I want to address this matter based on the fact that DJ Beecham did not preside over the case that was conducted by the MALE Member of HMCTS because of what I said to her after she gave the JUDGEMENT. For there to be no doubt in this matter, I told her that if I ended up becoming HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment, she is RESPONSIBLE. I will therefore state the facts about why DJ Beecham is responsible and her failure to accept my ARGUMENTS from she decided that she wanted to keep the CASE. I am now stating that DJ Beecham had an ulterior motive for keeping the case that is linked to her appointment as a DISTRICT JUDGE in 2019.
Housing for Women Customer Panel 2019 –
1. MM Minute Taker for Housing for Women Customer Scrutiny Panel In 2019 – 2024 Dr Phil Gregory visited 16 Alma Grove unannounced on the 21st November the day after I was on a ZOOM meeting with the Housing Ombudsman Service. The fact that I was with Lloyd Parker, might have been the only reason that he and the nurse did carry out their PLANS against me. He wanted me to stop recording the interview I was doing with Lloyd Parker. Yesterday I was with a supporter when I was called by Lloyd Parker who has sent me THREATS to visit my home today 24 March 2025.
2. MM sent a report to H4W detailing Debbie Gilchrist catalogue of HATE CRIMES against me April 2019 – H4W wiped the Customer Portal of my DATA in 2022 after my COMPLAINTS reached stage 2 of the Complaints Procedure.
3. Customer Panel disbanded by CEO Zaiba Qureshi in 2020 – I am sent invitation by email for opportunity to be a member of the Customer Panel in 2024. Regards must be given to ITV News DOCUMENTARY with Queen Camilla on my brother Ervin Nembhard birthday as this is linked to the date of my PROTEST at BIB www.leyf.org.uk Nursery. Because DJ Beecham insisted that she will not deal with any other ISSUES except the H4W. On the 20 March 2025 DJ Beecham refuse anyone speaking on my behalf despite the fact that she was AWARE of my STATE of MIND from the time she decided she wanted to keep the case. Based on information that are proven fact of breaches of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics by DJ Beecham and the Equality Act assessor Emua Ali on the 7th and 17th March 2025. MM is stating that DJ Beecham is/was party to the DISCRIMINATION in making me a voiceless, vulnerable victim of Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP, the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Service dating back to my employment at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008. I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother aged 56 years old with COLON CANCER.
4. Metropolitan Police visited Alma Grove 30 October 2020 – The Metropolitan visited my home under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn lecture on the 30 October 2020 to MURDER me to say I committed SUICIDE. I was on the telephone with my son Valdin Legister when Debbie Gilchrist came in DRUNK and started VERBALLY ABUSING me. She stood at my door shouting for me to open the door so she can MURDER ME so they say I commit SUICIDE. This is the reason that DJ Beecham was unable to continue with the other case. Because SUICIDE was used by Winsome Duncan, who was groomed by barrister Ryan Clement to send the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service to my home on the 30 October 2017 to SECTION ME. That I wrote on Facebook that I was feeling SUICIDAL. The fact that the MALE judge who was RANTING and RAVING mentioned certain NAMES must be taken into EVIDENCE about the MISCARRIAGES of JUSTICE after bereavement and losses. This can be referenced IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE that DJ Beecham refused a copy. The fact that I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS must be evidenced. For why DJ Beecham refused to allow anyone to SPEAK in her COURT. But failed to finish the case when I made her RESPONSIBLE if I can no longer stop myself becoming HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT. Because my husband and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave home once per week or less.
5. SENCO job offer for ยฃ46 – 55,000.00 in 2021 – I have been denied my ENTITLEMENTS to work from 2015 when I resigned with the second nervous breakdown https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for more. I am still getting job offer from colleges as recently as February although I have not been able to secure a job. I was put on BENIFITS and sent to do CAPABILITY FOR WORK ASSESSMENT despite my QUALIFICATIONS.
6. Richard Harty called my mobile 27 September 2021 – I was KICKED out of UEL and this became the patterns of EXCLUSION leaving me ISOLATED from the time I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton am DEPRESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE. DJ Beecham insisting she will not deal with any other ISSUES breaching the Equality Act Protected Characteristics.
7. 27 September 2021 BARCLAYS BANK – This is the second time BARCLAYS BANK taken my money. The first time I begged the South London Press to publish my story on the 28 May 2004. The second time the money was taken at the counter and when I went to sort the matter I was locked in the BANK for over an hour waiting for the Metropolitan Police whilst my account was closed.During 2004 I had to report concerns to the CRB about practices to do with SAFEGUARDING at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. I had an abnormal pap smear and was treated for the next 5 years. In 2025 have HPV virus that can lead to CANCER. Yet a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER does not have a GP.
8. Visit to Decima Road Surgery 27 September 2021 – I did not get the DISABILITY FORM that Dr Joanna Pennack should have corrected and in 2025 I have been removed by 3 GP Practices between 6th December 2024 because I refused to take RESPIREDONE to stop me FUNCTIONING after the death of my HUSBAND.
9. Samantha Gibbs invitation to ASB meeting May 2022 – Samantha Gibbs started working with H4W in April 2022. By this time, I complained to Housing for Women and the Housing Ombudsman Service about the DISREPAIR. Dr Phil Gregory was witness to the disrepair and CMN Hawah Oweh made a report to H4W on my behalf after my visit to Marina House. I was a participant in University of Huddersfield DAMP and MOULD that must be EVIDENCED. Samantha Gibbs is on long-term-sick-leave after she coerced Ms Gilchrist instructed by H4W.
10. Trina Philbert and Candy Smith visit to Alma Grove June 2022 – Candy Smith interviewed my husband on behalf of Southwark Adult Social Care and decided to mediate with H4W on my behalf. She and Trina Philbert visited in June 2022.
11. SONGSTREET APP 2022 – I am the COMPOSER of Brixton Market for Border Crossings SONGSTREET APP. I recorded the song at Raw Material Robsart Street from where I ran to the Brixton Police Station in the summer of 2000 for rescue from DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. The 100 birthday CARD from the King and Queen will be EVIDENCE of H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and HMCTS CPS CJS breaching the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. When I did not commit suicide my HUSBAND and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave home once per week or less. We became the victim of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and HMCTS INJUNCTIONS where I was gagged in breach of the laws, legislations, codes of conducts and practices. After the death of my HUSBAND I was EXCLUDED, HARASSED, BULLIED, INTIMIDATED by the Metropolitan Police, the London Ambulance Service, HATE MOB in Alma Grove. I am also a VICTIM of the social media CYBERBULLYING CRIMINALS and Mimi Owusu calling my Home Phone and Mobile 24/7.
I am a victim of the Banks and Building Societies making my life a living hell as I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton on the eve of Mothering Sunday 2015. ABANDONED and REJECTED by FAMILIES and FRIENDS am losing my IDENTITY. This happened between 30 October 2017 to 20 January 2025 at 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey the results of MALICIOUS REPORTS about my MENTAL HEALTH. HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT was used by Barrister Ryan Clement who groomed Winsome Duncan to send the Police to SECTION me despite refusing to act about verbal threats. When I did not commit SUICIDE my husband and I became 600.000 older people in the UK say they get out of the house once a week or less. Based on the following ENGAGEMENTS with the Metropolitan Police and the NHS Ambulance Service the following must be considered as MERVELEE MYERS’ updated EVIDENCE Claim K05EC530 listed for the 7 March 2025 at 10:00, time estimate 1 day, reserved to DJ Beecham. I also want to put on record about the unprofessional conduct of the Solicitors Sola Obajuluwa and Barrister Miranda Grell representing me. I received the 2 letters via emails on the 24 January 2025 after complaints were raised, but the complaints have not been addressed. The date he told for the case is 10 March 2025 and I got the COURT ORDER on 26 December 2024 with INACURRACIES.
It is obvious that the Counsel for Mervelee Myers is misleading me about the case and doing everything to make me a VICTIM of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. This is the pattern of the Systemic Discrimination leading to HMCTS miscarriages of justice from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 when I had to resign with a NERVOUS BREAKDOWN after the death of my brother with Colon Cancer. Bereavement and losses playing important factors in the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION during July – August 2023. Because I was not informed about the Court Order until after the stages from DJ Greenidge to DJ Sterlini labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. I am a MENTAL HEALTH & SEND Advocate turned Activist because of my experiences of facing SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION each time there is a BEREAVEMENT or LOSS in my FAMILY. I told Solicitor Sola Obajuluwa if JI SOLICITORS set up an ADVOCACY, I would be able to help tenants like Ms H Presley who found me online because Hermoine Cameron was advocating on my behalf. I suggested that JI SOLICITORS take Ms Presleyโs case to highlight how Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors were targeting TENANTS who raised CONCERNS.

