Re: Terrorism Outcome 20 June 2022 Update

I am not apologising for my response to your letter that is continuing to discriminate against me in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. The Mental Health Act and Elder Abuse Act and Environmental Health Law. The Collins Dictionary meaning of unprecedented adj never having happened before, unparalleled. So, make of that meaning what you will as I will catalogue the TERRORISM by Housing for Women against me from the time someone sneaked into the Communal Passageway to put letters on my mat on the 13/1/2022. This was the vexatious actions of H4W who commissioned the SURVEY online and I was promised someone would get back to me. Without Prejudice I am assuming you were so busy being taught how to discriminate against your own elderly BLACK WOMEN with DISABILITIES that you forgotten I had given you the names of some women that you should know about. One of whom is the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin whom I meet at the Housing for Women AGM on Tuesday 25 March 2014. Here is a little history for you to know, at the time she was Chaplain to the Speaker of the House of Commons. Here is another fact, I was coming from work at Luton Street Community Nursery. I have since being denied my ENTITLEMENTS by www.leyf.org.uk after the death of my mother with dementia. To know more go check my online profile. Because letter gives me the opportunity to open the can of worms that H4W let get away by setting up my neighbour to target me.

ASB allegations made against Mervelee Myers

For there to be no ambiguities about the ASB against me by Deborah Gilchrist the neighbour that H4W put up against me to carry out their dirty work. Let me set the record straight. What do you mean you have been trying to investigate the ASB against me? It seems that you did not learn anything from your visit here. Your visit was to order me to take down information I have in my window for Debbie Gilchrist and there was none. In case you have forgotten you were accompanied by Candy Smith from Adult Social Care who was the Mediator. Whose contact telephone: 0207-525-7702 & 0207525-3324 she has me on the date you visited. You came to the meeting not doing any checks about me. We never discussed anything about the ASB. I have made contacts via telephone and letters from I received the first letter from Samantha Gibbs. I want H4W to go back to their records when I asked for concerns, I raised to be kept on record. Then H4W can respond about the ASB and what ways can I respond accordingly.

Joint Home Visit 20/06/2022

Maybe you are suffering from delusions of grandeur about the visit to my home. You did not discuss any ongoing issues with me and my neighbour, so I don’t know who you discussed them with. As said previously go check my FILE because the way I am affected by my neighbour should be on record.

I certainly never had any such conversation with you about rectifying any issues with my neighbour. There is a Case Number for the 13/12/2021 when the Emergency Services heard the commotion and sent the Police here urgently. I have put on record about the Police response. I did not see Ms Gilchrist after she smashed the glass until the 2/5/2022 when she began to discriminate against me. Because I stayed inside my house and asked if she destroyed the garden again. There is the matter of how long H4W took to board up the door to safeguard me. I had splinters from the board going into my fingers. I am diabetic and this can impact on my condition. The fact that the DISCRIMINATION by H4W resulted in Ms Gilchrist breaking the glass again when the bloke was inside and kicked my door is to prove I am not safe. Because the Police accused me of locking her out the first time and accused me of shouting and leaving me at the mercies of a DRUNKEN woman who THREATENED me when I tried to reassure her, I did not know it was her banging on the door. I just tried speaking to her and the way she was acting I decided not to continue the conversation.

In the meeting you did not discuss anything other than you were told I have information for Ms Gilchrist in my window that I must remove. You were not aware of the ASB and you did not do any checks before you visited me. You were in the job a month, therefore, H4W is not only a BULLY but a LIAR who targets VULNERABLE OLDER WOMEN on behalf of RACIST DEBBIE GILCHRIST they set up against me

The Collins Dictionary meaning of inappropriate adj not suitable. Personal adj 1. Individual or private. 2. Of the body e.g. personal hygiene. 3. Of a remark etc offensive. Offensive adj 1. Disagreeable 2. Insulting. 3. Aggressive. 4. Position or action of attack. To define these words this is what H4W have been doing to me from the SURVEY and they promised someone from H4W would be in touch to discuss my concerns.

