me. I am sorry that you felt the nurse responded inappropriately. As part of the investigation, the nurse was interviewed, and CCTV was reviewed.ย During the interview with the nurse, he explained that he felt uncomfortable being filmed hence requested for you to stop filming and delete the video.ย MM Response: The whole lots of you are FUCKING LIARS who will be exposed in a DOCUMENTARY am getting made. No combative behaviour was evident on the part of the nurse. The nurse went on to explain that he was concerned that your recording might breach the privacy and dignity of other patients on the ward.ย ย MM Response: You will get what’s coming. It is appropriate for our staff to advocate for other patients. MM Response: What are you talking about? Since he felt uneasy, he reported the issue to Betty, the Nurse in Charge. Recording our staff without their consent constitutes a breach of our policies regarding privacy and recording in our facility. MM Response: I asked the TROLLEY DOLLY who I called from outside the corridor to get help. He left and came back handling my husband without any gloves. He was just handling FOOD he was serving the patients. Am I to assume he did not wash his hands when he returned? We take the privacy and rights of our employees very seriously, and such actions are not permissible. We kindly ask that you refrain from recording any staff members in the future and respect their privacy. MM Response: What FRIGGING PRIVACY are you talking about?
Betty arrived at Mr Tomlinsonโs bedside to ensure he was more comfortable and made an attempt to diffuse the situation. MM Response: Once again you are FUCKING lying HOUSE SLAVE COCONUT. Unfortunately, this led to an altercation between you and Betty. MM Response: I was standing outside the corridor whilst the 2 Nurses 1 BLACK and 1 WHITE were attending to my husband. Betty accused me of SWEARING, who would I be swearing to? I was TIRED I just came from the WINDRUSH VIGIL in Brixton. Other nursing staff reported that you were raising your voice, and they were concerned about the other patients in the room. MM Response: Which room are you talking about? Was my husband not in a single room in BYRON ward? Speaking with Nurse Betty, she explained that she was unable to de-escalate the situation. Nurse Betty does not recall shouting at you, but does remember asking you to calm down. You asked her to leave the room. MM Response: I asked her to leave because she came in trying to accomplish what the MALE was unable to do. In order to respect your request, she did so but, for the safety of her staff and patients, she had to contact Security to ask for their support. The care group is undertaking a review of incidents where staff escalate to Security in order to diffuse situations. They have identified that the escalation process for these situations needs to be clearer and shared with our staff.ย The staff directly involved on this occasion have been reminded that this could have been handled differently.ย A call to more senior nursing staff on duty would have been more appropriate before involving security staff.ย I apologise that this was not considered at the time as it may have resolved things sooner. MM Response: When am done KINGS will pay me for the DISCRIMINATION from 2003-2008.
Encounter with Security
You raised concerns about the security staffโs response when they assisted you to leave the hospital premises. MM Response: I was not assisted I was MANHANDLED by the 2 WHITE RACIST SCUMBAGS. I have a MEDICAL REPORT from the St Thomas’s A&E as proof. I am sorry that you felt you were manhandled. However, after carefully reviewing the footage captured by the body-worn video cameras (BWVCs) worn by our security staff, it is evident that they maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the incident.ย MM Response: Considering the fact that Met Police who visited my home on 9th August 2024, I am positive their is no footage from Body Cams https://youtu.be/wytjDPhKjuI?si=KKcO6dSWGPFg4No8 and https://youtu.be/wytjDPhKjuI?si=KKcO6dSWGPFg4No8. Despite facing personal and derogatory remarks from you, including racist comments directed towards them and accusations of being a paedophile, the security staff remained composed and focused on their responsibilities. MM Response: HOUSE SLAVE COCONUT GAYLE LEWIS I WILL MAKE SURE THE NETFLEX DEPICT YOU AS YOU ARE.
The footage clearly depicts the security staff calmly explaining to you the reasons for their intervention and subsequent request for you to leave, which was initiated at the request of the nursing staff due to their concerns regarding your behaviour.ย MM Response: Which FUCKING Nursing Staff are you talking about? I came to hospital to find my husband falling out of bed and Nurse Betty came in the room after me and didn’t notice, she left. I secured my husband and went to get help. The only person I saw is the MALE who was pushing round a trolley. Let me explain I worked in the Early Years Sector where I was doing the jobs of 3-4 staff. I thrive on this. After initially walking off the ward, you stopped, so two security staff briefly assisted you to move forward by holding your arms. When you refused to cooperate, they promptly released their hold upon reaching the lift lobby, allowing you to proceed unaided into the lift. MM Response: Go SUBSCRIBE to YouTube because they will be charged under ALL LAWS to do with breaches of the Equality Act.
Additionally, the security staff can be heard confirming with nursing staff, prior to you leaving, that your departure would not impact the patient’s care, ensuring that the situation was handled with consideration for all involved parties. MM Response: Considering if I did not come in my husband probably would have fallen out of bed and died. Maybe YOU want to explain why KINGS took 6 hours to contact me after he died? Furthermore, when you were in the lift lobby, you mentioned leaving your coat in the patient’s room, the security staff promptly retrieved it from the nursing staff and returned it to you without any indication of interference or theft. MM Response: You are so FUCKING stupid it’s unreal.
We are sorry that you felt discriminated against or harassed, the security staff aimed to ensure your safety, the safety of your husband, and the ward staff. MM Response: Those Mother Fuckers will be exposed.
It has been reported that you used inappropriate language, including racist slurs, which is completely unacceptable. MM Response: Go listen to the recordings, PLEASE to see how your ASS going to be in TROUBLE.
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment for our employees, patients, and their relatives. Such language not only violates our policies but also undermines the values we stand for as an organisation. We ask that you refrain from using any form of discriminatory language in the future. MM Response: My HUSBAND was NEGLECTED and I was ABUSED. I only told the RACIST security TERRORISTS what I think of them.
Discharge arrangements
