INTRODUCTION
This is the Skeleton Argument on behalf of Mervelee Myers (“MM”) in my APPEAL for POSSESSION of Flat 16 Alma Grove, Alma Grove, London, SE1 5PY (“the Property”). And the SUSPENDED PRISON SENTENCE and BANNED from SOCIAL MEDIA. The property was let to Mrs Mervelee Myers (“the Appellant”) by way of Assured Tenancy dated 1 December 2000 (“the Tenancy”). Possession was sought on the basis of longstanding anti-social behaviour that was resisted by the Appellant. MM Updates: 24/04/2025 Reference YouTube for the latest in Debbie Gilchrist bizarre ASB.
MM will state that there was no MANDATORY ground for possession under Ground 7A of the Housing Act 1988, Condition 2, namely a breach of an injunction under Section 1 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 (“ASBCPA 14”). The Eviction Act 1977 because MM planned to RETIRE to JAMAICA as soon as my DUTY to my HUSBAND was completed. MM will further state that H4W target MM during the time I was experiencing CRISIS after coercing Ms Debbie Gilchrist to target me and my VULNERABLE husband. The detail of H4W breaches of the amended Housing Act 1988 and Eviction Act 1977 will be provided in detail to attempt to assist the court and the Defendant, after MM was abandoned at the last minute by J I Solicitors and Barrister Miranda Grell. I want the court to note that this was the second time I was left abandoned by Legal Representation in this matter.

BACKGROUND –
Let the Court Note the Start of the GASLIGHTING from Samantha Gibbs was EMPLOYED in April 2022 and SEND MM invitation to ASB Meeting in May 2022.
5. On 1 December 2000 the Defendant provided a tenancy of the Property to the APPELLANT. – A. Notes of 12/01/2023 Samantha Gibbs & MALE tried to ASSAULT MM at her door; after using the KEY I gave to H4W to gain ENTRY. B. 20/01/2023 FLAGGED – My BROTHER was on the phone for over an hour before the Met Police arrived on CHRISTMAS eve when I had to barricade myself in my HOME because of Ms Gilchrist.
6. On 1 August 2023 an Injunction under ASBCPA 14 (“the Injunction”) was made preventing anti-social behaviour including messages to the Defendant’s staff and the Defendant’s Solicitors – When was I contacted by the Defendant’s solicitors and why did I send messages to them?
7. The initial hearing took place on the 19 December 2023. A. Why did MM seek representation from the DUTY SOLICITOR? B. How was I to file a CPR defence by 23 January 2024 when as CARER for my elderly husband I was STRESSED out from my recent BEREAVEMENT and Exacerbation of Mental and Physical IMPAIRMENTS whilst dealing with the HATE CRIMES of C. Ms Gilchrist, D. the Hate MOB in Alma Grove, E. the Metropolitan Police and F. Mimi Owusu who wrote a 12 page Witness Statement for H4W? Why did DJ Naidoo claim to preside over a HEARING on the 20 December 2023 when I had a Medical Review with the GP Surgery? FORM NO. 3.
8. What was happening to MM after my HUSBAND was admitted to HOSPITAL that caused the DECLINE in my COGNITION and INTELLECTUAL FUNCTIONS that prevented me to address Court Matters that were ENTRAPMENTS – Refer to Social Media – UNDERSTANDING STATUTORY ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES – 21 October 2009 -SAFEGUARDING REFERRAL 06 July 2023
9. Was the Court aware that MM husband was in HOSPITAL and that DJ Bell was involved in sending 7 Claims to CLCC for Civil District Judge including Barrister Ryan Clement that JUDGEMENT was passed for him to pay MM? – Case No: 570MC482 Mrs Mervelee Myers v Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and why MM got up to 700K views on YouTube VIDEOS of MM Husband NEGLECT on BYRON ward? What EVENTS does H4W say the SCHEDULE was overtaken by? – Funeral Programme. Met Police coming to join Ms Gilchrist and Joe Hooper and Alma Grove MOB in DISCRIMINATION against me. – Medical Report of 02 December 2020 – 3 January 2025 VIDEO of Met Police in my HOME. Crime No: 4221169/23100 + Others to Sir Mark Rowley. Reference IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE.
10. On the 12 June 2024, the APPELLANT was TRICKED by Sola Obajuluwa to admit to the ALLEGATIONS because no JUDGE would allow me time to DEFEND myself. I was not aware of the INJUNCTION as this was done behind my back and because of the CRISIS during the time the Possession letter was sent, I was not capable of making DECISIONS – Notice of Hearing by J I Solicitors 21 February 2025. Reference TOGETHER WE CAN WWW.THEWESTMINSTERHUB.COM February/March 2025 pages 32-33 WHY WOULD A HUMAN RIGHTS LAWYER ATTACK HER NEIGHBOUR? Page 41 Case Number 3: The Elderly are also being DRAGGED through LAWFARE too! Case: MERVELEE MYERS v HOUSING FOR WOMEN.
11. Was H4W aware of the DEATH of my HUSBAND – Reference ENGAGEMENT with Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin from April 2014 at H4W AGM.
12. During this time neither J I Solicitors Sola Obajuluwa nor Barrister Miranda Grell were not supporting MM. I only see Ms Grell in Court – Refer to the Case when I was made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. YouTube EVIDENCE removed about EVENTS of July 2023. When I tried to discuss this with Barrister Miranda Grell, she told MM “If you are a CRIMINAL, I do not want to HEAR about it”.

