In response to Housing for Women email about whether MERVELEE MYERS did not send any complaint about the Neighbour and if I want to make a formal complaint. Please tell H4W to restore the Portal that was wipe of my Data from 2000.
Let me remind H4W that I didn’t live at Alma Grove since Deborah Agnes Gilchrist broke the glass to the Communal Door on the 13/12/2021 when the Emergency Service heard the banging and send the Police. So for the Police to come to my home on the 13/12/2023 and refused to act when her partner was trying to kick my door in will add to the NEGLIGENCE of the Police considering they came out the day before.
For clarification let H4W be reminded that we went through the Housing Ombudsman Services and was waiting for the response. I was offered that H4W would start an ASB against the Neighbour and I would be sent a link. Instead H4W stop me contacting them via email after locking me out of the Customer Portal.
The Injunction is UNLAWFUL considering the circumstances of why I was unable to attend Court at 24 hours notice to defend myself. For District Judge Sterlini to be involved in labelling me VIOLENT NUISANCE must be investigated. Because from the time I write to my former employer that I am DEPRESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE and the role of the Judiciary of England and Wales and Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Services in this matter coming up 10 years after the death of my mother and my husband TRAUMATISED will be exposed.
Who is MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON and Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson and our contributions to British Values. We are currently without IDENTITY because of the Systemic Discrimination. Mervelee Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson came to Great Britain from Jamaica to settle the second time after visiting to find out if I could manage to live in this country. I was inspired to make use of the opportunity to settle in the UK because of my English Teacher, at Frome Secondary School, Ms. Anderson.
I did not reach my individual potential because my “Childhood Traumas” developed from my father was stricken by Parkinson’s disease. But I did not let my deficits and limitations restrict me from making the most of my chances to gain the best education available.
I was educated at Basic School attached to the Baptist Church. The Townhead Primary School was across from where my mother was born. This was where I was taught to develop the resilience to cope with the life I was blessed with. The Frome Secondary School was located where my father worked when he walked from St Elizabeth to Westmoreland to find work and settle. After getting pregnant my Form Teacher Mr. Felix Rose advised me to go back to studying and I attended “Evening Classes” at Mannings High School.
I was a Basic School Teacher that built on my early beginning of being a carer from the date my youngest sibling was born and my father hand him to me to hold so mum could rest. The foundation for my passion for working with younger children was formed when I was at home, not working and my cousin Candy Gooden told the Head Teacher of the Townhead Primary School to send and call me to offer me the job.
I worked as a “Contract Cleaner” all over London and was searching for the consistency, familiarity, and continuity of having a steady job to go to. I was working at the BBC in White City when I discovered the “Workplace Nursery” and enrolled at Lambeth College. I had done a “Care Assistant” course in 1996 and realised I would not be able to take on the job of caring full time because of my “Personal Experiences” of being an informal carer from the age of 7 years old when my brother was born.
My Book has been in the making since 2017 after I experienced the second nervous breakdown losing my mother to dementia that I diagnosed. Studies at Lambeth College and the Open University empowered me to become the advocate challenging the discrimination resulting in the two miscarriages of justice that changed my prospects after the death of my mother. My stories are documented online.
Joined Facebook in the Summer of 2009 and have a following with 18 Pages. Despite Facebook’s attempts to block me out, I have a presence. My https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site was started on Facebook before taking it to Google My Business.
I sent a report to www.theguardian.com after attending an Event “Is Modern Slavery Thriving in the UK.

Our goal is for every person with MS who is eligible for Sativex to be able to access it ‑ and although we’re off to a strong start, we have a long way to go to make this a reality. More than 130,000 people in the UK live with MS, and thousands of them experience daily muscle spasms. These can be painful, debilitating and may make it impossible to manage everyday activities such as working, walking, and eating. MM Updates 2021: I was prescribed Valium to help me cope with the Childhood Traumas resulting in tremors. I had a Chronic Anxiety diagnosis in July 2006 because I do not have a Medical Diagnosis for Parkinson’s disease to be proof of my disabilities for my Health & Social Care exam for the www.open.ac.uk. In 2017 UNISON overturned the Government ET Law for employees to pay fees to take their employers to the ET. The response from UNISON was my case was closed. 2.5. We expect external partners and contractors to have appropriate safeguarding

