I have a proposal that I would like support with from VMBS. It’s to do with my experiences and what happened to my husband years ago.
My husband Is 97 and I am 61, all I need is some Technology skills to produce the story. This way we can go a long way in showing how VMBS is empowering others in breaking down the barriers of discrimination causing exclusion.
I am willing to fund the project if VMBS will help with promotions. All proceeds will be ploughed back in Charities in Jamaica. From Early Childhood to Special Educational Needs.
I have connections in Jamaica and am returning, God’s willing when my duty here is finished.

Jamaican has seen almost 60,000 births to mothers under age 20 over the last decade.
A whopping total of 59,591 births to adolescents were recorded between 2009 and 2019, according to data provided by the Statistical Institute of Jamaica (Statin). This number accounts for 16 per cent of total births within the period.
The years: 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 saw the highest percentage of such occurrences with 17; 17.9; 18; 18; and 17 per cent, respectively.
In addition, the Jamaica Observer has learnt that some of the young mothers account for multiple births.
Dr O’Neil Ankle, principal at Jonathan Grant High School, told the Sunday Observer that prior to the novel coronavirus pandemic he counted more than 18 young women at his school who had already had a child.
“One of them already had two children. That’s the same reason I was going on like that. I met with 18 of them and we talked and shared things. And these children are not dunce. They are bright,” he said.
Ankle was making reference to a virtual orientation session, that went viral last September, in which he was heard telling his young male students: “Two minute man unnu… put a block pon yuh penis and calm yuhself and concentrate pon the nine or five subjects that you’re going to do and stop focus pon front.”

Ankle explained that his candid and passionate talk with the students was driven by the reality at the school — realities, he added, that affect students’ studies.
Student mothers, he said, would ask: “Sir, can I go home?”
When he asks, “Why do you want to go home?” the students, he said, would respond: “Sir, the lady who is taking care of my child is leaving an mi don’t have anybody to take care of my child.”
“What do I do? Tell the student she can’t go? She has to go,” he said.
Ankle, however, told the Sunday Observer that from observation, schoolboys aren’t solely responsible for impregnating their peers.
“While many of the students would’ve got pregnant courtesy of these young boys, many are done by adults, not schoolboys — adults 21 and upwards. Adults that are in jobs and not young boys. But if young boys are a part of the issue, it’s going to come down to education and letting them understand the importance of education in its true sense and that to carry a child in this world is a responsible activity,” he said.
“And to take care of that child and manage education where you want to have your subjects and move on to university, those two things don’t really walk in the same lane because you now have the responsibility to try and get an education and to take care of a mouth that you never really prepared for,” he added, noting that in most cases the fathers leave the young mothers to fend for themselves or drop out of school.
Former national director of Jamaica Youth for Christ (JYC), Reverend Herro Blair Jr told the Sunday Observer that the number of births to adolescents was alarming. He further reasoned that these births contribute to the “decline of Jamaica”.
“A vast majority of these children will be the boys that are standing on the roadside. A vast majority will be the children who have children. The worst thing happening in Jamaica right now is, one, our uncontrollable desire to allow the sexual culture to go the way it is going; and two, the fact that this large number of teenage pregnancies is contributing to the negative climate and the negative economy of our country,” said Blair Jr.
“When I was growing up, children went to church even if their parents didn’t go to church. Now, a lot of those children are not even going to church. So, when I meet a boy in Olympic Gardens and he tells me that he’s 15 years old and he’s a gunman, I can understand because he has no sense of value.”
The lack of value for life, he reasoned, has to be addressed.
“You look at our gunmen today, just walking up in crowds and shooting up people, or just doing whatever they want. They’ve lost all sense of value for life. Spend time and money on making sure that the children — those being born today and those in primary school today — learn the life skill of conflict resolution, respect and value so that as they grow, the country itself can be a better place,” Blair Jr said.
But early pregnancy does not mean that all is lost, argued 31-year-old Petagay Pinnock, who became a mother at age 15. Today, she has five Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) subjects and is a scholarship recipient at University College of the Caribbean (UCC).
“My advice to teen mothers is to go right back to school… don’t wait,” she said.
“There are places that are free or come with a small cost. I know it’s hard and you might think there’s no way to get back on track, but I can tell you there’s always a way. You just have to be determined to succeed and you will. If I was as determined as I am now, I would have already achieved all I’m achieving now. So, take the step while you are young and be as driven, dedicated, and determined and all things will be possible,” she added.
Otisa Wilmoth, past head girl of Green Pond High School, also got pregnant during high school. With six grade ones in grade 11, Wilmoth was the top CSEC performer at Green Pond in 2020.
She hopes her success, despite her pregnancy, shows other young girls in a similar situation that it is not the end of the road.
“My words of advice are to never give up and they should believe in themselves and know that if they weren’t strong, they would not have been able to survive child-birth. It’s not the end of the road for them as there will always be trials and struggles, but we are mothers now and our children need us to pave the way for a better future for them,” she said.
“Being a teenaged mom means that it’s not just you anymore; you have a young one looking up to you. They need to see that you are strong and that you are doing what’s right,” Wilmoth stated.
She added that many teen moms get pregnant a second time because their families turn their backs on them.
“Don’t let that stop you. People will always leave when things aren’t in their interest or going their way anymore. Just know that a higher education is what’s going to prove to the world that we are survivors, and one wrong judgement in life can’t spoil our futures forever. We are going to continue to work hard and excel because we are not just living for ourselves, we are living for our child as well. I will never let anyone, or anything, stop me because my son is counting on me,” Wilmoth told the Sunday Observer.
However, Principal Ankle believes that there is need for guidance for youngsters, especially young men.
“I don’t know where the fathers are who can help these young men to understand that listen, what is between your legs is not something that you throw all over the place. It’s something that you manage under control. And I can’t say it any plainer. It makes no sense I pretty up this. Boys getting these girls pregnant… adults getting these girls pregnant… soldiers are getting these girls pregnant… all pastors get involved in it too. I have seen some cases… trust me, I can write a book,” Ankle said.
“They believe that they can go around and become sperm donors because it’s an image in our society. It’s an image that we need to get rid of. They just believe they can go around and have children and move to the next girl — and it’s something that I’ve been trying to get into the boys at Johnathan Grant. When you see me go on the way I went on, it’s because I live it. I experience it yearly,” he said.
Startled by the data on pregnancy among adolescents, Reverend Stephen Smith, Baptist minister and guidance counsellor at Calabar High School, called for swift justice, especially for underaged girls who are impregnated.
“These figures are quite staggering. In fact, they are alarming. It speaks to what is happening in our society and what needs to be done as it relates to those who are responsible for impregnating those who are underage, according to the law. We need, as a nation, to allow the law where these things are concerned to have teeth,” he said.
Outside of that, he said: “The Church must continue to play its part through its teachings to help young people to understand that they should wait until they reach adulthood and have their careers clear before them, before they think of becoming parents.”