Mr Tomlinson was first seen by the consultant Dr Irving on Byron Ward on 14th March and you were contacted by her later that day. You confirmed that you wanted Mr Tomlinson to come home for end-of-life care and so this remained the plan from the ward team. MM Response: No stupid you are wrong, I recorded all CONVERSATIONS when I realised what KINGS was up to. My husband was sent home from Guys & St Thomas’ for that purpose. KINGS tried to TRICK me to send him home. The occupational therapy team spoke to you again on 18th March to confirm your understanding of the plan for discharge.ย On 20th March, the team were told the existing package of care had been cancelled on Mr Tomlinsonโs admission to Kingโs and so the team sent a new request for care to Southwark Social Services. This was for two carers to come four times per day, which is the maximum support social services can offer.ย
On 22nd March the ward staff received a call from your husbandโs social worker to say she had spoken with you. The social worker asked the ward team to contact you as she was worried that you seemed overwhelmed by the situation and the discharge plans. Dr Irving called you later that day to go through your concerns and you expressed that the equipment that had been ordered had not yet arrived, but that also you were not happy for your husband to remain at home on his own in case you needed to go out to attend appointments. Dr Irving suggested a care home as an alternate place of care in this case and you agreed this may be more suitable for you. A decision was therefore made for Mr Tomlinson to be fast-tracked (an urgent request for a place to be found) to a nursing home the following week; both you and Trevor (Mr Tomlinsonโs son) were in agreement.ย ย MM Response: Trevor Tomlinson was put on SAFEGUARDING when he changed the locks on his Father’s house. My husband came back to hospital because Trevor Tomlinson assaulted me which TRAUMATISED his father.
The paperwork for the Fast Track was sent on 26th March. The ward were asked to provide some more information before the funding was approved. This was sorted out by Dr Irving. The fast-track paperwork was approved on 28th March. The team awaited feedback about which nursing homes had availability.
On 3rd April, Mr Tomlinson deteriorated, and it was felt he was in the last days of his life. Tower Bridge care home was due to assess him that day. Trevor was updated that Mr Tomlinson may not be well enough to transfer, and the chaplain was contacted. On 4th April the clinical team contacted you and explained that Mr Tomlinson was likely approaching the last days of his life. MM Response: Is the hospital aware I was in COURT on the 4th April 2024? It was explained that Tower Bridge care home had felt Mr Tomlinson was too unwell for transfer and that he was at high risk of deteriorating, perhaps dying, in transport if he was moved at that point. You understood this and acknowledged that Mr Tomlinson was likely โno longer aware of his surroundingsโ and would not have wanted to die in transport. It was agreed that if your husband remained stable, then the team could always restart discussions with the care home with a view to discharging him there if he stabilised. You were happy with this plan and said you were due to visit later that day.ย MM Response: Is the hospital aware of the situation with me being threatened with IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION?
Mr Tomlinson did not become more stable and sadly passed away at 06:30hrs on 8th
April. The nurses tried to reach you several times by telephone finally contacting you at 10:29hrs to inform you of Mr Tomlinsonโs passing; you said you would come to the ward as soon as possible.ย MM Response: This is another FIGMENT of your imagination. I was contacted after 12 PM by Nurse John when he started his shift. He was the only person who cared for my husband on BYRON ward.
Later that morning at 11:58hrs the ward manager tried contacting you but there was no answer on any of your known contact numbers. Mr Tomlinsonโs son was at his fatherโs bedside, and he advised the team of other contact details. Three alternative numbers were provided and tried but they either reached voicemail or failed to connect. MM Response: Considering I spent 7th April 2024 in A&E it’s convenient to be saying this. Strangers were contacting me offering CONDOLENCES before I was informed about my husband’s death.
In most circumstances, deceased patients are moved off the ward after a short interval.ย You did not want Mr Tomlinson to move from the ward to the chapel of rest until you could say goodbye. Once you arrived you were able to spend some time with your husband.ย MM Response: You will PAY for this.
Palliative Care input
The palliative care team are not routinely involved in all fast-track discharges and do not always see all patients approaching the end of their lives. Your husbandโs Advance Care Plan had been updated by the consultant on the ward and there was a plan for a referral to community palliative care on discharge. However, when he deteriorated on the 3rd/4th April, a referral was sent to the inpatient palliative care team. They undertook a remote review when they triaged the referral. They noted that his end-of-life symptoms were being well managed by the team on Byron Ward and they did not have any other input at that stage. They were happy with the ongoing plans to support Mr Tomlinson for end-of-life care in the hospital at that point. They would likely have reviewed your husband on Monday 8th April; however, he died in the early hours of that day.
We are sorry that we were not able to support your late husbandโs return home for end-of-life care. All efforts were made to allow this to happen with the correct equipment, care package, and support. We also appreciate that caring for someone at home even with lots of support can be very stressful and we fully understand the need for you to ask for a change of plan. The Byron Ward team worked with you and Mr Tomlinsonโs son, Trevor (who both hold LPA for health and finances) and you both agreed that the plan should change to transferring him to a nursing home for end-of-life care. The team were not aware at any stage that you wished for this plan to revert back to a discharge home.
We would like to thank you for taking the time to highlight your concerns. We aim to give our patients the best possible treatment and we are sorry your experience has not been entirely positive. Please be assured that we take your concerns seriously and will continue to monitor the quality of the care that we provide at Kingโs College Hospital.
If you are not happy with how we have dealt with your complaint and would like to take the matter further, you can contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. The Ombudsman makes final decisions on complaints that have not been resolved by the NHS, government departments, and some other public organisations. Their service is free for everyone. To take a complaint to the Ombudsman, or to find out more about the service, please go to www.ombudsman.org.uk or call 0345 015 4033. MM Response: I will not be contacting any such BODY. Here is the Claim Number: 570MC482.

