Listen to Dr Phil Gregory before he came to my house with his African Nurse on 21st November 2024. He claims he was concerned about my WELFARE. He tried forcing me to turn off the recording I was doing. Made mention about Policies and Procedures and Confidentiality. Well, I did not sign any confidentiality, and I was never given any P&P. I chased him out of my house without crossing over my BANNER. I don’t do PHYSICAL only VERBAL and knows what tone of voice to use with people like Dr Phil Gregory who is very much like Debbie Gilchrist and Joe Hooper.
The fact I was on the Housing Ombudsman Zoom on 20th November 2024 is proof that Dr Phil Gregory might be working across the board from www.leyf.org.uk to Housing for Women based on the email from Devonshires Solicitors LLP to my Solicitors. On reflections it seems as if Devonshires Solicitors LLP are using the same underhand tactics used on Stephen Agera to resign on this Solicitors “Without Prejudice”.
Let me make it clear that Dr Phil Gregory is NOT MERVELEE MYERS PSYCHIATRIST according to Devonshires Solicitors LLP. I was not prescribed any medication and is not on treatment. For the letter dated 18 December 2024 to say that the DEFENDANT is indicating that she is willing to engage with TREATMENT is as FALSE as Dr Phil Gregory’s REPORT. I was given information about RESPIREDONE and asked to see my GP. The Solicitor is aware I am without a GP, so who prescribed the MEDICATION?
I must advise the Solicitors to RELEASE my Medical FILE to the Court so DJ Beecham can see my ENGAGEMENTS with TREATMENT for my MENTAL and PHYSICAL Impairments from I was diagnosed with Chronic Anxiety on the 18 July 2006. Because the fact I was sent POSSESSION letter in July 2024 will have bearings on the case on 7 May 2025. I called Narin Masera on 17th July date husband signed his last WILL. https://youtu.be/F5kQOYWYSPQ?si=QRHZkqS3Ct2TfpLS

I would appreciate in the future if I am consulted before making me a SCAPEGOAT. Because Dr Phil Gregory went to YouTube using PRIVACY to remove my video when he called covering his TRACKS. Well let Dr Phil Gregory know he sounds like Richard Harty and I will be publishing my RESEARCH about him in 2025.

Housing for Women appears in ITV Documentary about domestic abuse Housing for Women was pleased to be featured in an ITV documentary on domestic abuse, led by HRH Queen Camilla. The programme, which aired on ITV and ITVX on 11th November, highlighted the voices of survivors and advocates working to end this crisis. During her visit to one of our refuges, Queen Camilla met with a survivor who was rebuilding her life with the organisationโs support. The Queen also spoke with our team about the vital services they delivered to help women escape violence and abuse. Zaiba Qureshi, Chief Executive of Housing for Women, said: โWe were very pleased to contribute to this crucial conversation and to have HM Queen Camilla visit our refuge services. Domestic abuse is an issue that affects many, and it was essential that survivor voices were amplified and given a platform to be heard. We hoped this documentary would raise awareness and give courage to those experiencing abuse to seek help.โ You can still catch the documentary on ITVX. Weโre pleased to share that after a year of working together, weโve seen great results in supporting our residents and managing rental income. Hereโs what weโve achieved together: Better rent collection Since December 2023, the number of tenants in arrears has dropped by 41, and arrears have been reduced by ยฃ93,000. This is thanks to Touchstoneโs proactive support for our tenants. Growing the team Touchstone has added an Income Officer, Lucy Turner, to help provide even more support to residents. If you have any questions about your account, you can call Lucy directly on 01225 259274. You can also email h4w@touchstoneresi.co.uk. Ethel Fosu, Head of Housing, said: Weโre proud of partnership with Touchstone and the positive impact it has made for our customers and our team. Together, weโre working to keep homes safe and affordable for women in need. If you have any questions or need help, please reach out to Touchstone or our Housing Team. Staying connected Touchstone has responded to 4,840 contacts from residents and made 7,158 calls, texts, and emails to offer help, reminders, and support for timely rent payments. You said, we did! Our action We heard your concerns about anti-social behaviour at one of our properties, which included issues such as drug dealing, prostitution, and excessive noise. In response, we acted quickly, working with the Police and residents in the property to manage the situation. Together, we gathered the evidence needed to take the matter to court. In November, we were granted possession of the flat in question. This means the anti-social behaviour has stopped and we can now re-let the flat to someone in need of a home, giving them the chance to contribute positively to the community. This outcome was only possible thanks to the fantastic joint working between residents, our team, and the police. It shows what we can achieve when we all work together in partnership. Building trust on YouTube: โCaptured with a cameraโ disclosure
Itโs important for viewers to trust what they see on YouTube. That’s why youโll find the “Captured with a camera” disclosure in the โHow this content was madeโ section in the expanded description of some videos. It signifies that the creator used specific technology to verify their video’s origin and confirm its audio and visuals havenโt been altered. This, along with our policy on altered and synthetic content, is part of YouTubeโs efforts to increase transparency.
How it works
Verification technology: To get this additional disclosure, creators must use specific technology (certain cameras, software, or mobile apps) that attaches secure metadata to the piece of content. This metadata verifies the video’s origin and whether or not its audio and visuals have been altered.
C2PA standards: This technology is based on an open standard for content origin and authenticity developed by the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA). This standard allows users ways to understand the authenticity and origin of different types of media like images, videos, and audio.
How to get โCaptured with a cameraโ disclosure
For โcaptured with a cameraโ to appear in the expanded description, creators must use tools with built-in C2PA support (version 2.1 or higher) to capture their videos. This allows the tools to add special information, metadata, to the video file, confirming its authenticity. YouTube will relay the information that the content was โCaptured with a camera,โ and apply the disclosure when it detects this metadata. The content must also not have edits to sound or visuals. This disclosure indicates that the content was captured using a camera or other recording device with no edits to sounds or visuals.
What edits to avoid
To ensure the โCaptured with a cameraโ can be applied, avoid these types of edits:
Edits that break the chain of provenance, or make it impossible to trace the video back to its original source. For example, if you capture an image with C2PA metadata and then save it to your phone’s photo album that doesnโt support C2PA v2.1 or higher, that may break the chain of provenance.
Significant alterations to the video’s core nature or content, including its sounds or visuals.
Edits that make the video incompatible with C2PA standards (version 2.1 and above).
Limitations
โCaptured with a cameraโ only appears if a creator opts to use C2PA technology during filming. If itโs missing, it doesnโt mean the content has modified audio or visuals.
The metadata that leads to a โCaptured with a cameraโ disclosure is made by a 3rd party (for example, a camera manufacturer). This means there is some risk that someone could take a photo of another screen showing synthetic content. Because the other screen shows an image that has been modified, it wouldnโt be eligible for the โCaptured with a cameraโ disclosure. This issue is called โair-gapping.โ Camera manufacturers will continue to develop detection measures to prevent โair-gapping,โ but the sophistication of those detection measures may vary in the near term.

The above which the Southwark Older Adults Community Mental Health team falls under will be exposed by Mervelee Myers. Have you considered how Mervelee Myers is responsible for protecting the NHS resources from misuse working at Kngs College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust April 2003 to 2008 when I resigned with the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother WALFORD BYRON ALBURNEY NEMBHARD with Colon Cancer? As for threatening behaviour I will stick with Dr Phil Gregory at the moment. As for abusive behaviour did you know that Dr Phil Gregory and his African Nurse visited my home on the 21st Novemmber 2024? Maybe you want to ask him about his threatening and abusive behaviour captured on YouTube LIVE. Don’t worry I refuse to waste my time and will advise you to find my platforms for updates.

Mervelee Myers is firmly of the view that I am entitled to be treated with RESPECT from the NHS. Let me quote the founder of the NHS Nye Bevan “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means”. I am assuming I was kicked out of Silverlock Medical Centre on the 5th December 2024 by the dictates of Dr Phil Gregory because I refused from taking the RESPIREDONE. I know for a fact he has been in contact with the solicitors. I was recording when he called threatening me to remove contents from social media.
Dear Ms Myers
I refer to our telephone conversations earlier today and thank you for taking the time to talk to me and consider the advice given.
As discussed, please see relevant email correspondence below regarding the issue of the forthcoming hearings in the proceedings.
As confirmed, counsel does not require you to attend the hearing on Monday, 9th December and depending on the outcome of the hearing I will udpate you as to whether the trial hearing will be taking place on Friday, 13th December.
Please keep me updated regarding the prescription of the recommended medication and when you hear back from Dr Phil Gregory.
Kind regards
Mr Sola Obajuluwa Solicitor

