Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services
What are CAMHS? Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) are services that support young people experiencing poor mental health, or difficult feelings or experiences.
Mervelee Myers must address the above as giving up before we even try to change the system. This is the system that presided over the miscarriages of justice denying me my rights whilst making me statistic each time I experienced the “Multiple Discrimination” of Dr. Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. I have written about this in my book “IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE” signed by Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley at the launch of “A New Met for London” in September 2023.
If we are thinking about change we should be working in partnership to bring about the change. Instead we are preparing to paper over the cracks saying the system did not allow us to change. Am positive if Mr. Cealy had the courage to visit his sister after she was SECTIONED and had a conversation with her, he would be taking a different perspective on delivering change. For too long we accepted that we cannot get the change needed. That’s why Mervelee Myers is gagged and silence with threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION after 23 years of hell by the alcoholic racist neighbour who has been coerced by the landlord to terrorise me.

Try to be as open and honest as possible at your first appointment. These people are not mind readers and if you lie, you will not receive the best treatment plan for you to get better.

What happens at a CAMHS assessment?
Next you’ll be put on a waiting list for an assessment. This can sound scary but it’s normally just a chat so the CAMHS team can get to know you and see how they can help.
You’ll normally meet one or two members of the CAMHS team. If you’re under 16 years old, your parent(s) or carer(s) will usually be invited to join for part of this meeting.
This appointment will generally take place at a CAMHS clinic. But they might meet with you at your school or home. They’ll discuss with you the best place to meet before your appointment.
In the meeting the team will ask questions about your struggles so they can find the best support for you.

I must focus on my contributions to the Early Years Sector and how I have been denied my RIGHTS experiencing “Multiple Discrimination and Miscarriages of Justice”. My qualifications and trainings must be considered. In 2009 when I joined Westminster Children Society now LEYF I did trainings including “Understanding Statutory Assessment”. I spent the past 10 years after the death of my mother writing and defending myself in court. Not much changed since I had the first nervous breakdown at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust except I was manhandled for raising concerns about the neglect of my 101 year old husband.
The recent spate of physical and emotional issues affecting MERVELEE Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson left me with no choice but to do my research about the A-Z of PTSD I experience from the time I was born in a household of brothers who would end up HATING me for what my mother did to them, even if unintentionally. To have my son here verbally and physically Abusing me make me realize the plots to destroy me. I have been processing everything he said to me since he arrived here and my research is conclusive.

Imagine after Kevin Donovan Murray and I have the conversation when I told him about the MIRAGE that I was not sure I had witnessed or something I made up that is also part of my Childhood Traumas. I learned from my son some of what happened after I left Jamaica for a new life of opportunities in the UK.
But now I have to accept why on reaching puberty and Mama Lou saying not to let any man touch me had such profound impact on me. I have the name MYERS like the man who used to touch me as a child. In adulthood I was emotionally abuse by my husband. You should know the rest of the story.
Whilst Kevin Donovan Murray is here where he claims if he did not come, I would be on the street, holding me prisoner, I will not do anything for him to get away with his Reverse Psychological issues affecting him after I left Jamaica in 1992. Since Valdin Allan Legister spent over 3 hours on the phone telling me Mama Lou never told me she loves me and I must tell him I love him so he can tell his children. I will handle this matter sensitively.
Those of my brothers who are alive, please examine why your HATE of our MOTHER has been transmitted to me. Whilst you are at it find out why I become the target of the landlord in July 2023 labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. The role you played in abandoning me to be DEPRESSED and dying slowly of TORTURE.
The plan is for me to face IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION am already a mental case like my Auntie Anita. Next I will be wondering the Street of London and hoping I don’t end up dying tragically like she did. I would have committed suicide if I was not raised this way. I have to take my punishment because there is no repentance in the grave.
I would have liked to have a conversation with my grandmother IRENE MILLS-NEMBHARD about how she survived 10 years after my father.

