Risperidone is medicine that helps with symptoms of some mental health conditions such as: schizophrenia (where you may see, hear or feel things that are not there or you believe things that are not true or you feel unusually suspicious or have muddled thoughts)
Why is this medication prescribed? Risperidone is used to treat the symptoms of schizophrenia (a mental illness that causes disturbed or unusual thinking, loss of interest in life, and strong or inappropriate emotions) in adults and teenagers 13 years of age and older.15 Jun 2023
Taking risperidone may make you feel tired or dizzy and may affect your eyesight when you start taking it. This could affect you if you drive a car, ride a bike, or do anything else that needs a lot of focus. It might be best to stop doing these things for the first few days or weeks, until you know how it affects you.
A doctor may choose to prescribe an off-label antipsychotic drug when it offers a better balance of benefits and risks for an individual patient. For example, risperidone may be effective in people with dementia, but it also increases the risk of having a stroke.
Risperidone is an antipsychotic medication that is sometimes used to treat behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) in moderate to severe cases:
When used
Risperidone is used when other treatments have not been effective and there is a risk of harm to the patient or others. It can be used to treat symptoms such as aggression, agitation, psychosis, hallucinations, delusions, hostility, and uncooperativeness.
How it’s used
Risperidone is usually started at a low dose and gradually increased. It can take several weeks to feel the full benefit.
Risks
Risperidone can have serious side effects, including an increased risk of stroke and death. Other side effects include dehydration, water retention, chest infections, and heart problems.
Approval
Risperidone is approved for short-term use in some countries, but not in the United States.

Very common side effects of taking risperidone (affecting more than one in ten people) include: feeling sleepy, tired, weak or exhausted (this can be worse at the start of treatment and wear off after a few weeks – if you take your dose once daily, you could try taking it just before you go to bed)
There may be a slightly increased risk of serious, possibly fatal side effects (such as stroke, heart failure, fast/irregular heartbeat, pneumonia) when this medication is used by older adults with dementia. This medication is not approved for the treatment of dementia-related behavior problems.
Other adverse outcomes associated with antipsychotic use in dementia include risk of extrapyramidal side effects including gait disturbance (with use of FGAs and risperidone, but less commonly olanzapine, aripiprazole, and quetiapine), sedation, venous thromboembolism, and pneumonia [6, 25, 51, 54].
Parkinson’s disease. Seizures. An unusual or allergic reaction to risperidone, paliperidone, other medications, foods, dyes, or preservatives. Pregnant or trying to get pregnant.
This medicine may cause drowsiness, trouble with thinking, or trouble with controlling body movements, which may lead to falls, fractures or other injuries. Do not drive or do anything else that could be dangerous until you know how this medicine affects you.31 Jan 2024
Schizophrenia requires long-term treatment. Do not stop taking risperidone, even when you feel better. With input from you, your health care provider will assess how long you will need to take the medication. Missing doses of risperidone may increase your risk for a relapse in your symptoms.
Doctors and psychiatrists have had a lot of experience using risperidone since it came out for treating schizophrenia and other mental health problems. They have seen how well it works to help with positive symptoms like hallucinations and delusions. It can also help reduce agitation and aggression in some people.2 May 2024
Who is it for? Risperidone is indicated for the treatment of psychotic symptoms, or persistent agitation or aggression that is not responsive to non-pharmacological approaches, for patients with moderate to severe dementia of the Alzheimer type.19 Mar 2020.
Does Risperidone Calm You Down? Risperidone is primarily given for calming down patients suffering from schizophrenia, maniac disorder, autism. The drug should not however be taken by apparently healthy individuals. In the case of severe depression, Risperidone is a primary drug for calming down the patients.

The average weight gain from these medications–including asenapine, iloperidone, paliperidone LAI, quetiapine IR, and risperidone–ranged from three to nearly six pounds.8 Mar 2023
Risperidone is intended to reduce symptoms, such as aggression, and rapid mood swings. Studies report a significant improvement in symptoms associated with autism when risperidone is administered as compared to a placebo. It was possible to observe an improvement of 43% in the mean change in irritability (9-11).
