I note you have not responded to my initial email below, but I have been notified that the MPS Complaints Resolution Unit have received further notice of an email which you have sent to the Commissioner’s Office on 01/04/2025. This is to be considered within the complaint reference PC/1514/25 rather than duplicating efforts. MM Updates: Since the Commissioner signed IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE at “A New Met for London” launch I deemed it appropriate to involve the Commissioner’s Office directly in the matter of how I am denied my ENTITLEMENTS and FREEDOM to DIE SLOWLY of TORTURE whilst the London Ambulance Service is sent out that am BURNING THE PLACE.
Please note, I will only be dealing with complaints that relate to officers, staff, contractors or volunteers exercising police functions on behalf of the MPS. MM Update: I must bring to your attention that if these COMPLAINTS were dealt with from the time, I arranged the MEETING with Inspector Owen Pyle and Tammie Tebboth at the Southwark Police Station we would not be here now addressing a CRIME Number. I am not able to investigate allegations or concerns made by you toward external agencies or organisations, including the CPS, HM Courts & Tribunals Service, and the NHS. MM Update: Where the MPS Officers are directly involved, then am positive that under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and GDPR and Charter of Rights I am entitled to have the CONCERNS investigated. I am also unable to re-investigate concerns of yours that have already been answered by previous complaints. MM Updates: Not when MOPAC Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb continued to DISCRIMINATE in their RESPONSE causing MPS to treat me like a CRIMINAL (3rd January 2025 YouTube). I have therefore reviewed your complaints history in order to ascertain what, if any concerns within your submission, have already been answered. MM Updates: Let me correct any MISTAKES you have made.
I understand that a recent complaint made by you under reference PC/2268/24 which you were provided with an outcome report on 07/02/2025 is currently with the IOPC for an appeal. MM Updates: Raquell Lovekin did not give me time to respond. Good Morning Mrs Myers,
Please can I ask you to stop sending emails that you are sending to the police, I am also sure other government bodies feel the same, MM Response: Any other Government body feeling the same can be mindful of the fact that a member of Keir Starmer Government was arrested by the MPS and has been barred from the Labour Party. Keir Starmer did the same to DIANE ABBOTT for her views on RACISM. But she later exposed him for having his pants down. Let’s the RAPE/MURDER of SARAH EVERARD for a moment. But the emails you send have links that would not be suitable for any department to be able to click due to the high risk of internet safety. MM Updates: MPS should be more concerned about the CHILDREN at www.leyf.org.uk and young people at the UEL here Richard Harty the Dean of School panic called my mobile on 27 September 2021 and kicked me out of UEL.
Please also note that your complaint appeal is with the IOPC and they are reviewing it, there will be no responses from me to any of the emails you send beyond this email. MM Response: Thanks very much. Now the IOPC must look into why they failed to address the previous CONCERNS. Were they waiting for the MPS and LAS to SUCCEED in SECTIONING, MURDERING and KIDNAPPING me between 30th October 2017 to 24 March 2025 turning up that they get report I was BURNING the place, posted on INSTAGRAM?

This complaint was made on 03/03/2024 which you have again mentioned in your email to the Commissioner’s Office. This complaint dealt with numerous ASB reports and a number of police reports prior to February 2025. It would not be right for me to comment on any part of that investigation that is under appeal at present. MM Updates: Fair enough, but it should not have taken years and the MPS party to me made HOMELESS and saddled with a SUSPENDED SENTENCE because of MPS NEGLIGENCE.
I have gone through your complaint submission and have addressed each point as follows. Please see below the table for the actions I will be taking. MM Updates: I will correct any MISTAKES.

My brother was at the end of the phone with me from USA. The Safer Neighbourhood Team have not visited yet, but MPS keep sending letters and visiting on behalf of Ms Gilchrist. |

Because MPS failed to act. She told me that the MPS is working with her to get me EVICTED and threatened to call the MPS to take me to JAIL after the Court case when I was given SUSPENDED SENTENCE. |

