Well I started believing in myself from I picked up the courage to challenge LEYF Nurseries CEO/MBE on the 19th September 2015 at Middlesex University. After lying to me at BIB on the 28th January 2015 about telling the team off for not attending the New Year Staff Party, she tried to stitch me up to breach the #SocialMedia P & P. But ignorant idiot didn’t know I have my #DefensivePractice. Now turns out they were not operating as a Legal entities.
So back to the story, she turned her back on me when she joined the group. I waited for her to finish and challenge her. She have the nerves to come chat about she didn’t recognise me. In hindsight and on reflections that’s how some Women who let Power get to their head operate.
Take the case of the PM, Theresa May, how in heavens could she be thinking that putting her name on the #CampaignBus says Conservative Party? Well that’s the same thing with the CEO/MBE, after a time she thinks she was/is #LEYF and set about getting rid of the employees who were the #Expert_Authorities in building the Organisation’s BRAND.
As for following the professionals, I am doing well with the #FreeTrainings. I will no longer be joining any bandwagons that I can’t benefit from.
As for the STRESS, I am trying to get this sorted. I have come to the CON-Clue-John, that there are lots of #JohnFenton out there. They are clueless and only out to samfy me.

The true meaning of “once a man twice a child” hit me like a bolt of lightning out of the blue this week. Whilst out in the garden supervising the children at play a toddler was asked to go & get her shoes. I watched the child walked past the said shoes, goes over to where she had left the shoes and comes back to the spot where they were and picked them up. I commented to the other adult that although I did not study psychology I could immediately apply psychology to the actions of the toddler and linked the behaviour to adults who had reached that stage in their lives.
On reflections I can now say that working in Early Years and my life experiences of been around elderly people who are in the twilight of their lives have given ME the opportunity to gain hands on experiences of humankind and the intricasies of LIFE. Although the child saw the shoes I am thinking that she had to go back to the original spot where she left the shoes before she was convinced they were hers. The same thing happens to an adult who will show such behaviours and mannerisms in all aspects of their lives when they are in their twilight years.
My real life experiences have thought me so much that I would never learn from a Text Book or even from a College Course. The saying “you are never too old to learn” is indeed true as every day I learn something that was already embedded from years of life experiences. All left for ME to do is convince others that my knowledge, values and beliefs that are implicit can become explicit for the benefit of others. Of course my main concerns are with my elderly MUM who is in her twilight YEARS. LOVE You MAMA now and always.

Here’s my lesson of the day for LEYF Nurseries and cohorts, I am blessed by GOD, the almighty. Because of the blessings of my parents. I don’t let what anyone says bother me too much these days.
I would entreat family to live good. This is the second Friends I have who is #estrange from their only child.
Daily Express RUSSELL GRANT Taurus: You’ve entered a period of stagnation. Although you’ve never been a fast mover, you usually make slow, steady progress towards goals. When activity grinds to a halt, panic sets in. If you want to shake things up, take a challenging course.
Oh so I finished editing my first Chapter and I feel like a treat and I am going to do exactly that.
I think I am going to shake things up by going to read my email from Real Coaching Co – Carole Ann Rice – Life Coach. I think there might be an offer for some free training that I should not refuse. I can’t afford to look a gift horse too much in the mouth.
3 years ago I have everything from celebrating the wedding of my #2Son Naheel Julene Brown Legister & Valdin Legister on the 1st January 2014. Spending a month with my MOTHER, who have Dementia and didn’t recognise me. I was able to use the knowledge from studies at the The Open University to help her celebrate the Strong Woman I knew, before she was taken from me. But despite not recognising me for 4 weeks, she came around long enough on the 22nd when I was leaving for our final goodbye.
I came back to the UK and the discrimination started at Luton Street in a subtle manner. By April, I was signed off sick with STRESS.
I went back to JA to bury Mama… I attended the graduation of my eldest grandchild Donte’ Legister who earned a scholarship to Munro College. I returned to the UK, transferred to BIB and that was the start of the spiral into #MentalHealth_MeltDown. I was sent to HOC, ended up at New Cross where I had no alternatives but to resign to save my #Husband and myself from a slow and excruciating death.
That’s why I stood my ground in light of the adversities and challenges against LEYF Nurseries, the #Establishments and the #Systems that thought they have the rights to discriminate against me when I was at my most #VULNERABLE. I am still waiting for the outcome so I can get closures and move on with my life.