13. On 18 September 2024 I left Court for an appointment with Dennis Kamara. I was so overwhelmed after running ERRANDS I did not return home. I feared what Ms Gilchrist, Joe Hooper, Barbara McCoy and her brother Tony were doing to TRIGGER me. I sleep on my MALE FRIEND sofa until the next day.
A. I was going through the BUNDLES when I came across the ORDERS that I was not informed about. Breach of Equality Act 2010.
B. I took them to the Solicitors who said the COURT can do as they please. Reference MM a participant in RESEARCH access online.
C. My DEFENCE was already PREPARED. Dr Oyebode PSYCHIATRIC ASSESSMENT state MM can INSTRUCT Legal Representative. Reference UEL MA Special Educational Needs 2193537 and Mentor Training at Queens Park Fitzrovia Children’s Centre Westminster Children Centre (WCS) now London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) and UEL 04 October 2021 Richard Harty Dean of School.
D. I was not consulted about the PREPARATION. Ref: G08Y J214 Help or Support for People with a DISABILITY.
14. The trial on the 9 December 2024 was tried behind my back again. I was told I did not have to attend. I did not get any information from the Solicitors. DJ Beecham sent me an ORDER.
DJ Beecham breach the Equality Act 2010
When she told MM in Court on the 7th March 2025 that she will not accept any EVIDENCE about any other ISSUES except with HOUSING FOR WOMEN. She was considering giving MM an hour to go through the BUNDLE that was delivered to me in COURT to conduct the HEARING. She did not believe me that I did not receive the Bundle. She INTERRUPTED the HEARING twice to allow the CLAIMANT to confer about breaching the ORDER. The ASB Policy was not in the BUNDLE.
On the 17th March 2025 I took a CAB to COURT because I did not want to experience what happened to me on the 7th. This time the Equality Act Assessor was late. Ms Gilchrist was at her TRICKS trying to PROVOKE me to REACT when I felt INTIMIDATED on my own and went and sit outside near the LIFTS.
HCT Group Impact Report 2016
On the 20th March 2025 DJ Beecham would not allow anyone to SPEAK for MM. At the end of the HEARING, I told her if MM becomes HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT, she is RESPONSIBLE, she MUMBLED.
When the MALE SHOWED up in Court and started RANTING about Winsome Duncan and DJ Sterlini I was overcome by the ATYPICAL PARKINSONISM (UNDIGNOSED). He was SENSITIVE to let a MACKENZIE FRIEND speak on my behalf. But he claimed MM was BANNED from Social Media.
The Court MUST INVESTIGATE why DJ Beecham insisted on keeping the CASE and failed to COMPLETE it.
15. MM thought the Equality Act Assessor was to help with overseeing a FAIR HEARING because I did UNDERSTANDING STATUTORY ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES October 2009 for my role as a SENCO with my former employers. Why did DJ Beecham need an Equality Assessor? MM SENCO job offer – getting job offers 2/4/2025.
16. The Solicitors made the APPLICATION because Sola Obajuluwa was working in partnership with H4W to entrap MM to take DRUGS that would make me unable to function so they could claim MONEY for taking care of MM – Refer to Mimi Owusu 12 pages Witness Statement. Ms Gilchrist MALICIOUS REPORT send Met Police to MM Home 26/1/2023. Examine the patterns of GASLIGHTING by HOUSING FOR WOMEN leading up to the POSSESSION letter sent by Devonshires Solicitors LLP and the roles of the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service in the MATTER from 30th October 2017 when Winsome Duncan sent them to SECTION me to 24th March 2025 when the LAS claim I was BURNING the HOUSE.

