Good day Mr Solicitor

After reading your response to my concerns raised and the letter dated 18 December 2024 from the Court and reflecting on events from Boxing Day when I was in my garden, I came up with this conclusion. I will share this to back up my arguments about the continuing DISCRIMINATION.

And the reasons Dr Phil Gregory was brought on board to entrap me with RESPIREDONE to SILENCE me.

There are inconsistencies in the letter dated 18 December 2024 making no mention about the EVACUATED cases. Instead, I was sent a long list for a trial on the 7 March 2025. However, the response from the Solicitors states the trial is due for the 10 March 2025. Because I have been passing on information to the Solicitors and nothing is done to add them to my arguments.

The DEFENDANT has permission to file and serve any updating evidence in response 14 days before the trial. Here is my UPDATED EVIDENCE in REVERSE.

1. CAD 2358/03Jany25 I was visited at home by 2924AS and 2499AS evidence online at YouTube.

2. The patterns of DISCRIMINATION by my Neighbour who is supported by Housing for Women and the Metropolitan Police must be taken into EVIDENCE from the time Met Police was sent to SECTION me from a malicious report I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL.

3. Between 30^th October 2021 and 3^rd January 2025 must be taken into evidence. Because it was DJ Sterlini who strike out my claims with Winsome Duncan after “Telephone Mediation” who labelled me a “Violent Nuisance” without me knowing about the ORDER.

4. I was provoked when I looked out my window on 3rd January 2025 and evidence of Ms Gilchrist and Barbara McCoy’s HATE CRIMES can be verified online. Mention was made about the INJUNCTION and obviously my Neighbour was fed information about the outcome of the EVACUATED cases. Whilst I was left in the dark, because the Solicitor did not inform me and there was no mention made in the letter dated 18 December 2024 that I got on Christmas eve.

5. The actions of the Met Police Officers above can be verified online.

6. The actions of Joe Hooper kicking my door has not been dealt with. Refer to CAD 6326/03Jany25 and CAD 5227/03Jany25 and CAD 3020/03Jany25 and CAD 2824/03Jany25 and CAD 2052/21Dec2024 to get an understanding of how I am treated by the Met Police.

7. I was DEPRESSED during the Festive Season because I suffer with SAD and the fact I am excluded does not help. I am living at Alma Grove like a prisoner. I am a DISABLED NHS Pensioner without a GP.

8. I was in the kitchen cooking when I noticed my Husband’s Angel Trumpet flowering, so I went out to capture the BLOOMS in his memory. I could hear a dog barking and then I heard my name called MYERS. I responded by asking Ms Gilchrist if she was talking to me, she began her TIRADE. This can be evidence from the recordings. When I realised Ms Gilchrist was videoing me, I asked why she was doing it. She responded she needs it for her DEFENCE.

9. I returned to my kitchen because I decided I will not let Ms Gilchrist provoke me to return to the DARK PLACES I am coming from over the past 10 years.

10. The PROVOCATIONS continued that I only feel safe when I bolted the door.

11. Some days I don’t open my curtains and if I do so and look through the window I will get VERBALLY ABUSED from across the street.

12. I received a letter about an appointment on the 19 December 2024 which I did not receive. This is patterns of GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY to make Dr Phil Gregory’s Medical Gaslighting Report Factual that EVERYTHING am saying is in my HEAD.

8. I was made an INACTIVE PATIENT by Silverlock Medical Centre on 5 December 2024.

9. I received THREATENING LETTERS after raising concerns about Dr Phil Gregory.

10. On 21 November 2024 Dr Phil Gregory and the Nurse made unannounced visit to my home. I think if I had turned off the recording as he DEMANDED, despite having a FRIEND in my home, he would have done what he came to do.

11. The fact I was on the Housing Ombudsman ZOOM on the 20 December 2024 as a member of the Resident Panel must be evidence. I discussed this with the Solicitor who refused to use it for my ARGUMENTS.

12. I am invited to apply for the post of Customer Panel after I was the Minute Taker for the disbanded “Scrutiny Customer Panel” in 2020.

13. Ms H Presley found me online when Ms Hermoine Cameron was advocating on my behalf. I asked the Solicitor to represent Ms Presley to have a STRONG case against the CLAIMANT.

14. I am a victim of the Alma Grove Hate MOBS. The aim is to PROVOKE me to get a reaction so they can say I am the AGGRESSOR.

