But my likkle breda Ervin Nembhard, the only sibling to attend High School told me make your husband my priority.
The moral of the story is since my horoscope is telling me I think I will research how to study to get my SEND Teacher qualifications. Professor #Mervelee_NT to the #EmploymentTribunals that affirm the Discrimination and presided over another miscarriage of justice.

My “Personal Experiences” growing up in Rural Jamaica where it takes the Village to Raise a Child help me develop the Resilience needed from an early age to challenge the Social Injustices based on ignorance that were responsible for some of the rejections feeding into my “Childhood Traumas”. The way I was raised by my parents resulted in my old fashioned, values and beliefs, leading to my passion of writing, which is also part of the therapy of Early Intervention Strategies.
Facebook gave me the perfect platform to develop my skills as a keen photographer and writer after returning from my “Family Reunion” in the Summer of 2009. The year 2009 is a significant one in my life and this is the reason I am challenging London Early Years Foundation and their cohorts with the Charter Of Rights. Facebook joined LEYF targeting me from 18/9/2015 when access was given to my account. Presently I am blocked out despite having eighteen (18) pages on Facebook. Facebook has become a platform where haters, scammers, trolls, are given access to trigger my PTSD so I am locked out and to wrestle control of my account away from me to cover for LEYF and cohorts ABUSERS. LinkedIn has stolen my account to cover for the perverts in the Early Years Sector and Liz Roberts the editor of the Nursery World Magazine. Twitter suspended my account on behalf of Politicians and LEYF and trolls and haters. But in due course when the truth is revealed about the roles of HMCTS and the CPS and the CJS, I might be dead. But the Daily Express columnist stated, “Tech Don’t Lie”.
I contributed to the Daily Express Mental Health Crusade. I self-referred to the NHS Occupation Health Service after the death of my brother and was passed fit to resume work. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s research paper “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. I was advised to seek counselling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations by Dr. Laura Crawford after the death of my mother. I did 12 Sessions at the Maudsley. I participated in Mental Health research and is on the website using the gadgets. I participated in Heal-d Diabetes research and in time the world will be informed about those in need of Emotional Regulation Treatment for leaving children at LEYF at risks of developing traumas from the abuse that the ET Panel refused my Additional Witness Statement and Theresa May Government rejected my petition for an inquiry into the Early Years Sector.

Is the same year I did “A Voice of a Child” research for the CEO of London Early Years Foundation? I have since participated in Mental Health Research and Diabetes Research. I can be found on the internet participating in fundraising and interviews. My background is Early Childhood Education from Jamaica and can be found on the VMBS and JBSF websites. My husband is 98 years old and I have been writing about stories of interests like meeting Mr Walters who travelled on the Empire Windrush in Brixton. I was page one of ITV News for Windrush 70. I discovered my Primary School Head Teacher Husband fought in the WAR. Listening to BBC Ground Force. We were not taught this as part of the Jamaica School Curriculum. My sons were Cub Scouts. One who was misdiagnosed with multiple disabilities is a Councillor for the Division my brother holds before him. Another son is the Vice Principal of his School. He was a FIFA Referee. My history goes back to great grandparents who were Land Barons in Jamaica.

Monday 27/9/2021: In light of recent happenings when I was called by a male sounding voice claiming to be from the University Of East London on the 27th September 2021, I have no alternative but to put on record that I think I am been targeted by people I have no knowledge about linked to the University of East London. Because I have on record that I was sent to the HOC Nursery when I raised concerns about the exacerbation and triggering of my Mental Health conditions after the death of my mother.
Tuesday 28/9/2021: Although ET17001 was online I made the decision to go into university to climatise myself with the processes of going out and about again. I had book to go out with the Elephant & Castle HUB Choir and was in such a panic I could not get off the bus. I am not sure if been with people bring on the fear after I have been in Stockholm Syndrome lock down during COVID-19?
I was told by the tutor I am too advanced for the ET17001 she advised me to change to another Module on a Tuesday. She would talk to the Head and get back to me. I am still waiting. Then I see snide comments I know are directed at me. They were not figments of my imagination as will be revealed later.