Mervelee Myers put on record how Housing for Women, MCP Contractor, Devonsonshires Solicitors LLP, Housing Ombudsman Service and HMCTS and CPS and CJS and MOPAC and SRA and BSB and CCMCC and IOPC and JCIO and HMPPS and CLCC are participant in the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION of the past 23 years living at 16 Alma Grove, Bermondsey London SE1 5PY. Therefore, the following case – Case Reference: K02CL827 and any other claims in this matter must take into consideration recent developments in the Housing Ombudsman asking for volunteers for RESEARCH for Department of Housing about how landlords communicate with tenants about maladministration. As a member of the “Residential Panel” I am requesting that the following is used to support my ARGUMENTS of how Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP breached the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics when Narin Masera sent me letter for POSSESSION in July 2023.
My arguments are based on why I have to turn to the Small Claims Court to seek justice from those involved in the Systemic Discrimination after the death of my mother with dementia. However, by using the Mental Health Law to entrap me, I will take everyone to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for clarification of how I was a participant in research at Kings College London and before that http://www.researchpapers.org.uk Dr. Maria Hudson for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination.
Housing for Women and their contractor MCP left me and my visitor traumatised leaving US to be using a toilet without any cover or seat. It is unhygienic as enough water is not coming in the tank to flush the toilet. We have to fill containers to wash away when we use the toilet. The visitor’s phone fell in the toilet leaving her TRAUMATISED as all her details are stored on the phone. After begging staff at H4W and MCP to sort out the matter. MCP dragged their feet before making an appointment for the 27th September 2024. No one showed up and I was sent another appointment for the 2nd October 2024. I had to go out but on my return did not see any notification that MCP showed up.
Let me inform Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors that in line with the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics I will address this response with the seriousness it deserves as a person who was responsible for SAFEGUARDING my husband and Ms Gilchrist who needs URGENT support to stop TERRORISING me and getting support from H4W and the Metropolitan Police to continue the hate crimes.
Good morning Ms Myers,
Thank you for your complaint received on 23/09/2024. MM Response: I hope you are talking about the detailed one taken from the BUNDLE Devonshires Solicitors LLP prepare with DEFAMATION???
In line with our policy, you were due to receive a response on 04/10/2024, however your complaint is still under review. Please be assured your complaint is being considered as a matter of priority and we are working on ensuring a reasonable resolution is sought. MM Response: Is the priority like how Samantha Gibbs coerced my neighbour who needs SUPPORT to deal with her CONDITIONS to target me from she joined H4W in April 2022 and sent me invite to ASB meeting in May 2022.
Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we resolve this matter, we intend on providing you with a full written response within 10 working days of the response due date outlined above. MM Response: Is H4W telling me that they will be dragging this out hoping I breach the INJUNCTION??? In that case here is RELEVANT information for the COURT in the IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION Contempt of Court threats. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss your complaint. MM Response: I have no intention of contacting H4W. Case Number: 566MC567 Mrs Mervelee Myers v Devonshires Solicitors LLP
Claim: 566MC567 and Claim 570MC618
Mervelee Myers v Devonshires Solicitors LLP
The Claimant response to the Defendant as follows, Mervelee Myers will be relying on the fact that I have no legal training and has been representing myself in โLegal Affairsโ from 2008 at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery. I will be drawing on the fact that I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudsonโs research paper for the Policy Studies Institute. โThe Experience of Multiple Discrimination recommended to ACAS to argue my case. Because an email response from 2010 is in the BUNDLE prepared for their client Housing for Women. I will therefore, be saying I am not familiar with CPR 3.4 (2)(a) โ (c) and do not have time to read up about it. I am DEPRESSED and dying slowly of torture as I wrote to my former employers on the eve of โMothering Sundayโ 14 March 2015.
1. 566MC567 (1st Claim)
2. 570MC618 (2nd Claim)
Together (the Claims)
For Clarity, the Claimant wishes to make it clear that in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics, if the Defendant has not filed a defence to either of the Claims and applying to strike them out. I will be relying on EVIDENCE in proving that the HMCTS and CPS and CJS miscarriages of justice are still in place to deny me my ENTITLEMENTS.
Background
Both the 1st and 2nd Claim were issued via the Online Civil Money Claims Pilot (the Pilot). I am awaiting to find out where we go from here.
Devonshires do not have any rights to order the Claims to be struck out.
Application to strike out Claims
I do not have much time to waste so I will be specific and stick to the relevant information to address the Claims.
The Defendant in acting for their Client Housing for Women (H4W) in relation to the ongoing injunctive committal (Claim Number: K02CL827) and possession proceedings (Claim Number: K05EC530) brought against the Claimant in the Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court. Devonshires Solicitors LLP knows that the injunction is unlawful and therefore not a legitimate claim on behalf of their Client.
The injunction order that was made against the Claimant is UNLAWFUL based on the evidence that was refused, some of which can be accessed online via my YouTube Channels. The Defendant will be charged for DEFAMATION blaming me for the Anti-Social_Behaviours of H4W that coerced the Neighbours to target me after Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert were employed at H4W in 2022. I will be using my Partnership Working with the Metropolitan Police in August 2023 to prove I was not engaging in any ASB during the month of August 2023 when the Defendant claim I was breaching the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION https://youtu.be/FOGwwIMgl9E?si=ywkXhuDqceXkNZcf.
I refused to waste my time addressing Devonshires Solicitors in how they colluded with H4W to target vulnerable women and get HMCTS to carry out their biddings. As stated, before I refuse to entertain the Defendantโs continuing DEFAMATION and directing the Court to REQUEST for JUDGEMENT against H4W and Stephen Agera and NHS England. The Complaints against H4W 2022000052 and 2024000031 and 20240000273 are proof that the Defendant has knowingly represented their Client who is guilty of targeting vulnerable tenants. I will advise the Court to take a look at Change.org 18/8/23 HP 15/8/23 We are Being FAILED. Is Devonshires Solicitors LLP saying the fact that my visitor and I are TTRAUMATISED by not having the bathroom facilities and having her phone falling in the toilet am a nuisance for trying to get help? Every time that the Defendant use any breaches of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics it will be noted as GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY.
When the evidence is presented the proof will be seen that from Narin Masera sent me POSSESSION letter in July 2023 the Defendant was in breach of the Equality Act GDPR and Charter of Rights. The Defendant will have to tell the Court who at H4W wants me out.
The Court did not make any findings of fact the Claimant engaged in any ASB other than defend myself using the RESOURCES available from I joined Social Media in 2009 and creating content. How many vulnerable women and their families has the Defendant got the Court to issue with INJUNCTION?
Since I paid for the first Court Order to be issued I want to know who will strike out my Claims. Because District Judge Sterlini who labelled me a VIOLENT NUISANCE on EMANCIPATION DAY 2023 was involved with the strike out of my Claims with Winsome Duncan that reached Telephone Conciliation. Claim Number: F22YM276 was transferred to CLCC by District Judge Bell dated 5 December 2019. This is the same DJ Bell who has breached my RIGHTS in the handling of the Claims including Barrister Ryan Clement F56YJ215 that judgement was passed to pay back my money. I am still waiting to be paid. The Court Enforcement Services LTD – 6011794982 now targeted me .
Application for Civil Restraint Order
The Claimant will ask that the actions of Barrister Samantha Jones be investigated before granting the Defendant the ECRO F03CL973. Barrister Samantha Jones went to great lengths via the Court to get this Order that was not granted. In continuing to SLANDER the Claimant the Defendant will be exposed for their UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT. District Judge Bell was involved in this case too. Matthew Bradley appeared for Barrister Samantha Jones. DDJ Hunter transferred F20YM999 referred HHJ Dight to consider making a civil restraint order. Claim Numbers: F22YM276, F56YJ215, F21YM135, F21YM001, F20YM999, F0YM907 and F21YM003. Names to consider DDJ Hunter, HHJ Dight and His Honour Judge Lethem and HHJ Parfitt. I would appreciate if the Defendant RESTRAIN all those targeting me from H4W and the NEIGHBOUR from HELL.
Transfer to Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court for Consideration of Applications
I have to disappoint the Defendant that by now District Judge Beecham should be looking at the evidence of why this is a KANGAROO COURT.
Improper use of Pilot
The Claim will not be struck out
Lack of Merit of Claim
Let the Court decide with the evidence I will provide.
My YouTube will be used as evidence because my life did not begin when Samatha Gibbs coerced Ms Gilchrist to target me. Refer to https://youtu.be/FOGwwIMgl9E?si=ywkXhuDqceXkNZcf that I paid my money to create. I paid for my WordPress and Google My Business. Other Social Media harvested my Intellectual Property, Copyright, Images and CPPDP and then excluded me making me voiceless like the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. Is the Defendant saying they are not aware of any other CONTENTS than what they used underhand tactics to get the Court to make me a victim of my DISABILITIES?
What does the Defendant consider โSuch Behaviourโ?
Next Steps
This is nothing short of the Coercive Control used on Ms Gilchrist to target me and those offered NDA to keep quiet about H4W reign of TERROR since the Customer Scrutiny Panel was abandoned in 2019.