At the hearing on 18 September 2024, the Defendant admitted breaches of the injunction in the Court however the question of whether the Defendant still admits those breaches remains undetermined as the Defendant is no longer engaging with instructing solicitors. MM Arguments: The Defendant wants the COURT to Examine the FACTS of how I was COERCED by Sola Obajuluwa and Barrister Miranda Grell to admitting to the breaches by THREATENING not to REPRESENT Me. Since I have settled down after the death of my HUSBAND and looking at the FILES, I realised that I was right in arguing my case of the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. The COURT have a DUTY to examine the DECISIONS of DJ Greenidge, DJ Swan and DJ Sterlini and where possible check the COURT RECORDS dating back to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 where this started. The names of HMCTS, CPS, CJS, SRA, BSB, IOPC, JCIO, CCMCC, HMPPS, CLCC, DBS, MOPAC involved with the Systemic Discrimination must be INVESTIGATED. The INJUNCTION is COVER for HMCTS miscarriages of justice against me dating back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust where I had the first nervous breakdown. I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute โThe Experience of Multiple Discrimination recommended to ACAS. ย I have been a participant in RESEARCH about EMPLOYMENT, MENTAL HEALTH and DIABETES. 6 years after I was involved with the above, I am now the VOICELESS, VULNERABLE, VICTIM of Systemic Discrimination covering up 23 years of me being RESCUED from DOMESTIC VIOLENCE by Housing for Women in 2000 to now threatened with IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION in 2025. When I meet with Dr Phil Gregory, I had TRUSTED him enough to CONFIDE in him that I did not believe I was getting the Legal Representation not to be IMPRISONED and EVICTED. I was gobsmacked finding out the Solicitor and Dr Phil Gregory joined forces to ENTRAP me that I do not have CAPACITY. Considering I was advised not to attend Court on the 9 December 2024 and not getting any feedback from the Solicitor except the correspondence from the Court. My BOOK is being used by WESTMINSTER HUB to empower WOMEN to challenge the Judiciary of England & Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service in having OUR VOICES heard in the COURTS.
I am a MENTAL HEALTH & SEND Advocate turned Activist because of my experiences of facing SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION each time there is a BEREAVEMENT or LOSS in my FAMILY. I told Solicitor Sola Obajuluwa if JI SOLICITORS set up an ADVOCACY, I would be able to help tenants like Ms H Presley who found me online because Hermoine Cameron was advocating on my behalf. I suggested that JI SOLICITORS take Ms Presleyโs case to highlight how Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors were targeting TENANTS who raised CONCERNS.