There is a saying where I come from about “KETTLE CUSS POT BLACK” and that sums up H4W House Slaves and Brainwashed. Please remember that I was a Member of the Scrutiny Panel. I handed over my keys so H4W can get access to the Communal Area. But now I am not safe as H4Women sneaked in here, and I am in danger of being MURDERED like the www.met.police.uk that made attempts on me on the 30/11/2020 under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture.

Garden Repairs

How did this become my Personal Garden? I have spoken to MCP and here is the information I was given after the 4th visit to Alma Grove with regards to the Tree and the Garden. I was informed by the person on the phone that MCP contacted H4W about doing the tree. MCP was sent a copy of the letter about details of the Contractor H4W contacted to cut the tree on the 25/4/2022. Someone came from MCP to look at the garden and said H4W had not given them proper instructions about the extent of the damage in the garden. On 28/4/2022 a new gate was made in the front that was not needed. I took the left-over materials that was left in the front garden to the back garden. So, if there were any obstructions, I removed them. To say H4W don’t fix fencing as per policy is another myth.

Please refer to the Reference 81030 21/02/2020 – Completed 20/3/2020 and say when H4W don’t fix fencing per policy. Did H4W changed the Policy to carry out TERRORISM against me? Reference 62454 16/02/2016 – Completed 19/02/2016

Is Trina Phlbert for real? Considering that I have reported this matter from February why is Ms Philbert insinuating that I am going SENILE?

Misuse of Communal Areas

Seems as if I must repeat that I was the person who handed over my keys for easy access to the Maintenance Team. At one time Debbie Gilchrist was doing BUSINESS where the Communal Passage and outside were packed with stuff. When Ms Philbert visited, I showed her photos of my husband washing the bins and cleaning up the garden. Ms Philbert just shows how stupid she is. I don’t need any reminders because H4W is responsible for giving Ms Gilchrist power to TERRORISE me after we have lived here in harmony from, I moved in in December 2000. If there were concerns, I raised them with H4W to be kept on record.

Since it is a matter of SAFEGUARDING, I have hang/stick signage up to protect the VULNERABLE. How did I obstruct any pathways since the mats have been outside my door from 2001? Am worried that I will be targeted inside the Communal Area because I was targeted by Hermione Cameron who visited my home twice. If Ms Gilchrist can break the glass a second time after she opened the letter from Samantha Gibbs with threats, who is to stop her from HARMING me and getting away with it because I am a victim of the Judiciary of England and Wales, Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service covering for ABUSERS and PAEDOPHILES and SCAMMERS.

Show me how SAFEGUARDING myself in my home from threats can be construed as ASB? I have lived here since December 2000 and nothing like this happened before… Go back and look at the meaning of unprecedented. I advocated on behalf of ESTHER OLIVER aka TESS. Averted a Grenfell Tower here and have to live in fear of the radiator for over a year. I am not scared of H4W threats.

Misuse of email contact and inflammatory/offensive content

These are not ALLEGATIONS they are FACTS. My Tenancy Agreement 2.26 – Seems to have given H4W rights to TERRORISE me. Can I refer Ms Philbert to the Portal for clarifications about the DISCRIMINATION against me by H4W and Debbie Gilchrist and the Police that visited my home on the 13/12/2021.

What does this mean for Ms Philbert?

In case she is not aware, I got my flat as a result of “Domestic Violence” and H4W is using Coercive Control and breaching all the laws, legislations, codes of conducts and practices with THREATS in this letter.

What this means for Mervelee Myers?