I created a Community Hub on Facebook. I was a LinkedIn influencer until my account was stolen by the cyberbullying criminals on behalf of the abusers. I got home from the UEL and the sight I witness makes me realise how much my husband endured the past seven (7+) years. He was crouched at the window looking through the opening for me. As soon as it gets dark, I have to pull the curtains and I think that is his way of shutting out the threats we faced with the invasion of my home from Winsome Duncan sent the Police to section me from a malicious report on the 30/10/2017 after linking me up with her Employment Barrister Ryan Clement. She was groomed by him to find vulnerable black people for them to scam. Ms Duncan stole my manuscript, published my book without my consent and therefore I have no knowledge of the content. In the night my husband lost his dignity and wanted to cover his shame before allowing me to take over.
Thursday 30/9/2021: I stayed at home and do the cleaning up like I used to do to help my mother during the years when disability impacted on my family. I was the one, as an only girl who was mostly affected. I never had a childhood and developed TRAUMAS.
Friday 1/10/2021: Went into Barclays to realise the SCAMMERS, 3 women stitched me up like Big Boy and the Girl and the Duck. They called the Police on the criminal that the Judiciary Of England And Wales & the Crown Prosecution Service & the Criminal Justice System entrap with Emotional Regulation Treatment. That’s why I am seeking help to find out what is PAVO.
In a nutshell the Police was called after I was locked in the Tower Bridge branch of Barclays. When the two (2) Ignorant Officers came and realise, they were not dealing with an idiot like LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan they instructed me what to do. I was so stressed out, I did not get back home until late. I was back at the Walworth Police Station that by now had become a place where I did not feel safe, but I prefer to do the right thing or accused again.
I got home and that’s when the UEL is going to make out am responsible for not enrolling. I was sent a PASS which I am using to access UEL. Once again, I must wonder if the UEL have people in Leadership-Management like at LEYF? I will end by saying the ball is in the UEL court and as of now I will be on my guard I will pay them the curtsey to respond to this before going public. Because I have been accepted on the Microsoft Business Project and whatever the outcome, I will benefit. Please tell Richard Harty it is obvious he is a bigot who needs to get involved in British Values. I can give him lessons for free. Facebook joined LEYF targeting me from 18/9/2015 when access was given to my account. Presently I am blocked out despite having eighteen (18) pages on Facebook. Facebook has become a platform where haters, scammers, trolls, are given access to trigger my PTSD so I am locked out and to wrestle control of my account away from me to cover for LEYF and cohorts ABUSERS. LinkedIn has stolen my account to cover for the perverts in the Early Years Sector and Liz Roberts the editor of the Nursery World Magazine. Twitter suspended my account on behalf of Politicians and LEYF and trolls and haters. But in due course when the truth is revealed about the roles of HMCTS and the CPS and the CJS, I might be dead. But the Daily Express columnist stated, “Tech Don’t Lie”.
I contributed to the Daily Express Mental Health Crusade. I self-referred to the NHS Occupation Health Service after the death of my brother and was passed fit to resume work. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s research paper “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. I was advised to seek counselling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations by Dr. Laura Crawford after the death of my mother. I did 12 Sessions at the Maudsley. I participated in Mental Health research and is on the website using the gadgets. I participated in Heal-d Diabetes research and in time the world will be informed about those in need of Emotional Regulation Treatment for leaving children at LEYF at risks of developing traumas from the abuse that the ET Panel refused my Additional Witness Statement and Theresa May Government rejected my petition for an inquiry into the Early Years Sector.

My husband is 98 years old and I have been writing about stories of interests like meeting Mr Walters who travelled on the Empire Windrush in Brixton. I was page one of ITV News for Windrush 70. I discovered my Primary School Head Teacher Husband fought in the WAR. Listening to BBC Ground Force. We were not taught this as part of the Jamaica School Curriculum. My sons were Cub Scouts. One who was misdiagnosed with multiple disabilities is a Councillor for the Division my brother holds before him. Another son is the Vice Principal of his School. He was a FIFA Referee. My history goes back to great grandparents who were Land Barons in Jamaica.

Tuesday 28/9/2021: Although ET17001 was online I made the decision to go into university to climatise myself with the processes of going out and about again. I had book to go out with the Elephant & Castle HUB Choir and was in such a panic I could not get off the bus. I am not sure if been with people bring on the fear after I have been in Stockholm Syndrome lock down during COVID-19?
I was told by the tutor I am too advanced for the ET17001 she advised me to change to another Module on a Tuesday. She would talk to the Head and get back to me. I am still waiting. Then I see snide comments I know are directed at me. They were not figments of my imagination as will be revealed later.