17. MM is/was the VICTIM as can be proven online. H4W coercive control of Ms Gilchrist after I reached out to get her SUPPORT when I witnessed her changing BEHAVIOURS are like MM diagnosis of my MOTHER’S BEHAVIOURS with DEMENTIA.

H4W is GUILTY of targeting VULNERABLE TENANTS as is the case of Ms H Presley who find MM online – Hermoine Cameron was advocating on my behalf and visited me twice.
DJ Sara Elizabeth Beecham Misconduct & Contempt of Court
DJ Beecham Misconduct inclusive of GROOMING Tristan Salter of Five Paper Chambers where she worked before, she was appointed as a District Judge in 2019 by Robert Buckland. I wrote to Robert Buckland about HHJ Dight who he advised about a MISCONDUCT in 2020. In April 2019 I sent a detailed account of Ms Gilchrist HATE CRIMES to H4W. I was the minute taker for the Customer Scrutiny Panel invited by Hony Premial the author of the ASB Policy that was left out of the BUNDLE.

After I challenged her with HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment she mumbled. She advised me that I was due for my next court and to make sure I was there, but she was not.
I was confronted with what I chose to call a RANTING RAVING LUNATIC who triggered my ATYPICAL PARKINSONISM leaving me unable to function. I later learnt that he is HHJ Richard Roberts who had imposed a Civil Restraint Order on me because I challenged DJ Swan striking 5 of my CLAIMS.