Theresa May · We will lead the way in defeating modern slaveryTheresa MayA year ago the Modern Slavery Act that I brought forward as Home Secretary came into force. The first legislation of its kind in Europe, this Act has delivered tough new penalties to put slave masters behind bars where they belong, with life sentences for the worst offenders.
It has created a vital policing tool to stop anyone convicted of trafficking from travelling to a country where they are known to have exploited vulnerable people in the past. It has delivered enhanced protection and support for victims and a world-leading transparency requirement on businesses to show that modern slavery is not taking place in their companies or their supply chains.
But we must not stop there. Just because we have some legislation does not mean the problem is solved. So as Prime Minister, I am setting up the first ever government task force on modern slavery. Together with my successor as Home Secretary we will hold regular meetings in Downing Street with every relevant department present to get a real grip of this issue right across Whitehall and to co-ordinate and drive further progress in the battle against this cruel exploitation.
First, I want to make sure that the Act itself is having the intended effect, so I commissioned an independent review from Caroline Haughey, a barrister with a proven track record of successfully prosecuting slave drivers. She finds that there has been good progress in the first year of the Act – with 289 modern slavery offences prosecuted in 2015 alone and a 40 per cent rise in the number of victims identified by the State.
But she says there is still further to go on raising awareness of these despicable crimes, improving training for those in our criminal justice system and strengthening support for victims – and I want the task force to help drive work on all three.
She also finds the response of local police forces can be too patchy. For example, between April 2015 and March 2016, six of the 43 territorial police forces did not record a single modern slavery crime. So I am commissioning an HMIC Inspection to make sure that all police forces treat this crime with the priority it deserves.:01
Second, we must work collaboratively with law-enforcement agencies across the world to track and stop these pernicious gangs who operate across borders and jurisdictions.
The new Anti-Slavery Commissioner that I appointed, Kevin Hyland, is the only such commissioner in the world and he is critical in our fight to stop criminal gangs exploiting innocent men, women and children. Through his work collaborating with other countries we are looking at intelligence flows. This has helped us uncover criminal gangs creating twinned towns of modern slavery between Britain and other nations.
Modern slavery is international and requires an international response. So rather than chasing individual criminals in Britain as they are reported, we need a radically new, comprehensive approach to defeating this vile and systematic international business model at its source and in transit – and we need to flex the muscle of all parts of the UK government and collaborate with international partners. This will be an important focus for the new task force because modern slavery will never be stopped if our police, borders and immigration agencies work in domestic silos.
Third, we played the leading role in getting the eradication of modern slavery into the Sustainable Development Goals, and I want Britain, as a bold country confident in its values, to continue to lead this fight on the global stage. As part of this we will be using over £33 million from our aid budget to create a five-year International Modern Slavery Fund focused on high-risk countries, where we know victims are regularly trafficked to the UK.
It is hard to comprehend that such sickening and inhuman crimes are lurking in the shadows of our country. But the most recent estimates suggest there are between 10,000 and 13,000 victims in the UK alone and over 45 million across the world.
From nail bars and car washes to sheds and rundown caravans, people are enduring experiences that are simply horrifying in their inhumanity. Vulnerable people who have travelled long distances believing they were heading for legitimate jobs are finding they have been duped, forced into hard labour, and then locked up and abused. Innocent individuals are being tricked into prostitution, often by people they thought they could trust. Children are being made to pick-pocket on the streets and steal from cash machines. Others, like a seven-year-old who was found and rescued in Wood Green, are held as domestic slaves, while some children are raped, beaten and passed from abuser to abuser for profit.
One woman I met had come to England as a student but was forced into prostitution, imprisoned in a house in south London and regularly abused, including being threatened at gunpoint. When she finally escaped to north London, she was picked up by another gang that systematically exploited her and raped many others in a squalid high-street brothel.
These crimes must be stopped and the victims of modern slavery must go free. This is the great human rights issue of our time, and as Prime Minister I am determined that we will make it a national and international mission to rid our world of this barbaric evil. My remedies that I am using to get back into peak performance. My God old age is like a #curse for some of us? So I am semi-naked and who cares? We come in this world naked, who knows how we are leaving? I am blessed in many ways. I have suffered with back pains from early years. Now sciatica, arthritis and muscular & rheumatic aches, pains & stiffness are just part of my life. There are good and bad days. Now I go try tidy up my kitchen.

