Thank you for your recent telephone call regarding your complaint about Housing For Women. I am sorry to hear about the problems that are affecting you in your home.
Details of your complaint
In summary, I understand your complaint to be about:
- How Landlord handled your reports of broken radiator – Length of the time to replace a broken radiator (took over a year)
- How landlord handled your reports of broken/jammed door – You stated that you were often locked in and could not get out your home. You would have to call a neighbour’s through a window and give them keys so that they could open the door from the outside
- Landlord not communicating to you explain whose responsibility it was to get fallen tree removed – You would like this settled so that you can take appropriate action if it is your responsibility.
- Your reports of broken fence – You stated the Landlord stated that they do not replace fences however You stated that you have had the Landlord fix the fences before.
- Negligence to safety of residents – Length of time Communal glass was replaced after the neighbour smashed the window on two occasions
- Anti social behaviour (ASB) from neighbour – who has kicked your door when potentially under the influence
You have asked for the following as a resolution to the complaint:
- Would like Landlord to fix fence
- Landlord to apologise from all staff involved in the case of your complaint
- Landlord to communicate with you and respond to communication in particular about the responsibility of the tree
- Accept negligence
- Apologise for hanging up the phone
- You stated she were a member of the customer panel with the Landlord and would like to resolve the complaint amicably

Your complaint is at the Dispute Support stage of our complaint process.
Our role at this stage is to provide assistance to both parties and ensure that you are able to complete the landlord’s internal complaint procedure.
Before the Ombudsman can consider a complaint, we must be satisfied that you have completed the landlord’s complaint procedure. In the first instance, the Ombudsman encourages tenants and landlords to resolve complaints using the landlord’s internal complaints procedure. This often provides for the quickest and most amicable way of resolving a dispute.

Introduction
The Housing Association is committed to encouraging a climate of openness, honesty and working in partnership with “Communities of Practice” and the Tenants in an environment that enables the tenants to get the services that they are seeking and expecting from the Housing Association by liaising with each other.
The Housing Association believes in giving the tenants a voice to raise concerns relating to service delivery in a responsible way without fear of victimisation. The HA wishes to be working in partnership with the tenants to enable the avoidance of malpractice and discontent before they occur. The HA wants to encourage an open-door approach to giving tenants the authority to feel secure in knowing that they will be consulted about any aspects of the HA.
Purpose & Scope
The Aim of this Policy is to:
Enable tenants to feel confident about helping with the decisions about the HA
Provide avenues for tenants to be given a voice about how the HA must be run
Provide feedback on actions taken by the HA
Ensure tenants receive a response to concerns and are aware of how to proceed if they are not satisfied.
Reassure tenants they will be protected from victimisation if disclosures or concerns have been made in good faith
The policy applies to the HA and tenants. Other individuals and organisations performing functions in relation to the HA, such as contractors, etc are encouraged to use it.
Tenants may also use this policy and procedure to raise concerns about employees of the HA and partner organisations.
Principles
Everyone should be aware of the importance of preventing and eliminating escalation of discontent between the HA and the tenants. And in particular any emotional abuse of both parties, HA and tenants…