15. Dr Phil Gregory called my son in Jamaica to ask if he thinks I will be PHYSICAL with the NEIGHBOURS.

16. I was locked out on the 23 October 2024.

17. On the 9 August 2024 I was visited at home by 2 Female Police Officers. I raised a complaint, and it goes the way of others. The Police is still INVESTIGATING.

18. On 8 August 2024 Joe Hooper surrounded my window shouting for Kevin to come outside for him to sort him out.

19. The Police who came treated me and my son as CRIMINALS.

HMCTS Miscarriages of Justice

Because there is no CONSISTENCY FAMILARITY CONTINUITY coming out of the way how information is shared. I must come to the conclusion that I am getting treated this way to cover the fact that there has been SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION against me. I will as the Solicitor and Barrister Ms Miranda Grell to ask for a REVIEW of my CASES dating back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. I will provide any EVIDENCE that is RELEVANT. What does it mean when the CLAIMS are EVACUATED? Because I have had claims in which I represented myself evacuated without EXPLANATIONS. I will end by saying Dr Phil Gregory is/was not my psychiatrist and I was not diagnosed with psychosis. Nor was I treated under Dr Gregory’s TEAM, prescribed any medication. The Solicitor must disclose the Psychiatric Assessment I attended on 15 April 2024. Failure to do so constitute breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. The fact that Dr Phil Gregory failed to respond to my concerns is proof that Housing for Women unlawful injunction K05EC530 will be going in the PUBLIC DOMAIN to help Ms H Presley and other tenants targeted by landlords.

This is to be considered within the complaint reference PC/1514/25 rather than duplicating efforts. MM Updates: Since the Commissioner signed IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE at “A New Met for London” launch I deemed it appropriate to involve the Commissioner’s Office directly in the matter of how I am denied my ENTITLEMENTS and FREEDOM to DIE SLOWLY of TORTURE whilst the London Ambulance Service is sent out that am BURNING THE PLACE.

Please note, I will only be dealing with complaints that relate to officers, staff, contractors or volunteers exercising police functions on behalf of the MPS. MM Update: I must bring to your attention that if these COMPLAINTS were dealt with from the time, I arranged the MEETING with Inspector Owen Pyle and Tammie Tebboth at the Southwark Police Station we would not be here now addressing a CRIME Number. I am not able to investigate allegations or concerns made by you toward external agencies or organisations, including the CPS, HM Courts & Tribunals Service, and the NHS. MM Update: Where the MPS Officers are directly involved, then am positive that under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and GDPR and Charter of Rights I am entitled to have the CONCERNS investigated. I am also unable to re-investigate concerns of yours that have already been answered by previous complaints. MM Updates: Not when MOPAC Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb continued to DISCRIMINATE in their RESPONSE causing MPS to treat me like a CRIMINAL (3^rd January 2025 YouTube). I have therefore reviewed your complaints history in order to ascertain what, if any concerns within your submission, have already been answered. Please can I ask you to stop sending emails that you are sending to the police, I am also sure other government bodies feel the same, MM Response: Any other Government body feeling the same can be mindful of the fact that a member of Keir Starmer Government was arrested by the MPS and has been barred from the Labour Party. Keir Starmer did the same to DIANE ABBOTT for her views on RACISM. But she later exposed him for having his pants down. Let’s the RAPE/MURDER of SARAH EVERARD for a moment. But the emails you send have links that would not be suitable for any department to be able to click due to the high risk of internet safety. This complaint was made on 03/03/2024 which you have again mentioned in your email to the Commissioner’s Office. This complaint dealt with numerous ASB reports and a number of police reports prior to February 2025. It would not be right for me to comment on any part of that investigation that is under appeal at present. MM Updates: Fair enough, but it should not have taken years and the MPS party to me made HOMELESS and saddled with a SUSPENDED SENTENCE because of MPS NEGLIGENCE.

I have gone through your complaint submission and have addressed each point as follows. Please see below the table for the actions I will be taking. MM Updates: I will correct any MISTAKES.