Results: Compared to haloperidol, risperidone did not reduce patients’ facial expressiveness, decreased physiological reactivity, and decreased experience of unpleasant emotion but maintained experience of pleasant emotion. Emotional expressiveness was negatively correlated to parkisonism.
Risperdal (risperidone) and Xanax (alprazolam) are used to treat anxiety. Risperdal is used off-label in the treatment of anxiety. Risperdal is typically prescribed to treat schizophrenia, bipolar mania, and autism.17 Apr 2018
Risperidone can cause metabolic changes that might increase your risk for having a stroke or heart attack. You and your doctor should watch your blood sugar, symptoms of diabetes (weakness or increased urination, thirst, or hunger), weight, and cholesterol levels.
As noted, risperidone appears to spark increased appetite, which results in weight gain. The metabolic consequences observed in the study are similar to what we see in children who are obese but not being treated with a drug like risperidone.
There may be a slightly increased risk of serious, possibly fatal side effects (such as stroke, heart failure, fast/irregular heartbeat, pneumonia) when this medication is used by older adults with dementia. This medication is not approved for the treatment of dementia-related behavior problems.
Yes, many people take risperidone for a long time. Risperidone treats your condition but it will not cure it. It helps to keep your symptoms under control. One long-term side effect can be putting on weight as taking risperidone can make you feel more hungry than usual.
You may find it’s possible to manage your symptoms, or to make a full recovery, without medication. If you are taking antipsychotics, you may also want to use other options to support your mental health, as well as your medication. This page has information on some of the common alternatives to antipsychotics.
Psychosis can be caused by a mental (psychological) condition, a general medical condition, or alcohol or drug misuse.
The main symptoms of psychosis are: hallucinations – someone sees, hears, feels, tastes, or smells things that aren’t real, often this can mean they hear voices. delusions – someone believes things that are untrue, often this can lead them to believe that someone is trying to harm them.25 Apr 2024
During an episode of psychosis a person’s thoughts become confused. Words and ideas lose their meaning or take on meanings that make no sense. These disturbances in thinking can affect a person’s ability to concentrate, remember things and make plans.
Others have postulated that active psychosis may damage neuronal connectivity,5 while Wood et al6 believed that the impacts were through stress and the release of stress-related hormones. The focus for pathological deliberations, so far, has been very much on the brain.
not argue, confront or challenge someone about their beliefs or experiences. accept if they don’t want to talk to you, but be available if they change their mind. treat the person with respect. be mindful that the person may be fearful of what they are experiencing.22 Dec 2023
People experiencing symptoms of psychosis are often unable to think clearly. Respond to disorganized speech by communicating in an uncomplicated and succinct manner, and repeat things if necessary. Be patient and allow plenty of time for the person to process the information and respond.
Respond calmly and gently; avoid arguing with or confronting your loved one about their beliefs or behaviors. Listen. People living with psychosis can feel isolated by their symptoms. Use active listening to build trust with your loved one: “I hear you saying that people are following you and they seem scary.23 Oct 2024
An episode of psychosis is treatable, and it is possible to recover. It is widely accepted that the earlier people get help the better the outcome. 25% of people who develop psychosis will never have another episode, another 50% may have more than one episode but will be able to live normal lives.

Mervelee Myers must address this from the perspectives of the traumatised only surviving girl of my parents who experienced “childhood traumas” from disabilities and poverty in the first instance. Refer to to the meaning of CAMHS) for why the world must wake up to what is happening in the UK education system leaving children with SEND and their families to bear the brunt of systemic discrimination. I will be taking pot shots of written information like this based on the way I have been treated 32 years in this country. I am doing this because I reached out to Mr. Tony Cealy about helping me to share my stories. Mr. Cealy helped me to come from the background where I retreated after my father was stricken with Parkinson’s and my world fall apart. I met Mr. Cealy at the Walworth Living Room when I was a volunteer at Pembroke House. The only organisation that offered me a volunteering role after the second miscarriages by HMCTS https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016. Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services
What are CAMHS? Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) are services that support young people experiencing poor mental health, or difficult feelings or experiences.
