I have done business to have the shares held by my husband sold after he died. I contacted them after I did not receive the checks and arrangements made to reissue the cheques. 3 letters dated 17 September 2024 came to my address with instructions. I called again on the 3rd of October and after being sent from pillow to post by people who sounded like they didn’t know what they were doing. I was eventually told that the cheques were not reissued. Because of my experiences with Barclays in 2004 when I begged the South London Press to publish my story am weary of Banks and Building Societies. Barclays scammed me a second time and closed my account. Santander tried it with my husband and is responsible for us getting robbed in Peckham on the 19th October 2023. I have to issue claims against Nationwide Building Society. Am the target of the FOS Emma Martin-HHamilton and Action Fraud and the Metropolitan Police does nothing to help. I am suspicious that the cheques were not sent because someone is playing tricks so I don’t get my money. I attended an event in April 2023 and was introduced to the scammer by her friend. She is the CEO of http://www.blacawards.org.uk and since I checked the website and things looked okay, I decided to accept the invitation to be part of the business. I invited Mimi Owusu and her friend Liz to my home. Between April and July, I was scammed ยฃ10,000.00 via bank transfers and more money via other channels. But then Mimi Owusu continued the same patterns of behaviours that were used by others who scammed me.

Mervelee Myers put on record how Housing for Women, MCP Contractor, Devonsonshires Solicitors LLP, Housing Ombudsman Service and HMCTS and CPS and CJS and MOPAC and SRA and BSB and CCMCC and IOPC and JCIO and HMPPS and CLCC are participant in the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION of the past 23 years living at 16 Alma Grove, Bermondsey London SE1 5PY. Therefore, the following case – Case Reference: K02CL827 and any other claims in this matter must take into consideration recent developments in the Housing Ombudsman asking for volunteers for RESEARCH for Department of Housing about how landlords communicate with tenants about maladministration. Housing for Women and their contractor MCP left me and my visitor traumatised leaving US to be using a toilet without any cover or seat. It is unhygienic as enough water is not coming in the tank to flush the toilet. We have to fill containers to wash away when we use the toilet. The visitor’s phone fell in the toilet leaving her TRAUMATISED as all her details are stored on the phone. After begging staff at H4W and MCP to sort out the matter. MCP dragged their feet before making an appointment for the 27th September 2024. No one showed up and I was sent another appointment for the 2nd October 2024. I had to go out but on my return did not see any notification that MCP showed up.
Let me inform Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors that in line with the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics I will address this response with the seriousness it deserves as a person who was responsible for SAFEGUARDING my husband and Ms Gilchrist who needs URGENT support to stop TERRORISING me and getting support from H4W and the Metropolitan Police to continue the hate crimes.

The Claimant response to the Defendant as follows, Mervelee Myers will be relying on the fact that I have no legal training and has been representing myself in โLegal Affairsโ from 2008 at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery. I will be drawing on the fact that I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudsonโs research paper for the Policy Studies Institute. โThe Experience of Multiple Discrimination recommended to ACAS to argue my case. Because an email response from 2010 is in the BUNDLE prepared for their client Housing for Women. I will therefore, be saying I am not familiar with CPR 3.4 (2)(a) โ (c) and do not have time to read up about it. I am DEPRESSED and dying slowly of torture as I wrote to my former employers on the eve of โMothering Sundayโ 14 March 2015.

For Clarity, the Claimant wishes to make it clear that in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics, if the Defendant has not filed a defence to either of the Claims and applying to strike them out. I will be relying on EVIDENCE in proving that the HMCTS and CPS and CJS miscarriages of justice are still in place to deny me my ENTITLEMENTS.
Background
Both the 1st and 2nd Claim were issued via the Online Civil Money Claims Pilot (the Pilot). I am awaiting to find out where we go from here.
Devonshires do not have any rights to order the Claims to be struck out.
Application to strike out Claims
I do not have much time to waste so I will be specific and stick to the relevant information to address the Claims.
The Defendant in acting for their Client Housing for Women (H4W) in relation to the ongoing injunctive committal (Claim Number: K02CL827) and possession proceedings (Claim Number: K05EC530) brought against the Claimant in the Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court. Devonshires Solicitors LLP knows that the injunction is unlawful and therefore not a legitimate claim on behalf of their Client.
