Breaching Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristic 2010. For clarity let me point Nationwide to information that will be relied on. Please Reference: Claim Number 567MC716. When I read Samuel Christopher Andrews CRAP, it makes me realise how utterly WICKED Nationwide Buildiing Society is. Because I gave Nationwide every opportunity to deal with the matter in a manner that is mutually amicable for both of us because of the STRAINS I was under at the time. I could understand if after Nationwide got Mr. Andrews to prepare a Witness Statement knowing its A Contempt of Court Matter for supplying false information making him believe they are fact. Nationwide set out on a campaign of HATE to cause additional STRESS on top of what happened when Nationwide sent the first letter to me dated the 10th May 2023. Maybe Nationwide need to scrutinise the trail of events from that letter was sent and what occurred after. Please be aware that the person who came into Nationwide in Brixton for the first ยฃ5,000.00 to be transferred to her account is responsible for writing a 12 page “Witness Statement” for Housing for Women implicating Nationwide in all the PERSECUTION of Mervelee Myers from the 28th April 2023. Nationwide did even worse and my online payment for under ยฃ10.00 resulted in my card blocked again. I am still getting notifications that bills have not been paid. But the fact that my Currys Cloud Backup that I have since 2004 when I studied with the “Open University” was stopped showing me Nationwide does not care. Dear Mervelee,
For this festive issue we’re sharing two updates from teams that youโve helped this winter; how you shaped this yearโs Christmas Thanking Campaign and how you influenced our Winter Cash Appeal.
We’ll see you on Tuesday 7 January for our first newsletter of 2025 and wish you a restful festive break.
Help shape our new inclusion web pageWeโve created a new web page to provide information on equality, inclusion and diversity in involvement, and to support people affected by cancer to get involved in our work.
We’d like your feedback to help us make the page clear and informative so that people who are unsure about getting involved in our work feel more confident.Look at our new (DRAFT) web pageShare your feedback

Shaping our Christmas Thanking CampaignChristmas is a nice time to reflect on the importance of our supporters and how we thank them for their loyalty over the past 12 months. Our Loyalty and Cultivation team worked with our Online Cancer Insight Panel to help develop a โChristmas Thanking Campaignโ which includes, thanking cards, emails, SMS, telemarketing and social media posts.
You shared valuable feedback, which helped us make our communications more accessible and engaging to our supporters. Hereโs a summary of how our panelโs insight made a difference:
THANKING CARDS You liked the different personal stories, types of cancer being mentioned and positive messaging in the card, but felt that we used too much text. You liked the bright colourful designs but felt the card wasnโt very Christmassy.
We created three versions of our thanking cards including different patient stories. We ensured that the messaging in the cards is positive whilst ensuring that we are acknowledging how the festive season can be difficult for many who are closely affected by cancer. Our in-house designers continued to reflect our theme of unwrapping scientific discoveries and powering breakthroughs thanks to our supporters and introduced more festive elements to the card. Weโve worked carefully to ensure that it is inclusive of those who celebrate Christmas and those who donโt.
THANKING EMAILS You liked how we recognised your support and shared that youโd like to see more detail about new groundbreaking progress. You felt the content was too long and youโd like it to feel more festive.
Weโve shortened the copy to ensure the emails are user-friendly and easy to digest. Weโve also included festive emojis in the email subject lines, ensured our graphics incorporate classic festive themes and included new discoveries in science research within the researcher article sections. Weโre sending personalised versions of the email tailored to how the individual supports Cancer Research UK. For example, we now have a version for our regular monthly donors, for those giving to restricted funds (bowel, lung and children and young people’s cancers) and for those supporting the BowelBabe Fund.
Thank you again for all your thoughtful contributions. Here at Cancer Research UK, this is what matters most, hearing directly from those affected by cancer to make our branding and messaging as powerful as possible.
Warmest wishes from everyone at Cancer Research UK.
๎
2024 Winter Cash AppealInfluencing the look and feel of our campaignThe Individual Giving team worked closely with our Online Cancer Insight Panel to develop our 2024 Winter Cash Appeal. The appeal is sent out via email to 900,000 existing Cancer Research UK supporters with the aim to inspire our supporters to make a one-off donation to fund our life-saving research. If opt-ed in, you may have received these emails earlier this month!
As the emails were sent to many people and at a time of year that can be sensitive to people affected by cancer, we wanted to gather feedback from patients and loved ones, to ensure our communications felt appropriate with the right tone of voice.
Your feedback helped shape our appeal content in several ways:IMPROVED THE IMAGERY You wanted a better-quality graphic at the start of the email. We updated the graphic at the top of email and reviewed imagery to ensure they were high quality. HELPED TO IMPROVE OUR PATIENT CASE STUDIES You wanted a photo to go with the case study, to make it more personable. We added in a photo of a media volunteer to accompany the story. MADE IT FEEL RELATABLE TO EVERYDAY LIFE You suggested linking the amount to what youโd spend on coffee, takeaway pizza or a bottle of wine, something which is every day and considered almost incidental spend. Weโre testing linking the amount to a takeaway as suggested in a variation of this appeal.MADE IT FEEL MORE PERSONAL You asked if we could ensure people who have donated after the first email only receive a thank you and not another ask because people may feel less valued if asked for money again one week later. We have ensured that everyone who donates as part of the first email is excluded from an additional ask.The feedback received was greatly appreciated. We sent out the emails at the start of December and hope those of you who are opted into our email communications enjoyed receiving these.

Dear Jeremy Faunt
Re: The Late Mr Arnold Tomlinson
I write further to our recorded conversation on Monday and thank you for speaking to me in terms of the circumstances of the late Mr Tomlinsonโs estate.
Further to our conversation I would like to advise you that I told you I need a PUBLIC APOLOGY from Lloyds Bank caused by Andrew Craigs letter and the tone of the conversation wherein you continued inferring what was in the letter. Therefore, your flimsy apology is not accepted.
You donโt understand nothing, you are in on the act of DEFAMING my name. I did not make only one payment. One of the payments I made was more than the paltry sum that Lloyds Bank are DEFAMING my name for. What information was needed urgently and for what? Which matter does Lloyd Bank needed to resolve?
Yes, you blinking well know it is ACCUSATORY and if I donโt get the PUBLIC APOLOGY Lloyds Bank will not hear the last of this matter. Lloyds Bank will be in my book Mervelee Myers The Strong Jamaican Women End Gender Based Violence At Housing For Women Properties UK Society.
I donโt need you, Andrew or Lloyds Bank assurance about whether I did anything or acted incorrectly in receiving the balance of my HUSBAND MONEY. I donโt give a toss about any claims that Trevor Anthony Tomlinson has made on his fatherโs ESTATE. All I am saying in the document dated 17th July 2023 there is a codicil saying if Trevor Anthony Tomlinson dies, is unwilling or unable the Mervelee Myers must be EXECUTOR. In light of recent happenings and person who share Power of Attorney with Trevor Tomlinson, I intend to exercise my RIGHTS as EXECUTOR based on the fact that a SAFEGUARDING was put on when my husband was in Guys and St Thomasโ Hospital because of the threats posed to both his father and me. If Trevor or Lloyds Bank want to ARGUE I can provide evidence of how him assaulting me caused his father to end up in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust BYRON ward where he was NEGLECTED. I was removed from his bedside by RACIST security Nurse Betty called and I was MANHANDLED after leaving the Windrush Vigil on 6th April 2024. I was provoked by Trina Philbert on the 4th April after HMCTS Court. I ended up in A&E on the 7th April and my husband died on the 8th. The hospital took 6 hours to contact me.
As discussed, I have no need to justify any MONEY I paid towards my husbandโs funeral. How about Trevor Tomlinson present his receipts for any amount he spent? 1. I will not be evidencing anything. 2. I will not be returning any balance to be paid to Mr Tomlinson.
Now I am proving that you are a LIAR, you claim not to know about the matter. Now you are saying when we speak on 14 October 2024. Suffice it to say I paid for all of My HUSBAND FUNERAL. I paid for his sister because he was helping her financially. I am still sending money to his brother in Jamaica and will have to help with his funeral. This is supposed to come from the ESTATE.
I must advise Lloyds if they know whatโs best for both parties they stop PESTERING me over this matter.
How can one paltry sum of ยฃ4,824.14 is considered such a big deal when I had to pay for a CAB to take me and my FAMILY to my husbandโs funeral.
Maybe you can ask Trevor Anthony Tomlinson to arrange to pay the cost of the amount I spent on the FUNERAL. If Lloyds Bank continue PESTERING me I will seek Legal Advice.
Thank you for stopping PESTERING me. You can go online to find this. I will also be using it for a PODCAST.
Yours faithfully
Mervelee Myers FD (Open)
Bereaved Widow.

Dear Mervelee, I am so grateful to everyone who has donated to Dementia UKโs Christmas appeal after reading about how I supported Janet and her children, following her husband Ben’s diagnosis of dementia in his 50s. Every pound donated helps more families access life-changing specialist dementia support this Christmas and beyond. So far, Dementia UK supporters have donated over ยฃ50,000, meaning we can be there for more families when they need us most. But we canโt stop now. Families facing dementia need our support more than ever. This Christmas might be the first since their loved oneโs diagnosis, or family members might notice a big change since they last spent time together. Whatever their situation, many will be left feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and alone. Thatโs why Iโm asking you once more for your help.Your donation, no matter the size, will give more families the perfect gift of expert dementia support this Christmas. As someone who expressed an interest in this work, we wanted to get in touch to let you know that the pilot has now been completed and to share with you this end-of-pilot report in Spanish and English. It shares a little about what we did and what we learned.
We presented this report to the Impact on Urban Health team last week and it was really well received with a lot of thanks and appreciation for everyone whoโs been involved from those who designed the panel, to those who applied to be involved.
As youโll see, there is a lot in that report for the team to digest. As an immediate next step, weโre having a follow-up conversation with the Impact on Urban Health team in the new year.
For a look behind the scenes, check out our blogs about the panel including this one with videos from those involved.
Finally, as a reminder, weโll delete your details within 3 months of the end of this project (March 2025). Unless you shared that youโd like us to inform you of other ways to be involved in this project. If you did ask to be kept updated, weโll be in touch with any opportunities that arise in 2025. …
If you have any questions or feedback on the report please do let us know. Otherwise, thanks again for your interest in this work. Wishing you a lovely end to the year.