Mervelee Myers must address the above as giving up before we even try to change the system. This is the system that presided over the miscarriages of justice denying me my rights whilst making me statistic each time I experienced the “Multiple Discrimination” of Dr. Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. I have written about this in my book “IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE” signed by Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley at the launch of “A New Met for London” in September 2023.
If we are thinking about change we should be working in partnership to bring about the change. Instead we are preparing to paper over the cracks saying the system did not allow us to change. Am positive if Mr. Cealy had the courage to visit his sister after she was SECTIONED and had a conversation with her, he would be taking a different perspective on delivering change. For too long we accepted that we cannot get the change needed. That’s why Mervelee Myers is gagged and silence with threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION after 23 years of hell by the alcoholic racist neighbour who has been coerced by the landlord to terrorise me.

CAMHS stands for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
CAMHS is the name for the NHS services that assess and treat young people with emotional, behavioural or mental health difficulties. You might also see CYPMHS used which stands for Children and Young People’s Mental Health Services.
Evaluation: I am basing this on my experiences working in the Early Years Sector after I graduated from Lambeth College 1997-1999. Reference must be made to the current situation where I am the victim of the orchestrated plots of the Judiciary of England and Wales in covering up the miscarriages of justice from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts and those involved. CAMHS stands for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. CAMHS is the NHS mental health services for children and young people.
There are local NHS CAMHS services around the UK, with teams made up of nurses, therapists, psychologists, child and adolescent psychiatrists (medical doctors specialising in mental health), support workers and social workers, as well as other professionals.
Refer to
The first step to getting help from CAMHS is usually getting a referral for a CAMHS assessment. This referral can come from your parents/carers, a teacher, a GP, or yourself if you are old enough (depending on where you live).
If you’re being supported by social care, a youth offending team, or a service at your school, they might also be able to refer you.
Try to tell the person making the referral as much as you can so you can, to get the help you need.
Most local CAMHS teams have a website where you can look up how to get access to their service. You can find your local CAMHS team using your postcode.
Try to be as open and honest as possible at your first appointment. These people are not mind readers and if you lie, you will not receive the best treatment plan for you to get better.

What happens at a CAMHS assessment?
Next you’ll be put on a waiting list for an assessment. This can sound scary but it’s normally just a chat so the CAMHS team can get to know you and see how they can help.
You’ll normally meet one or two members of the CAMHS team. If you’re under 16 years old, your parent(s) or carer(s) will usually be invited to join for part of this meeting.
This appointment will generally take place at a CAMHS clinic. But they might meet with you at your school or home. They’ll discuss with you the best place to meet before your appointment.
In the meeting the team will ask questions about your struggles so they can find the best support for you.
Here are some common questions the CAMHS team might ask in an assessment:
What has brought you to CAMHS?
How long have you experienced the problem that has brought you to CAMHS?
What would you like to change in your life?
What might help tackle the problems you are experiencing?
How have you been feeling recently?
Refer to
Your CAMHS assessment is a great opportunity to ask any questions you have. Here are some questions you may want to think about asking in your CAMHS assessment:
How long will I have to wait for treatment?
What help can I get straight away?
Can you recommend any local charities that help young people?
Who do I call if I have a mental health emergency? Is there a 24-hour phone number?
If I get talking therapy, how many sessions will I get?
Is my GP still involved in my care?
Refer to
It’s important at your CAMHS assessment to try and be as honest as possible, as this will help the team assessing you understand how to support you.
Here are some things that are helpful for you to tell them:
when your problems started
what you’d like to change
if there’s a pattern in the problems (keeping a diary or log book before your assessment can be really helpful to show this)
any difficulties in school or with friends
any general health problems, either now or in the past
any big family events or issues like divorce or bereavement
any recent or past trauma, e.g. emotional, sexual or physical abuse
other services you’ve had help from, like social care, hospital or private treatments
Questions about your treatmentQuestions about medication
Refer to
Once your treatment starts, you can still ask questions to make sure you are comfortable with what’s going on. Here are some questions you may want to consider asking:
Do I have to take medication?
If I do take medication, will I get a talking therapy at the same time?
