Oh, my word, I can’t believe I write this? Now I know why GOD sent Alfred Taylor to confront me about what my purpose in life is. It was the 11th December 2017 on the Road to Damascus going to the CAB at the Blue in Bermondsey. I feel like jumping for joy at this discovery.

For those of you interested, everything is strictly above board. I have not seen Mr Taylor or spoken to him, again yet. Just having my usual banter on Facebook, because it’s unusual for me not to know hardly anything about someone from the area. All I recall is we attend Primary school and his MOTHER was in Mama #Pardonor. That’s the mystery, until further notice. Watch this space?

Dearest Father once more I E. Mervelee I. Nembhard-Myers come

before thee with my prayers and wishes for a New Year. If you could consider even 1 of my supplications I’d be eternally grateful.

This New Year means a new me is prepared to negotiate and meet half way…

Every day pleas make my life continues to evolve as I try to embrace my callings towards new thinking and evaluate the ethos by which I was brought up…

When will I see my loved ones again? If not on earth We will meet at Jesus’ throne…

Yester year was like an evening gone, but I intend to make 2013 even more productive as I stop yearning for the impossible…

I know Eternal and everlasting life is promised to believers and I intend to let my let shine so others may see my better qualities…

My intention is to Arise take up the cross and follow Jesus…

I’ll always Remember my past, as this will enable me to deal with the future revelations…

I’ll always Resolved to revel in my family and friend’s achievements and reward those who are precious, ensuring I revere those who have stood by me through thick and thin over the years…

Please Empower me to enlist support and encouragement in times of enlightenment when I am in doubt…

I’ll always Seek solace in God our soon coming King to see me through the sorrows and tribulations which are bound to come my way…

I’ll always expect you to Observe and help me take stack and remove obstacles that are coming my way, and enable me to obtain my dreams if it is your wish dear Lord…

I’ll always expect you to Listen to my fervent prayers and turn my dreams into reality…

Please remove Temptations I pray and will you ensure they are banished forever…

Please Inspire me to reach my goals…

Omnipotent and majestic I’d like to be, if only to fulfil thy will oh Lord. So I can be of service to God and those who need me most…

Never leave me to my own negative thoughts for longer than necessary…

Saviour hear my call and empower me to be of service to those who are depending on me…

My heart goes out to the young lady, I understand what you’re dealing with. It’s very hard to fight the establishment because they think they’re the experts in our life. I live in the Northwest and I come across some good people white people who take they job as privilege to work and learn from black and ethnic people. I have worked with gangs drugs and substance misuses and I have changed many young black men life by encouraging back into education and training. My manager used to asked me what I do to the family, she said they listened to you and worked well with you. I am asking you not to get down hearted or upbeat with the establishment because I can truly say most of organisations is institutional racist. It’s very hard to proved but I one day change going to come.

Life will always have it’s ups & down & might be a testing of our Mettle? I am trying not to get cross when Tom do things to make my BB as I only end up feeling BAM!Done another of my Christian Duties in Honour of my MOTHER who died last year at 90 years after suffering Dementia in the latter stages of Life.As promised I cooked & go asks Tess if she’d like Dinner. She was more than grateful saying “I like West Indian Food, Sod Fish & Chips”. Now I’ll have to make sure I do my Duty as a Neighbour & Look out for her in Honour of All those who Rallied Around Mama in her Times of Need.I still can’t come to terms with how much MNDN health has deteriorated since the last time I saw & spoke with her. Imagine taken up with All the Institutional & Corporate Psychopaths done to me 23rd July 2014 – 22nd September 2015. But am still not freed from them yet…? I swear on my Mother’s Life that I won’t let them stop me from doing all the good I can for the Young, Old & Vulnerable in need like MNDN. I can’t help but remember the Vibrant Lady who was TESS. We shared more than just being Madcap alike. As my Old Folks used to say “Flesh is Failure, Wo/man is like a Fading Flower, In the Morning U are Fresh & Green & in the Evening U Withered Away….”I’ll make sure to start documenting those Precious Memories of Tess & I’ll ensure I play my little part in her care!My Mother was a Testament to the Caring Person without any Prescribed Boundaries. Just done my Christian & Christmas Duties in Honour of my Beloved Parents & Grandparents who brought me up to Share my Good Fortune with the Less Fortunate.

I was sat at the Computer doing my work when I hear Music Playing outside. Looked thru the window & 2 blokes playing Accordions. Went out because brings back Memories of PAPA who played his Flutina. Older Bloke says he is Romanian & that’s all he can Communicate. Young Bloke tells me he is 15 & showing me with his Fingers & Fist. I trying to Communicate with Makaton & Signing!

Asked permission to take photos & gave each sum cash. Tom said I must not give away Money because I am not working. But to see the joys on their Faces was Enough for me & they Sung & Played for their Money.

1 for Papa’s Memory indeed. Wish I had Archives of my History, but we never knew the values of those things back then?

Just finding time to njoy some of the things that are important to me these past year+.

Wake up this morning Replenished & ready to continue where I left off. God has been good to me despite the Struggles the past year+.