3. Legal framework – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers represented myself at 2 Employment Tribunals where I gained the knowledge to challenge H4W Systemic Discrimination and allowing contractors and Devonshires Solicitors to TERRORISE me.
3.1. As a registered provider of social housing, we are required under the terms of the
Care Act to co-operate with local authorities in matters regarding safeguarding. MM Updates: Southwark Council will be charged with H4W discrimination based on the 300+ pages of SAR. Along with Southwark Adult Social Care and other organisations involved in the hate crimes against me and my husband.
Legislation and best practice include:
The Care Act, 2014 (Designed to place the safeguarding of adults at risk on a
statutory footing for the first time, with local authorities given clearly defined
Children Act, 2004 and Every Child Matters, 2003 (Issued following the
Victoria Climbié case to ensure that local government functions regarding
children’s welfare are unified under Directors of Children’s Services and that
there is co-operation between multiple official entities to improve the overall
well-being of children). MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will take H4W to the cleaners based on my experiences relating to the above mentioned ACTS. In 20003 I was a Preschool Leader who changed job to work in the NHS at Mapother House Day Nursery. After the death of my brother aged 56 with colon cancer, in 2008 my life was turned upside down. I will make H4W an example to the world along with those involved me causing me to have the first nervous breakdown. I have references from parents at KINGS to back my story. Sexual Offences act- 2003 – MM Updates: Samantha Gibbs bring a man to my door to introduce as my “Housing Officer” on 12/1/2023. Gaining entry with the keys I was asked for by H4W Mark Murphy to use to do maintenance work. The man tried to ASSAULT me when Samantha Gibbs started verbally abusing me. I never had a MALE Housing Officer before and none of my H/O was introduced to me on my doorstep before. The Police who came terrorised me as is/was the norm. All Contactors have keys to enter and come to my door. Of biggest concerns is the person who started leaving letters on the MATS about the mats that have been at the door since 2001. Someone sneaked in and removed them in October 2023. After I was tried behind my back and Devonshires Solicitors said ALL should gain entrance. The MATS were to prevent substances walked on shoes into the house.
5.3. A child is a person under 18. All children are considered to be in need of protection.
This policy does include our obligation to safeguard those children who are few

I am hoping to incorporate my experiences of being TRAUMATISED from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s and the impact of disabilities on my life and that of my family. I was a teenage mother with a son who did not talk early. My father reassured me his condition was family related. He was misdiagnosed as deaf and dumb. I had to deal with the labelling and stigmas.
My work as a graduate of Lambeth College and the Open University as well as being a Basic School Teacher in Jamaica empowered me to use my knowledge and experiences in helping children and their families.
My grandson is 2+ years old and not talking, same as his father. I am trying to set up online to help him and others. I will be grateful if you can include me on the Parent Panel. I come with a wealth of personal experiences and additional knowledge as an EYFS coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator.
I believe if I reach out to you personally, you will understand better than if I just applied.

It was organised to recognise their contributions and provide an opportunity to meet and connect with other panel members and staff in person. We were delighted to welcome 21 members in person and 13 attending the event online. The agenda included both interactive elements as well as opportunities for the panel members to hear directly from heads and directors working in different areas of Cancer Research UK. Most in-person attendees were able to join us for an evening meal which gave a further opportunity to informally socialise. Feedback from panel members included saying that the day had made them more motivated. They valued the experience of meeting people also affected by cancer, it felt supportive because everyone talked openly about their experiences.
Were delighted to receive the overwhelming level of positive feedback so will be making social meet-ups an annual event. I am not leaving home today, unless there is an emergency. Although I miss not having a job, nothing beats the freedom I’m feeling after the discrimination I experienced in 2 workplaces that affect my Mental Health Conditions.