However, by using the Mental Health Law to entrap me, I will take everyone to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for clarification of how I was a participant in research at Kings College London and before that www.researchpapers.org.uk Dr. Maria Hudson for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination.
The summer holidays are over and the new school year has started, so there’s loads going on for us to tell you about!New beginnings!ย ๐As the summer holidays have come to a close, we hope all of ourย #LittleLondonersย have enjoyed every moment of fun, adventure, and someย #mentormagicย with us!
The team at TKN have loved seeing mentors and mentees having a great time with some really exciting activities and meaningful mentoring sessions during their time off.ย
But as children begin the new school year, we know this is a critical time especially for children in their final year of primary school and those starting secondary school. Transitioning to secondary school can be a big step, filled with both excitement and challenges. That’s where our mentoring comes in.ย
Last year,ย 93%ย of the children on our programme reported feeling more confident after completing mentoring with TKN, andย 85%ย felt better prepared for the transition to secondary school.ย ๐

One of ourย #LittleLondonersย struggled with Speech and Language issues and lacked confidence during Year 5. Initially silent in class, he blossomed over the year with his mentor’s support, focusing on creative expression through playful dancing and nature activities.
By yearโs end, he was so confident and engaged that his teacher had to manage his enthusiastic contributions! His newfound self-esteem also made his transition to secondary school much smoother.
This is one of many feedback stories we get that showsย how tailored mentoring can unlock a child’s potentialย and change lives.
We were so thrilled to be training 22 more amazing mentors in September to match withย #LittleLondonersย this year, with another group set to join training this weekend!
The energy in the room was fantastic with everyone ready to get stuck in and make an impact for their local communities.