I must let you be aware that I raised CONCERNS with the IOPC from Winsome Duncan sent the MPS and LAS to section me 30/10/2017. This must be addressed
3. Takes over an hour to arrive on Christmas eve 2022 when I had to barricade myself in my house.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. *My brother was at the end of the phone with me from USA. The Safer Neighbourhood Team have not visited yet, but MPS keep sending letters and visiting on behalf of Ms Gilchrist.*
4. Raided my home on 26 January 2023 from Ms Gilchrist MALICIOUS REPORT.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. Reasons Ms Gilchrist called the MPS on 3/1/2025 (YouTube). Because MPS failed to act. She told me that the MPS is working with her to get me EVICTED and threatened to call the MPS to take me to JAIL after the Court case when I was given SUSPENDED SENTENCE.
5. Attendance at Croydon Magistrates Court 3 times about reports I breach Community Order 14th and 15th December 2022.	This does not relate to a complaint in relation to the MPS. *MM Updates: Yes, it does. The result of Debbie Gilchrist MALICIOUS REPORT and MPS visit on 26/1/2023.*
6. Housing for Women claims neighbour call Police to Alma Grove 3 February when HUSBAND and I got SEPARATED after interview at Walworth Police Station.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. YES, it does. Had to go to WPS for INTERVIEW result of MPS visit 26/1/2023.
7. The MALICIOUS REPORT for INTERVIEW at Walworth Police Station 3/2/2023	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. Reasons for H4W Unlawful Injunction made me HOMELESS. MPS still INVESTIGATING according to PC Chana on another visit to my home. When Joe Hooper a (MAN) in a Women’s Refuge TERRORISING me and MPS come out to support them.
8. Samantha Gibbs visit to Alma Grove with MALE tried to ASSAULT me at door 12/1/2023.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. This was used in H4W EVIDENCE to EVICT me. She is on Long-Term-Sick-Leave, whilst am here living like a PRISONER. Debbie Gilchrist come to my door asking me to open so she MURDER me for them to say I COMMIT SUICIDE.
9. Failure by Police to act about 6 ASB call out 27 February 2023. 10. 6 Police Officers came to my house on 27/2/2023 about video on YouTube with battering RAM.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. *This is another BOOK dedicated to the MPS from the STRONG JAMAICAN WOMAN whose IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE Sir Mark Rowley signed at A New Met for London launch.* *Sarnim.Limbu@met.police.uk* *Ref: CAD 5825/27Feb24 Housing Issues. Maybe the IOPC would like to say how MERVELEE MYERS became a VIOLENT NUISANCE*
11. My Husband was in the Hospital, and this could be verified from online DEFENSIVE PRACTICE.	This does not relate to a complaint in relation to the MPS. YES, it does. It was PUBLIC that my Husband was in the Hospital. He ended up in the Hospital on the 9^th March 2024 after his birthday because Trevor Anthony Tomlinson ASSAULTED me. Reference *Simone.Kidd@met.police.uk* re 11/4/24 Crime Ref: 01/67016/24 in case MPS think they can get away with GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY. Ms Gilchrist told him I was ABUSING his father. SCOTLAND YARD is involved according to the MPS. How come they are not aware of my CONTRIBUTIONS to SAFEGUARDING the VULNERABLE. MPS failed to attend for 6 COMPLAINTS on the 27^th February 2023, but showed up around a video that was not made in the UK. Mimi Owusu 12 pages Witness Statement for H4W must be evidenced.
12. Meet Nigel Pearce at Elim House after HMCTS DJ Sterlini label me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. Reference YOUTUBE.	This does not appear to be a complaint of any sort. YES, it is because Nigel Pearce failed to follow up on CONCERNS raised and BLOCKED me out on Social Media to help me clear my name that am not a VIOLENT NUISANCE. 13. Ask to volunteer at A New Met for London launch where Sir Mark Rowley signed IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE in September 2023 a month after DJ Sterlini labelled me.	This does not appear to be a complaint of any sort. *YES, it is because MPS continued trying to SECTION, MURDER, KIDNAP me. Reference YouTube Live Broadcasting for the EVIDENCE. 14. Seb Adjei-Addoh at Lib Dems Social in Southwark 18/10/2023.	This does not appear to be a complaint of any sort. YES, I reminded him about asking to VOLUNTEER. If I was allowed to volunteer Housing for Women could not get away with coercing Debbie Gilchrist to target me and my HUSBAND to cause his untimely death.
15. Robbed in Peckham 19/10/2023. The Police dragging their feet whilst I am the target of MALICIOUS REPORTS.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. MM Updates: Reference YouTube for how am holding MPS accountable as a WRITER and FREELANCER. PC/08721/24 last time I was sent an email, it stated the case was sent to the IOPC. What is the IOPC doing about this? 3034363/23 a Caucasian WOMAN was arrested days after the incident in Peckham. The Case has been passed from PC Herman to PC Gayfaire. In the meantime MPS has colluded with H4W and Debbie Gilchrist and Joe Hooper and the Alma Grove HATE MOB to allow DJ Sara Elizabeth Beecham to EVICT me with a SUSPENDED SENTENCE. If MPS had acted this would not be the outcome. Therefore MPS will be held accountable for my HOMELESSNESS and under THREATS from Debbie Gilchrist.