Dear Sirs,
Further to your email below are you able to confirm your clientโs treatment plan further to the diagnosis of a non-organic psychosis? MM Response: https://youtu.be/pgI02uOLUAY?si=-axM3XY664jqIXWW this is Mervelee Myers involved in Kings College London RADAR-CNS after the 12 sessions at the Maudsley NHS with Trainee Counsellor Laura Tinsley. I completed 2 years research and was involved with other projects about Mental Health.
We note a video posted online in which your client appears to be advising her psychiatrist, Dr Phil Gregory, that his diagnosis is โnot herโ and it is her โneighbourโ that needs help, so that she not does not murder MM or โdamageโ her. MM Response: The evidence about the breaking of the glass to the Communal Door on the 13th December 2021 must be considered. The fact that the Police who was sent as EMERGENCY left claiming I was shouting, and the act was not MALICIOUS because I locked Mss Gilchrist out is key to why Ms Gilchrist continued making MALICIOUS reports resulting in me having to attend Croydon Magistrates 3 times. I also had to attend Walworth Police Station for INTERVIEW when my husband and I got SEPARATED. The Police is still investigating the MATTER. I was locked out on the 23 October 2024 and only got entry because Paul Morgan was with me. As an EYFS Coordinator SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator in my last employment I did training โUNDERSTANDING STATUTORY ASSESSMENTโ in 2009. The fact I was offered the job of SENCO for ยฃ46-55,000.00 by Smart Teachers in 2021 from an old CV from 2015 in proof I continued training despite my ENTITLEMENTS denied. District Bell requested the Psychiatric Assessment which I did on the 15th April 2024 after the death of my husband. This is the ASSESSMENT that the court requested. As stated in the conversation between me and Dr Phil Gregory his report is not factual. Why did he want me to meet with him to correct his mistakes to send to the solicitor? I will be relying on my CONTRIBUTIONS to British Values from the time I had the first nervous breakdown at Kings College London and started FUNDRAISING for CHARITIES to prove that Dr Gregoryโs DIAGNOSIS is a DISTORTATION of me. Dr Gregory visited my home on the 21st November 2024 with the nurse unannounced and upon inviting him in, demanding that I stopped my RECORDING. He claimed he was concerned about my WELFARE. I was on the Housing Ombudsman Zoom on the 20th November 2024 because I am a member of the โCustomer Panelโ. I was sent email from H4W for opportunity to be on the โCustomer Panelโ recruitment. I was the โMinute Takerโ for the H4W Customer Scrutiny Panel that was disbanded in 2020. That is how Ms H Presley became aware that H4W was discriminating against me because Hermoine Cameron was ADVOCATING on my behalf online. Ms Cameron visited me at home twice. The same way HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment was used by Barrister Ryan Clement and Winsome Duncan to send Police to SECTION me. That I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. I showed Dr Gregory the BOOK and explained how this was misconstrued and used against me. IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE was signed at the launch of โA New Met for Londonโ by Sir Mark Rowley. A month after District Judge Sterlini labelled me a โVIOLENT NUISANCEโ without me knowing about the INJUNCTION proceedings started in the court from 24th July 2023. The month I was sent POSSESSION letter, and I was having CRISIS which were posted online as a โContent Creatorโ. DJ Sterlini is listed with DJ Rand and DJ Zimmell for striking out my claim with Winsome Duncan that reached โTelephone Conciliationโ.
She says she will not be taking any medication and considers it an โentrapmentโ to make her โunable to functionโ and that she will edit his report. MM Response: Based on Dr Maria Hudson research paper โThe Experience of Multiple Discriminationโ for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS that I was a participant in. The RADAR-CNS MM Response: https://youtu.be/pgI02uOLUAY?si=-axM3XY664jqIXWW at Kings College London. Diabetes HEAL-D research. My Report to The Guardian Is Modern Slavery Thriving in the UK. Endorsed by Professors Chris Pascal and Tony Bertram on LinkedIn after meeting them at Middlesex University. LEYF Big Childcare Conversation when I told them I intend to get my SEND Teacher qualification before returning to Jamaica. I was kicked out of the UEL after Richard Harty called my mobile on the 27th September 2021. We must therefore, link the โSystemic Discriminationโ because when I conducted the โA Voice of a Childโ research project for LEYF CEO June OโSullivan in August 2010 after I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper I had no knowledge who was responsible for them.
Please see the following link to the video: MM Response: EQUALITY ACT 2010 Protected Characteristics.
If you listen carefully, you will understand that I was called by Dr Phil Gregory because I did not attend the appointment, I requested to discuss the information for the recommended MEDICATION. I was unable to attend because I had to call the AMBULANCE out again and was taken to A&E. I am telling Dr Gregory that the neighbours continuing to TRIGGER me with their UNREASONABLE BEHAVIOURS which is the NORM especially when they realised am not well. Dr Gregory always calling on PRIVATE number and because I am getting CYBERBULLYING online and via my home phone and mobile, I do not always answer PRIVATE/WITHHELD calls. If you listen carefully, you will hear me correcting Dr Gregory about some minor mistakes that I would not be expecting from people I MENTORED in my job. Dr Gregory breached the Protected Characteristics. He didnโt just leave it there he got YouTube involved. YouTube is all I have left to share my stories.
As you are aware the injunction order dated 01 August 2023 appears to have had little to no effect on your clientโs behaviour, which in some respects only escalated. MM Response: How about us take some FACTORS into account? 1. What happened during July 2023 when I was sent POSSESSION? 2. Why was I not informed about the INJUNCTION and the HEARINGS from 24th July to 1st August 2023? 3. Meeting Nigel Pearce at Elim House 4. A New Met for London launch 2nd September 2023 in Brixton. 5. Asking to volunteer to help bring back the TRUST of the BAME Community. 6. Childhood Traumas of DISABILITIES and POVERTY from CRISIS after POSSESSION letter. 7. Celebrating my only Aunt 90th birthday born on the same date as my father and uncle. Reminded that Winsome Duncan used the fact she was born on the same date to SCAM me and send Police to SECTION me. Seeing DJ Sterlini label me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. 8. Mimi Owusu 12 pages โWitness Statementโ detailing her part in DISCRIMINATION with Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. 9. Becoming a VICTIM of my HUSBANDโS FAMILY. 10. Isolated in Alma Grove. 11. I was not in Court on 20th December 2023, I had a Mental Health REVIEW at the GP.
RADAR-CNS Kings College London
She now appears unwilling to engage in treatment, whilst her behaviour continues to seriously impact the health and wellbeing of her neighbours and staff at H4W and Devonshires. MM Response: This is not fact, otherwise I would not have the information for the Medication and made the appointment to discuss with Dr Gregory and the Nurse. My view on MEDICATION is public however, the sudden appearance of Dr Gregory who used his CHARMS to visit my home is cause for ALARM. The report of Joseph and the Psychiatric ASSESSMENT requested by DJ Bell are CRUCIAL. Dr Gregoryโs DIAGNOSIS is based on HEARSAY and MISINTERPRETATION. The RECORDS of the Police FAILURES to act from 30th October 2017 when they came to SECTION me from Winsome Duncan Malicious Report. 30th November 2020 when they came under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture to MURDER me to say I committed SUICIDE the MOPAC response of Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb must be examined. The Police and Ambulance RECORDS must be taken in EVIDENCE based on Dr Phil Gregory DIAGNOSIS that whatever I am saying is in my HEAD.
Amended Housing Act 1988 & Eviction Act 1977
The Met Police
We further note videos in which she claims to be barricading herself in her property for fear that Police or other organisations will kill her, or where she claims not to be eating or opening curtains. MM Response: The Met Police failed me from they came to SECTION me from a malicious report made by Winsome Duncan. The Police and Ambulance Service turned up at my home on the 30th October 2017. I have proof of the NEGLIGENCE by the POLICE from then to date. Some of these visits can be put in the same category as members of the BAME COMMUNITY who were MURDERED or HARMED as in the case of Cherry Grouse son who I recorded speaking about his experience as a child.
Threatened with EVICTION
I was threatened with EVICTION by Peju Awoye via telephone on 7/6/2022 because Barclays stole my money on the day I was called by Richard Harty who later kicked me out of UEL. My account was closed whilst I was locked in the bank for over an hour waiting for the Police. I was told by Debbie Thomas who since turned against me that Ms Gilchrist told her H4W wanted me out.
The SEND Code of Conduct
Her online blog has occasionally referred to suicide, although the psychiatristโs report states she has said she will not act on this and cites her religious beliefs as a protective factor. MM Response: As the EYFS Coordinator SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator in my last job. And a volunteer and fundraiser working in partnerships with organisations. I must lay this matter of SUICIDE to rest. Let me mention CAROLINE FLACK as a celebrity who committed SUICIDE. As an expert authority on subjects from the cradle to the grave EARLY INTERVENTION is KEY. I repeat SUICIDE is MISCONTRUED because my photograph is across from 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment. Refer to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 where this started. Winsome Duncan introduced me to her employment barrister, Ryan Clement who groomed her to find vulnerable black people for them to target. He used the statistic to make me a VICTIM. I explained this to Dr Phil Gregory and the solicitor. DJ Bell sends 7 claims to CLCC 2019 including that of Ryan Clement judgement was passed. Am still waiting to be aid. Why is there only FOCUS on the SUICIDE and not my EARLY INTERVENTION as an EXPERT AUTHORITY on SUBJECTS from the CRADLE to the GRAVE?
Elder Abuse & Mental Health Act
Nevertheless, our client has made multiple referrals to adult safeguarding. MM Response: Did Mimi Owusuโs 12 pages โWitness Statementโ the reasons for the REFERRALS to โADULT SAFEGUARDING?โ If so the EQUALITY ASSESSOR for the case will have address because no offer of help was forthcoming from the time, I write to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton on the eve of โMothering Sundayโ 14 March 2015 am DERESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE. My BOOK is just one of the types of evidence I am expecting to be used. I gave copies to the solicitor, barrister, Joseph and Dr Phil Gregory that they should have used as reference about whether I am making up things.
Carer October 2015 to April 2024
Why were there no support during the 10 years I was struggling with denied ENTITLEMENTS and caring for my HUSBAND. Were there concerns and if they were why did no one help?
Bereavements & Losses
Is the court aware of the impacts of bereavements and losses on me and how the POSSESSION letter triggered my PTSD?
Entrapment
Please can you urgently confirm her treatment plan and whether she intends to engage with the same. MM Response: The INJUNCTION is an ENTRAPMENT and to prove this I will mention some facts that can be found in the PUBLIC DOMAIN: 1. Dear Sirs
We refer to the above matter and further to our email of 18/10/2024 below.
Please see attached medical review of Dr Phil Gregory, Consultant Psychiatrist dated 1/11/2024.
Kind Regards,
MM Response: Dr Phil Gregory can be heard accepting that his MEDICAL REVIEW was not factual. I was not aware that Dr Phil Gregory was involved in the Psychiatric ASSESSMENT for the court. I was assessed on the 15th Aril 2024 and that is the TRUTH about who is MERVELEE MYERS. Further evidence can be collected online from my various engagements working, participating in research or from my BLOGS and other social media platforms.