Is this the only treatment available for me?
Is it a common treatment for people my age?
Where can I find out more about my treatment?
What if the treatment doesn’t work?
If I do start to feel upset, what should I do?
How will the treatment make me feel?

I must focus on my contributions to the Early Years Sector and how I have been denied my RIGHTS experiencing “Multiple Discrimination and Miscarriages of Justice”. My qualifications and trainings must be considered. In 2009 when I joined Westminster Children Society now LEYF I did trainings including “Understanding Statutory Assessment”. I spent the past 10 years after the death of my mother writing and defending myself in court. Not much changed since I had the first nervous breakdown at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust except I was manhandled for raising concerns about the neglect of my 101 year old husband.

She started work as a basic schoolteacher at 27 years, before this, she did one year national youth service, as a teaching assistant, and worked as a basic schoolteacher when she finally came to the UK in 1992.
2.2.4 The chronology became a bit confusing from here on. She told me that she met someone in Jamaica, came to the UK in 1991 on a holiday, to find out if she could live in the UK. She went back in June 1991, she finally came to live in the UK in 1992. MM Update: Was introduce to Mr. Myers in between a relationship that was breaking up. The person dislocated my jaw as a result. 2.3 Forensic history
2.3.1 I have not seen a record of previous convictions recorded against her, but she reported the following to me, not in a good chronological order.
2.3.2 She said that on 30 November 2020, the police attended her home, “Beat me up, assaulted me, took me out half naked”. According to her, the police called the evening before to tell her she was required at the Walworth police station, for an interview on 1 December 2020. She said that she had a prior appointment that day, to do with her diabetes. She requested for another appointment. She told me that four officers visited, she thought they were there to listen to her argument.
2.3.3 She said that she was charged with criminal damage to property. She was fined £50.
2.3.4 She said that in January 2023, she was at home, it was her mother’s birthday, so she dressed up in her cultural clothes and was celebrating. She wanted to put all that had happened to her, behind her and move on, the police attended her home. She said that they made allegations that there was a report of an incident at her address on 10 January 2023. She refuted this, she could not recall this happening. She said that one of the officers, went out and came back, and changed the reason why they were there. In the interim, she was issued papers telling her to attend Croydon Magistrates Court, if she did not attend, she would be arrested. She was given a date to attend Walworth police station for an interview. The next day, 27 January 2023, she went to Croydon Magistrates Court with her husband, nothing was listed. She asked questions, eventually, she spoke to somebody. She had to return to court twice after that. On the third visit to the court, no further action was taken, she was sent a document relating to her mental health.
2.3.5 On 3 February 2023, she said that she went to Walworth police station with her husband, she was represented by a duty solicitor, that was when she was told her neighbour returned from work at 1500 hours, heard screaming and shouting. The neighbour went to her flat, which is above hers (Mervelee Myers), opened her window, and she (Mervelee Myers) cursed her. She said that this is still being investigated to date.
2.3.6 According to her, both the neighbour and her male partner, have kicked her door, this started in November 2023, and is still going on. She told me that she called for assistance from the police the day the equipment was being installed at her home, for her husband to be discharged from hospital. The kicking of the door, she stated happened sometimes three times a week, she has reported to the police, and was provided CAD numbers.
2.3.7 On 27 February 2024, she told me that she called the police three times, because the kicking of the door was getting to her, no-one turned up. She was indoors, did not hear the communal doorbell ring, she then heard knocking on her door. She asked who it was, they said that it was the police. She opened the door, police officers were stood there. She thought because she had called three times, that is why they attended. She told me that some of the officers asked if she knew Arnold Tomlinson, her husband, she invited them in. She stood there waiting for them to come in, she saw one of the officers, put something at the door. She asked what it was, it was a battering ram, no-one answered her. She thinks four officers went into her property, maybe more, she asked for the purpose of their visit. She told me that she suffers with anxiety, she became anxious when she saw the battering ram. She was then told that the visit was about a video she posted online. She told me that she posted a video online because she blogs, she has signed up for a speaking event on 28 April 2024. She stated that, “I am expert authority on subjects from cradle to grave. So my tag line is early intervention is key to survival. Because I work with children”. She said that the video is there as part of her speaking engagements. The video was made in Jamaica, because her husband’s sister was going through a transition (dying), her husband’s niece, explained about her mother falling out of bed. She (Mervelee Myers) advised her niece that she has to safeguard her mother.