16. Met Police visited my home on 25/10/2023 and left HUSBAND going into HYPO. Was lucky to get home from Tony Cealy’s training THEATRE of OPPRESSED to help him.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. MM Response: Reference Social Media for MM the Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to Grave in my role as a Mental Health & SEND Advocate who did UNDERSTANDING STATUTORY ASSESSMENT training in October 2009.
17. Stephen Agera advised Narin Masera to call the Police.	This does not appear to be a complaint of any sort. *YES, it is. See above. Stephen Agera advised Narin Masera to send the MPS. She also coerced him to leave the case.*
18. Joe Hooper target me and Met Police refused to act.	I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. MM Response: ITV News Documentary with Queen Camilla will be EVIDENCE in END GENDER BASED VIOLENCE and GENDER EQUALITY. MPS Data Office Neighbour’s CCTV 5/1/24 MPS advised Ms Gilchrist to install CCTV it was used to monitor my movements inside the communal area and outside to target me.
19. Mimi Owusu’s 12 pages Witness Statement for Housing for Women.	This does not appear to be a complaint of any sort. Reference INSTAGRAM 5K Mimi Owusu Mobile: 07947529668 RELATIVE Power of Attorney – Sent MPS to my home on 7^th July 2023. MPS must investigate Mimi Owusu Blac Awards. Mimi Owusu calling my Mobile & House Phones 24/7 to TRIGGER me. Sometimes its my Home Phone Number showing on my phone and private on Mobile/Home Phone. H4W claims they picked up the BED she sent to my home. 8/8/23 Mimi Owusu contacted me via email as Cary Grant. She uses MALE & FEMALE names for her SCAMMING.
20. Dr Phil Gregory unannounced visit to Alma Grove 21/11/2024 after I was on Housing Ombudsman Zoom on 20/11/2024.	If this relates to your medical treatment, as per PC/2268/24, please direct complaints to the relevant body. MPS must investigate Dr Phil Gregory the same way they are prepared to GASLIGHT Me and send LAS to my home that am SHOUTING after I called them out about Debbie Gilchrist & Joe Hooper ASB. One PC came and left because I had YouTube Live Broadcasting on. Dr Phil Gregory get YouTube to remove EVIDENCE of him calling me on the mobile and admitting his Medical Report is not FACTUAL. 22. Dr Peter Ocansey and Georgina unannounced visit to Alma Grove on 22/01/2025 after MALICIOUS REPORTS about my MENTAL HEALTH. I was asked not to record and am still waiting for the letter about how I was on their visit and an invitation for a MEETING.	If this relates to your medical treatment, as per PC/2268/24, please direct complaints to the relevant body. *MPS sent LAS to my home after they left. I was not getting any Medical Treatment from any of these INDIVIDUALS. I don’t have a GP because I refused to take RESPIREDONE.*
23. London Ambulance Service arrived at my home. Claimed they were sent by the Police. I was told that it was a good thing I opened the door or they would have FORCED ENTRY. Refer to the THREATS by the POLICE who Ms Gilchrist called on 3/1/2025 I was celebrating my brother’s birthday.	If this relates to your medical treatment, as per PC/2268/24, please direct complaints to the relevant body. MM Updates: MPS sent the LAS, they are party to the DISCRIMINATION and failure to act from 30^th October 2017 when they came with LAS to SECTION me from Winsome Duncan MALICIOUS REPORT. 24. London Ambulance Service given entry to spend hours outside my door trying to gain entry. 27. My son and I were treated like CRIMINALS on 8/8/2024 and him witnessing the DISCRIMINATION by the POLICE is the cause of the High Blood Pressure as he is SCARED, they will IMPRISON and EVICT ME. My problems started at www.leyf.org.uk after the death of my mother with dementia and I spent 11 years trying to get my life back together. But the Met Police is working with the A-Z of Abusers to cover their tracks from the time they refused to act about the verbal threats of Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement. But turned up to SECTION me from a MALICIOUS REPORT I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. If the patterns of MALICIOUS REPORTS are considered, you can understand why the Police is involved in trying to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture on 30/11/2020. What they are failing to understand is that I write for therapy when my father was stricken with Parkinson’s. Mervelee Myers will publish a series of Ebooks of my writing from when I joined social media in the summer of 2009 after returning from visiting Jamaica. 2009 is the year when I turned 50 years old and became a graduate, I want the world to be aware of my journey with challenging systemic discrimination after experiencing bereavement and losses. I had my first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother aged 56 years old with colon cancer, working at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The fact that my 101-year-old husband was taken to Kings College Hospital after my stepson assaulted me on the 9th of March 2024 a day when the family gathered to celebrate his birthday at my home must be highlighted. I made “Reasonable Adjustments” to my house so my husband could come home for his “Palliative Care” because his son changed the locks on the doors to stop him from returning home to die.

