This was recorded in 1992, the year I came to the Mother Country, Great Britain. I make use of the opportunities I was afforded to educate myself to become a graduate b4 my 50th birthday. However the fact that I wanted to empower myself to help others by making valuable contributions working in the Early Years Sector as I am/was passionate about my work with children and families.

I experienced loss and bereavement around the time I was finishing my studies with the The Open University, and that’s when the former employers with their ignorant #Leaders_Managerment decided that I was too clever for them, so they have to get rid of me at whatever cost to my health and emotional wellbeing.

So the discrimination that was to trigger and exacerbate my Hidden Disability machinery was put into place. I did not recognose the person they tried to say I had become, so Self-Referred to Occupational Health. I was passed fit my 2 Doctors to resume work. But once you raise concerns, this was taken as you challenging the status quo. Therefore the establishments and the systems colluded to make my life a living hell, so I resigned.

If you want to know more about this episode in my life go find Dr Maria Hudson of University of Essex. The Research Paper: The Experience of Discrimination on Multiple Grounds was carried out for the Policy Studies Institute. It can be found at Acas www.acas.org.uk/researchpaper. There was a miscarriage of justice. That’s why I decided to stop hiding when I started sharing my stories on Google and Google Adwords. My Intellectual Properties are used on MQ: Transforming mental health. I have to be forever thanking Facebook that allowed me to use this space as sounding board over the years.

Fast forward to 2014 when I experienced loss and bereavement and what happened to me again? It was history repeating itself again. But this time I was not allowing LEYF Nurseries to make me out to be the scapegoat like they labelled me at their Disciplinary/Appeal Hearings #UURICA_LE… There is no way I was going to allow that to happen to me again over my dead body. So I started my Fight4justice campaign. I have had to fight for what rightfully belong to me, hammer, tooth and nail. I will leave no stones unturned until I get justice from Voice: the union for education professionals, the other establishment and systems figure head who think they were dealing with an idiot.

I will want to get answers to why my RACISM Claim was struck out repeatedly despite Dr Maria Hudson recommendations in the Report Paper 2012. The interviews were done with Claimants 2007-2010. When I arrived at the Priliminary Hearing on the 15th March 2016, the Judge said to me Mrs MYERS, you are here again.

The damn idiot John Fenton tried to fob me off. They were still trying to fob me off up until the 3rd March 2017. Now why the hell is no one listening and trying to gag others?

I have lost faith in some of the #ModernDaySLAVERY practices in the United Kingdom that are causing the Mental Health epedemic that is prevalent from the cradle to the grave. I only realise the magnitude of the problems when I read Gloria Cameron CASE DISMISSED. I will end with this quote from Dr Yvonne Thompson CBE. “Until the lion learns to write, the hunter will always tell the story”.

I have many stories to tell, and this has been in the making from I attended Lambeth College, and my tutors told me I could become a WRITER, because of how I entwined my life experiences into my Assignments. I have been writing from I discovered the Bible Stories that my FATHER, used to tell and he had the Bible with the photos depicting the stories. I have not looked back since he bought me my first book, a copy of the Bible. I went on to pass Bible Knowledge with credit before going to Frome Technical High Sch. Past Students. So no one can’t really fool me, but I sometimes play the fool to catch the wise. Someone mentioned about Human Nature and I am seriously thinking about doing research on this subject?

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the next Mindful Art at the TJHC next Monday 10 July and will run every week until Monday 31 July.

The session will begin at 3.00pm and finish at 4.30pm but you are welcome to join in at any point of the workshop.
The sessions will be led by Lucy Ribeiro a practicing artist, facilitator and art and wellbeing practitioner, Lucy will be supported by Abby one of our lovely volunteers!
No experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided.
We will be meeting in the Group Rooms which are located on the ground floor on the right hand side of the entrance to the building, staff will be outside to meet you.
For parking, on entry into the centre, you can park in the visitor car park. Please then put your vehicle registration into the console/tablet located opposite the ground floor security desk. This will provide 2 hours free parking if actioned within 15 minutes of entering the vehicle entrance.
We recommend you bring a bottle of water and there will also be drinking water available in the room.

