All because they can’t afford the #Fees for #DISCRIMINATION & #UNFAIRDISMISSALS.
After battling with the Powers that be supported by only my OCD behaviours of getting things done ahead of the schedules of the #IncompetentJobsworths,
I am hit with another #BoomBooShell…

I had worked with Alev Sagnak before and she recommended me to join Westminster Children Society (WCS) in 2009 when I was experiencing some amount of instability in my life. Since that time WCS has changed to London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) and 5 years on am still working with LEYF. However I am more than glad to say I am happy to be back in South London – Southwark after spending 5+ years working in Westminster. The best thing about my changing journey is that LEYF is expanding business from Westminster where the organisation started over 100+ years ago, to literally all the deprived areas of London providing better outcomes for young children. And I am privileged to be working at the Bird In Bush Nursery that is situated literally on my doorstep in South East London. I started my journey in South London working in the early years’ sector after I had completed my studies at Lambeth College 1997-1999.
I am an older and wiser early years’ practitioner who has been embedded with the LEYF ethos from when I joined in September 2009. Now that I have achieved most of what I set out to accomplish as a practitioner enhancing knowledge and expertise via studies and trainings. I am intent on using two of my hobbies – photography and writing to spread the LEYF DNA and my shared vision into my South London and to the world at large. Therefore I am more than prepared to use the knowledge and expertise I fought hard to gain to help spread the philosophy of LEYF as a beacon of good service provider to the UK and wider world. In so doing I will start by giving credit where credit is due to some of the extra ordinarily special persons who have travelled on my journey of discoveries with LEYF.
I am therefore going public so everyone can know that I will always be eternally grateful to those persons for inspiring, nurturing and empowering me to be the reflective practitioner who developed the listening ethos whom I have become to date. Therefore I will have to start off saying a big thanks to Alev Sagnak who told me about the vacancy at WCS and the fact they were recruiting for practitioners with my level of qualifications in 2009. Believe me Alev and mark my words that if I should win the jackpot, I promise to take you out to my native Jamaica for some fun and frolics and to meet my family who are exactly like me. Next on my list are some super colleagues whom I met at Fitzrovia Community Nursery where I first started. They are Candy, Patricia Session, Ezi and Claire the deputy who started on the same day with me. Candy is in for special mention because she took me under her wings as a novice, taught me ICT, how to do the Learning Journeys and write up the Activity Planning Forms.
Only a few weeks after starting at Fitzrovia, I re-established contact with Joelle Lax, now manager at Holcroft Nursery. I had previously worked with Joel when she was only about 17 years old at Lambeth Walk Day Nursery after I graduated from Lambeth College. She recognised me all those years later as soon as she walked into the nursery and saw me. I later learned that Joelle was one of the youngest managers working for LEYF when she was appointed. It would be rather amiss of me if I did not mention working in partnership with other professionals and outside agencies from the Camden Local Education Authority. I was privileged to be given the opportunity to enhance knowledge via trainings and empowered to make my implicit knowledge explicit.
The early years’ teacher who identified my passion in fulfilling my role as a SENCO was forceful in ensuring I got the trainings to do the role to the best of my ability. And she did not just stop there, she taught me about Every Child A Talker (ECAT), Statutory Assessment, Individual Education Plans (IEP), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), etc in the short space of time – 6 months that I was at Fitzrovia. I am a believer in change and I was transferred to Luton Street where I was destined to spend 4+ years working with some exceptional, enthusiastic and passionate colleagues. These colleagues were the epitome of professionalism who have the children and their parent’s best interests at heart. Julie Weiss who was the manager is first in line for some special praises as she always showed her appreciations for the work I had done.
Since she had the ears of the CEO she was never stingy in telling her about the good practice that I contributed to, in providing quality standards of work especially my Learning Journeys and Homemade Books. The CEO in turn would be lavish with her praises for anyone whose work was of the highest standards, whenever she popped into any of the nurseries. However in spite of this, this is not to say Julie Weiss and I saw eye to eye, are were in agreement to everything. I guess in hindsight I might now have to blame the generation gap and we never think twice about challenging each other. But we never lost sight of our different roles and responsibilities in the team and gave each other the respect that were merited to do the job. We both knew we were responsible for being accountable for acting and working as professionals no matter our personal take on any matters.