Another of my #success story. I am so proud of my #SONS. This morning it was Kevin Murray and this afternoon Valdin Legister. What more could I ask for. That’s why #LEYF, the #Establishment and the #Systems will not get away with the #DISCRIMINATION from I get back from burying my #MOTHER.
A brief evaluation of the #elections and my #Husband is not well pleased. He’s been a true blue Conservatives from he arrived in the UK in 1956. This is the 2nd time in my 25 years of living in the UK that I have voted. I chose to vote for my husband and not any of the party. Because he’s the only one who’s been there for me through thick and thin.
I have to make some comparison to my former employers at #KINGSCOLLEGEHOSPITALNHSFOUNDATIONTRUST & LEYF Nurseries. Because my husband think that Theresa May have been complacent in not listening to the electorates.
I will reflect on why #MERVELEEMYERS is out of a job since I was forced to resign to save mine and my husband life.
Both occasion when I was forced to resign was because of #WEAKWOMEN who viewed my knowledge as threats to their incompetence. The manager #GlendalynAboayage was only a figure head who took credit for my #CPPDP and #IntellectualProperties that I gained studying with the #OpenUniversity.
Working collaboratively, I implement #INCLUSION to enable KINGS to become a beacon. My key child is on the poster promoting Ofsted. Yet despite KINGS being in the limelight for #Medicine_Professionals, it took my research to implement the #EarlyInterventionStrategies to support children with SEND and their families. Via studies I was able to provide the support network to help families to understand their children conditions. But what did they do, end my career and destroy my name, reputation and character.
The blame for #LEYF fall from grace after the success of the #Pioneers in giving the organisation start must be laid fairly and squarely on the CEO/MBE in her quests. She lost sight of the bigger picture when she pondering to the psychopathic egos surrounding herself with those who didn’t share the vision of the Pioneers. She got rid of the employees who work to make #LEYF a beacon around the world. Now all #LEYF is, is a shell of the organisation I was employed by from 1st September 2009 to when I left for my #2Son Valdin Legister wedding on the 22nd December 2013. By the time I get back on the 22nd January 2014 the rot had set in.

But he was instrumental in bringing about some changes for the #JamaicaLabourParty in Westmoreland. He stood for the JLP, but he represent PEOPLE and not Party. That’s why he’s left a #Legacy that his #Family can be proud of. I am almost sure one of the other #Councillor maybe family via ASHTER daughter’s Sister? Sorry if I am wrong. But we are loyal to our belief.
Here’s #MERVELEEMYERS throwing down the gauntlet to LEYF Nurseries, the #Establishment and the #Systems, naysayers and trolls. I didn’t chop and change at any time when it comes to my #Family, #Friends and anyone else who need my support.
I stuck to my guns in the face of adversities. I make sacrifice ensuring that my #1Son have the funds for his Political Campaigning.
Despite what was going on around me with coping with the ET case, I never wavered.
That’s why I have decided that since they don’t want me to #WORK here in the UK, strip of my #Dignit, I will create my own Business. You will see me promoting my #BRAND Kevin Murray and Valdin Legister.

Whilst out in the garden supervising the children at play a toddler was asked to go & get her shoes. I watched the child walked past the said shoes, goes over to where she had left the shoes and comes back to the spot where they were and picked them up. I commented to the other adult that although I did not study psychology I could immediately apply psychology to the actions of the toddler and linked the behaviour to adults who had reached that stage in their lives.On reflections I can now say that working in Early Years and my life experiences of been around elderly people who are in the twilight of their lives have given ME the opportunity to gain hands on experiences of humankind and the intricasies of LIFE. I have never bowed to provocarions before. However this time I was rescued by the #PassiveAggressions that took me back to the #POSTTRAUAMATICSTRESSSDISORDERS of my childhood. I am Working but I can’t help the TEARS from falling. This is how I cope with the DEPRESSION that’s part of the Chonic Anxiety I experience from the age of 10. I never gave in all the time & 47 years later my #FIGHT4JUSTICE go on to the Bitter End.
Thanks to Laura Tinsley Trainee NHS Psychologist @SouthwarkPsycologicalService Maudsley NHS Trust for supporting my Recovery. Still a long way to go but I get there with God’s grace & mercies.

I already said there is nothing wrong with my FINGERS. Be very aware of the pitfalls, social media can turn you into something else!
I already have my eyes on my Ideal MAN, so what he’s a man of Principle because his #MOTHER brought him up to Respect #WOMEN… So I respect where he’s coming from.