2.3.8 She then said that in terms of sensitivity, she did not post the video until after her sister- in-law died. She told me that the police saw the video, and because of their perception of her, she does not know who is feeding the police the information. She said one of the officers asked if she remembered him, he then told her that he remembered her husband, because he had visited, when her husband and herself had a disagreement. At this point, I asked if there was domestic violence between them, and she said no. She told me that she chose to report the incident, as a means of safeguarding both of them, because her husband was traumatised by the death of her mother. MM Updates: Traumatised from he moved in with me and the neighbour targeted him. It has since come to light about his jaw broken when he witnessed a MURDER whilst he was at his job working for Southwark Council. Her husband raised his walking stick to hit her. The police eventually left, but she reported the matter.
2.3.9 She then said that in 2017, she called the police because she was verbally abused by two persons, one of them stole her manuscript, the other one, a barrister, was ordered to pay back the money he took from her, by the Court, as he did not represent her. According to her, the police did not act, stating that, “It was none of their business”. MM Update: The pattern of Metropolitan Police HATE CRIMES started…
2.3.10 She told me that on 30 October 2017, the police and ambulance turned up at her house to section her for a malicious report, that she wrote on Facebook that she was feeling suicidal. She told me that she arranged a meeting with the police at the police station, she wanted her stepson to be present. He was not able to join the meeting, which took place with her alone. The police did not come prepared. One officer said to her, that if she did not calm down, she would be placed in a straight jacket. She told me that she came out of the meeting upset, her stepson arrived later, he was waiting outside. She said that the stepson went back in to speak to the police. She said that whilst waiting outside, a police vehicle pulled up, stating they received a report that someone was misbehaving. According to her, nothing happened further with the police. She said that her stepson was still talking to them. Nothing else happened with the police on that day. MM Update: I recorded the Metropolitan Police bullying, harassment and intimidation and posted online.

The letter stated that in terms of her anxiety, she was progressing some counselling therapy, having been given contact details both via her GP and via work. The impact of this situation on her marriage, where Mrs. Myers found it hard to cope as a result of being overwhelmed by the difficulties in her work life. She also said that this had affected some of her friendships. It was reported that Mrs. Myers said that her family were her main support, but this was only over the telephone due to the distance between them. Police officers and onlookers at the scene of the accident
The driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, sustained head injuries and died before help could reach him.
The Montego Bay police are investigating.

I am writing this tribute to the deceased for many reasons, but most poignantly from the personal perspective of a Mother, a Teacher, a Carer and a Person who knows about the transitional journey of CRAIG BABHAN who I help to nurture and with whom he develop secondary attachments in his childhood. In order for anyone to get the fuller picture of my association with the family, I will have to go back a few centuries to my childhood. Therefore despite my memory is not as sharp as a few years ago, when I started writing and documenting…? I am hoping I can write this tribute to depict the close knit community from which I was born and lived for almost as much years as GRAIG was given on this earth.
I left Jamaica for the UK on the 6th June 1992, for those of you who are better than me at mathematics, please do the calculations. My Hidden Disabilities are inclusive of dyscalculia, as my age is liable to change, depending on my situation. I sometimes have this need to take on the persona of others. I worked as a Basic School Teacher before coming to the UK where I set up home since 1992. Craig was one of many of my students, but like a few of my pupils I have a close relationship with him and love and treated him like one of my own. I order for you to understand, therefore I need to go back to my reflections of growing up in the local communities of Townhead and the surroundings.
