The Employment Tribunal regulations is going to be given an overhaul. Something is fundamentally wrong at the London South Employment Tribunals where Legal Entity are guilty of Discrimination against vulnerable employees. There has got to be #palmgreasing happening at all levels of the services. Let #JudgeMartin and #JudgeFreer and #JudgeShanks take the question. I can smell a terrible stench.

Can you understand why I have my Fight4justice campaign against discrimination? Well 1 thicko from the Employment Appeals Tribunal EAT told me on the 19/10/2018 that I made up my Disabilities. What are the fact that they deal with? Now you know why we have #heroes and #heroine Nanny of the Maroon in Jamaica. Well I will make sure the world know about how the Mother Country continue to treat BAME, in 2018. Worse than pre 1807. Oh yes it became clear just as I was about to leave #Home this morning. The phone call came from the #GreenGuana who come tell me to #DealEat my video about LEYF Nurseries Lib-BATTY-Tekking from October 2014 to date. Dem can Delete the video that they made on the day to please the corrupted LEYF Nurseries. No amount of money can let me compromise my principles under any circumstances. Before even a week passed they were forgetting their history how they became part of the #TravellersCommunity because they were #Persecuted for their #Values & #Beliefs. But if one is prepared to deny thier past, they might one day have to relive the very same thing all over again? My Tom did say Donald J. Trump is likely to be elected PresidentOfTheUnitedStates & it is fast becoming a reality?
Monday’s trip is me going out to Elephant and Castle at the Elephant and Castle Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS) to top up my #1Son Kevin Murray credit. I have hopes of him been elected Councillor for the #FriendshipDivision for the Jamaica Labour Party.

The Voice: the union for education professionals Union Rep DARREN MAHON who accompanied me to LEYF CO disappeared without trace… Then the Union Solicitor ARWEN MAKIN called me after begging me not to #Appeal… I am still been charged Dues despite not working since 27.9.2015. The Department for Work and Pensions – DWP did not know about me the same way the former Employers would not give me access to my FILE before I left Luton Street. Strangest of all the #HMTaxInlandRevenue claim they were not aware of me at my address until 2015. Now I was not detained at HM Prison Holloway for any #CriminalOffences & this was not for lack of LEYF Nurseries trying… I was brought up by my #Parents not to Compromise my Principles? Inspired Thinking “Love is a fire. But whether it is going to warm your hearth or burn down your house, you can never tell” Joan Crawford (1904-1977)
Here is my take on this – I hardly ever have any luck in this #LoveBusiness from the #Ageof10 when my #Father took sick with what was then called his #NERVES which I later learned was Parkinson’s UK (Parkinson Disease). The sad fact is it is part of my DNA. My life have been affected ever since… But I have now discovered at the age of -60 years old that the Love that is a #Fire will not warm my hearth,but more likely to burn down my house. All these years I have been living in #CloudCookooLand about #LOVE?
As of today 5th November when history states that Guy Fawkes tried to burn down the Houses of Parliament, I don’t have to wonder why! Now that I have discovered what some think of me & are #Vocal in their negative narratives & discourses about my #MADNESS, I will think of the positives & get on with my life. From today until the time I am no longer able to, I will make sure #MsPublicEnemy1 don’t involve the #PrivatePersons from my #PastinmyMADNESS. They are welcome to #Blockme, & I don’t give #3Fucks. My life is getting sorted from the Counselling I have had from the Maudsley Hospital. That’s why I offered myself to the NHS Professionals for #ResearchintoMentalHealthIssues.
There is no need to sit back wringing my hands not knowing the causes of my #Deficits & #Limitations,, because I am my own #Therapists from the age of 10 years old.
Now it’s time to #DissClutter all the #Rubbish from my life & put them on the #BackBurner so they have no #Power over my life anymore!
As of now my #2Sons Kevin Murray, Valdin Legister & my #ChildhoodFriend Mertie Bernard are the only persons who will have any #Influence on my life!
It was good while it lasted, but the truths eventually have to come out!
One thing I am telling the #NaySayers, I choose to make my #LifePublic,, but as of today I will refrain from include them in my life. But they don’t have any say in any of the #IntellectualProperties I have in the #PublicDomain. So whatever way they can extricate themselves from me, they are more than welcome…