Dear Ms Myers,
My name is Gayle Lewis, and I am a Patient Complaint Officer at Kingโs College Hospital. My reason for contacting you is to introduce myself and to confirm we are taking the concerns you raised about your recent experience at Kingโs forward through the formal complaints process. The Trust aims to have investigated your concerns within 40 working days. Once our investigations are complete we will send you a formal response in a letter from one of our Executive team. If at any stage we find we need more time to complete our investigations we will contact you to inform you of this.
I have read your account of what happened and apologise that this led to you raising a complaint.
To aid our investigation into your concerns, I have listed key points that you have asked us to respond to.
ยท Complainant arrived to witness Mr Tomlinson falling out of bed, the nurse accompanying the complainant did not notice this
ยท Complainant decided to video events as wanted a record of the incidents that took place
ยท Complainant states that nursing staff were abusive towards her and not caring for her husband appropriately
ยท Security staff were called and ejected (roughly handling her, causing her fingernail to break) her from the building โ she asked for her coat which was returned with money missing from the pocket.
ยท Was safeguarding in place for complainantโs husband
To ensure we understand the key points within your complaint that you would like answered and to ensure a thorough investigation takes place, I want to ensure that I have accurately presented your key concerns. It would also be helpful to understand the outcome you are seeking. Typical outcomes from raising a complaint would be:

โข An apology for a poor experience.
โข Process improvements to help ensure a similar occurrence does not happen in the future.
โข Potential retraining for staff, if identified through the course of the investigation.
I would be grateful if you could confirm this is a fair reflection of your concerns for our investigation. If this is not correct, or you have additional issues you would like us to investigate, then please contact me to confirm these points.

Housing Ombudsman Service Responsible For Mervelee Myers Scared Of Acting On Suicidal Thoughts.
As a member of the Resident Panel, Mervelee Myers is exercising my rights as a vulnerable person who has been let down by the Housing Ombudsman Services and Mr. Richard Blakeway in particular to the point where after attending Court on Wednesday 18th September 2024, I came away feeling SUICIDAL. After leaving Court I attended my appointment with Dennis Kamara and was in time to hear him talking with a female on the phone. The purpose of the talk was Dennis was arranging support for me with Mental Health Older Adults Service 02032286920. After leaving the appointment I had to take my “Marriage Certificate” to the Job Centre to get it scanned to send off to get Bereavement Support Payment. I visited a friend of mine and was too SCARED to come back to my home where I no longer feel SAFE. I sleep on his sofa and leave early next morning. I have not eaten a proper meal in days and having DIABETES does not help my situation. I had to call the Police again when my neighbour started shouting abuse at me and threatening to come down to SORT me out. CAD 7435/16SEP24 and I have an appointment to be interviewed on the 22/09/2024. I have been living like a PRISONER at Alma Grove London SE1 5PY since I was forced to barricade myself in on Christmas eve 2022 for over an hour. The Safer Neighbourhood Team was supposed to contact me from then, am still waiting. Let me share more recent information about my engagement with the Metropolitan Police that will expose “A New Met for London” as a cover for GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics in the UK in 2024. No Blacks No Dogs No Irish. CAD 5710/12SEP/24 and CAD 5309/0Aug24 and CAD 3200/19May24 and CAD5569/17May24 and CAD 4631/17May24. Now I would appreciate if the Metropolitan Police do their job of SAFEGUARDING the author of IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE whose Book Sir Mark Rowley signed in Brixton, please.
As a participant in research from the time 2010 when the Equality Act Protected Characteristic became law. I participated in Dr. Maria Hudson’s “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. In August 2010 I conducted the “A Voice of a Child” project for www.leyf.org.uk CEO June O’Sullivan working at Luton Street Community Nursery. Let me reference an article of the 8th March 2019 “In Honour of International Women’s Day & Celebrating my Husband’s 96th Birthday”. For why the Housing Ombudsman Services and the Judiciary of England and Wales and the Crown Prosecution Service and Criminal Justice System are responsible for Mervelee Myers threatened with IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION via CONTEMPT of COURT. With each SUICIDAL thoughts that I am getting because of the orchestrated DISCRIMINATION after the death of my MOTHER with DEMENTIA and I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton that am DEPRESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE. I experienced another miscarriages of justice https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for more.
https://youtu.be/GfxJh1QOPTI understand why I am aggrieved that whilst YouTube is trying to make me a VOICELESS VULNERABLE VICTIM like HMCTS has done with the injunction based on Housing for Women 23 years of not acting on my concerns. YouTube is making MONEY advertising on my CRY for help that I consider can make the SUICIDAL thoughts become reality.