The “Quality Care Commission” is not “Fit For Purpose” and therefore, Mervelee Myers must share “The Experience Of Multiple Discrimination” of Dr. Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. It is time the world wakes up to why there is an uprising by white people in the UK in 2024. Because on the eve of “Mothering Sunday 2015, I wrote to http://www.leyf.org.uk senior HR Dilys Epton I was DEPRESSED and slowly dying of torture. When the CEO June O’Sullivan MBE sanctions the discrimination that labels me UURICA-LE. On 30th November 2020, I was beaten inside my house when Holly Sweeny led her colleagues to murder me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to say I committed SUICIDE. I was made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment when the solicitors took “Legal Aid” to convict me.

On 27th September 2021 Richard Harty called my mobile and the conversation was recorded on YouTube. This was one of the 3 incidents that happened on that date to trigger me. I was robbed of the money I took in to pay my daughter-in-law’s “University Fees”. I did not receive the “Medical Report” from the GP Surgery. I was harassed, bullied, and intimidated by Barclays when I returned to resolve the matter. I was locked in the bank for over an hour waiting for the Police to show up. In the meantime, Barclays was closing my account. I was kicked out of the University of East London by Richard Harty despite being assigned a “Mental Health Practitioner.

My stories are documented despite social media harvesting my intellectual property, copyrights, images, and CPPDP. My website http://www.myvision.org.uk was stolen by Guy Lawful and Mark Upton in 2022. But the biggest shock is those involved in the hate crimes after Deborah Agnes Gilchrist broke the glass to the “Communal Door” on the 13th of December 2021. By “Christmas Eve” 2022 I had to barricade myself inside, my brother who was on the mobile with me from the USA for over an hour before the Police arrived was refusing to give me a reference. He has since declared me MAD and turned families and friends against me.

I will end by saying those responsible must not get away with threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION because my stories are online. I will use the available resources to share why “EARLY INTERVENTION IS KEY TO SURVIVAL”. So no other 17-year-old schoolboy does not target little girls with a weapon. I was the EYFS coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF when I did the “A Voice of a Child” project for June O’Sullivan in 2010. Only to realize Richard Harty panicked and kicked me out of the UEL because of his Men In Childcare bloggers who are June O’Sullivan’s Drag Queen Storytellers.

I am a storyteller who will be sharing the HMCTS miscarriages of justice and the roles of the “Legal System” in criminalizing women who dare to challenge discrimination put children, young people and vulnerable adults at risk of safeguarding.

incident took place at 16 Alma Grove, Bermondsey London SE1 5PY where I lived from I was rescued from Domestic Violence in December 2000 by Housing for Women. On the 13 December 2021 Ms Gilchrist broke the glass to the “Communal Door” and set out on a campaign of hate from then making the life of myself a NIGHTMARE. In May 2022 I was invited to ASB meeting by Samantha Gibbs a new employee of Housing for Women because of malicious reports by Ms Gilchrist. Trina Philbert visited with Candy Smith of Southwark Adult Social Care after she interviewed my husband and realised the extent of the DISCRIMINATION on both of us.

Housing for Women embark on a hate campaign after Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert were employed in 2022 to target me and my husband despite the COMPLAINTS reaching stage 2 of the COMPLAINTS PROCEDURES. I had contacted the Housing Ombudsman Service, the MP Neil Coyle who wrote to Housing for Women twice on my behalf. In the end there were no follow and I was left on my own to STRUGGLE.