What do you expect to get from this interview?
Social Media: Mervelee Myers wants my voice to be heard to share the stories of the Systematic Discrimination I experienced after bereavement and losses twice.
Facebook: My stories are documented from I joined Social Media after coming back from Holidays in Jamaica in 2009. Since the stories are documented and the Legal Systems from the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Services have colluded to deny me my ENTITLEMENTS. I invested in my Fight4justice campaign on Facebook, before taking it to Google My Business. I started Mervelee Consultancy on Facebook before taking it to Google My Business. I was made a target by the Employment Tribunal Service after 5 months with https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years… that left me exposed to Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement. As a result of my ADVOCACY, I became the target of Social Media Facebook that gave LEYF access to my account on 18/9/2015. I have 18 Facebook Pages that is liked and followed by Hillary Clinton and Heads of States. Yet I am the person who is BLOCKED out.
Google My Business: Google My Business colluding with the Systematic Discrimination removing my posts that are legitimate. They have since suspended Mervelee Consultancy with claims it was flagged for inappropriate activities. There is a permanent REVIEWER placed on my account to TARGET me. Whenever I raise concerns, they try coercive control.
LinkedIn: I have 3 accounts stolen by LinkedIn, where I published 69 Publications before my first account was suspended. I was an INFLUENCER on LinkedIn before I was targeted by Liz Roberts the Editor of the Nursery World Magazine, who controlled the Nursery World FORUM.
Twitter: Twitter suspended my account after the judgement was put online and Bates Wells Braithwaite get Facebook and Twitter Legal Team to contact me.
Websites: I have invested in platforms from I created my first website http://myvision.org.uk in 2012. I published on G+ using Google AdWords and other social media platforms. My Domain Name was stolen in 2022.
YouTube: I created my first YouTube in 2012 but did not do much until when I created the second channel because of my commitment to working for LEYF. I have since become the victim of YouTube to cover LEYF and cohorts.
Word Press: I created Mervelee Consultancy and Fight4justice on Word Press to keep me focus engaging in my passion.
Who do you want to hear your story and why?
Participant in Research: MM wants persons working in any sectors in the UK and across the world to listen to my story. This is the second miscarriages of justice I experienced after bereavement and losses by the Judiciary of England and Wales to cover for LEYF. Please refer to CASE DISMISSED by Mrs. Gloria Cameron to realise that my experiences are repetition. I was a participant of Dr. Maria Hudson’s Research Paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers.
Conducted Research: I conducted “A Voice of a Child” Research Project for CEO June O’Sullivan of www.leyf.org.uk in August 2010. Latest developments after I enrolled at the UEL www.uel.ac.uk and the actions of Richard Harty led to the conclusion that Men in Childcare without prejudice is responsible for the Abuse Reviews online during the ET/EAT. Richard Harty is the mastermind of “A Voice of a Child and Men in Childcare”. Since he panicked and called my mobile on the 27/9/2021, and removed me from studying, he made sure I cannot access his profile on Google and elsewhere. But I copied my data from the UEL before it was deleted. I also copied information about him from LinkedIn that will prove he is responsible for PAEDOPHILES or ABUSERS jumping ship in the Early Years Sector.
Open Letters: I write Open Letters to 2 UK Prime Ministers David Cameron in 2015 and Theresa May in 2017.
Petition: I applied for an Inquiry in the Early Years Sector, and this was rejected by the UK Government.
Why should WE help to highlight your story?
Nelson Mandela: “The Purpose of Freedom is to Create for Others”: Mervelee’s story is to be highlighted to expose the Systematic Discrimination I experienced 30 years in the UK. How can the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution expect to get away with denying me my ENTITLEMENTS and set out to TRAUMATISE my HUSBAND and me because I refuse to commit SUICIDE to order. As a writer I made use of Social Media creating Community HUBS.
Marcus Garvey: “If we as a people realised the greatness from which we came we would be less likely to disrespect ourselves”. My stories are documented online and therefore, the world must take notes of my letter to LEYF Senior HR Dylis Epton on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14/3/2015 and her response. Those responsible for the Systematic Discrimination at HMCTS, CPS, CJS, IOPC, JCIO, SRA, BSB, CCMCC, MOPAC, CLCC, CESLtd, DBS must be charged and convicted for ABUSE of children, young people and vulnerable adults. Under cover of Richard Harty Men in Childcare that caused him to panic and call my mobile, then kicked me out of university. Windrush 70: I was page one of ITV News for Windrush 70 on the 22 June 2018 ahead of Prime Minister Theresa May. The Prime Minister whose Government rejected my Petition for an Inquiry in the Early Years Sector.
The Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin: I meet the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin at Housing For Women AGM in March 2014 after saying my final goodbyes to my mother on the 22 January 2014. My stories are documented online. I learned listening to Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin’s story that her grandmother and my mother are related.
Nelson Mandela: “I was made by the law a criminal…” When I did not commit SUICIDE and become HCT Group Impact Report Statistics of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment, I was pushed over the edge and made a CRIMINAL after Police was sent to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture.
The Role of the Police: Winsome Duncan who was groomed by Barrister Ryan Clement to find vulnerable BLACK PEOPLE to scam. She stole my MANUSCRIPT and send Police to SECTION me claiming I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. The Police failed to act on my concerns of verbal threats by both. It would have been easier if the terms were explained and clarified. I am keeping records as am tired of what’s happening to me. The GP did not provide all of my diagnosis. The Chronic Anxiety diagnosis was for my OU Health & Social Care examination in July 2006.
I was sent on Medical Suspension and have another report from the Provider. The doctor advised me to seek counselling. Hence I have the Report from the Maudsley NHS 12 sessions in 2016.
The ET Court Management Order results in the detailed Medical Report of 3 Pages from the GP in 2016. In light of the outcome of the ET/EAT perverting the course of justice and presided over the second miscarriages of justice, I refused to be pigeonholed into providing an updated Medical Report from my GP that will not be Reflections of my disabilities.
When I was diagnosed with Chronic Anxiety I could not say I have Parkinson’s disease because I don’t have a Medical Diagnosis. But the EAT was argued re Parkinson’s and I was accused of making up disabilities.
I was not diagnosed with Diabetes until 2012 and I am not sure if I was diagnosed with arthritis. However, after I was assaulted by the Police 3 years after coming to section me from a malicious Report because I was in HTC Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. The GP report stated about my arthritis.
But the GP said the Practice cannot provide me with a Medical Report. I have spent the past 7 years trying to get justice. During this time I have been pushed over the edge having suicidal thoughts. I developed more traumas affecting my mental and Physical impairment. I have to restart my life like am a baby.
Despite sharing my stories, I have been pursued by HMCTS, BSB, SRA, IOPC, JCIO, CCMCC, DBS, CPS, CJS to become a Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. But this is the Protection racket of LEYF that can afford to pay to cover up the Abuse Rings operating out of HOC Nursery. Where practitioners of questionable behaviour are jumping ship into other Early Years Sectors and Ofsted and DBS turn a blind eye whilst targeting me.
Each time I get anyone questioning my integrity, I will provide the evidence that I have been made a victim to cover up the miscarriages of justice by the systems involved in perverting the course of justice. In the end I might use this as my Research. Because I am/was a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers for Dr Maria Hudson. The Mental Health Research for http://www.radar-cns.org. Diabetes www.heal-d.co.uk yet am the one who needs Emotional Regulation Treatment to trap me as 600,000 elderly people say they leave their homes once per week or less.
Going back to Study is another of my holistic Approach to Preventing myself becoming a suicide Statistic. But they will label me #uurica_le in death as in life.