On this blessed Christmas Day, I must 1st give God the praises 4 all His Tender Mercies the past 56 Christmases I’ve lived thru. Life goes on & I am thankful.

To ALL my Family, Friends, Acquaintances & Even the Chancers I am meeting along Life’s Journey. “I wish for U a Festive Season, delighting in whatever U celebrate at this time”.

My WORK 1999-2015 meant I had to join in celebrating ALL Festivals re “my Job Description” & I always delivered to the BOMA.

Since I was brought up CHRISTIAN, therefore my focus is to celebrate CHRISTMAS like I did from Childhood. Today I set aside this Day to celebrate the Birth of Jesus Christ, the Baby Child Born in a Manager.

I had thoughts of writing a piece for how I celebrated Christmas back then. But like most things blown out of the window because my Life has been taken over in “My Fight4Justice”. That’s why I’ve changed the focus of my SM campaign for a while.

As the Fight goes on, I am in the Foreground still preparing my Documents.

I can’t be bothered with too much of the “Airs & Graces”. When U come from “Humble Beginnings” like my Family did, then U know exactly what Mervelee Myers aka RATTY NEMBHARD is about!

Once more Happy Festive Seasons & I am hoping I can get back to what I do best in the NY…?

This match was made in Heaven when Our Parents met. Despite the nitty-gritty of Our Torrid Relationship, no 1 can Change whatever it is that Unite Us…? Daily Express Page 19: Football club paid me £50k to keep me quiet about coach who abused me. “Former striker Gary Johnson joined the club as a trainee at the age of 11 and spent his teenage years ‘in turmoil’.

This is exactly my story with LEYF Nurseries. I joined on the 1.9.2009 at #FitroviaCommunityNursery. Before long I was transferred to #LutonStreet because of the #InterimManager who could not deal with the fact I was a graduate of the The Open University.

My time at #LutonStreet from April 2010 – 22.7.2014 were the best years of my working life in the UK with any organisations. Little did I know what was in store for me at #BIB, then #HOC and finally at #NewCross.

The RIH, but my Fight4justice will ensure my stories are told as I take up #Advocacy! Thats why when the #Establishment come tell me that #LEYF have to make sure I did not say anything to ruin their #Business, I told them where to stick thier #Blood, #Sweat, #TearsDuttyMONEY.

I have seen off the Director of HR & Organisational Development, #NEILKING. Noticed that #AlisonStokes has been demoted back to manager and is no longer Operations Manager. #MarionBreslin resigned in February 2016 soon after I was forced out of New Cross.

My Fight4justice is for all whom LEYF Nurseries discriminated against over the years. This is inclusive of #Employees, #Children & #Parents!

Now this is the kind of life I am used to. My #Papa was sick for 10+ years and I have to learn about #Caring4Sick from an early. That is in addition to caring for my younger siblings and other extended families.

Then my #Grandma took sick and both died a month apart in 1980. Now anyone who have not merely been interested about trying to find the #Dirt to try #Blemish my life chances life LEYF Nurseries will be aware of my story.

I will carry on doing what I know I am good at with my Fight4justice campaign. I am a Carers UK and knows exactly what life is all about. Believe it or not I was responsible for the #MultigenerationalWorkingApproach with LEYF Nurseries until I transferred to BIB. Despite the #CEOJuneOSullivan sanctioning my #CPPDP in writing, BIB have a different agenda and the #AreaManagerHildaMiller decided BIB did not have to do anything that was part of the #Ethos, #CoreValues & #DNA from Luton Street.

The RIH, but they haven’t heard the last of this #Saga yet?

The discovery I made is that the PM Theresa May was an only child. Therefore as an only girl, I think we share that aspects of our life in common and that is more than enough for me. I was always headstrong and have a mind of my own. I believe that was due in part to the fact that I have to #Champion my own causes and did not always rely on anyone to do so for me. But I don’t want anyone to get the wrong impressions that my #7Bredas were not #Protective of me. However I loved to do things my way. I have #5Bredas left and we are one unitied family. All when we just finish having a go at each other, please keep your distance!

Hands up if you agree: What can I say more than this was an example of why LEYF Nurseries decided to #Discriminate against me!

‘SAD to hear of the death of Andrew Sachs. Can you imagine now if there was a sitcom with a Spanish waiter? There would be cries of racism and Fawlty Towers would never see the light of day’. All I need to do is point this in the right directions and hope they take #Responsibilities and be #Accountable for how they have directly & indirectly #Discriminated against me at the instigations of LEYF Nurseries. If I wasn’t a determined person who dedicates myself to my Fight4justice I would not have regained my #VOICE. But I am sure lessons are learned and they will not allow the wool to be pulled over their eyes again by those that are #Unprofessional?

I have turned the tables on LEYF Nurseries because during the time 1.9.2009 – 27.9.2016, I built up my #CPPDP. Whilst they were short paying me, refusing to allow me up the career ladder and expecting me to apply my #IntellectualProperties to make the organisation a #Beacon. I was busy ensuring I have the Copyright to my work without breaching their #Contract. Now I have the #Handle & they have the #Blade!