Please see initial assessment report of Joseph Mukuba Community Psychiatric Nurse dated 08/10/2024. Also attached is the letter for an appointment with Dr Phil Gregory Consultant Psychiatrist on 16 October 2024.
We were provided with the same by our client during our appointment with her held yesterday.
Following the appointment with Dr Phil Gregory on Wednesday, he has scheduled a further appointment on 25 October to take place at her home address so that he can factor in her living circumstances and day to day experiences.
While we rely on the initial assessment report we would also seek to rely on any further report prepared by Dr Gregory.
Even on the basis of the initial assessment report we say that it is more likely than not that our client suffers from a disability, consequently we invite you to agree that an Equality Act assessor is required.
We should be grateful for your urgent response as to whether or not you agree so if need be we will apply to Court for an Equality Act assessor to be appointed. MM Response: Based on the continuing DEFAMATION about MERVELEE MYERS during the BEREAVEMENT and LOSS of my husband that has profound impact on my MENTAL and PHYSICAL HEALTH I am requesting that An EQUALITY ACT ASSESSOR is required. This is because Dr Phil Gregoryโs report is not FACTUAL, and he has furthered continued to breach my RIGHTS by calling me to meet with him to fix the errors in the report. He has admitted to knowingly omitting facts and not aware of how to transmit the REPORT to me except by post. Since he only knew it could be sent by posts why is it signed ELECTIONALICAL? Dr Gregory also abused his AUTHORITY when talking to my son. Another glaring mistake is the fact Dr Gregory is using CRB instead of DBS.

Matron Yamu Njie, Patricia Ikhena, Ward Leader Byron Ward, Dr Ambika Irving, Byron Ward Consultant, and the Security Team at Kingโs College Hospital have investigated your concerns, and it is with this information that I am responding to you. I have addressed your concerns in line with how you have raised them. Your husband was admitted on 9th March 2024, with generalised weakness, hypothermia, and confusion. On reviewing Mr Tomlinson in the Emergency Department (ED), it was noted he was confused and therefore not able to provide a good clinical history. He was transferred to Annie Zunz Ward and later moved to Byron Ward on 10th March 2024. During a visit whilst on Byron Ward you found Mr Tomlinson sliding out of bed and were alarmed that the nurse did not seem to notice. I am very sorry for the distress caused; this is not the practice we expect from our staff. Staff are expected to regularly check on patients especially those unable to independently manage their activities of daily living. This would include repositioning the patient, checking their toileting needs, and offering drinks. My sincere apologies that this did not happen on 2 3446
this occasion. This has been discussed at daily handovers on the ward since your complaint, to reiterate to staff the need for regular checks on patients who need additional support. I am sorry that you felt the situation required you to video events on Byron Ward. Family and carers should have confidence that our staffs are providing appropriate, patient-centred care at all times which should include adequate supervision. I apologise if you felt that this was not the case in this instance.
You mentioned that the nurse looking after Mr Tomlinson became abusive to you when you started filming him. I am sorry that you felt the nurse responded inappropriately. As part of the investigation, the nurse was interviewed, and CCTV was reviewed. During the interview with the nurse, he explained that he felt uncomfortable being filmed hence requested for you to stop filming and delete the video. No combative behaviour was evident on the part of the nurse. The nurse went on to explain that he was concerned that your recording might breach the privacy and dignity of other patients on the ward. It is appropriate for our staff to advocate for other patients. Since he felt uneasy, he reported the issue to Betty, the Nurse in Charge. Recording our staff without their consent constitutes a breach of our policies regarding privacy and recording in our facility. We take the privacy and rights of our employees very seriously, and such actions are not permissible. We kindly ask that you refrain from recording any staff members in the future and respect their privacy.
Betty arrived at Mr Tomlinsonโs bedside to ensure he was more comfortable and made an attempt to diffuse the situation. Unfortunately, this led to an altercation between you and Betty. Other nursing staff reported that you were raising your voice, and they were concerned about the other patients in the room. Speaking with Nurse Betty, she explained that she was unable to de-escalate the situation. Nurse Betty does not recall shouting at you, but does remember asking you to calm down. You asked her to leave the room. In order to respect your request, she did so but, for the safety of her staff and patients, she had to contact Security to ask for their support. The care group is undertaking a review of incidents where staff escalate to Security in order to diffuse situations. They have identified that the escalation process for these situations needs to be clearer and shared with our staff. The staff directly involved on this occasion have been reminded that this could have been handled differently. A call to more senior nursing staff on duty would have been more appropriate before involving security staff. I apologise that this was not considered at the time as it may have resolved things sooner.
Encounter with Security
Encounter with Security
You raised concerns about the security staffโs response when they assisted you to leave the hospital premises. I am sorry that you felt you were manhandled. However, after carefully reviewing the footage captured by the body-worn video cameras (BWVCs) worn by our security staff, it is evident that they maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the incident. Despite facing personal and derogatory remarks from you, including racist comments directed towards them and accusations 3 3446
of being a paedophile, the security staff remained composed and focused on their responsibilities.
The footage clearly depicts the security staff calmly explaining to you the reasons for their intervention and subsequent request for you to leave, which was initiated at the request of the nursing staff due to their concerns regarding your behaviour. After initially walking off the ward, you stopped, so two security staff briefly assisted you to move forward by holding your arms. When you refused to cooperate, they promptly released their hold upon reaching the lift lobby, allowing you to proceed unaided into the lift.
Additionally, the security staff can be heard confirming with nursing staff, prior to you leaving, that your departure would not impact the patient’s care, ensuring that the situation was handled with consideration for all involved parties. Furthermore, when you were in the lift lobby, you mentioned leaving your coat in the patient’s room, the security staff promptly retrieved it from the nursing staff and returned it to you without any indication of interference or theft.
We are sorry that you felt discriminated against or harassed, the security staff aimed to ensure your safety, the safety of your husband, and the ward staff.
It has been reported that you used inappropriate language, including racist slurs, which is completely unacceptable.
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment for our employees, patients, and their relatives. Such language not only violates our policies but also undermines the values we stand for as an organisation. We ask that you refrain from using any form of discriminatory language in the future.
Discharge arrangements
Mr Tomlinson was first seen by the consultant Dr Irving on Byron Ward on 14th March and you were contacted by her later that day. You confirmed that you wanted Mr Tomlinson to come home for end-of-life care and so this remained the plan from the ward team. The occupational therapy team spoke to you again on 18th March to confirm your understanding of the plan for discharge. On 20th March, the team were told the existing package of care had been cancelled on Mr Tomlinsonโs admission to Kingโs and so the team sent a new request for care to Southwark Social Services. This was for two carers to come four times per day, which is the maximum support social services can offer.
On 22nd March the ward staff received a call from your husbandโs social worker to say she had spoken with you. The social worker asked the ward team to contact you as she was worried that you seemed overwhelmed by the situation and the discharge plans. Dr Irving called you later that day to go through your concerns and you expressed that the equipment that had been ordered had not yet arrived, but that also you were not happy for your husband to remain at home on his own in case 4 3446
you needed to go out to attend appointments. Dr Irving suggested a care home as an alternate place of care in this case and you agreed this may be more suitable for you. A decision was therefore made for Mr Tomlinson to be fast-tracked (an urgent request for a place to be found) to a nursing home the following week; both you and Trevor (Mr Tomlinsonโs son) were in agreement.
The paperwork for the Fast Track was sent on 26th March. The ward were asked to provide some more information before the funding was approved. This was sorted out by Dr Irving. The fast-track paperwork was approved on 28th March. The team awaited feedback about which nursing homes had availability.
On 3rd April, Mr Tomlinson deteriorated, and it was felt he was in the last days of his life. Tower Bridge care home was due to assess him that day. Trevor was updated that Mr Tomlinson may not be well enough to transfer, and the chaplain was contacted. On 4th April the clinical team contacted you and explained that Mr Tomlinson was likely approaching the last days of his life. It was explained that Tower Bridge care home had felt Mr Tomlinson was too unwell for transfer and that he was at high risk of deteriorating, perhaps dying, in transport if he was moved at that point. You understood this and acknowledged that Mr Tomlinson was likely โno longer aware of his surroundingsโ and would not have wanted to die in transport. It was agreed that if your husband remained stable, then the team could always restart discussions with the care home with a view to discharging him there if he stabilised. You were happy with this plan and said you were due to visit later that day.
Mr Tomlinson did not become more stable and sadly passed away at 06:30hrs on 8th April.
The nurses tried to reach you several times by telephone finally contacting you at 10:29hrs to inform you of Mr Tomlinsonโs passing; you said you would come to the ward as soon as possible.
Later that morning at 11:58hrs the ward manager tried contacting you but there was no answer on any of your known contact numbers. Mr Tomlinsonโs son was at his fatherโs bedside, and he advised the team of other contact details. Three alternative numbers were provided and tried but they either reached voicemail or failed to connect.
In most circumstances, deceased patients are moved off the ward after a short interval. You did not want Mr Tomlinson to move from the ward to the chapel of rest until you could say goodbye. Once you arrived you were able to spend some time with your husband.