I was harassed, bullied and inimidated into removing this article by one of my detractors who told me at the time I knew nothing. She made some other negative comments that I won’t even publicise at this time. Because for someone who knows absolutely nothing about me or the work I’d done during 5+ years of dedicated services was beyond my ken. Now I am defying the bullies and putting the article back and be damned if they wish, for taking a stance for equal rights and justice for the vulnerable. I am celebrating Black History Month and showing I am no COWARD!
I am proud of my heritage as I am discovering the DNA that is part of my Roots. I was told that there was some German Blood, Mullattoo and I am questioning if there was Chinese as well. My cousin Osbourne Nembhardt who is doing Our Family Tree reassured me there is 90% African, some Dutch and Scottish! They are welcome to do their next best because I am a Fighter with the Maroon Blood that Nanny of the Maroons and all the National Heroes used to fight to defend Jamaica the Land of my Birth.
I am 1 Proud JAMAICAN who is going to stand up and fight for my principles, values and beliefs. No one is going to stitch me up and send me back to no Funded Prison 4 Criminals – I am not a Criminal”. I might have a touch of “Mental Health Issues”, but they are responsible for pushing me over the edge!

Well nearly #37years on the #22ndDecember, I was blessed and had my Pre-Christmas rejoicing… Pretty soon it will be times of #Reflections for a life of #Experiences that have proved to shape me in the person I am becoming. I have been waiting on the directions from God all these years to go wherever I am led. It took the challenges, obstacles, constraints, limitations, etc placed in my ways to make me realise that I am an #Overcomer, and I was place on this earth for a purpose. Not only to do whatever pleases me, but to do the #WillofGOD.
The past #2years have not been the easiest of times. When I #Reflect on the last time I was involved in rejoicing as I #Narrated the BIB LEYF Nurseries Christmas Play in #December2014 I am filled with sadness… That’s why I am spending the next few days organising my Fight4justice campaign to reach those who need to know about the #Coverup in workplaces that are causing #MentalHealthConcerns!

Barrister Samantha Jones of 7 Bedford Row will have to explain why she took on LEYF Nurseries – #LEYF as client and handed over to John Fenton who is not a lawyer to muddle through the work and confuse the Employment Tribunal? Just wondering if Facebook for Windows realising that they are still terrorising me with their adverts? Facebook is responsible for giving LEYF Nurseries – #LEYF access to my account from the 18th September 2015. Up to last week Facebook tried locking me out of my account. Facebook Legal Team contacted me on behalf of Bates Wells Braithwaite. That’s bloody terrorism. Facebook I have not worked from my nervous breakdown that Voice: the union for education professionals is a party to. It’s not about the disabilities because I got support at the Maudsley Hospital. But about the 6 lines reference flagging safeguarding. And the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP threatening to issue me with criminal records. Maybe that’s why the #MonroRalston aka #RucklynMonro posse are up in arms? Because they going to send me back to Jamaica a criminal? We shall see what the Employment Tribunal Judges have to say about the second miscarriages of justice?