The roles of the Met Police in dealing with the DISCRIMINATION left me losing TRUST in the Metropolitan Police. The following are instances of POLICE breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and treating me like a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment, a VIOLENT NUISANCE and UURICA-LE I was labelled by my former employers. 1. Visited Alma Grove 13/12/2021 and left accusing me of SHOUTING. 2. Failed to visit Alma Grove in May 2022 when Ms Gilchrist broke the glass again. 3. Takes over an hour to arrive on Christmas eve when I had to barricade myself in my house. 4. Raided my home on 26 January 2023 from Ms Gilchrist MALICIOUS REPORT. 5. Attendance at Croydon Magistrates Court 3 times about reports I breach Community Order 14th and 15th December 2022. 6. Housing for Women claims neighbour call Police to Alma Grove 3 February when HUSBAND and I got SEPARATED after interview at Walworth Police Station. 7. The MALICIOUS REPORT for INTERVIEW at Walworth Police Station 3/2/2023 is still under INVESTIGATION. 8. Samantha Gibbs visit to Alma Grove with MALE tried to ASSAULT me at door 12/1/2023. 9. Failure by Police to act about 6 ASB call out 27 February 2023. 10. 6 Police Officers came to my house on 27/2/2023 about video on YouTube with battering RAM. 11. My Husband was in the Hospital and this could be verified from online DEFENSIVE PRACTICE. 12. Meet Nigel Pearce at Elim House after HMCTS DJ Sterlini label me a VIOLENT NUISANCE reference YOUTUBE. 13. Ask to volunteer at A New Met for London launch where Sir Mark Rowley signed IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE in September 2023 a month after DJ Sterlini labelled me. 14. Seb Adjei-Addoh at Lib Dems Social in Southwark 18/10/2023. 15. Robbed in Peckham 19/10/2023. The Police dragging their feet whilst I am the target of MALICIOUS REPORTS. 16. Met Police visited my home on 25/10/2023 and left HUSBAND going into HYPO. Was lucky to get home from Tony Cealy’s training THEATRE of OPPRESSED to help him. 17. Stephen Agera advised Narin Masera to call the Police. 18. Joe Hooper target me and Met Police refused to act. 19. Mimi Owusu’s 12 pages Witness Statement for Housing for Women. 20. Dr Phil Gregory unannounced visit to Alma Grove 21/11/2024 after I was on Housing Ombudsman Zoom on 20/11/2024. 22. Dr Peter Ocansey and Georgina unannounced visit to Alma Grove on 22/01/2025 after MALICIOUS REPORTS about my MENTAL HEALTH. I was asked not to record and am still waiting for the letter about how I was on their visit and an invitation for a MEETING. 23. London Ambulance Service arrived at my home. Claimed they were sent by the Police. I was told that it was a good thing I opened the door or they would have FORCED ENTRY. Refer to the THREATS by the POLICE who Ms Gilchrist called on 3/1/2025 I was celebrating my brother’s birthday. 24. London Ambulance Service given entry to spend hours outside my door trying to gain entry. ASB with Debbie Gichrist as Met Police and London Ambulance Service use my MENTAL HEALTH to get DRUGS from the SUPPLIER at Alma Grove 20/1/2025. 25. Met Police acted unprofessionally 18/1/2025 get the London Ambulance Service to threaten me that I was SCREAMING and SHOUTING when the Police came because I told them I know my RIGHTS inside of my HOME. 26. ROBERT LEWSLEY is dragging his feet about the complaints of 2 Female Officers who visited my home on 9/8/2024 about a Twitter RACISM post. 27. My son and I were treated like CRIMINALS on 8/8/2024 and him witnessing the DISCRIMINATION by the POLICE is the cause of the High Blood Pressure as he is SCARED they will IMPRISON and EVICT ME.

My problems started at http://www.leyf.org.uk after the death of my mother with dementia and I spent 11 years trying to get my life back together. But the Met Police is working with the A-Z of Abusers to cover their tracks from the time they refused to act about the verbal threats of Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement. But turned up to SECTION me from a MALICIOUS REPORT I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. If the patterns of MALICIOUS REPORTS are considered you can understand why the Police is involved in trying to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture on 30/11/2020.

I am writing to formally put you on notice regarding what appears to be a series of unlawful legal proceedings and abuses of process involving various public officials, including but not limited to members of your department, the police, HMCTS staff, and Housing for Women.

Background of the Issue

1. Since my unlawful dismissal from my longstanding childcare position due to sexual discrimination under the Men in Childcare policy, I have been subjected to relentless legal attacks. This appears to have been further exacerbated by my refusal to accept a £58,000 bribe aimed at securing my silence regarding the replacement of staff—including myself—with cross-dressers in child storytelling roles.

2. Your name and authority were allegedly used to facilitate a false legal case (Case No. 2200933233) against me, which Croydon Magistrates’ Court has confirmed does not exist. Despite this, I continue to face fabricated allegations of breaches of this non-existent “ORDER.”

3. I am now being summoned to an alleged criminal trial at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court on 10th March 2025, under Case Number K05EC30, which is not a criminal case number and appears to be an unlawful misuse of court process.

4. I have never been lawfully served with any court-issued proceedings from Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court or any other court.