I was advised by Voice Solicitor Arwen Makin and given a Union Rep Darren Mahon to instruct and represent me at the Disciplinary Hearing. The saddest thing of all after attending the Hearing and promising to help me get a Settlement from LEYF, he disappeared without trace. But surprising of all was Solicitor Arwen Makin advice over the telephone that I should not appeal the Disciplinary. When I asked her to put in writing she lied and that has been my life from then.

Voice continue giving me advice that was not conducive to managing my Disabilities that were triggered using Data from my FILE, that I was refused access by LEYF. My email was used for online DBS application after LEYF refused to send me the link. My correspondences with VOICE are proof of the approach they adopted once Darren Mahon disappeared. Not much have changed, except that VOICE is another of those taking my money and contributing to my Mental and Physical decline since the death of my mother and LEYF deciding to target me.

How The County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch continues Discrimination?

How can District Judge Manners have a sitting at the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch on 13 February 2020 to strike out my Claim as being totally without merit there being no discernible cause of action against the Defendant? Because they started the discrimination with my claims against Winsome Duncan after we reached Telephone Mediation. Once again, my VULNERABILITY is used against me to trigger my PTSD. I was privilege to perform with The Elephant & Castle Community HUB Choir at the Shakespeare’s Globe celebrating “A Concert for Winter”. I visited for the Dress Rehearsal on the 4th for the first time. Then we were ready for the performance on the day. This was truly an amazing place to share such a #poignant occasion for some of us who were meeting for such short notice at the Choir Practice.
Credit must be given to #Rona the Leader who worked hard getting us ready to perform on such a stage that’s the Shakespeare Globe. This will add to helping me #CreatingtheLegacies as a writer. I had done “Introducting to Acting at #MorleyCollege and the feedback from the Tutor also helped with giving me the #confidence to take my place with the members of the E&CCHC and doing ourselves proud.
Who knows, my next big performance might be at the Goble again? I thorougly enjoyed the time I spent at the Globe. It’s an #experience that will be part of my #history. I don’t have any photos of the Globe here, but I have others that can tell the story about my #singing.
Singing is more than #therapy. My parents meet at a “Wake Night Singing”. But most importantly #Parkinson’s although rob me of my Father, I was blessed to have him helping with my son Kevin Murray. He would sing whilst I get on with the duties. Even though #dementia had taken my mother, and she didn’t remember her only #daughter. I could reach her with SINGING the last few weeks I was with her before she rested from her toils.
The experience at the Globe helped me to #realise I can #perform on any stage, and I can do it on my own. I guess it takes performing at the Globe to help me #banish the #fears of letting myself down.