Palliative Care input
The palliative care team are not routinely involved in all fast-track discharges and do not always see all patients approaching the end of their lives. Your husbandโs Advance Care Plan had been updated by the consultant on the ward and there was 5 3446
a plan for a referral to community palliative care on discharge. However, when he deteriorated on the 3rd/4th April, a referral was sent to the inpatient palliative care team. They undertook a remote review when they triaged the referral. They noted that his end-of-life symptoms were being well managed by the team on Byron Ward and they did not have any other input at that stage. They were happy with the ongoing plans to support Mr Tomlinson for end-of-life care in the hospital at that point. They would likely have reviewed your husband on Monday 8th April; however, he died in the early hours of that day.
We are sorry that we were not able to support your late husbandโs return home for end-of-life care. All efforts were made to allow this to happen with the correct equipment, care package, and support. We also appreciate that caring for someone at home even with lots of support can be very stressful and we fully understand the need for you to ask for a change of plan. The Byron Ward team worked with you and Mr Tomlinsonโs son, Trevor (who both hold LPA for health and finances) and you both agreed that the plan should change to transferring him to a nursing home for end-of-life care. The team were not aware at any stage that you wished for this plan to revert back to a discharge home.
We would like to thank you for taking the time to highlight your concerns. We aim to give our patients the best possible treatment and we are sorry your experience has not been entirely positive. Please be assured that we take your concerns seriously and will continue to monitor the quality of the care that we provide at Kingโs College Hospital.
If you are not happy with how we have dealt with your complaint and would like to take the matter further, you can contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. The Ombudsman makes final decisions on complaints that have not been resolved by the NHS, government departments, and some other public organisations. Their service is free for everyone. There is a time limit for making your complaint to the Ombudsman so you should do this as soon as possible. To take a complaint to the Ombudsman, or to find out more about the service, please go to http://www.ombudsman.org.uk or call 0345 015 4033.

Dr Gregory
Dr Gregory should not want any form of contact with me because you need to address the COMPLAINT. Since he was the one who contacted me in the first place the world will find out his reasons. I repeat my posts are not DEFAMATORY and I am not causing any harassment. The criminals that who Dr Gregory was working for are listed. I have no need for your support with my MENTAL HEALTH. Dr Gregory is tarred like http://www.leyf.org.uk MIC Paedophile Rings Mastermind Richard Harty.
CONSULTATION
I never recorded any consultations with GREGORY, he obviously is BIPOLAR and did not need his consent for anyting. In case you have forgotten I have the letters here. I was never Dr Gregory’s patient. No see me on Kings College London at the beginning. You seem to love using CRIMINAL OFFENCE??? Dr Phil Gregory is the criminal sounding like Richard Harty the MIC Paedophile mastermind. But at least he leave me alone and Phil Gregory the QUACK will be exposed.
Behaviour
Were you aware that I was kicked out by Silverlock Medical Centre on the 5th December 2024?
I am not in contact with that QUACK. 2

The fact that I have been left by HMCTS CPS CJS SRA BSB IOPC JCIO CCMCC HMPPS MOPAC CLCC DBS to become a #voiceless #vulnerable #victim of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP that got HMCTS to #gag me with an #unlawful #injunction that went through HMCTS. There was a hearing listed for the 10th December 2024 and I was not required to attend. I have not heard from the solicitors that represented me to give me the outcome of the hearing. I am worried because when I discovered about the roles of the following I contacted the solicitor and he said that DJ Greenidge, DJ Swan, DJ Sterlini, DJ Richard Hayes, DJ Piagram, DJ Bell, DJ Naidoo can breach the amended Housing Act 1988 and Eviction Act 1977 on behalf of Housing for Women despite the complaints to the Housing Ombudsman Services that reached Stage 2 before my DATA was wiped from the CUSTOMER PANEL. I asked the 2 PCs who attended to help me find a way to stop Joe Hooper kicking my door. They can’t help, they are concerned about damages to the door than about the impacts on my Mental and Physical Health.

The fact my 101-year-old ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON was neglected on BYRON ward. Where I was assaulted on the 6th April 2024 by white security nurse Betty called is an indication of why I am recommending that my book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE be recommended for the curriculum in schools and universities. I was in court before DJ Pigram when Stephen Agera of Charles Hills & CO sent email to be taken off the case. I was represented by the “Duty Solicitor”. I was stitched up by solicitors that made me a Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. I had to attend Croydon Magistrates Court for Deborah Agnes Gilchrist malicious reports when Police invaded my home when I was celebrating my mother’s birthday on 1st January 2023. My husband and I got separated after the interview at Walworth Police Station.
Gaslighting Misogyny
As can be ascertained from the Reference: CAD 5001/11Dec24 and PC Clarke 2893AS and PC Potter 2547AS who visited my home on 11th December 2024 after Joe Hooper a man living in a Women’s Refuge kicked my door again to trigger me. The 2 PCs came and behaved as all the others who visited from the time, I was barricaded in my home on Christmas eve 2022. The Met Police was due to visit CAD 4638/11Dec24 and (Mike who refused to give his name failed to attend). Yet 2 Female PC visited my home on 9th August 2024, my son Kevin Murray’s 48th birthday about a TWITTER posts. ROBERT.Lewsley@met.police.uk on behalf of DPSMailbox-.CRUTeam1@met is adopting the MISOGNY and GASLIGHTING of the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION that can be reference from me participating in Dr Maria Hudson’s “Experience of Multiple Discrimination for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS in 2010. I can be found at Kings College London RADAR-CNS with Dr Faith Matcham. That is only one of the reasons that the NHS and their partners with be exposed. In the words of Nye Bevan founder of the NHS 1948 “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means”. I was denied at Silverlock Medical Centre when I attended my appointment on 5th December 2024. The irony is the Centre is located near Verney Road where 4 members of the same family were MURDERED by someone they know. I have been asking for help for Ms Gilchrist. Mr Hooper had never disrespected me before. But since Ms Gilchrist was coerced by Samantha Gibbs of Housing for Women to target me. Ms Gilchrist convinced Mr Hooper that her ASB is me doing it to her. There is a HATE MOB in Alma Grove and even Debbie Thomas who accompanied me to court and DJ Pigram threatened to remove joined them.
Dr Phil Gregory
I am not sure what role Dr Gregory is playing in this matter except to say whatever it is, he has gotten the solicitors, Silverlock Medical Centre, the NHS involved. I have sent him a detailed letter about this and awaiting his response.
Injunction
I am pleading for the AUTHORITY to stop Joe Hooper targeting me. I am dealing with so much from the banks and building societies, husband’s and my families who abandoned me and the scammers. I am leaving this in the capable hands of DJ Beecham who decided to stick with the case. She has the RESPONSIBILITY to safeguard me under the various laws, legislations, codes of conducts and practices.
Advocating
I want to bring the plight of Ms H. Presley and her 22 year old son to the attention of HMCTS for what Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and HMCTS are doing to her. She is not FUNCTIONING. I visited her on the 10th December 2024 and her condition has worsen from the last time I was there with my son Kevin Murray. If nothing is done to help Ms Presley and her son she will become another statistic of Housing for Women, HMCTS, Lewisham Council, the Met Police, Housing Ombudsman Services and those refusing to support her.

Subject: Serious Allegations Regarding Misrepresentation and Breach of Duty
Phil Gregory acting as authorised Psychiatrist,
Re: Allegations of Misrepresentation and Procedural Breaches in Report Dated 01-11-2024
I am writing as a competent woman, to formally address significant concerns regarding a report dated 01-11-2024, attributed to you or produced using your electronic signature. This report contains inaccuracies, omissions, and potential defamatory statements, all of which appear to have been made without lawful authority, and I do not consent.
Serious Breaches Identified
Inaccurate and Misleading Content: ย The report includes references to proceedings that allegedly affect me but omits critical details of my vulnerability as a grieving pensioner following the recent death of my lifelong companion. This oversight represents a failure of yourย duty of care, particularly when engaging with a vulnerable individual.
Case Law:
Barrett v Enfield London Borough Council [2001] 2 AC 550: Establishes the importance of duty of care, particularly in cases involving vulnerable individuals.
Failure to Provide Supporting Evidence: ย Despite citing court orders and proceedings, you failed to attach any evidence substantiating these claims. This omission raises concerns underย Fraud Act 2006, Section 3, which criminalizes failure to disclose information where there is a legal duty to do so.
Potential Defamation: ย The report contains statements that are defamatory and damaging to my reputation. This includes allegations of a criminal record, eviction proceedings, and injunctions.
Case Law:
Sim v Stretch [1936] 2 All ER 1237: Defines defamation as statements that tend to lower the claimant in the estimation of right-thinking members of society.
Unauthorized Access to Personal Data: ย You referenced private medical data and court proceedings without presenting any authority for accessing or using such information. This raises concerns under theย Data Protection Act 2018ย and theย Human Rights Act 1998 (Article 8), which protects privacy and family life.
Conspiracy to Pervert the Course of Justice: ย The pattern of inaccuracies and omissions, coupled with the failure to explore the impact of your actions, suggests potentialย conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, a criminal offence.
Requests for Evidence and Documentation
To address these concerns, I require the following certified documents within seven (7) clear days:
The signed referral from Dennis Kamara of the NHS authorizing your involvement.
Evidence of your authority to access my medical data.
A copy of the claim form issued by the court related to the tribunal of 2017.
A copy of the sealed order issued for the alleged criminal damage in 2021.
A copy of the Lay of Information justifying the alleged criminal record order of 2021.
Documentation supporting claims of eviction proceedings against me.
A copy of the order of injunction and related Lay of Information.
Authority documentation allowing your alleged entry into my home and instructions to cease lawful recordings.
Authority under which an unsigned report was passed to an unnamed solicitor allegedly trading illegally.
Verification of updates on housing disrepair, black mould, and alleged possession proceedings.
Provide a list of side effects of your prescribed medication Resperidone, the success rate and the number of patients you have cured with itโs use.
Explain your logic to be usingย Resperidone as a bargaining tool, in falsified possession proceedings
The identity and contact details of the GP you allegedly copied in.ย
Explain what protections and Safeguard I have, when Maudsley Development LLPย isย under Strike Off Proposals.
A copy of your qualification certificate, photo ID, and indemnity insurance certificate, confirming coverage of at least ยฃ5,000,000 for negligence, malpractice, or fraud.
Legal Implications of Non-Compliance
Failure to provide the requested documentation will be interpreted as implied admission of wrongdoing, and the contents of your report may be used as evidence in any subsequent legal proceedings. Be advised that falsifying information or failing to disclose required details may result in criminal liability under:
Fraud Act 2006, Section 3ย (failure to disclose information);
Perverting the Course of Justice, as established inR v. Rafique (1993) 97 Cr App R 29.
Requirement for Retraction and Apology
In light of the defamatory nature of your report, I expect a full public apology, a retraction of the false statements, and a redress of grievances.
I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it warrants. Failure to respond adequately will result in escalation through appropriate legal and regulatory channels.
Kind Regards