The injunction order that was made against the Claimant is UNLAWFUL based on the evidence that was refused, some of which can be accessed online via my YouTube Channels. The Defendant will be charged for DEFAMATION blaming me for the Anti-Social_Behaviours of H4W that coerced the Neighbours to target me after Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert were employed at H4W in 2022. I will be using my Partnership Working with the Metropolitan Police in August 2023 to prove I was not engaging in any ASB during the month of August 2023 when the Defendant claim I was breaching the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION https://youtu.be/FOGwwIMgl9E?si=ywkXhuDqceXkNZcf.
I refused to waste my time addressing Devonshires Solicitors in how they colluded with H4W to target vulnerable women and get HMCTS to carry out their biddings. As stated, before I refuse to entertain the Defendantโs continuing DEFAMATION and directing the Court to REQUEST for JUDGEMENT against H4W and Stephen Agera and NHS England. The Complaints against H4W 2022000052 and 2024000031 and 20240000273 are proof that the Defendant has knowingly represented their Client who is guilty of targeting vulnerable tenants. I will advise the Court to take a look at Change.org 18/8/23 HP 15/8/23 We are Being FAILED. Is Devonshires Solicitors LLP saying the fact that my visitor and I are TTRAUMATISED by not having the bathroom facilities and having her phone falling in the toilet am a nuisance for trying to get help? Every time that the Defendant use any breaches of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics it will be noted as GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY.
When the evidence is presented the proof will be seen that from Narin Masera sent me POSSESSION letter in July 2023 the Defendant was in breach of the Equality Act GDPR and Charter of Rights. The Defendant will have to tell the Court who at H4W wants me out.
The Court did not make any findings of fact the Claimant engaged in any ASB other than defend myself using the RESOURCES available from I joined Social Media in 2009 and creating content. How many vulnerable women and their families has the Defendant got the Court to issue with INJUNCTION?
Since I paid for the first Court Order to be issued I want to know who will strike out my Claims. Because District Judge Sterlini who labelled me a VIOLENT NUISANCE on EMANCIPATION DAY 2023 was involved with the strike out of my Claims with Winsome Duncan that reached Telephone Conciliation. Claim Number: F22YM276 was transferred to CLCC by District Judge Bell dated 5 December 2019. This is the same DJ Bell who has breached my RIGHTS in the handling of the Claims including Barrister Ryan Clement F56YJ215 that judgement was passed to pay back my money. I am still waiting to be paid. The Court Enforcement Services LTD – 6011794982 now targeted me .
Application for Civil Restraint Order
The Claimant will ask that the actions of Barrister Samantha Jones be investigated before granting the Defendant the ECRO F03CL973. Barrister Samantha Jones went to great lengths via the Court to get this Order that was not granted. In continuing to SLANDER the Claimant the Defendant will be exposed for their UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT. District Judge Bell was involved in this case too. Matthew Bradley appeared for Barrister Samantha Jones. DDJ Hunter transferred F20YM999 referred HHJ Dight to consider making a civil restraint order. Claim Numbers: F22YM276, F56YJ215, F21YM135, F21YM001, F20YM999, F0YM907 and F21YM003. Names to consider DDJ Hunter, HHJ Dight and His Honour Judge Lethem and HHJ Parfitt. I would appreciate if the Defendant RESTRAIN all those targeting me from H4W and the NEIGHBOUR from HELL.

Mervelee Myers must address this matter after my grandson’s Kevin Murray JNR 20th birthday as the WRITER who writes for therapy after my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease or as I knew then “He was sick with his nerves”. Because I spent the past 10 years after the death of my mother with dementia writing to clear my name from DEFAMATION, I try to be concise and use pointers to get some of those involved to accept why I am staying within the guidelines of the rules of laws to share my stories of 32 years of “Systemic Discrimination” to the world. Therefore, threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION via CONTEMPT of COURT by HMCTS District Judges Sterlini, Richard Hayes, Pigram, Naidoo and Bell at the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch will make me part of the Windrush Oral History Resources as the wife of ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON.