I must start by congratulating Martin for the way he supported me during the interview and for his understanding of my needs from paying attention to what I was saying and the strategies needed to support me. I think you are providing an excellent service and I must congratulate you. Because without the reassurance for Reasonable Adjustment I would not be so confident in starting my studies.
My suggestions are based on my personal experiences of childhood traumas, having a child who was misdiagnosed as being deaf and dumb, dealing with the impact of being judged because of my hidden disabilities, allegations responsible for two nervous breakdowns, accused of making up disabilities, pushed to the edge where I was having suicidal thoughts which clashed with my Christian Upbringing.
The fact I discussed my intention of studying to gain my SEND Teacher Qualification with two professors in 2015 and was endorsed on LinkedIn that has taken away my account is an aspect of how I am made a voiceless vulnerable victim. I discussed my options at the Nursery World Show or Childcare Expo representatives, have information and referred to it once I was advised to go back to studies.
As an older student with disabilities and additional needs it is daunting especially after the seven years that have impacted on my life. There are times when am struggling to even sign in and carry out certain functions. The fact the SYSTEMS spent 7 years making me a victim and now trap me as someone needing Emotional Regulation Treatment makes me determined to venture into RESEARCH as for too long my DISABILITY is used to make me feel like a MONSTER.
I would appreciate if the University can help me to find ways to help others like myself not to lose 7 years of my life fighting with the SYSTEMS to get those who label me to trigger my PTSD to stop paying lip service and treat US with DIGNITY and not DISCRIMINATION to fit their agenda.