I met with Ms Myers in clinic at Marina House today alongside her allocated care coordinator, Hawa Oweh (CPN).
Background
Ms Myers is a 65-year-old female, not previously known to the Southwark Older Adult CMHT, however previously under working age mental health services. Ms Myers was referred to our team by Dennis Kamara, a mental health nurse in primary care. He requested for an assessment of diagnosis and treatment options, with information that Ms Myers has a long history of low mood and anxiety with some previous underlying trauma and recent stressors including her housing association taking her to court and ongoing disputes with her neighbours.
The following information about Ms Myersโs mental health background is taken from available electronic mental health records.
Ms Myersโ mental health records date back to 2017 where there is a Merlin report from police with concern about Ms Myers struggling with her mental health following a tribunal, with also a mention of her receiving previous support from the Maudsley. This however doesnโt appear to have been followed by input from secondary mental health care. In 2021 there are a number of contacts with the crisis line and referrals to CMHT (working age), outlining concerns about low mood, anxiety and suicidal thoughts for the past 7 years since her mother passed away. Other contributory factors noted included the death of a neighbour the previous year and being charged with criminal damage and attending court in April 2021. Ms Myers had also spoken about the death of her brother and developing depression and an eating disorder as a result of discrimination at work. Another referral to CMHT in 2021 reportedly from Southwark council outlined concerns of Ms Myers feeling police were being sent to kill her. There was also a phone call from a mental health practitioner from the University of East London (student wellbeing service) expressing concerns about Ms Myersโ mental health and possible bizarre and paranoid behaviour.
In 2022 Ms Myers was assessed following a GP referral by the Southwark Assessment & Liaison Team. This assessment noted mental health difficulties appearing to commence in 2014 when Ms Myers was reportedly persecuted in her place of work, having worked as an early yearโs practitioner. It was reported that Ms Myers was being accused by her nursery in Southwark of being โuncooperative, rude and confrontationalโ, and was under investigation, and then left due to ill health. Following this, she received 12 sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the Maudsley. Following this, Ms Myers had reported not being able to gain paid employment, but had worked voluntarily in mental health research, been involved in various organisations and online podcasts, and was also featured in a book about Windrush. Ms Myers had reported an incident of the police in 2021 attending her home and beating her, and that she now has a criminal record and has been turned down for jobs due to her criminal record check (CRB). She had reported feeling she has been targeted by certain people she used to work with and there was a pattern. The impression of this review was that there was not any clear evidence of depression or psychosis, that past events have been very stressful and that Ms Myers could benefit from further talking therapy. She was then referred to IAPT.
In 2023 and going into 2024 there were a number of referrals to CMHT, due to concerns about Ms Myersโ mental health. There was reference of Ms Myersโ housing association seeking legal action due to antisocial behaviour. In December 2023 Ms Myers was reported to have called 111 herself reporting feeling hopeless about the threat of eviction from her home and having ongoing issues with her neighbours. In March 2023 Ms Myers was brought to A&E by the London Ambulance Service reporting worsening mental health. No evidence of thought disorder or psychosis observed and GP was advised to review Ms Myers and consider a referral to mental health services.
In September 2024 Ms Myers was referred to the Southwark Older Adult CMHT by Dennis Kamara, mental health nurse in primary care. There were concerns related to her behaviour and posting references to suicide in her social media. Ms Myers was seen by Dennis in primary care alongside her son Kevin who had travelled from Jamaica where he lives. There were reported issues with housing, neighbours and family. She has lived in her current address for 23 years and has been having issues with neighbours banging her door and making malicious complaints about her to the police. The housing association has reportedly taken an injunction against her and she is at risk of eviction and the case is currently in court. Her son had reported the reason for this being Ms Myers putting up inappropriate material online about the council and refusing to take it down. Her son had mentioned Ms Myers storing urine for months to throw it at her employerโs property and putting up comments on social media about feeling suicidal, which Ms Myers admitted to, however, stated she would never do this due to her Christian faith. There was also concern from Ms Myers about a camera being placed in the shared communal doorway by her neighbours, that it initially faced towards the street however now has been turned directly at her. She had reportedly denied feeling the neighbours watch her when she is in her flat however, the only issue is when she is coming through the communal front door.
Recent progress
Ms Myers was initially assessed by our team on 08/10/24 at home by Joseph Mukuba, Community Psychiatric Nurse. Following this, I decided to assess Ms Myers myself to help come to a psychiatric diagnosis and consider treatment options.
I have subsequently reviewed Ms Myers in clinic on 16/10/24. During this assessment Ms Myers described to me in detail her background history to date, including the trauma in her upbringing (physical abuse from mother, father dying when she was a young age), and her first marriage to a controlling husband resulting in domestic violence. Ms Myers talked about losing her mother 10 years ago, and around the same time being forced out of working as a nursery nurse and following this receiving therapy. Ms Myers talked about the issues with her neighbours persecuting her, which have worsened over the years, and her recent bereavement of her husband a few months ago.
On 23/10/24 Ms Myers contacted 111 and LAS due to feeling in โcrisisโ after her grandniece left having stayed with her without saying goodbye. I visited Ms Myers at home on the 25/10/24. During this visit, Ms Myers described in more detail the persecution she reports experiencing from her neighbours, whom she believes are trying to kill her, leading to her feeling unsafe at home. She reported since her husband passed away, she has been more careful in locking her front door and that if she didnโt do that โI would be deadโ. Ms Myers showed me the doorbell camera her neighbour set up on the outside of the shared front door, and how she believes the neighbour is using this to monitor her coming in and out of her home. Ms Myers talked about her neighbour kicking on her front door every day to provoke her and her belief that her neighbours want to try to provoke her into confronting them, which would then give them an excuse to harm and kill her. Ms Myers has explained to me how she believes other neighbours are also siding against her and that she also feels under threat from the police and housing association, all working together against her.

On review
I summarised the purpose of review to complete the assessment following the referral to our team from Dennis Kamara, primary care mental health nurse.
I asked Ms Myers how she has been since we last met. She talked about the housing association not coming yet to fix her toilet seat, as well as the mould on her kitchen door and the damp in her windowsill. She reported attending her drumming group and doing a performance and spoke positively about this. She brought up about her neighbours continuing to try to provoke her since we last met. Ms Myers spoke about the neighbours โstompingโ on the floor loudly to provoke her. Ms Myers agreed that she believed the neighbours were trying to kill her. I recalled her previous statement to me that she believed the neighbours were trying to provoke her so that she would in turn confront them, and this would give them the excuse to try to kill her. Ms Myers accepted this is what she believed. She stated she would not attack them herself and is trying to keep to herself. Ms Myers said recently she stayed at a friendโs house overnight as she didnโt feel safe to return home. I asked about the camera. Ms Myers continued to report that she believed the camera on the doorbell was there to monitor her movements. She said she is trying not to think about this. She stated being more frustrated about her doorbell always being rung.
Ms Myers made a statement about never wanting to โgive upโ. I enquired about whether she experiences suicidal thoughts. Ms Myers stated this has been misconstrued and referenced a poster or piece of literature she was pictured in, that had the quote about people being unemployed, being at risk of suicide, and said this quote was then attached to her. Ms Myers did admit to having last had a suicidal thought in August this year, when her son was visiting her and she talked about her door being kicked. She didnโt report having experienced any plans or intent to act on this. Ms Myers stated there was no chance that she would come to harm via her own means. She has previously stated her Christian faith as a protective factor.
I summarised to Ms Myers what she had explained to me over the last 3 meetings leading to my opinion about her mental health diagnosis. This included Ms Myersโ description of her earlier life and trauma she experienced, the domestic violence in her first marriage which led to her separating and being saved by the housing situation, the loss of her mother 10 years ago around the same time as stopping working as a nursery nurse. Then over recent years with the increasingly difficult situation with her neighbours, beliefs that they are provoking her by monitoring her movements, trying to kill her and banging on her door, leading to her receiving a possession order which may potentially result in her being evicted and a possible custodial sentence due to being in contempt of court. Then more recently the stress of losing her husband. I explained to Ms Myers my impression that as a result of the build up of stress over these years that her beliefs and experiences about the neighbours could be explained by her being unwell with paranoia and psychosis. I explained that this is a condition that we could provide treatment for, including both antipsychotic medication, and psychosocial support, including psychology for psychosis. Ms Myers said in response to this that she had experienced some paranoia in the past. She said she accepted this was my explanation of opinion about her mental health. Ms Myers said she was willing to try medication if it would help. Ms Myers explained she had recently been to her new GP for vaccinations and blood tests, I advised I would check the results of these and then give her a call next week to see whether she would like to go ahead with starting antipsychotic medication. She agreed to this and accepted a patient information leaflet about risperidone. She confirmed having our contact numbers in case needing to get in touch in between appointments. Hawa confirmed she would make an appointment with Ms Myers when she had started on her medication to monitor how she is doing. We also discussed social activities and community groups, Ms Myers knew of Time & Talents and didnโt want to attend there, however appeared keener in Blackfriars.
Mental state examination
Ms Myers presented on time, she was well kempt, wearing a diabetes charity t-shirt, engaged well, reasonable rapport established, maintained eye contact, speech slightly pressured however, interruptible and voice not raised, mood reported as well and objectively appeared euthymic with reactive affect. Mild thought disorder evident with circumstantial responses. Describing persecutory delusional thoughts about neighbours trying to kill her and monitoring her movements. No reported auditory hallucinations and didnโt appear to be responding to unseen stimuli. Appeared well orientated to time and place. Insight partial however took on board opinion about diagnosis and agreed to consider treatment options explained.
Care Plan
I have provided written information for Ms Myers for an antipsychotic medication – risperidone. I advised I will check Ms Myerโs most recent blood tests with her GP and call her following this to see whether she would like to start risperidone or not.
I will send this assessment letter to Mrs Myers, and she is then able to share this with her solicitor for her current court case.
Ms Myers is assigned a care coordinator in our team โ Hawa Oweh, CPN โ who will monitor Ms Myersโ mental state and risks and support with psychosocial interventions.
Hawa Oweh has agreed to make contact with the housing association to support Ms Myers with fixing her toilet seat and other house matters needing repair.
Ms Myers confirmed having contact numbers for people to call, including the Samaritans, our team number during working hours (0203 228 2240) and the SLAM crisis line out of hours (0800 731 2864).