Is this not the OShana whose life was destroyed by LEYF Nurseries when they made #Allegations & wrote it in the #Reference? The same way @DilysEpton wrote me a #6lineReference after 6 years of #Contributions to making the #OrganisationaBEACON. Senior HR DE sending me LinkedIn request on the 22.9.2015 after #BullyBoyNeilKING called to to a #KangarooCourt at their CO hoping to get me to write a #Resignation? I told HR DE, in writing that I might decide to #writeaBOOK… Now the same happened to #BabyRoomEMMA after she Resigned & her job offer taken back because of the #Reference. So now the #UnscrupulousPSYCHOPATHS who have taken over think they can cover up by putting the likes of #OSHANA as #PosterEmployees. Reflections Times! Did any1 stop to think why that group of MEN made the decision they did? 5.11.2013 is celebrated as GUY FAWKES Day 4 1 simple Reasons – Those MEN did not believe they had a VOICE so took Matters into their own Hands? Well their Act was ILLEGAL, but am sure they were not thinking of being listened to, but how UNJUST the System was…? My life has been #played out on social media. Let me keep you posted about my #beloved husband. Arnold Tomlinson is no longer the man he once was. He has spent most of the day in bed. Quite unusual and he is in pains. Contrary to what that silly #DilysEpton said, I have been coping with #bereavement and #loss I am ready to face life without Tom.

Facebook is colluding with Terrorist to close my account to get rid of the evidence. I same way how the Employment Tribunal regulations concealed my Medical Reports. Maybe if I didn’t go out to find out why the Ambulance was ringing my bell, and to have the Police force their way into my home on Monday 30th October 2017, I would be like this or DEAD. The Police refuse to act on my concerns about verbal threats. However they came to my house because my #Coach_WinsomeDuncan call them about Facebook Post.
Now Winsome Duncan is sending emails that she sort advice from the Police, who tell her not to contact me.
I have the email of the 29th, the day WD call me on my house phone, saying she just woke up from her 40th Birthday party.
I need an explanation from the Police for their actions. I did read #DavidLammy Criminal Justice Review posted by Joe Aldred. So yes the discrimination of #MERVELEEMYERS step up another gear. They use the Medical Reports from the #EmploymentTribunals bundles that are Judge Elliott Court Orders to make their assessment.
So what fact is the #3Judges dealing with in my case against LEYF Nurseries?

I got up this morning rejoicing ABOUT the #HurdlesIOvercome to get this far in life since October 2014 with the former employers LEYF Nurseries. I listened to the Trades Union Congress (TUC) insights into the current trends of Employees unable to take their former employers to the Employment tribunal on the news. All because they can’t afford the #Fees for #DISCRIMINATION & #UNFAIRDISMISSALS. After battling with the Powers that be supported by only my OCD behaviours of getting things done ahead of the schedules of the #IncompetentJobsworths, I am hit with another #BoomBooShell… Well I have come this far & no #DibbyDibby aint gonna stop me as I ensure my #FIGHT4JUSTICE campaign is not in Vain. So instead of getting on with setting up my #CampaignPage for my #1Son Kevin Murray, I am doing what they dictates. Well to all the #CONSpyHateASSes,, mi say mi ready fi dem. I am at this stage in my life where my #HusbandTom is my priority. But I realise I have to make some #MeTime or else there will be no me to make Mass Tom my Priority. I am pilling on the #Weight & realise this is slowing me down. So I am on the ball again to taking back control of my health that I lost when LEYF Nurseries tampered with my #MentalHealth. Most of the efforts I put in don’t really please Mass Tom, but I know most of this is due to his #HealthConditions.