I have all my #Bredas with me!

Daily Express Page 11: Care homes probed over unfair hidden fees and shock bills. Home comfort… but many elderly residents and their families complain about care providers’ sharp practices.

I refuse to say much about this matter except that I will be using my Fight4justice campaign to call for another Leveson Enquiry from the Centre for Inquiry UK in how the Early Years Service is been delivered in the EYFS and Ofsted. It is time for LEYF Nurseries to be called to give an account to what they have done to breach the Human Rights Act 1998, Data Protection Act 1998, Equality Act 2010. International Laws, Home Country Legislations, Codes of Practices & Conducts.

It’s no use others bury their heads in the sand and pretend they were not warned about the scales of #Discrimination in workplaces in the #EarlyYearsSector in particular. I have myn #DefensivePractice which will be part of my Fight4justice campaign. So if none of the recipients want to acknowledge the #OpenLetters, it will be my words against theirs. This time I have most of what I need to share in #BlacknWhite!

The #Lies and #Allegations will be seen for what they are. Only then will I think my #Mama will be allowed to RIP after what LEYF Nurseries done to me since 23.7.2014?

Daily Express Page 7: Cleese tribute to ‘wonderful’ Sachs – Mr Sachs is said to have died in a London Care Home of Vascular dementia after four years. Now this for me is to go do more #Research about the different types of Dementia. It is stated that John Sachs said his father used Manuel’s moustace to hide behind because he did not want to be recognised.

Then I noticed another thing about me and it is that my spellings is not as good as I once thought it was? For the first time, I noticed how to spell moustace. It is not spelt the way I pronounce it as “mouthstash”. It took me all this time to realise.

I done Dyslexia training for the first time a couple months ago. But I have been aware of the different types of Dyslexia Centers from I was working at King’s College Hospital. So now I am of the opinion after the training that I have more than #1formsofDyslexia namely Dyscalculia, Dysorientation & a little Dyspraxia UK thrown in for good measures. As proof of my #Dyslexia, I am still to remember where I use the wrong hand to put the #TrainingCertificate.

I guess it will show itself once I am through with the main purpose for my Fight4justice campaign?

I have an interest in this story because of my #Mother and an area of concerns I have re #MultigenerationalWorkingPartnerships. Meeting this #ElderlyLady in East Street Market have given me much food for thoughts. I must have experience Dementia Friends without knowing from a young age. However with knowledge comes power and I have to give thanks for the opportunities I have had since living in the UK. I studied with the The Open University, and is a force to be reckon with. That’s why I refuse to give LEYF Nurseries & the #Establishment the satisfactions of destroying my life. The life that my #Mother worked like a #Man in order to see her children make something of our lives.

Mama had #Dementia which I diagnosed. I lived her dementia with her even when I was not home, because my #Family made sure I had a telephone conversation every weekend without fail with her. But the most poignant memories I have is the time I spent with her during the time I was in Jamaica for my #1Son Mr Valdin Legister & Naheel Julene Brown Legister wedding.

I helped Mama rediscovered the life she once knew, even if she didn’t remember and recognise her #1Daughter. Then I went back to bury Mama, came back, got transferred to BIB, LEYF Nurseries, where my life was turned into a living hell.

Therefore LEYF Nurseries & the #Establishmsnt must be heald accountable with my Fight4justice campaign. Some are pretending that they were not informed, or that I did not seek their support to stop the #Discriminations. But time is the master in all we do?

I am taking a different approach to how I interact on Facebook as of now. I will not therefore be sticking to any one formatt, but whatever happens to take my fancy daily. Today I will start with reviewing the Daily Express to see if I have anything in common with #FeaturedStories?

Page 1&3: Please Don’t Go LEN – Meeting up with a former colleague when I was coming from the East Street market led me to realise the significance of this story. I worked with briefly this Afriacan Lady at #PeckhamSettlement from January – July 2009. We greeted each other and stopped to chat as is the norms with people of our generations with similiar cultural backgrounds. She could not believe anything that I was telling me about what happened to me at #BIB, #HOC and #NewCross LEYF Nurseries with the #Establishment and the #System conspiring and colluding to making my life a living hell.

The lady stopping to chat, sharing of her experiences that are similiar to mine and reassuring me… help with restoring my faith in the human beings that continue to let me down when I needed their support the most.

Telling me it was a good thing I left when I did, she related how she had to stand her grounds and demands her rights not to be discriminated against. She eventually left with her #RundantPay that they did not want to give her.

The #Moral of the story is “some will support you, but some wont”. Take it from someone who has been in a few scrapes where I believed that no matter the outcome, I am going to stick to my principles. I have had to face some consequences over the years. I would advice you all never to depend on anyone, no matter who to come to your defence when you reach rock bottom. You can make your maker and knows who will be at your side when the time comes?

When one is a celebrity and living in the public eye, then that is a totally different experience all together. Some of my experiences in the UK since 2004 have not left me with much faith in the #Establishment, #System or even the #HumanSpecies. So good on all those who are rallying around and saying ‘Please Don’t Go LEN’!
