Any e-mail which fails to comply with the guidance will not be processed and will be returned to you.

All enquiries to civil courts and family courts can be received by email.

ยท    You can send all letters and documents (exemptions are listed below) relevant to the case including adoption cases. However, due to the sensitive nature of adoption work, the court will only send emails to secure email accounts.

ยท    An email account is considered secure when security measures are in place to make sure the data in the email canโ€™t be accessed by users without the relevant approval. Any account that ends in the following is considered secured: gsi, pnn, gsx, gcsx, gse, cjsm, and nhs.net.

ยท    If you are attaching a copy of an order from a hearing for the Court to process, please ensure that you are submitting it in Word format only.

SENDING BUNDLES

ยท    Please note that court bundles are not part of this process and we will not print them. Some Local Authorities are piloting the use of Cloud-based ‘E-bundle’ storage solutions that allow all parties involved in a case to view and download the evidence electronically. This is different to the receipt of bundles by email. The court can not accept documents that require the setting up of an account or a password.

3. EMAIL SPECIFICATIONS AND EXEMPTIONS FOR HMTCS

ยท    All Civil and Family process, applications and documents will be accepted by email as long as when the entire email is printed out it is not more than 50 pages. This should include the email, all attachments (including any documents embedded in another) and enough copies to serve on required parties (excluding Local Authorities, CAFCASS and CAFCASS CYMRU for Family cases only).

ยท    The total size of the email, including any attachments, must be less than 10mb.

Please note that:

ยท    A page is one side, so 50 pages equals 25 pieces of paper printed on both sides.

ยท    Requests for the issue of Specified or Unspecified civil claims are excluded from this process. However, any subsequent process that leads from this following the issues of the claim will be accepted.

ยท    Do not use more than one email to take any step in a case which requires a document or documents to be filed.

4.  SENDING EMAILS WITH ASSOCIATED FEES

ยท    In both Civil and Family cases court processes that carry a fee can also be received by email and processed by court staff. However the same conditions as above must apply and in addition:

ยท    the party issuing the process must either quote a Fee Account number (see below), or

ยท    the party who wants to pay has a valid credit or debit card. If you wish to pay using this method please say this on the email and include a contact number for the Court to contact you to take payment.

ยท    Please note Local Authorities are exempt from this provision.

ยท    What is a Fee Account?

ยท    This is a Direct Debit function that is quick, safe and easy to use. It is available for solicitors and large organisations. Once you have set up an account all you need is to provide your fee account number within the body of the email. The fee will then be deducted from your account.

ยท    For more information and to apply for Fee Account please visit www.justice.gov.uk/courts/fees/payment-by-account

ยท    emailing RCJ.DCO@justice.gov.uk, or centrallondoncounty.dco@justice.gov.uk

7. COMPLAINTS

ยท    If you are unhappy with a part of your experience using the court service, please be aware that the judiciary are constitutionally independent of Government and the administration of the courts.

ยท    If your complaint is about how the judge conducted your case you can contact the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office online at https://www.complaints.judicialconduct.gov.uk, or send to Room 81-82, Queenโ€™s Building, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, WC2A 2LL, You need to do this within three months.

8. LEGAL ADVICE

ยท    HM Court Service staff are not legally trained and must remain strictly neutral at all times. They cannot therefore examine documents and give an opinion on their contents or upon any aspect of a case. It is the responsibility of the parties to ensure they file the correct documents in the correct format. Court staff cannot analyse a case and tell the parties the legal implications of decisions or other circumstances. It is for you to find out the options available to you and, where necessary, seek independent legal advice. Dear Mervelee,

For this festive issue we’re sharing two updates from teams that youโ€™ve helped this winter; how you shaped this yearโ€™s Christmas Thanking Campaign and how you influenced our Winter Cash Appeal.

We’ll see you on Tuesday 7 January for our first newsletter of 2025 and wish you a restful festive break.

Best wishes,Jozie on behalf of the Patient Involvement TeamVisit our opportunities page to see the latest ways to get involved

Help shape our new inclusion web pageWeโ€™ve created a new web page to provide information on equality, inclusion and diversity in involvement, and to support people affected by cancer to get involved in our work.