I have signed up for yet another challenge. After my ordeals this morning, struggling with my husband, my MOTHER life of struggling came back to haunt me.

Seeing my #Husband on the floor begging me to lift him up bring TEARS to my eyes. So when I am reaching out for support I honestly don’t need to be judged by others who don’t have a clue what my life was like from the time my Papa was struck down with #Parkinson and the dynamics of my family life change forever.

I was no longer the happy go lucky TOM BOY but a repress child who regress searching for the love of my #Father.

So I have to justify why GOD stop loving my Father by making him suffer. So I was Passive Aggressive to everyone and my Papa more so with the cursing of bad words. To this day I am cursing in my head. But with counselling at the Maudsley Hospital, I am dealing with the demons.

I have a relapse when the DEAD-Press-On tried taking control. But if I’d done I would not be in a fit state to help my Husband as his carer and I couldn’t live with myself on top of the other turmoil.

I am going to cook and head out to WHSmith at Elephant and Castle for #Mind.

So everyone thinks that they know #MERVELEEMYERS? No everyone is WRONG, because I am just learning about Mervelee Ratty Nembhard myself.

I will do my talking unlike my #MOTHER who bottle up everything and suffer in silence. However I have to accept that I have more traits from my MOTHER and #GrandMother to know I’m chip off the old block.

So when I am reaching out for help and none is forthcoming, I will revert to relying on the #Resilient person I became from about the age of 8-9 years old… Thanks to my Primary School Teacher Ms Una Perry.

I hate people who see me as a person to be exploited when I am at my most #Vulnerable. The race is not for the swift, but those that endure to the end.

My #ET_CASE finished from the 3rd March 2017 and I am still waiting…? I won’t go crawling begging for anyone support ever again. I have TOM, who I know is there for me 100%. He said it’s not about MONEY, but PRINCIPLES.

I am still so TIRED from my hectic 2 weeks in JA. But big Ta to my Wonderful Husband who has being a Tower of Strength since the year started… The good news that I was promised back in JA from a Visionary Bro Ken keep coming in abundance… So all I can say is put Ur Trust in the Almighty Father & Ur Prayers will be answered 3 folds! Must say I really felt the Love yesterday from all my Colleagues at Team Luton Street Community Nursery – London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) who expressed how much they missed me these past 2 weeks! This have boosted my morals to top levels & I am truly grateful for the Sentiments. So I am reaching out to my manager Gemma Manns, deputy Mathew, Michelle H., Sunita B., Lucyanna Hiscock, Judy V., Suzanne, Manika, Koutar, Reiss, Sinita, Cads & my Ghana sister Madonna I. & all the former colleagues & students who passed my way for 4 years of collaborative working partnerships… I will miss U all, but will be still part of this massive Co that is LEYF. The send off Party will be on the 22nd. Then I shall be joining another Team closer to my roots in my Neck of the Woods. So Peckham here I come soon….?

I am applying for this course because I discussed it with 2 professors Dr. Chris Pascal and Tony Bertram I meet at Middlesex University attending LEYF Big Childcare Conversation on 19/9/2015. I have spoken to a member of the UEL Team years later too.

I was sent a job offer from Smart Teachers saying am ideal for the post of SENCO from an old CV online. I was endorsed by the professors on LinkedIn that since denying me access to my account. Am intending to return home to apply my knowledge and expertise in SEND.

I was the EYFS Coordinator, SENCO, and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator in my last job. I consider myself an expert authority on subjects cradle to grave based on my personal experiences. My first son was misdiagnosed with multiple disabilities. My nephew has multiple disabilities. I worked in partnership with a school helping to prepare a Care Plan for the child I volunteered with when I was sent on Medical Suspension in breach of the Equality Act after experiencing bereavement and losses. I have disabilities inclusive of dyslexia traits.

