I was at CLCC on 2/9/2020 for Claim Number: F03CL973 with Barrister Samantha Jones to be conducted by Designated Civil District Judge HHJ Marc Dight. Upon doing my research I found HHJ Dight had a misconduct issued on 19/5/2020. At Court there were whisperings between the Judge and Mr Bradley and that became evident when I got the written judgment with the name HHJ Parfitt. I was not considered good enough to be informed of the changes.

Let me share an insight into HHJ Parfitt and the way he set about acting like the obviously RACIST BIGOT he is. I was not allowed to argue my case, and this is just how I was treated by the Judiciary Of England And Wales in the long running saga of Institutional Discrimination against me. I have since made a Complaint against him. The caseworker name is Vincent Umeukeje who is to contact me from 8/10/2020. The case CRM: 0055203 with Reference – 33448/20 is still outstanding. This joins the lists of complaints that have gone to Reviews. Or the Claims sent to CLCC for HHJ Dight to impose Restraint Order.

I would welcome a response on this issue in a format I am able to share with Mervelee Myers.
I have recently been contacted by Mervelee Myers regarding her neighbour at 16A.
My constituent is concerned that she is being penalised by Housing 4 Women criticizing her neighbour who destroyed the plants and flowers she and her husband planted in the communal garden for everyone to enjoy. It would appear that this neighbour dispute escalated between the 2 with my constituent videoing her neighbour’s antisocial behaviour from the safety of her own property (not an illegal activity), which has also resulted in police involvement.
She is also concerned that her journal on the H4W Portal, where she documented all her concerns and also included various communications with your organisation including a history of her repairs to her property, including other issues pertinent to her.
Can Housing4Women please confirm what issues remain outstanding from her neighbour dispute and when do they expect the Portal to be back online, and will she be able to access her journal and all its previous content?
I would be grateful if you could look into the points raised, and advise what options are available to resolve the situation.

Since Friday am unable to walk properly because of pains in my foot. All the symptoms are on my left side. I have been made a victim of taking care of my health because disabilities were part of my traumas. I am 61, my husband is 97 and am his carer. Instead sometimes he is my carer. He does not deserve what is happening to us. He has weathered his storms when his solicitor was told Mr Tomlinson has a small illusion of one day becoming a property tycoon.