The above which the Southwark Older Adults Community Mental Health team falls under will be exposed by Mervelee Myers. Have you considered how Mervelee Myers is responsible for protecting the NHS resources from misuse working at Kngs College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust April 2003 to 2008 when I resigned with the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother WALFORD BYRON ALBURNEY NEMBHARD with Colon Cancer? As for threatening behaviour I will stick with Dr Phil Gregory at the moment. As for abusive behaviour did you know that Dr Phil Gregory and his African Nurse visited my home on the 21st Novemmber 2024? Maybe you want to ask him about his threatening and abusive behaviour captured on YouTube LIVE. Don’t worry I refuse to waste my time and will advise you to find my platforms for updates.

Mervelee Myers is firmly of the view that I am entitled to be treated with RESPECT from the NHS. Let me quote the founder of the NHS Nye Bevan “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means”. I am assuming I was kicked out of Silverlock Medical Centre on the 5th December 2024 by the dictates of Dr Phil Gregory because I refused from taking the RESPIREDONE. I know for a fact he has been in contact with the solicitors. I was recording when he called threatening me to remove contents from social media.
Dear Ms Myers
I refer to our telephone conversations earlier today and thank you for taking the time to talk to me and consider the advice given.
As discussed, please see relevant email correspondence below regarding the issue of the forthcoming hearings in the proceedings.
As confirmed, counsel does not require you to attend the hearing on Monday, 9th December and depending on the outcome of the hearing I will udpate you as to whether the trial hearing will be taking place on Friday, 13th December.
Please keep me updated regarding the prescription of the recommended medication and when you hear back from Dr Phil Gregory.
Kind regards

Dear Sirs,
Further to your email below are you able to confirm your clientโs treatment plan further to the diagnosis of a non-organic psychosis? MM Response: https://youtu.be/pgI02uOLUAY?si=-axM3XY664jqIXWW this is Mervelee Myers involved in Kings College London RADAR-CNS after the 12 sessions at the Maudsley NHS with Trainee Counsellor Laura Tinsley. I completed 2 years research and was involved with other projects about Mental Health.
We note a video posted online in which your client appears to be advising her psychiatrist, Dr Phil Gregory, that his diagnosis is โnot herโ and it is her โneighbourโ that needs help, so that she not does not murder MM or โdamageโ her. MM Response: The evidence about the breaking of the glass to the Communal Door on the 13th December 2021 must be considered. The fact that the Police who was sent as EMERGENCY left claiming I was shouting, and the act was not MALICIOUS because I locked Mss Gilchrist out is key to why Ms Gilchrist continued making MALICIOUS reports resulting in me having to attend Croydon Magistrates 3 times. I also had to attend Walworth Police Station for INTERVIEW when my husband and I got SEPARATED. The Police is still investigating the MATTER. I was locked out on the 23 October 2024 and only got entry because Paul Morgan was with me. As an EYFS Coordinator SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator in my last employment I did training โUNDERSTANDING STATUTORY ASSESSMENTโ in 2009. The fact I was offered the job of SENCO for ยฃ46-55,000.00 by Smart Teachers in 2021 from an old CV from 2015 in proof I continued training despite my ENTITLEMENTS denied. District Bell requested the Psychiatric Assessment which I did on the 15th April 2024 after the death of my husband. This is the ASSESSMENT that the court requested. As stated in the conversation between me and Dr Phil Gregory his report is not factual. Why did he want me to meet with him to correct his mistakes to send to the solicitor? I will be relying on my CONTRIBUTIONS to British Values from the time I had the first nervous breakdown at Kings College London and started FUNDRAISING for CHARITIES to prove that Dr Gregoryโs DIAGNOSIS is a DISTORTATION of me. Dr Gregory visited my home on the 21st November 2024 with the nurse unannounced and upon inviting him in, demanding that I stopped my RECORDING. He claimed he was concerned about my WELFARE. I was on the Housing Ombudsman Zoom on the 20th November 2024 because I am a member of the โCustomer Panelโ. I was sent email from H4W for opportunity to be on the โCustomer Panelโ recruitment. I was the โMinute Takerโ for the H4W Customer Scrutiny Panel that was disbanded in 2020. That is how Ms H Presley became aware that H4W was discriminating against me because Hermoine Cameron was ADVOCATING on my behalf online. Ms Cameron visited me at home twice. The same way HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment was used by Barrister Ryan Clement and Winsome Duncan to send Police to SECTION me. That I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. I showed Dr Gregory the BOOK and explained how this was misconstrued and used against me. IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE was signed at the launch of โA New Met for Londonโ by Sir Mark Rowley. A month after District Judge Sterlini labelled me a โVIOLENT NUISANCEโ without me knowing about the INJUNCTION proceedings started in the court from 24th July 2023. The month I was sent POSSESSION letter, and I was having CRISIS which were posted online as a โContent Creatorโ. DJ Sterlini is listed with DJ Rand and DJ Zimmell for striking out my claim with Winsome Duncan that reached โTelephone Conciliationโ.
She says she will not be taking any medication and considers it an โentrapmentโ to make her โunable to functionโ and that she will edit his report. MM Response: Based on Dr Maria Hudson research paper โThe Experience of Multiple Discriminationโ for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS that I was a participant in. The RADAR-CNS MM Response: https://youtu.be/pgI02uOLUAY?si=-axM3XY664jqIXWW at Kings College London. Diabetes HEAL-D research. My Report to The Guardian Is Modern Slavery Thriving in the UK. Endorsed by Professors Chris Pascal and Tony Bertram on LinkedIn after meeting them at Middlesex University. LEYF Big Childcare Conversation when I told them I intend to get my SEND Teacher qualification before returning to Jamaica. I was kicked out of the UEL after Richard Harty called my mobile on the 27th September 2021. We must therefore, link the โSystemic Discriminationโ because when I conducted the โA Voice of a Childโ research project for LEYF CEO June OโSullivan in August 2010 after I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper I had no knowledge who was responsible for them.
Please see the following link to the video: MM Response: EQUALITY ACT 2010 Protected Characteristics.
If you listen carefully, you will understand that I was called by Dr Phil Gregory because I did not attend the appointment, I requested to discuss the information for the recommended MEDICATION. I was unable to attend because I had to call the AMBULANCE out again and was taken to A&E. I am telling Dr Gregory that the neighbours continuing to TRIGGER me with their UNREASONABLE BEHAVIOURS which is the NORM especially when they realised am not well. Dr Gregory always calling on PRIVATE number and because I am getting CYBERBULLYING online and via my home phone and mobile, I do not always answer PRIVATE/WITHHELD calls. If you listen carefully, you will hear me correcting Dr Gregory about some minor mistakes that I would not be expecting from people I MENTORED in my job. Dr Gregory breached the Protected Characteristics. He didnโt just leave it there he got YouTube involved. YouTube is all I have left to share my stories.
As you are aware the injunction order dated 01 August 2023 appears to have had little to no effect on your clientโs behaviour, which in some respects only escalated. MM Response: How about us take some FACTORS into account? 1. What happened during July 2023 when I was sent POSSESSION? 2. Why was I not informed about the INJUNCTION and the HEARINGS from 24th July to 1st August 2023? 3. Meeting Nigel Pearce at Elim House 4. A New Met for London launch 2nd September 2023 in Brixton. 5. She now appears unwilling to engage in treatment, whilst her behaviour continues to seriously impact the health and wellbeing of her neighbours and staff at H4W and Devonshires. MM Response: This is not fact, otherwise I would not have the information for the Medication and made the appointment to discuss with Dr Gregory and the Nurse. My view on MEDICATION is public however, the sudden appearance of Dr Gregory who used his CHARMS to visit my home is cause for ALARM. The report of Joseph and the Psychiatric ASSESSMENT requested by DJ Bell are CRUCIAL. Dr Gregoryโs DIAGNOSIS is based on HEARSAY and MISINTERPRETATION. The RECORDS of the Police FAILURES to act from 30th October 2017 when they came to SECTION me from Winsome Duncan Malicious Report. 30th November 2020 when they came under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture to MURDER me to say I committed SUICIDE the MOPAC response of Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb must be examined. The Police and Ambulance RECORDS must be taken in EVIDENCE based on Dr Phil Gregory DIAGNOSIS that whatever I am saying is in my HEAD.
Amended Housing Act 1988 & Eviction Act 1977
The Met Police
We further note videos in which she claims to be barricading herself in her property for fear that Police or other organisations will kill her, or where she claims not to be eating or opening curtains. MM Response: The Met Police failed me from they came to SECTION me from a malicious report made by Winsome Duncan. The Police and Ambulance Service turned up at my home on the 30th October 2017. I have proof of the NEGLIGENCE by the POLICE from then to date. Some of these visits can be put in the same category as members of the BAME COMMUNITY who were MURDERED or HARMED as in the case of Cherry Grouse son who I recorded speaking about his experience as a child.
Threatened with EVICTION
I was threatened with EVICTION by Peju Awoye via telephone on 7/6/2022 because Barclays stole my money on the day I was called by Richard Harty who later kicked me out of UEL. My account was closed whilst I was locked in the bank for over an hour waiting for the Police. I was told by Debbie Thomas who since turned against me that Ms Gilchrist told her H4W wanted me out.
The SEND Code of Conduct
Her online blog has occasionally referred to suicide, although the psychiatristโs report states she has said she will not act on this and cites her religious beliefs as a protective factor. MM Response: As the EYFS Coordinator SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator in my last job. And a volunteer and fundraiser working in partnerships with organisations. I must lay this matter of SUICIDE to rest. Let me mention CAROLINE FLACK as a celebrity who committed SUICIDE. As an expert authority on subjects from the cradle to the grave EARLY INTERVENTION is KEY. I repeat SUICIDE is MISCONTRUED because my photograph is across from 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment. Refer to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 where this started. Winsome Duncan introduced me to her employment barrister, Ryan Clement who groomed her to find vulnerable black people for them to target. He used the statistic to make me a VICTIM. I explained this to Dr Phil Gregory and the solicitor. DJ Bell sends 7 claims to CLCC 2019 including that of Ryan Clement judgement was passed. Am still waiting to be aid. Why is there only FOCUS on the SUICIDE and not my EARLY INTERVENTION as an EXPERT AUTHORITY on SUBJECTS from the CRADLE to the GRAVE?