21 yrs ago today I left the shores of my home land JAMAICA to try & make a better life for myself, the 2 most Precious Gifts God granted me & my Family to set up home in the UK. The road has not always being an easy 1 to travel, but thanks to the Almighty Father I did make the best of my opportunities>>> Now that I am getting GOWGM I can count the blessings God has afforded me & I want to continue sharing with those who mean the most to ME? The involvement of the Team Dr Rajiv Patel resulting in treating my dental problems with Periodontal appointment with the Hygienist and additional treatment will help me to take back control of my life and am privilege saying how am regaining my confidence. I am getting support to keep the teeth I have left; I will only do more extractions as a last resort. I have had new denture made stopping the discomfort I was experiencing.
I can vouch for the service I received at Wytes. Sad to say I am taking my Fight4justice with my MAPS websites in the making to the University of East London and those involved with the systematic discrimination after the death of my MOTHER with DEMENTIA. Since I have been kicked out of the UEL by a Richard Harty who panicked and called my mobile on 27/9/2021 to threaten me. I will not let LEYF abusers make me feel ashamed of myself anymore as my new denture fits perfectly and the discomfort is gone.
I can eat my food and chew properly, but I must get treatment for the eating disorder I developed because of the continuing discrimination in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Wytes comes well recommended and writing reviews is part of my therapy. I am more than proud to contribute so anyone looking for dental practice will know that I am getting the best service at Wytes. We must give credit where it is due.
I must let it be known that I feel well looked after and given the best advice. Unlike recent happenings when I feel that the younger generations are not giving the older folks the respect and support, WE need. I can say unequivocally that I have been made to feel at ease by all with whom I come in contact with. But I must make mention of all members of WYTES TEAM, who are taking care of my needs and putting a SMILE on my FACE. I can recommend Wytes as the place you can get the best treatment.
In addition, I am naming Wyte’s Team who are looking out for my best interest in regaining control over my Dental Health. Congratulations!

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard did set out going back to my Early Intervention Strategies for EMINEMBHARDfamily SURVIVAL in 2020. After been in #lockdown the past 6 years because of LEYF Nurseries and their cohorts DISCRIMINATION. It’s right that I name www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk at this stage for the role the Judiciary Of England & Wales played in denying Merveleeconsultancy my RIGHTS not to be discriminated against. The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) Article 14 states that it is a basic entitlements for humans to enjoy their rights and freedoms without discrimination on any grounds.
Let Fight4justice bring to the attention of Boris Johnson who is a new father again my story about my Father’s struggles with www.parkinsons.org.uk that resulted in Childhood Traumas that affected My Mental Health Network until I was advised to seek CBT by Dr Laura Crawford of www.healthmanltd.com after LEYF Nurseries set out using my vulnerability of having DISABILITIES to ruin my LEYF Careers. This was done from the time I returned from burying my mother and lasted until I have to resign with a nervous breakdown. This was the second breakdown in a toxic work environment after experiencing bereavement and loss.
My biggest bugbear however, is with FACEBOOK that provided platforms for TROLLS to TARGET Affected by Cancer like Janet Beeput & Family & Friends Group. This started from 18/9/2015 when FB gave LEYF access to my account. Without Prejudice Merveleeconsultancy is of the opinion that NEIL KING was the Head of the Pedophile RING at LEYF. And I make no apologies after the Employment Tribunal presided over the second miscarriages of justice making me a VICTIM.
As a result Winsome Duncan and Ryan Clement set out to scam me and then sent POLICE to my home to SECTION me about malicious report of Townhead & Adjacent Districts Of Westmoreland Group writing on FB that I was feeling #suicidal. This is from HCT Group Impact Report 2016 “1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. My Stories are documented at Google-My-Business and WordPress. It was during a visit to my home by one of my former colleagues who the manager had told I graduated from The Open University and she asked for my help that I heard that LEYF was recruiting. Since my LEYF Careers that was ruined is in the Public Domain, I will leave this story here for now.
This is what happens when the #ChurchofEngland and #JohnSentamu have lost touch with the Common People. Mervelee Ratty Nembhard have a similar experience with #JoeAldred who I first meet at Churches Together in Britain and Ireland. So time to #reflect by the way The Church of England about why Mervelee Ratty Nembhard have to #challenged what I considered to be BIGOTRY by one Black Person against another. I am in total shock and refuse to make any judgement about anyone, nor why they become radicalised.
From 23rd July 2014 to 3rd March 2017 I was persecuted by the #FormerEmployers, the #Establishment and the #Systems. I lived every day scared I would commit criminal acts and end up in a prisoner where I would #DIE without my #Family. I called the teacher who influenced my life the most to tell her about the passing of my Mama! Ms UNA PERRY started reminescing about my family and hers – any1 remember Ms INA? Its time for the UK Government to act.
In the past, we campaigned together for better regulation of cigarette packaging, and won. Today, on #WorldNoTobaccoDay, its time to come together again. It cant wait.
Tobacco may seem like an issue of the past. But around 6.6 million people in the UK still smoke, and most people who smoke want to quit but need access to support to do so.
Current funding to help people quit smoking is simply not enough. The number of local stop smoking services have declined primarily due to funding cuts since 2015, thats why were asking the government to substantially increase their funding across the UK nations.