Approaching “Black History Month 2024” I will use Ms Lou’s “Colonisation in Reverse to Decriminalise Mervelee Myers” and demand those involved to be named. In order to achieve this, I will use Dr Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. I will recommend that IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE that was endorsed by Sir Mark Rowley at the launch of “A New Met for London”. Dedicated to a Strong Jamaican Woman a month after District Judge add a “Violent Nuisance” to the labels of “Unprofessional, Uncooperative, Rude, Intimidating, Confrontational, Aggressive and Lacking Empathy after I fronted Ofsted at BIB Nursery and overturned the poor Ofsted ratings. A head teacher committed SUICIDE since I have been denied my ENTITLEMENTS and laws are changed. The “Cycle of Gaslighting” started with the allegations at BIB after the death of my mother with dementia.
Because I refused to give up my Fight4justice campaign when I refused LEYF ยฃ58,000.00 NDA to cover up HMCTS involvement in the miscarriages of justice at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery 2003-2008. I was left to represent myself again with LEYF. After exhausting the Legal System and investing in sharing my stories and having my intellectual property, copyright, images and CPPDP harvested by social media. I was pushed over the edge to become HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT. In denying me my RIGHTS I was given BENEFITS to strip me of my DIGNITY having to attend CAPABILITY for WORK ASSESSMENT in order to receive my entitlements. But as if this was not enough, I became the target of the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Services for becoming a SUICIDE Statistic. That was when my husband and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave home once per week or less. The “Cultural Ambassador, Social Butterfly” was excluded. The MISOGYNY started in full as my “Mental Health” was used to marginalised me from 30th October 2017 when the Metropolitan Police refused to act about “Verbal Threats” from Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement that I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. On 30th November 2020 Holly Sweeney P255654 led Nikki Wright P240060 and Harry Stack P255641 and Ben Godfrey P255842 to my home to MURDER me to say I commit SUICIDE. If you are wondering what’s the relevance of this I would like you to understanding my arguments are based on DJ Pigram instructions at Court when the issues involved in Housing for Women actions with Devonshires Solicitors LLP pushed my husband over the edge. He was to spend his transition worried about the fact DJ Sterlini labelled me a “Violent Nuisance” and none of the other District Judges ere prepared to look at the evidence. The fact that was asking the PUBLIC for support especially during July 2023 when Narin Masera contacted me about POSSESSION of the property I lived in because of “Domestic Violence” is the reality of “No Blacks, No Dogs, No Irish”.
The following is to be read to give an insight into how I have been let down by HMCTS, CPS, CJS, IOPC, JCIO, BSB, SRA, DBS, CCMCC, HMPPS, MOPAC, CLCC, FOS, HOS, LEA… I have written “Open Letters” to Prime Ministers, Members of Parliament, individuals, organisations to help me resolve the matter of the “Systemic Discrimination” only to end up being denied my RIGHTS to Medical Treatment by a petulant Dr. Joanna Pennack of Nexus Health Group. I am sorry to learn of your experience and thank you for taking the time to contact us. MM Response: I will address this with the same amount of seriousness that has been put on my complaint. Why I am under threats to be IMPRISONED and EVICTED via threats of Contempt of Court because of the failures of the Metropolitan Police to safeguard me and my husband who was traumatised from the racist, terrorist Deborah Agnes Gilchrist who was coerced by Samantha Gibbs. Samantha Gibbs joined Housing for Women in April 2022 and sent me invitation to ASB meeting in May. I have proof on YouTube Live of the times I called for support and the RACIST IGNORANT Members of the Metropolitan Police come here to join in the hate crimes.

I have been unable to locate any records or body worn camera footage from this incident. Please accept this letter as a FORMAL COMPLAINT for 23 years of Housing for Women breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and the Tenancy Agreements, I signed throughout the time I am living at 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey, London SE1 5PY December 2000 to date.
This COMPLAINT is in addition to REF: 20240000273.
I am requesting a Subject Access Request from H4W to replace the data wiped from the Customer Portal after I became a target of H4W when Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert were employed in April and May 2022.
I will therefore list the Complaint from todayโs date to the times I raised concerns to the Housing Ombudsman Services and MP Neil Coyle who contacted H4W twice on my behalf.
Areas of Concerns โ MCP Contractors
I would like MCP Contractors to be included in this COMPLAINT based on the handling of the matter by the person/female I spoke to on the 23 September 2024. When I spoke to the person from H4W earlier I was advised that MCP should have contacted me to do the repairs. I was told the matter would be escalated. When I did not hear from MCP I called and the person who already knows about the โLady with the Toilet Seatโ was so offensive I will be raising a separate COMPLAINT based on the shoddy work that was done and MCP insisting I am responsible for the toilet. Despite getting confirmation from H4W that the issues must be sorted by MCP.