MM Arguments: The Court MUST examine the reasons for the change of REPRESENTATION.
At the hearing on 18 September 2024, the Defendant admitted breaches of the injunction in the Court however the question of whether the Defendant still admits those breaches remains undetermined as the Defendant is no longer engaging with instructing solicitors. MM Arguments: The Defendant wants the COURT to Examine the FACTS of how I was COERCED by Sola Obajuluwa and Barrister Miranda Grell to admitting to the breaches by THREATENING not to REPRESENT Me. Since I have settled down after the death of my HUSBAND and looking at the FILES, I realised that I was right in arguing my case of the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. The COURT have a DUTY to examine the DECISIONS of DJ Greenidge, DJ Swan and DJ Sterlini and where possible check the COURT RECORDS dating back to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 where this started. The names of HMCTS, CPS, CJS, SRA, BSB, IOPC, JCIO, CCMCC, HMPPS, CLCC, DBS, MOPAC involved with the Systemic Discrimination must be INVESTIGATED. The INJUNCTION is COVER for HMCTS miscarriages of justice against me dating back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust where I had the first nervous breakdown. I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute โThe Experience of Multiple Discrimination recommended to ACAS. Before I carried out the โA Voice of a Childโ research project for LEYF CEO June OโSullivan in August 2010. The year the Equality Act Protected Characteristics was made LAW. The relevance of this INFORMATION will be clarified about why I am without a GP with the NHS denying me access to MEDICAL AID.
The Defendant insists on preparing and relying on her own defence the substance of which conflicts with advice given by those instructed and advice of Counsel. In correspondence copied the Claimantโs solicitors, the Defendant indicates that her Legal Team has acted unprofessionally in her matter and sought to entrap her.