I accepted her for who she was and as the Trainee Counsellor Laura Tinsley said if she was not who she was she would not have survived. Dr Laura Crawford advised me to seek counselling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations.

They tried everything to break me the past 10 years after Mama died with dementia. I have to be careful but I carry on in God’s grace. I am not responsible for what Mama Lou did to any of my brothers. I have done what I can to help my sons. But what did they do to help others push me over the edge? I spent 10 years writing ✍ but no one seems to understand my struggle. I reached out for help and I have been torn apart. Time to pick myself up from the DEPRESSION rendered me unable to cope. I will end this now and continue to do what is necessary.
I don’t know how long I have so I have to make haste. I owe no one anything at this time. But, I am mindful that during my frustration when I reached out for support from my families and friends and it was not forthcoming, I went about getting your attention the wrong way. But I was only doing what my mother did. I grew up hearing my mother QUARRELLING for her RIGHTS. I exhausted the Legal Systems on my own and they turned around using my IGNORANCE against me. Tech Don’t Lie and like Nelson Mandela said “The Purpose of Freedom is to Create for Others”. I have been writing from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease.
I have faced the MIRAGE and realise that in confronting it by discussing the implications with my son, I can now address the TRAUMAS and 32 years of Systemic Discrimination trying to have my voice heard.
I have done the HIV test. I have to book appointment for the Cervical Screening. Hopefully, I don’t have HIV, I have done enough test for it not to surface before if I have it. Contrary to what anyone said I am not promiscuous, but you never know what is lying dormant. I have Human Papillomavirus HPV.
Those of you intent on destruction of MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON have succeed in making my life a LIVING HELL after Mama Lou died with dementia. Why is no one taking the tolls on me and Tom into consideration.

Mervelee Ionie Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson, has chosen my 56th birthday to write this Eulogy for Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson my partner of 22 years. Days before our 14th wedding anniversary, I want to let the world know more about the Superman who was Arnold Tomlinson. His stories are already documented online and one of his questions to me in Guys Hospital was “Do you think you will be able to cope when am gone”. Today I must share with the world the story of Arnold Tomlinson who would say to me, “You have done so much writing, it is time you start making money from writing”!
I KNOW WHO I AM
MERVELEE MYERS is the wife of ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON who will celebrate his life of 101 years old to magnify GOD in all his glory so that my husband’s families and friends understand the LOVE and RESPECT we shared with each other. Those would doubt Mervelee Myers’ loyalty as a WIFE and the championing of giving a voice to the vulnerable made victim by the SYSTEMS in the MOTHER COUNTRY, please listen carefully.

When and where was Arnold born: Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson was born at Left Hall District, Beeston Spring in the parish of Westmoreland, Jamaica, West Indies on the 8th March 1923.
Date he passed: Arnold Tomlinson passed away in Kings College Hospital on the 8th April 2024 under dubious circumstances.
Parent’s names: Arnold’s parents were Almenia nee Davis and John Tomlinson.
Siblings: Arnold’s siblings were named in the following order – Lansford, Victor, Louise, Percival, Arnold, Egbert, Melzie and Myrle. Melzie at age 97 is the only sibling left.
Where was his school: Arnold attended Salem Primary and Junior School and although the leaving age was 15, he attended until he was 16 years old.
First Job: Arnold’s first job was Carpentry, that he learnt after leaving school. However, living in Jamaica, Tom did not rely on carpentry alone, he turned to farming to supplement his income.
Nickname: Arnold was called Tommy or Tom by family and friends.
Where he grew up: Arnold grew up at Left Hall district, Beeston Spring PO in the parish of Westmoreland, Jamaica, West Indies.
Wife’s name: Arnold was married twice. First to IRIS MYERS, his childhood SWEETHEART, at Deleon Bigwoods on the 14th September 1955 and they resided at Thornhill. who followed him after he settled in the UK. His second wife is MERVELEE MYERS and there is no need to ask, “WHO IS MERVELEE MYERS?”
How and where did they meet: Mervelee and Arnold were introduced by Mrs Ethel Cleghorn a neighbour, who knew Mervelee Myers from working with her as an “Early Morning Cleaner”.
When and where married: Mervelee Myers and Arnold Tomlinson were married at Peckham Registrar on the 21st May 2014.
Children: There were no children from the union, but Arnold is the father of Trevor Anthony Tomlinson and Mervelee Myers is the mother of Kevin Donovan Murray and Valdin Allan Legister, who are our children.
Grand Children: Arnold has one grandson by Trevor and 6 grandchildren by Mervelee’s sons.
Special friends: At 101 years old, Arnold do not have many friends alive. Jerry McGill and Chester Pinder are two of Tom’s friends who remain a tower of strength for Mervelee at this time of mourning.