Theresa May Government rejected my petition for an inquiry in the Early Years Sector. I got home from the UEL and the sight I witness makes me realise how much my husband endured the past seven (7+) years. He was crouched at the window looking through the opening for me. As soon as it gets dark, I have to pull the curtains and I think that is his way of shutting out the threats we faced with the invasion of my home from Winsome Duncan sent the Police to section me from a malicious report on the 30/10/2017 after linking me up with her Employment Barrister Ryan Clement. She was groomed by him to find vulnerable black people for them to scam. Ms Duncan stole my manuscript, published my book without my consent and therefore I have no knowledge of the content. In the night my husband lost his dignity and wanted to cover his shame before allowing me to take over.
Thursday 30/9/2021: I stayed at home and do the cleaning up like I used to do to help my mother during the years when disability impacted on my family. I was the one, as an only girl who was mostly affected. I never had a childhood and developed TRAUMAS.
Friday 1/10/2021: Went into Barclays to realise the SCAMMERS, 3 women stitched me up like Big Boy and the Girl and the Duck. They called the Police on the criminal that the Judiciary Of England And Wales & the Crown Prosecution Service & the Criminal Justice System entrap with Emotional Regulation Treatment. In a nutshell the Police was called after I was locked in the Tower Bridge branch of Barclays. When the two (2) Ignorant Officers came and realise, they were not dealing with an idiot like LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan they instructed me what to do. I was so stressed out, I did not get back home until late. I was back at the Walworth Police Station that by now had become a place where I did not feel safe, but I prefer to do the right thing or accused again.
I got home and that’s when the UEL is going to make out am responsible for not enrolling. I was sent a PASS which I am using to access UEL. Once again, I must wonder if the UEL have people in Leadership-Management like at LEYF? Finally got an appointment with Talking Therapies Southwark www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/. I have been doing writing therapies too.
What the Police has done is colluding with my former employers and HMCTS and CCMCC and CLCC making me a suspect who is “released under investigation” to trigger and exacerbating my PTSD making me a prisoner. In that way I will end up becoming the Statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment in http://www.hctgroup.orgImpact Report 2016. This was the first time the Police visited my home on 30/11/2017 to section me.
I have the Police and IOPC at the Small Claims Court. This is another delaying tactics used by the http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.ukfailing to get back to me about my complaint re 2/9/2020 why I had to call out the Ambulance on the 3/9/2020. And for the first time in my life had to call them again on 8/9/2020 because my neighbours death caused me to feel suicidal for the first time.

1. Purpose of this Policy – MM Updates: Based on my qualifications, experiences and trainings Mervelee Myers will go through this Policy and point out how Housing For Women changed from when I was rescued from Domestic Violence and provided with a HOME in December 2000 to coercing Ms. Deborah Agnes Gilchrist to terrorising me and my husband.
1.1. The purpose of this policy details how Women’s Pioneer Housing (WPH) will seek to
safeguard adults and children at risk. – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will prove otherwise.
2. Our commitment – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers is committed to sharing with the world that H4W is now a TERROR CELL of women who abuse the tenants.
2.1. Women’s Pioneer is committed to ensuring that concerns about safeguarding
residents are reported to designate officers and acted on effectively. – MM Updates: Why has H4W wiped my Portal of all DATA after they accepted the complaints from the Housing Ombudsman Service? Complaint 202209405 – Housing For Women 13th October 2022. 2.2. Concerns about the actions of a colleague must be raised with the relevant line
manager or a designated safeguarding lead. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers have issues with H4W cowardly women who discriminated against me and they will be named and exposed at the highest levels, starting with Samantha Gibbs.
2.3. We will take preventative action where possible. This includes, but is not limited to
identifying abuse, acting on our own concerns and reports from others, and liaising
with the relevant agencies. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will take H4W to court for compensation. I will call on the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet in April 2014 at the AGM to mediate. I have contacted her office already and she claimed she is unable to help. But am sure next time she will be eager to help or she will be known for her reluctance to resolve matters affecting the BAME Community.
2.4. All employees have a duty to be alert to any signs of abuse or potential abuse and to
act, immediately, by escalating their concern to one of the designated safeguarding
leads. Safeguarding is everyone’s business. MM Updates: How very interesting when Mervelee Myers present evidence of H4W reign of terror against TENANTS.
2.5. We expect external partners and contractors to have appropriate safeguarding
procedures of their own in place. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will relish exposing H4W and some of their contractors. Like preventing a Grenfell Tower for me and my neighbour at 18 Alma Grove advocating on her behalf. Now H4W can restore my DATA to the Portal.

