DEDICATION

This book is dedicated to my husband; he was a strong man, who took on many roles from the time he was the elder brother taking responsibility for the accident that damaged his younger brother’s hand. I have been left to carry on taking care of my brother-in-law Melzie Tomlinson. I want to give Melzie the chance to leave his legacies for his future generations in “Audio Videos”.

I was privileged to learn about my Great Grand Mother from Melzie. What resonated with me the most is hearing that the females down the generation have inherited the TRAITS of our ANCESTORS. Some of what we shared in common are we are passionate about taking on the causes and challenging INJUSTICES.   

This book is dedicated to my husband Mr Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson who was born on 8 March 1923 in Bluefields, Westmoreland, Jamaica West Indies. He travelled from Jamaica Easter time 1956 arriving in the UK to settle.  The fact that HMCTS is continuing to pervert the course of justice covering up the miscarriages of justice denying me my rights under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics will be used to continue my Fight4justice campaign. The HMCTS is waging a campaign of terrorism against me protecting LEYF that have been abusing children, young people and vulnerable adults using Richard Harty “Men in Childcare” as cover. I conducted the “A Voice of a Child” research project for LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan in August 2010. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS in 2010. I was interviewed at my home and was employed at LEYF. Using Subject Access Request – Data Protection Act – 117119 LEYF claim not to have any data for me after they failed to return my FILE. At CLCC on the 18/1/2022 HHJ Dight lied that the Clerk sent the documents to both parties. When I catch HHJ Dight out perverting the course of justice, he excused himself and leave the Court. That is when the Clerk apologise admitting she was thinking about the Christmas rush with the Postal Service so sent the Court Order for Barrister Samantha Jones and Matthew Bradley to pass to me.

I left the CLCC with the understanding that by submitting to HHJ Dight’s coercive control, to promise him I would not be putting any more claims because of the impact on my mental and physical health. I am in shock upon receiving another letter summoning me to CLCC on the 22^nd July 2022. Basically, what this means is that I am buried in my house preparing more arguments that the court refuse to allow me to use. For HHJ Dight to call me back to CLCC with ***This Order has been amended under the slip rule CPR40.12*** is in breach of my Human Right not to be discriminated against. Why is HHJ Dight with a misconduct who was advised by Justice Secretary amending the Order that he did not prepare about the judgement that was passed for Barrister Ryan Clement to pay me back my husband’s money. The HMCTS and CPS and CJS are party to the discrimination with the two miscarriages of justice. The unlawful arrest and attempts to section and murder and threaten me on behalf of scammers Barrister Ryan Clement and winsome Duncan and LEYF and the UEL and my neighbour. This occurred between 30/10/2017, 30/11/2020, 21/10/2021, 13/11/2021.  I must protect myself from the system that targeted me to protect LEYF abusers.

My husband is my rock and without him I could not survive to this point where I am writing books to have our voices heard. I will provide further evidence to prove once and for all how the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Service targeted me to cover up LEYF Abuse Rings operating out of the HOC Nursery. When I raised concerns about the discrimination after the death of my mother, I was sent to the Prestigious HOC Nursery to be colonise. The ET/EAT claimed I made up the disabilities. I have exhausted the ET/EAT and now HMCTS is hellbent on making me HCT Group Impact Report Statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. When I did not become statistic one, I am been pushed to be 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave their home once per week or less. There is elder abuse of my husband and I and we are TRAUMATISE.

However, no one deserves to be traumatised for supporting his wife.  He died in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust on BYRON ward, where a male nurse by the name of John was the only person to take care of him.

This is the story of Mervelee Myers’ transitional journey which started after the birth of my youngest sibling Ervin Julius Emster Nembhard on the 11^th of November 1966. My stories of experiencing “Multiple Discrimination” is documented online therefore, I must sign post the reader to read how I am managing to survive after the death of my mother, who experienced dementia. Mum meets her challenges throughout her life, as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, auntie, and friend. In the latter stages, she was struck down by dementia and despite me making the diagnoses from the United Kingdom after hearing about her behaviours which were causing concerns to the family. I was not prepared when I got home for my son’s wedding, to find mama as the vulnerable woman who relied upon others for meeting her every needs. However, most painful of all was the fact that mama did not know her only daughter.  

I was comforted by the fact that I had the opportunities to help my mother to revisit her life when she was the strong woman. Taking care of the need of others at the expense of her own emotional wellbeing. A glimmer of recognition came the day I was leaving Jamaica, when she told my son, ‘She did not come to say goodbye’.  It was then I realised this was our final physical goodbye and the next time I saw my mother would be in death.  

My name is Mervelee Myers, this is my story. I want to tell the world how the transitional journey that I have been on the past ten (10) years was predicted by a stranger whom I meet at my aunt Phyllis Salmon aka Mellie Nembhard home in January 2014. This man of God was visiting my auntie and prayed for me. I want to use my story as a testimony for others not to accept giving up as an option.

So much has happened to me in the past ten years including the deterioration in my mental and physical impairments. I refused to be gag when my stories are documented online.  Those responsible will be named and shamed as my mother always say, “Prison was not made for animals, but for humankind”. When am finished, the criminals needing Emotional Regulation Treatment and violent nuisances will be named.      

My name is Mervelee Myers in case you are unaware of who I am. The case reference is 3034363-23. It is coming up a year since I was robbed in Peckham and the case reached where someone was arrested for the theft. I did all that was asked of me, and I have been waiting for PC Herman to complete his job. 