Achievements in life: Arnold is the patriarch of the TOMLINSON FAMILY CLAN from Westmoreland, Jamaica to the UK in February 1956. Their achievements are also his… Some of the things I know about my husband came about after his brother PERCY died in the USA. His Sister-In-Law Hyacinth called for Tom to share information about her husband. That was when I decided to learn about TOM, other than what I know since we were together. Tom is a private and modest person who refuse to brag and boast about his accomplishments. Most of what I know about Tom came from his family and friends. However, the interviews and documentaries in his own words are testimonies to his ACHIEVEMENTS…
What was he passionate about: Arnold was passionate about everything and brought his first piece of land four (4) acres at Thornhill, where he became a “Small Farmer”. He bought his second piece of land at Old Mountain as soon as his circumstances changed. His FAMILY were the centre of his world. In the end his passion boils down to defending his wife from the systemic discrimination of the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Services that left him TRAUMATISED. This started at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust workplace nursery 2003-2008 and the subsequent miscarriages of justice over the ensuing years. Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson was made a sacrifice when GOD on realising, Arnold made up his jewels and wanted to go home to HEAVEN. Decided to send him to Kings College Hospital on BYRON ward where the only person who cared for him was a MALE Nurse name JOHN. Mervelee Myers started writing for THERAPY after her FATHER was stricken with PARKINSON’S and writing gave her an outlet to create stories from the FOUNDATION laid by the STORYTELLERS in her FAMILY in the COMMUNITIES that raised children like ARNOLD and MERVELEE who were separated by the differences in their age but were able to be the bedrock of their families. Therefore, the stories already created are for the future generations of their family. This celebration of the life of ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON must be understood by the audience that Mervelee Myers is trying to reach. So that the ideals of Mervelee Myers and her husband can be continued even when Mervelee’s time on earth has expired like TOM.
Able to cook/bake: Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson was excellent at whatever he chose to accomplish, and he was an excellent HOST. During Mervelee’s and Tom’s time together he ran the home in terms of I would come home to dinner prepared and waiting. I only cooked on weekends and when FAMILY came by on special occasions. Mervelee Myers recalls the last breakfast Tom made for her that will be my last memory of his love and dedication to the woman he loved.
Favourite food /drink: Like Mervelee Myers, Arnold was not fussy about food, however, he was from the “Old School” and live the life of an “English Gentleman”.
What made Arnold laugh/smile/happy: Arnold laughs and smile when his families and friends were with him. I only learnt recently about some of Tom’s contributions to “British Values” that he brought with him from Jamaica. Therefore, Mervelee Myers has more writing to do about ARNOLD TOMLINSON who used to entertain people at his home via “Social Gathering called SHOVEIN”. Dearly Beloved,
Today, on my 56th birthday, I stand before you to pay tribute to the remarkable life of my beloved partner, Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson. As I celebrate another year of my own existence, I am compelled to honor the memory of the extraordinary man who has left an indelible mark on my heart.
Arnold, or “Tom” as he was affectionately known, was more than just a husband to me. He was my confidant, my rock, and my greatest supporter. Throughout our 22 years together, he showed me unwavering love, unwavering strength, and unwavering dedication.
Born on March 8th, 1923, in the picturesque district of Left Hall, Beeston Spring, Jamaica, Arnold’s journey was one of resilience and determination. From humble beginnings, he carved out a life filled with purpose and passion, never allowing circumstances to define his destiny.
Arnold’s early years were shaped by hard work and perseverance. He attended Salem Primary and Junior School, where he laid the foundation for his future endeavors. As a young man, he embarked on a career in carpentry and farming, mastering both trades with skill and precision.
In 1955, Arnold married his childhood sweetheart, Iris Myers, and together they built a life filled with love and laughter. Although their union did not bear children, Arnold embraced his role as a father figure to Trevor Anthony Tomlinson, and my sons Kevin Donovan Murray, and Valdin Allan Legister, with boundless love and affection.
In 2014, Arnold and I exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony at Peckham Registrar, marking the beginning of our own chapter of love and companionship. Our marriage was a testament to the enduring bond we shared, a bond that transcended time and space.
Throughout his life, Arnold was a man of many talents and interests. From his passion for gardening to his love of sports, he approached each endeavor with enthusiasm and dedication. He was a devoted fan of Arsenal Football Club, a connoisseur of music, and a keen follower of current affairs.
Arnold’s legacy extends far beyond his personal achievements. He was a champion for justice and equality, a voice for the voiceless, and a beacon of hope for those who knew him. Despite facing numerous challenges and injustices throughout his life, Arnold remained steadfast in his commitment to standing up for what was right.
In his final years, Arnold faced adversity with grace and dignity, never losing sight of his unwavering faith and inner strength. He may have departed this earthly realm on April 8th, 2024, but his spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
As I bid farewell to my beloved husband, I take solace in knowing that his memory will forever be cherished and his legacy will endure. Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson may no longer walk among us, but his spirit will continue to inspire and guide us in the days to come.