3. Legal framework – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers represented myself at 2 Employment Tribunals where I gained the knowledge to challenge H4W Systemic Discrimination and allowing contractors and Devonshires Solicitors to TERRORISE me.
3.1. As a registered provider of social housing, we are required under the terms of the
Care Act to co-operate with local authorities in matters regarding safeguarding. MM Updates: Southwark Council will be charged with H4W discrimination based on the 300+ pages of SAR. Along with Southwark Adult Social Care and other organisations involved in the hate crimes against me and my husband.
Legislation and best practice include:
The Care Act, 2014 (Designed to place the safeguarding of adults at risk on a
statutory footing for the first time, with local authorities given clearly defined
Children Act, 2004 and Every Child Matters, 2003 (Issued following the
Victoria Climbié case to ensure that local government functions regarding
children’s welfare are unified under Directors of Children’s Services and that
there is co-operation between multiple official entities to improve the overall
well-being of children). MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will take H4W to the cleaners based on my experiences relating to the above mentioned ACTS. In 20003 I was a Preschool Leader who changed job to work in the NHS at Mapother House Day Nursery. After the death of my brother aged 56 with colon cancer, in 2008 my life was turned upside down. I will make H4W an example to the world along with those involved me causing me to have the first nervous breakdown. I have references from parents at KINGS to back my story. Concerns about KEYS to Communal Area
Sexual Offences act- 2003 – MM Updates: Samantha Gibbs bring a man to my door to introduce as my “Housing Officer” on 12/1/2023. Gaining entry with the keys I was asked for by H4W Mark Murphy to use to do maintenance work. The man tried to ASSAULT me when Samantha Gibbs started verbally abusing me. I never had a MALE Housing Officer before and none of my H/O was introduced to me on my doorstep before. The Police who came terrorised me as is/was the norm. All Contactors have keys to enter and come to my door. Of biggest concerns is the person who started leaving letters on the MATS about the mats that have been at the door since 2001. Someone sneaked in and removed them in October 2023. After I was tried behind my back and Devonshires Solicitors said ALL should gain entrance. The MATS were to prevent substances walked on shoes into the house.
5.3. A child is a person under 18. All children are considered to be in need of protection.

5.4. The respective Local Authority from our list of partners has the co-ordinating role
and legal responsibility to work with WPH once a case is referred or highlighted to

Sexual Offences act- 2003 – MM Updates: Samantha Gibbs bring a man to my door to introduce as my “Housing Officer” on 12/1/2023. Gaining entry with the keys I was asked for by H4W Mark Murphy to use to do maintenance work. The man tried to ASSAULT me when Samantha Gibbs started verbally abusing me. I never had a MALE Housing Officer before and none of my H/O was introduced to me on my doorstep before. The Police who came terrorised me as is/was the norm. All Contactors have keys to enter and come to my door. Of biggest concerns is the person who started leaving letters on the MATS about the mats that have been at the door since 2001. Someone sneaked in and removed them in October 2023. After I was tried behind my back and Devonshires Solicitors said ALL should gain entrance. The MATS were to prevent substances walked on shoes into the house.

I am hoping to incorporate my experiences of being TRAUMATISED from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s and the impact of disabilities on my life and that of my family. I was a teenage mother with a son who did not talk early. My father reassured me his condition was family related. He was misdiagnosed as deaf and dumb. I had to deal with the labelling and stigmas.
My work as a graduate of Lambeth College and the Open University as well as being a Basic School Teacher in Jamaica empowered me to use my knowledge and experiences in helping children and their families.
My grandson is 2+ years old and not talking, same as his father. I am trying to set up online to help him and others. I will be grateful if you can include me on the Parent Panel. I come with a wealth of personal experiences and additional knowledge as an EYFS coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator.