I am sharing this because of a number of issues I have experienced from 2004 in the UK. In each of the cases, if I was not one who keeps a #DefensivePractice, I would probably have done one of many things, so the psychopaths could have their ways.

They tried to make out I was a #Criminal in 2004 when the Financial Institutions colluded and defrauded me of my money and then stick labels on me. When I went to the Police, they too started treating me the same way and I could swear it’s because of my ethnicity?

I have been forced to resign from my jobs in 2 workplaces to save myself from certain death each time, and taken the former employers King’s College Hospital and LEYF Nurseries to the Employment Tribunals.

The first time there was a miscarriage of justice because of the corrupt practices of London Borough of Southwark SEND SECTION, the staff view my thirst for knowledge as threats. I had written Reference for a former colleague, who was an Inclusion Officer, so they know of my work and abilities.

When I approached Ofsted for advice and support they turned a blind eye. The Local Safeguarding Board done likewise. Capsticks, Wimbledon used underhand and delaying tactics to trick me. Acas was no good as I am of the opinion “Without Prejudice” that they were biased against me. Even my GP was put up not to give me a Medical Report by the NHS.

But the biggest culprit is UNISON. Therefore I will be seeking legal advice about how to go about getting compensation from them, colluding to ruin my career and started me on the downward slope into Disabilities.

My Fight4justice campaign is telling of my experiences with #LEYF and their cohorts. Voice: the union for education professionals is top of my hitlist.

There have been other ocassions if I was not proactive, there might have been a Grenfell Tower here where I live. That’s why I will be letting my voice be heard, since everyone seems to be using the tradegy as an excuse. Because how can they be telling me to do DIY on Electricity and I am disabled?

My other bugbear is with the Social Services that left my neighbour TESS, to die on her own after I’d contacted them. I witnessed the effects of the illtreatment on my husband as he cried, because he was the one who was keeping on eye on her when I was buried down with my concerns with #LEYF. He asked me to seek help for her, which I did. I see him crying tears for TESS, even though there was a Love/Hate relationship between the both of them.

Finally I will not be applying for any more jobs, so anyone can force me back into the DEPRESSION that affected me from the blacklisting and networking that ruined my career.

Niether will I be applying for training with some organisations that #LEYF have in their pockets.

Niether will I be applying for voluntering with #Charities either, because they think I am not good enough for them.

12 pm, I have to do the shopping, cook dinner, do up my HAIR, etc… Tomorrow is Jamaica Independence Services at Emmanuel Marsham Street. There is the Horseferry Magistrates Court close by. After the death of my MOTHER 2014, I changed to the Uncooperative, Unprofessional, Rude, Intimidating, Confrontational, Aggressive Monster who Lack EMPATHY. Well give me a chance that would be ALARM BELLS for Safeguarding, instead I was sent to HOC whilst they concoct a reason for Medical Suspension. Housing Ombudsman SURVEY

As stated before in other SURVEYS, the Landlord rescued me from domestic violence in 2000, providing me with a home and meeting the needs regarding my home. The fact I was a member of the SCRUTINY PANEL as the minute taker is testament to the good relationship I had with the landlords. I was even respected enough to be asked to give my keys to the Communal Area to gain access. However, this key is now used by the landlord to harass, bully and intimidate with letters left outside my door or appearance of Samantha Gibbs at my door with a man she claim she comes to introduce as my new Housing Officer. He tried to assault me. The Police took their time to show up and when they did, began to terrorise me to remove the evidence of my Landlord’s terrorism from my window. For clarifications, am not sure when the Landlord changed except saying I was issued with ASBO via letter after several incidents that the neighbour instigated from the time I moved here in 2000. I complained to the Housing Ombudsman and since then the Landlord wiped the Journal of my DATA from 2000. Now I am issued with REPOSSESSION LETTER and the cyberbullying has been taken up by the Landlord’s solicitor. I have my “DEFENSIVE ORACTICE” including how I averted a GRENFELL TOWER at ALMA GROVE.