As stated I want to equip myself to return home. If I had the qualification I could have taken up many job offers. Instead, I was not allowed to do the training when I was advised to volunteer and my photo across from the statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment was used to send Police to section me. I spent the last 7 years with my Fight4justice ending up with a Criminal Record in a country where animals are treated better than disabled people…

I am on a conveyor belt of discrimination because of my disabilities, which impacted my mental and physical impairments. Despite sharing stories to support others, I have references from parents and other professionals to back my arguments. But being treated like a MAD WOMAN because of my stance not to be a voiceless vulnerable victim the second time.

I need a focus to get out of the imprisonment of another statistic of 600.000 elderly people say they get out of their home once per week or less. In my letter asking for support on 14/3/2015, I said I was slowly been tortured to death. I need a focus to get out of the isolation of injustices.

I worked from 1999-2015 in the Early Years Sector in the UK. I have a DBS registered online even if they messed me about, I am sure I can find work experience when the time arrives.

My life is an Open Book am a Blogger, Mental Health & SEND Advocate. My youngest grandchild has a Sickle Cell diagnosis.

Just filling this form triggering my PTSD that’s how bad my life has been affected by miscarriages of justice after I experience bereavement and losses and am now a criminal to be targeted by the SYSTEMS for my knowledge, values and beliefs.

My life experiences are crucial to why am an advocate of inclusion in using my knowledge values and beliefs in breaking down barriers.

Well let’s hope the success will come after I get rid of all the people who are a crosses in my life. I have had enough of them, from those looking free Luckna, to those thinking I need any Sideman for the Old Bruck Dung Truck. I never did learn to drive, so I am capable of managing the Expensive Trolley, my Husband brought for me to go to East Street Market and elsewhere. So anyone think they looking at a idiot, sorry to disappoint even when I seem CONFUSED!

Oh no, I am only Playing Nana Fool-Fool fi ketch di Wise, who don’t know the difference from living a lie to knowing when they are been taken for a Gullible Idiot.

I don’t have anything I can’t take care of, from LEYF Nurseries to the establishments and systems. I am taking them on one by one, until I get closures and what’s owing to me.

I don’t need anyone’s pity, that’s why I refused to go into that bed and draw the covers, because that’s what the DEAD-Press-On wants me to do.

Tomorrow I get up and go to Elephant and Castle to the WHSmith where Mind is having an all day event. Hopefully I will find likeminded persons who like to use talk as theraphy. Memories are always reminders of the achievements of my career from I graduated from #LambethCollege 1999 and the OpenUniversity 2004-2009.

I carried on writing and was called on to prepare work for the heads to those at the bottom of LEYF Nurseries. They enjoy the benefits whilst I was left at the bottom… My articles appear in the Nursery World Magazine, I appear on SkyNews24 and I was even in the #SouthLondonPress…

Then I transferred back to South London and the discrimination start, but at the time I was not aware it was sanctioned by #Leaders_Management before I left Luton Street. All become clear with the exchange of witness statement when I decided to challenge social injustices and inequalities with my Fight4justice campaign. I didn’t pay any attention to the misguided attempts of #VOICE the union to keep me enslave by the #ModernDaySlaveMasters_Mistresses. #VOICE claim there was nothing to be done as the discrimination was written in the contract. Well I show them what I can do representing myself the second time at the #EmploymentTribunals. I am waiting on the outcome to get closures. Finally got back to pay my and homage to all who served in whatever capacity. At this time I am thinking in particular about Mr MASSEY WELCH. Why was he not part of our history and National Curriculum? It takes me coming to the UK and watching Ground Force to learn of his bravery and hereoric representing Queen and Country in the World War.

That’s why I am now the owner of www.Merveleeconsultancy.uk. I would like others to join me in educating the future generations.