Contractor turned up at my home, gained entrance to the Communal Door with keys I was asked to give H4W to knock on my door to do work inside my house on Monday 13/11/2023. I explained to the Contractor the reasons I was recording for Safeguarding.
Refer to email customer.service@h4w.co.uk on the 10/11/2023 at 11:51. Based on the Injunction that I am to give access to ALL who H4W think fit to come to my home to carry out TERRORISM against me. I have raised concerns am not SAFE in my home after I was beaten by the Police on 30/11/2020 and thereafter made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Hence the reason set out to treat me as a CRIMINAL to cover their tracks.
I was visited by Samantha Gibbs on the 12/01/2023 with a MAN who tried to ASSAULT me at my door. The Police took ages to turn up and accused me.
A malicious report was made to the Police about an incident happened at Alma Grove on 10/01/2023. I will add the information about that.

The Met Police has not contacted me via letters as was done with Mr. Tomlinson.

The HORRORS played out from then until I was visited at home on 26th January 2023 whilst celebrating my mother’s 99th birthday.

So the world understand why those responsible for the 23 years of TERRORISM by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist whose alcoholism and racism have taken sinister turns and if I am not careful I will become another statistics of Housing For Women, the Metropolitan Police and Devonshires Solicitors Systemic Discrimination. Let me begin by saying if the “Lion Don’t Learn to Write, the Hunter Will Always Tell the Story”. I have given Housing For Women enough chances to rectify this matter. Instead they decided to continue the vendetta by coercing Ms Gilchrist and her DRUGS Taking Friends and her Partner to make my life a LIVING HELL. I reached out to the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the AGM in April 2014 to mediate. My life has been turned upside down since the death of my mother in June 2014. I will refute H4W breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. They MUST answer why everything started in May 2022 after I lived here from December 2000.
Narin Masera Unprofessional Conduct
On the 25th October 2023 I got home from Mr Tony Cealy’s training “Theatre of the Oppressed” to revive my husband from a HYPO after he was visited at home by PC James Murphy who left a letter. I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.
UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.
The Injunction is based on 23 years of Hate Crimes by my neighbour that H4W colluded with her to discriminate against me and made out I am the aggressor. Refer to the Housing Ombudsman Service Complaints that I have sent to interested parties in this case.
The Injunction that was held behind my back was UNLAW breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Because of what was happening to me at the time as a person with Mental and Physical Impairments. I had a CRISIS and had to be visiting the GP Surgery and hospital for treatment. My bother was dying of cancer and another was in Intensive Care, a blood vessel burst in his head. I am also the carer for my 100 year old husband who is TRAUMATISED.
Advice for Hearing
Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keep calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. I was in the office when he called telling Mr Agera to destroy copies of the BUNDLE she sent me and she would send him a new bundle. Because Mimi Owusu should not be in the listing. Who is Mimi Owusu the witness for H4W? She is the CEO of www.blac.org.uk who scammed me £10,000.00 after I was introduced to her at an event. How did she become H4W witness? The photo of me and Liz at the Communal Door was captured without my knowledge and used to DEFAME my name. I have never taken photos of Liz and Mimi inside my home, because they asked me not to. In case H4W is not aware the GDPR 2018 and Charter of Rights 12 Codes come into play in this case.