Communication

I will be brief as I don’t intend to be buried under paperwork as I am carer of my 100 year old HUSBAND and the Landlord will be charged under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics for coercing the neighbour to target me. Referred me to the Maudsley NHS, involved the Metropolitan Police to target me… Now sending me REPOSSESSION LETTER that exacerbated my DISABILITIES.

Reasonable Adjustments

NO! Instead the Landlord coerced my neighbour to target me despite me putting my concerns in writing. Now my JOURNAL is wiped of the DATA. But my “Defensive Practice” means I have my records. However, I am the victim of Systemic Discrimination where I am targeted by the Judiciary of England & Wales the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Services, Banks and Building Society. The fact that my MP does nothing except to send my concerns of not getting the WARM HOME DISCOUNT that I got previously to a LORD CALLANAN who wrote a letter stating why I was not ENTITLED is APPALLING and takes me back to the WELCOME of “No BLACKS, No DOGS, No IRISH” to a new low. Because I was the FACE of Windrush 70 splashed across the world. I have since written a SONG that is on an APP about the Windrush Stories. The fact I am online ADVOCATING on behalf of others will be the nail in the coffin of the Landlord. If am failed by the HOUSING OMBUDSMAN then we have to go back to the miscarriages of justice twice after bereavement and loss and the role of the Government in this matter… Considering I meet Michael Gove in 2011 at http://www.leyf.org.uk and fact I wrote to 2 PMs David Cameron and Theresa May.

On 17 July 2023 you spoke on the telephone with an employee of Devonshires Solicitors LLP (“Devonshires”). Without the individual’s or the firm’s consent you recorded and posted that on YouTube and TikTok, an online video of the conversation, uploaded on 17 July 2023, titled “#merveleemyers put #housingforwomen #terrorists & #debbiegilchrist & #police & #housingombudsman 100” (the “Video”). Posted onto the front of the Video you make and/or infer a number of false and malicious accusations levied against our client, and Devonshires, which you know or ought to know are untrue and/or you have no evidence to support the truthfulness of those statements. Housing for Women are a long-standing client of the firm, and we will fight tirelessly to protect their good reputation and the very important work that they do. We draw your attention to the following false and/or malicious accusations included in the Video, as set out below: 1. “…Housing for Women the TERRORISM CELL is getting Devonshires involved their Hate Crimes Against MM”. This is untrue. Housing for Women is not a terrorism cell, nor are they involved in any hate crimes. Housing for Women is a charity that champions female empowerment and works tirelessly to build an equal society for Women through the provision of affordable homes and gender-specific support services. Devonshires does not, and would not, work with a company that is involved in terrorism and/or hate crimes. Page 2 23929677.4 2. “The Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin will be called to give evidence in this CORRUPTION and ABUSE RINGS in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics” This is untrue. There is no, and therefore no evidence of, corruption or abusive activities in relation to either Housing for Women or Devonshires. Housing for Women is a charity that prides itself on fully complying with the Charity Commission regulations and is not involved in any form of corruption or abuse. Devonshires is a firm authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and is not involved in any form of corruption or abuse. We therefore urge you to urgently cease and desist from this and any further defamatory remarks and/or malicious conduct. We are also duty bound to inform you that statements in the Video may be considered a criminal offence under Section 1 of the Malicious Communications Act 1988: Any person who sends to another person— (a)a letter, electronic communication or article of any description which conveys— (i)a message which is indecent or grossly offensive; (ii)a threat; or (iii)information which is false and known or believed to be false by the sender; or (b)any article or electronic communication which is, in whole or part, of an indecent or grossly offensive nature, is guilty of an offence if his purpose, or one of his purposes, in sending it is that it should, so far as falling within paragraph (a) or (b) above, cause distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom he intends that it or its contents or nature should be communicated. Anyone found guilty of such an offense, on conviction on indictment is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or a fine (or both). Whether or not it was your intention to cause distress or anxiety, you have done so in posting the Video. If you do not immediately delete the Video and ensure no further videos are posted, it can only mean that you did, and continue to, intend to cause distress or anxiety to Housing for Women and Devonshires. In such circumstances we will have no option but to report you to the police. Until such time we reserve our clients’ right, and our own, to provide the police with a copy of the Video. Whether or not it was your intention to cause distress or anxiety, you have done so in posting the Video. This is what happens when those in authority thinks they have the God given rights to abuse their power of authority and Lord it over those of us, who are VULNERABLE. I need the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP to give me an explanation why this is happening to me, nearly 2 years after I was stripped of my dignity and have to rely on benefits?