It was PUBLIC that my Husband was in the Hospital. He ended up in the Hospital on the 9th March 2024 after his birthday because Trevor Anthony Tomlinson ASSAULTED me. Reference Simone.Kidd@met.police.uk re 11/4/24 Crime Ref: 01/67016/24 in case MPS think they can get away with GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY. Ms Gilchrist told him I was ABUSING his father. SCOTLAND YARD is involved according to the MPS. How come they are not aware of my CONTRIBUTIONS to SAFEGUARDING the VULNERABLE. If I was allowed to volunteer Housing for Women could not get away with coercing Debbie Gilchrist to target me and my HUSBAND to cause his untimely death. |
| 15. Robbed in Peckham 19/10/2023. The Police dragging their feet whilst I am the target of MALICIOUS REPORTS. | I believe this to be part of PC/2268/24 – under IOPC review. MM Updates: Reference YouTube for how am holding MPS accountable as a WRITER and FREELANCER. PC/08721/24 last time I was sent an email, it stated the case was sent to the IOPC. What is the IOPC doing about this? 3034363/23 a Caucasian WOMAN was arrested days after the incident in Peckham. The Case has been passed from PC Herman to PC Gayfaire. In the meantime MPS has colluded with H4W and Debbie Gilchrist and Joe Hooper and the Alma Grove HATE MOB to allow DJ Sara Elizabeth Beecham to EVICT me with a SUSPENDED SENTENCE. If MPS had acted this would not be the outcome. Therefore MPS will be held accountable for my HOMELESSNESS and under THREATS from Debbie Gilchrist. |

MPS Data Office Neighbour’s CCTV 5/1/24 MPS advised Ms Gilchrist to install CCTV it was used to monitor my movements inside the communal area and outside to target me. |

Mimi Owusu calling my Mobile & House Phones 24/7 to TRIGGER me. Sometimes its my Home Phone Number showing on my phone and private on Mobile/Home Phone. H4W claims they picked up the BED she sent to my home. 8/8/23 Mimi Owusu contacted me via email as Cary Grant. She uses MALE & FEMALE names for her SCAMMING. |

My son and I were treated like CRIMINALS on 8/8/2024 and him witnessing the DISCRIMINATION by the POLICE is the cause of the High Blood Pressure as he is SCARED, they will IMPRISON and EVICT ME. My problems started at www.leyf.org.uk after the death of my mother with dementia and I spent 11 years trying to get my life back together. But the Met Police is working with the A-Z of Abusers to cover their tracks from the time they refused to act about the verbal threats of Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement. But turned up to SECTION me from a MALICIOUS REPORT I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. If the patterns of MALICIOUS REPORTS are considered, you can understand why the Police is involved in trying to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture on 30/11/2020. What they are failing to understand is that I write for therapy when my father was stricken with Parkinson’s. I created Community HUBS on Social Media, my own website, and can be seen on platforms across the internet to the world. Although my Intellectual Property, Copyrights, images and CPPDP have been harvested to make me a VOICELESS VULNERABLE VICTIM. I am getting recognition for my book. I have therefore found one concern from your initial complaint submission that I understand is new and not addressed already by previous complaints including but not limited to PC/2268/24, PC/8721/24, PC/8735/24 or PC/8745/24. I have also reviewed one attachment you sent to the Commissioner’s Office named ‘Myers Mervelee – Chronology of police Harassment in Conspiracy’ and have identified three further dates you mention police involvement that I do not believe have been addressed by complaint PC/2268/24. I am not only dissatisfied with MPS on the dates you have chosen. Please go as far back to the following: 1. 2017 when I arranged the MEETING with Inspector Owen Pyle and Tammie Tebboth. 2. Various correspondence with the IOPC and RATNAH KANAM in particular. 3. MOPAC response of Neil Solliss & Nikki Babb. 4. Claims against the MPS and IOPC. 5. Claims for COMPENSATION. 6. H4W UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. 7. HMCTS, CPS, CJS, IOPC, JCIO, SRA, BSB, HMPPS, CCMCC, HMPPS, CLCC, DBS involvement in the MISCARRIAGES of JUSTICE. 8. Why a DISABLED NHS Pensioner is without a GP.
Please respond within 7 days, by 14/04/2025, confirming that you agree the above concern addresses your entire (new) complaint and that you wish for me to investigate this as such? If I do not hear from you, I will investigate based on my understanding as outlined above. MM Response: Let me remind you of my RIGHTS as a DISABLED person to REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS. But since DJ Sarah Elizabeth Beecham needed an Equality Assessor Emua Ali to help her breach the Equality Act in favour of H4W, I doubt very much you know what REASONABLE ADJUSTMENT is. Therefore, I am IMPRISONED at 16 Alma Grove and RESPONDING and will be sharing in the PUBLIC DOMAIN as my RIGHTS to FREEDOM of SPEECH to clear my name from the GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY.