I hope the H4W team who have made mine and my husband’s life the living hell it has become the past 23 years are well. Because by the time I am finished the world will know about those involved in the horrendous hate crimes impacting on our health and well-being.
How very insensitive of H4W sending me an email that it has been brought to their attention via email sent to their legal team, Devonshires, on 3rd December 2023 of a video, where I complained of excessive noise from my neighbour.
Considering all that has been happening from the time I contacted Narin Masera about the letter she sent to me when my intentions were to mediate about the matter. I am finding it strange that H4W can be behaving this way. Let me put on record that H4W is responsible for Ms Gilchrist’s unreasonable behaviour and the deterioration in her MENTAL HEALTH. Each time there is an incident, I tried getting help for my neighbour who is VULNERABLE. Instead H4W continue the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION against me. Who is the VIOLENT NUISANCE?
I spent the past 10 years defending myself from my former employers https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years… only to be targeted for my VULNERABILITIES because of the corruption by the HMCTS in covering up the miscarriages of justice.
I will not be wasting too much of my time with H4W and Devonshires Solicitors because my husband’s health is in slow decline and as I wrote to LEYF Dilys Epton on the eve of Mothering Sunday 2015 am DEPRESSED and DYING slowly of TORTURE. On Christmas eve 2022 I had to barricade myself in my home because of my neighbour.
The role of the Metropolitan Police, Southwark Council and Adult Social Care, The Maudsley NHS, my GP Surgery, Southwark Library, Barclays, Nationwide, Santander, CJS, CPS, IOPC, JCIO, MOPAC, HMPPS, CLCC, CCMCC, will be made clear.
I find this email very disrespectful after H4W wiped my JOURNAL of all DATA from 2000. Blocked me from sending emails. Coerced my neighbour to wage a campaign of HATE against me with the neighbours in Alma Grove. Colluded with Deborah Agnes Gilchrist to target me and trying an UNLAWFUL case behind my back when I was having another CRISIS. The injunction came with threats of IMPRISONMENT. But the straw that breaks the Camel’s back is using Mimi Owusu as witness after she scammed me of £10,000.00. The BUNDLE Narin Masera sent to me and then asking the Solicitor to destroy will seal the faith of Housing for Women and all those who allowed me to almost become the victim of Ms Gilchrist like 4 members of the same family who died in Bermondsey by someone they know with MENTAL HEALTH issues.
For clarity here is the CAD 4186/12Dec23 for the visit of the Police yesterday. I have a FILE on H4W TERRORISM that will open the cans of worms about how MERVELEE IONIE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON take a stance against HATE CRIMES.
As always am still prepare to have an amicable resolution to this matter. However, in order for this to happen H4W must join with me in getting those involved to CHANGING the STORY by JOINING the CONVERSATION. I am privileged to be there from the start to the finish and opening of another venture in the local communities of London Borough of Southwark that I call home from December 2000.
So really LEYF Nurseries think I was going to succumb to the discrimination after they deny me access to my FILE and use my VULNERABILITY against me? No way, because my MOTHER did not make the sacrifices she did for her family in vain. Coming to the UK help me to make Mama Lou dreams becoming visions of realities. But in the process I became an even worse victim than my parents. My Fight4justice is addressing the imbalances.

Happy Tuesday! Done my #Duty by the #Hubby. Do understand dat nutn dat I’ll do again will ever be good enough, but just another stages of the #Transitions throughout life. I am luckier than most because #OleMassah can still help himself and craves his #Autonomy. I am blessed in Jesus name to get on with my life. What more could I ask for? Another Sunday in these days of reckoning. 1 of the MIM in Mervelee Ionie Myers year. Going to start celebrating the MIT again in my life. I am finding it strange that H4W can be behaving this way. Let me put on record that H4W is responsible for Ms Gilchrist’s unreasonable behaviour and the deterioration in her MENTAL HEALTH. Each time there is an incident, I tried getting help for my neighbour who is VULNERABLE. Instead H4W continue the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION against me. Who is the VIOLENT NUISANCE?

A Westmoreland man died as result of injuries he sustained when the motor car he was driving overturned along the Bogue main road in St James on Friday evening.
The deceased has been identified as 33-year-old Damion Banhan of Burn Savannah, Westmoreland.
Reports are that about 3:00 pm, Banhan was driving his grey Toyota motor car when, upon reaching a section of the Bogue main road, he lost control of the vehicle after hitting an embankment. The car overturned in a pool of water settled in a ditch.
Police officers and onlookers at the scene of the accident
The driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, sustained head injuries and died before help could reach him.
The Montego Bay police are investigating.