Dear Sirs
We refer to the above matter and further to our email of 18/10/2024 below.
Please see attached medical review of Dr Phil Gregory, Consultant Psychiatrist dated 1/11/2024.
Kind Regards,
MM Response: Dr Phil Gregory can be heard accepting that his MEDICAL REVIEW was not factual. I was not aware that Dr Phil Gregory was involved in the Psychiatric ASSESSMENT for the court. I was assessed on the 15th Aril 2024 and that is the TRUTH about who is MERVELEE MYERS. Further evidence can be collected online from my various engagements working, participating in research or from my BLOGS and other social media platforms.

Please see initial assessment report of Joseph Mukuba Community Psychiatric Nurse dated 08/10/2024. Also attached is the letter for an appointment with Dr Phil Gregory Consultant Psychiatrist on 16 October 2024.
We were provided with the same by our client during our appointment with her held yesterday.
Following the appointment with Dr Phil Gregory on Wednesday, he has scheduled a further appointment on 25 October to take place at her home address so that he can factor in her living circumstances and day to day experiences.
While we rely on the initial assessment report we would also seek to rely on any further report prepared by Dr Gregory.
Even on the basis of the initial assessment report we say that it is more likely than not that our client suffers from a disability, consequently we invite you to agree that an Equality Act assessor is required.
We should be grateful for your urgent response as to whether or not you agree so if need be we will apply to Court for an Equality Act assessor to be appointed. MM Response: Based on the continuing DEFAMATION about MERVELEE MYERS during the BEREAVEMENT and LOSS of my husband that has profound impact on my MENTAL and PHYSICAL HEALTH I am requesting that An EQUALITY ACT ASSESSOR is required. This is because Dr Phil Gregoryโs report is not FACTUAL, and he has furthered continued to breach my RIGHTS by calling me to meet with him to fix the errors in the report. He has admitted to knowingly omitting facts and not aware of how to transmit the REPORT to me except by post. Since he only knew it could be sent by posts why is it signed ELECTIONALICAL? Dr Gregory also abused his AUTHORITY when talking to my son. Another glaring mistake is the fact Dr Gregory is using CRB instead of DBS.

I would like to offer you and your family my deepest condolences at what I imagine is still an extraordinarily difficult time with the sad loss of your husband. While we appreciate feedback from our patients and their relatives, I must address the language used in your correspondence. It is important for us to maintain a respectful and constructive dialogue that fosters understanding and resolution, and I believe that the tone of your complaint did not align with this principle. I hope I can reassure you that your complaint has been investigated fully. Your complaint was shared with Dr Dan Wilson, Clinical Director, and Ms Felicia Kwaku, Head of Nursing, who are responsible for monitoring the quality of care within the Acute Specialty Medicine Care Group. Matron Yamu Njie, Patricia Ikhena, Ward Leader Byron Ward, Dr Ambika Irving, Byron Ward Consultant, and the Security Team at Kingโs College Hospital have investigated your concerns, and it is with this information that I am responding to you. I have addressed your concerns in line with how you have raised them. Your husband was admitted on 9th March 2024, with generalised weakness, hypothermia, and confusion. On reviewing Mr Tomlinson in the Emergency Department (ED), it was noted he was confused and therefore not able to provide a good clinical history. He was transferred to Annie Zunz Ward and later moved to Byron Ward on 10th March 2024. During a visit whilst on Byron Ward you found Mr Tomlinson sliding out of bed and were alarmed that the nurse did not seem to notice. I am very sorry for the distress caused; this is not the practice we expect from our staff. Staff are expected to regularly check on patients especially those unable to independently manage their activities of daily living. This would include repositioning the patient, checking their toileting needs, and offering drinks. My sincere apologies that this did not happen on 2 3446
this occasion. This has been discussed at daily handovers on the ward since your complaint, to reiterate to staff the need for regular checks on patients who need additional support. I am sorry that you felt the situation required you to video events on Byron Ward. Family and carers should have confidence that our staffs are providing appropriate, patient-centred care at all times which should include adequate supervision. I apologise if you felt that this was not the case in this instance.
You mentioned that the nurse looking after Mr Tomlinson became abusive to you when you started filming him. I am sorry that you felt the nurse responded inappropriately. As part of the investigation, the nurse was interviewed, and CCTV was reviewed. During the interview with the nurse, he explained that he felt uncomfortable being filmed hence requested for you to stop filming and delete the video. No combative behaviour was evident on the part of the nurse. The nurse went on to explain that he was concerned that your recording might breach the privacy and dignity of other patients on the ward. It is appropriate for our staff to advocate for other patients. Since he felt uneasy, he reported the issue to Betty, the Nurse in Charge. Recording our staff without their consent constitutes a breach of our policies regarding privacy and recording in our facility. We take the privacy and rights of our employees very seriously, and such actions are not permissible. We kindly ask that you refrain from recording any staff members in the future and respect their privacy.
Betty arrived at Mr Tomlinsonโs bedside to ensure he was more comfortable and made an attempt to diffuse the situation. Unfortunately, this led to an altercation between you and Betty. Other nursing staff reported that you were raising your voice, and they were concerned about the other patients in the room. Speaking with Nurse Betty, she explained that she was unable to de-escalate the situation. Nurse Betty does not recall shouting at you, but does remember asking you to calm down. You asked her to leave the room. In order to respect your request, she did so but, for the safety of her staff and patients, she had to contact Security to ask for their support. The care group is undertaking a review of incidents where staff escalate to Security in order to diffuse situations. They have identified that the escalation process for these situations needs to be clearer and shared with our staff. The staff directly involved on this occasion have been reminded that this could have been handled differently. A call to more senior nursing staff on duty would have been more appropriate before involving security staff. I apologise that this was not considered at the time as it may have resolved things sooner.
Encounter with Security
Encounter with Security
You raised concerns about the security staffโs response when they assisted you to leave the hospital premises. I am sorry that you felt you were manhandled. However, after carefully reviewing the footage captured by the body-worn video cameras (BWVCs) worn by our security staff, it is evident that they maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the incident. Despite facing personal and derogatory remarks from you, including racist comments directed towards them and accusations 3 3446
of being a paedophile, the security staff remained composed and focused on their responsibilities.
The footage clearly depicts the security staff calmly explaining to you the reasons for their intervention and subsequent request for you to leave, which was initiated at the request of the nursing staff due to their concerns regarding your behaviour. After initially walking off the ward, you stopped, so two security staff briefly assisted you to move forward by holding your arms. When you refused to cooperate, they promptly released their hold upon reaching the lift lobby, allowing you to proceed unaided into the lift.
Additionally, the security staff can be heard confirming with nursing staff, prior to you leaving, that your departure would not impact the patient’s care, ensuring that the situation was handled with consideration for all involved parties. Furthermore, when you were in the lift lobby, you mentioned leaving your coat in the patient’s room, the security staff promptly retrieved it from the nursing staff and returned it to you without any indication of interference or theft.
We are sorry that you felt discriminated against or harassed, the security staff aimed to ensure your safety, the safety of your husband, and the ward staff.
It has been reported that you used inappropriate language, including racist slurs, which is completely unacceptable.
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment for our employees, patients, and their relatives. Such language not only violates our policies but also undermines the values we stand for as an organisation. We ask that you refrain from using any form of discriminatory language in the future.
Discharge arrangements
Mr Tomlinson was first seen by the consultant Dr Irving on Byron Ward on 14th March and you were contacted by her later that day. You confirmed that you wanted Mr Tomlinson to come home for end-of-life care and so this remained the plan from the ward team. The occupational therapy team spoke to you again on 18th March to confirm your understanding of the plan for discharge. On 20th March, the team were told the existing package of care had been cancelled on Mr Tomlinsonโs admission to Kingโs and so the team sent a new request for care to Southwark Social Services. This was for two carers to come four times per day, which is the maximum support social services can offer.
On 22nd March the ward staff received a call from your husbandโs social worker to say she had spoken with you. The social worker asked the ward team to contact you as she was worried that you seemed overwhelmed by the situation and the discharge plans. Dr Irving called you later that day to go through your concerns and you expressed that the equipment that had been ordered had not yet arrived, but that also you were not happy for your husband to remain at home on his own in case 4 3446
you needed to go out to attend appointments. Dr Irving suggested a care home as an alternate place of care in this case and you agreed this may be more suitable for you. A decision was therefore made for Mr Tomlinson to be fast-tracked (an urgent request for a place to be found) to a nursing home the following week; both you and Trevor (Mr Tomlinsonโs son) were in agreement.
The paperwork for the Fast Track was sent on 26th March. The ward were asked to provide some more information before the funding was approved. This was sorted out by Dr Irving. The fast-track paperwork was approved on 28th March. The team awaited feedback about which nursing homes had availability.
On 3rd April, Mr Tomlinson deteriorated, and it was felt he was in the last days of his life. Tower Bridge care home was due to assess him that day. Trevor was updated that Mr Tomlinson may not be well enough to transfer, and the chaplain was contacted. On 4th April the clinical team contacted you and explained that Mr Tomlinson was likely approaching the last days of his life. It was explained that Tower Bridge care home had felt Mr Tomlinson was too unwell for transfer and that he was at high risk of deteriorating, perhaps dying, in transport if he was moved at that point. You understood this and acknowledged that Mr Tomlinson was likely โno longer aware of his surroundingsโ and would not have wanted to die in transport. It was agreed that if your husband remained stable, then the team could always restart discussions with the care home with a view to discharging him there if he stabilised. You were happy with this plan and said you were due to visit later that day.
Mr Tomlinson did not become more stable and sadly passed away at 06:30hrs on 8th April.
The nurses tried to reach you several times by telephone finally contacting you at 10:29hrs to inform you of Mr Tomlinsonโs passing; you said you would come to the ward as soon as possible.
Later that morning at 11:58hrs the ward manager tried contacting you but there was no answer on any of your known contact numbers. Mr Tomlinsonโs son was at his fatherโs bedside, and he advised the team of other contact details. Three alternative numbers were provided and tried but they either reached voicemail or failed to connect.
In most circumstances, deceased patients are moved off the ward after a short interval. You did not want Mr Tomlinson to move from the ward to the chapel of rest until you could say goodbye. Once you arrived you were able to spend some time with your husband.