The only reasons I know of is the fact that like DJ Beecham, I was working in an ENVIRONMENT at www.leyf.org.uk that was an ABUSE RING for Richard Harty MIC and June OโSullivan Drag Queen Storytellers. I stumbled on this fact when I registered at the University of East London and got a call on my mobile on the 27 September 2021 from Richard Harty. When Dr Phil Gregory called my mobile he had the same EFFECT on me, so I recorded the CONVERSATION. I have just spoken to Vanessa, and I must say I was unable to join the TEAMS. I need your help in publishing my story in the Westminster HUB Newsletter to get people to attend the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch on the 17th and 10th March 2025 for POSSESSION and COMMITTAL based on the unlawful injunction with CONTEMPT of COURT to silence and gag me. Whilst am the prisoner of my neighbour Debbie Gilchrist who is given permission to continue the GASLIGHTING with the HATE MOB in Alma Grove. I want it known that I was not aware of the Court Order presided over by DJ Greenidge on the 24th July and DJ Swan on the 26th July and DJ Sterlini on the 1st August 2023 when I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE. I am aware of DJ Sterlini because he was on correspondence I received when DJ Zimmell and DJ Rand strike out my claims with Winsome Duncan who stole my manuscript. I have not received my money from the judgement with Barrister Ryan Clement, who groomed Winsome Duncan to find vulnerable black people for them to scam.
In order for the public to understand, I have been abandoned by J I SOLLICITORS of 1-3 Atwell Road, London, SE15 4TW Sola Obajuluwa and Counsel barrister Miranda Grell who went to Court on the 9th December 2024 to make out I do not have CAPACITY. I represented myself at 2 Employment Tribunals and various Small Claims Court hearings. HMCTS miscarriages of justice are documented and the patterns of systemic discrimination are similar in the cases with the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Crown Prosecution Services and Criminal Justice System.
Why should Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP, and Debbie Gilchrist who was coerced by Samantha Gibbs, who was employed in April 2022 get away by HMCTS DJ Richard Hayes, DJ Pigram, DJ Bell, DJ Naidoo unprofessional conducts. In the case of DJ Hayes, Barrister Angela Delbourg a WHITE Female telling me I MUST be WHITER than WHITE before DJ Hayes. And after court told me that she was SCARED I would shout at the judge. In the case of DJ Pigram, he threatened to remove Debbie Thomas from the court and stated my HUSBAND was supporting me. Yet DJ Piagram did not see the 100 year old man who was CONFUSED and TRAUMATISED. In the case of DJ Bell I was in SHOCK finding out this is a FEMALE as her name appeared on 7 claims she sent to CLCC for Civil District Judge including Barrister Ryan Clement that JUDGEMENT was passed. Barrister Miranda Grell was in AWE of her but I just viewed her as another CORRUPT judge. She requests that I do Psychiatric Assessment which I attended on the 15th April 2024 after the death of my HUSBAND. As for DJ Naidoo I was not at his/her Court on the 20th December 2023, I had an appointment at the Decima Street Surgery for a Medical Review. I was already STRESSED turning up at court on the 19th to be informed that Stephen Agera from Charles Hills & CO sent email to be removed as my solicitor.
In April 2022 four people were MURDERED by Joshua Jacques in Bermondsey and Mervelee Myers fears for my life since Debbie Gilchrist coerced her RESPECTFUL PARTNER Joe Hooper to target me. I created HUBS on Social Media where I write about stories as “An Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave”. My intellectual Property, Copyright, Images and CPPDP harvested by social media. The http://www.myvision.org.uk website I created from scratch in 2012 stolen by Guy Lawful and Mark Upton. I can be found online advocating, so why should I be threatened by CONTEMPT of COURT when I was the minute taker of the Customer Scrutiny Panel. Thats how Ms H Presley found me online when Hermoine Cameron was advocating on my behalf.
Maybe DJ Beecham can explain when she became aware of the need for the EQUALITY ASSESSOR and why the GASLIGHTING claiming I don’t have CAPACITY is allowed. Yet a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER do not have a GP.

Living With Chronic Anxiety
1. I remember my life when I was a carefree little girl
Who moved from the location I was born to live at our own land?
The place was Ga-Ga Street that my brother ASHTER named Palmetto Close
The most abiding memory that stands out for me
Was running from where we live and falling at the entrance of the Street
Cutting my forehead open on the stone protruding from the ground
2. I am sure I got up went back home and have the scar as proof
I have concluded this was a chance to build my resilience
That was to see me survive one adversity after another
There were many challenges to follow
Which were part of the TRUAMAS I experienced
With each disaster I created I was helped to carry on
3. I learned to cook gathering stuff from the garden
But not knowing the laws of nature I suffered for my ignorance
And refuse to eat certain foods
There was the time dad had to cut the rings that were twisted off my finger
I have the scar to prove that too
4. With knowledge comes power, I must have been a clumsy child.
As far as I can recall I had a happy childhood as can be expected
Growing up with a loving family in a village that raised me.
5. Being an only girl, I was more than privilege to lavish
And accept the relationships with those in my family network
I enjoyed the things that were part of my transitional development

6. I am still trying to work out when my life was turned upside down
That is the time I changed from the fearless Tom Boy
To a panic-stricken little girl who was shy and covering up my nervousness
7. If a child lives with ridicule it learns to be shy
I can recall my first panic attack when an old man threatened me
For my cheekiness in taking up a dare
8. My Personal Challenges over the next 10+ years did not help
If a child lives with criticism it learns to condemn
I turned my anger unto my fatherโs God for allowing him to suffer
And stopped going to the Townhead Baptist Church where I did not feel I belong
9. If a child lives with shame it learns to be guilty
If a child lives with security, it learns faith
The discrimination of the past 7 years stripped me of my dignity
As the SYSTEMS colluded to make me a criminal in the eyes of the laws
How do I come to terms with what happened to me after experiencing bereavement and losses?