I was inspired to start my Fight4justice campaign resulting from the discrimination I experienced after coming back after the death of my MOTHER. I am thinking of extending into Advocacy to give other vulnerable employees and the downtrodden a voice. Without having Social Media and Facebook in particular to document my concerns when no one else spare the time to listen to me, I know I was empowering myself to be my own Therapist.
It has been a long journey of self discoveries, therefore I am not going to become complacent in believing this won’t happen again. This is the second time I am experiencing such discrimination and I am of the views that by sharing my Transitional Journeys I will be able to provide a Support Network for others. I have had to overcome adversities, but I am more than proud of myself that despite the many challenges, giving up was never an option.
I reached rock bottom on many ocassions, but each time I picked myself up, dusted myself off and just got on with living my life to the best of my abilities. The unfair treatments sanctioned by those I trusted meant I eventually had to seek counselling for my Childhood Traumas which led to me experiencing disabilities linked to Mental Health Issues.
I know the only way I can help others is to continue to be honest and open about the issues that affect me and are detrimental to my emotional health and wellbeing. I am viewing all my experiences as yet more transitional developments in this journey call life from birth to death.
One day I hope someone will remember me for doing what’s right by the old fashioned values by which my parents raised me from the time I was born, until their deaths 35 years apart. Hence the reason I would not allow anyone to influence me to do the things that are not right and against the Christian beliefs of my parents. I am a firm believer that God helps those who help themselves. I refuse to sit back idly and expect God alone to do all the work. That’s why I was equipped with a brain.

I came to the UK, leaving on the 6th and arrive on the 7th June 1992. I have been hearing now about matters attributed to me of which I have absolutely no knowledge. In order to move on from this sorrowful debacle that’s threatening to derail my recovery from Mental Health Conditions and Diseases, I have to address the issues and move on. Hopefully this will be just another of my transitional journey and God’s way of showing me my purpose in life.

I have not had any conversationswith anyone about another person’s paternity on the telephone or in person since I live in London from 1992. I don’t have time for any of that kind of foolishness. Believe it or not, some people have to be convinced that Kevin Murray and Valdin Legister are brothers. Oh yes they are the sons of Mervelee Nembhard. And then their fathers in the mix.
Most of the young people in JA, I don’t even know them. I identify some because of resemblance to family members. Case in point and my Facebook memories will show the #EmploymentTribunals that I am a #CREDIBLE_WITNESS. I was greeted at the Airport on my way back from holiday by a young lady who called me by name Ms Nembhard, but I didn’t have a clue who she is until we have the conversation. Lorraine Anglin…. I was her Basic School Teacher. Therefore when LEYF Nurseries talking claptrap about #UURICA_LE, I will show them with the Reviews of #IngridCurvijaTownsend #JuliaElizabethGould and #JyotiSharma on their website
Because of the discrimination I face in the UK from the time I decided to take a stance against employers who were breaching the Powers of their Authorities, my Mental Health Conditions were affected and my career destroy. So I found solace and comfort in writing about my experiences. I never breach any protocols. I tried to be sensitive to the needs of others at all times. Because I know about the impact of Discrimination on others, especially if they are vulnerable. Some subjects are taboo as far as I am concerned. I believe in letting sleeping dogs Lie, unless it is necessary to wake them.
I talked about my DNA, deficits and Limitations relating to my families over which I have no control. We don’t have a choice about who our #Parents are. So yes my Father was struck down with Parkinson’s from an early age. It’s years later I learned more relevant information that help me understand about my multiple identities and what makes me tic. Believe me I am trying to make amends for some of my transgressions. But if each time I take a step forward, those I’m expecting to support and guide me put me at the back of the line…? I won’t be able to finish the #Legacy started by my Papa #IS_NEMBHARD?
I don’t know much about my Mother’s family because she wasn’t much of a talker and storyteller like Papa. It was left to Ms Connie Legister and my big Breda Mass Balis to fill in the gaps. By then there was not much I could do but write the story of Perline Louise Nembhard life so people could get a bigger picture of the #StrongWoman who was our MOTHER. But for each time I am trying to pick myself up, I get knocked back down by those I’m relying on then….
I put myself to finding ways of using my love for writing to tell stories creating #Legacy. But it seems nothing I do please some. So they set up their network to bring me down to their levels. I have been hearing the stories and I tried to rise above them. But I think it’s time for me to let those responsible know I am aware of the dangerous games that they have been playing over the years. Like any human being, teeth and tongue will meet but my Papa say it’s what happened after the they meet that’s important in the resolution of the meeting. I learned from experience not to always let the left know what the right is doing. For those of you taking me for an idiot. I would suggest it’s time to stop
And for those of you trawling through my social media to find the dirt and know that my breda Ervin Nembhard have our disagreements. We will always be having our disagreements and taking time out to heal the wounds. We are the way we are because of who our #Parents are ok. We have our don’t talk to our each other moments. He has to prove that he is more intelligent than his big sister curtsey of a High School education. But don’t let what you see playing out in public fool you. I will kick his Arse when I have to. That’s why I am giving him the time to cool off. He is too hot headed and act before thinking. That’s why I am leaving him to stew. Because he didn’t get the firm upbringing from Papa that the rest of us got. By the time he was 3 years old Papa was sick and died when he was 13 years old. I his big sister Mervelee Ratty Nembhard and Amly Decosie Nembhard were playing the role of Mother and Father to him. Why you think they call him WASHY? Whilst I Ratty Nembhard put Ervin Nembhard on time out, if any of you think you are Mama Lou and Mass Ivan, fass in my business and you will hear? Blood is thicker than water. But Ervin Nembhard need to be taken down a rung or two off that ladder before he fall off and bruck him F.U.C.King neck?
I will end now by saying that no one can’t plan for me. So when I write my Facebook messages, the recipient know themselves. So don’t go read out my business and start spreading rumours all over the place. Then trying to put me in people’s bad book, mek dem have me up in dem stomach and the belly dem have wid the baby can’t born. Time fi di baby born come look like #ugly Ratty. I know I am beautiful inside and out.
Mr Taylor will reveal himself when the time is right. From I was born out of my MOTHER belly when she gone to market. Now I have an Album with Funeral photos on my Facebook, they were missed. But me asking about Mr T, was spotted immediately. Lord please send me some more revelations about where my life is heading from here? I am going to tidy my kitchen and get some rest. I need to get some work done. But until I can get started, it’s hard. But all parts of my Disabilities and one I have to live with.

