Mervelee Myers’ Bio to Karen O’Neill 12th March 2019

Mervelee’s Bio: I am a qualified Early Years Practitioner (acc-gen@open.ac.uk PI: W3323643. Graduate www.open.ac.uk/ceremonies). Who developed the listening ethos about providing a balance curriculum for meeting the needs of children and young people resulting from my own personal experiences of being an informal carer. From the time my youngest sibling was born, I have been taking on responsibilities, helping mum around the house. My father who was a storyteller of my family history (www.ancestrydna.co.uk/privacy) brought his stories about his Christian principles to life. Buying me a copy of the Bible as my first book.

I developed my creative skills making homemade toys because my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease (http://www.justgiving.com/Mervelee-Myers) which left my family in poverty. The fact that my mum although not a scholar, she was very talented and I learn from her how to make do with the bare minimum (www.aoug.org.uk/awards). However, it was my Primary School Teacher, who taught me how to develop resilience by implementing the Early Intervention Strategies (www.jbsf.org.uk). Of relying on myself to finding solutions to any difficulties and challenges throughout my life.

There were other circumstancises resulting in the Hidden Disabilities that prevented me reaching my potentials. That’s when I have to resort to the self-actualisation (https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site) needed to keep me going in the background. Despite being unable to function well under pressure I found escape mechanism in reading and having a vivid imagination, and used this as my escape route into developing my creativity.

I am good at doing a bit of everything. I was the EYFS coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach facilitator at my last job (www.leyf.org.uk). That’s why I am on a mission to change perceptions about why not all disabilities can be seen with the naked eyes. Therefore, the (https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016) which made me a victim. By (www.peachespublications.co.uk) and her Employment Barrister (https://www.ryanclement.com/) must be updated and reviewed immediately.

I am taking (https://petition.parliament.uk/help#standards)to task for refusing to understand what action I’d like Government or Parliament to take about calling for the Inquiry into the Early Years Sector by rejecting my Petition of the 31/10/2017. Leaving me a victim to (www.gov.uk/universalcredit) to once again deny me my entitlement and threaten me with criminal record?

If all the Government Departments from the Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman (informationrights@ombudsman.org.uk) had acted on my concerns. I would not be still singlehanedly be dealing with the terrorism (https://www.facebook.com/public) that ruined my career and destroying 26+ years of my life in the UK. So the www.sra.org.uk can join with (www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk) to let Modern Slavery thriving in the UK continue to get away with discrimination of vulnerable employees. And (www.7br.co.uk) get away with Samantha Jones‘ appointment to Attorney General’s civil panel counsel: appoiontments, membership lists and off panel counsel. Government Legal Department and Attorney General’s Office https://www.gov.uk/guidance/attorne…

Well I am throwing down the gauntlet to Justice Mrs Ingrid Ann Simler and cohorts from the Judiciary Of England And Wales that my family struggles to overcoming the poverty that blighted our lives and caused me not to fulfil my potentials (www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/southwark) will not be in vain.
