As a result of studying this course, I changed how I managed my disabilities using a Holistic Approach from the #experts. I was advised to get CBT when my former employers started the hate campaign to #deny me my entitlements. I have had therapy at the Maudsley Hospital.
I was a participant with Research at King’s College London and has since participated in Diabetes Professional Care Research for HEALD. I am a participant in Mental Health Research and this led to me taking up advocacy with my Fight4justice campaign. My stories were used on websites because I have Googleadwords from 2012. I was sent memo by #JuneOSullivan to contribute to her blog and that’s how I joined LinkedIn. This was how I ended up becoming an expert authority on subjects from the cradle to grave.
As I was sharing stories of my “Personal Challenges” from I joined Facebook in 2009, I was using my CPPDP to create my Defensive Practice. Combining my enhanced knowledge with my personal experiences of living with #traumas from the time my #father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease was how I was empowered to be breaking down barriers created by some at the highest echleons of society. If my traumas are exacerbated or triggered as happened in two (2) #toxic workplaces at King’s College Hospital 2003 to 2008.
I am unable to #function as some one’s #expectation of #normal might be. I like Mervelee Ratty Nembhard life to be as normal as possible to help me function and #achieve to the best of my #ability.

Happy BD to Ryan Nembhard my nephew. RN is the son of my Big Little Breda Amly Decosie Nembhard. Mama Lou & Papa had a Conceiving System going on that they inherited from my St Elizabeth GanGan Irene Mills-Nembhard. Amly Decosie Nembard & I Ratty were born on the 19th of different months. We replicated the Family supn & both of Us have Son’s born on the 9th August. This can only be down to the Genes we were born with of course.

As you are aware I, Mervelee Ionie Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson is acting for myself in respect of an Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction against me.
Further to the hearing that took place on 1 August 2023 the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch, The Gee Street Courthouse, 29-41 Gee Street, London EC1V 3RE and an injunction was made pursuant to s1 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 (“the Injunction”). MM Updates 2023: Let me address the fact that I had no knowledge of the above hearing, so therefore, those involved continuing with the “Systemic Discrimination” resulting from miscarriages against me twice by the Judiciary of England and Wales. I will address each breach as they occur in the letter.
Role of the Police
Pursuant to s1 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014. MM Updates: The Met Police are party to the “Systemic Discrimination” of Mervelee Myers from the time they refused to act on my concerns about “Verbal Threats” by Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement. But showed up with the NHS Ambulance Service at my home on the 30th October 2017. After a “Malicious Report” was made that I wrote on Facebook I was feeling “SUICIDAL”. The same tactics were used by the Police who turned up at my home on the 6th July 2023 to do a “Welfare Check” from a “DUNCAN” who said he was feeling “SUICIDAL”. Can they not see the “PATTERNS of ALLEGATIONS and MALICIOUS Reporting”?
The Injunction
Upon receipt of the Injunction, and pursuant to the “Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics” I will address the DEFAMATION of my NAME and CHARACTER. So those involved are aware that I intend to expose Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP and District Judge Sterlini in public via my social media platforms.
Breaching my Rights
a. I have no intentions of removing any of my videos or uploaded content from any social media or electronic or platforms or other including those referred to at paragraph 5 of the Injunction whereby the individuals referred to at paragraphs 1(a)-(d), Housing for Women or Devonshires Solicitors LLP have been named. MM Updates: This will address on networks to prove that those involved are exactly who I named in my “Defensive Practices”.
b. Remove all posters from the communal areas of Alma Grove, London, SE1 5PY and the windows of Flat 16 Alma Grove, London, SE1 5PY. MM Updates: Since no mention was made about the time frame when these “Posters” were in the Communal Area I must direct Housing for Women to the time when Ms. Deborah Agnes Gilchrist was doing a “BUSINESS” from the premises. There was stuff on the staircase, leading to the Communal Area into the garden, blocking access to the bins, at times. The storage space was used as part of the BUSINESS.
Safeguarding is Everyone’s Responsibility
I must state that whatever posters were in the communal areas could have been the results of my status as an “Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave”. Housing for Women should have the reasons for my concerns if I must put up posters to safeguard others. It is the “RESPONSIBILITY of the Court not to be “BIASED” and joining Housing for Women and Devonshires by colluding with the perpetrators of “Hate Crimes” against me and my “Elder Husband” who is “TRAUMATISED” by the increase in “RACISM” from 2022 when Samantha Gibbs coerced my neighbour to start “TERRORISING” us to issue me with an ASB.

I worked with children all my life, until I was denied my “ENTITLEMENTS” after the death of my MOTHER with DEMENTIA. Maybe Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP need to refer to the laws, legislations, codes of practices and conducts to understand how the “TERRORISM” from May 2022 led to my “Defensive Practice” to safeguard me and my husband.
The Terms of the Injunction
I will not comply with any of the “Terms of the Injunction” because they do not apply to me. I was not served with any summons to attend court. All this is just more of how I am the victim of the “Hostile Environment” that the UK is becoming. I will use my MAPS Philopsy of BRAINS website https://merveleemyers.com to address the matters in this Injunction that are breaches of the “Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics.
Should Devonshires have any queries regarding the contents of my response, please ask Housing for Women to be honest about their role in coercive control of my neighbour, Ms. Deborah Agnes Gilchrist who is “VULNERABLE. I pleaded with the Police to get her the support she needs. I did the same for my neighbour “ESTHER OLIVER aka TESS”. But Southwark Social Services let her down. Then when she died that’s when the Police came asking questions.