Make Things Right Campaign: Mervelee Myers wants to share information about the Systemic Discrimination and Miscarriages of Justice starting at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 when I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother wit colon cancer. To 2024 when my husband was neglected on BYRON ward and on the 6th April 2024 after attending the Windrush Vigil in Brixton Nurse Betty called Security I was ABUSING STAFF. I was removed from my husband’s bedside and ended in A&E at St Thomas’ Hospital. I never saw my husband again until he died on the 8th and they waited 6 hours to inform me. Since LEYF CEO sanctions the DISCRIMINATION and labels me Unprofessional, Uncoorporative, Rude, Intimidating, Confrontational, Aggressive – Lacking Empathy (UURICA-LE) after I fronted OFSTED at BIB in September 2014 and was given the CEO Long Service Award. Let me put the Government in the spotlight. In 2011 I meet Michael Gove at LEYF Annual Conference. I represented LEYF at a Consultation with the Communities Secretary Eric Pickles. I wrote an Open Letter to PM David Cameron in October 2015. I write another Open Letter to PM Theresa May in 2017 and take out a PETITION that was rejected. This was the same year when Winsome Duncan sent me 3 REVIEWS on LEYF website about the abuses at LEYF Nurseries. By this time I was able to access LEYF websites. I was removed by LinkedIn that ended stealing 3 accounts, the first with 69 PUBLICATIONS.
Let me put on record that the Housing Ombudsman Service must be accountable for the Ms. Presley and Mervelee Myers who have been made VOICELESS by INJUNCTIONS because of the failures to act when we raised concerns. If I did not promise to stop SWEARING I would. What is meant by the GOVERNMENT is seeking volunteers from the Housing Ombudsman Resident Panel to participate in an EXCITING research project? The campaign aim to EMPOWER housing TENANTS to raise issues and make COMPLAINTS if they have PROBLEMS with their HOME or LANDLORD.
Let me tell the Housing Ombudsman Service that I have signed up, but the world will know more about how HOS is responsible for Mervelee Myers’ predicament where am SCARED of acting on my SUICIDAL thoughts.
As a participant in consultation with CRISIS and Adrian Jackson as a member of Cardboard Citizens let me say I have averted a Grenfel Tower where I have been living the past 23 yeas as a result of “Domestic Violence” because of greedy contractors. I was a member of the Housing for Women Scrutiny Panel as the minute taker. Ms. Presley found me online because Hermoine Cameron was advocating on my behalf on Twitter.
My complaints reached “Stage2” and then my DATA was wiped from the Customer Portal. When I see Women’s Housing Forum @Denise473 and Zaiba Qureshi from H4W co chairs the Women’s Housing Forum, highlighting the demand for affordable homes for women, and our collective vision… I am wondering why H4W is not highlighted in the Housing Ombudsman Service severe maladministrations? I am ANGRY seeing Housing for Women 01 September 2024 “Despicable to see people trying to profit from people directly affected by the housing crisis x.com/independent/St…
I will end by saying it is a dying shame on the Housing Ombudsman Service to be operating like WOLVES in SHEEP clothing whilst Housing for Women tenants like Ms. Presley and Mervelee Myers are GAG with threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION via CONTEMPT of COURT because H4W employ Devonshires Solicitors LLP to send me letter of repossession in July 2023. I want the HOS to go track my online RECORD of seeking help. I even contacted my MP Neil Coyle who has been in touch with H4W. I am sat in doors hoping they will come and fix the toilet seat again, before my visitor arrives from abroad. I told the person I have spoken to I don’t want my vistor to come see me in the state am in.
I have an appointment for an interview next Friday, I got up feeling SUICIDAL. The person at CRISIS 08007312864 Victor has only made matters worse. As an EYFS coordinator SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF, I will take back control and let the world know how the person who was the face of “Windrush 70” is being treated in the UK after the contributions I made.
Kindest regards

Resident Panel update – 19 September 2024 Dear Resident Panel member
We recently released our severe maladministration report on temporary moves โ which is where residents are moved out of their home due to required works. This report comes ahead of the introduction of Awaabโs Law, which has specific requirements for landlords on temporary moves where there are risks to the health and safety of residents.
Severe maladminstration is the most serious failure the Housing Ombudsman can make, where there is evidence of serious detrimental impact to the resident so these reports are vital for learning and highlighting where things can be improved across the sector.
The impact of our recruitment drive Between April and July this year we completed 713 more investigations than in the same period last year โ a 41% increase. We would like to thank anyone that has an open case with us for their patience as we continue to grow and evolve to meet demands on the service.
How the Housing Ombudsman investigates complaints Invite to take part in government research about landlords communication with residents The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) would like your views to help support and inform their Make Things Right campaign. The government is seeking volunteers from the Housing Ombudsman Resident Panel to participate in an exciting research project. The campaign aims to empower social housing tenants to raise issues and make complaints if they have problems with their home or landlord.
The Government is looking for volunteers to join 2 focus groups to understand peopleโs experiences in how their landlord communicates with them about their reporting and complaints process, including any pain points that exist, and what they would like to see in how their landlord communicates with you.
The sessions will be led by our marketing agency, 23red, who will create the final campaign. The focus groups will bring together a small group of tenants to answer questions and discuss experiences around landlords communicating their social housing complaints processes.
When are the focus groups? To participate, you need to be free to join both of the focus groups via Zoom on the dates below.
Wednesday 25 September from 5pm to 6pm
The first focus group is a guided discussion around resident’s experiences.
Thursday 17 October from 5pm to 6pm
The second focus group is to build upon discussions and give feedback on ideas being developed
How to take part If you are interested in taking part, please send an email to residentpanel@housing-ombudsman.org.uk confirming that you would be available for both these dates.
Please note there are a limited number of slots therefore we will confirm if you have been selected as a participant for the focus groups.
After you are confirmed to participate, we will share your email with the marketing agency 23red, who will be in touch to provide more information, share the consent form, and answer any questions you may have.