MM at Charity Meet Up started by Dawn Newton a former LEYF employee. But as you can see am the only BLACK person present and this was how I was used to build BRANDS and discarded after I was no longer useful to them. The list of those that discriminated against me will be published. Then the world must be told about HMCTS and CPS and CJS roles in the discrimination of Mervelee Myers after the death of my mother with dementia.
Start of my MAY month and Mervelee Myers is just telling it like it is. I don’t necessarily give a toss about another’s opinion as I intend to go on as I started. Probably if I wasn’t documenting some of my Innermost Thoughts, I would not have legs to stand on with those CRIMINALS & their Cohorts in Crime against Humanity.
God bless The Open University for my Empowerment & reinforcing my “Defensive Practice”. I was taught that a Good Practitioner Must avail ourselves of a Camera, Computer/Laptop and a Laminator. The only one I never got is the Laminator. Therefore, I am well equipped to continue with my Pleasures in Life- WRITING!
I have to make some changes in my life and make my HUSBAND my Priority. He was so relieved when I got in Friday night because he thought I was staying over. I told him no I will never go anywhere, where I can’t get home. Luckily, I got home because he had a torrid night. Everything is taking their toll on me, but like y MAMA did, I just have to carry on. That’s why I reflect on those who supported my MOTHER back in the days.
So today as I struggle to cope with the Challenges coming my way, I am grateful. I think back to my Carefree Days when MAMA was furious with some of my Antics & tell me off… So, I have a SMILE & think of Mum when I have to strip down & have my 2 Long Tit-Ties (Breast) hanging loose just so I can get rid of the discomfort of having the Heater on Full-Blast because Tom is Cold.
I know it will get worse before getting better! But I am here for the Long-Haul. It is reassuring to know that Tom’s biggest Concern is that I am ok. And he don’t want to become a Burden to me…? When a person has been Independent & Self-Reliant all their life, it’s difficult to be where Tom is in his Transitions. I kind of knows how he is feeling because I have experiences of my Transitions to make comparisons. He rebelled because he was told I write I am a CARER, but that’s exactly what I have been all my Life – a CARER like my MOTHER!

What is DIGEST?
DIGEST is a clinical trial run by Habitual to assess the effectiveness of their diabetes remission programme in achieving remission (also referred to as reversal) of diabetes in people with Type 2 diabetes.