We’d like your feedback to help us make the page clear and informative so that people who are unsure about getting involved in our work feel more confident.Look at our new (DRAFT) web pageShare your feedback

Our final Christmas Thanking Card โ€“ designed with people affected by cancerShaping our Christmas Thanking CampaignChristmas is a nice time to reflect on the importance of our supporters and how we thank them for their loyalty over the past 12 months. Our Loyalty and Cultivation team worked with our Online Cancer Insight Panel to help develop a โ€˜Christmas Thanking Campaignโ€™ which includes, thanking cards, emails, SMS, telemarketing and social media posts.

You shared valuable feedback, which helped us make our communications more accessible and engaging to our supporters. Hereโ€™s a summary of how our panelโ€™s insight made a difference:

THANKING CARDS
You liked the different personal stories, types of cancer being mentioned and positive messaging in the card, but felt that we used too much text. You liked the bright colourful designs but felt the card wasnโ€™t very Christmassy.

We created three versions of our thanking cards including different patient stories. We ensured that the messaging in the cards is positive whilst ensuring that we are acknowledging how the festive season can be difficult for many who are closely affected by cancer. Our in-house designers continued to reflect our theme of unwrapping scientific discoveries and powering breakthroughs thanks to our supporters and introduced more festive elements to the card. Weโ€™ve worked carefully to ensure that it is inclusive of those who celebrate Christmas and those who donโ€™t.

THANKING EMAILS
You liked how we recognised your support and shared that youโ€™d like to see more detail about new groundbreaking progress. You felt the content was too long and youโ€™d like it to feel more festive.

Weโ€™ve shortened the copy to ensure the emails are user-friendly and easy to digest. Weโ€™ve also included festive emojis in the email subject lines, ensured our graphics incorporate classic festive themes and included new discoveries in science research within the researcher article sections. Weโ€™re sending personalised versions of the email tailored to how the individual supports Cancer Research UK. For example, we now have a version for our regular monthly donors, for those giving to restricted funds (bowel, lung and children and young people’s cancers) and for those supporting the BowelBabe Fund.

Thank you again for all your thoughtful contributions. Here at Cancer Research UK, this is what matters most, hearing directly from those affected by cancer to make our branding and messaging as powerful as possible.

Warmest wishes from everyone at Cancer Research UK.

A person looking through a microscope2024 Winter Cash AppealInfluencing the look and feel of our campaignThe Individual Giving team worked closely with our Online Cancer Insight Panel to develop our 2024 Winter Cash Appeal. The appeal is sent out via email to 900,000 existing Cancer Research UK supporters with the aim to inspire our supporters to make a one-off donation to fund our life-saving research. If opt-ed in, you may have received these emails earlier this month!

As the emails were sent to many people and at a time of year that can be sensitive to people affected by cancer, we wanted to gather feedback from patients and loved ones, to ensure our communications felt appropriate with the right tone of voice.

Your feedback helped shape our appeal content in several ways:IMPROVED THE IMAGERY
You wanted a better-quality graphic at the start of the email. We updated the graphic at the top of email and reviewed imagery to ensure they were high quality.
HELPED TO IMPROVE OUR PATIENT CASE STUDIES
You wanted a photo to go with the case study, to make it more personable. We added in a photo of a media volunteer to accompany the story.
MADE IT FEEL RELATABLE TO EVERYDAY LIFE
You suggested linking the amount to what youโ€™d spend on coffee, takeaway pizza or a bottle of wine, something which is every day and considered almost incidental spend. Weโ€™re testing linking the amount to a takeaway as suggested in a variation of this appeal.MADE IT FEEL MORE PERSONAL
You asked if we could ensure people who have donated after the first email only receive a thank you and not another ask because people may feel less valued if asked for money again one week later. We have ensured that everyone who donates as part of the first email is excluded from an additional ask.The feedback received was greatly appreciated. We sent out the emails at the start of December and hope those of you who are opted into our email communications enjoyed receiving these.

Dear Jeremy Faunt

Re: The Late Mr Arnold Tomlinson

I write further to our recorded conversation on Monday and thank you for speaking to me in terms of the circumstances of the late Mr Tomlinsonโ€™s estate.

Further to our conversation I would like to advise you that I told you I need a PUBLIC APOLOGY from Lloyds Bank caused by Andrew Craigs letter and the tone of the conversation wherein you continued inferring what was in the letter. Therefore, your flimsy apology is not accepted.