We also want to hear how your landlord responds to antisocial behaviour including any changes to its process, policies, good practice, or where you think it could be doing better.
Please note, due to limited time for this session we will not discuss individual cases of antisocial behaviour.
Register for the meeting on 16 October How the Housing Ombudsman handles complaints about ASB fact sheet Claims farmers
During the Resident Panel meeting in June, over 55% of you told us that you had been approached or seen an advert for a disrepair claim company. We have been hard at work informing regulators, the Financial Conduct Authority and the Solicitiors Regulation Authority of their actions and to push for change, and had conversations with the Ministry of Justice. This is a great example of how the input from our Resident Panel really can make a difference across the sector.
A safe space to share your views We have set out expectations for panel members and when we may apply our policy on unreasonable behaviour.

Mervelee Myers must address this from the perspectives of the traumatised only surviving girl of my parents who experienced “childhood traumas” from disabilities and poverty in the first instance. Refer to to the meaning of CAMHS) for why the world must wake up to what is happening in the UK education system leaving children with SEND and their families to bear the brunt of systemic discrimination. I will be taking pot shots of written information like this based on the way I have been treated 32 years in this country. I am doing this because I reached out to Mr. Tony Cealy about helping me to share my stories. Mr. Cealy helped me to come from the background where I retreated after my father was stricken with Parkinson’s and my world fall apart. I met Mr. Cealy at the Walworth Living Room when I was a volunteer at Pembroke House. The only organisation that offered me a volunteering role after the second miscarriages by HMCTS https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016. It is time to stop putting plasters on the wound that needs amputation. Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services
What are CAMHS? Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) are services that support young people experiencing poor mental health, or difficult feelings or experiences.
Mervelee Myers must address the above as giving up before we even try to change the system. This is the system that presided over the miscarriages of justice denying me my rights whilst making me statistic each time I experienced the “Multiple Discrimination” of Dr. Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. I have written about this in my book “IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE” signed by Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley at the launch of “A New Met for London” in September 2023.
If we are thinking about change we should be working in partnership to bring about the change. Instead we are preparing to paper over the cracks saying the system did not allow us to change. Am positive if Mr. Cealy had the courage to visit his sister after she was SECTIONED and had a conversation with her, he would be taking a different perspective on delivering change. For too long we accepted that we cannot get the change needed. That’s why Mervelee Myers is gagged and silence with threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION after 23 years of hell by the alcoholic racist neighbour who has been coerced by the landlord to terrorise me.

CAMHS stands for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
CAMHS is the name for the NHS services that assess and treat young people with emotional, behavioural or mental health difficulties. You might also see CYPMHS used which stands for Children and Young Peopleโs Mental Health Services.
Evaluation: I am basing this on my experiences working in the Early Years Sector after I graduated from Lambeth College 1997-1999. Reference must be made to the current situation where I am the victim of the orchestrated plots of the Judiciary of England and Wales in covering up the miscarriages of justice from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts and those involved. To http://www.leyf.org.uk and Richard Harty MIC Abusers Rings. Now the landlord targeted me social media must be used as evidence.

CAMHS stands for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. CAMHS is the NHS mental health services for children and young people.
There are local NHS CAMHS services around the UK, with teams made up of nurses, therapists, psychologists, child and adolescent psychiatrists (medical doctors specialising in mental health), support workers and social workers, as well as other professionals.

The first step to getting help from CAMHS is usually getting a referral for a CAMHS assessment. This referral can come from your parents/carers, a teacher, a GP, or yourself if you are old enough (depending on where you live).
If you’re being supported by social care, a youth offending team, or a service at your school, they might also be able to refer you.
Try to tell the person making the referral as much as you can so you can, to get the help you need.
Most local CAMHS teams have a website where you can look up how to get access to their service. You can find your local CAMHS team using your postcode.
Try to be as open and honest as possible at your first appointment. These people are not mind readers and if you lie, you will not receive the best treatment plan for you to get better.