View this email onlineYour full/partial postcode is 5PY Our Reference: NBS8128554MyersWe have got your complaint / MM Response: It seems as if Nationwide takes pleasure in getting complaints from me? Dear Mrs MyersAt Nationwide, we believe you should be able to expect the best from us. MM Response: So why have Nationwide waited so long from the time they set out to trigger me in April 2023 to send me letter of threats about closing my account? That is why we take your concerns seriously. MM Response: Who is Nationwide fooling? Since when is my concerns taken seriously? And if we have let you down, we want to put it right and make sure we learn from our mistakes. MM Response: You know blinking well Nationwide deliberately let me down. How many chances did Nationwide get to put it right? Is Nationwide telling me that after DEFAMING my name, this is when you are going to learn from your mistakes! Breaching Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristic 2010. For clarity let me point Nationwide to information that will be relied on. Please Reference: Claim Number 567MC716. When I read Samuel Christopher Andrews CRAP, it makes me realise how utterly WICKED Nationwide Buildiing Society is. Because I gave Nationwide every opportunity to deal with the matter in a manner that is mutually amicable for both of us because of the STRAINS I was under at the time. And Nationwide continued treating me with disrespects of my person and my money. I will take my https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site to the public. So, the world understand that Banks and Building Societies are targeting the vulnerable. What happens next?We will write to you by 28 October 2024 when we will provide you with an outcome or update about your concerns. MM Response: The Witness Statement of SAMUEL CHRISTOPHER ANDREWS is proof of Nationwide Building Society Gaslighting and Misogyny rolled into one. I could understand if after Nationwide got Mr. Andrews to prepare a Witness Statement knowing its A Contempt of Court Matter for supplying false information making him believe they are fact. Nationwide set out on a campaign of HATE to cause additional STRESS on top of what happened when Nationwide sent the first letter to me dated the 10th May 2023. Maybe Nationwide need to scrutinise the trail of events from that letter was sent and what occurred after. Please be aware that the person who came into Nationwide in Brixton for the first ยฃ5,000.00 to be transferred to her account is responsible for writing a 12 page “Witness Statement” for Housing for Women implicating Nationwide in all the PERSECUTION of Mervelee Myers from the 28th April 2023. Mimi Owusu’s Witness Statement will be used as evidence in the above Claim. As if that was not enough, after I came into the Brixton Branch to get the matter sorted. Nationwide did even worse and my online payment for under ยฃ10.00 resulted in my card blocked again. I am still getting notifications that bills have not been paid. But the fact that my Currys Cloud Backup that I have since 2004 when I studied with the “Open University” was stopped showing me Nationwide does not care. Hello, I am Maria and joined LEYF in 2003 and Warwick Community Nursery in April 2015. Warwick Nursery has a bright and spacious indoor environment with two well-resourced outdoor areas, enabling children to be confident learners and make independent choices. The nursery is well established in the community and has strong links with local schools and childrenโs centres. The team at Warwick is very committed to fulfilling the childrenโs potential as they build strong relationships with parents and families. As a team we are very proud of our achievements in delivering good practice. A real memorable moment in my career is when parents comment that their children see us as their best friend. We’re very proud of our nursery and would love to show you around! Please get in touch to arrange a visit.
We are in Westminster within easy reach of Royal Oak and Warwick Avenue stations. We care for children aged from birth to 5 years and are open 8am to 6pm, 51 weeks a year.
My name is Joelle, I have worked for LEYF since 2001. I was at my previous nursery for twelve years and we received an OUTSTANDING from OFSTED and the LEYF โFunโ Award in 2015/2016. I grew up in New Cross so was delighted to have the opportunity to manage New Cross Community Nursery as I am passionate about the local area! The nursery is already a vibrant part of the community and has already made its mark on the local area since its opening in June 2015! We have a highly qualified staff team; practitioners’ knowledge and skills help to support and extend childrenโs learning to their full potential. Practitioners are particularly skilled at supporting children during their transition period which is extremely important as this separation between parent and child needs to be planned well in order to ensure children adapt well to their new environment. The forming of secondary attachments is a crucial foundation for children’s learning journeys. The nursery is situated in a beautiful building, with four play rooms that all have direct access to outdoor space. There are extensive grounds which the children love to explore on a daily basis! We benefit from having a real urban city garden, in which the children can enjoy a range of stimulating experiences such as growing and exploring nature first hand. This is just one example of keeping our children fit and healthy from an early age to ensure they have the best possible start in life. We also benefit from having an onsite chef, who produces nutritionally balanced food on a daily basis and enjoys running cooking groups with the children! We’re very proud of our nursery and would love to show you around! Please get in touch to arrange a visit.
We are located in the borough of Lewisham a couple of minutes walk from New Cross station, providing care and education for children from birth to five years. We’re open 8am – 6pm, 51 weeks a year.

Hello, I’m Anjali and I have been the manager at House of Commons since 2010. Our workplace nursery is unique, catering exclusively for parents or carers with a permanent parliamentary pass who are either a Member of Parliament or their staff, House of Commons or PICT employee, House of Lords Peer or their staff, Press Gallery Media or Whitehall Parliamentary pass holder, or Contractor situated on the Parliamentary estate. I take great pride in the historic location of our nursery; our family-friendly setting is bright, inspiring and situated on the Parliamentary Estate. I enjoy exploring the outdoors with the children as I believe the natural world offers an abundance of opportunities to learn. The children also benefit from daily trips to the parks and other places of interest. We receive lots of positive feedback on our friendly and approachable staff. I’m very proud of our nursery and would love to show you around! Please get in touch to arrange a visit.
We’re located in Westminster, providing care and education for children from 3 months to 5 years. We’re open 8am to 6pm, 51 weeks a year.
Taurus: Friends, money, business? Looks like you’re still mistrustful about someone. But think before you speak or you could land yourself in the soup. Follow your instincts or talk to a trusted advisor. Call to hear when to sort the wheat from the chaff.