Refer to recent events most of which are/were captured when am doing LIVE BROADCASTING. Ms Gilchrist partner was kicking the door and shouting abuses at me. CAD 6390/13DEC23 captured on Live with the DISCRIMINATION of the Police Officers who came. One of whom was here on the 12/12/2023. CAD 4186/12DEC2023 – 1268AS & 3348AS– Am still waiting to be contacted by the relevant authorities. Ms Gilchrist started slamming doors and shouting abuse when she was leaving. She came back later hurling more abuses and threatening me. I captured some of it on Video that I posted to YouTube. The UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION forbids me to post online. According to Barrister A I must be WHITER than WHITE.
(b) has been convicted of – I was made a CRIMINAL needing ERT to cover for Richard Harty MIC Abusers at www.leyf.org.uk after Police were sent to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to say I commit SUICIDE. I was beaten up and taken out half clothe. My husband who was in the kitchen did not know what was happening. I was not allowed to use my phone to call my stepson. Read the MOPAC report of Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb to understand why Sir Mark Rowley who signed my BOOK at Briton will be accountable for those who came to home and tried to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me between 30/10/217 to date. Unreasonable Noise – Shouting or Screaming – Refer to Malicious Report of Ms Gilchrist for 10/1/23. The Police is still investigating. But refused to act about 13/12/2023 incident of kicking of the door and shouting CUNT. The constant banging of doors and stomping upstairs. Breaking the lock on her door. Breaking the glass to the Communal Area twice. I am a PERFORMER and SINGER but I am not shouting and screaming.
Criminal Damage to Landlord’s or Neighbours Property – Ms Gilchrist cut the garden every time it starts growing. My husband invested in the garden. My husband used to keep the environment clean, including washing of the bins. Killed the plants and replace with pebbles. Ms Gilchrist flooded the bathroom causing damage to Lighting Fixtures. Ms Gilchrist stomping and throwing furniture could be responsible for the Casing to fall from the ceiling narrowly missing my husband. Refer to the letterH4W claim they were not responsible for replacing it as well. I had it in the corner for a while.
Dumping or Hoarding rubbish in Communal Area: Ms Gilchrist used the Communal Area and the Garden to store stuff for her BUSINESS before she removed them. When Samantha Gibbs coerced her to target me and she abused me so I spoke about her BUSINESS and she removed the stuff. She recently put boxes on the stairs knowing I would report her. She then targeted me. She removed them before the Police came. Whatever the Police said to them caused her partner to come to my door to verbally abuse and threaten me. Reasons he kicked the door on the 13/12/23 and Police said I have no proof.
Garden: Ms Gilchrist throws rubbish into the back garden. Bits of broken wood from Ms Gilchrist window with nails sticking out fall in the garden. This is the responsibility of H4W failing to carry out repairs. I am DIABETIC and if the nails run through my shoes can be affected.
Ms Gilchrist always have cats. Faeces have been walked from outside into the Communal Area. Reasons for the mats.

2.30 Landlord’s Objective
Housing for Women has the charitable objective of housing, women and their dependants. Any act or omission in contravention of this objective will be treated as a breach of covenant upon which the Landlord might seek to recover possession. Examples of behaviour detailed below: Mervelee Myers must allow H4W time to address their continuing DEFAMATION as I am a WRITER for Therapy from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s. The fact that H4W wiped the Portal and is focusing on events from May 2022 proves my argument that Deborah Agnes Gilchrist was coerced by H4W to target me. H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and Stephen Agera are in possession of documents proving my argument about when the TERRORISM by H4W started. Was going to the JC, pass this Youngish Black Lady sat out by Nandos at E&C. She was chatting away & maybe to herself. Was wondering wat caused her to be in such a dire situation…!
On my way back she was leaning against the wall & a can of supn beside her. But I feel 4 her when I looked & saw the state she was in… She peed on herself! I know because I could see her clothes wet from the seat of her trousers/coat & running on the pavement b4 her.
I thought to myself, what a state to be in? I was wondering if she has Family & most importantly Children & is any1 concerned abt her Welfare! The world can be a mean place without any1 to be thinking & caring…
God I hope I don’t reach that stage in my life. I’d rather be DEAD. I recalled Mama’s final days when I was with her 4 my #2Son‘s wedding. How hard she’s tried to preserve her DIGNITY! We can only but hope & pray 4 the Best…?

Home Insurance and Severe weather

Winter brings specific challenges
Examine your roof for any missing / loose tiles or slates. Roof damage is the most common home issue caused by extreme weather, so it’s important to check yours is in good repair.
Secure your fences and gates. These are very susceptible to weather events, particularly strong winds, so ensure posts are sturdy and there are no loose or missing panels.
Check gutters and down pipes. Ensure they’re attached securely and clear out leaves and rubbish which weigh gutters down or cause blockages.
Lag your pipes and outdoor taps. Remember insulating jackets for your water tanks and cisterns too and fix any leaks.
Get your chimneys swept. There’s a greater risk of fire if your chimneys are full of debris, so call out the sweep before you light.
Make sure you maintain your property throughout the year
Regularly check and deal with small problems caused by wear or tear – this can prevent more serious problems developing and help you avoid issues due to general wear and tear. Your policy describes what’s covered and what isn’t.