In case you were not informed this might be of some interest as I will be using this information for my arguments about the Metropolitan Police continuing MISOGYNY and GASLIGHTING since the death of my husband.  

Making My Implicit Knowledge Explicit as an Expert Authority on Subjects from Cradle to grave 1959 to date, I was spurred into action on my mother’s birthday 26 January 2022. I was depressed after celebrating my grandson’s third (3rd) on the 25 January and went back to writing another book as therapy. My husband went to collect his medication and because he is getting less mobile plan his day out to maximise his time outdoors. I was still indoor when he returned and helped him in. I was in the living room when I heard his anguish shout and rushed to the kitchen to find out what was happening. My husband was in shock when he realises, he lost the £1,500.00 he withdraws from the bank. I have no time feeling sorry for myself and jump into actions making decisions about our life from that time onwards. My husband is traumatising and coming up 99 years old, we are blessed to be alive and managing under difficult situations. As his carer, I will have to take back control to continue living a fulfilling life. As a firm believer in God and that keep my father going through years of Parkinson’s disease. My mother made strong to continue the work she was destined to do from a young age. Help me survive PTSD to come to the UK to make use of the opportunities to empower myself. And that is one of the reasons I can challenge HMCTS and CJS and CPS career criminals protecting LEYF Abusers.

I am not apologising for my response to your letter that is continuing to discriminate against me in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. The Mental Health Act and Elder Abuse Act and Environmental Health Law. The Collins Dictionary meaning of unprecedented adj never having happened before, unparalleled. So, make of that meaning what you will as I will catalogue the TERRORISM by Housing for Women against me from the time someone sneaked into the Communal Passageway to put letters on my mat on the 13/1/2022. This was the vexatious actions of H4W who commissioned the SURVEY online and I was promised someone would get back to me. Without Prejudice I am assuming you were so busy being taught how to discriminate against your own elderly BLACK WOMEN with DISABILITIES that you forgotten I had given you the names of some women that you should know about. One of whom is the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin whom I meet at the Housing for Women AGM on Tuesday 25 March 2014. Here is a little history for you to know, at the time she was Chaplain to the Speaker of the House of Commons. Here is another fact, I was coming from work at Luton Street Community Nursery. I have since being denied my ENTITLEMENTS by www.leyf.org.uk after the death of my mother with dementia. To know more go check my online profile. Because letter gives me the opportunity to open the can of worms that H4W let get away by setting up my neighbour to target me.

ASB allegations made against Mervelee Myers

For there to be no ambiguities about the ASB against me by Deborah Gilchrist the neighbour that H4W put up against me to carry out their dirty work. Let me set the record straight. What do you mean you have been trying to investigate the ASB against me? It seems that you did not learn anything from your visit here. Your visit was to order me to take down information I have in my window for Debbie Gilchrist and there was none. In case you have forgotten you were accompanied by Candy Smith from Adult Social Care who was the Mediator. Whose contact telephone: 0207-525-7702 & 0207525-3324 she has me on the date you visited. You came to the meeting not doing any checks about me. We never discussed anything about the ASB. I have made contacts via telephone and letters from I received the first letter from Samantha Gibbs. I want H4W to go back to their records when I asked for concerns, I raised to be kept on record. Then H4W can respond about the ASB and what ways can I respond accordingly.

Joint Home Visit 20/06/2022

Maybe you are suffering from delusions of grandeur about the visit to my home. You did not discuss any ongoing issues with me and my neighbour, so I don’t know who you discussed them with. As said previously go check my FILE because the way I am affected by my neighbour should be on record.

I certainly never had any such conversation with you about rectifying any issues with my neighbour. There is a Case Number for the 13/12/2021 when the Emergency Services heard the commotion and sent the Police here urgently. I have put on record about the Police response. I did not see Ms Gilchrist after she smashed the glass until the 2/5/2022 when she began to discriminate against me. Because I stayed inside my house and asked if she destroyed the garden again. There is the matter of how long H4W took to board up the door to safeguard me. I had splinters from the board going into my fingers. I am diabetic and this can impact on my condition. The fact that the DISCRIMINATION by H4W resulted in Ms Gilchrist breaking the glass again when the bloke was inside and kicked my door is to prove I am not safe. Because the Police accused me of locking her out the first time and accused me of shouting and leaving me at the mercies of a DRUNKEN woman who THREATENED me when I tried to reassure her, I did not know it was her banging on the door. I just tried speaking to her and the way she was acting I decided not to continue the conversation.

In the meeting you did not discuss anything other than you were told I have information for Ms Gilchrist in my window that I must remove. You were not aware of the ASB and you did not do any checks before you visited me. You were in the job a month, therefore, H4W is not only a BULLY but a LIAR who targets VULNERABLE OLDER WOMEN on behalf of RACIST DEBBIE GILCHRIST they set up against me

The Collins Dictionary meaning of inappropriate adj not suitable. Personal adj 1. Individual or private. 2. Of the body e.g. personal hygiene. 3. Of a remark etc offensive. Offensive adj 1. Disagreeable 2. Insulting. 3. Aggressive. 4. Position or action of attack. To define these words this is what H4W have been doing to me from the SURVEY and they promised someone from H4W would be in touch to discuss my concerns.

There is a saying where I come from about “KETTLE CUSS POT BLACK” and that sums up H4W House Slaves and Brainwashed. Please remember that I was a Member of the Scrutiny Panel. I handed over my keys so H4W can get access to the Communal Area. But now I am not safe as H4Women sneaked in here, and I am in danger of being MURDERED like the www.met.police.uk that made attempts on me on the 30/11/2020 under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture.