On the back of the Prime Minister New Yearโs 2017 Message to the nation, let me take this opportunity to challenge those of us, who experienced discrimination to let our voices be heard. It is time we stop accepting that we must be part of the Silent Minority who suffer in Silence. If you are in any doubt and need the inspirations, motivations, initiatives, etc., to act, look no further than my Fight4justice campaign. My life story is out in Cyber Space because I choose to make my life an Open BOOK so others can benefit. I donโt want anyone else to live the life of torment I did from the time I was approaching Puberty to now. That was a very crucial Developmental Transitional Milestones especially for a Young Girl in a Family of Men/Boys, struggling with her Identity.
Despite the luck of the draw for the hands of Cards I was given, opting out was never an Option. I carried on regardless, even when my uneducated Brain didnโt understand what was happening to me. My family life disintegrated when I was to start another Developmental Transitional Journey to Secondary School, and I experienced Trauma. This Trauma came about when Papa was struck down with Parkinsonโs Disease. I changed from Papaโs Little Girl to a REBEL who would Curse, Fight, be Disobedient, etc., because I didnโt know what was happening to me. Worse of all I feared Rejection and see this was a sign of been abandoned by my father and Mother. But that was not the case as my mother had to be strong to take on the roles and responsibilities thrust on her without any prior warnings or time to try preparing. Sadly, I only found out these things via Counselling. Strangely enough I must get Counselling because of discrimination in workplaces, where I thought I would be safe if I give of my best to try and make a difference with my Intellectual Properties, gained via my own experiences of life, studies and my thirst for knowledge. During those Developmental Transitions, in my head I was becoming the opposite of the person Papa wanted me to be. On reflections, I was blaming Papa for not been there for me when I needed him most.
I started questioning whether I belonged to my parents and Mamaโs love for me. But I had the most questions for Papaโs GOD. How could my Papaโs God after the way he dedicated his entire life to living his life from the Bibleโs Teaching, allow him to suffer? I went from Puberty into Motherhood a very mixed-up Teenager. I was destined to face rejections after rejections and even the loves I thought I have been false promises. For some reasons or other, like what is happening why I am out of work, everyone chooses to discriminate against me for their own preconceived prejudice views and opinions about who they think that I am.
The long and short of my story, is that my sons are the products of my unions with two of the most Eligible Young Men from my era. I have no regrets although I did not follow the trend and norms of what was expect of me. So as Mama would say I ended up with โdi Patchwork Pickney (children) dem.โ If anyone reading my story is expecting to hear later that anything untoward happened in my life, they wonโt because I stood up for myself and was too angry for anyone to try anything with me, without my consent. I would probably have ended up beating the hell out of them and not be afraid to go public. If nothing else, my Parents brought me up with Old Fashioned Values and Beliefs, even if I broke some Rules.
I was tested again after the birth of my first son, as my troubled Developmental Transition caught up with me again. My child was Misdiagnosed with Multiple Disabilities as being Deaf and Dumb. I guess this must have been the trigger I needed telling me life was not just about me anymore. I had was to Protect my child from some very Insensitive Ignorant People who treated me like the way I was discriminated against in Society from the age of ten (-10) years old. Take it from me, I know what it feels like to be different from the images of what is considered of BEAUTY. When you are not the Picture-Perfect Image with a Straight Nose, etc., be prepared for the discrimination that follows. To then be struck with Childhood Trauma is another story altogether.
Despite Papaโs illnesses, he was in his elements helping his Only Daughter with the care of my son, caring is part of our DNA. If you know me there is no doubt you know my Papa, barring the Angry Person I became when he took sick. I can recall Papa despite the SHAKINGS, singing his hear out for my son and trying to give back some of what I had lost out on. After that I picked myself up on the advice of my former Class Teacher at Secondary School, Mr Felix Rose and went back to
Evening Classes at Mannings High School. But I was in for more disappointment, getting Pregnant again. I choose my child over the chance of a Future Career, but I never gave up my dreams.
The Rest Is History as I love to say, as now I can honestly say I made the most defining decisions about choosing to have my SONS even when they were not planned. I must make decisions that were to change my life because of my DNA. I choose not to have more children, even before I know anything about EUGENICS or was educated. Sometimes I look back with some number of regrets, I did not have that daughter, the sister that especially my younger Son wanted from Mum. But I didnโt want a child who might possibly have to live my experiences, right or wrong, I made that choice. My Fight4justice is to highlight my experiences and to stop my family going through my life from the time Papa was struck down with Parkinson Disease. Mama had to be the mother, Father, and Carer for the rest of her life, whether she wanted to or not. She never shirked her responsibilities and Duty of Care for anyone who needed her. My children did not escape and have their stories to tell, but I will allow them to do so when they are ready. I would like it to be known that social injustices and inequalities exist in all echelons of societies. Some will only take notice of the plights of others only if they are beneficiaries.
I am here to say SOD them. I come this far without their support, so I will finish yet another Transitional Journey on my own, no that I am EMPOWERED. I am however sending out messages to the Establishments, Systems, etc., that with my Defensive Practice, I am POWERFUL. Therefore, itโs time to stop paying lip services with the Tokenism of Rhetoric and Bureaucratic Red Tape and do something about the likes of me, who have to be using social media and Facebook in particular to get JUSTICE. After the 8th March 2017, I will be putting NAMES in the Public Domain. You have your chances to make amends before then?

MM Updates: I must be honest in saying I have decided that to heal myself of the traumas that affected my life chances I must be honest and clear the cobwebs from my mind. I must speak the truth cost it what it is, s/he who hides the wrong they do will continue doing the wrong thing still. I never get over the fact that I was abandoned, rejected, and beaten up by some members of my family. I spent 7+ years of my life expecting my family and friends to help me out of the situation of discrimination forced on me by LEYF and the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and the Crown Prosecution Service did collude with the abusers in the Early Years Sector over the years since my mother died.
The day this child walked into BIB Nursery he came to me. He reminded me of my first son who was misdiagnosed with multiple disabilities. His mother told me she had never seen him react that way towards a stranger before.