I reached out to the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the AGM in April 2014 to mediate. My life has been turned upside down since the death of my mother in June 2014. I will refute H4W breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. They MUST answer why everything started in May 2022 after I lived here from December 2000.
Narin Masera Unprofessional Conduct On the 25th October 2023 I got home from Mr Tony Cealy’s training “Theatre of the Oppressed” to revive my husband from a HYPO after he was visited at home by PC James Murphy who left a letter. I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.

Advice for Hearing Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keep calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. She then targeted me. She removed them before the Police came. Whatever the Police said to them caused her partner to come to my door to verbally abuse and threaten me. Reasons he kicked the door on the 13/12/23 and Police said I have no proof. 5. Garden: Ms Gilchrist throws rubbish into the back garden. Bits of broken wood from Ms Gilchrist window with nails sticking out fall in the garden. This is the responsibility of H4W failing to carry out repairs. Creating Legacies With Memories
As I am thinking about what to include in my tribute, I am stuck by how much Social Media has changed since the time I joined Facebook in 2009. I remember signing up with my AOL account before changing to #BritishTelecom. That’s why I am vigilant that the #cyberbullies do not deny me my rights to be heard. I have been creating legacies for everyone who played and is playing important roles in my life. Whether to help me develop the #resilience to survive the storms or like Ms Turb, not to accept injustices without challenging the perpetrators.
I guess my first memory of Ms Turb, must go back to moving from near the Townhead Cross Road where I was born to GaGa Street in late 1963. And #proving my clumsiness didn’t happen overnight, my #memory is of how I got the #scar in my forehead that will last me to my grave come about. In my excitement discovering the new environment, I ran from where we lived, only to fall flat on my face and hit my head on a rock stone #protruding out of the ground at the entrance to the Street. Hopefully, this will give the younger generation an indication of the lifestyle we had growing up. I did not stay down, I got back up and despite not remembering much else. I have the scar in my forehead as reminder.
The Influencers
As a girl growing up in Jamaica, I guess there are/were people who are/were destined to play important roles in my life. Ms Turb was one of those persons who help to #influence me to be the #woman I am today. My reflections will be tinged with fond memories of a woman I #admire, for the reason we share much in common. We are women, who are #misunderstood for the fact we are #outspoken. And not prepared to conform to whatever norms others expect us to.
As far as my memories go back, Ms Turb’s home was open to me and anyone who needs a place to rest for a while and have a chat. I remember going there when it’s dinner time and everyone, scrambling for the utensils. The joke is/was if you are not quick enough, you must eat with your hands. Because the utensils put away for special occasions would not be used.
There were star apple and guinep trees in the yard at the front. Of course, during season, Ms Turb sold the items. But truth be told, more was given away than sold. Ms Turb’s #jokes should have been #copyright and #patent back then, so she can get #royalties even in death. Back in the days when Mass Diamond travelled to Farm Working, Ms Turb told some risqué jokes about how she maintained #fidelity in her #marriage. Anyone wanting to know more will have to sign up to GDPR training and the Royalties will go towards a Project in Honour of Ms Turb’s Legacies about Teaching Young People to Protect themselves from Discrimination.
Not Just An Ordinary Woman
Ms Turb was no ordinay woman, she was on the side of the underdog. I carried water from their yard as they were #privilege to have some of the comforts that I aspire to at the time. On becoming a woman my son Kevin Murray and Ms Turb’s granddaughter were born the same date. These of some of what we remember, especially if you are a writer like me. Before I forget, everyone is/was Ms Turb’s #cousin. You don’t necessarily have to know how it came about, but she could explain.
I recalled, she told me her mother came from the same District as Ms Connie. Amly D Nembhard and I used to joke Ms Turb cousin stop at Mama Lou and don’t reach us. But you can’t get away from Ms Turb Wicked Sense of Humour and Dry Wit.
Another thing is no one keep vex with Ms Turb for long, she would not allow it. She was that jovial kind of person, who speaks her mind, curse if she must and forget about it.