You donโ€™t understand nothing, you are in on the act of DEFAMING my name. I did not make only one payment. One of the payments I made was more than the paltry sum that Lloyds Bank are DEFAMING my name for. What information was needed urgently and for what? Which matter does Lloyd Bank needed to resolve?

Yes, you blinking well know it is ACCUSATORY and if I donโ€™t get the PUBLIC APOLOGY Lloyds Bank will not hear the last of this matter. Lloyds Bank will be in my book Mervelee Myers The Strong Jamaican Women End Gender Based Violence At Housing For Women Properties UK Society.

I donโ€™t need you, Andrew or Lloyds Bank assurance about whether I did anything or acted incorrectly in receiving the balance of my HUSBAND MONEY. I donโ€™t give a toss about any claims that Trevor Anthony Tomlinson has made on his fatherโ€™s ESTATE. All I am saying in the document dated 17th July 2023 there is a codicil saying if Trevor Anthony Tomlinson dies, is unwilling or unable the Mervelee Myers must be EXECUTOR. In light of recent happenings and person who share Power of Attorney with Trevor Tomlinson, I intend to exercise my RIGHTS as EXECUTOR based on the fact that a SAFEGUARDING was put on when my husband was in Guys and St Thomasโ€™ Hospital because of the threats posed to both his father and me. If Trevor or Lloyds Bank want to ARGUE I can provide evidence of how him assaulting me caused his father to end up in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust BYRON ward where he was NEGLECTED. I was removed from his bedside by RACIST security Nurse Betty called and I was MANHANDLED after leaving the Windrush Vigil on 6th April 2024. I was provoked by Trina Philbert on the 4th April after HMCTS Court. I ended up in A&E on the 7th April and my husband died on the 8th. The hospital took 6 hours to contact me.

As discussed, I have no need to justify any MONEY I paid towards my husbandโ€™s funeral. How about Trevor Tomlinson present his receipts for any amount he spent? 1. I will not be evidencing anything. 2. I will not be returning any balance to be paid to Mr Tomlinson.

Now I am proving that you are a LIAR, you claim not to know about the matter. Now you are saying when we speak on 14 October 2024. Suffice it to say I paid for all of My HUSBAND FUNERAL. I paid for his sister because he was helping her financially. I am still sending money to his brother in Jamaica and will have to help with his funeral. This is supposed to come from the ESTATE.

I must advise Lloyds if they know whatโ€™s best for both parties they stop PESTERING me over this matter.

How can one paltry sum of ยฃ4,824.14 is considered such a big deal when I had to pay for a CAB to take me and my FAMILY to my husbandโ€™s funeral.

Maybe you can ask Trevor Anthony Tomlinson to arrange to pay the cost of the amount I spent on the FUNERAL. If Lloyds Bank continue PESTERING me I will seek Legal Advice.

Account name: Mr Arnold Tomlinson Sort Code: 309879 Account number: 6045260 Reference: bcr760028.

Thank you for stopping PESTERING me. You can go online to find this. I will also be using it for a PODCAST.

Yours faithfully

Mervelee Myers FD (Open)

Bereaved Widow.

Dear Mervelee,
I am so grateful to everyone who has donated to Dementia UKโ€™s Christmas appeal after reading about how I supported Janet and her children, following her husband Ben’s diagnosis of dementia in his 50s.
Every pound donated helps more families access life-changing specialist dementia support this Christmas and beyond. So far, Dementia UK supporters have donated over ยฃ50,000, meaning we can be there for more families when they need us most.
But we canโ€™t stop now. Families facing dementia need our support more than ever. This Christmas might be the first since their loved oneโ€™s diagnosis, or family members might notice a big change since they last spent time together. Whatever their situation, many will be left feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and alone.
Thatโ€™s why Iโ€™m asking you once more for your help.Your donation, no matter the size, will give more families the perfect gift of expert dementia support this Christmas. Can I count on you to help us reach our target?Donate todayPeople living with dementia and their families often say that speaking to a specialist Admiral Nurse showed them the way forward through very dark times.
It is expected that 40,000 carers will contact Dementia UK’s national Helpline next year. A donation from you today will help us reach our target of raising ยฃ75,000 โ€“ enough to cover calls to our free national Dementia Helpline for two weeks so that every carer that calls can talk to an Admiral Nurse like me, for free.Thank you for making sure that no one faces dementia alone.