I worked for this company for 2 1/2 years. I was grateful for them taking me on as a first job. But not for all the stress and health problems that came with it. I feel sorry for all the lady’s at my nursery who I left behind. For a company who tells us to be brave, nurturing, inspiring and fun. How do you expect your staff to accomplish such things with all the over worked hours and piles of paperwork that you so happily force upon them? We are there to nurture the children of the future but instead worry so much on how tidy the rooms are and how outstanding the learning journeys are. There is no time left in the day to nurture let alone have fun.
Maybe now the company has stop concentrating so much at making more money by opening more and more nurseries you would take a step back and see the amount of stress and over worked your older nurseries have become. Maybe think about staffing them too, to lift the weight of over ratio’s and 25 key children per person would just be a start.
I watched a handful of good and honest members of staff leave the nursery I worked at and finally came to the breaking point of where I (at the age of 21) had to leave for my own health.

The staff turnover at marks gate has been awful causing so many other issues. Does nobody look at the effects of one person leaving before making the decision to move another 3? Now the deputy manager will also be leaving, and she is the only person that reassured us during all of these changes that remained consistent and was always someone we could talk to. The children are unsettled and as a parent I feel awful leaving my child in the care of strangers I get my husband to pick up and drop off most days as I get too upset with all the chaos in the nursery.

I said Goodbye to LEYF couple of weeks ago but I feel that I left my mission unaccomplished and I am still struggling to overcome the LEYF addiction I have, however I do feel that by moving on I have done one of the best things for my overall wellbeing. Leyf is an organisation which has high aspirations and to achieve these aspirations LEYF likes to push its staff as much as it can without sorting the issues or giving them enough support etc. Staff at Leyf get dead busy and no extra help or time is offered to them to manage the enhanced work load. As a deputy manager I had so much to do with out having any admin day or some time off the room. I was working as a deputy, a Senco, was in the ratio 5 days a week, had key children, doing extra hours, deputy’s extra work and 3 hours a day commuting and on top of all this putting up a bully chef. I was also put in the ratio when manager was absent which also put extended pressure on the staff when I had to leave room. No doubt Staff will find themselves unable to cope with added pressure. They are already under huge pressure as due to large number of agency staff and few apprentices they end up having 15 to 20 key children each. Eventually passionate staff who want to do a good job get stressed, frustrated and drained and finally bound to leave. Unpassionate staff also leave due to sparate reasons. In addition to fix the staff problems which I mentioned above another important thing LEYF must do is to upskill and empower their management team as they are directly responsible for staff well-being for example I had to put up a bully chef which affected my mental state to the extent that it nearly put me off coming to work every morning and myself (deputy manager) and the manager could not address this effectively and fairly I believe due to lack of confidence and skill or may be sometimes management’s habit or a will to ignore issues like this but who paid the price undoubtedly me. There are job competencies there for the staff which everyone needs to meet but they are just a piece of paper. This ‘Chef’ does not meet any of these competencies, intimidates the staff however still comfortably working at LEYF under the nose of even Area manager who is (I hope so) well aware of his dayto-day actions.

Dealing with Death of Loved Ones.
It is 5+ years since I returned from Jamaica after burying my mother. What I have been through these past years have taught me many things that have left me reticent about how I am able to go about doing the things I am passionate about. Thatโs why I have invested in Fight4justice to get some sense of purpose for my life. Because LEYF colluded with the Legal Entities to ruin my career and destroying my life. And thatโs another reason I will be naming all those involved in the hate crime in HMCTS and CPS and CJS which made me a target for terrorist in the MURDER COUNTRY after my mother passed away with dementia. And why I decided to become a DEMENTIA FRIEND to learn more and provide support.
In the space of seven 7 months, I have made two 2 trips to my beloved country Jamaica for two 2 momentous and poignant occasions in my life. I travelled to Jamaica on the 22.12.13, my son’s birthday to attend his wedding on New Yearโs Day 01.01.14. I was privileged to spend four 4 weeks establishing links with my elderly mum whose health was in steady decline. Mum who had dementia did not recognised her only daughter, but I was blessed in a variety of ways. Because my son was living at home with mum, he had become one of the familiar persons who represented consistency, familiarity, and continuity in her life. In a sense he had taken my place in mum’s heart whilst I was away from the roost. I am no stranger to controversy as I have been defending myself and others from, I was a child. So, when I had to call on support South London Press was there for me in 2004.