a plan for a referral to community palliative care on discharge. However, when he deteriorated on the 3rd/4th April, a referral was sent to the inpatient palliative care team. They undertook a remote review when they triaged the referral. They noted that his end-of-life symptoms were being well managed by the team on Byron Ward and they did not have any other input at that stage. They were happy with the ongoing plans to support Mr Tomlinson for end-of-life care in the hospital at that point. They would likely have reviewed your husband on Monday 8th April; however, he died in the early hours of that day.
We are sorry that we were not able to support your late husbandโs return home for end-of-life care. All efforts were made to allow this to happen with the correct equipment, care package, and support. We also appreciate that caring for someone at home even with lots of support can be very stressful and we fully understand the need for you to ask for a change of plan. The Byron Ward team worked with you and Mr Tomlinsonโs son, Trevor (who both hold LPA for health and finances) and you both agreed that the plan should change to transferring him to a nursing home for end-of-life care. The team were not aware at any stage that you wished for this plan to revert back to a discharge home.
We would like to thank you for taking the time to highlight your concerns. We aim to give our patients the best possible treatment and we are sorry your experience has not been entirely positive. Please be assured that we take your concerns seriously and will continue to monitor the quality of the care that we provide at Kingโs College Hospital.
If you are not happy with how we have dealt with your complaint and would like to take the matter further, you can contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. The Ombudsman makes final decisions on complaints that have not been resolved by the NHS, government departments, and some other public organisations. Their service is free for everyone. There is a time limit for making your complaint to the Ombudsman so you should do this as soon as possible. Dr Gregory
Dr Gregory should not want any form of contact with me because you need to address the COMPLAINT. Since he was the one who contacted me in the first place the world will find out his reasons. I repeat my posts are not DEFAMATORY and I am not causing any harassment. The criminals that who Dr Gregory was working for are listed. I have no need for your support with my MENTAL HEALTH. Dr Gregory is tarred like http://www.leyf.org.uk MIC Paedophile Rings Mastermind Richard Harty.
CONSULTATION
I never recorded any consultations with GREGORY, he obviously is BIPOLAR and did not need his consent for anyting. In case you have forgotten I have the letters here. I was never Dr Gregory’s patient. No see me on Kings College London at the beginning. You seem to love using CRIMINAL OFFENCE??? Dr Phil Gregory is the criminal sounding like Richard Harty the MIC Paedophile mastermind. But at least he leave me alone and Phil Gregory the QUACK will be exposed.

Were you aware that I was kicked out by Silverlock Medical Centre on the 5th December 2024?

They can’t help, they are concerned about damages to the door than about the impacts on my Mental and Physical Health.
for why DJ Beecham will be given the task of restoring the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Crown Prosecution Services and Criminal Justice System to what it was before I had to represent myself after the death of my brother Walford Byron Alburney Nembhard against Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust workplace nursery where I had the first nervous breakdown. The fact my 101-year-old ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON was neglected on BYRON ward. Where I was assaulted on the 6th April 2024 by white security nurse Betty called is an indication of why I am recommending that my book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE be recommended for the curriculum in schools and universities. I was in court before DJ Pigram when Stephen Agera of Charles Hills & CO sent email to be taken off the case. I was represented by the “Duty Solicitor”. I was stitched up by solicitors that made me a Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. I had to attend Croydon Magistrates Court for Deborah Agnes Gilchrist malicious reports when Police invaded my home when I was celebrating my mother’s birthday on 1st January 2023. My husband and I got separated after the interview at Walworth Police Station.
Gaslighting Misogyny
As can be ascertained from the Reference: CAD 5001/11Dec24 and PC Clarke 2893AS and PC Potter 2547AS who visited my home on 11th December 2024 after Joe Hooper a man living in a Women’s Refuge kicked my door again to trigger me. The 2 PCs came and behaved as all the others who visited from the time, I was barricaded in my home on Christmas eve 2022. The Met Police was due to visit CAD 4638/11Dec24 and (Mike who refused to give his name failed to attend). Yet 2 Female PC visited my home on 9th August 2024, my son Kevin Murray’s 48th birthday about a TWITTER posts. ROBERT.Lewsley@met.police.uk on behalf of DPSMailbox-.CRUTeam1@met is adopting the MISOGNY and GASLIGHTING of the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION that can be reference from me participating in Dr Maria Hudson’s “Experience of Multiple Discrimination for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS in 2010. I can be found at Kings College London RADAR-CNS with Dr Faith Matcham. That is only one of the reasons that the NHS and their partners with be exposed. In the words of Nye Bevan founder of the NHS 1948 “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means”. I was denied at Silverlock Medical Centre when I attended my appointment on 5th December 2024. The irony is the Centre is located near Verney Road where 4 members of the same family were MURDERED by someone they know. I have been asking for help for Ms Gilchrist. Mr Hooper had never disrespected me before. But since Ms Gilchrist was coerced by Samantha Gibbs of Housing for Women to target me. Ms Gilchrist convinced Mr Hooper that her ASB is me doing it to her. There is a HATE MOB in Alma Grove and even Debbie Thomas who accompanied me to court and DJ Pigram threatened to remove joined them.
Dr Phil Gregory
I am not sure what role Dr Gregory is playing in this matter except to say whatever it is, he has gotten the solicitors, Silverlock Medical Centre, the NHS involved. I have sent him a detailed letter about this and awaiting his response.
Injunction
I am pleading for the AUTHORITY to stop Joe Hooper targeting me. I am dealing with so much from the banks and building societies, husband’s and my families who abandoned me and the scammers. I am leaving this in the capable hands of DJ Beecham who decided to stick with the case. She has the RESPONSIBILITY to safeguard me under the various laws, legislations, codes of conducts and practices.
Advocating
I want to bring the plight of Ms H. Presley and her 22 year old son to the attention of HMCTS for what Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and HMCTS are doing to her. She is not FUNCTIONING. I visited her on the 10th December 2024 and her condition has worsen from the last time I was there with my son Kevin Murray. If nothing is done to help Ms Presley and her son she will become another statistic of Housing for Women, HMCTS, Lewisham Council, the Met Police, Housing Ombudsman Services and those refusing to support her.

Compressive left common peroneal nerve palsy (2024, resolved) Lumbar back pain Type 2 diabetes mellitus (2018) High cholesterol (2022)
I met with Ms Myers in clinic at Marina House today alongside her allocated care coordinator, Hawa Oweh (CPN).
Background
Ms Myers is a 65-year-old female, not previously known to the Southwark Older Adult CMHT, however previously under working age mental health services. Ms Myers was referred to our team by Dennis Kamara, a mental health nurse in primary care. He requested for an assessment of diagnosis and treatment options, with information that Ms Myers has a long history of low mood and anxiety with some previous underlying trauma and recent stressors including her housing association taking her to court and ongoing disputes with her neighbours.
The following information about Ms Myersโs mental health background is taken from available electronic mental health records.
Ms Myersโ mental health records date back to 2017 where there is a Merlin report from police with concern about Ms Myers struggling with her mental health following a tribunal, with also a mention of her receiving previous support from the Maudsley. This however doesnโt appear to have been followed by input from secondary mental health care. In 2021 there are a number of contacts with the crisis line and referrals to CMHT (working age), outlining concerns about low mood, anxiety and suicidal thoughts for the past 7 years since her mother passed away. Other contributory factors noted included the death of a neighbour the previous year and being charged with criminal damage and attending court in April 2021. Ms Myers had also spoken about the death of her brother and developing depression and an eating disorder as a result of discrimination at work. Another referral to CMHT in 2021 reportedly from Southwark council outlined concerns of Ms Myers feeling police were being sent to kill her. There was also a phone call from a mental health practitioner from the University of East London (student wellbeing service) expressing concerns about Ms Myersโ mental health and possible bizarre and paranoid behaviour.
In 2022 Ms Myers was assessed following a GP referral by the Southwark Assessment & Liaison Team. This assessment noted mental health difficulties appearing to commence in 2014 when Ms Myers was reportedly persecuted in her place of work, having worked as an early yearโs practitioner. It was reported that Ms Myers was being accused by her nursery in Southwark of being โuncooperative, rude and confrontationalโ, and was under investigation, and then left due to ill health. Following this, she received 12 sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the Maudsley. Following this, Ms Myers had reported not being able to gain paid employment, but had worked voluntarily in mental health research, been involved in various organisations and online podcasts, and was also featured in a book about Windrush. Ms Myers had reported an incident of the police in 2021 attending her home and beating her, and that she now has a criminal record and has been turned down for jobs due to her criminal record check (CRB). She had reported feeling she has been targeted by certain people she used to work with and there was a pattern. The impression of this review was that there was not any clear evidence of depression or psychosis, that past events have been very stressful and that Ms Myers could benefit from further talking therapy. She was then referred to IAPT.
In 2023 and going into 2024 there were a number of referrals to CMHT, due to concerns about Ms Myersโ mental health. There was reference of Ms Myersโ housing association seeking legal action due to antisocial behaviour. In December 2023 Ms Myers was reported to have called 111 herself reporting feeling hopeless about the threat of eviction from her home and having ongoing issues with her neighbours. In March 2023 Ms Myers was brought to A&E by the London Ambulance Service reporting worsening mental health. No evidence of thought disorder or psychosis observed and GP was advised to review Ms Myers and consider a referral to mental health services.
In September 2024 Ms Myers was referred to the Southwark Older Adult CMHT by Dennis Kamara, mental health nurse in primary care. There were concerns related to her behaviour and posting references to suicide in her social media. Ms Myers was seen by Dennis in primary care alongside her son Kevin who had travelled from Jamaica where he lives. There were reported issues with housing, neighbours and family. She has lived in her current address for 23 years and has been having issues with neighbours banging her door and making malicious complaints about her to the police. The housing association has reportedly taken an injunction against her and she is at risk of eviction and the case is currently in court. Her son had reported the reason for this being Ms Myers putting up inappropriate material online about the council and refusing to take it down. Her son had mentioned Ms Myers storing urine for months to throw it at her employerโs property and putting up comments on social media about feeling suicidal, which Ms Myers admitted to, however, stated she would never do this due to her Christian faith. There was also concern from Ms Myers about a camera being placed in the shared communal doorway by her neighbours, that it initially faced towards the street however now has been turned directly at her. She had reportedly denied feeling the neighbours watch her when she is in her flat however, the only issue is when she is coming through the communal front door.
Recent progress
Ms Myers was initially assessed by our team on 08/10/24 at home by Joseph Mukuba, Community Psychiatric Nurse. Following this, I decided to assess Ms Myers myself to help come to a psychiatric diagnosis and consider treatment options.
I have subsequently reviewed Ms Myers in clinic on 16/10/24. During this assessment Ms Myers described to me in detail her background history to date, including the trauma in her upbringing (physical abuse from mother, father dying when she was a young age), and her first marriage to a controlling husband resulting in domestic violence. Ms Myers talked about losing her mother 10 years ago, and around the same time being forced out of working as a nursery nurse and following this receiving therapy. Ms Myers talked about the issues with her neighbours persecuting her, which have worsened over the years, and her recent bereavement of her husband a few months ago.
On 23/10/24 Ms Myers contacted 111 and LAS due to feeling in โcrisisโ after her grandniece left having stayed with her without saying goodbye. I visited Ms Myers at home on the 25/10/24. During this visit, Ms Myers described in more detail the persecution she reports experiencing from her neighbours, whom she believes are trying to kill her, leading to her feeling unsafe at home. She reported since her husband passed away, she has been more careful in locking her front door and that if she didnโt do that โI would be deadโ. Ms Myers showed me the doorbell camera her neighbour set up on the outside of the shared front door, and how she believes the neighbour is using this to monitor her coming in and out of her home. Ms Myers talked about her neighbour kicking on her front door every day to provoke her and her belief that her neighbours want to try to provoke her into confronting them, which would then give them an excuse to harm and kill her. Ms Myers has explained to me how she believes other neighbours are also siding against her and that she also feels under threat from the police and housing association, all working together against her.