I benefit from having a solid foundation laid for me at Townhead Primary School under the Head Teacher Mrs Ura Hewling-Welch. I would like the same for the future generations. My most abiding Memory of MAMA LOU – my final Goodbye… Each day as I am confronted by the obstacles placed in my way, I try & conjour up this Last Moment. With Mama’s final thoughts echoing in my head, when she came around to knowing her 1 Daughter 4 the Final time… I know that with God everything is Possible. So when I reach those Bridges & I need that 1 little push to cross, I’ll be thinking of Mama, Papa, GanGan, Byron, Ashter, Uncle Terah, etc, … God will never leave His Servants to deal with the temtations for ever & I am a Firm Believer, even if sumtimes I behave like a Heathen…?

My name is Mervelee Myers and I was advised to look up Leslie Thomas by someone who came across my YouTube and this is why I am making contact.

I am hoping I can make an appointment for a consultation to see if I could be helped to get a resolution to why I am given a Criminal Record after the Judiciary of England and Wales and Criminal Justice System spent 7 years denying me my entitlement.

The HMCTS presided over the second miscarriages of justice. The Judge who hide my Medical Report and take six months to produce the judgment gave Barrister Samantha Jones a reference to be on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry.

I was made a victim by the contents of the judgement posted online. There are Legal Entities involved that got Facebook and Twitter Legal Teams to contact me. Yet my former employer was not their client. They were represented by John Fenton who pretended to be a lawyer. Barrister Samantha Jones Conducted representing LEYF from his business.

I became a victim of the Police who came to section me from a malicious report. The Police came back three years later to murder me to say I committed suicide. In the end I was beaten taken out of my house in handcuffs partially naked. The report can say more than I can in an email about their intentions when I was arrested unlawfully.

5 July 2021 Book Tim Bittlestone Solicitor

Today is the #date GOD says I must #find Solicitor Tim Bittlestone after his #card revealed its #hiding place. So what he has #common with Fight4justice is he is a REFEREE like my #son at http://worldreferee.com/referee/valdin-legister/bio. My mind is #working overtime about the possibilities. Tim said at the age of 26 I should not be starting a new #career as a #criminal and that’s what #LEYF and the #cronies in the UK government intended

Whilst am trying to form a picture of Tim Bittlestone the Solicitor from Wainwright & Cummins who represented me at Croydon Magistrates Court on 2/7/2021. I know without a shadow of a doubt now that Tim was sent to release me from the bondages of my “Experiences of Multiple Discrimination” on all grounds after I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s Research Papers for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. I was interviewed in my home in 2010.

I was only aware of the Research Paper when I experienced the second discrimination at LEYF after the death of my mother. The first occurred after the death of my brother when I was working at Mapother House Day Nursery of King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. I was finishing my studies with the Open University when I was targeted by the Local Education Authority, Ofsted, Southwark SEND Section, my GP and my former colleagues who ganged up against me.

To experience the same kind of discrimination after the death of my mother is still puzzling me today. It was Dr. Laura Crawford who advised me to seek counselling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations. Meeting Tim has placed the final piece of the jigsaw into place. As without his intervention I would be in jail which brings back the memories of how my brother died in prison alone and never seeing his family for a final goodbye.

My brother knew he was dying, and I warned LEYF I was slowly been tortured to death in my letter to Senior HR Dilys Epton on the Eve of Mothering Sunday 14 March 2015. I am positive I must write another BOOK and let Tim Bittlestone take the lead role. As I told Mr Tahir Ali from Wainwright & Cummins all I needed was someone to deal with the Legal Jargon. I can do the rest as even if I say so myself, I am a good writer and I have my Defensive Practice to show the world that Institutional Discrimination is worse now than 1807 abolition of Slavery.