My stories online about my motherโs journey with dementia started when I listened to my family talking about the changes in her behaviours. Resulting from my studies with the Open University Health & Social Care Level 2 which I applied to my Early Intervention Strategies applying a Holistic Approach to managing my Hidden Disabilities, I diagnosed mumโs condition. I was the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Coordinator, SENCO, and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF. Coupled with studies at Lambeth College when I was advised to use my assignments for my first Book by some of the tutors, I have been capturing evidence to make my visions become realities from 1999 when I graduated with a Student of Year Certificate. Therefore, I was always sensitive to others, whilst sharing my stories which were publish online. I done Dementia training and is actively involved supporting the work of charities. The fact that I have been denied access to my Intellectual Property by some of these Social Media platforms is an indication of the discrimination against me after the death of my mother. I was targeted by LEYF after returning from holidays, my sonโs wedding, hearing mumโs story and saying my final goodbyes. I will continue creating the legacies in the words of Nelson Mandela โThe Purpose of Freedom is to Create for Othersโ and social media will not make me a voiceless vulnerable victim.

My husbandโs solicitor was informed Mr Tomlinson have a small illusion that one day he can become a Property Tycoon by the Bank Manager whose Ethnicity he named. However, since I do not want to get embroiled in anymore issues giving them ammunition to use against me, I must refrain from falling in their traps. I will end here saying WE have endured seven years of discrimination that stopped us celebrating our wedding. Coming up to his ninety-eight (98) my husband sometimes must be my career because of what the Judiciary of England and Wales & Criminal Justice System done to us.
MM Updates: Let me finish with Juneโs blog โ So take heed and watch how we throw around the terms โ2-year-olds from disadvantaged familiesโ; we are already sticking a label on children who are little more than babies. No amount of soaking in hot water will remove that label if it is stuck on at two. What if I tell the reader that LEYF say they have any data for me? More on this subject later.
Reflections 26 April 2022
It is coming 8 years since my mother died and I have not yet grieved for her. Instead, my 99-year-old husband and I are TRAUMATISED because of discrimination by HMCTS and CPS and CJS covering up LEYF Abuse RINGS operating out of the HOC Nursery and the UEL to keep me a voiceless, vulnerable victim of the SYSTEMS.

Good evening
I came into Brixton Library today and seen the Lambeth Readers & Writers Festival 2022. I am interested in Windrush Playback Stories because I done Theatre of the Oppressed training with Tony Cealy. This was at the Walworth Living Room for Cardboard Citizens. I have published on social media and my websites. I also write poetry.
However, I am interested in the Readers & Writers Zine Fair to showcase some of my publications. I wanted to do a tribute for a local resident who was a volunteer where I worked, and she has since passed on. I have a Book format that I did. But I just finished a 23-page booklet with some photos of her at the workplace and with her granddaughter. I started the project with her in 2014.
I have other projects am working on that I would like to showcase. One is Mr Walters who travelled on Empire Windrush. Because I was page one of ITV News for Windrush 70, I would like to work on that and develop Dr. Juanita Cox Windrush Oral History based on my husband who is 99 years old.

I am writing on behalf of Mervelee Myers of 16 Alma Grove, Bermondsey, London SE1 5PY who I meet at the Walworth Living Room a subsidiary of Pembroke House. I was working in partnership with Cardboard Citizens delivering the โTheatre of the Oppressedโ training. Mervelee was one the older female in the group. I identified that she is/was a gifted and talented natural performer who was able to create the most amazing scenarios at the spur of the moment.
However, Mervelee prefer to stay in the background which seem to be her comfort zone. I was sensitive towards Mervelee and her needs when she confided in me about her โChronic Anxietyโ which affected her without prior notice. Therefore, I used the prescribed techniques via the training to support her in maximising her potential as a performer. I encouraged her not to be overshadowed by her disabilities that affected her performance within the group.
Mervelee got back in touch with me about the Windrush Day Playback Storytelling at the Brixton Library. She attended and was a participant. She is involved with the 6 rehearsal sessions for the playback โTheatre PERFORMANCESโ. Training is in progress and Mervelee is one of the stars of the performances. She is favourite with everyone who finds her โWicked Sense of Humourโ help them to relax and be themselves.
I must say how much Mervelee has grown in confidence since the time I trained her at the Walworth Living Room in 2019. If you need more evidence of our engagement from 2019 and how she has taken on my advice and encouragement during training and making use of her natural talents. Please refer to my social media to see her in action.
Mervelee is an all-round performer who writes poetry, sings and is using her natural talents and experiences in helping others.
I introduced Mervelee to Jessie Lloyd who visited Brixton from Australia MAPPING BRIXTON THROUGH SONG. Mervelee has written a song Brixton Market that she recorded at the Raw Material Robsart Street. The ORIGINS Festival will kick off 2023 by releasing a brand-new interactive app designed to take users on a journey through Brixton to uncover the songs, stories and memories of recent history. The app is being created by award winning transformative public arts company Aswarm to be released in January 2023.
I can recommend her for any position she thinks she can undertake as a prolific writer, performer and โCultural Ambassadorโ. Her credentials can also be access and referenced online.