Garden Repairs

How did this become my Personal Garden? I have spoken to MCP and here is the information I was given after the 4th visit to Alma Grove with regards to the Tree and the Garden. I was informed by the person on the phone that MCP contacted H4W about doing the tree. MCP was sent a copy of the letter about details of the Contractor H4W contacted to cut the tree on the 25/4/2022. Someone came from MCP to look at the garden and said H4W had not given them proper instructions about the extent of the damage in the garden. On 28/4/2022 a new gate was made in the front that was not needed. I took the left-over materials that was left in the front garden to the back garden. So, if there were any obstructions, I removed them. To say H4W don’t fix fencing as per policy is another myth.

Please refer to the Reference 81030 21/02/2020 – Completed 20/3/2020 and say when H4W don’t fix fencing per policy. Did H4W changed the Policy to carry out TERRORISM against me? Reference 62454 16/02/2016 – Completed 19/02/2016

Misuse of Communal Areas

Seems as if I must repeat that I was the person who handed over my keys for easy access to the Maintenance Team. At one time Debbie Gilchrist was doing BUSINESS where the Communal Passage and outside were packed with stuff. When Ms Philbert visited, I showed her photos of my husband washing the bins and cleaning up the garden. Ms Philbert just shows how stupid she is. I don’t need any reminders because H4W is responsible for giving Ms Gilchrist power to TERRORISE me after we have lived here in harmony from, I moved in in December 2000. If there were concerns, I raised them with H4W to be kept on record.

Since it is a matter of SAFEGUARDING, I have hang/stick signage up to protect the VULNERABLE. How did I obstruct any pathways since the mats have been outside my door from 2001? Am worried that I will be targeted inside the Communal Area because I was targeted by Hermione Cameron who visited my home twice. If Ms Gilchrist can break the glass a second time after she opened the letter from Samantha Gibbs with threats, who is to stop her from HARMING me and getting away with it because I am a victim of the Judiciary of England and Wales, Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service covering for ABUSERS and PAEDOPHILES and SCAMMERS.

Show me how SAFEGUARDING myself in my home from threats can be construed as ASB? I have lived here since December 2000 and nothing like this happened before… Go back and look at the meaning of unprecedented. I advocated on behalf of ESTHER OLIVER aka TESS. Averted a Grenfell Tower here and have to live in fear of the radiator for over a year. I am not scared of H4W threats.

Misuse of email contact and inflammatory/offensive content

These are not ALLEGATIONS they are FACTS. My Tenancy Agreement 2.26 – Seems to have given H4W rights to TERRORISE me. Can I refer Ms Philbert to the Portal for clarifications about the DISCRIMINATION against me by H4W and Debbie Gilchrist and the Police that visited my home on the 13/12/2021.

What does this mean for Ms Philbert?

In case she is not aware, I got my flat because of “Domestic Violence” and H4W is using Coercive Control and breaching all the laws, legislations, codes of conducts and practices with THREATS in this letter.

Why has all my Claims sent to CLCC for Civil District Judge to impose Restraint Order?

Barrister Ryan Clement: 1. Even the one for Barrister Ryan Clement has been sent back. 2. There was failure to collect my money from the judgment.  3. The Court Enforcement Service Ltd charging me to abort the Claim after I had to pay for my Claim, pay again to find Ryan Clement with 15 Companies registered online. 4. I mentioned the matter on 2/9/2020 and HHJ Parfitt says I have no say in the matter. 5. Whose responsibility is it to collect the money after I paid, and judgment passed? 6. Why is there one rule for me and another for those that DISCRIMINATED against me?  

Winsome Duncan: 1. The Claims reached Telephone Media and was struck out by the Career Criminal Judges at County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch. This is the person who got the Metropolitan Police involved to carry out her discrimination. Because she was planning to harm me at her 40^th Birthday Party after setting up with Ryan Clement to scam me. She was groomed by Ryan Clement to find vulnerable BLACK People for him to SCAM. 

Claims Listed for CLCC: The Claims listed for CLCC is the result of the Institutional Discrimination of the Judiciary of England & Wales & Criminal Justice System. Those listed shout be dealt with instead Barrister Samantha Jones is colluding with HHJ Dight with the misconduct to impose ECRO. What does the 2 shares? They are CAREER CRIMINALS acting unprofessionally and will use CORRUPTION to get up the Career Ladder.

Claims that were Defended and Struck Out:  How much did the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch collect to strike out Claims that were Defended? Case of www.voicetheunion.org.uk is relevant because they are charging me FEE after not representing me after getting rid of Union Rep Darren Mahon – Refer to Disciplinary Hearing Outcome. The Union Solicitor Arwen Makin told me not to Appeal the Disciplinary.

I have no intentions of issuing any New Claims as the recent Judgment/Order is how CLCC and HHJ Marc Dight shows how HMCTS is prepared to use my DISABILITIES against me, a Lay Person to continue the DISCRIMINATION. However, what about the Claims sent to CLCC from 2019?

3. All the Judges from County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch involved in striking out my claims www.ico.org.uk Subject Access Request – Data Protection Act – 117119.