There is a requirement to lift and assist in toileting and changing and in helping to transfer from seating to mobility aids. The post will help children to acquire and develop self-help skills including toileting and personal hygiene. Work may also involve implementing individual movement programmes, under the direction of other professionals.

Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.

I explained about needing to know what to be done in advance so that my PTSD is not triggered as I am unable to function. Again, this is a deliberate act on the part of the Police and Solicitor to confuse me. At the last minute, the Solicitor that done nothing to guide me deciding they cannot represent me. I was sent contacts for 3 Firms and left high and dry, leaving me STRESSED, trying to prepare for Court. My Personal Experiences of Childhood Traumas and PTSD I am guilty and this is not normal behaviour as can be verified by the Medical Reports when I had 12 Sessions of CBT. I can do what is asked of me, I only need to be pointed in the right directions. If I was given support when I asked for it dating back to 14/3/2015 when I asked for it, I would not be in this position. Where there is a deliberate attempt to make me a CRIMINAL. On the reference in “Our Decision to Your Complaint” that I cannot get the REVIEW until 6 months. The amount of REVIEWS outstanding is an indication of how I face discrimination by challenging the injustices referred to in the Reviews online. But am rushed to Court to answer to Criminal Damage Act on the date when I walked pass BIB going about my legitimate business. Chronic Anxiety – linked to the signs and symptoms of Parkinson’s disease: #tremors, shakes, slurred speech, immobility/stiffened joints, #emotional. Chronic Anxiety diagnosis in July 2006. Atypical Parkinsonism – signs and symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, with the Mental Health and Physical conditions linked. Hard to treat and diagnosed. Obsessive Compulsive Disorders (OCD). Always trying to be in control. I managed to work and carry out #normal day to day activities, despite developing the condition from #puberty. That is until my childhood traumas were #triggered into PTSD from the 23rd July 2014 to 27th September 2015. Paranoia developed as result of the ill treatments from the 23rd July 2014 to the 27th September 2015 when I was #forced to resign with Nervous Breakdown. Depression, leaving me unable to carry out normal day-to-day activities. I was passed #fit to go back to work after the Medical Suspension. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy recommended by Dr Laura Crawford. Recommendations made for Reasonable Adjustments. Hidden Disabilities results of childhood traumas. Dyslexia. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD). Had #counselling at the Maudsley Hospital Maudsley Hospital after Dr Laura Crawford from the Occupational Health Medical Suspension advised me to get Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to find out why I #react the way I do to certain situations. Medical Reports was Judges Case Management Order in the Bundles. Physical Disabilities: Back Pains – results of #injuries from a fall when I was #pregnant with first child. Reoccurring problems from I arrived in the UK. Hence the reason I accepted the job with the condition that I do not work with #younger children/babies. Information in the Bundles. Sciatica & Cramps – Now getting #physio to strengthen back and leg muscles. Arthritis – Diagnosed 2010. Information contained in the Bundles. Diabetes – Information contained in the Bundles. The Equality Act 2010 states that a person has a disability if she has a physical or mental impairment, which has a #substantial and long term #adverse effect on her ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities. I worked with LEYF prior to transferring to BIB, HOC and New Cross with a Contingency Plan at Luton Street. All the #sensitive and confidential Data about how I manage and control my disabilities are contained in my FILE. LEYF refused to give me access from before I transferred from Luton Street. The Equality Act 2010 states that there is no need for me to #establish a medically diagnosed cause for the #impairment. What is important to consider is the effect of the impairment. The Judges Court Management Orders ask me to present Medical Reports and they were provided. Role of Carer I would like the EAT to take into considerations that these days, anyone of my disabilities can #flare up without any notice. There are days when I am unable to get out of bed. I am also carer for my elderly husband which can have bearings on this as well. Feeling Pressurised I would like to bring to the EAT attention about the fact that I am being #pressurised and this impacts on my disabilities and how I am able to carry out normal day to day activities. As can be ascertained from Dr Laura Crawford’s Medical Report, I have to prepare everything in advance. However I think I am been #penalised for taking all the measures and applying early intervention strategies to be in #compliance with the EAT orders. I was told at the CAB that the papers must be returned to the EAT before the 5th January 2018. But what did the EAT do, send another letter to be returned to them by the 5th January 2018. However I did not receive the letter until after the date it was to be returned. I will therefore have to continue with my Defensive Practice Fight4justice justice @to help me hopefully get this matter dealt with. I need to move on with my life. I have not even #grieve for my mother yet. Another thing, I have been made a target and a sitting duck for everyone to take advantage of because of my #vulnerability of having disabilities. Although Provision, Criterion or Practice is not defined by the Act, it should be construed widely so as to include, for example any formal or informal policies, rules, practices, arrangements or qualifications including one-off decisions and actions. The Equality Act states “Direst discrimination is unlawful, no matter what the employer’s motive or intention, regardless of whether the less unfavourable treatment of the worker is conscious or unconscious”. The Equality Act 2010 states that “if an employer’s agent or employer (such as an OH advisor, or HR Officer) knows in that capacity, of a worker’s disability, the employer will not usually be able to claim that they do not know of the disability, and that they cannot have subjected a disables person to discrimination arising from disability”. “Therefore where information about disabled people may come through different channels, employers need to ensure there is a means – suitably confidential and subject to the disabled person’s consent –for bringing that information together to make it easier for the employer to fulfil their duties under the ACT”. The Act says Discrimination against a disabled person occurs when an employer fails to comply with a duty to make reasonable adjustments imposed on them. Check the Bundles. Housing For Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP Will Be Sanctioned