Mervelee Ionie Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson, has chosen my 56th birthday to write this Eulogy for Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson my partner of 22 years. When and where was Arnold born: Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson was born at Left Hall District, Beeston Spring in the parish of Westmoreland, Jamaica, West Indies on the 8th March 1923.
Date he passed: Arnold Tomlinson passed away in Kings College Hospital on the 8th April 2024 under dubious circumstances.
Parent’s names: Arnold’s parents were Almenia nee Davis and John Tomlinson.

Where he grew up: Arnold grew up at Left Hall district, Beeston Spring PO in the parish of Westmoreland, Jamaica, West Indies.
Wife’s name: Arnold was married twice. First to IRIS MYERS, his childhood SWEETHEART, at Deleon Bigwoods on the 14th September 1955 and they resided at Thornhill. who followed him after he settled in the UK. His second wife is MERVELEE MYERS and there is no need to ask, “WHO IS MERVELEE MYERS?”
How and where did they meet: Mervelee and Arnold were introduced by Mrs Ethel Cleghorn a neighbour, who knew Mervelee Myers from working with her as an “Early Morning Cleaner”.
When and where married: Mervelee Myers and Arnold Tomlinson were married at Peckham Registrar on the 21st May 2014.
Children: There were no children from the union, but Arnold is the father of Trevor Anthony Tomlinson and Mervelee Myers is the mother of Kevin Donovan Murray and Valdin Allan Legister, who are our children.
Grand Children: Arnold has one grandson by Trevor and 6 grandchildren by Mervelee’s sons.
Special friends: At 101 years old, Arnold do not have many friends alive. Jerry McGill and Chester Pinder are two of Tom’s friends who remain a tower of strength for Mervelee at this time of mourning.