 4. President of the Employment Appeal Tribunal Justice Ingrid Simler – In www.express.co.uk advocating on behalf of criminals not to be deported to Jamaica. I contributed to the Daily Express Mental Health CRUSADE. Refer to my letter/email to LEYF on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14/3/2015. Now refer to www.ofsted.gov.uk as I was the EYFS coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF 2009-2014 when I was stripped of my Rights after CEO June O’Sullivan sanctioned discrimination after Ofsted visited BIB and I was used for how they deliver Reasonable Adjustment in line with the Equality Act 2010. But LEYF can say they have no data for me with my Image Rights in www.nurseryworld.co.uk in July 2011 and on http://skynews.co.uk on the 5/9/2011 “The Cost of Childcare”.  

5. JCIO – Paul Kernaghan & Adam Jones – Agreeing with Claims I made up disabilities by the EAT www.ico.org.uk SAR.

7. EAT – Justice Simler who sent my Claim to EAT with caveats for disabilities and agreed with HHJ Shanks I made up disabilities. What fact did she used when sending my Claims to the EAT?

Limited CRO (LCRO)

If a person is issued with an LCRO, it means they have to get the judge’s permission before making any application to the court covered by the order.

Extended CRO (ECRO)

If the person continues to go back to the court, a judge can issue an ECRO.

This order is limited to a specified group of courts. ECROs last 2 years but can be renewed for a further 2 years.

The CCMCC & County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch Guilty of Perverting Course of Justice

Let them do whatever they please. This is in addition to the CRIMINAL DAMAGE ACT 1971 the TERRORIST Police using against me.

General CRO (GCRO)

In the most extreme cases, the judge will grant a GCRO.

This order applies to all the county courts and the High Court. GCROs last 2 years but can be renewed for a further 2 years.

If this order is ignored, the person will be in contempt of court and may receive a prison sentence.

 The Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics

 As a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers by Dr Maria Hudson for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” when I was interviewed at my home in 2010. This was the year the Equality Act was implemented. I started working with LEYF on 1/9/2009, however the Contract I signed was not updated in line with the Act. The point am making is I am viewing the above as a threat, the same kind of threat as why PC Holly Sweeney was sent to my home on 26/1/2021 to deliver the envelope. Like the visit, the letter is/was delivered to exacerbate and trigger my PTSD on my mum’s DOB. Everything the Police is doing is geared towards impacting on my mental and physical disabilities. The fact I was arrested unlawfully is another factor to be taken into consideration. At every stage from the time PC Holly Sweeney called me on 29/11/2020, threat of ARREST was used. Therefore, the fact that the Police came to my home to SECTION me on 30/10/2017 after refusing to act on my concerns will be another of the Hate Crimes listed against the Police. I have a Chronic Anxiety diagnosis from 18/7/2006. As a result of LEYF discrimination from I transferred to BIB 23/7/2014 to sending the Police to MURDER me on 30/11/2020 is an indication of the kind of TERRORISM the Police is involved in.

In response to your request for a letter with more information, please see below. I am a GP working at the surgery Mervelee is registered at. Please note that my previous clinical interaction with Mervelee consists of 3x 10minute consultations since 2017. Please note that time allocated by the surgery for completion of this letter was 20minutes, so I am note able to be as thorough as I would have liked, and I am also not sure that I am going to be able to add much to the thorough psychiatric report that was completed in April. You ask for specific mental health conditions – she was diagnosed with anxiety and depression several years ago (first coded in 2018). There was a query of bipolar disorder made by my colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood (please note formal bipolar disorder diagnoses are not generally made by GPs, this is something our psychiatry colleagues do). A CMHT referral was done but rejected, they asked she see the mental health nurse first, but it appeared this never happened, although she does now have an appointment at the end of August with the mental health nurse at the surgery – if the nurse feels CMHT input is needed she may then do a re-referral. Of note, CMHT did assess her in 2022 and found no evidence of bipolar disorder or psychosis. Mervelee also reports that she has an eating disorder (Describes some days she cannot eat or drink anything at all), although I cannot find evidence of a formal psychiatric diagnosis of eating disorder. You mentioned ‘disability issues’ – I am not quite sure what you are asking? She has a past medical history of type 2 diabetes and knee osteoarthritis, although I cannot see any recent documentation on how the arthritis is affected her. There are no documented complications of her diabetes, it is well controlled.

I am writing to you with regards to a video you recently posted on YouTube. MM Response: Since you have no subscribers on YouTube, would you like me to help you by sharing more about Nexus Health Group MISOGYNY of Mervelee Myers?

 You had posted a video on YouTube accusing Dr Joanna Pennack of Nexus Health Group of misogyny. MM Response: I have my proof based on my research that Nexus Health Group practicing MISOGYNY. You have previously posted similar videos such as one regarding a previous staff member and included their personal mobile number in the video. MM Response: How would I have gotten that staff member’s “Personal Mobile Number? Let me reference a SCAMMER by the name of Mimi Owusu who got YouTube to remove my video over similar claims. I have since issued her with a Small Claims in the amount of 10,450.00 she got via Nationwide Building Society and Santander between meeting her in April – July 2023. She wrote a “Witness Statement for the Housing Association which is the basis for the CONTEMPT of COURT am facing and GAGGED.  Your video posts compromise the safety of our staff and constitutes malicious communication. MM Response: How about deciding what the law says about “Medical Negligence and the purpose of Nye Bevan the founder of the NHS 1948”.