5. This failure to provide proper service obstructs my ability to exercise my legal rights, including but not limited to:

· Filing an appeal

· Challenging the legitimacy of the alleged case

· Verifying whether fraud has taken place

LEGAL DEMAND FOR DISCLOSURE

Pursuant to Rule 99 of the Magistrates’ Courts Rules 1981, I formally request that you provide the following without delay:

1. An official copy of the information laid before the court that led to the initiation of these alleged proceedings.

2. Concrete evidence that I have been lawfully served with these proceedings in accordance with procedural fairness and due process.

3. If no such valid evidence exists, I demand that the CPS invoke the court’s Anti-Fraud and Assurance Policy immediately to investigate potential fraudulent activity.

LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

Failure to provide the requested documentation or a valid reason for your refusal may result in legal consequences, including potential criminal liability for:

· Perverting the Course of Justice – A serious common law offence carrying a maximum sentence of life imprisonment (R v Cotter and Others [2000] EWCA Crim 88).

· Misfeasance in Public Office – A tort and criminal offence, holding public officials personally liable for knowingly abusing their legal authority (Three Rivers District Council v Bank of England (No. 3) [2003] 2 AC 1).

FORMAL NOTICE

· If you are unwilling or unable to comply with this lawful request, you must provide a written explanation.

· Failure to respond will be taken as an implied admission that no lawful basis exists for these alleged proceedings.

· This notice will be used in evidence in any future legal action, regulatory complaint, or judicial review regarding the matter.

I expect your full response within seven (7) days from the date of this letter. If no satisfactory reply is received, I reserve the right to escalate this matter to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC), HMCTS Senior Presiding Judge, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), the Legal Ombudsman, and other relevant authorities.

Unprofessional Conduct of Sola Obajuluwa and Barrister Miranda Grell

Please see enclose my response to your correspondence about the HEARING that took place on the 9 December 2024 at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch which was to determine whether I received the assistance of an “Equality Act Assessor” as you consider it was essential for me. I am sorry to inform you I did not get any such letter and relied on the letter I received from the Court. I was not even sure whether it was you or the Counsel Ms Miranda Grell had attended Court because I was told that I did not have to attend. What I continue to find strange and unprofessional is the way the Solicitors Sola Obajuluwa and the Barrister Ms Miranda Grell is treating me like I do not have CAPACITY and is making decisions about a SERIOUS LIFE and DEATH MATTER without consulting me. The patterns of systemic discrimination can be identified in why J I SOLICITORS are representing me and not Stephen Agera from Charles Hills & CO. Barrister Angela Delbourg represented me when I was in Court for the first time before DJ Richard Hayes and from, I meet her at the Court, she told me I MUST be WHITER than WHITE. I was told by Stephen Agera that I should not speak in Court, yet after Court Barrister Angela Delbourg stated throughout the HEARING, she was scared I was going to SHOUT at the Judge. This is the pattern of MALICIOUS REPORTS that are used to call the London Ambulance Service and Metropolitan Police to my home that I am SHOUTING, and people are concerned about my MENTAL HEALTH. Since when is my MENTAL HEALTH an issue? But at the same time, I do not have a GP. The Solicitor is aware I do not have a GP from 5 December 2024 and blamed me for not having a GP but is joining with the Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust GASLIGHTING of me.

Mental Health Fraud – CAPACITY

Since Dr Peter Ocansey and Georgina from South London and Maudsley showed up at my door again unannounced on 17 February 2025, I am going to make sure their roles in the GASLIGHTING are documented. Why is Dr Peter Ocansey trying to schedule an appointment with me, I have no knowledge of having an engagement with him except when a letter came stating an appointment was made for me to see him on the 19 December 2024 and I did not turn up. This is a LIE and backs my ARGUMENTS that the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL. I was not informed about the Court Order presided over by DJ Greenidge, DJ Swan and DJ Sterlini until after the fact of the VIOLENT NUISANCE on 1 August 2024. This date is EMANCIPATION DAY, and my CONTRIBUTIONS to British Values as an “Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave” that I write about will have to be party of my UPDATED EVIDENCE. I know the name DJ Sterlini because his/her name appears on documents in my possession when my claims with Winsome Duncan was strike out by DJ Rand, DJ Zimmell and DJ Sterlini. Since I have had time to look at the FILES, now the burdens of caring for my HUSBAND are no more, I came to speak to you about the matter and bring additional PROOF that the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL. You claim the Court can do whatever they please in the matter and my WITNESS STATEMENT was already prepared. But I was never consulted about the WITNESS STATEMENT submitted. You told me you are unable to help me in the matter of the CLAIMS I took out. But DJ Swan who I have never met can strike out 5 OF my CLAIMS that they are without MERIT. When I challenged this HHJ Richard Roberts imposed a CIVIL RESTRAINT ORDER on me on behalf of Devonshires Solicitors LLP. Devonshires Solicitors LLP COERCED Stephen Agera to drop my case, and it is obvious they are doing the same to you. Based on your recent “Witness Statements of Debbie Gilchrist and Barbara McCoy” sent to me via email. However, I have not been contacted about updating my EVIDENCE for the trails on the 7 March 2025.