The Cocker
Therefore let me start with the COCKER as this is where I can recall that CRAIG family history lie. I was only young but the family of Cockers live together in this big house, entering the raising to Townhead. The head of the household was the only male and he was surrounded by his sisters. They were described as Mullatoes. They were not white and neither were they black. One of the sisters was the Registrar for the area, and I honestly don’t recall what the others do for a living. But I recall my granny saying, Mr. Cocker was a well-known jeweler, but never taught this skills to anyone else. He eventually died with this talent instead of passing it on to anyone else either. I recalled Mr. Cocker as the Bursar at Frome Secondary School, where I attended from 1972-1976.
One of his sisters, Ms. Hilda was the Registrar for the locality and her name is on my Birth Certificate. The others were named Ms. (Sibby – Sybil), Ms. (Al – Alice), and Joy Cocker aka Joy Banhan’s grandmother worked at the Cocker household. Joy and her grandmother come to live at Townhead when Mr Cocker moved to the area and was the Bursar at my school. I never know any other name except Joy Cocker for CRAIG Mother, Joy and to this day that name remains. I recalled my grandmother used to be helping out at the Cocker and we carried water for the family from the stand pipe at Pringle Corner. I am not sure if my granny got paid for her services, but must have gotten some forms of payments for her services to help her get along in life?
The Cocker’s home was one of the modern homes built and they moved from another area, might be Somerton, or at least Mr. Cocker, to live at Townhead. Mr. Cocker drove one of the biggest car and must have been one of only, a minority of persons to own their own transport. Honestly I can’t recall the make of the car either, because I do not have a good memory for that kind of information. If I had known these things would turn out to be important, I probably would have documented and stored for future reference. Joy, CRAIG Grandmother moving to live and work for Mr. Cocker meant that Joy became a part of the Townhead community. I recall Ms Joy, she was a Basic School Teacher.
Townhead Baptist Church
The Townhead Baptist Church is a monument for the community and has been in existence from time memorial. My Mother was christened, married and baptized there and the family have a long history dating back with the church. My siblings and I were christened there and so is one of my sons. Even I don’t think I could cover the history of the Townhead Baptist Church. However I would like to touch on how I understand the Townhead Basic School, which is the foundation for my developing my passion for working with young children started. I was reliably informed after I attended a funeral and meet Ms. IVY Haseley nee McKitty, that she started the School at her Moth Ms. Molvina Trout’s home. It was subsequently given a permanent home at the church.
Ms. Molvina – Molly Trout was one of the witness at my parents wedding and my Mother claimed they are family. I no longer question the authenticity of those who my Mother claim are her family. Most of Westmoreland people are related, and the only way my family is not doubly related to others, is because my Papa is from St Elizabeth. There have been many Teachers coming out of the system, who I understand cut their teeth, as gaining experiences at the Basic School located at the church. Ms. Candy Gooden and possible Ms. Jenny Turner were colleagues of Joy Cocker when they worked at the Basic School located at the Townhead Baptist Church where the school was located.
I remember the church was more than just doing the work of saving souls for God, but was a Social Enterprise, delivering all kinds of services to the local communities. I take my younger breda Ervin to the clinic and I attended the school. I also attended the Sunday School until I become a rebel, when I was getting teased for being different. That’s why I know without a shadow of a doubt that I have disabilities, which I am researching to find out how they impacted on my life. But let’s get back to more about CRAIG. Joy form a relationship with Linval Banhan from Georges Plain. I recall there was a Teacher named Banhan from Georges Plain, teaching at Townhead Primary School. My reasons for this is the stories she told. The one in particular was the story about the wife who calls out to his wife for the poon. When the wife asks him to put on the “S”, he replied, mi wife, wey di Poon-S deh?
Joy and Linval courtship ended in marriage and CRAIG was the youngest of 3 children from this union. Working as a Basic School Teacher at the school located at the Townhead School premises, where my breda ASHTER, in his tenor as Councillor for the Friendship Division got it relocated. CRAIG started attending the school and as a favour to his Mother, I used to keep him at my home until she comes from her job to pick him up. His older breda Bryan who attended Mannings High School at the time would come and wait with him most times until Joy arrived. He was such a tiny little boy, but he was well brought up with impeccable manners. I am more than proud saying I helped in the nurturing of CRAIG as his teacher and during the time he spent at my home.