 As an employer, Nexus Health Group has a duty to care for the health and safety of its staff. MM Response: Let me share “No Society can Call Itself Civilised if a Sick Person is Denied Medical Aid because of Lack of Means” Nye Bevan founder of the NHS 1948. Be very careful about DEFAMATION of the face of Windrush 70. Please read the article at ITV News… In addition, I am sure the NHS would not want the world to know about the NEGLECT of 101 year old ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON on BYRON ward, where the only person who cared for him was Nurse JOHN. Where I was assaulted on the 6^th April 2024 after attending the “Windrush Vigil” in Brixton. I am still waiting on Gayle Lewis of PALS to respond to my COMPLAINT.  

We also have a legal responsibility to provide a safe and secure working environment for staff.  MM Response: I can take you back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery for starters. Before sending you to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunals-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for why I relate Nexus Health Group to MISOGYNY.  Violent or abusive behaviour including harassment towards staff or patients may result in removal from our Practice list. MM Response: Since Mervelee Myers will not accept any more DEFAMATION of my name I will request an apology for the accusations referred to here.  I will publish the information about the NHS that is guilty. We also follow the NHS guidance concerning Zero Tolerance and it is our responsibility to remind you of this and to insist that you abide by the aforementioned policy in all your dealings with your registered practice. MM Response: Should I signpost the Nexus Health Group to my proof that NHS Guidance Concerning Zero Tolerance is for NHS to engage in MISOGYNISTIC behaviours to children, young people and vulnerable adults. A classic example is the video of my husband that was watched by 700K viewers on YouTube. Maybe you can ask me to volunteer to create content for Nexus Health Group YouTube. I would gladly comply for the years of good services I received until Dr. Joana Pennack fill the DISABILITY & DYSLEXIA FORM incorrectly for the University of East London. 

 We request that you remove the videos by Friday, 23rd August 2024 otherwise we will report this to the appropriate authorities including the police. MM Response: You are welcome to go ahead and report to whomever you want to. I will be attending my appointment, are you aware of it? Some of the appropriate authorities are in my “Rogue’s Gallery” where Nexus Health Group will feature.

 Furthermore, we have discussed these incidences with the Partners. Your YouTube video posts compromise the safety of our staff. This makes it difficult in conducting an objective interaction between you and our staff and has ultimately lead to a breakdown in our relationship with you. MM Response: Is this the same discussion that was held behind my back when making decisions about my “Mental Health”? For your information I attended the face-to-face on the 21^st August 2024 and have an appointment on the 18^th September 2024. I also have an appointment on the 23^rd August 2024. Failure to treat me will amount to “Medical Negligence” by Nexus Health Group that is MISOGYNY.  It has therefore been decided and agreed by the Partners that you are to be removed from the Practice list on the grounds of breakdown of relationship. MM Response: I am not responsible for the breaking down of any RELATIONSHIP. Might I suggest you look up the meaning of TERRORCELL? I am using this as part of my research about MI5 that contacted me about job via email. Their decision is irrevocable. MM Response: I reserve the right to disagree.

We have notified NHS England of your deregistration and from today the 21s August 2024, you will be given 8 days to register with a new GP Practice. MM Response: Please inform NHS England to do the research about MERVELEE MYERS who was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS www.researchpaper.acas. I was the Nursery Officer at Mapother House Day Nursery. I am waiting for Gayle Lewis from PALS to respond to my complaints of my husband NEGLECT and ASSAULT by RACIST Security Nurse Betty called on the 6^th of April 2024. I was back in A&E on the 7^th and my  husband died on the 8^th and it took Kings 6 hours to contact me. They waited until Nurse JOHN started his shift to contact me. Mervelee Myers’ Summary of Witness Statement Addressing Section 8 Notice of Seeking Possession on behalf of Housing for Women by Devonshires Solicitors LLP.

Conversation on 17^th July 2023: My telephone conversation to Narin Masera on the 17^th July 2023 was done in line with the GDPR 2018 as a Mediation Gesture based on the fact that Housing for Women sent me a letter by post asking if I was still interested with the offer I made with my neighbour for mediation (App. 1).  I had no prior knowledge of Devonshires Solicitors LLP and used the opportunity to make contact as was suggested hoping to discuss the matter with the person whose name was on the letter. By this time Housing for Women that coerced Deborah Agnes Gilchrist to target me had increased the TERRORISM against me, getting her friends and partner involved. By the 17^th July 2023 when I spoke to Narin Masera, I was under lots of pressures. Without Prejudice I must say it like it is I have every RIGHTS to SAFEGUARD myself by posting the video online. Since Devonshires Solicitors LLP refused to take my kind gestures of solving the matter AMICABLY for why I offered the MEDIATION with the neighbour, I had no alternatives but to continue my DEFENSIVE PRACTICE. I had been reaching out PUBLICLY asking for help in MEDIATING with Housing for Women. Some of those contacted were MP Neil Coyle and husband’s MP Harriet Harman (App. 2). I even contacted the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin to mediate because I meet her at Housing for Women AGM (App. 3) in April 2014, after saying my final goodbyes to my mother. I leant her grandmother, and my mother were RELATED. 

Consent: I do not need consent to safeguard myself from Devonshires Solicitors LLP where RESEARCH have proven that they are paid by H4W to DESTROY vulnerable TENANTS via the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service.

Samantha Gibbs started her employment with H4W in April 2022 and by May she sent me invitation to ASB Meeting (App. 12).  Trina Philbert started working with H4W May 2022 and came to my home for a meeting with Candy Smith Southwark Adult Social Care as mediator in June 2022 (App. 13). Housing for Women can no longer be considered to have a GOOD REPUTATION and the work that was been done when I was a member of the Customer Panel is no longer (App. 14). Without Prejudice Devonshires Solicitors LLP dealing of this matter proves they are corrupt (App. 15).