HOUSING FOR WOMEN
I refuse to waste anymore of my precious time addressing any of these ALLEGATIONS against me. Because I was not given prior dates to attend court, and neither was I in court to answer to any of the charges.
Mervelee Myers order that… Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP and District Judge Sterlini must withdraw the DEFAMATION of my NAME and CHARACTER and COMPENSATE me for the following.
1. Causing Nuisance, annoyance, or distress to any person, or allowing any visitors/or occupants of the Property to cause a Nuisance, annoyance, or distress to any person, of the following people:
a. H4W must provide DATA from I moved to Alma Grove to prove who is responsible for causing the above to each other.
b. H4W must state why they are using the “KEY” I gave them to have access to the “PROPERTY” to send members of staff to TERRORISE me via visits or leaving correspondences outside my door. I no longer feel safe in my home as the result of recent happenings after Samantha Gibbs issued me with ASB. I am a victim of POLICE terrorism, Hate Crimes and RACISM, Disability, Ageism, Belief Discrimination from 2017. Some of the evidence are online. Social Media have targeted me on behalf of ABUSERS, restricting, stealing, place warning or TROLLING and CYBERBULLYING me on behalf of the CRIMINALS.
c. How does Devonshires Solicitors come into this? Does this have anything to do with why I came in to find my HUSBAND in DISTRESS after a letter was pushed under my door? Who delivered the letter and were they given the key to the “Communal Area” by H4W?
d. Is my neighbour’s ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOURS that caused me to barricade myself in my home considered LAWFUL ACTIVITY?
a. When the Police came to beat me undercover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to claim I commit SUICIDE. Is this considered “Lawful Activity”?
b. When the Police came to my home on the 26th January 2023 when am celebrating my mother’s birthday, dressed in my National Costume and doing LIVE. Am I to remove the video to cover up POLICE TERRORISM?
c. Is this LEGAL ACTIVITY for Ms. Gilchrist to file another MALICIOUS Report about an incident happening on the 10th January 2023.
d. When Samantha Gibbs brings a man to my door using the key, I gave H4W to try to ASSAULT ME on the 12/1/2023. Is this Lawful activity?
2. Using or threatening to use violence… Refer to my “CASE FILE” that is my “DEFENSIVE PRACTICE” about H4W and Ms. Gilchrist HATE CRIMES against me.

Must forthwith upon responding to this DEFAMATION.

Reference to my Online Profile FUNDRAISING from my brother died of Colon Cancer and I had my first Nervous Breakdown at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. And the Judiciary of England and Wales presided over the miscarriages of justice.
The Role of the HMCTS & CPS & CJS in Systematic Discrimination
Reference must be made to how District Judge Sterlini is party to the “Systemic Discrimination” by presiding over another “Miscarriage of Justice” against me.
7. I did not have any “Posters that were not relevant to SAFEGUARDING. Because I averted a Grenfell Tower at Alma Grove. Barrister Samantha Jones was given a “REFERENCE” by Judge Freer to be on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Panel.
Paragraphs 1 – 7 of this order does not apply to me and I rigorously defend my NAME and CHARACTER from the SLANDER.

Under the Charter of Rights 12 Codes, I am challenging H4W, Deveonshires Solicitors LLP and District Judge Sterlini that they will be exposed for the “Systemic Discrimination of Mervelee Myers.
Devonshires Solicitors LLP is responsible for the CRISIS I had on the 21 July 2023 and must be charged for the consequences and impacts on my MENTAL and PHYSICAL Impairments.
Injunction Order – Record of Hearing
District Judge Sterlini
Mervelee Myers represented me at the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Services “KANGAROO COURTS”. Therefore, “Without Prejudice” and with the legal knowledge gained over the years. I will challenge this Injunction Order – Record of Hearing as another breach of my “HUMAN RIGHTS”. To have Housing for Women colluding with Devonshires Solicitors LLP during another bleak period in my life when I was at my most VULNERABLE. The fact that District Judge Sterlini is involved takes away from my RIGHTS because he was involved with the CASE against Winsome Duncan that was “STRUCK OUT” after we reached “Telephone Mediation”. Refer to the fact H4W sent me letter and email about “MEDIATION” offer.
This matter is with the Housing Ombudsman, the MP Neil Coyle and I have contacted Councillor Martin Seaton as well as other local Politicians and “Community Leaders”.

The Court MUST be CHARGED for been party to “Systemic Discrimination for reading the Written Evidence of Claimant’s Witness Trina Philbert and accepting them to be FACT. Depite experiencing Mental Health Conditions they don’t bother think there will be any self-fulfilling prophecy by having my photo next to the stastistic 1 in 5 suicides are associated with unemployment in HCT learning centre Impact Report 2016. #LEYF staff was killed in Grenfell Tower and the PSYCHOPATHS at LEYF refused to give permission for colleagues to attend the funeral. Suicides don’t come under my number, my Auntie was driven to MADNESS like how LEYF pushed me over the edge, but she was killed on the roads. She either locked herself away in the Cave or wondered the roads, hence her name #MOSES.