INFORMATION SHEET FOR PARTICIPANTS WITH EXPERIENCE OF LOW MOOD Ethical Clearance Reference Number: HR/DP-23/24-4081 YOU WILL BE GIVEN A COPY OF THIS INFORMATION SHEET Title of project Aetiological factors in atypical depression: A mixed methods investigation Invitation Paragraph We would like to invite you to participate in this research project which explores the factors that might contribute to the occurrence of depression. We are particularly interested in which factors are linked to specific types of symptoms in people with depression, including those known as โatypicalโ symptoms. Before you decide whether you want to take part, it is important for you to understand why the research is being done and what your participation will involve. Please take time to read the following information carefully and discuss it with others if you wish. Ask us if there is anything that is not clear or if you would like more information. What is the purpose of the project? The purpose of the project is to explore the lived experiences of individuals who have experienced different types of depression symptoms, such as changes in sleep or appetite, low energy, and mood reactivity, amongst others. Research on this topic is relatively scarce, and studies exploring the factors that contribute to different types of depression are much needed. Why have I been invited to take part? You are being invited to participate in this project because you have expressed previous or current experience of depression with either โatypicalโ symptoms or with more common (โtypicalโ) symptoms. โAtypicalโ symptoms include mood reactivity (your mood improves following positive events), increase in appetite, sensitivity to rejection, sleeping excessively or feeling your arms and legs to be heavy. โTypicalโ (melancholic) symptoms present as persistent low mood that does not improve following positive events, or experiencing decreased pleasure in activities you used to enjoy, as well as a decrease in appetite and sleep quality, waking up much early than usual and finding your mood is much worse in the morning. You have also confirmed that you are over 18 years of age and fluent in English. What will happen if I take part? Your eligibility to participate in the study will first be checked by asking you to complete a questionnaire online, which asks detailed questions about the symptoms of depression that you have experienced. Once your eligibility has been confirmed, you will be asked to complete a longer set of questionnaires online. Some of the questions will be of a sensitive nature: you will be asked about potentially traumatic life events, including events that might have occurred during your childhood and more recently. Other questions will inquire about v1.1 06/02/24 Kingโs College London – Research Ethics Oct 2022 2 a variety of experiences, including social and environmental contexts, your personality, physical and mental health symptoms (including the presence/absence of suicidal thoughts/intent), and the ways in which you process your emotions and respond to challenging situations. This should take around 60 minutes to complete. If you have experienced atypical symptoms of depression, you may be invited to participate in a 45 โ 60minute online interview where you will be asked a series of questions by the researcher. These questions will prompt you to discuss your experiences of low mood, in addition to your thoughts and beliefs regarding what may have caused these symptoms, and the factors that make the symptoms occur or get worse on an ongoing basis. The discussion will be open-ended and the researcher may ask follow-up questions in some cases. Illustrative examples of the questions you may be asked are: โWhen did you first notice feeling like something was affecting your mood negatively?โ and โWere there any particular life events or factors that occurred in the 6-12 months before the symptoms started?โ. Participation will take place fully online. Questionnaires will be completed on the online platform Qualtrics, in a private and secure space of your choosing. Interviews are to be scheduled on MS Teams. As part of participation, the conversation will be recorded via audio for the researcher to analyse. This will only be done with your informed, written consent, and deleted immediately following data analysis. More information regarding this can be found under the Data Handling section of this form, found below. Do I have to take part? Participation is completely voluntary. You should only take part if you want to and choosing not to take part will not disadvantage you in any way. Once you have read the information sheet, please contact us if you have any questions that will help you make a decision about taking part. If you decide to take part we will ask you to sign a consent form and you will be given a copy of this consent form to keep. Incentives To compensate you for any loss of time or earnings linked to contributing to this research, you will be reimbursed with a ยฃ10 shopping voucher for completing the questionnaires. If you participate in the online interview, you will receive an additional ยฃ20 shopping voucher. If you are found to be ineligible for the study when you complete the initial screening questionnaire, you will have the option of being entered into a prize draw for a ยฃ50 shopping voucher. What are the possible risks of taking part? This study involves answering questions regarding mental health difficulties, as well as any difficult life events that you may have experienced. Some individuals could find these topics challenging, uncomfortable, and potentially distressing. Please keep in mind that you do not have to answer questions that you are uncomfortable with, and you will always have the option to skip questions without giving a reason. You will be able to take breaks during participation in the study, should you wish to. You will also have the right to withdraw from the study at any time, without giving a reason. v1.1 06/02/24 Kingโs College London – Research Ethics Oct 2022 3 At the end of the study the researcher(s) will touch base with you to ensure that everything has gone smoothly and that your well-being has not been unduly affected by participating. Should any ongoing or urgent mental health risk be identified through-out your participation, you will be supported in accessing mental health services. In this case, the researcher(s) will follow up with you to ensure that your wellbeing is not at risk. If for any reason you may feel the need to access further services, you will be guided in how to seek and utilise the list of voluntary sector resources provided. If an urgent mental health need/risk is identified at the screening stage, you would not be eligible to proceed with the study, and the research team will support you in accessing support. What are the possible benefits of taking part? There are no immediate benefits for participation. Data handling and confidentiality Your data will be processed under the terms of UK data protection law (including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018).
All study data will be pseudonymised, meaning that the data will be identified only with a Participant Identification Number (PIN), not with any of your personal details.
Any identifiable data disclosed during the interviews (if applicable) will be redacted and will not be included within the transcript, data analysis or final research report.
Within the final research output, participants will only be reffered to by a pseudonym or their PIN.
All study data will be kept within Kingโs College London secure OneDrive servers and will not be downloaded or shared using any personal devices.
Your data will only be accessed within the immediate research team.
If you consent to being contacted regarding participation in other studies in the future, your contact information will be stored in a secure database until 30/06/2026, when it will be permanently deleted. Kingโs College London has a responsibility to keep information collected about you safe and secure, and to ensure the integrity of research data. Specialist teams within Kingโs College London continually assess and ensure that data is held in the most appropriate and secure way. I have been doing business with CURRYS from 2004 and well served except on the odd occasions I have to speak up for my RIGHTS. I was in store where I was advised about the purchase of a laptop in advance for my 65th birthday to expand my online business. I was told I would be contacted by the Tuesday about the order. Unfortunately for me I ended up spending all day in the A&E at St Thomas’s Hospital. My 101 year old husband is in Kings College Hospital. Therefore, this is a very STRESSFUL time for me. I was not aware if CURRYS had contacted me, so I went into the store to find out about the laptop. To cut a long story short, I could not understand the attitude of the person who was dealing with me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. We all have our personal experiences, and because this person had gone beyond and above to treat me fairly based on my disabilities, I was willing to understand. But his attitude after he returned from finding the laptop was just too much for me after my ordeals of the past weeks after celebrating my husband’s 101 birthday. Getting assaulted the next day, still having the neighbours from HELL targeting me. The Housing Association and their Solicitors triggering me. I must confess, the HEALING started. Because I did not swear. I hold CURRYS in high esteem, still because the person who served me did apologise for the delays in ordering the laptop. Therefore, I will always be vocal in helping those responsible in taking responsibility by not trying to GAG me.

The study takes around one hour, involving some initial email correspondence with the team, and some online questionnaires.
Please see the attached participant information sheet and advertisement for further detail.

Should you be sending this to me or the solicitors? Based on the letter from Trina Philbert that caused me to end up in the hospital today. I will add this to the cyberbullying of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors and the Housing Ombudsman Service. Please also take into account Deborah calling me on the 14th February 2024 after I came from court about keys. I recorded the conversation and asked her to send me an email, which she did.
Can you please refrain from trying to end my life after the death by slow torture am experiencing, ten years after the death of my mother with dementia. My husband is dying and your antics making me SICK.
Please send all correspondence to the solicitor. I am positive you canโt buy him out like Stephen Agera.
Regards
Mervelee Myers.

Letter to Solicitors
To Whom It May Concern
Re: Housing Matter โ Claim for Possession
I refer to our telephone conversation on the 12th March 2024โฆ I must inform you that my husband will be discharged from hospital sometimes next week as per his wishes to spend his last days with me at the HOME we lived together since 2001, when he chose to move in with me. Because I refused to give up my flat to move to his home at 19 Wilson Road, Camberwell, London SE5 8PB. I must assure you that my husband is getting the necessary care and attention required now that his son has been arrested to stop him and my neighbour Ms Deborah Agnes Gilchrist plotting against us.. The hospital placed Trevor Anthony Tomlinson on SAFEGUARDING, and I asked for the same to be done for Ms Gilchrist.
I am addressing your letter about your call to discuss arrangements for the appointment for the ASSESSMENT that was directed at the last hearing at the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch on 14th February 2024.
I am grateful for the instruction to psychiatrist Dr. Oyebode of Expert in Mind to take on the assessment. I am more than happy to accept the appointment barring no unforeseen events without my control occurring. I have taken notes of the enclosed letter of appointment.
The Role of the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch
I am aware of the upcoming hearing dates for the committal proceedings on 4th April 2024 and I would appreciate if I can have a consultation in advance to discuss the EVIDENCE that will be provided. This is based on some recent breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and SAFEGUARDING put in place by the hospital for my husband at 16 Alma Grove. Since Devonshires Solicitors LLP and Housing for Women are relying on the Witness Statements of parties who have SCAMMED me, is off on Long-Term Sick Leave or in the case of Narin Masera not attending because of the obvious DEFAMATION of my NAME and CHARACTER. When I was tried behind my back by a District Judge Sterlini who was involved with the striking out of my claims with Winsome Duncan who stole my MANUSCRIPT and sent Police to SECTION me. We have to make this RELEVANT to the COMMITTAL as District Judge Piagram advised me.
Here is a list of District Judges: I Will Add More Names for my BOOK
District Judge Sterlini in Records about Winsome Duncan case went to Telephone Mediation and strike out by Zimmel Rand and Sterlini.
District Judge Bell name appears on Records including that of Barrister Ryan Clement that judgement was passed for him to pay back my husbandโs money he took for the EAT.
The Court Enforcement Services Ltd sending me THREATS 4 years after failure to collect the money. ย ย
I would like you to refer to emails I copied you in from various organisations with interests in the case.

6 Police Officers showed up 4 names written PS 2450 AS Tanner PC 2344 AS Hunte PC 2624 AS Martinez PC 1147 AS Maddock. These Officers turned up at my door with battering RAM after the failure by the Met Police to address call out 3 times of kicking of my door. This is the day I was STRESSED out with the delivery of the EQUIPMENT for my husbandโs release from hospital.
I am unable to comment on most of the contents of you email, as it does not relate to the matter, apologies.
I can assure you that I am not trying or intending to pestering you as you have stated in your email. I have addressed the ASB Case that I am referring to in my previous email to you today fully.
The ASB Case is in relation to the reports you have made about your neighbour kicking your door.
If you do not wish to continue with your ASB Case, please let me know.
Kind regards,
Trina Philbert
Neighbourhood Officer

Taurus: Someone who feels safe confiding their innermost secrets will develop a crush on you. If you’re single, this could be the beginning of a passionate romance. You give your armour a sense of stability while they infuse you with a zest for life.
Evaluation: All I am hearing is about this crush on me. Well my Toy Boy, Sergio is back from Italy and wants to cook me a meal. I tell him I discovered we might be Distant Relatives. But I have to pass this time, I have to go do my BT in the morning at the hospital.
So that crush on me won’t be no beginning of any passionate romance.
Oh my word, I am not single, so therefore, I have to wait… for the passionate romance? I am making notes of all possible leads.
But I am thankfull for all my friends whom I give the sense of stability… While they infuse in me this new zest that I have for life.
Now I will get the dictionary to find out the meaning of #armour?
Mr T, said all I do is read horoscope and believe in the lies and foolishness. So he believe what he wants to believe and I hold on to my beliefs.
Wondering which one to chose? Best go with Cassie D, I don’t know the other fellow?
See I am telling you how the English word can get you into trouble? Just a letter added or out of place, can change the context of the sentence and make a mockery of the Legal System like the judgement copied from the Respondent’s LEYF Nurseries Summary by the Employment Tribunal at https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years…. You know like the dunce bats at Primary School whose Intellectual Skills didn’t kick in until later. Because believe me, I didn’t know to spell my name until I was big long foot mawga pickney.