The Role of the Metropolitan Police in DISCRIMINATION

 The Metropolitan Police will be charged with breaching my RIGHTS under the laws, legislations, codes of conducts and practices based on the TERRORISM against Mervelee Myers from 20^th October 2017 to May 2024 when they came to Alma Grove to deliver letter from another MALICIOUS report of Ms Gilchrist and her partner and Neighbours in Alma Grove joining to TERRORISE me. Also the Met Police are party to PTSD of my husband who was admitted to hospital. Ms Gilchrist told Trevor Anthony Tomlinson I was abusing his father. Causing our once good RELATION to reach the point where I was ABUSED verbally and physically by my stepson (App. 39).      The Police failed to address various DISCRIMINATION by the Police, Housing for Women and Ms Gilchrist, but wants me to press charges against my stepson to DESTROY him, to lose his job. Same way I was denied my ENTITLEMENTS after bereavement and losses twice.

Counter Terrorism and Security Act 2015

Prevent Duty taking steps to reduce risk of radicalisation and being drawn into terrorism (App. 40). Housing for Women wiped Customer Portal of Data from 2000. 

Draft Undertaking

The Draft Undertaking breaching the various laws, legislations, codes of conduct and practices. Therefore, Mervelee Myers is the victim of the Judiciary of England and Wales miscarriages of justice twice when I was left to represent myself. Because I could not get Legal Representations. The Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery was supported by the agents. I was blacklisted and networked and had to start my career at the bottom of the ladder, despite being a graduate of the Open University (App. 41). Once LEYF used my INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHT, IMAGES and CPPDP to build their BRAND, June O’Sullivan sanctions the discrimination at BIB Nursery (App. 42).

Legal Action

Mervelee Myers reserves the rights to ask for COMPENSATION for the past 30 years of Ms Gilchrist DISCRIMINATION amounting to VERBAL and PHYSICAL abuse of me and my husband from herself and various partners including Joe Hooper and neighbours Barbara and Tony from Number 9 Alma Grove and Debbie Thomas of 23 Alma Gove and others in Alma Grove. I will be seeking to get COMPENSATION via the Courts.

Defamation of Character by HMCTS

Because HMCTS continue the DEFAMATION of CHARACTER during the time I was experiencing PERSONAL PREDICAMENTS and DIFFICULT TIMES in my PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES. And since Housing for Women is responsible for coercive control of Ms Gilchrist who is in need of SUPPORT, that I have been asking H4W and the Metropolitan Police to get her each time I have to call the Metropolitan Police for another ASB by her and her partner and the neighbours. I will put on record that I have been keeping a DEFENSIVE PRACTICE from the time I posted the video “An Incident in Walworth Road. In the video Mervelee Myers is heard talking about what my neighbour was doing to me. The person can be heard saying don’t let her get away with it.

Rights to 23 Years of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist DISCRIMINATION

I hold Housing for Women and Deonshires Solicitors and HMCTS District Judges responsible for Ms Gilchrist not getting the support she needs to get back to the person who was willing to help me when I have any concerns with my husband. I am only lucky to be alive and not succumb to the impacts of the pasts years from Ms Gilchrist came in drunk, smashed the glass in the Communal Door on the 13^th December 2021. Although Housing for Women wiped the Customer Portal, my complaints to Housing Ombudsman Service must be used in evidence (App. 45).

Installation of Camera

 Ms Gilchrist installed the camera so she and her partner can TERRORISE me inside the Communal Area of 16-16A Ama Grove. Case in point at 16: 55 I hear my BUZZER, I looked through the window. The bloke indicated she is coming. I said to him by the way that is my bell. He started disrespecting me. Ms Gilchrist came down the stairs telling the bloke he did not do anything wrong and started verbally abusing me.

Living in FEAR

  I am living in FEAR at Alma Grove because of the TOXIC ENVIRONMENT am living in. If am indoors I get the ASB from Ms Gilchrist her partner and friends who come in and goes as they like. Housing for Women gives the key they got copy from me to come inside to TRIGGER me. The constant kicking of the door is having an impact where I am admitted at A&E because of the underlying PHYSICAL and MENTAL HEALTH conditions. I am losing my voice as the result of the TERRORISM.

Immediate Legal Advice

 Devonshires Solicitors LLP will be charged for perverting the Course of Justice with the coercive control of Stephen Agera. Who sent a letter to the Court to remove him from representing me (App. 45). Stephen Agera colluded with Narin Masera to send Police to my home on the 25^th October 2023 leaving my husband in a HYPO. If I did not arrive home from Mr. Tony Cealy’s Augusto Boal’s Theatre of the OPPRESSED training when I did, I would have probably come home to find my husband DEAD. Based on various allegations that I was ABUSING and NEGLECTING my husband would I be charged for his death. Refer to Met Police visit to my home on 27^th February 2024 about a video I posted about SAFEGUARDING and EARLY INTERVENTION STRATEGIES (App. 46).  Refer to list of the Laws, Legislations, Codes of Conducts and Practices in Housing for Women Policies and Procedures.

