2009 – 2019 From Becoming a Graduate to Pensioner
After the horrors of 2000 to 2008 when the worse things that could happen to any person occurred in my life. My well thought out plans and excitement of studies were cut short when once more tragedy struck in my family. Within the space of celebrating my brother’s 56 birthday, I was to lose him to colon cancer. It was during those final months that my brother and I talked about some of his dreams and aspirations that would not be fulfilled. I learned more about my family history from my mother. Without knowing about the causes of my Hidden Disabilities, I learned fact that would one day help me later to come to terms with and understand more about myself and my family dynamics. Considering I was diagnosed with Chronic Anxiety in 2006, my GP refused to give me a Medical Report. I was hung out to dry by the establishment and systems that colluded with www.nhs.uk/ Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. I had the first nervous breakdown there in November 2008. When the London South Employment Tribunal presided over the miscarriage of justice that ruined my career and triggered my traumas into Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Finding my way back into the Fold at Westminster Children Society (WCS) now London Early Years Foundation (LEYF). Although I graduated from the www.aoug.org.uk/awards in May 2009 with a Foundation Degree in Early Years this did not make much difference in my life. I was still struggling to get back into employment. It reached the stage where I felt like giving up hope. Then I got at break from people I supp0rted in the past. But this was to be short lived, as this person was treating me exactly how the manager Glendalyn Aboayge of KINGS treated us and why she leave. I don’t understand why some people change as soon as they get into power and are responsible for managing others.
Once more I was at a place in my life when I was not happy because of the actions of others who were prepared to use me to climb up the ladder and kick it away to stop me trying. I was helping a former colleague from KINGS who visited my home when I told her about the situation I was in from the manager who I helped from the time we worked at KINGS. She told me her Company was recruting and I should apply. Because of my Hidden Disabilities, I have to plan my life to the last details. I was in for another rude awakening at Fitzrovia Community Nursery when the Interim Manager started picking on me and got a parent to make allegations against me. This was so I didn’t finish the Probationay Period. Once more my traumas were triggered. I was rescued by another former colleague who vouched for my professionalism. There weres times I had to challenge the prejudices that lead to discrimination. But I was respected and valued for my knowledge and expertise by my colleagues and the parents and other professionals with who I work in partnerships. I was empowered to give of my best by the manager Julie Weise. I carried out work for the CEO June O’Sullivan, on behalf of the manager. I later work in partnership with Darvell School doing presentations until 2016. But Community Playthings UK did not think twice about forgetting their moral compass. And still refusing to give me the materials from the presentations on the 26th October 2016.
Throughout my time 1/9/2009 to March 2010, I had done training at Fitzrovia as I had taken on the role of SENCO an area of the EYFS that I am passionate about because of my own personal experiences. My life is an “Open Book” and I have been sharing stories to support others on Social Media platforms. I even sought help and joined the express@letters.co.uk Mental Health CRUSADE where I had an account. I shared my stories and sking for advice and support during the times I was affected by my disabilities. But you can take it from me, only celebrities get a voice. Without realising what was coming next for me, I noticed the changes and upheavals that started in 2013 with the sudden resignation of Head of Children’s Services Karen Walker. Thereafter there was the trickle of employees leaving the organisation. Becasue I know my future to securing a PENSION was wrapped up at LEYF I continue to give of my best. I said my final goodbyes to my mother on the 22/1/2014, knowing I would not be seeing her in this life again. I noticed the changes towards me and my experiences after spending time with mum only made it worse for me. Eventually I had to go back to the GP to get support from the NHS Professionals as is usual. June O’Sullivan https://juneosullivan.wordpress.com/author/juneosullivan/ has been using my intellectual property from I transferred to Luton Street Nursery for her own personal gain. Whilst at the same time sanctioning the discrimination that ruined my career and destroy 26+ years of my life in the UK. She is the Author of the Multigeneral Working Approach, which I built on at LS. LS became the centre of best inclusive practice that was the model used by LEYF to the world from I arrived in April 2010. In 2018 I spoke to Ms Roberts about working together for the common good. But she is of the opinion she is better than me so I wrote a review of the NWS 2018 at leave it there. I was assaulted by a young white girl at the NWS who when I resisted her attempt to grab my mobile, run off saying she was going to get the Security. This left me to come to the conclusion that once more I was targeted and this was another attempt to use my vulnerability against me. I did not know this young lady and was filming the Chef, Gloria with whom I worked at BIB. She was disciplined because she refused to lie about incidents at Rumi’s wedding on the 4/1/2015.
When the plot by LEYF did not work because I decided to be the better person and walk away, I was not prepared for what happened next. Winsome Duncan after calling the Police to section me on the 30/10/2017 is now getting others enmeshed in her depavity. Because of her the METROPOLITAN POLICE have to be doing investigations about my complaints MDmail-.complaints@met.police.uk Ref: PC/7/19. But it don’t stop there as she claimed that I am the owner of her business to www.gov.uk and scmreferrals@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk. Now she said that Ryan Clements advised her not to take actions against me because I am Mentally Unstable. I have been facing a barrage of direct and indirect discrimination as a result of what https://petition.parliament.uk/help#standards referred to as “It included confidential libelous, false or defamatory, infprmation, or a reference to a case which is active in the UK courts.
I will end by naming those from the Judiciary Of England And Wales responsible for the defamation of Mervelee Myers, not once but twice. In no particular order the DWP www.gov.uk/universalcredit that threatened me with Crriminal Record. I will hold www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk responsible for the EAT misconduct by Judge Shanks and Justice Ingrid Ann Simler. The Presidents_Office_Employment_E&W@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk is accountable for the Judges from London South Employment Tribunal for the hate crime in the Reserved Judgement. The LondonEAT@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk will not escape holding on to my documents to cover up the misconducts.