On review
I summarised the purpose of review to complete the assessment following the referral to our team from Dennis Kamara, primary care mental health nurse.
I asked Ms Myers how she has been since we last met. She talked about the housing association not coming yet to fix her toilet seat, as well as the mould on her kitchen door and the damp in her windowsill. She reported attending her drumming group and doing a performance and spoke positively about this. She brought up about her neighbours continuing to try to provoke her since we last met. Ms Myers spoke about the neighbours โstompingโ on the floor loudly to provoke her. Ms Myers agreed that she believed the neighbours were trying to kill her. I recalled her previous statement to me that she believed the neighbours were trying to provoke her so that she would in turn confront them, and this would give them the excuse to try to kill her. Ms Myers accepted this is what she believed. She stated she would not attack them herself and is trying to keep to herself. Ms Myers said recently she stayed at a friendโs house overnight as she didnโt feel safe to return home. I asked about the camera. Ms Myers continued to report that she believed the camera on the doorbell was there to monitor her movements. She said she is trying not to think about this. She stated being more frustrated about her doorbell always being rung.
Ms Myers made a statement about never wanting to โgive upโ. I enquired about whether she experiences suicidal thoughts. Ms Myers stated this has been misconstrued and referenced a poster or piece of literature she was pictured in, that had the quote about people being unemployed, being at risk of suicide, and said this quote was then attached to her. Ms Myers did admit to having last had a suicidal thought in August this year, when her son was visiting her and she talked about her door being kicked. She didnโt report having experienced any plans or intent to act on this. Ms Myers stated there was no chance that she would come to harm via her own means. She has previously stated her Christian faith as a protective factor.
I summarised to Ms Myers what she had explained to me over the last 3 meetings leading to my opinion about her mental health diagnosis. This included Ms Myersโ description of her earlier life and trauma she experienced, the domestic violence in her first marriage which led to her separating and being saved by the housing situation, the loss of her mother 10 years ago around the same time as stopping working as a nursery nurse. Then over recent years with the increasingly difficult situation with her neighbours, beliefs that they are provoking her by monitoring her movements, trying to kill her and banging on her door, leading to her receiving a possession order which may potentially result in her being evicted and a possible custodial sentence due to being in contempt of court. Then more recently the stress of losing her husband. I explained to Ms Myers my impression that as a result of the build up of stress over these years that her beliefs and experiences about the neighbours could be explained by her being unwell with paranoia and psychosis. I explained that this is a condition that we could provide treatment for, including both antipsychotic medication, and psychosocial support, including psychology for psychosis. Ms Myers said in response to this that she had experienced some paranoia in the past. She said she accepted this was my explanation of opinion about her mental health. Ms Myers said she was willing to try medication if it would help. Ms Myers explained she had recently been to her new GP for vaccinations and blood tests, I advised I would check the results of these and then give her a call next week to see whether she would like to go ahead with starting antipsychotic medication. She agreed to this and accepted a patient information leaflet about risperidone. She confirmed having our contact numbers in case needing to get in touch in between appointments. Hawa confirmed she would make an appointment with Ms Myers when she had started on her medication to monitor how she is doing. We also discussed social activities and community groups, Ms Myers knew of Time & Talents and didnโt want to attend there, however appeared keener in Blackfriars.
Mental state examination
Ms Myers presented on time, she was well kempt, wearing a diabetes charity t-shirt, engaged well, reasonable rapport established, maintained eye contact, speech slightly pressured however, interruptible and voice not raised, mood reported as well and objectively appeared euthymic with reactive affect. Mild thought disorder evident with circumstantial responses. Describing persecutory delusional thoughts about neighbours trying to kill her and monitoring her movements. No reported auditory hallucinations and didnโt appear to be responding to unseen stimuli. Appeared well orientated to time and place. Insight partial however took on board opinion about diagnosis and agreed to consider treatment options explained.
Care Plan
I have provided written information for Ms Myers for an antipsychotic medication – risperidone. I advised I will check Ms Myerโs most recent blood tests with her GP and call her following this to see whether she would like to start risperidone or not.
I will send this assessment letter to Mrs Myers, and she is then able to share this with her solicitor for her current court case.
Ms Myers is assigned a care coordinator in our team โ Hawa Oweh, CPN โ who will monitor Ms Myersโ mental state and risks and support with psychosocial interventions.
Hawa Oweh has agreed to make contact with the housing association to support Ms Myers with fixing her toilet seat and other house matters needing repair.
Ms Myers confirmed having contact numbers for people to call, including the Samaritans, our team number during working hours (0203 228 2240) and the SLAM crisis line out of hours (0800 731 2864).