So I am being penalised for taking care of my health. In the process my Mental Health Conditions were triggered. I am merely a MAD CRIMINAL according to them. Because I have been doing early intervention strategies from my eyes were at my knees. But at no times did I think to break the law or do anything criminal. My #parents brought me up right. Day 2 of my Summary of the ET Case Judgement of Myers v LEYF:
The Issues: The list of issues was agreed between the parties at the outset of the Hearing and is set out in an Order from a Preliminary Hearing on 8th June 2016 save that the Respondent accepts that the Claimant was a disabled person at the material times with regard to the condition of Anxiety.
I will address this in my Lay Person’s understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and the Contract I signed on the 7th October 2009. I will have to let it be known that Mr John Fenton the Respondent Representative is not a Lawyer/Solicitor and have no Legal Training. He admitted that on the day the ET case was adjourned. There goes my proof that he was unable to prepare the Respondent paperwork for the ET Court. When I tried submitting that information to the ET Court they did not want to know as per usual.
Therefore to say the ET was presented with a bundle of documents from each of both the Claimant and Respondent and additional documents during the course of the hearing as agreed by the ET us not true. So who is dealing with the fact in this case?
Without prejudice, this is the second time the Employment Tribunal presided over a miscarriages of justice that I was involved in. The unions operate the same way towards vulnerable employees and this time round it is Voice: the union for education professionals. The solicitors act unprofessionally and this time round it is Bates Wells & Braithwraite London. I will go into more details about the corruption in the establishment and systems that allow LEYF Nurseries and other employers to think they can get away with operating Modern SLAVERY Practices because they have friends in high places. The friends that will cover for them and post a judgement online after 5 months.
This is the second time that I have been discriminated against after experiencing loss and bereavement. So let them go to hell as there is a GOD who knows my tears will not be in vain even if the BIGOTS get away with the discrimination.
Why did the Employment tribunal fail to take my letters complaining about the unprofessional conducts of Mr #JohnFenton into considerations? He perjury himself in Court on the 8th June 2016. He told the Judge he did not get any Medical Reports from me.…
Why did LEYF Nurseries refuse me access to my FILE before I transfer from Luton Street to BIB? Up to the time I was leaving New Cross, I did not get access. They are right not to accept my claims because they did not know to update and review the contract I signed on the 7th October 2009. The Judges have no knowledge about the Disabilities Legislations. Judge #Freer told me #GillSpringer did not have to know anything about the Disabilities Legislation to teach the Apprentice the basics about the Disability Discrimination Act. What more do I need to say except to advice them to go find Dr Maria Hudson 2012 Research Paper for the Policy Studies Institute. Recommendations were made to Acaswww.acas.org.uk/researchpapers. Why was nothing done?

I have been trying to start a Petition and was told I breach confidentiality along with some other rheteoric and bureacratic red tape… But who breached whose confidentiality and is this not Cyberbullying? LEYF Nurseries got the Employment Tribunal to penalise me over matters that have nothing to do with the ET Case. They got Facebook to clock me several times. But since the judgement has been posted online Bates Wells & Braithwraite London is back in the picture asking about the threats of the 24th September 2015, now where were they? They only done that because they got the go ahead to engage in these terrorist activities because they were given free reign by the ET. Then they got Facebook and Twitter Legal Team to contact me. I copied the Employment tribunal into Mr #JohnFenton correspondence when he failed to comply with the Judges Court Order of the 8th June 2016. The reasons Mr Fenton failed to comply are he is not a Lawyer and did not do any reseach into the Rules of Law to prepare LEYF Nurseries case. That’s why Barrister #SamanthaJones come to court to tell me the offer of £4,000.00 was still on the table and she was there to advise me. However as soon as she realise I was not on my own, she wanted to know if my step son have Legal Trainings. The next day the Judge allowed her to get away with pulling a SICKIE. Because she did not even look at the paperwork. She was fooled by the Respondent, because they were using my vulnerability of having disabilities against me. Refer to Dr Crawford, NHS x2, Dentist Medical Reports. What the ET failed to understand is I was pass fit to return to work after the Medical Suspension. I had written letters to #LynneKelly in January 2015 about #BenedicteSiewe and #JyotiBhardwaj. In March I emailed #DilysEpton about my Mental Health Conditions after #IsabellaGlen came to do investigation. Now why did #HildaMiller not send me on the Medical Suspension instead of sending me to HOC. You have to be Security cleared to work at HOC. At the same time the Respondent was perverting the course of justice #JuliaElizabethGould, #IngridCuruvijaTownsend and #JyotiSharma reviewed LEYF. The reviews were on the website from 12th March – 29th August 2016. Yet the Respondent have the nerves to use my Facebook postings to influence the ET. Now why did they not use the postings before they trigger my childhood traumas into PTSD? When I was on Medical Suspension, MQ: Transforming mental health used my article on their website to support others. Parkinson’s Foundation and Parkinson’s UK also use my articles. So is the ET telling me I lied about the stories I write and posted on LinkedIn, Google, etc…?
Now I go to bed, to get inspirations. The Employment Tribunal have some serious work to do after presiding over 2 miscarriages of justice. I know many people who are suffering and on the verge of serious Mental Health Issues because of the discrimination by unions like UNISON. That’s why when they jumping on bandwagon about overturning the Uk-Govenment law about employees paying to take employers to the ET, I am so blinking mad. Because of what they done to me when I was working at King’s College Hospital. I did tell them I would get back to them one day.
They are all the same when it comes to taking your money and doing nothing but join in to discrtiminate. Because Voice: the union for education professionals still taking fees and now trying to trick me to resign my Membership. I done it with UNISON, it aint happening until I get what I am due with my Fight4justice.