Trauma from Mobile Phone Falling in Toilet
Because of MCP and H4W both my visitor and I are TRAUMATISED from her mobile phone falling in the toilet. We had to go get it fixed at the โPhone Shopโ paying money I can hardly afford. I will be seeking compensation. There is no toilet seat, and the toilet is left uncovered. Since my visitor arrives the water is not filling up to flush the toilet. We have to use container to pour water in to flush it.

Please note that my previous clinical interaction with Mervelee consists of 3x 10minute consultations since 2017. MM Response: I have no memory of those consultations. However, 2017 was one of the most difficult year for me and the GP Practice should have been aware. Please note that time allocated by the surgery for completion of this letter was 20minutes, MM Response: Working as an EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator am appalled at Dr. Pennack having the nerves to admit that the SURGER allocated her only 20 minutes to write a report that can determine if am IMPRISONED and EVICTED after the death of my 101 year old husband.
I am note able to be as thorough as I would have liked, and I am also not sure that I am going to be able to add much to the thorough psychiatric report that was completed in April. MM Response: You have no reason to make any decisions about been as thorough as you like. All you had to do is put information together from DATA in the system. You ask for specific mental health conditions โ she was diagnosed with anxiety and depression several years ago (first coded in 2018). MM Response: Where do you get this information from about 2018? My Chronic Anxiety diagnosis was July 2006 for my Health and Social Examination with the Open University. The only exam I had to do because I chose courses to be able to achieve because of my IMPAIRMENTS.
There was a query of bipolar disorder made by my colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood MM Response: I will have to find out more about this as I have no memory of this. Hence, I contacted you after you put the Aids Test in without being honest what your thoughts were when I visited you about Weight Loss noticed by the Professionals at appointment at the Hospital. (please note formal bipolar disorder diagnoses are not generally made by GPs, this is something our psychiatry colleagues do). A CMHT referral was done but rejected, they asked she see the mental health nurse first, but it appeared this never happened, although she does now have an appointment at the end of August with the mental health nurse at the surgery โ if the nurse feels CMHT input is needed she may then do a re-referral. Of note, CMHT did assess her in 2022 and found no evidence of bipolar disorder or psychosis. MM Response: When I organise my online Live Broadcasting under Mervelee Myers Consultancy Fight4justice as a Mental Health & SEND Advocate for the Early Intervention Strategies KEY to SURVIVAL. For my grandson with Speech and Language Delay, I will expose those covering for my former employers at http://www.leyf.org.uk and Nexus Health Group for breaches of the Equality Act.
Mervelee also reports that she has an eating disorder (Describes some days she cannot eat or drink anything at all), although I cannot find evidence of a formal psychiatric diagnosis of eating disorder. MM Response: Here we go again. Did I not say that my father and uncle had Parkinson’s? I developed “TRAUMAS” as a result of Disabilities and Poverty, but because I do not have a “Medical Diagnosis for Parkinson’s I cannot claim Parkinson’s as a DISABILITY. What you claim colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood is none other than the signs and symptoms of my “Atypical PARKINSONISM”. That is hard to diagnose and treat. I don’t need a diagnosis to say if I eat or not. My mother had the same condition.
You mentioned โdisability issuesโ โ I am not quite sure what you are asking? MM Response: Shame on you Dr. Pennack.
She has a past medical history of type 2 diabetes and knee osteoarthritis, although I cannot see any recent documentation on how the arthritis has affected her. MM Response: I did have Physio, and I do lots of walking. With aging come the exacerbation of any conditions. Sometimes my feet are swollen and painful and my toes dropped, and reason am visiting the hospital and was asked to make appointment for review. There are times when my hands crumble and I cannot use them.
There are no documented complications of her diabetes, it is well controlled. MM Response: Controlled as all my other CONDITIONS until I am pushed over the edge and triggered. Reasons Nexus Health Group will be exposed with NHS England and Maudsley NHS and Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Southwark Council Adult Social Care and Southwark Health Ambassador and Housing for Women and Housing Ombudsman Service and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. Others will be listed.
It is such a SHAME that it has come to this after the support I was given over the years to live a normal and fulfilling life until Dr. Joanna Pennack and Nexus Health Group decided to use Medical Gaslighting and Misogyny against me.