With the upcoming budget in the Autumn, the UK Government can make this change. This funding doesnt need to come at the expense of the taxpayer. The tobacco industry makes hundreds of millions in UK profits off the number one cause of cancer it’s time they are made to pay up for the damage caused.
We want to see a future where people live longer lives and there are fewer cancers caused by smoking. A future with more grandparents cheering on at sports day. A future with more retirement parties. A future without the number one cause of cancer. But we cant get there without government action on tobacco.

This story only served to verify what I have concluded after undertaking studies to enhanced Personal Professional Development over the past years. When I was growing up in the West Indies, Great Britain was a BEACON of the levels of the Educational standards that Third World Societies tried to emulate, attain and achieve. Sadly because of the dog eat dog situations that exist in this Society today in my opinion everything is been dummed down to suit political correctness. Rheteoric and bureaucratic red tape hidden behind tokenism resulted in people with the knowledge, values and beliefs turning a blind eye to matters over which they may have otherwise taken a stance to bring about change. Therefore no one is going to challenge social injustices and inequalities that keep todays children condemned to a future where they are ignorant to what is happening around them and are unable to break that cycle of poverty.
I am of the belief that blind can’t lead blind and this is what is happening in today’s Great Britain. A person can only work with the resources at their disposals. Whatever one puts in that is what is going to come out and children today are being been cheated of the opportunity to make progress as everyone seem to be working from their own agenda instead of from a unified shared vision with the Unique child at the CENTRE. These are my own implicit and explicit thoughts about an article in a Daily Newspaper. 01.06.2011.

A post-mortem carried out following the death of Sarah Everard found the 33-year-old marketing executive died from compression of the neck, police have said.
Ms Everard went missing as she walked home from a friend’s house in Clapham, south London, on 3 March.

A 90-year-old black woman was handcuffed and had a spit hood placed over her head and a Taser pointed at her by the Metropolitan police.
The woman was reportedly left with cuts and bruises to her wrists and one of her arms after being restrained at her home in Peckham, south-east London, on 9 May.
She was handcuffed behind her back, had a mesh spit hood placed over her head and a Taser trained on her before she was taken to hospital without being arrested.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct is investigating the incident. One officer has been suspended and barred from using a Taser, while five others have been placed on restricted duties so they have no contact with the public.
The Met said officers were called to an address in SE15 on 9 May after reports of a disturbance between a woman and her carer.
A spokesperson said: “The Met officers attended and identified a 90-year-old lady, who was distressed. After officers attempted to engage with her, she was restrained using handcuffs and a spit hood applied after it was alleged one officer was spat at. The woman was then taken to hospital. She was not arrested.
“During the course of the incident, an officer issued a red-dot challenge with their Taser but did not discharge it.”
The IOPC launched an investigation on 17 May after the Met’s directorate of professional standards referred the case to the watchdog. A family member of the woman has been allowed to watch footage of what happened from the officers’ body-worn video cameras.
DCS Seb Adjei-Addoh, who is in charge of policing in the borough of Southwark, said the incident raised a number of questions.
“There are limits to what I am able to say in relation to this incident given it is now subject to an IOPC investigation. However, it is clear that this will have been a distressing experience for the lady involved and that the circumstances raise a number of questions that need to be answered,” he said.
“While I do not wish to pre-judge this process, officers know that they must be able to justify any use of force or restraint and we will expect that of the officers involved in this incident. They also know that we expect them to show compassion and to adjust their approach in real time according to the circumstances they are faced with.”
An IOPC spokesperson confirmed it was investigating and added: “We have also received a public complaint concerning the level of force that was used and the injuries it is alleged the woman sustained, including cuts and bruising on both her wrists and one arm. We have been in touch with the woman’s family to explain our role.”

Thanks for your decision, but I think it would be remiss of me not to address the contradictions in your decision and how this decision was made. You and I did not discuss most of what you made the DECISION about. You said you would call me back, so I don’t understand the conclusion.