In order to have the Defendant sanctioned for contempt due to her breach of the injunction, the Claimant’s would need to demonstrate beyond reasonable doubt that the Defendant:
knew of the terms of the order: MM Arguments: The Injunction is the plots of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Detailed Evidence will be written beside the relevant documentations.
acted (or failed to act) in accordance with the terms of the order and MM Arguments: The patterns of “Systemic Discrimination” must be noted.
knew of the facts that made their conduct a breach. MM Arguments: My conduct is not a BREACH. I have lived through 22+ years of TERRORISM by my neighbour. The Solicitor was presented with the EVIDENCE.
In sofar as the postings naming Mr. Lewis and Ms. Masera are concerned (which since they only involved a failure to act should only breach point 6 of the injunction), it seems to me that whilst the Claimant might be able to prove the first two points, they could struggle to establish the third beyond reasonable doubt. MM Arguments: How did Mervelee Myers and Ms. Masera and Mr. Lewis have contacts? It seems, from what was said in the statement supporting the Claimant’s application for an injunction, that the Defendant is a prolific poster of videos on the internet with over 100 posted on YouTube alone. The screen shot of the clip concerning Mr. Lewis did not (so far as I could see) identify that he was a solicitor Devonshires whereas the reference to Devonshires in the screen shot of the clip concerning Ms. Masera is in a speech bubble, so if the Defendant relied on a word search to identify video postings which needed to be taken down those two could have inadvertently been missed. MM Arguments: My videos are evidence of 22+ years of HATE CRIMES against me and my husband. The evidence was presented to the solicitor. Housing for Women cleared the JOURNAL of my DATA claiming I am living at Alma Grove since 2020. No doubt once alerted to the lapse the Defendant will have taken down those two videos. MM Arguments: Since the INJUNCTION was the MALICIOUS LIES of Housing for Women and Deborah Agnes Gilchrist by breaching the Equality Act 2010. There were no lapses and expecting me to remove my videos is to cover up the HATE CRIMES from 2001. It would be helpful if that could be confirmed. MM Arguments: The videos are telling the stories of my experiences living at Alma Grove from December 2000. It is more difficult to defend the postings on 3rd, 6th and 7th August 2023 – subject perhaps with reference to the Defendant’s mental health problems. MM Arguments: The Barrister consistently continue her BIASES from the time she started talking to me until she left. What does my MENTAL HEALTH have to do with this matter? How many videos have been posted seeking support? How many times I called for support and the Police turned up trying to trick me to SECTION me? The Barrister was influenced by the Multiple Discrimination posted in the SAR by Southwark Council. If the Defendant could produce more medical evidence of her mental health conditions, it could be useful. MM Arguments: This is breaching of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. The fact the Barrister claim she was SCARED I would SHOUT at the judge is clear evidence of the BIASES.
However, it is clear from what was said in her letter to the court that as at 7th August 2023 she was unrepresented. MM Arguments: I should not have had to face any Court Hearing. The Court take advantage of the fact I am victim of SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS www.org.uk/researchpapers. She has since obtained legal representation and it seems that there have been no further such breaches. MM Arguments: I did not breach anything.
The sanctions for contempt are very much in the judge’s discretion but they not intended to be purely punitive – rather the objective is to secure compliance with the injunction. MM Arguments: Housing for Women is guilty of TERRORISM. If the Defendant has ceased posting videos which breach the injunction and has taken down those which were extant on 31st August 2023, it may seem that the objective has been achieved especially since, despite the injunction being very widely framed, no other breaches are alleged. MM Arguments: I was not given best representation.
Indeed, the injunction seems overly widely framed – especially where it refers to ‘visitors’ to the premises. Not only would the Defendant not necessarily know that a particular person had been such a visitor but also it would apparently include the Defendant’s own visitors – and it would seem an unreasonable restriction on the Defendant’s freedom of express to prohibit her from posting videos of her own visitors. MM Arguments: My online Profile will tell stories of Housing for Women TERRORISM to cover up 22+ years of HATE CRIMES.
Accordingly, it may be possible to cut down the width of the injunction to make it easier for the Defendant to comply with it. MM Arguments: Why should I comply with any injunctions breaching my RIGHTS?
However, I am not sanguine about the prospects of getting the injunction removed completely – unless it were to be replaced with an equivalent undertaking. The court is likely to want to keep the peace. MM Arguments: The Court is GUILTY of denying my RIGHTS not to be discriminated against.
Whether mediation is an option will depend very much on the attitude of the other side. MM Arguments: Refer to the letter from Housing for Women about my offer for MEDIATION. I wrote to the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin to mediate on my behalf.