He was kind and loving to his elder breda Bryan, sharing whatever he was given with him. However the one thing that I recalled which stand out to this day for me, was how worried he would become when the dusk start coming and his Mother didn’t arrive to pick him up. Without doubt you would hear him saying in a pitiful voice “Night a Come Dung and MAMA don’t Come Fi Me Yet”? As I am writing this, I am filled with so much sadness. Because at the tender age of 33 years old, CRAIG Maker came to take him home without any prior notice. I am sure if it was left to his family to make a choice, they would have bargained with his Maker to give him a few more years.
I do not know what it is like to lose a child, but I have been traumatised by having family who were sick for years and died. I have experiences of having family murdered, cut down in cold blood. I have family whose funeral I could not attend because of circumstances beyond my control. I witness the decline in my Grandma’s health and she eventually died of a broken heart 2 years after her son was brutally murdered. Therefore I am writing from my heart about this Young Man who I helped to nurture during his most impressionable years of transitional development during his childhood.
Laying the Foundations
I was brought up the old fashioned ways by my parents and grandma as well as the support network from the communities who were my keepers and who I consider part of my extended family. With the advent of Social Media, which I know can be used for whatever reasons we intend to. I am sad, but at the same time I am happy knowing that CRAIG did not change from the loving Child he was, the child I helped to nurture. The little boy who was worried that his Mother did not come to get him to take him home and night was coming down. There is a song I sung when Charmaine Mahabier was brutally taken from his family “Death Have a Time to Steal Us Away…” I got trolled by some on Facebook, because they did not understand the story I was trying to tell.
This time I want it known that although I doubt whether I have seen or have a conversation with CRAIG, in the past 25 years, I am happy about what I am reading about his life on Social Media. I am writing this tribute in the hope that CRAIG children will have it as a memory of their FATHER, when they grow up. It’s all good and well thinking of the moment that is now and not capturing and documenting for the future. I had a troubled childhood when my Father was struck down with Parkinson’s and I am only trying to capture 45+ years of a blighted life because I got counselling. I would like to tell everyone that knowledge is power and ignorance is bliss.
We need to unite for the benefit of the future generations and I am using my skills to help keep CRAIG memory alive for his children and family. RIP GRAIG DAMION BANHAN. Your legacy will live forever. You were only given 33 years to come, make your marks and leave your legacy. I am sure no one will allow all the good you have done to be ever forgotten. Already it is been documented in cyberspace.
Sleep on and take your rest. Precious Memories how they linger…?
I join in with all the families from Townhead and the surrounding communities of Westmoreland and the entire Jamaica in honouring your life that was cut short as a result of this terrible tragic accident.
I am a writer and keen photographer. For me writing is therapy.

Taurus: Beware of falling prey to a charmer. This manipulator will ask you to pay for a purchase and say that they’ll reimburse you. Don’t believe them. After making some discrete enquires, you’ll discover this person has a long track record of deception.
Ok, was talking to someone today and told them what #JuliePowell done to me. Her response was “you don’t have luck with people”? well I learn from every singlew mistake I have ever made in life. As for the co-CONspyHaters, I have them covered…
This morning I was listening to the messages on my house phone, and there is one from Ryan Clement. Listening to it, just make me mad that someone can be so mean. But there is a GOD, when I told the lady at the CAB the price I paid for the foolishness, she couldn’t believe.
But I wasn’t even aware that there is one there from Winsome Duncan: Author & Public Speaker, saying all that she has done for me. That thieving sadistic bitch is going to get her comeuppance.
Wait until the people find out that Peaches Publications is a front for her #scams, then she will know what GOD she is serving.
She was planning to harm me at her 40th birthday party on the 27th October. But my #Papa_IS_Nembhard, #Auntie_IcylynPowell_Telyn & #Uncle_Sylvester_Nembhard made sure the Mad Head take me like #Auntie_Anita aka Moses that I couldn’t turn up. My GOD is good oh!