DJ Bell Psychiatric Assessment – Understanding Statutory Assessment Procedures October 2009

For the record I want to point out my roles as the EYFS coordinator, the SENCO and the Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator for my former employers 1 September 2009 to 27 September 2015 when I resigned with the second nervous breakdown in a toxic work environment. The fact that I was called on the 27 September 2021 by Richard Harty and the catalogue of events that happened at Barclays Bank and Nexus Health Group Decima Road Surgery leaving me without a BANK ACCOUNT that led to me ending up in RENT ARREAS. I was threatened with EVICTION over the telephone before my DATA was wiped from the CUSTOMER PORTAL. Rawnak Khan the Duty Solicitor represented me on the 19 December 2023 for the POSSESSION HEARING because Stephen Agera sent email to the Court to take him off. The Duty Solicitor sent me a letter dated 03/01/204 advising me to use THE EQUALITY ACT PROTECTED CHARACTERISTICS FOR MY DEFENCE. I was never informed about any HEARING on the 20/12/2023 as I was booked for a MEDICAL REVIEW with the GP at Decima Road Surgery. Yet DJ Naidoo presided over a HEARING claiming I was informed and did not turn up. This is the same PATTERNS used after Dr Phil Gregory’s Medical Report that I am MAKING UP THINGS. Let me put on record that DJ Bell sent 7 of my CLAIMS from County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch to CLCC for CIVIL District Judge including that of Barrister Ryan Clement for which JUDGEMENT was PASSED.

CAPACITY ASSESSMENT

In the matter of CAPACITY ASSESSMENT DJ Bell ordered a “Psychiatric Assessment” which I attended on the 15 April 2024. The psychiatrist states I can INSTRUCT MY LEGAL TEAM. You got the Psychiatrist to rewrite the ASSESSMENT because it did not seem to FIT YOUR AGENDA to make MONEY from my VULNERABILITY. However, whilst setting me up to fail it seems you did not do your HOMEWORK about who is MERVELEE MYERS, whose BOOK is being used to INSPIRE WOMEN to challenge the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service. The fact that my RIGHTS were denied me when I was put on BENEFITS and have to do CAPABILITY for WORK ASSESSMENT to get BENEFITS will be wrapped up with the SENCO job offer for £46-55,009.00 I got from Smart Teachers in 2021.

I have not received any AUTHORISATION about Dr Ocansey and his team from any VALID SOURCE. I only became aware of Dr Peter Ocansey when I received a letter stating I missed an appointment with him on the 19 December 2024. I did not receive that letter of appointment. However, Dr Peter Ocansey and Georgina visited my home unannounced on the 22 January 2025 and I entertained them, but they asked that I should not record so I adhered to their request 02032282240 is the telephone they left with me. They told me they would send me a letter inviting me to a MEETING. I called Georgina later to ask for EVIDENCE about how they found me when they visited, she said she would send it in the APPOINTMENT LETTER. I did not get any letter from them, and I am not sure the purpose of their visits to my home. They are trying to put it in my HEAD that my Neighbour is taking my LETTERS, because Dr Phil Gregory ask my son Kevin Murray if he thinks I will ATTACK my neighbour.

I called the London Ambulance Service out because I was unable to manage my SYMPTOMS and being on my own and without a GP, I did not want any of my DISABILITIES to become unmanageable. The Ambulance Personnel decided to call the GP and came back with the advice of what they were told. ADDITIONAL ADVICE: LOOK OUT FOR EMAIL/CALL FROM PATIENT CARE SERVICES REFERRING YOU TO THE SPECIAL ALLOCATION SYSTEM. ONCE YOU ARE REGISTERED WITH THEM TELL THEM ABOUT ONGOING SHAKING AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE ISSUES. The fact that my son Kevin Donovan Murray spent 2 weeks and 1 day in hospital because he is WORRIED about what is happening to his MOTTHER must be EVIDENCED. He WITNESSED firsthand what the neighbour and MET POLICE are doing to me.