I am a romantic at heart. My MOTHER is an example of how you never forget the love of your life. But sadly it didn’t work out how she wanted 2nd time around. First I was sent for trainings by LEYF Nurseries. They spotted my #CPPDP and invited me to come back on #3Ocassions. Only to succumb to the unscrupulous viles of #LEYF to try and #Gagme. So I decided to play them at their own games like I am doing to all the #Croynies that allow #LEYF to pressure them to do the #DuttyWuck. Soon I will be putting their company names in the #PublicDomain as they have lost their #MoralCompass, those that did have any in the first place.
Here is my Fight4justice working to exonerate me after I told #MariaHudson from the Policy Studies Institute that this would happen one day without fail. So for all those who continue to take me for an #IDIOT, let them carry on. Time is longer than rope, so they can carry on being the #JOKER!
I got up with a purpose this morning as I am allowing the good Lord to guide my footsteps and help me to make the best decisions. LEYF Nurseries tried to turn me into the #Uncoorporative, #Unprofessional, #Rude, #Intimidating, #Confrontational, #Agressive, #LackingEMPATHY Early Years Practitioner who gave of my best until they decided to launch their campaign to destroy.
All I have left to do is #Edit and spend some money so Facebook can help me reach the #Audiences that will benefit the most. Duty calls however and this will have to wait for my return.
This is to honour anyone of my #Family, #Friends, #Acquaintances, et al whose lives have been affected by any kinds of #ChildhoodTransitions that may result in us needing Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Awareness. I was affected and it took me #46years later to get the counselling needed from the Maudsley Hospital. I am not ashamed to talk about and share stories about my Disabilities, hench the reasons I offered myself up for #Research. So anyone who wants to feel that I am exploting my knowledge, tough luck to them for breaking the laws like LEYF Nurseries done to me from July 2014 when I transferred to BIB.
These days everything I do, I wait for the directions from the Lord. There is no need for me to #CURSE like I once did when Satan in the forms of LEYF Nurseries & their #Collaborators, #Conspirators try get me to give up my Fight4justice campaign. I have been overwhelmed by the amount of support I’m getting via Facebook. I owe it to everyone to give an overview of what happened and why.
Those that wait upon the Lord shall renew their #Strengths. They shall walk and not be weary. They shall run and not faint. It took the #Discrimination I faced to point me in the direction the Lord want me to take to turn my life around. It took 55+ years.
Those ignorant EAL former colleagues will know why I told them to go do their RESEARCH. They will no longer consider sum1 telling them to do their Research as being Rude. Research is part of Ur CPPDP if they need the MENTOR to tell them. Where the hell are they now, except 4 dat 1 who can’t duh better. Suh she will pay Lip Service until she 2 can get out. I once only have to walk 20 minutes & I was at work. They got me to showcase my CPPDP to the OFSTED & got a GOOD with Outstanding Features which I predicted. After that they set about hounding me to the point of Despair. So they think I am just sitting back & take what they’ve done to me lightly. I won’t rest until I get JUSTICE. In 2017 when I contacted them after UNISON overturned the government ET law for employees to pay to take employers to the ET. They claim my case was closed.
7. I was diagnosed with Chronic Anxiety in 2006 to do my Health & Social Care exam in 2006 with the OU. Because I do not a have a Medical Diagnosis for www.parkinsons.org.uk yet Barrister Jones argued the EAT re Parkinson’s when l Cannot claim it as a disability.
8. I self-referred to Occupational Health in 2008 when I was not aware of the allegations after the death of my brother with Colon Cancer. Southwark SEND Section, the LEA and www.ofsted.gov.uk joined in the discrimination causing the first nervous breakdown in a toxic work environment.
9. I was left to represent myself at the ET I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s www.acas.org.uk/researchpaper “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS in 2010.
10. I had to start building my career from the bottom of the ladder due to blacklisting and networking from the https://www.careers.nhs.uk and I have the letters from parents at Kings to verify my story.
11. I graduated from the OU in 2009 and started working at Westminster Children Society now www.leyf.org.uk on the 1/9/2009.