I did 1 year National Youth Service as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School setting. I studied at Lambeth College and The Open University gaining qualifications up to Foundation Degree in Early Years standards.
I have transferable skills from early in my life helping to take care of my younger siblings, nieces and nephews. I spent years learning at the hands of my mother about caring for the elderly, sick and infirmed as both dad and grandma were bedridden for a period of time. As a teenage mother I learned to care for the vulnerable from the cradle to the grave before I was 20 years old.
I have a wealth of experiences working in the early years sectors straight out of Lambeth College since 1999. I worked as Room Leader for toddlers. I was a Preschool Leader, Group Supervisor and Key Person. I took on roles and responsibilities of Mentor for colleagues doing Foundation Degrees and students on placements. I help posts as SENCO and EYFS Coordinator, represented my employers on Trainings, at Conferences and written articles for Websites and Publications.
I am proactive and uses my innovative initiative to develop my Continuing Personal Professional Developmental Plan. I broadened my horizons doing research, trained as a Volunteer because I am an advocate of inclusion. I have a dream to continue my trainings to qualify as a Special Educational Needs Teacher so I can make my vision become a reality.
Tribute to Craig Damion Banhan – A Son of Townhead: From Cradle to Grave 17th June 2017 by Mervelee Myers.
A Westmoreland man died as result of injuries he sustained when the motor car he was driving overturned along the Bogue main road in St James on Friday evening.
The deceased has been identified as 33-year-old Damion Banhan of Burnt Savannah, Westmoreland.
Reports are that about 3:00 pm, Banhan was driving his grey Toyota motor car when, upon reaching a section of the Bogue main road, he lost control of the vehicle after hitting an embankment. The car overturned in a pool of water settled in a ditch.

The driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, sustained head injuries and died before help could reach him.
The Montego Bay police are investigating.