I was scrolling through my niece Sara-Kay Nembhard’s tingy and see one of thses photos and it brings back memories of my breda BYRON. It was around this time in 2007 when I started corresponding with him. It lasted until I made him a pledge on his death bed. At the time his organs were shutting down and I have to relay the messages through his #wife. Despite the trails and tribulations I have faced at the hands of King’s College Hospital, LEYF Nurseries and the Employment Tribunal, I am down but not out. So I continue my Fight4justice. In honour of my other breda ASHTER….
I put my Cuz Joyce SAUNDERS-Brown photo here because she is going through her trials and tribulations with Cancer. I set up the Janet Beeput Page to celebrate my young cuz’s life. She departed at the age of 43, now I am on the verge of losing another member of my family. Now what they have done at https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years… is to penalise me for the DNA I was born with. The DNA that left me predisposed to all manner of disabilities and health conditions. So that’s why I will be fighting for the rest of my life to right the wrongs that cause many to be on the verge of an epedemic where people are becoming part of the statistic of 1 in 5 suicides are associated with unemployment. Well it was Ryan Clement who brought this to my attention when I showed him my photo in the HCT Group, Impact Report 2016. Little did I know it would be used against me as self-fulfilling Phophecy by Winsome Duncan: Author & Public Speaker?

We need all the laws to promote INCLUSION. In the meantime I want an Inquiry into the Early Years Sector so no other employees have to go through my ordeals at LEYF Nurseries. And the #EmploymentTribunals affirm the Discrimination and presided over another miscarriage of justice. I have come across too many employees whose lives have been destroyed. They merely existing
That’s why I have my Fight4justice campaign. I told #DilysEpton at the HOC on 27th March 2015, “If I was an animal at BIB the RSPCA (England & Wales) would rescue me. She turned up her snotty nose and said “that’s not what they say about you…”? Well I will stop mention the BIGOTS, because they waiting for time to run out.

Good morning Facebook, I said I was going to do the #Ironing today, but changed my mind. The reasons are below.
Taurus – Lori Reid: Jot down that dream, tune, recipe, formula or watever inspired idea came to you on waking. Financially, it could prove a winner. But keep matters under your hat until after lunch when it’s all systems go. Call to hear when you must shop with care.
Ok, so I will go for the #Dream! In this way I can continue my Fight4justice against LEYF Nurseries and let the #Systems & the #Establisment see that no amount of conspiring & colluding will be #Tolerated to allow #Companies & #Organisations getting away with #Discrimination as in the Equality Act 2010.
Nobody said life was going to be easy. Too many of us believe we must deny others their #Entitlement that is basic for us humans to enjoy our rights and freedoms without discrimination on any grounds as stated at #Article14 of the #UnitedNationsConventionontheRightsoftheChild. Can they see the #PosterChild in this advert…? Well I was his #KeyPerson as regards the EYFS Welfare Requirements. When I identified him and others at a former workplace as needing #EarlyInterventionStrategies… The #Manager stood for about #5minutes, said she done her #Observations and there were no causes for concerns. Then she asked “why do you say children have #SEND?” The children who attend parents are #Professionals so they can’t have Disabilities. I was left to go do #Research about Eugenics. The RIH. That’s why when I see headline grabbing news like that in the Daily Express of Sunday #23rdOctober2016: “I triumphed despite my Asperger’s… and other people can too”, I know I am write and they were wrong. When I was this child’s key person, he was reading at the #4yearsold. I came across a few #Giftedchildren during my time at King’s College Hospital: Mapother House Day Nursery from #April2003toNovember2008 when I was forced to resign like at LEYF Nurseries. Now is the #Establishment going to keep burying their heads in the sand before realising that there are fundamental concerns that need addressing in the #EarlyYearsSector? Don’t tell me the times I spent accepting the challenges as I work with my #Disabilities to become a #Graduate from the The Open University is going to lead to LEYF Nurseries getting away with #Breaching the Data Protection Act 1998, the Human Rights Act 1998. My Fight4justice will lead me unto taking up Advocacy for All as there are employees struggling to cope with the #ModernDaySlavery present in today’s workplaces. Employers like LEYF Nurseries have become experts at pushing them beneat the carpets and getting other #Organisations to cover for them. Asks me how I know & I will give you the evidence from my #DefensivePractice ?