15. CEO June O’Sullivan visited LSCN on 5/9/2011 and is on camera sitting at the table with my Homemade Books. She took one to develop into a Teaching & Learning Tool. I have been publishing from I joined https://www.facebook.com and created a Community HUB.

After coming back from A/L I was told at the LEYF A/C where Michael Gove was the keynote speaker about the post of Lead Early Years Practitioner, I was the only LEYF staff shortlisted but did not get the job. I had another meltdown and decided to work for my PENSION without going through any more hassles. I was sent to http://communityplaythings.co.uk for training and worked in partnership until 2016 when they failed to give me my intellectual property we had agreed on.

Until Liz Roberts joined LEYF to discriminate. But I have Dr. Chris Pascal www.crec.co.uk and Professor Tony Bertram – EECERA https://www.eecera.org endorsement to prove to the world how LEYF is given protection by HMCTS to abuse children.
19. 2010-2014 when I was the EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LSCN will prove to the world how the https://www.gov.uk has turned a blind eye to the discrimination at all levels of society for there to be a repeat of Mrs Gloria Cameron’s CASE DISMISSED in 2021.

Jessie’s grandfather Albie Geia was a leader in the 1957 Palm Island Strike, which, like the events in Brixton in 1981, were labelled ‘riots’, leading to Albie’s imprisonment.
ORIGINS commissioned Brixton-based sound artist, Thor McIntyre-Burnie, and his public arts company Aswarm, to respond to Jessie’s residency; creating a site-specific, immersive experience that weaves the songs through the streets of Brixton and uncovers their extraordinary stories. The result is this immersive, interactive audio-walk, accessed through AswarmXR’s mobile app.