I notice that whenever it comes to me, I am put on hold, waiting forever for an outcome. This discrimination started at LEYF Nurseries soon after I got back from burying my MOTHER. I have been in touch with the establishment and systems to get the matter resolved, and I am still waiting…

Please go do the research at www.acas.org/researchpapers to find out about Dr Maria Hudson’s recommendations for the Research Paper: The Experience of Discrimination on Multiple Grounds for the Policy Studies Institute. Now UNISON that was involved in the miscarriage of justice at King’s College Hospital, which led to my Post Traumatic Stress Disorder triggered into Mental Health Conditions are gloating about the changes in the Employment Law for UK employees.

I will have lots to say about this. Because after I was discriminated against when London Borough of Southwark SEND SECTION, the #LEA_SafeguardingBoard, Ofsted, the #CAB, et colluded to treat me like a CRIMINAL and destroyed my career and left me dealing with Mental Health Conditions, I have the same thing happening from Voice: the union for education professionals.

The others are in the frame with my Fight4justice campaign, and I intend to get answers. I am doing this on behalf of my #Sons, #Parents, #Nephew_Jevon and anyone else affected by discrimination, anywhere in the world they are.

I have been STRESSED out enough all day with one thing or the other. I have early appointments, so have to go rest my weary Brain, so no one can put one over pon me. I am at my most VULNERABLE when my Defenses are weakend and I am down and off guard. Can’t afford that at all, too much at stakes.

God works Magic in my Life: God is indeed the OVERCOMER!
This time I did not have dreams as a marker, but from the moment I was invited to an event I can chart some wonderful changes in my life. As I flit in and out of FB the last month or so and this advert keeps cropping up I was still undecided although I’d mentioned it to my friend Joyce. Therefore when another event was advertised for the same date our intentions were to attend that one since it was part of our annual outing for Courtney Melody’s Birthday salute. However the crux of the matter is I believe we were not destined to miss this event as we could not get hold of tickets for CM BD bash after several attempts. So finally on Saturday morning we were sure we would be attending King Arthur as the decision was conclusive.
Joyce and I decided out a bit earlier than usual since we did not pre-booked and have no clue where we were going. Meeting up as planned I was at the designated spot with a minute to spare, because I am a stickler for time and do not keep Jamaica time in the UK. Joyce came a little later and we got the bus and were on the way to New Cross. But since I am a dumb-dumb when it comes to mathematics, directions and a few more matters that I do not wish to go into at this time. We got off the bus and turned the wrong way even though Joyce had her gadget with her Google map. We went this way and that way to no avail, until a nice young man pointed us in the right directions. One of the adages I learnt from home is never to rely on any one to give you directions as you are more likely to run into a total stranger at the most crucial time when you needed the information most urgently. But because Joyce said she’d checked her Google map on her phone I never bother to get my A-Z out to make sure of the route? Luckily the umbrella was in the handbag, another of the item one should not leave home without no matter the weather. Whilst we are walking around asking directions the rains came, but we continued on the journey as we must have indeed being soldiers for God? Take it from me never leave home with the intentions of relying on strangers for directions, because you will never be on your way rejoicing? Luckily for us we heeded Stitchy’s advice to wear our size, so had comfy flats on.
We had asked so many people for directions and Joyce had her Google map, but we were not getting anywhere fast?
As we were about to throw in the towel and called it a day, I crossed the road and popped into a little corner shop. Bingo and God please bless the little Asian bloke as he was as good as gold and kindly got his phone to give us the directions we needed. He sent us on our way rejoicing that we had overcome the obstacle of not being able to find our way. Well I am beginning to think that these two warriors of God who refused to give in had defeated satan’s plans to keep us away from hearing his wondrous words. Crossing the park Joyce recalled seeing Woodpecker Rd on her Google map and turned back to enter there in. We saw a bloke who directed us or else no doubt we may have missed the church again?
Things were going well indeed when satan decided to launch another attack, but the congregation led by Dr Lona Copeland-Blake did not make fun to banish him/her from whence he/she had cometh?
Di devil waan cum mash up Massah JESUS plans for us Sinners. Although I have not listened to the album yet, I know there is tract on it called Over-Comer and King Arthur did give us a taste. Well the entire congregation did exactly what it said on the album and sent the devil/satan scuttling back to his hiding place with his mighty fire extinguished and his tail between his legs. We were left to give praises to JESUS/GOD/JEHOVAH/JAH in true style!!! Well I have being truly blessed and in my heart am still singing. My Papa would be so proud of my performance to Jehovah Jesus>>> Now time to seek out that calling that I hear coming my way? The Mighty name of God will forever be praised comes what may!!!