This past month since I was once more suspended for them to carry out their โvendetta to get me out of earning a livingโ I find myself stuck in a rut and just not seems able to find my way out of the limbo that I am stuck with. But I give them the final โlaugh when they called me into their CO for a chatโ and believe me I laugh loudly in the two idiots face and never made fun to tell them exactly what I think of them โ 2 THICKHOES without one iota of common sense between them. King Kong and Silly Diggle-Diggle are two of the dumbest persons I come across in positions of authority and leadership, who do not know the first thing about the job they oversee, even if the jobs descriptions were written in tablets of stones like in Biblical days.
But I do not know what else I would have expected after knowing what I heard about King Kong and his ilks. When I challenged them for trying to harass, bully and intimidate me by mentioning what happened with the (Union Rep Voice the Union), who disappeared off the face of the earth after attending the Disciplinary Hearing with me. King Kong got fidgety and asked if I was saying they got in touch with the Union. But King Kong should have hold on to his horse before becoming defensive and exposing himself to be a liar like the Union solicitor. They get her to call me to tell me not to resign after they got rid of the Union Rep. Then when I said I would use my Pen that is mightier than the sword to tell my story because might cannot beat right, King Kong once again exposed his hands and asked if I was going to use social media (Google).
Although they got me to CO under false pretence โ for a chat, it was nothing of the sort. They ended up issuing another Suspension with the documentations to come later. I gave them what they wanted and resigned (see letter). The dirty bitches and bastards then set about spreading more lies about me, telling people they sacked me. Then, when they were caught out lying, they changed the tune, saying I had left to work with older children. At the same time, they were having up to five Supply Staff in the setting, breaching their own contract (LEYF) and (OFSTED) and the (EYFS) Welfare Requirements.
They refused to renew my (CRB/DBS). Set out treating me like a criminal after working with them for 6 years, yet they were leaving complete strangers with the children. Parents complained about lack of continuity, familiarity, and consistency, but all they did was make excuses and pass the buck. Because that is how the system operates, as they micromanaged to meet Managerial targets. In their foolish calamitous minds, they then panicked and got their solicitors (BWB) to contact me sending threats. But little did they know that I already knew about the existence of the solicitor.
I was reliably informed that my missing FILE that mysteriously disappeared before I transferred from Luton Street was in some solicitorโs office for them to try and build a case against me. I was not surprised when they got the solicitor to show their hands with a threat about social media. The mistake the solicitors made was to let them pull the wool over their eyes without question them further. But I am guessing he is as biased as they all are and not worthy of his title for being taken in by liars and vagabonds, judging others when they know absolutely nothing about us.
I will let them know now that I am a unique individual who refused to be defined by some corrupt person who donโt have the common sense to question the motives of others. Why one big organisation like LEYF would want to take on a single individual like me. But the solicitor made the cardinal sin of not doing his research so ended up in the shit and I consider him to be of the same calibre as them without any spine or backbone.
Although I was thrown by the letter I wasnโt unduly bothered because I knew like the first time, I have my documentations to back up my arguments and I learned from my past mistakes.
The first mistakes the solicitor made in his threatening letter was to get my address wrong and the rest is history. I have since wrote four (4) letters only editing and changing them round a little. I got reply from the people that matter the most, but I would like to know why the solicitors who were so quick to issue threats, have gone quiet suddenly. Did the solicitor advised the organisation to withdraw the fraudulent online application made in my name, using my email address? Since I have had similar experiences from others in similar positions before, I must come to the conclusions that this is how these professionals operate and I cannot expect any better from them.
But is the solicitor now keeping a low profile hoping I am going to disappear like the Union Rep without trace? Well I will be exposing the whole lot of them by the time I am finished because they never stopped to think twice when they set out to destroy me. I am suffering the consequences of their inhumane acts over the past year, and they will not be allowed to get away with it. I have a paper trail that I will be using to support my arguments of Direct Discriminations and the solicitors will be named and shamed too because I have that one incriminating threatening letter from them.
Maybe they can turn the heat on those evil people who got them to threaten me because when I am finished the public will know about the ratbags that they are. They pick on vulnerable people like me for monetary gains and to appease their inflated egos. I am self-taught and never had much of an education because of the deficits and limitations that caused me not to achieve my potentials, but I am no fool. Dem can walk dem foot come Trouble mi at dem Perils and dem wi find out wey water walk guh a Pumpkin Belly. Anyone keeping up with my life stories and experiences, knows how hard I have struggled to reach where I am today.
I have my insecurities, but I have managed to live and cope with them my entire life until the evil bitches and bastards take set on me to try and destroy my life with their false allegations and labelling. But I will not allow them to get away with it over my dead body. All those who are in on this better be warned because your name will be appearing in the public unless they do the right thing! No living being deserved any of the ill treatments I endured at their hands for a period of a year. Now I am a shadow of my former self, trying to pick up the pieces and moving on with my life. Do they really believe I should let them get away Scott free? No sah nutn nuh guh suh atall. I kept myself circumspect and they walk foot come molest and bother and mistreat me, so they will have to pay the consequences.
I hope one of my grandchildren decided to take up the legal profession. One son is a Teacher and FIFA Referee and the other is an Accountant and Aspiring Politician. I am a Mouth Smith with leanings towards telling the truth, no matter the consequences. I have paid my dues so time for me to collect my rewards for all the work I did that they did not pay me for. I am now unemployed because of them, and they think they get away and donโt have to give an account, but they make a sad mistake. Mr Solicitor please donโt think by not answering me that you have gotten away with joining in to discriminate against me! There is many masquerading as wolves in sheep clothing and others who pretend to be who they are not committing white collar crimes.
Yet they are quick to point the finger, but I would admonish them to pick the moat out of their eyes before trying to pluck the beam from the eyes of another. Enough said, evil–doers, I am coming to get you and I am armed with my paper trails. Maybe whilst I am stuck in this rut I might just like to find out if anyone is interested in my story of how the other half persecute the weak and vulnerable and try to make them a victim and scapegoat.
Taking Back Control 27.03.2016
After the ordeals I was put through by the former employers between 23rd July 2014 โ 27th September 2015 and there is still no end in sight for the continuing discrimination. I have now reached the stage in my life where I am forced to take back control. On the day that I am remembering my brother, BYRON, I have no alternatives but to revisit another time and place when I was put through similar discrimination by another former employer which caused the onset of the โmental health Issuesโ from which I cannot escape no matter how hard I try. Back then as now, I warned those evil persons involved in the discrimination about what they were doing to me (Hudson, M, 2012).
But they got away with murder because they thought they were above the laws, had friends in high places who were prepared to cover up for them. I was not as knowledgeable about the laws like I am now (ACAS) Having always work since I came to the UK, it felt unnatural and strange when I was out of a job again. Although I was hounded out despite trying for over a year to hang on in there until I sorted myself out, so I could move on. I immediately started trying to get back into working as work kept me going. So once more I found my life in tatters as Iโve always worked sometimes doing two jobs just to make ends meet. I had responsibilities and I am one who is accountable in doing my very best for those who are relying on me to deliver.
Since the Mother Country โ United Kingdom โ Great Britain, was always recognised as one of the countries of opportunities that people from across the contents travel to, to better themselves, I made the most of my chances. Being able to supply food, clothing and shelter for self and family will enable one to provide the other ingredients for the welfare and wellbeing that make for a better life. If the basic needs are catered for and met, then naturally contentment of faith, hope and charity will fall into place. Ever since arriving in the UK, I set out to better myself as well as helping members of my family to better themselves via the economic capital I was/can contribute.
There is this strong urge in me to escape the poverty that dogged and blighted my life, since my dad took sick and was made redundant when I was only young. Once I had the opportunities, I set about working and educating myself. I was making up for the missed opportunities that left gaps in my knowledge. My thirst for knowledge far exceeded anything else and I set out making amends by embarking on studies to gain recognisable qualifications to give me a leg up the career ladder I had chosen. I have spent the best years of my working life laying the foundation, caring for and educating young children in my native Jamaica and the UK. I have always had ambitions to become a graduate.
I am not cut out for doing examinations as I said to the counsellor. I have what Iโve always called my โParkinsonโs Diseaseโ, because of some of the transitions I have been through puberty, at ten years old. I am learning now not to say I have โParkinsonโs Disease but Chronic Anxietyโ resulting from some of the traumatic experiences from my childhood, into adult hood. I usually get frustrated when I am sat in an examination and my brain and other developmental attributes refuse to work together. The ideas/answers will be floating around my head like a flashbulb going off, but my hands would refuse to corporate and coordinate.
I was unable to control my finer motor skills to write down what was in my head. I struggled through, at times beating myself up mentally each time I failed at the big moments, like examinations and interviews. But coming to the UK was going to be the making of me when I discovered the (Open University). Studying with the OU gave me the chance to manage my time and work at my own pace. I enrolled and started studies in 2004, became a graduate in 2009 and did my final course in 2010. Despite my achievements my struggles were not over, but I was somehow in control of some of the outcomes of the targets I set myself.
I grabbed the opportunities I was offered with both shaky hands at the time and never looked back. I set the targets in manageable chunks, so I would no longer be a failure like in my school days. I was on the road to becoming the person I always wanted to be. I managed to become a graduate just in time before my 50th Birthday in May as my graduation was the 2nd May 2009. After developing my Professional Development Plan throughout my time studying with the OU, I realised I could have been the teacher that my colleagues at Lambeth College told me I could become. Or even the Author, writing of my experiences that the tutors told me I could become.
But over the preceding years to follow I was to look back with a few regrets at the way I was treated by an unjust system. On reflections however, I must conclude that the setbacks Iโve encountered were/are more to do with what my old folks called plain bad mind, grudgeful, and spitefulness on the parts of some. These are the red eye persons who just cannot stand to see others try to better themselves and prosper. They see anyone with ambitions as threats to their own incompetence. They are not prepared to make the sacrifices and the efforts to get out of the malaise and stupor to enhance knowledge and upskill to be better able to perform at their jobs.
They do everything in their power to knock the other person down for trying. They are so afraid of their own ignorance that they believe once another person over whom they have authority upskill themselves and update their knowledge, they will be identified for the frauds that they are. They are only figure heads that are being pulled about like a puppet on a string by some other controlling freak. Those with psychopathic tendencies, inflated egos and without any iota of sense or knowledge about the roles and responsibilities will be manipulated by those who are in charge. Everyone is covering their backs and hoping not to be found out.
Then they apply the rhetoric and bureaucratic red tape wrapped up in their stringent Provision, Criterion and Practice โ Contract to always keep you at the bottom of the career ladder. They get you to do their work, and donโt think twice about taking the credit as they try sweetening you up with some little flimsy accolade that is not worth the paper it is written on. You train the staff who are then promoted into leadership positions. But strangest of all you must wait on those you trained to ask their permission to carry out the roles and responsibilities in the job description of the contract you signed all those years ago.
When you realised, they do not have a clue what they are doing even after you went over the tasks hundreds of times and told them to go shadow others. Then they decided that they must collude with those others who are not making progress to make your life a living hell. The discrimination starts subtly until they ruin your health because they want to get rid of you. I have had my fair share of encounters with these unscrupulous tyrants over the years. The first time I stand up for my rights and paid the price with a career stopped in its track and have not moved since 2009. My health was impaired, and I became Public Enemy Number One in almost every borough in London that I tried to get a job.
Eventually I got through an interview where my knowledge and expertise shown through before the end of the interview. However not long after starting what I thought was going to be my ideal job again, after years of upheavals and struggles in a workplace challenging social injustices and inequalities and paying the price. I was in for another shocker, when the green-eyed monster โ Ms Jealousy Interim Manager Maria Goncalves reared her ignorant head. I started at this workplace with a Foundation Degree in Early Years from the OU in September 2009. I just got on with doing my best and my efforts were rewarded by the professionals who gave me the chance to develop my (PDP).
I was sent on Training, and I got the chance to work in partnerships with other professionals and outside agencies. Working alongside the professionals to gain the hands-on bottom up and top-down approaches that I needed to be able to do the work required. I was mentoring others who were studying as I already pass through those stages. But I guess as was to be the pattern of my life for the next couple of years, instead of others viewing my knowledge and passion as something to be celebrated, acknowledged, and valued. I was once more viewed as threats and was to be targeted and got rid of by fair or foul means. Yet again I was left fearing for my future, emotional wellbeing, and the capacity to trust anyone, especially the female of the species.
I was rescued by an unlikely source, a colleague Iโd worked with before when she was only a teenager, and I was starting my first job in the early year sectors after graduating from Lambeth College. I worked at William Wilberforce Lambeth Walk Day Nursery in Kennington straight out of Lambeth College July 1999 โ April 2001. I was Room Leader for the Toddlers and I liaised with tutors about students on placements whom I mentored. I see some of those students who have gone on to make advancements in their career and moved up the ladder. Instead, I am worse off in this business, than when I graduated from Lambeth College, in 1999.
After working with this teenage, former colleague, we eventually ended up working for the same organisation, recognising me one day when she visited and aw me at the new workplace. If it was left to me, I am sure I would not have made the recognition? She was one of the youngest Manager in the organisation and I was happy for her interventions at the time. Because without her timely interventions, vouching for my integrity as a professional, I donโt know what my story outcome would have been. By this time the unfair treatments by the Green-Eyed Monster who was joined by another Sorry Excuse for a Human Being, the Area Manager, Maria Freeman was beginning to take their toll on me.
But I was destined to find shelter in Northwest London at Luton Street, Edgeware Road where I was to work for the better part of 4+ years. I was privileged to work with some exceptional professional colleagues, some of whom I mentored, supported, and nurtured through the good and bad times along the way. I was always there for them no matter what because by supporting and encouraging them to reach their potentials. I got the satisfactions of being part of their achievements that I was never allowed to gain despite my passion, dedication, and contributions to making the organisation the beacon that it was becoming.
Looking back, I was never given any opportunities in any of the jobs, and I kept on moving, hoping I would be recognised for the hard work I contributed, but to no avail. Usually, Iโd lick my wounds each time I was turned down or overlooked for promotions. Because by this time I was learning to sort of realise that Iโd have to cope with the rejections that were bound to come my way. I know to just get on with the job that was expected of me and be grateful I have a job. I was presented with opportunities in Luton Street to work to my potentials once my passion, talents and creativities were identified by my colleagues and the Manager and other professionals.
But as always, I had to learn how to take the good with the bad as there were days when I was knocked from my perch by others, just to show how powerful they are with their statuses. Some of them set out to prove their authority after I mentored and trained them, but by this I learned many valuable lessons and was resilient to cope with any and everything. As we all know there are stages that we all go through when others are controlling our lives in terms of providing a job. There were times when I reached rock bottom but knew I could not stay down and had to get back up and fight for what I want. There was that time where if I did not develop coping mechanism, I might have fallen over the edge of despair, but I overcome and got back on my feet, stronger than before.
I was the only staff shortlisted from the organisation for a Lead Practitioner Post. I heard about the post at the Staff Conference after returning from holidays in Jamaica, November 2011. I had high hopes of getting the job only for the rug to be pulled from under my feet. I relapsed experiencing mental health issues of Depression. I refused to let that keep me down and rise above the challenges making changes to my life to help me develop my Continuing Personal Professional Development Plan (CPPDP). To stay one step of the opposition and not let them get to me, I knew I had to be always better than them. I am always enhancing knowledge that is power.
I am always doing my research, attending Training and conferences, whatever there was that were, I would be in attendance. Because I already know what my vision is, and I have plans to achieve my goals in making my dreams become realities. When I faced the disappointments.
Closing of the Year 2016
As the old year 2016 is ending, I would like to take this opportunity to make a heartfelt plea to the powers that be to stop and take a little time to think why an individual like I must take to social media to find a voice. I have been living in the UK now since 1992 and coming from my native Jamaica to what I consider to be the Mother Country and a land of opportunity.
Unfortunately for me and many others, the UK have turned out to be the Prison that caused us to realise what it feels like to be many of the characters from the Bible. David and Goliath. Daniel in the Lionโs Den. Lotโs Wife who turned a Pillar of Salt. Pharaohโs Army drowned in the Red Sea. The Ten Commandments. The Burning Bush. The Leper. Ten Virgins. Sampson and Delilah. Noahโs Ark. Jesus turn Water into Wine. Armageddon.
The start of the New Year 1st January 2017 will bring the 3rd year wedding anniversary of my youngest son. During the time of preparations for the wedding, I arrived in Jamaica on the 22nd December 2013 to January 2014 just before my Motherโs 90th birthday. During the time I spent what was to be the most memorable and poignant moments that I could keep for posterity with Mama. Throughout the time I was there, mama did not know her only daughter except for when there were brief glimpses when she asked questions like โRatty come yet?โ โA so you look like mi Mother?โ Or she would say โCome mek we chat!โ
Realisation came on the day I was returning when she told my son, โShe did not come to say goodbye?โ I went back said my final goodbye the way, I have been doing for years, and take a photo. I know that would be the last time I would see mama alive in the flesh. During the weeks I was home, I had to come to terms with the way Dementia robbed me of mama, the same way Parkinsonโs Disease robbed me of my papa. The differences with the transitions are that I empowered myself via studies to cope with the Dementia that robbed me of my mum, because I diagnosed her early onset Dementia.
But no one was there to help me understand dadโs early onset Parkinsonโs Disease, as I was approaching puberty. Result was I experienced childhood traumas that blighted my outcomes in life forever, but I never gave up to this day. Since the early days, those were the most difficult developmental transitions that anyone could have experienced. Given the opportunities, I empowered myself via studies, hoping to move up the career ladder, but each time I faced set back. After trying for jobs externally and kept being turned down, I went for an internal post after I got back from holidays in Jamaica in November 2011.
I got the shock of my life when I was the only shortlisted staff from the Organisation, but I was turned down. My mental health was affected, but I pulled myself together as I always do and got on with the job. I later tell myself to just be satisfied with what I have and work to get my Pension. I started with the Organisation on the 1st September 2009 I was using my Intellectual Property to help them become a Beacon to the point where I was fronting Promotional Campaign in the Media. Because of my hidden disabilities, I was more of a background person with the credit for my work taken by others, but that didnโt bother me much.
I graduated from the Open University with a Foundation Degree in Early Years, but this did not make a difference. I began to establish myself on social media, publishing my writings, sharing in online Nursery World Forums, writing to the Newspapers about Mental Health Issues, etc. I was/am passionate about my work in the Early Years Sector. But my life and career were to take turns for the worse after returning from Jamaica to bury mama. So that no one can get the better of me in my Fight4justice campaign, I have decided to abide by the Rules of Law and do not add any more information.
This is coming from the dictates of those who are hell–bent on hiding the truths, covering up their unlawful deeds and trying and getting away with murder. The truths are out there in Cyberspace and there is nothing I can do to retrieve them. To protect myself from the onslaughts of those who are trying to destroy me, I must present my life as an Open Book. Anyone interested is more than welcome to read about my life experiences and make up their mind. No human should be treated the way I was from 23rd July 2014 to 27th September 2015 and to date. I do not have friends in high places, but God gave me a brain and I have a mind of my own.
Once more thanks for your support as I am looking to move forward into my ADVOCACY campaign in the New Year 2017. My old folks used to say do good and good will follow you and that is the way I have always lived my life. My life is testament as to how I treat others and expect to be treated in return.
Who, what, where, when are the #Influencers involved? Another Young Person who have dreams to turn into visions of realities. But he is yet to decide his chosen #Career. So he leaves nothing to chance in his #Preparations. Congratulations Nile Anderson, the journey to your #Achievements start with the Examination Results.
Undecided about his career path, Nile Anderson, a student of the Manning’s School in Savanna-la-Mar, Westmoreland, sat a total of 19 subjects in the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) examinations. “To be honest, I was not quite settled as to what I wanted to do, and I believed that every single subject I chose would contribute to my career in the future,” Nile told The Gleaner. Of the 19 subjects, Nile, who is now on his way to sixth form, secured 15 grade ones and four twos in the process:

Mothering Sunday Pleas to Senior HR Dilys Epton on the Eve of Mothering Sunday 14 March 2015 โ My Circumstances – DEPRESSION
Hi Dilys
I think it is time to bring my plight to your attention as I donโt seem to seem to be seeing an end in sight for my predicament. I thought the matter would have taken its natural course and get sorted, but it has become even worse since I got back from sick leave. I must point out however, that this is not a grievance as I feel no one is aware of my what is happening to me at BIB, and I have no concrete evidence to back up my arguments? I have no intentions of knowingly offending anyone either in the process of sharing what has been happening to me either. So, on the eve of Mother Sunday, I am beseeching with you to give me a voice and listen to my concerns because I know what is happening to me is real and not a figment of my imagination. Because I am DEPRESSED.
I was someoneโs daughter and granddaughter. I am still someoneโs sister, niece, auntie, and friend. But most importantly of all I am a mother to my 2 SONS and Grandmother to 4 grandchildren and I am a wife. I am in urgent need of counselling and support to come to terms with what has been happening to me since 05/01/2015 at BIB to date. You promised on the day you came to give your professional advice that youโd send the telephone number to the Manager to give to me to get counselling. I have not received same yet, so is it possible to send it directly to me please? I just donโt know how much longer I can carry on living like this as I am being stripped of all my DIGNITY and DYING slowly.
The Manager, Room Leader, Deputy & Duty Manager are making my life a living HELL at BIB, and I need this to STOP. It has become even worse since I got back from SICK LEAVE. I would like to know why the Manager is doing this to me and am sure if anything happens to me my sons Kevin Murray and Valdin Legister would not like to hear about the reasons for this. Believe me I am being TORTURED to DEATH slowly and I canโt take any more. As another MATURED WOMAN, I hope you will stop to think of my plight and be SENSITIVE about my needs. I know the wool has been pulled over everyoneโs eyes by the Manager at BIB. She is getting others to do her DIRTY work whilst taking on the mantle of INNOCENT victim. But she is also ABUSING her POWER of AUTHORITY whilst hiding under the LEYF umbrella and discriminating against me. However, I have no CONCRETE EVIDENCE to back up my ARGUMENTS. But I hope the same way she was given a voice when she got the Deputy and Duty Managers to complain and the next day there was an investigation. I hope someone will have the COURAGE, CONVICTIONS, CONSCIENCE to research and investigate how she has DISCRIMINATED against others before and bring her to BOOK?
Thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to take note of my concerns.
LEYF Response From Dilys Epton Date: Wednesday, 18 March 2015, 16:04.

Direct and Indirect Discrimination at all levels of my life
Evidence of Direct and Indirect Discrimination, since 2004 which led to the Blacklisting and Networking that ruined my career. I experienced direct and indirect discrimination from different sections of society. In my personal life when I experienced domestic violenceand was made homeless. I was defrauded of my money and the establishments and systems treating me like a common criminal, choosing to label and stereotyping me. That experience caused me some amount of distress sorted. But I was gutted when the support network I thought I have around me turned out to be easily bought and treated me even worse than the experiences that caused my diagnosis of Chronic Anxiety in 2006 (Dr I Ferreira Landor Road Surgery 134-136, Landor Road, Stockwell London SW9 9JB).
For any of U SM folks from my neck of the woods Townhead who are in the UK. Understand from my Cuz Joan Bernard that we have lost another from the area. Family of Ms Molly Trout of the HASLEY Clan. If I am not mistaken his name might be Edward who used to work with London Transport on the buses. Don’t matter the name he was 1 of Ms Molly’s sons. I only knew this fact because my Mother-in-Law Mrs Olive Brown-Tingling used to talk about the family whom she knew from JA. When Mass Edward used to come to JA he was famous for his walking & a few other things.
Understand the 9night is tonight in the Clapham regions. So, I will be making every effort to find out where & put in an appearance. So, if I Gatecrash, please make me feel welcome, because really I am a SHY person until I find my feet.
I am qualified to say I am entitled to say my 2 Pennies worth because Ms Molly was witness at Mama & Papa’s wedding. Been trying to share the info, but can’t work it out yet…? But it is in my Profile Fotos. Hoping to see U later even thou I’ve been raving until 4 day this morning at Scandals.
As my #2sonValdin Legister say “age is just a #”. So Cuz Joan Bernard & Cuz @Bailey Foster & Cuz Vernon Hasley I’ll be doing my bit 2 represent Townhead God’s willing?