Hey,

Hope youโ€™re well

Getting in touch as it’s been just over one year since you applied to take part in Impact on Urban Healthโ€™s Parent Panel pilot. Hereโ€™s the application form to jog your memory

As someone who expressed an interest in this work, we wanted to get in touch to let you know that the pilot has now been completed and to share with you this end-of-pilot report in Spanish and English. It shares a little about what we did and what we learned.

We presented this report to the Impact on Urban Health team last week and it was really well received with a lot of thanks and appreciation for everyone whoโ€™s been involved from those who designed the panel, to those who applied to be involved.

As youโ€™ll see, there is a lot in that report for the team to digest. As an immediate next step, weโ€™re having a follow-up conversation with the Impact on Urban Health team in the new year.

For a look behind the scenes, check out our blogs about the panel including this one with videos from those involved.

Finally, as a reminder, weโ€™ll delete your details within 3 months of the end of this project (March 2025). Unless you shared that youโ€™d like us to inform you of other ways to be involved in this project. If you did ask to be kept updated, weโ€™ll be in touch with any opportunities that arise in 2025.

If you have any questions or feedback on the report please do let us know. Otherwise, thanks again for your interest in this work. Wishing you a lovely end to the year.

Thanks. Tayo

End Gender Based Violence of Housing For Women Tenants.

HM Courts and Tribunal Service replies@optic.justice.gov.uk and mervelee007@yahoo.com and http://www.gov.uk for more.

This is a follow up about the ongoing case of the Metropolitan Police attempt to SECTION, MURDER, KIDNAP Mervelee Myers from 30th October 2017 to 9th August 2024 that is listed within the HMCTS Legal Systems that must be examined and used as evidence in the current Claims: K05EC530 and K02CL827.  The fact that I have been left by HMCTS CPS CJS SRA BSB IOPC JCIO CCMCC HMPPS MOPAC CLCC DBS to become a #voiceless #vulnerable #victim of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP that got HMCTS to #gag me with an #unlawful #injunction that went through HMCTS. The following District Judges at the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch are listed as party to the breaching of my RIGHTS under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. There was a hearing listed for the 10th December 2024 and I was not required to attend. I have not heard from the solicitors that represented me to give me the outcome of the hearing. I am worried because when I discovered about the roles of the following I contacted the solicitor and he said that DJ Greenidge, DJ Swan, DJ Sterlini, DJ Richard Hayes, DJ Piagram, DJ Bell, DJ Naidoo can breach the amended Housing Act 1988 and Eviction Act 1977 on behalf of Housing for Women despite the complaints to the Housing Ombudsman Services that reached Stage 2 before my DATA was wiped from the CUSTOMER PANEL.  I asked the 2 PCs who attended to help me find a way to stop Joe Hooper kicking my door. They can’t help, they are concerned about damages to the door than about the impacts on my Mental and Physical Health.

Failed by Legal Representations

Please reference https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for why DJ Beecham will be given the task of restoring the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Crown Prosecution Services and Criminal Justice System to what it was before I had to represent myself after the death of my brother Walford Byron Alburney Nembhard against Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust workplace nursery where I had the first nervous breakdown. The fact my 101-year-old ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON was neglected on BYRON ward. Where I was assaulted on the 6th April 2024 by white security nurse Betty called is an indication of why I am recommending that my book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE be recommended for the curriculum in schools and universities. I was in court before DJ Pigram when Stephen Agera of Charles Hills & CO sent email to be taken off the case. I was represented by the “Duty Solicitor”. I was stitched up by solicitors that made me a Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. I had to attend Croydon Magistrates Court for Deborah Agnes Gilchrist malicious reports when Police invaded my home when I was celebrating my mother’s birthday on 1st January 2023. My husband and I got separated after the interview at Walworth Police Station.