I am writing this tribute to the deceased for many reasons, but most poignantly from the personal perspective of a Mother, a Teacher, a Carer and a Person who knows about the transitional journey of CRAIG BABHAN who I help to nurture and with whom he develop secondary attachments in his childhood. In order for anyone to get the fuller picture of my association with the family, I will have to go back a few centuries to my childhood. Therefore despite my memory is not as sharp as a few years ago, when I started writing and documenting…? I am hoping I can write this tribute to depict the close knit community from which I was born and lived for almost as much years as GRAIG was given on this earth.
I left Jamaica for the UK on the 6th June 1992, for those of you who are better than me at mathematics, please do the calculations. My Hidden Disabilities are inclusive of dyscalculia, as my age is liable to change, depending on my situation. I sometimes have this need to take on the persona of others. I worked as a Basic School Teacher before coming to the UK where I set up home since 1992. Craig was one of many of my students, but like a few of my pupils I have a close relationship with him and love and treated him like one of my own. I order for you to understand, therefore I need to go back to my reflections of growing up in the local communities of Townhead and the surroundings.
The Cocker
Therefore let me start with the COCKER as this is where I can recall that CRAIG family history lie. I was only young but the family of Cockers live together in this big house, entering the raising to Townhead. The head of the household was the only male and he was surrounded by his sisters. They were described as Mullatoes. They were not white and neither were they black. One of the sisters was the Registrar for the area, and I honestly don’t recall what the others do for a living. But I recall my granny saying, Mr. Cocker was a well-known jeweler, but never taught this skills to anyone else. He eventually died with this talent instead of passing it on to anyone else either. I recalled Mr. Cocker as the Bursar at Frome Secondary School, where I attended from 1972-1976.
One of his sisters, Ms. Hilda was the Registrar for the locality and her name is on my Birth Certificate. The others were named Ms. (Sibby – Sybil), Ms. (Al – Alice), and Joy Cocker aka Joy Banhan’s grandmother worked at the Cocker household. Joy and her grandmother come to live at Townhead when Mr Cocker moved to the area and was the Bursar at my school. I never know any other name except Joy Cocker for CRAIG Mother, Joy and to this day that name remains. I recalled my grandmother used to be helping out at the Cocker and we carried water for the family from the stand pipe at Pringle Corner. I am not sure if my granny got paid for her services, but must have gotten some forms of payments for her services to help her get along in life?
The Cocker’s home was one of the modern homes built and they moved from another area, might be Somerton, or at least Mr. Cocker, to live at Townhead. Mr. Cocker drove one of the biggest car and must have been one of only, a minority of persons to own their own transport. Honestly I can’t recall the make of the car either, because I do not have a good memory for that kind of information. If I had known these things would turn out to be important, I probably would have documented and stored for future reference. Joy, CRAIG Grandmother moving to live and work for Mr. Cocker meant that Joy became a part of the Townhead community. I recall Ms Joy, she was a Basic School Teacher.
Townhead Baptist Church
The Townhead Baptist Church is a monument for the community and has been in existence from time memorial. My Mother was christened, married and baptized there and the family have a long history dating back with the church. My siblings and I were christened there and so is one of my sons. Even I don’t think I could cover the history of the Townhead Baptist Church. However I would like to touch on how I understand the Townhead Basic School, which is the foundation for my developing my passion for working with young children started. I was reliably informed after I attended a funeral and meet Ms. IVY Haseley nee McKitty, that she started the School at her Moth Ms. Molvina Trout’s home. It was subsequently given a permanent home at the church.
Ms. Molvina – Molly Trout was one of the witness at my parents wedding and my Mother claimed they are family. I no longer question the authenticity of those who my Mother claim are her family. Most of Westmoreland people are related, and the only way my family is not doubly related to others, is because my Papa is from St Elizabeth. There have been many Teachers coming out of the system, who I understand cut their teeth, as gaining experiences at the Basic School located at the church. Ms. Candy Gooden and possible Ms. Jenny Turner were colleagues of Joy Cocker when they worked at the Basic School located at the Townhead Baptist Church where the school was located.