So yes let me go back to the words. I thought it was #armour. Looked up the meaning and this is it: 1. Metal clothing formerly worn to protect the body in battle… I didn’t go any further. I begin to think, if I have to go into battle to get this crush for the beginning of a passionate romance, I can’t be bothered. Then I remember a few ocassions when I decided that I am going home and be the loser… I am not going into any battle that I have to go get any metal clothing for protection when man woman decided to claim them…. That is the end of that chapter, so good thing I have my dictionary to find the meanings. Guess I should have an early night? Don’t get me wrong my bredas would protect me…?
The correct word is #amour: n (secret) love affair. I can hold up my hands that there is no secret love affair in my life. Let me change that to read, I do not know of anyone who wants to have secret love affair with Mr Tomlinson. If there is, it’s still a secret that has not beeen shared. And it has to remain exactly that #secret. I would never lie to save my vanity? None of my affairs have been secrets. So no one have to try worry about outing me. #2BabyFathers & #2Husbands. The others don’t matter much, but I will accept them if they accept me…? Now I go to my bed, oh no, tidy my kitchen and do my exercises first. Home is where the heart is.
I certainly have to revisit this postings for obvious reasons. Because now I am beginning to get a better insights into how some people are. Maybe they don’t realise who is #MerveleeMyers yet. Mervelee Ratty Nembhard is not looking for validation form anyone. My Parents are dead. My #Sons are grown and I made sure to give them the best start that I could afford to… To be able to enjoy the kind of like I was not privileged to have had.
As I reach another milestone in this life’s journey, I am thanful for the blessings that GOD bestowed on my. I am still alive despite the niggles that’s all part of the transitions…
I have been blessed with my sons Kevin Murray and his family. And Valdin Legister and his family. My Bredas, dead and alive and their families.
My sister Mertie Bernard. Any other mutual friends who have always been there for me. And even the new additions, who are helping me to overcome the stresses of the past 4 years, I am eternally grateful.
I am beginning to suss out all the fakeasses. Hopefully they will get the message and get out of my life for good. I can do without them, thanks very much.
Today as I reflect on what is happening in my country, I can’t help but give a sigh and ask “when did it come to this? More of us need a #VOICE!Theresa May ยท Iโm determined to build the shared society for everyoneTheresa MayWhen the British people voted in the referendum last June, they did not simply vote to withdraw from the European Union; they voted to change the way our country works โ and the people for whom it works โ forever. It was a quiet revolution by those who feel the system has been stacked against them for too long โ and an instruction to this Government to seize the opportunity of building a stronger, fairer Britain that works for everyone, not just a privileged few. That mission begins by tackling some of the burning injustices that undermine the solidarity of our society. As I said on my first day in Downing Street, it is vital that we tackle, for example, the shorter life expectancy for those born poor, the harsher treatment of black people in the criminal justice system, the lower chances of white working-class boys going to university, and as I will be discussing further in my lecture to the Charity Commission on Monday, the despicable stigma and inadequate help for those with mental health conditions. But our mission to build a stronger, fairer Britain goes further. For while the obvious injustices often receive a lot of attention โ after all, politicians have been talking the language of social justice and social mobility for years โ the everyday injustices that ordinary working class families feel are too often overlooked. If you are in one of these families, life can be much harder than many in Westminster appreciate. You have a job but no job security; you just about manage but worry about the cost of living and getting your children into a good school; you put in long hours โ working to live and living to work โ but your wages have stagnated and there is little left over at the end of the month. So when you see others prospering while you are not; when you try to raise your concerns but they fall on deaf ears; when you feel locked out of the political and social discourse and feel no one is on your side, resentments grow, and the divisions that we see around us โ between a more prosperous older generation and a struggling younger generation; between the wealth of London and the rest of the country; between the rich, the successful and the powerful, and their fellow citizens โ become entrenched. Overcoming these divisions and bringing our country together is the central challenge of our time. That means building the shared society. A society that doesnโt just value our individual rights but focuses rather more on the responsibilities we have to one another; a society that respects the bonds of family, community, citizenship and strong institutions that we share as a union of people and nations; a society with a commitment to fairness at its heart. This must be the cause that animates us โ the end towards which we work as we leave the EU and make the most of the opportunities ahead. It is the right response to those who voted for change back in June. And it goes to the heart of my belief that there is more to life than individualism and self-interest. The social and cultural unions represented by families, communities, towns, cities, counties and nations are the things that define us and make us strong. And it is the job of government to encourage and nurture these relationships and institutions where it can, and to correct the injustice and unfairness that divides us wherever it is found. So, as we move through this period of great change for our nation, this government will seize the opportunity to build the shared society by embracing genuine and wide-ranging social reform. We will move beyond the narrow focus on social justice โ where we help the very poorest โ and social mobility โ where we help the brightest among the poor. Instead, we will engage in a more wide-ranging process of social reform so that those who feel that the system is stacked against them โ those just above the threshold that typically attracts the governmentโs focus today yet who are by no means rich or well off โ are also given the support they need. It means developing policies that give a fair chance to those who are just getting by, as well as those who are most disadvantaged. Because people who are just managing – just getting by – donโt need a government that will get out of the way. They need an active government that will step up and champion the things that matter to them. From tackling the increasing lack of affordability in housing, fixing broken markets to help with the cost of living, and building a great meritocracy where every child has the opportunity of a good school place, we will act across every layer of society to restore the fairness that is the bedrock of the social solidarity that makes our nation strong. For it is only by being a government that works for everyone that we can tackle the injustice and unfairness that threatens to drive us apart, nurture a new sense of solidarity and citizenship in Britain, and show all those who voted with such hope last year โ many who voted for the first time in years, and others for the first time at all โ that mainstream, centre-ground politics can deliver the change they need.See moreShare Write a commentโฆOn this day7 years agoValdin Legister is with Nembhard Samuels and 2 others. ยท I would be a wicked and ungrateful man to even suggest for a second that my mother who has done so much for me is or was not a good mother………..#GodnaahsleepAll reactions:20Nembhard Samuels, Lorraine Anglin and 18 others55ShareMost relevant๏ปฟValdin LegisterMervelee Ratty Nembhard I cldnt ask for more from a mother so don’t let anyone convince you otherwise. …. #melovemymother37yLikeReplyShellyfabulous BrownValdin Legister clasp your hands and close your eyes and pray for anyone who should ever think that. Further to the above matter I enclose the following by way of service on you:
1. Notice of Hearing on 22 January 2022 at 2 pm of your clientโs application for a Civil Restraint Order is unlawful and in breach of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. Might I bring your attention to Judge Lethemโs Court Order of the 20th May 2021 when the Barrister application for an ECRO was strike out. And Samantha Jones is just acting like the pervert she is issuing application for ECRO after colluding with LEYF, the UEL, Social Media and the ABUSERS, HATERS and TROLLS targeting me. Like as what happened with the 2 miscarriages of justice that HMCTS is covering up and perverting the course of justice. I recorded the Hearing on the 20 May 2021. Visit my YouTube to access the Recordings at
2. Court Order dated 22 December 2021 โ Let me inform HMCTS that this is my sonโs birthday and the date I travelled to Jamaica for his wedding in 2013. Dates play key roles in LEYF and HMCTS and CPS and CJS terrorism of me.
Who prepared this Court Order and why was Mervelee Myers not issued with one by the Court? The last I heard from Matthew Bradley was when he sent me copy of the letter he sent to the Court. The HMCTS has not been in contact with me about Judge Lethem Court Order, therefore this Court Order dated 22 December 2021 is illegal and perverting the course of law. As was the case with the 2 miscarriages of Justice by HMCTS. Refer to http://www.tandfonline.com/…/10.1080/19434472.2015.1108352 for Counter-terrorism as a crime prevention: a holistic approach. There are 9 preventative mechanisms that Mervelee Myers will use to prove there is a โConspiracyโ against me by HMCTS.
Because the Order is illegal and unlawful, Mervelee Myers will make sure Womble Bond Dickinson and the CLCC are in no doubt about the measure I will be taking to unveil those involved as Career Criminal protecting London Early Years Foundation. Considering the evidence, I have unearthed about LEYF links with Richard Harty Dean of the UEL Men in Childcare. Please listen to Richard Harty https://youtu.be/6-Znc7I7izc for why Samantha Jones will be known as a pervert with LEYF when they are struck off from practicing. As to taking your clientโs instructions, how about the Court contact me like how I was sent a letter after Judge Lethemโs Court Order. I am yet to hear from the Court regarding this matter, when I contacted the Court via telephone, I was told they did not see any listing for my claim.
Please also note that I am expecting you to go read all guidelines regarding the discrimination of Mervelee Myers by LEYF and Samantha Jones affecting me and my 98-year-old husband in line with the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics.
I notice that HHJ Dight is listed to hear the claim. I recalled the reason he did not attend on the 2/9/2020 was because he had a misconduct and was advised by Robert Buckland. He was replaced by HHJ Parfitt and I was issued with a caseworker to address my complaint. Why is the HMCTS discriminating against me, covering up for LEYF abusers?
The ET Panel refused the Additional Witness Statement after Samantha Jones got the case adjourned when she told the Court she did not prepare a case.
The government rejected my petition for an inquiry in the Early Years Sector.
Now Richard Harty panicked and called to threaten me, I discover he is the mastermind of Men in Childcare. He is also the author of โA Voice of a Childโ. I did the research for June OโSullivan in August 2010.
I am on a mission to expose the abusers of children, young people and adults made vulnerable by discrimination in 2022.
Yours faithfully
Mervelee Myers
Please note that correspondence will be share in the Public Domain to safeguard me from the discrimination of the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Service.