Now I need to get to my kitchen to cook for my husband. He is so blessed, he will be 95 in March. I count myself privilege to have my family and friends as part of my #supportnetwork. The counselling I received at the Maudsley Hospital help me understand she had to be strong otherwise she would not have survived
I am here running my #1woman_show. I was born on the 19th May 1956 on Ackbersingh property going from Townhead Cross Road towards Ground Road. I moved to #GaGaStreet age 4+ years. That’s where I still call home and will be retiring to God’s willing? I intend to take back control of my life and stopping people using me as scapegoat because of my #VULNERABILITY. Too many have taken my kindness for weakness. And taken advantage of my naivety for, far too long. I hate rejection, but I guess I am learning to live with it and don’t let it bother me too much. WE are indeed an Awesome Family who will always be there for Each Other. Tom’s Heart is more at Peace now. The last time he saw his Big Breda Percy was Easter of 1956 when he left from his home in Kingston to come to England.

I have a proposal that I would like support with from VMBS. It’s to do with my experiences and what happened to my husband years ago.
My husband Is 97 and I am 61, all I need is some Technology skills to produce the story. This way we can go a long way in showing how VMBS is empowering others in breaking down the barriers of discrimination causing exclusion.
I am willing to fund the project if VMBS will help with promotions. All proceeds will be ploughed back in Charities in Jamaica. From Early Childhood to Special Educational Needs.
I have connections in Jamaica and am returning, God’s willing when my duty here is finished.

I have worked with gangs drugs and substance misuses and I have changed many young black men life by encouraging back into education and training. My manager used to asked me what I do to the family, she said they listened to you and worked well with you. I am asking you not to get down hearted or upbeat with the establishment because I can truly say most of organisations is institutional racist. Older Bloke says he is Romanian & that’s all he can Communicate. Young Bloke tells me he is 15 & showing me with his Fingers & Fist. I trying to Communicate with Makaton & Signing!
Asked permission to take photos & gave each sum cash. Tom said I must not give away Money because I am not working. But to see the joys on their Faces was Enough for me & they Sung & Played for their Money.