Gaslighting Misogyny

As can be ascertained from the Reference: CAD 5001/11Dec24 and PC Clarke 2893AS and PC Potter 2547AS who visited my home on 11th December 2024 after Joe Hooper a man living in a Women’s Refuge kicked my door again to trigger me. The 2 PCs came and behaved as all the others who visited from the time, I was barricaded in my home on Christmas eve 2022. The Met Police was due to visit CAD 4638/11Dec24 and (Mike who refused to give his name failed to attend). Yet 2 Female PC visited my home on 9th August 2024, my son Kevin Murray’s 48th birthday about a TWITTER posts. ROBERT.Lewsley@met.police.uk on behalf of DPSMailbox-.CRUTeam1@met is adopting the MISOGNY and GASLIGHTING of the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION that can be reference from me participating in Dr Maria Hudson’s “Experience of Multiple Discrimination for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS in 2010. I can be found at Kings College London RADAR-CNS with Dr Faith Matcham. That is only one of the reasons that the NHS and their partners with be exposed. In the words of Nye Bevan founder of the NHS 1948 “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means”. I was denied at Silverlock Medical Centre when I attended my appointment on 5th December 2024. The irony is the Centre is located near Verney Road where 4 members of the same family were MURDERED by someone they know. I have been asking for help for Ms Gilchrist. Mr Hooper had never disrespected me before. But since Ms Gilchrist was coerced by Samantha Gibbs of Housing for Women to target me. Ms Gilchrist convinced Mr Hooper that her ASB is me doing it to her. There is a HATE MOB in Alma Grove and even Debbie Thomas who accompanied me to court and DJ Pigram threatened to remove joined them.

Dr Phil Gregory

I am not sure what role Dr Gregory is playing in this matter except to say whatever it is, he has gotten the solicitors, Silverlock Medical Centre, the NHS involved. I have sent him a detailed letter about this and awaiting his response.

Injunction

I am pleading for the AUTHORITY to stop Joe Hooper targeting me. I am dealing with so much from the banks and building societies, husband’s and my families who abandoned me and the scammers. I am leaving this in the capable hands of DJ Beecham who decided to stick with the case. She has the RESPONSIBILITY to safeguard me under the various laws, legislations, codes of conducts and practices.

Advocating

I want to bring the plight of Ms H. Presley and her 22 year old son to the attention of HMCTS for what Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and HMCTS are doing to her. She is not FUNCTIONING. I visited her on the 10th December 2024 and her condition has worsen from the last time I was there with my son Kevin Murray. If nothing is done to help Ms Presley and her son she will become another statistic of Housing for Women, HMCTS, Lewisham Council, the Met Police, Housing Ombudsman Services and those refusing to support her.

IN THE CIVIL NATIONAL BUSINESS CENTRE CLAIM NO: 570MC567
BETWEEN: MRS MERVELEE MYERS Claimant -and DRUCES LLP Defendant

WITNESS STATEMENT OF TERRI ELIZABETH HATTERSLEY

I, Terri Hattersley, of Druces LLP, Salisbury House, London Wall, EC2M 5PS, will say as follows:

  1. The facts and matters set out in this statement are within my own knowledge unless otherwise stated, and I believe them to be true. Where I refer to information supplied by others, the source of the information is identified; facts and matters derived from other sources are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. MM Response: Mervelee Myers reference Dr. Maria Hudson research papers for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. Because Devonshires Solicitors LLP have the email I sent to Dr. Hudson listed in the BUNDLE agreeing to be a participant in research.
  2. There is now produced and shown to me a paginated bundle of true copy documents marked โ€œTEH1โ€. All references to documents in this statement are to Exhibit TEH1 unless otherwise stated. MM Response: Terri Hattersley signed to TOTAL LIES that is Contempt of Court. Refer to https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site where Devonshires Solicitors LLP breach every laws, legislations and codes of conducts and practices to get the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Services involved with District Judge Sterlini label me a VIOLENT NUISANCE on Emancipation Day 2023. He along with Rand and Zimmell strike out my claims with Winsome Duncan after it reached Telephone Mediation.
  3. On 6 September 2024, the Claimant issued a claim against the Defendant for a total sum of ยฃ9,500 in damages. This was broken down as follows:
    a. ยฃ3,000 for breach of the Equality Act 2010;
    b. ยฃ2,000 for Misogyny;
    c. ยฃ3,000 for Traumas [sic]; and
    d. ยฃ1,500 for Misconduct.
  4. I am a solicitor at Druces LLP and have conduct of the above claim on behalf of the Defendant. I am duly authorised by the Defendant to make this witness statement in support of its application dated 27 September 2024, to have the Claimantโ€™s claim struck out. MM Response: All solicitors I have dealt with except the present one representing me are CORRUPT. I will publish my research as part of my Mental Health & SEND Advocacy “Business Model“.

The Claimant appears to allege that the Defendant has caused the Claimantโ€™s losses by โ€œsigning the Witness Statement of Samantha Gibbsโ€ (see page 4). The reasons for the claim are not particularised, nor set out clearly or coherently. MM Response: Please excuse the incoherence as I am the victim of the neighbours and the Met Police that come to empower them.