I, Mervelee Myers of Flat 16, Alma Grove, Bermondsey, London, SE1 5PY, confirm that I posted videos on YouTube containing evidence in narratives about Ms Deborah Agnes Gilchrist TERRORISM against me and my husband TITLED: An Incident in Walworth Road. This was the first of many videos posted sharing information about DISCRIMINATION at Alma Grove from 2000 to date as my DEFENSIVE PRACTICE. In light of the fact that Housing for Women wiped the Customer Portal of data from 2000. And Housing Ombudsman Service failed to act in a professional manner about my COMPLAINTS. I have no alternatives except to ask the Court to accept my Social Media into evidence. That’s only what’s left after the Social Media Cyberbullying Criminals continuing making me a voiceless, vulnerable, victim. I admit to posting the video on YouTube on the 17^th July 2023 titled “#merveleemyers put #housingforwomen #terrorists & #debbiegilchrist & #police & #housingomdudsman” 100. I know Without Prejudice that to the best of my knowledge there were no HARMFUL, DEFAMATORY and MALICIOUS comments in the video.

I refuse to undertake:

1. To remove from any and all electronic platforms the video.

 2. As a Content Creator since the video was not removed from any of the platforms that they were posted, this means I did not breach any COMMUNITY STANDAREDS.

3. Why is Devonshires Solicitors LLP so scared of having the content of the video heard?

4. Based on my status as a Content Creator why should I allow Housing for Women and Narin Masera dictate terms to me when they have breached the TENANCY AGREEMENT I signed.

5. Is Housing for Women telling me that with my CONTRIBUTIONS to British Values 2014 Raising Awareness.

6. To restrain the witnesses from making DEFAMATORY about Mervelee Myers and Ms Gilchrist from the Physical and Verbal ABUSE of 2000 to date (App. 47).

For once I can say that most of what are stated here are Spot On… Managed to Dig myself out of that (DDDBH – Depression) that was intent on dragging me under, despite my (BE – Best Effort). Found the Will Power to Lift my Head Above the Parapet and Put my Foot on the (1^st – first) Rung of the Ladder (2 – to) Redemptions. Just shut my Eyes and Chuck out sum of the Clutter, which also helped to Clear my Brain. Palace is Almost HW Perfect considering (no1 – one) is Paying me to do the (HW – housework)? So soon and very soon, I’ll be getting my Trumpet and Blowing as I once more do my (Gunno – worked out after studies that this person suffered with mental health issues that caused him to lock himself away for months….). Now that I have escaped from the confines of my shut in and will be back on the Street again!

Guess I got my Inspirations from taking out that Cardigan I have for my Breda ASHTER. I wore it when I was going to the Hospital for my Blood Tests for the (1^st – first time in 15 years and despite my (T&T – Trials and Tribulations) everything is 100%. Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day, and I will be keeping my Poignant Memories of my Papa on the Day he was Laid to Rest in the Yard 35 years ago. If me nuh Story or getting my facts mixed up, it will be my Eldest Niece Ms Cherry (BD – birthdate) in the 40’s? Now I go commit more of my Memoirs in Writing as Writing is What Help me to Keep the Demons at Bay? Well, I do believe in some Aspects of Old (JA – Jamaica) Stories re Self-Preservations indeed!

The mirror- Your Reflection The A-Z of Abusers Listed

I have always heard the sayings ‘everyone is unique’, or another popular one is ‘being unique is what makes you, you’. What does this really mean? I write this paper today in honour of Mervelee “Ratty” Nembhard. The title is “The mirror -Your Reflection” – when you look in the mirror, what do you see? It is your reflection, and you will have your own interpretation of your own “reflection”.

I met Mervelee a few years ago after having heard so much about her. As usual I had no expectations. My situation was complex, as I would have heard the many horror stories of the “in law” and saw the movie “Monster in Law”, and I was dating her son. The lady I met was the total opposite of the of the images portrayed and she was indeed a unique individual. She was beaming and very elated, anxious, and so welcoming. She was arriving in Jamaica to see her mom and attend her last son’s wedding. To enhance the package, she was meeting her four-year-old grandson for the first time. The days passed and it was a good trip from my perspective. I am urged to say through my lens because again I refer to the mirror, my mirror. When I look at the photographs, what do I see? I see fun, and happy memories but then, that’s just me.

Mervelee is a very kind individual, with a very strong personality. She has her own unique ways of handling situations and is often misunderstood. This is because we live in a society that has established norms which dictates boundaries of accepted behaviours. Unfortunately, if you do not fall in these norms, you may be exposed to acts of discrimination. This is attributed to the fact that persons do not wish to accept the differences of individuals, but instead expect the behaviours displayed by everyone to be replicas of established protocols. It is imperative that I ask at this point- who dictates the way one should act and why? Who says your way of behaving is the right way? Is your way the only way? Well Ratty will be the first to tell you that her way may not be the accepted nor expected way, but that’s her way and that’s fine. It may or may not bring her the desired results, and sometimes may even come with consequences which may have to be handled through different mediums, but it is her mirror for her to see her reflection. There are always different approaches, and some may be more acceptable than others, but who are we to dictate if the action is right or wrong? Sometimes the best approach is to help the individual to look in the mirror and see the reflection from different perspectives.

Mervelee Nembhard is a storyteller. With her many stories and experiences, she is quite adept of sharing valuable information with whomever may share her interests. Her love for family, friends, children, and her work with children with special educational needs, combined with her being identified as being “different” has made her an advocate for justice. This shows her character traits of being bold and brave as she “tackles the world” to defend her loved ones and the vulnerable. Sometimes I wish she would relax and enjoy life as it comes, but this again is my wish and not hers. Her life is viewed through her lens, and she needs to satisfy her personal desires to achieve personal satisfaction. Who dares to dictate, what an individual should or should not do? Instead let’s use the mirror to guide our approach- let’s look at life from different angles. Let’s see the pictures in different frames and try to understand the concept. Maybe then we can shift the focus from what’s being done wrong or right -to how can we do things differently, so everyone is happy? Everyone’s happiness will have different requirements and will also be achieved at different times, but through it all let us always be respectful of each other (privacy, feelings, individual preferences) and base our actions in the foundation of love.