It seems that I am not communicating in English for you to understand me and I am sure you would not like it if you trigger the Passive Aggression like my former employers LEYF Nurseries did from I got back from burying my MOTHER until the end of the Employment Tribunal Case on the 3rd March 2017.

It seems you expect me like LEYF did, to be sitting in my house as they said they were paying me when they illegally breached the Human Rights Act 1998 and tried tricking me when they sent me on a Medical Suspension. Let me put in writing so there is no ambiguity about the events leading up to me writing this note.

I was sat in my back garden after doing the cleaning up, when some gentleman called me from the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP. He claimed we spoke over a year ago and I was entitled to more benefits because I am a carer. He advised me to sign into my Journal and Michelle would be able to do whatever it was that needed to be done… I reminded him about the overdue rent as I was not aware I was not been short paid.

I was sent a text to sign in again, which I did and was requested to call a number. To me that was waste of time, because the number could have been added to the text message. When I eventually called with the information ready, the idiot who answered the phone was telling me some crap about calling another number. I called back again, spoke to another person who told me I would hear from you in 24 hours.

When this did not happen, I called back again on Friday, only to be sent to my journal to see more crap about they can’t tell me timescale. So I was surprised today when I was at a Free Training, check my phone and see a message for me to attend London Bridge Job Centre for 5:30.

Surely you don’t expect me to be sitting in my house waiting until some idiots beckons me to come in at their whims and fancy. In case you believe I am nobody like the DWP told the Employment Tribunals on 2 occassions, well you better go do the research. UNISON have just get Employment Laws re fees overturn. But what role did UNISON play in the miscarriage of justice that happened to me when I took the first employers to the Employment Tribunals. I did tell the person I spoke to last week that I will be going public if they carried on treating me like an idiot.

Now I am expecting to hear in good time about any appointments that are been made…

I am sorry I am not a tramp standing outside the Job Centre waiting for you to treat me like a CRIMINAL, and in case you don’t know, that’s discrimination.

Really appreciated that phone call from Rose Evans who asked if I’d dreamed my Mama! Coming up to the date she was buried, I just felt this nostalgia for her… So I switched on my phone & watched her funeral service. Believe me most of what happened passed like a haze on the 28th June 2014. Today I had the chance to relive those moments…? Mama Lou left this world knowing I was in a good place in my life, so therefore is resting with the reassurance that I will survive. She knew she’d done a fab job instilling some of her RESILIENCE in her only 1 Gal Picknie & Ratty is no Push over! So I am here ready & willing to take up where Mama left off! I will miss her no ends, but I know I have to press on>>> I finally broke down when I saw Mama lying so still in that casket… Hours b4 WE left the house to go to the church the reassuring presence of this Bat came & perched itself above the main door & I am sure my Beloved ONES had come to reassure US & I in particular that Mama was at a Safe place!