Jamaican has seen almost 60,000 births to mothers under age 20 over the last decade.
A whopping total of 59,591 births to adolescents were recorded between 2009 and 2019, according to data provided by the Statistical Institute of Jamaica (Statin). This number accounts for 16 per cent of total births within the period.
The years: 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 saw the highest percentage of such occurrences with 17; 17.9; 18; 18; and 17 per cent, respectively.
In addition, the Jamaica Observer has learnt that some of the young mothers account for multiple births.
Dr O’Neil Ankle, principal at Jonathan Grant High School, told the Sunday Observer that prior to the novel coronavirus pandemic he counted more than 18 young women at his school who had already had a child.
โOne of them already had two children. That’s the same reason I was going on like that. I met with 18 of them and we talked and shared things. And these children are not dunce. They are bright,โ he said.
Ankle was making reference to a virtual orientation session, that went viral last September, in which he was heard telling his young male students: โTwo minute man unnuโฆ put a block pon yuh penis and calm yuhself and concentrate pon the nine or five subjects that you’re going to do and stop focus pon front.โ

Ankle explained that his candid and passionate talk with the students was driven by the reality at the school โ realities, he added, that affect students’ studies.
Student mothers, he said, would ask: โSir, can I go home?โ
When he asks, โWhy do you want to go home?โ the students, he said, would respond: โSir, the lady who is taking care of my child is leaving an mi don’t have anybody to take care of my child.โ
โWhat do I do? Tell the student she can’t go? She has to go,โ he said.
Ankle, however, told the Sunday Observer that from observation, schoolboys aren’t solely responsible for impregnating their peers.
โWhile many of the students would’ve got pregnant courtesy of these young boys, many are done by adults, not schoolboys โ adults 21 and upwards. Adults that are in jobs and not young boys. But if young boys are a part of the issue, it’s going to come down to education and letting them understand the importance of education in its true sense and that to carry a child in this world is a responsible activity,โ he said.
โAnd to take care of that child and manage education where you want to have your subjects and move on to university, those two things don’t really walk in the same lane because you now have the responsibility to try and get an education and to take care of a mouth that you never really prepared for,โ he added, noting that in most cases the fathers leave the young mothers to fend for themselves or drop out of school.
Former national director of Jamaica Youth for Christ (JYC), Reverend Herro Blair Jr told the Sunday Observer that the number of births to adolescents was alarming. He further reasoned that these births contribute to the โdecline of Jamaicaโ.
โA vast majority of these children will be the boys that are standing on the roadside. A vast majority will be the children who have children. The worst thing happening in Jamaica right now is, one, our uncontrollable desire to allow the sexual culture to go the way it is going; and two, the fact that this large number of teenage pregnancies is contributing to the negative climate and the negative economy of our country,โ said Blair Jr.
โWhen I was growing up, children went to church even if their parents didn’t go to church. Now, a lot of those children are not even going to church. So, when I meet a boy in Olympic Gardens and he tells me that he’s 15 years old and he’s a gunman, I can understand because he has no sense of value.โ
The lack of value for life, he reasoned, has to be addressed.
โYou look at our gunmen today, just walking up in crowds and shooting up people, or just doing whatever they want. They’ve lost all sense of value for life. Spend time and money on making sure that the children โ those being born today and those in primary school today โ learn the life skill of conflict resolution, respect and value so that as they grow, the country itself can be a better place,โ Blair Jr said.
But early pregnancy does not mean that all is lost, argued 31-year-old Petagay Pinnock, who became a mother at age 15. Today, she has five Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) subjects and is a scholarship recipient at University College of the Caribbean (UCC).
โMy advice to teen mothers is to go right back to schoolโฆ don’t wait,โ she said.
โThere are places that are free or come with a small cost. I know it’s hard and you might think there’s no way to get back on track, but I can tell you there’s always a way. You just have to be determined to succeed and you will. If I was as determined as I am now, I would have already achieved all I’m achieving now. So, take the step while you are young and be as driven, dedicated, and determined and all things will be possible,โ she added.
Otisa Wilmoth, past head girl of Green Pond High School, also got pregnant during high school. With six grade ones in grade 11, Wilmoth was the top CSEC performer at Green Pond in 2020.
She hopes her success, despite her pregnancy, shows other young girls in a similar situation that it is not the end of the road.
โMy words of advice are to never give up and they should believe in themselves and know that if they weren’t strong, they would not have been able to survive child-birth. It’s not the end of the road for them as there will always be trials and struggles, but we are mothers now and our children need us to pave the way for a better future for them,โ she said.
โBeing a teenaged mom means that it’s not just you anymore; you have a young one looking up to you. They need to see that you are strong and that you are doing what’s right,โ Wilmoth stated.
She added that many teen moms get pregnant a second time because their families turn their backs on them.
โDon’t let that stop you. People will always leave when things aren’t in their interest or going their way anymore. Just know that a higher education is what’s going to prove to the world that we are survivors, and one wrong judgement in life can’t spoil our futures forever. We are going to continue to work hard and excel because we are not just living for ourselves, we are living for our child as well. I will never let anyone, or anything, stop me because my son is counting on me,โ Wilmoth told the Sunday Observer.
However, Principal Ankle believes that there is need for guidance for youngsters, especially young men.
โI don’t know where the fathers are who can help these young men to understand that listen, what is between your legs is not something that you throw all over the place. It’s something that you manage under control. And I can’t say it any plainer. It makes no sense I pretty up this. Boys getting these girls pregnant… adults getting these girls pregnant… soldiers are getting these girls pregnant… all pastors get involved in it too. I have seen some casesโฆ trust me, I can write a book,โ Ankle said.
โThey believe that they can go around and become sperm donors because it’s an image in our society. It’s an image that we need to get rid of. They just believe they can go around and have children and move to the next girl โ and it’s something that I’ve been trying to get into the boys at Johnathan Grant. When you see me go on the way I went on, it’s because I live it. I experience it yearly,โ he said.
Startled by the data on pregnancy among adolescents, Reverend Stephen Smith, Baptist minister and guidance counsellor at Calabar High School, called for swift justice, especially for underaged girls who are impregnated.
โThese figures are quite staggering. In fact, they are alarming. It speaks to what is happening in our society and what needs to be done as it relates to those who are responsible for impregnating those who are underage, according to the law. We need, as a nation, to allow the law where these things are concerned to have teeth,โ he said.
Outside of that, he said: โThe Church must continue to play its part through its teachings to help young people to understand that they should wait until they reach adulthood and have their careers clear before them, before they think of becoming parents.โ

I will deal with the current situations the only way I know how. Since I have been #Gagged, I will adhere to the Rules of Law until then. But my #Redemtion goes on into 2017. I will start off the 1st day of the NY as I mean to go on. It’s taken me all this time to find out the cause of why I was the person I became when I thought my #Father abandoned me when he was taken #SICK. I have been searching for his #LOVE since.
With counselling I realised why my life turn out the way it is. Most regrettable was having some of the thoughts and doubting my #MOTHERSLove for me. I have been searching for my #FathersLove since.
I face #Rejections all my life from some unusual quarters, but I never gave up and carried on.
Today I realised the love I have found in my #Husband. I will ensure I cherish what I have got with him. There are lessons to be learned and I am learning.
I will stop wearing my heart on my sleeve and start shielding myself from hurt like #Mama did. So as of now I will adhere to the Facebook Profile which I snatched… Will I ever stop #Loving, no? But as of now it’s on my #TermsAlone. Anyone, no matter who, want to be a part of my life and #SharemyLOVE will have to prove they are #Worthy.
I am just trying to come to terms with my life. Papa’s early onset #ParkinsonDisease that change the #FamilyDynamics. Most of all Mama’s strength in carrying on despite the odds in keeping her #FamilyTogether. She did not have the #EmotionalIntelligence to communicate her situation, but she lived a life of #Servitude_Caring_Sharing until it was her time to be cared for.
I will go into the NY 2017 knowing I have given of my best unstinting and there’s nothing I could have done differently. I won’t give up on love, I will be the same old me… But I have to #ProtectMyself from the hurt inflicted from #December2013 to date. I will shed my tears, lick my wounds, appreciate my blessings and move on with my life.
As of now anyone is welcome under my #Terms_Conditions. I will stop pinning after lost love, missed opportunities and worrying about what others think or do. Borrowing from a #Friend_Only_God_Alone_Can_Judge_Us! If God doesn’t decree it and it is done in mysterious ways, it will be #Revealed.
I know this is Satan’s plan to stop me so the #CROSSES can get away with what they did to me after #MAMADied. Everyone has a #Conscience and I will examine mine and others do too?
Maybe LEYF Nurseries can recommend a post for me after this performance? I have lots more where this come from. Did I tell anyone that my Father & Mother meet at a wakenight singing? Well it was love and first sight and until death do they part.
Well I think I might have had my Road to Damacus meeting down by the Blue going to the CAB. Before I go to my bed I will read PSALM 23: The Lord is my shepherd; I shal not want… And I am not afraid to ask for what I want either?
My #husband say I must come to my bed. So it’s trust and obey, there is no other way. To be happy with Jesus, is to trust and #obey.
I read my #horoscope everyday, and the Bible now and again. I don’t mind joining a Bible Studies Group still. Maybe I can use it to celebrate my Father’s 100 DOB, and discovering the love of the 3 in 1: Father, Son and Holy Ghost? I am going to go to my bed now. Good night Facebook and my special #Supportnetwork. Mark owe, I won’t be calling names? If in doubt go read my horoscope.

Fight4justice is feeling motivated in Bermondsey. ยท Last night, I was going through 1 of those missing my MOTHER moments. Why, because I was in Jamaica from 22nd December 2013 to 22nd January 2014. In preparation for my son’s wedding. Honestly, I’d given up hope that the boy would settle down and make an honest woman of another Mother’s daughter. Although I diagnosed Mama #Dementia, nothing prepared me to see her a shadow of her former self. The 4 weeks I spent with Mama further help to define the person who I am today. That’s why I am so mad with Facebook for what they done to me last night. After I uploaded my article, because yes I have tiffs with members of my #Family. I am not saying I’m always right and as my horoscope state, I am learning everyday to accept I need to be more tolerant of others and stop thinking about me myself and I only. Facebook join in to judge me on the negative narratives of LEYF Nurseries and I have been blocked a few times.Today I am going to tell them all that who are they to judge me when they allow others to discriminate against me. I don’t have to go around unburdening+ my soul to anyone about matters of sensitive nature. Because others are affected. So please get off my case and let me savour the last moments I spent with my MOTHER. I lost my breda ASHTER in April 1994 age 37+. I could not attend his funeral because I was thinking about the costs. But I know he made plans and I was able to contribute. I lost BYRON in March 2008, again I was finishing up my studies. During the short space of his illness, I got to know my breda. I granted him his wish to go back home to Townhead Westmoreland. Oh yes, I am solely responsible for the costs of BYRON funeral. I make him promise on his death bed. Now I am robbed of fulfilling those promise. So maybe the world can take a little time to know this tortured soul for whom giving up was never an option. I am only one person who is targeted by Facebook where I created 18 pages. LinkedIn stolen 3 accounts first one with 69 publications. Google harvested my intellectual property, copyright, images over the years. Last were 100,000 + 100,000 photos views. Google My Business suspended Mervelee Consultancy first Business I invested in, in 2016. Google continue to suspend Business Accounts with excuses they were reported for inappropriate activities. Who reported them? My first website http://www.myvision.org.uk created from scratch in 2012 stolen and in use by Oxeyes. I can go on and on about the tricks used by Social Media to entrap me. However, I will present this in RESEARCH coming in 2024. Thanks for your concerns, but someone without any KNOWLEDGE about SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION is misleading the YouTube Team.