To Wainwright & Cummins as I asked Mr Ali all I #needed was help with the #LegalJargon that #LEYF and cohorts that the Judiciary of England and Wales & Criminal Justice System used against me because of my #multiple #disabilities. But they were not #satisfied in denying me my #entitlements with DBS placing bar on my Record. The Criminal Justice System got involved with the CRAP they claim to be #fact at Croydon Magistrates Court on 2/7/2021. Where was Ofsted when Theresa May Government #rejected my petition and the ET my Additional Witness Statement with the #abuse reviews online. The world must act about “Without Prejudice” possibility of #paedophiles hiding in the Early Years Sector

After spending almost an hour on the phone, I am back on Facebook, trying to sort out my woes. Wat’s di mattah wid dem Jobsworth yah mon?

I have been telling everyone my #ADDRESS. But since LEYF Nurseries decided that they are going to make me into this #Uncoorporative, #Unprofessional, #Rude, #Intimidating, #Confrontational, #Aggressive #LackingEmpathy CRIMINAL, every establishments and sytems think they have been given the authority to jump on bandwagon.

So the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP deciding to try change the Housing Legislation on me that came in April 2016. But can’t the damn idiots see that I applied from November 2015. London Borough of Southwark decided to pay up, so what Dick Fuck are they waiting on, still investigating?

Then to add insults to injury the DWP informed the Employment Tribunal, they were not aware of me on 2 ocassions. The result I did not have enough time to prepare my RACISM claim. This was referred back and yet a Judge ruled against it. I will be doing my research, to find out why the recommendations from Dr Maria Hudson Research Paper: The Experience of Discrimination on Multiple Grounds for the Policy Studies Institute were not implemented – AGGRESSIVE indeed. Please go do the research at Acas www.acas.org.uk/researchypapers. That’s why when they keep leaving messages on my house phone and mobile, I didn’t bother with them. As I told the lady who was my case worker/concilliator with LEYF, if I’d got any of those threatening calls from the ACAS Representative, then I would not be responsible for my Passive-aggressive behavior. Oh yes I still have a message from Mary Shannahan save on my phone and that’s one of the nicest ones, I lost the others on my other phone.

Then it was the turn of HMRC to come with their bullshit. But I have dealt with them with my #DefensivePractice for future reference.

There was an online Community Thing that was changed to Nextdoor. Despite trying to transfer my information, I am yet to get anything sorted. The refuse to accept me because the automation will not register my ADDRESS. Now what Dick Fuck do they want me to do, they are stressing me out and I don’t know what happened to my Data I registered on the privious website?

Now let them take me for a bloody idiot like #JohnFenton of The Personnel Consultancy Limited www.personnelconsultancy.com. I did ask him on the 15th March 2016, if he was in touch with Bates Wells Braithwaite. I am going after all involved in the DISCRIMINATION from 2004 to date that caused the Nervous Breakdown. I know my deficits and limitations that resulted from the Childhood Trauma resulting from my Father Parkinson’s. My Fight4justice is in place to support why my Intellectual Properties are been used at MQ: Transforming mental health, Google and Google AdWords. I will not be leaving any stones unturned to get justice for myself and any vulnerable employees. Another one of the psychopaths down and out – Hilda Miller.

Taurus: Unfinished business must be dealt with this week. Communications – calls, emails, meetings- require speedy actions and decisions. By Friday, it’s smiles all round. No I don’t need a Tarot Reading this predictions is spot on.

Sunday: Prepare LP & fit in as much as possible. Monday: Send PW via post, calk SC to clear emails back log. Tuesday: TA Volunteering. Wednesday: Sort backlog of Communications re above, prepare for British Citizenship Ceremony other side of London. Handy for my budding New Career. I was walking from Ground Road with Ms Elaine aka Ms C Kerr after visiting Ms Jenny Ricketts-Dawson. Reached Townhead Cross Rd & saw Mr Bucknor closing his gate. Have to ask if he was shutting me out. We don’t know each other but couldn’t resist asking. This is where Townhead is at. I refuse to walk in my community after hours. Me family Bryan aka Bug man Brown see me to my door. Can’t help but hanker for the days of my childhood that Henry aka Papa Granty Salabie talked about the whole time. We have to unite & fight for our community.