Achievements in life: Arnold is the patriarch of the TOMLINSON FAMILY CLAN from Westmoreland, Jamaica to the UK in February 1956. Their achievements are also his… Some of the things I know about my husband came about after his brother PERCY died in the USA. His Sister-In-Law Hyacinth called for Tom to share information about her husband. That was when I decided to learn about TOM, other than what I know since we were together. Tom is a private and modest person who refuse to brag and boast about his accomplishments. Most of what I know about Tom came from his family and friends. However, the interviews and documentaries in his own words are testimonies to his ACHIEVEMENTS…
What was he passionate about: Arnold was passionate about everything and brought his first piece of land four (4) acres at Thornhill, where he became a “Small Farmer”. He bought his second piece of land at Old Mountain as soon as his circumstances changed. His FAMILY were the centre of his world. In the end his passion boils down to defending his wife from the systemic discrimination of the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Services that left him TRAUMATISED. This started at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust workplace nursery 2003-2008 and the subsequent miscarriages of justice over the ensuing years. Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson was made a sacrifice when GOD on realising, Arnold made up his jewels and wanted to go home to HEAVEN. Decided to send him to Kings College Hospital on BYRON ward where the only person who cared for him was a MALE Nurse name JOHN. Mervelee Myers started writing for THERAPY after her FATHER was stricken with PARKINSON’S and writing gave her an outlet to create stories from the FOUNDATION laid by the STORYTELLERS in her FAMILY in the COMMUNITIES that raised children like ARNOLD and MERVELEE who were separated by the differences in their age but were able to be the bedrock of their families. Therefore, the stories already created are for the future generations of their family. This celebration of the life of ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON must be understood by the audience that Mervelee Myers is trying to reach. So that the ideals of Mervelee Myers and her husband can be continued even when Mervelee’s time on earth has expired like TOM.
Able to cook/bake: Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson was excellent at whatever he chose to accomplish, and he was an excellent HOST. During Mervelee’s and Tom’s time together he ran the home in terms of I would come home to dinner prepared and waiting. I only cooked on weekends and when FAMILY came by on special occasions. Mervelee Myers recalls the last breakfast Tom made for her that will be my last memory of his love and dedication to the woman he loved.
Favourite food /drink: Like Mervelee Myers, Arnold was not fussy about food, however, he was from the “Old School” and live the life of an “English Gentleman”.

Contempt Application: I had no alternative than to accept the allegations so as not to be sent to PRISON. I was not aware that the LAW could be used to discriminate against me with an UNJUNCTION after my ordeals of experiencing Systemic Discrimination after the death of my mother with dementia.

2.24 Nuisance
I am not the person nor any members of my household or invited guests have caused nuisance at Alma Grove since I moved in December 2000. Instead I am the victim not the aggressor. This can be verified by evidence contained in the DATA that was wiped from the Customer Panel when Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert started working with Housing for Women in 2022. The evidence can be found in complaints to the Housing Ombudsman Service and letters to MP Neil Coyle. Reports to the Metropolitan Police and visits to Croydon Magistrates Court and interview at the Walworth Road Police Station.