Thank you so much for participating in the workshops to discuss whether Hate Crime categories should be expanded to include homelessness. I wanted to give you a quick update, and to let you know that Crisis have heard the audio recordings and the testimonies, and have decided to prepare a response to the Law Review consultation that:
Calls for the Hate Crime categories to be expanded to include homelessness
Highlights the further work that will be needed to make a difference, including building trust with the police, and building awareness and understanding of the issue and rights that people experiencing such crimes would have under the law.
The consultation response won’t be submitted until mid January, as Crisis are taking advice on how the legal case can be best made in their response to the Law Commission, and to develop recommendations on the work that would be needed for any change in the law to make a real difference.
Above all, there is a recognition that the kinds of abuse and experiences that were discussed in the workshops are unacceptable, and a change in the law would be a step to recognise this.
We will keep you updated on how this progresses. Thank you so much for being involved in these sessions which covered such difficult experiences – it’s great that your views have clearly informed the position that Crisis will take on this issue.

Let me get to the nitty gritty of why I am pissed off with the Employment Tribunals Laws and Legislations and all manner of evil that they used to keep strong minded people who don’t put up with crap in their place. When Mr AETomlinson came to this UK in 1956, he was his own boss in Jamaica. He owned property and doing his own business. But once he came here and have ambitions to make supn of himself that was another story. He got knocked down several times but he rise to the challenges each time. Until once when he reached rock bottom and applied for a Mortgage, he was greeted with “Mr Tomlinson, you have a small illusion that one day you can become a Property Tycoon”? Surfice it to say, he went and got the loan for the mortgage at the highest rates. That’s why when people come to me with their stupid advice, I honestly don’t want to know. From my ex-husband Mr Myers pulled the rug from under my feet and I was homeless, I was in the Refuge until I got this place. I am not moving into anybody’s place again for niether love nor money. When I get back to Jamaica God’s willing, I am going back to my Comfort Zone, my Yard a GaGa Street. That’s why I will be forever telling stories about the evil that is LEYF Nurseries. My 2 #husbands past and present. I never deal with Toy Boys, give me my Sugar Daddy any day. But the honest truths was I was always searching for my Father who I lost to Parkinson’s. I have finally come to terms with losing my Papa, but not yet my Mama.
Now I have to tell the story about why today has had such a profound effects on me. When Mr T and I got together, he wanted to do so much for me. Starting my own business, encouraging me to learn to drive to buy me a car, etc, etc… But I could do none of those things because of my DNA and the childhood traumas that affected my transitional developments from the time my Father was struck down with Parkinson’s Disease. So yes there are lots of things I will never be able to do that others take as the norms. Throughout my ordeals at BIB, HOC and New Cross LEYF Nurseries, the incident that affected me the most was what #MarionBreslin done to me one day. When I was at Luton Street I have a Contingency Plan, part of the Reasonable adjustments to help me carry out normal day to day activities. That means I asked for flexible working to help me to be able to work full time and being my husband’s carer. All this was removed with my transfer. During the height of the time when my childhood traumas was triggered into PTSD, Tom was having hypos every day. This morning in particylar, I was on the early shift and I just manged to get Tom out of the hypo and give him his breakfast. I rushed out to get to work on time, because already the noose was tightening around my neck. I could not even get time out to attend NHS Appointments. I asked the stupid idiot if I could be allowed to call my husband to check and find out if he was ok. She pretended as if she didn’t hear me. Knowing that she might miscontrued the check to mean going home, I rephrase the narratives. Believe me that gal didn’t allow me to call my husband until I went on my break. So I was working and worrying what if…? Thats why the judgement at https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years… will have to be looked at to see how the judges were influenced via terrorism to make such a mistake after 5 m,onths of deliberation. Now the seriousness has been taken out of the matter, Mr Tom is home and he is eating his food. In response to this, I’ll have to acknowledge my changes of Fortune since the biggest bust up with my #Husband. Then when I realised what was happening, I was already stuff up like the proverbial turkey. I am trying to extricate myself and end up out of the frying pan into the fire.
But I carry out, still believing in human nature. I got knocked down each time I try getting back up. I realise my brand of work was play Jah rise in the making of CAught in the Act. But the biggest shock was being told that my grammar is so bad and my Manuscript was shelved and #WinsomeDuncan want to write her story as my book.

I have the Police and IOPC at the Small Claims Court.