  1. Neither I, nor anyone else at the Defendant was involved in the preparation of Ms Gibbsโ€™ Witness Statement or have any knowledge of its contents or the matters to which it relates. Upon receipt of the claim, I made enquires with Devonshires Solicitors (โ€œDevonshiresโ€) who are also referenced in the particulars of claim. I was informed by Devonshires that on 31 August 2023 I witnessed the swearing and signing of an affidavit for Ms Gibbs. MM Response: You signed to the LIES of H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. Do you know why Ms Gibbs is on “Long Term Sick Leave?
  2. I frequently witness the swearing of affidavits or statutory declarations for Devonshires as the firm is in the same building as the Defendant. Whilst I do not recall this specific affidavit, I am sure that I signed the affidavit, printed my name and then stamped it with the Defendantโ€™s address to signify that the affidavits had been sworn and signed in my presence and that the person signing had given the appropriate oath/affirmation. I am sure that this is what happened as this is what happens on each occasion that I perform this service for Devonshires (or anyone else). I believe that the Claimant may have misunderstood the role played by the Defendant in relation to the
affidavit of Ms. Gibbs. MM Response: No I did not misunderstand. It is clear that you are party to Devonshires Solicitors LLP Discrimination. I will give Ms. H. Presley’s name as reference.

The Defendant has received no prior correspondence from the Claimant before issuing the claim. On 23 September 2024, the Defendant wrote to the Claimant (see page 6) explaining that the claim has no merit and that it has been brought incorrectly. MM Response: I did not receive or know about Devonshires Solicitors LLP until Narin Masera sent me a REPOSSESSION letter in July 2023. Druces requested that the Claimant discontinue the claim, and informed her that, if she did not do so, the Defendant would file an application to have the application struck out. MM Response: Based on the amount of STRUCK OUT against me, I am waiting for the outcome.

  1. That same day, 23 September 2024, the Claimant replied to the Defendantโ€™s letter (see page 7) making no indication that the claim would be withdrawn, in fact encouraging the Defendant to apply for the claim to be struck out. MM Response: This is based on my experiences of HMCTS miscarriages of justice.
    Statement of Truth
I believe that the facts stated in this witness statement are true. I understand that proceedings for contempt of court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief in its truth. MM Response: You did exactly that when you signed Ms. Samantha Gibbs Witness Statement without checking the FACTS.
  2. The clamant has not set out a coherent set of facts or a legally recognisable claim against the Defendant and as such the claim should be struck out. MM Response: The facts are in the BUNDLE that I refuted. I am not a Legal Expert and is reading to help myself not sent to PRISON and EVICTED because HMCTS and the Housing Ombudsman Service and Metropolitan Police and Nexus Health Group and Southwark Council failed me as a disabled person. Allowed my husband to die without his DIGNITY TRAUMATISED. I respectfully request that the court grant the Defendantโ€™s application and that an Order be granted in the terms set out in the Draft Order enclosed with the Defendantโ€™s application or on any other terms that the court thinks fit. MM Response: Based on previous miscarriages of justice including the judgement for Barrister Ryan Clement to pay me ยฃ9455.00 that has not been granted. 4 years later I am the target of the Court Enforcement Services LTD, I am watching this space.

The Defendant has received no prior correspondence from the Claimant before issuing the claim. On 23 September 2024, the Defendant wrote to the Claimant (see page 6) explaining that the claim has no merit and that it has been brought incorrectly. Druces requested that the Claimant discontinue the claim, and informed her that, if she did not do so, the Defendant would file an application to have the application struck out.

  1. That same day, 23 September 2024, the Claimant replied to the Defendantโ€™s letter (see page 7) making no indication that the claim would be withdrawn, in fact encouraging the Defendant to apply for the claim to be struck out.
    Statement of Truth
I believe that the facts stated in this witness statement are true. I understand that proceedings for
contempt of court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be made, a false
statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief in its truth.
  2. The clamant has not set out a coherent set of facts or a legally recognisable claim against the Defendant and as such the claim should be struck out. I respectfully request that the court grant the Defendantโ€™s application and that an Order be granted in the terms set out in the Draft Order enclosed with the Defendantโ€™s application or on any other terms that the court thinks fit.