Always use the mirror and see your reflection. The way you see you in the mirror may be different from the way others see you in the same mirror. This means we think and feel differently about the same thing. It may be presented in the same manner, at the same time, in the same place but we will use our personal lens which may give us different views. It’s ok to not understand the conclusions or actions of others but what’s not ok is to be disappointed in others because they did not share your perspective. I will applaud Ratty for the efforts she has made in identifying that she is responsible for her wellbeing, and the steps she has taken to improve herself. Her ability to identify her weaknesses is outstanding and she continues to work on herself and is making great progress. She is not afraid to share her weaknesses and speak openly about her vulnerabilities, which when looked at through the lens of others may not be readily accepted nor supported. She continues to strive to achieve her goals despite many obstacles and through her lens -limited support.

Today I write for Mervelee Ratty Nembhard, because she continues to contribute to others for the greater good. I have personally benefitted from her kindness as when corporate entities would not support a dream, my little contribution to society through my PhD studies, “Ratty” was there to sponsor my first-year’s tuition which in her mirror was an investment in her grandkids. I use this medium to express my appreciation and to confirm my commitment to delivering on making a difference and helping others to look through their lens and see the world from different angles.

The mirror will always give you a reflection, what really do you see? Do you see you, or do you see me? Can you identify the differences between you and me? Always remember everyone is unique. Sometimes it’s easier not to try to understand the other person but rather to start accepting their differences and respecting their unique qualities. Being different does not mean I am wrong, and you are right, it simply means you are YOU and I am ME. Mervelee Nembhard you will always be “Ratty”, embrace you.

Isabella Glen came to do a Black wash Investigation. I contacted Senior HR re my plight 14.3.15 & 16.3.15 Hilda Miller tricked me to go to HOC. This is the Monster CRIMINAL @LEYF have concerns about. The CEO attend BIB 5 days after receiving the gong to try stitch me up. I rumble the LIAR & rest is History. Like Mr PG I am demanding that gong be returned! Don’t worry I will get WRITING?

My life is an “Open Book” therefore, my stories are documented online from I joined social media in the Summer of 2009. The Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Service are implicated in the discrimination of Mervelee Myers after meeting my grandson Navonte Legister on the 22/12/2013 at the airport. When I returned for his great grandmother’s funeral in 2018, he was solving the story of how old he was when we meet. Here is the proof that up to 2018 when I visited Jamaica for another funeral, LEYF discrimination did not make an impact on my life. My Public Profile is testimony of how HMCTS and CJS and CPS are implicated in colluding with LEYF in making me a voiceless, vulnerable victim.

 Navaughn Legister was born on 25/1/2019 and after his birth my son Valdin Legister discovered he has the Sickle Cell Trait. Now, Mervelee Myers must educate the world about the discrimination of people made voiceless, vulnerable victim by the Legal Systems to protect LEYF and cohorts. MM Summary January 2022: This Businessman is alleged to have committed SUICIDE.  I was made a victim of discrimination by LEYF and HMCTS second miscarriage of justice judgement. Because I was denied my rights to having a job after raising concerns about how the mistreatment at BIB impacted on my life to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton in writing. I was sent to the HOC Nursery by Area Manager Hilda Miller to be colonise. On the 27 March 2015, DE visited HOC Nursery to trick me, lying about sending me home with pay to recover from my ordeals. She tried to get me to sign documents giving her permission to make decisions on my behalf. I told DE about my experiences at Kings College NHS Foundation Trust where I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother in 2008. The date that DE came to HOC Nursery to trick me. I was escorted out of HOC Nursery by the manager claiming that I did not have a PASS and SECURITY is HIGH. Can you see how the pattern was set for the eight (8) years of discrimination that denied me my rights and impacted on my health. Making me a criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment.

For clarification, I was referred to https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/record-retention-and-disposition-schedules   when I applied for a Subject Access Request. 

More than 130,000 people in the UK live with MS, and thousands of them experience daily muscle spasms. These can be painful, debilitating and may make it impossible to manage everyday activities such as working, walking, and eating. MM Updates 2021: I was prescribed Valium to help me cope with the Childhood Traumas resulting in tremors. I had a Chronic Anxiety diagnosis in July 2006 because I do not have a Medical Diagnosis for Parkinson’s disease to be proof of my disabilities for my Health & Social Care exam for the www.open.ac.uk. I was sponsored by http://unison.org.uk which later abandoned me to represent myself at the Employment Tribunal.  In 2017 UNISON overturned the Government ET Law for employees to pay fees to take their employers to the ET. The response from UNISON was my case was closed. Can you notice the pattern of discrimination against me?  Discrimination causes me to develop an “Eating Disorder” and having diabetes and being a carer for my 98+ year old husband is making life hard for both of us.

Since launching our Approved but Denied campaign in August, we’ve been overwhelmed by the scale of support we have received. MM Updates 2021: Mervelee Myers contributed to the www.express.co.uk Mental Health Crusade and has my letters as proof. HMCTS & CPS & CJS are responsible for denying me my rights using Emotional Regulation Treatment that is entrapment.