Linking with someone from the past on Facebook for Windows had the ability to stir up #memories of past events about family, communities and life in general from my childhood. So since I am intent on logging my HISTORY let me get ahead with the tasks of documenting so I don’t miss out on relevant and important information that may eventually form the #legal documentations for launching other aspects of my professional life – becoming a #writer. It is only by documenting the data that I will eventually be able to make sense of it in the future when my #faculties are no longer as good at recalling information as they are now.
Now realised why it is a stated fact that people who live in communities are somehow #related and if we are not informed about who our families are then we may end up getting involved with them without knowing. My experience of having #cousin Lambert coming home to asks for his #auntie Elsie has taught me a great deal about family #relationships and the impact on our lives even if we had never considered the implications before. When I was still a teenager with one (1) child I went to Hanover to spend time with my auntie Claris Chambers-Dixon (now I am not sure if her name is/was Parkins) at Cave Valley. Whilst there I met up with Mass Elisha Munroe’s #mother, Monro Ralston grandma. Who was neighbour to my auntie and now that memory is rife I am wondering if we could be #related since everyone was called by an appendix to do with the NORMS of the time.
So now I believe its time to set the #record straight to know who my #natural family is and who was just called by the name as a form of #endearment and respect. These days I have to be thinking who my genuine and real family are? As there was such a #camaraderie and community spiritedness amongst the populace. The Munroe’s and our family were linked in more ways than one when my #nephew Denny changed his name when he became an adult because there was no way of denying who his family is. So there is a #Munroe and a #Nembhard springing from the #Lawrence who are first (1st) cousins. Later there is a Nembhard springing from the Munroe who is my #grandniece. So seriously I will have to go research my history to find links in Hanover and Westmoreland.
Son-Son used to try and pull the wool over my mama’s eye for #Pinky Henry when he took a fancy to me. But mama was adamant it wouldn’t happen as we were related. My family was totally against us getting involved with relatives regardless of how distant was the connections. My parent’s #attitudes were we should not get involved with our family. I always knew there was a STIGMA attached – children with health risks can be damaged if cousins get together it was believed.
Shocking NEWS: Since year there has been some sad news coming from Westmoreland that have affected families and mine in particular. When my grandniece was sent to copse for a month for beating up her mother Andrea Nembhard . Worse was to happen in the community when school children were #inflicting wounds on each other because their relationships didn’t work – Ms Bebe grandchild. But more shocking news was to be heard last week 6th June 2012 when it was reported that a young man gassed his mum and uncle and set them alight resulting in them been hospitalised. Updates 7/12/2018: Here’s why we need to take what we hear with a pinch of salt.
What kind of world are we living in? This only brings back sad news of this unfortunate family as Years before the father – Parson of the young woman was burnt to cinders leaving only a stump one Christmas period and to date, I don’t think anyone knew what happened. Then years later the Mother was involved in an accident where some passengers and the driver died. When the young lady and her brother were traveling to Town to visit the mother in the hospital they ended up in another accident with horrific injuries to both son and daughter. Everyone thought that NURSE would never walk again. Now for this to happen to her again at the hands of her own child is beyond belief.
Updates : When I wrote this, I did not set out to offend or be insensitive to any of the families involved. The information did not match up to the facts. I am just trying to prove my arguments about the divisive environment that Facebook has become.
TRAGEDIES:
These horrific news brings back some of the unexplained #tragedies that happened in Westmoreland over the years. Mass Sim – killed at his shop window. Mr Barnaby – burnt his wife out and then went and #drown at Middle Wire Pond – Pass my dad cutting the street and greeted him Bush and just went took his clothes off, left his #gun and walk past Philip Anglin bathing at the pond and sank never to be seen again. Phillip ended up suffering from #shock.
The lady who was killed round Greenfield – they #plucked her eyes. I can still hear the screams of Ms Samuels echoing across the land as she was murdered in her home at Burnt Savannah when I was a child.
There was the case of Clane was stuck down off a bike in GaGa Street and died. I can still recall some of the scenes to this day. I guess as per usual, it might have been Mass Roland who take him to the hospital. I am not sure if he was still alive when he was taken away? When I was home for Ms Connie’s funeral, I was having a chat with Tony. He told me that going to prison changed his life. He said God visited him in prison and showed him why he had to change. Then he said since he came out he was invited to continue living a double life. I am always willing to make sacrifices helping people like Tony who is man enough to own up to the fact they made mistakes in their lives.

This is an ongoing matter that started from I moved to 16 Alma Grove in December 2000 the result of “Domestic Violence”. I must do “Colonization in Reverse” in the “Decriminalization of Mervelee Myers” to give my 100 year old husband back some of his “Dignity” before he dies. On the eve of Mothering Sunday 2015 I wrote to LEYF that I was slowly tortured to death. On Christmas Eve 2021 I had to barricade myself in my house because of my neighbour. The Police did not do much to defuse the matter. My neighbour was coerced by the Housing Association to target me. This is the reason I am here reporting the criminal conduct of her partner towards me on the 3/12/2023. The fact the Police Officers who visited after I had to barricade myself inside on 3/12/2023 visited my neighbour and did or say something to cause her partner to come to my door to verbally and threatened me with physical violence leaving me fearful for my life. I explained Ms Gilchrist need help because her behaviour has changed from being an alcoholic who was very kind and supported me from I moved here to one who can be triggered to try assault me for greeting her are causes for concerns. As well as been wracked with concerns, I was feeling a bit Guilty because of events over the past weeks. My PROBLEMS created by sum Low-Life-Evil-Yobs-of-Frustrations resulted in me being Physically, Mentally & Psychologically SICK! Lack of Sleep is creating havoc on my Emotional Health & Overall Wellbeing.
I have sum Wicked-Brats-of-a- Wutless Money Grabbers who are trying to take away my VOICE to thank for sum of these states of affairs. But even thou I am reduced to living from hand to mouth, I am paying my dues… Because sumady, supn or HOS will have to give an account & stand up at the Judgement seat to answer Questions why these things are allowed to continue!