I remember the church was more than just doing the work of saving souls for God, but was a Social Enterprise, delivering all kinds of services to the local communities. I take my younger breda Ervin to the clinic and I attended the school. I also attended the Sunday School until I become a rebel, when I was getting teased for being different. That’s why I know without a shadow of a doubt that I have disabilities, which I am researching to find out how they impacted on my life. But let’s get back to more about CRAIG. Joy form a relationship with Linval Banhan from Georges Plain. I recall there was a Teacher named Banhan from Georges Plain, teaching at Townhead Primary School. My reasons for this is the stories she told. The one in particular was the story about the wife who calls out to his wife for the poon. When the wife asks him to put on the “S”, he replied, mi wife, wey di Poon-S deh?
Joy and Linval courtship ended in marriage and CRAIG was the youngest of 3 children from this union. Working as a Basic School Teacher at the school located at the Townhead School premises, where my breda ASHTER, in his tenor as Councillor for the Friendship Division got it relocated. CRAIG started attending the school and as a favour to his Mother, I used to keep him at my home until she comes from her job to pick him up. His older breda Bryan who attended Mannings High School at the time would come and wait with him most times until Joy arrived. He was such a tiny little boy, but he was well brought up with impeccable manners. I am more than proud saying I helped in the nurturing of CRAIG as his teacher and during the time he spent at my home.
He was kind and loving to his elder breda Bryan, sharing whatever he was given with him. However the one thing that I recalled which stand out to this day for me, was how worried he would become when the dusk start coming and his Mother didn’t arrive to pick him up. Without doubt you would hear him saying in a pitiful voice “Night a Come Dung and MAMA don’t Come Fi Me Yet”? As I am writing this, I am filled with so much sadness. Because at the tender age of 33 years old, CRAIG Maker came to take him home without any prior notice. I am sure if it was left to his family to make a choice, they would have bargained with his Maker to give him a few more years.
I do not know what it is like to lose a child, but I have been traumatised by having family who were sick for years and died. I have experiences of having family murdered, cut down in cold blood. I have family whose funeral I could not attend because of circumstances beyond my control. I witness the decline in my Grandma’s health and she eventually died of a broken heart 2 years after her son was brutally murdered. Therefore I am writing from my heart about this Young Man who I helped to nurture during his most impressionable years of transitional development during his childhood.
Laying the Foundations
I was brought up the old fashioned ways by my parents and grandma as well as the support network from the communities who were my keepers and who I consider part of my extended family. With the advent of Social Media, which I know can be used for whatever reasons we intend to. I am sad, but at the same time I am happy knowing that CRAIG did not change from the loving Child he was, the child I helped to nurture. The little boy who was worried that his Mother did not come to get him to take him home and night was coming down. There is a song I sung when Charmaine Mahabier was brutally taken from his family “Death Have a Time to Steal Us Away…” I got trolled by some on Facebook, because they did not understand the story I was trying to tell.
This time I want it known that although I doubt whether I have seen or have a conversation with CRAIG, in the past 25 years, I am happy about what I am reading about his life on Social Media. I am writing this tribute in the hope that CRAIG children will have it as a memory of their FATHER, when they grow up. It’s all good and well thinking of the moment that is now and not capturing and documenting for the future. I had a troubled childhood when my Father was struck down with Parkinson’s and I am only trying to capture 45+ years of a blighted life because I got counselling. I would like to tell everyone that knowledge is power and ignorance is bliss.
We need to unite for the benefit of the future generations and I am using my skills to help keep CRAIG memory alive for his children and family. RIP GRAIG DAMION BANHAN. Your legacy will live forever. You were only given 33 years to come, make your marks and leave your legacy. I am sure no one will allow all the good you have done to be ever forgotten. Already it is been documented in cyberspace.