I did not ask any such thing and this is where the levels of my work as a Basic School Teacher from Jamaica and EYFS coordinator, SENCO, and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator must be considered. The letter did not explain that I could not come to the branch to discuss the matter. For a person with mental and physical impairments
I did not ask any such thing. Because when I raised the questions to the person who mysteriously appeared from break about what happened to our SAVINGS, she reassured my husband his accounts would not be affected. Nationwide did not address the warning threatening letter to me as if it is a “Joint Account”. The person I spoke to refused to answer my questions.

I am the person who asked the Person serving me to let me put the transaction through and I would bring the ID next day.
There was nothing about trying to bypass the system. Person I spoke to said she identified me as a “REGULAR CUSTOMER”.
The transaction went through until I was told there was no such account
She then read me some instructions about what happened if I go ahead with the transaction
Then she asked if I still want to go through with the transaction
I did not shout and yell at the cashier, I told her the person for the transaction live local, I will go and get her
I only spoken to the black man who was ridiculing me
How did the cashier get to the point of making the transaction when she said there was no such account?
Was the cashier upset because I refused to allow her to put the transaction into an account she said did not exist?
The person who I spoke to on Monday 15/5/2023 said she was the witness who filed the report
She said she was the person who identified me as a “REGULAR CUSTOMER”
Why was she not concerned about the behaviour of a REGULAR CUSTOMER knowing Mr. Arnold Tomlinson is 100 years old?

The question Nationwide need to answer is why was nothing said to me when I returned with the person for whom the transaction was to go to?
Nationwide continues to contradict the matter and making the situation blown out of all proportion with blacklisting and networking against me
Where in the letter is the warning?
When I spoke to the person, she claimed I should not be at Nationwide about the letter, but this was not made clear for me to understand.
Nationwide must provide evidence of my ACTIONS that cause Nationwide to threaten to close my account
I explained why I had to take out the JOINT ACCOUNT with my HUSBAND.
The THREATS to close my ACCOUNT is a deliberate act of breaching my RIGHTS under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics being the CARER for Mr. Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson.

Exceptional circumstances
I am carer who have mental and physical impairments for my 100 year old husband.
Thank you for speaking to me recently. I’m just writing to confirm some of the things we talked about and to send you our decision in writing.
Our Decision
I’m really sorry that you’ve raised the following things:-
You’ve asked why your allowed to visit Brixton Branch shortly after getting a warning letter from us.
You want to know what accounts both you and your husband hold with Nationwide.
The threat of closing your account is clear evidence that Nationwide intends to steal your money.
You’re not happy that your photo will be made public on your profile.
You want a written apology and compensation for everything that Nationwide has done to you.
However, I’m afraid I can’t agree that we’ve done anything wrong.
How did we reach our decision?
To reach this decision, I’ve read all the statements following your visit to our Brixton Branch. You wanted to make a bill payment for £5,000 over the counter but the system required additional ID. As you didn’t have this on you at the time the cashier tried to bypass the system, but at that stage you started shouting and yelling at the cashier and also swearing at other customers. Despite the cashier managing to get to the point of making the payment you continued to swear and shout and then left the branch. This left the cashier and other members of staff and customers shocked and upset.
Therefore we were correct in giving you the warning but this didn’t mean you couldn’t continue to visit branch it just means that if you were to act like this again we would look to close your accounts with us.
You’ve asked what accounts you hold jointly with your husband, I can confirm that these are; Flexaccount ending 5981; 1.40% 2yr FRB (A) ending 5839; 1% 2yr FRB (A) ending 0613;
If any of your accounts were to be closed we would write to let you know and give you information on how to do a SWITCH OUT to another account or send you a cheque for the balances that remain in your accounts when we close them. As we follow the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority we wouldn’t be allowed to steal anyone’s money.
An alert on your account is something that’s written on your account to tell staff that a warning has been given to you. It’s not a photo of any kind so it doesn’t breach any laws, legislations, codes of conduct or malpractices.
I’m sorry but we won’t be in a position to offer you compensation nor a written apology. Neither are we responsible for how you’ve been treated in the past by Barclays Bank, Santander, the Police Force or any other criminal cases you’ve raised.
The £100 Nationwide Fairer Share payment is not compensation towards your complaint but as a result of profits made by Nationwide during the last financial year. As a building society, and not a bank, we can do things a little differently, like share profits with our members. We’ve given members £100 as part of our ongoing commitment to you all. Members need a current account plus either a savings account or mortgage account to qualify for this payment. As you and your husband have both, this is why you’ve received this payment if you don’t wish to receive it please let us know.