I am the victim of this section with the evidence in a YouTube video posted online with me sharing my experiences of what my neighbour is doing to me. This video is from 2019 when I contacted the Landlord via letter and probably email asking them to keep my concerns of latter dated April 2019 on record.
Not to Commit any Act of Domestic Violence… I was rescued by the landlord from Homelessness after I experienced DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. I was treated fairly throughout my stay at Alma Grove by the Landlord and my concerns were shared and addressed. All this changed after Ms Gilchrist broke the glass to the Communal Door on the 13th of December 2021. I was invited to ASB Meeting in May 2022 by Samantha Gibbs who started working for the Landlord in April 2022. I experienced Domestic Violence from Ms Gilchrist and her partner and friends inside the premises and outside from I was invited to ASB Meeting and Trina Philbert visited my home with Ms Candy Smith from Adult Social Care. Premises Damaged by Third Party: Ms Gilchrist and her partners smashed up the doors to her flat that was none of my business according to the Metropolitan Police. I raised concerns twice to the Landlord about the BROKEN GLASS. The Police who were sent because they heard the LOUD commotion on the 13 December 2021 left after accusing me of shouting when he claimed the breaking of the glass was not MALICIOUS. BARRISTER RYAN CLEMENT HAS NOT PAID THE JUDGEMENT OF £9,450.00
Housing For Women claiming to have the charitable objective of housing women and their dependents was FACT from I was rescued from DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and HOMELESSNESS in 2000. I am not sure when this changed, however, the evidence points to the employment of Samantha Gibbs in April 2022 and Trina Philbert in May 2022. Since I did not breach the Tenancy Agreement, I am expecting the law to take precedent in the Courts as I continue to ask for justice. 20th June 2022 – Please apply the written correspondence of the visit and outcome. Trina Philbert started the job in May and visited my home with Candy Smith in June. Based on my experiences “Without Prejudice” Trina Philbert did not get the training needed to do her job.
On 17th July 2023 I called the number on the letter in good faith to talk to the sender. I received a letter after the date I was asked to contact the Landlord about whether I was willing to go ahead with the MEDIATION I offered. But what is RELEVANT in this matter is what was impacting on my HEALTH in July 2023. I had no prior knowledge of Devonshires Solicitors. You will have heard the news that a General Election is happening on Thursday 4 July. As an arm’s length public body, the Housing Ombudsman’s work will continue, however we will not publish any determinations during this time known as the pre-election period. We are also not able to discuss any matters that might be viewed as political at speaking events, however, we are pleased to let you know that the first Resident Panel 2024-27 meeting will still take place next week via Zoom, as planned.

Ask the Ombudsman
At the meeting the Housing Ombudsman will be answering questions you sent us following our last email to you.
Thank you to those of you that submitted a question for the Ombudsman. We received a lot of excellent questions and will try to cover as much ground as possible.
It is unlikely that we will have the time to cover every query at this first meeting, but we hope to use this regular mailing dedicated to our members to share learning and continue to improve the information on our website.
Any questions that do not get answered at the meeting, we will provide a written response after the election.
Do you need help using Zoom?
Our Resident Panel is made up of residents that live in social housing across all areas of England. As a national panel, all our meetings take place on Zoom.

How panel meetings work
What it means to be a panel member
Since the panel’s appointment, we have received several queries about incentives for panel members. As a member of the Housing Ombudsman panel, you will receive invitations to join meetings with the Ombudsman and its team, asked for your say on consultations, and to provide evidence to our reports and asked for feedback via surveys.
The Panel will meet around 4 times per year, and we will also sometimes invite you to join smaller, topic focused groups based on the information that you provided when you applied to join.
We understand you have busy lives, and we would like to stress that there is no requirement to respond to every request for information or attend every meeting.
As a member of the Housing Ombudsman Resident Panel, you will get to:
1. Share your experiences
Tell us about your experiences to help us identify areas where services can be improved and help us make sure residents are at the centre of our work.
2. Shape our service
Attend regular meetings with the Ombudsman and have your say via short surveys, consultations, and virtual discussions. Your feedback will give residents a voice in everything we do.
3. Learn more about the Housing Ombudsman
Be the first to hear about the work we are doing to improve landlord services and how it will positively impact residents living in social housing.
4. Talk to others
We want to make sure our service is accessible to all residents that live in social housing. As a Panel member, you can help us reach residents in your local community and raise awareness the service.
Please note that you will not be paid for being a member of the panel, and we cannot provide IT equipment. We are also unable to discuss individual complaints at meetings or via the resident panel inbox.

Housing issues the Housing Ombudsman can consider
Some of the questions we received were about housing issues that fall outside of our remit to consider. The Housing Ombudsman considers complaints about the housing management activities of a social housing landlord – for example, complaints about repairs, property condition and its response to reports of antisocial behaviour.
We cannot look at complaints about how a local authority allocates properties through its housing register or their duty to provide homelessness assistance. These complaints should be referred to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman.