I, Mrs Mervelee Myers of 16 Alma Grove London SE1 5PY make this statement and WILL SAY:
I make this statement in respect of my defense in this claim for an injunction against me. I believe that the facts that I state herein are true. I rely on matters within my knowledge and where any fact stated is not directly known to me, this will be highlighted.
I have lived at my home for 22 years with my 100-year-old husband whom I care for and look after.
I believe that there is systemic discrimination perpetuated by the Claimant and its agents in so far as complaints of harassment raised by me are never investigated by the Claimant who instead have placed me on close scrutiny and are determined to disposes me of my liberty and my home.
Below is a chronology of all the harassment and intimidation and systemic discrimination in reverse and Police racism:
The Claimant got Contractors to TERRORISE me on Monday 13/11/ 2023. The Contractor by turning up at my home, gained entrance to the Communal Door with keys without notice to me so I started recording them for safeguarding purposes. I was asked to give access on knock on my door by contractors to do work inside my house on Monday 13/11/2023. I explained to the Contractor the reasons I was recording which was for Safeguarding. Refer to email customer.service@h4w.co.uk on the 10/11/2023 at 11:51. Based on the Injunction that I am to give access to ALL who the Claimant think fit to come to my home to carry out TERRORISM against me.
I have raised concerns that I am not SAFE in my home after I was beaten by the Police on 30/11/2020 and thereafter made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Hence the reason set out to treat me as a CRIMINAL to cover their tracks.
I was visited by Samantha Gibbs on the 12/01/2023 with a man who tried to ASSAULT me at my door. The Police took ages to turn up and then accused me.
A malicious report was made to the Police about an incident that happened at Alma Grove on 10/01/2023. I will add the information about that.
On 22/8/23 KEYSTONE Fire Safety LTD 01234854014. I was at home when this was left outside my door. This was part of the TERRORISM to label me VIOLENT NUISANCE.

The Met Police have not contacted me via letters as was done with my husband.

In regard to the contempt of court allegation I apply for the court to wave all sanctions against me as I was not represented and only knew the details after my Solicitors were instructed.
The court has discretion in this matter and I am urging the court to change the injunction which is too widely drafted to an undertaking for me to comply with terms of the injuction which the court considers appropriate.