This is in honour of my Mother who suffered with Dementia and that’s why I am a Dementia Friends. That’s why LEYF Nurseries not going to get away with what they have done to ruin my life by using my vulnerability against me.

I was scrolling through my niece Sara-Kay Nembhard’s tingy and see one of thses photos and it brings back memories of my breda BYRON. It was around this time in 2007 when I started corresponding with him. It lasted until I made him a pledge on his death bed. At the time his organs were shutting down and I have to relay the messages through his #wife. Despite the trails and tribulations I have faced at the hands of King’s College Hospital, LEYF Nurseries and the Employment Tribunal, I am down but not out. So I continue my Fight4justice. I am the above named person and my address is known to Police. This statement refers to an incident, whereby £2000 cash, x3 passports and a marriage certificate and (MM Updates: other documents and cash) were stolen from my wife’s rucksack. I do not know the person responsible and I confirm no one was given permission to take our property. (MM Update: Since I do not understand the meaning of this statement, I am at a loss to see the reasons for it’s inclusion, therefore, I must make clarifications without going into details about issues with Santander. Based on the fact that Santander’s negligence in their “Duty of Care” to my husband resulted in the fact we were travelling around with the above mentioned items. As discussed with PC Herman, I am aware the Police Investigations is separate from any personal matters between Santander and Mervelee Myers and Mr. Tomlinson dating back to 2019. When the Financial Ombudsman Service was involved).
On Thursday 19th October 2023, at approximately 12:30 hours, I attended Santander Bank, 97 Rye Lane, London, SE15 4TG in company with my wife who waited outside the bank. (MM Updates: My wife was outside because she was STRESSED and did not want to go into the bank where she could be accused of Anti-Social-Behaviours). I queued for some time but eventually got to the front of the line, where I withdrew £2000 from my account from cashier. (MM Updates: I consider the queuing was unnecessary based on the fact I had taken my wife into the bank to add her name to the account and Santander failed me with their NEGLIGENCE and “Duty of Care” towards me. We were in the Bank on the 17th and was refused access to the money. My WIFE advised them we would be back with proof of identity). The money was placed inside an envelope. (MM Updates: The money was given to me in an a plastic and into a white envelope). As I left the bank, I met my wife directly outside and handed her the envelope to keep the money safe. (MM Updates: My wife was standing outside and I handed her the envelope, and she asked me for the Passport. I take it out of my pocket and handed it to her. My wife placed the Passport in the plastic with her British Passport and Jamaican Passport. Put the envelope with the money in the clear plastic wallet along with the plastic wallet and the marriage certificate and cash in an envelope and other documents from Nationwide). She placed it into her black rucksack, which she then closed. (MM Update: Because of my Wife’s Chronic Anxiety she does things to make life easier to manage. Both of us were STRESSED as we were coming from my GP, the second time in the same week).
We crossed the road to wait for the route 78 bus. The bus stop is located diagonally opposite the bank. (MM Updates: We crossed in front of the bank across the bus stop because the road was clear of traffic). The route 78 bus arrived shortly (MM Updates: 3 minutes after and we both boarded the route heading towards the Old Kent Road SE1. (MM Updates: I used my Bank Card to pay instead of my Bus Pass and my wife realised and watched as I put it away safely in my wallet). Throughout the journey I did not noticed anyone interfere with my bag. (MM Updates: My wife had her bag in front of her from we sat on the BUS).
When we arrived home my wife discovered the envelope containing the money was missing, along with the passports and the marriage certificate. I do not know when the property was taken but I can only assume it would have been from leaving the bank and travelling on the bus home.
For the purpose of CCTV I would describe myself as a black male, 100 years old, medium build, wearing a navy jacket, a navy hat with grey fur around the side.
The incident has made me feel very anxious and stressed, knowing that someone has targeted me and my wife to steal our money. (MM Updates: Here is where I have to mention the role of SANTANDER, even if the Metropolitan Police will not play any further roles in the evidence we will be using to share “Our Stories”. The fact that the incident took place after my wife was in a MEETING where I asked First Black Commander for Lambeth & Southwark of the Metropolitan Police about my request to volunteer when I attended “A New Met for London” and Sir Mark Rowley signed her BOOK will be used along with anything else she gathers at the even on the 5th December). I am now fearful when going out and travelling on the bus network in case I am being followed. (MM Updates: The issues are with Santander). I am concerned that something similar could happen again. Claim Number: K05EC530 Housing for Women & Devonshires Solicitors LLP continue TERRORISM against me after I was made a VIOLENT CRIMINAL during a Hearing on 1st August 2023. The circumstances of my absence to the MALICIOUS REPORTS by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist & Housing for Women & Devonshires Solicitors must be considered. I was in the Solicitors office when Narin Masera called asking him to destroy the bundle sent to me that he copied. About Ms. Gilchrist Malicious Report of an incident that happened on the 10/01/2023.
Letter left by PC James Murphy at my home on 25th October 2023 Malicious Report by Devonshires Solicitors. My husband was left in a HYPO if I did not get home when I did. He could have died.
The Met Police continuing the RACISM identified in MPS Crime Reference Number: 3034363/23 Date: 20 October 2023 Addressed to Mr. Arnold Tomlinson 16a-16b Alma Grove London SE1 5PY is clear case of DISCRIMINATION. Mr. Tomlinson is not registered at my address.
The Met Police has not contacted me via letters as was done with Mr. Tomlinson.
The Met Police contacted me via telephone to provide information about the incident on the 19th October 2023. I am still waiting to hear from the Police.
So why did PC James Murphy visit my home on the 25th October 2023?
The actions by Members of the Met Police must be equated to TERRORISM that can be proven online.
Does the Met Police expect Mr. Tomlinson to access SUPPORT based on information in the letter Dated: 20th October 2023?
Fact is clear that the Met Police is involved in a case of VENDETTA and HATE CRIMES against Mervelee Myers and Arnold Tomlinson in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. We visited the GP at DMC Healthcare Chadwick Road and the Report by Miss Shreeya CHAUDHARI is nothing short of
DEFAMATION and accusing me of not caring for my husband.

It is evident that these PROFESSIONALS with EAD are not aware of the NEEDS of a person who is 100 years old.
We went into Santander after the visit to my Husband’s GP Surgery and I have VIDEO evidence of what occurred inside and outside the bank. Yet the Met Police failed to contact me about the INVESTIGATION after they collected relevant information.

This is just a SUMMARY of my experiences of HATE CRIMES from the above mentioned after Deborah Agnes Gilchrist broke the glass to the Communal Door on the 13th December 2021. The HORRORS played out from then until I was visited at home on 26th January 2023 whilst celebrating my mother’s 99th birthday.
Since I started keeping a DEFENSIVE PRACTICE I have been recording and doing LIVE whenever possible. Let the world see who is/are the CRIMINALS needing ERT and the VIOLENT NUISANCE.