Wherever you live, it takes the village to raise the child. I recalled hearing that my sons Valdin Legister were hopping the cane carts to go swim at River. I warned them and when they did not take heed, I take matters in my own hands. I waited out by the Johnson’s for them and if you know Ms Turb any at all, you know this was just up her Street. When they arrive, I called them over, take my shoes and clobber VAL and he run off. That boy was always running away from everything from the time I used to take him to Dr Campbell, and he mentioned #Injection. But Kevin stands up, take his licks and walks away.
Getting Endorsed Is Not A Mean Feat
After they went, Ms Turb said “Ratty I think Kevin was going to hit you back?” But you are a good mother and your boys #respect you. I am proud of you and them mi daughter. For some reasons she calls you different name to suit the occasion. To have Ms Turb #endorsing my parenting skills is no mean feat. Sometimes I would go run jokes with her and Mass Diamond that I was going to marry Pam-Pam. I will leave you guessing about the jokes to spare your blushes.
Getting the opportunity via my sister Joy Mertie Bernard to come to travel to the UK, I didn’t have money to spare for a new suitcase. But Mass Diamond came to my rescue, when I told him my situation and sawder the clip back to the case. I was like a Brand-New Second-Hand Gal, and he didn’t #charge me a penny. If we are lucky, we will live to a ripe old age like Ms Turb. I admire the fact she was this #cheerful woman whom I knew from I was a little girl, until I became a mother and grandma.
Whenever I visit, she was playing dominoes with Mass Windsor and others and getting up to all kinds of #mischiefs. As the years went by and some of her friends departed, she never lost that kindred spirit of loving to be in the company of others. I would spend time with her, #comb her hair and letting her be the person I always knew she is/was. I was joining in with her jokes and sharing life in the community that’s home as I know it.
I recalled her daughter Toogoods asking me how her mum let me comb her hair and won’t let her? But the #trick is to ponder to the wishes of any older person who you are dealing with. Remember it’s not about our needs, but theirs. So, whenever I am with her, I #comply with her commands. There is no two ways about it.
One’s Upbringing Is Key To Our Values & Beliefs
The last time we spent any time together was after mum’s funeral. She came to visit when I was with VAL, who offered her some drinks from what was left over. Ms Turb showed us her #knife in her bag which she said was for her own protection. She told us her life story but hearing her version of the “Cornmeal & Rum Saga” was a revelation of who Ms Turb is/was as a person. That’s when it dawned on me not to underestimate a clever, determined woman. Because I have some of her traits in me and on reflections there’s no doubt that we are related.
On a more serious note, after sharing stories about her life, she went into other aspects of her upbringing. This time I had to ask her #permission to repeat the scripture so I could record it, I was that impressed by her. I have no memory whatsoever. The recording is on Social Media if anyone is interested as her LEGACY. As we celebrate, I want her Legacies to help us not to pigeonhole and judge others. Because in the time spent with Ms Turb in the presence of my son. I learned so much about this woman who is/was a legend and a treasure.
I am positive we take the people we know for granted, until there is a reason to view them in a different light and other circumstances that might cause us to examine our conscious and unconscious biases. Realising that Ms Turb was much deeper in her #spirituality than I thought. I could identify her weaknesses, but her strengths were more revealing of who she is/was. Our strengths and even our weaknesses help to make us unique. Listening to her talking about periods in her life, what struck me the most, was her need to go to Church to fellowship with others. For me her scripture passage is my testimony that she had a Christian Upbringing that she reverted to during time when she needs comforting and solace from a Supreme Deity. I want the last time we spent together to be my lasting memory of her.
Learning Lessons From The Stalwarts Who Are Legends
Ms Turb was a woman of #courage who stand firm for her beliefs. She was the loving person who tried giving of herself to make others happy. She didn’t think twice about sharing jokes at her own expense to make us laugh. Not much bothered her, either. She did not pretend to be someone she was not. Ms Turb went on before us, but her LEGACIES remain.
We salute Ms Turb, the LEGEND who lived life to the full.

Realising how much I am like the strong women from the generation who are now dying out, I am conscious of the fact that we are not aware of our history. Therefore, we are not able to create the legacies for the future generation. I was lucky my father was a Storyteller. But part of my history was lacking because my mother wasn’t much of a talker. I am thankful to my brother Balis and Ms Connie for filling the void and sharing mum’s stories, months before she died. Please start capturing the history of your family, otherwise there will be questions left unanswered.