What happens at a CAMHS assessment?
Next youโll be put on a waiting list for an assessment. This can sound scary but itโs normally just a chat so the CAMHS team can get to know you and see how they can help.
Youโll normally meet one or two members of the CAMHS team. If youโre under 16 years old, your parent(s) or carer(s) will usually be invited to join for part of this meeting.
This appointment will generally take place at a CAMHS clinic. But they might meet with you at your school or home. Theyโll discuss with you the best place to meet before your appointment.
In the meeting the team will ask questions about your struggles so they can find the best support for you.
Here are some common questions the CAMHS team might ask in an assessment:
What has brought you to CAMHS?
How long have you experienced the problem that has brought you to CAMHS?
What would you like to change in your life?
What might help tackle the problems you are experiencing?
How have you been feeling recently?
Refer to
Your CAMHS assessment is a great opportunity to ask any questions you have. Here are some questions you may want to think about asking in your CAMHS assessment:
How long will I have to wait for treatment?
What help can I get straight away?
Can you recommend any local charities that help young people?
Who do I call if I have a mental health emergency? Is there a 24-hour phone number?
If I get talking therapy, how many sessions will I get?
Is my GP still involved in my care?
Refer to
Itโs important at your CAMHS assessment to try and be as honest as possible, as this will help the team assessing you understand how to support you.
Here are some things that are helpful for you to tell them:
when your problems started
what youโd like to change
if there’s a pattern in the problems (keeping a diary or log book before your assessment can be really helpful to show this)
any difficulties in school or with friends
any general health problems, either now or in the past
any big family events or issues like divorce or bereavement
any recent or past trauma, e.g. emotional, sexual or physical abuse
other services you’ve had help from, like social care, hospital or private treatments
Questions about your treatmentQuestions about medication
Refer to
Once your treatment starts, you can still ask questions to make sure you are comfortable with what’s going on. Here are some questions you may want to consider asking:
Do I have to take medication?
If I do take medication, will I get a talking therapy at the same time?
Is this the only treatment available for me?
Is it a common treatment for people my age?
Where can I find out more about my treatment?
What if the treatment doesnโt work?
If I do start to feel upset, what should I do?
How will the treatment make me feel?

What do I do if I start feeling worse?
Will the treatment cure me?
Do I have to tell my teachers/friends/family?
Can I join any local groups for children and young people having the same treatment?
Are there things that I canโt do because of my treatment?
I must focus on my contributions to the Early Years Sector and how I have been denied my RIGHTS experiencing “Multiple Discrimination and Miscarriages of Justice”. My qualifications and trainings must be considered. In 2009 when I joined Westminster Children Society now LEYF I did trainings including “Understanding Statutory Assessment”. I spent the past 10 years after the death of my mother writing and defending myself in court. Not much changed since I had the first nervous breakdown at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust except I was manhandled for raising concerns about the neglect of my 101 year old husband.

I was Merveleeโs tutor when she registered on the Edexcel Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (QCF), as a Teaching Assistant. The LSA course lasted five months, from January – May 2016. When I first meet Mervelee, she was a bit reserved and told me she is more of a background person. However, I could identify Mervelee as a more knowledgeable practitioner from the beginning, by the way she engaged, socialized, and interacted with her peers. Merveleeโs peers could also identify her for being cooperative, reliable, and dependable professional, who supported and was willing to share her knowledge as a learning partner.
Open University Interview
Mervelee was appointed by her group to lead the presentation for the first group project. It was evident that Mervelee is a natural leader and influencer, who is willing to spend time supporting her peers to reach their individual potentials. I encourage Mervelee to continue using and sharing her knowledge to empower others. Mervelee was open and honest with me about her Mental Health Issues and informed me she was undergoing counselling. Mervelee said she did not want any misunderstandings, as some days are very bad. She was determined to get back to good health and into working.
Mervelee established positive relationships with her peers, encouraging them to do their best. Her sense of humour was appreciated, especially as she was the Mother ย Figure for the group. Mervelee talked about managing her disabilities with diet and exercise, without relying too much on medication and was an inspiration to all. Her work was above the required standards, and she took great pride in the presentation of her assignments.
Mervelee expressed her wish to do further studies and was planning to enroll on the Higher ย Level Studies program, to gain her Teaching Qualification/Assessor Award. Mervelee has done volunteering, and I know she is ready to be back working. The acceptance by her peers enabled Mervelee to regain some of the self-confidence she lost over the time she experienced her personal crisis. We are continuing the collaborative working partnerships developed using our shared visions and knowledge to promote inclusion, empowering others to reach their potentials. Mervelee is growing from strength to strength and regaining her confidence.
Mervelee confided that she finds it difficult going back into a toxic environment, where she will be judged by others and feel threatened. The unfair treatments have left Mervelee feeling vulnerable. Mervelee said her vulnerability caused her to question her abilities and function as a more knowledgeable reflective practitioner who developed the listening ethos. Mervelee said she was advised about the benefits from a career change. She decided to return to studying to gain the necessary qualifications to get back into employment.
Although her confidence was destroyed after the years, she spent managing her hidden disabilities to become a graduate at โ 50– years– old, she wants to get back working. Work keeps her going and gives her a sense of self-worth. As a Counsellor, I have been supportive of Merveleeโs endeavors and determination to get back into working, even if not full– time. Merveleeโs peers were supportive of her, and those with whom she volunteered were grateful for her help. They have given their blessings to Merveleeโs future endeavors. I believe Mervelee Myers can manage an Early Years Setting, with her qualifications, training, experiences, and passion she has shown for her subject area, whilst doing the Teaching Assistant course. Mervelee continues to empower herself to the highest levels, ย with her ongoing Continuing Personal Professional Development Plan (CPPDP).
I can vouch for Mervelee Myers as a professional, who is passionate about accomplishing and achieving whatever she sets out to do. Since meeting Mervelee, she has shown her professionalism, to be cooperative. She uses her initiative to empower those she works with in whatever capacity. I would highly recommend Mervelee Myers.