However it was the Medical Reports I show to the Police & Ambulance services when my #Coach_WinsomeDuncan send them to take me away from my husband. The #3Judges didn’t take the Experts Medical Reports as fact. But I was going to be section over malicious arguments about a nonexistent post on Facebook. 1st November 2015 is the new beginning & the start of my revamped Life that I will be using to take me to new places where I intend to Empower myself to be the Best I can be 4 the Rest of my Life! The days in my life when I was Sumady fi dem use tek mi 2 Hands show God & claim di credit. Up to a year ago my life was made into a living hell as I was hounded from pillar to post 4 no other reasons than they feel threatened by my Knowledge Values & Beliefs. They changed from the Beacon of Excellence I joined to Unrecognisable that treated some Human Beings less favourable than an Animal. As I said to their Stupid HR & D if I was an Animal the RSPC would have rescued me from the ordeals I was put through at BIB.
Then all of a sudden no1 knew my Name, I was regulated to hi! They failed to recognised MUM, but it was strange to hear the Immigration Officer looking at my passport when I was passing thru in France & commenting that my face didn’t change even though the hairstyle did.
Honestly I am sorry for the Poor Fools, because by the time am done with them… They’ll all be dropped in the shit. I have 2 folders crammed with my evidence. None shall escape the judgement unless they Apologise, Confess & Repent from their SINS. Because this is just the beginning. Ta to SM I have my Journals packed with Evidence to back up my case! I never ever bite the Hands that Feed Me ever!
Now that I am on the dump heap. 1 of the most Qualified & Experienced Practitioner without a Job, I no longer owe them any Loyalty. To make matters worse, I attended my 1st Counselling Session today after what they done to me. Yet they fail to take responsibility & be accountable for their actions. To add insults to injury they used my name & email to make online applications… The Union say they can do that, but the DBS office say not! Interesting indeed & I am wondering who told them to withdraw. Was it the Solicitor that had my File since I left LSCN in July 2014? I told King Kong & dat Silly HR woman that they have nutn name Humanity & once more I’ve been proven right. Dem rass must pay fi Roast & Boil & the Union will get dem just rewards too… They got away in 2008-2009, but dem lot haffi pay the consequences. They had a whole year to redeem themselves, but were too busy trying to DESTROY me & taking dem eyes off di Bigger Pitcha! More palava as I come across the fotos!

So now I go off 2 get ready 4 my Bed! I am going to try & cross dat River & OVERCOME Satan who a try dem best fi set I up! As my old folks woulda did say Watch & Pray cause a lots more Demons out deh a try plot my Downfall, but FG I am big enough to forgive them the Small Minded Infidels! Had a most enlightening Training today & back tomorrow for the final>>> It will put me on the pathways to promoting the Wellbeing & Health of the deprived & underprivileged who are missing out on some of what’s most important for their growth & developments. I have 2 grown men of my own & 4 grand children to think about! Me Teachers dem used to tell I dat if when dem teach me nuh want fi larn a fi me Business? I am not her to bolster any1’s inflated EGO! Had a fab week so far after visiting out of London boasting about my Jamaican Heritage & doing a lickle Cooking! Then this morning Satan present Herself & mek me haffi cuss out BS! Now this is the Scenario: Decided 2 put the Money I got 4 my travels on my Oyster! Got to the station, produced my cash, lady served me but I noted she looking keenly at me … Out of the corner of my eyes a # flashed but it didn’t register, got thru the gate, turn the corner 2 go down the steps & supn clicked in my head? Looked at the ticket, but had to get the glasses out! Connected the # on sign 2 ticket & asked the inspector 2 let me out 2 speak 2 cashier! Went over to Cashier & asked in my nicest most PoM “how much money did I give U?” £15.00 came the response. I repeated ? Same reply… I “said lady I gave U £25.00 & U put £15.00…” Instead of the Lady admitting she made a mistake she ready to argue with me… So then she had my back up & I began to Stand up 4 my Rights! 2 cut a LSS she had 2 get her Boss, they go thru all the CASH & she still insisting that… Had to ask her if I look like a Rassklaat Idiot & I expect better from her thieving from an OL like me who could be her Mother. The more she argue, the more me get fucking mad & cuss her rass. After letting me wait until they count all the money in the tills, she trying to sweet talk me, asking if I m saying she done it Deliberately… I told her if I have to go & leave the money I was going 2 take it Further… I never mek fun fi gi dat TBB di LOMT>>> In the end she climbed down off her HH & put my £10.00 on my Oyster. The Moral of the Story is if U a guh Thief from sumady, find sumady with Money>>>> Despite everything that happened I believe in giving Every1 a 2nd chance to redeemed themselves, so although I took her name…? I won’t be going Public!!! But all I know THIEF a THIEF no matter wat & she will bound fi try it again?