Re: Termination of Your Telephone Call 16/05/2022
I am responding to your letter dated 16/05/2022. It seems that you are suffering from SEND as I have my recordings to prove that you have abused your “Power of Authority” in your post as “Housing Team Leader. I would advise you to do some training about the GDPR 2018 and whilst doing so, familiarise yourself with the Charter of Rights 12 Codes. As you don’t seem able to understand verbal communication in the “Queen’s English” I will set out my arguments in English. If you want me to translate in my “Mother Tongue” I will. Let me refer you to the fact that I used Subject Access Request http://www.ico.org.uk to ask for my data from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson http://www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers of the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. The Experience of Multiple Discrimination will be reference. I was a participant in http://www.radar-cns.org Mental Health and Diabetes http://www.heal-d.co.uk and put Mervelee Myers into GOOGLE to find out more of why I will expose Housing for Women for discrimination of the Protected Characteristics. For your information the letter on the mat was opened. Is this not antisocial behaviour? Considering that Ms Gilchrist is known for her activities some of which was relayed to you.
Considering you claim that you wrote the letter and did not need to have it in front of you. How can you be saying that in error you thought the meeting was on 22nd May? As for the matter of correction, how long did it take to pull up the letter? After you pulled it up did you not just tried to skip over the matter, until I asked for you to address the error. From the letters and conversation via the telephone, I will reiterate what I told you about “Defamation of Character”. Since Samantha Gibbs persist with the discrimination on behalf of Housing for Women in this letter, I have no other alternative but to put on record my intention to seek “Legal Advice” with the intention to charge Housing for Women for triggering and exacerbating my PTSD and my husband’s TRUAMAS from being targeted by Debbie Gilchrist. The reports were lodged with H4W to be kept on record. So, these should not be mere allegations but the fact about how H4W breached the contract I signed in 2000.
Samantha Gibbs “Without Prejudice” am going to put on record that you are a LIAR who is suffering from “Delusions of Grandeur”. What is your interpretation of me not allowing you to speak when l waited in you to get your copy of the letter? Do you think this letter will be accepted as fact when I present my “Defensive Practice” hence the reasons I recorded the conversation? What is your understanding of “Offensive Remarks” and if my video recording is part of safeguarding me from Debbie Gilchrist who has discriminated against me from, I moved here, what’s the objection?
How did you come to the conclusion that my question about how long you worked for H4W was not relevant considering your error about the date of the meeting? I have sent in documentation about why I might have asked how long you worked with H4W. But your head was stuck up your backside about your “Self-Importance” why you wanted to tell me how long you worked in Housing. Can I now say I have been living in H4W property to avert a “Grenfell Tower” here? But the Barrister who represented my former employers was given a reference to be on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Panel.
If you have nothing to hide, why did you panic? The other person who panicked and called me on the 27/9/2021 is Richard Harty of the http://www.uel.ac.uk on the date I went into Barclays and was scammed my money at the counter. If there was no recording of George Floyd’s murder the Police Officer would have gotten away with the crime. Suffice it to say the http://www.met.police.uk made attempts on my life from 30/10/2017 to 13/12/2021 when the Police Officer who was sent by the Emergency Services, walked past Debbie Gilchrist who broken the glass. Came to my house to accuse me of locking her out and her behaviour was not malicious. When I went to speak with her, she threatened me. Can you say how long I was put at risk of safeguarding before the door was boarded up?
When I call any number, even H4W there is a message saying that I am being recorded. I have to record to keep myself safe from the allegations denying me my ENTITLEMENTS. Samantha Gibbs, you are a LIAR and a COWARD and possible a PSYCHOPATH? Did you stay long enough to have a conversation after I told you, I was recording you? It is plain to say you are IGNORANT person who should not be entrusted with investigating the ALLEGATIONS of Debbie Gilchrist a RACIST BIGOT who target my ELDERLY HUSBAND.
What are the yardsticks that you are using via your length of service, working with H4W in line with Charter of Rights have you applied to say my behaviour was inappropriate? Did H4W given their consent to send me this letter after I sent a letter to you in response to the letter re “Invite to Meeting”? I will present my “Qualifications and Trainings Certificate” for H4W to understand why I consider Samantha Gibbs is an illiterate who has not achieved the EYFS Prime and Specific areas of the curriculum. Can H4W say what trainings they implemented for staff about to expect residents to speak to them in a positive manner. When Samantha Gibbs committed the “CARDINAL ERROR” of playing the “BACKRA MISSIS” card of her “SUPERIORITY. Let me inform Samantha Gibbs I was the “Minute Taker” for the “PANEL” that was abandoned. I heard some stories about H4W that would make the Stories about “No BLACKS, No Dogs, No Irish” seem like the better of both evils.
Please be aware that by the time I am finished with Samantha Gibbs, she will have no say about my BUSINESS with H4W. Because I have the recordings from my talk with her and another recording to a member of H4W Management Team for today 20/5/2022. Samantha Gibbs, you have no authority to withdraw your telephone meeting request. Therefore, the ball is in the H4W court about the way forward. All Samantha Gibbs has done is putting H4W in a compromising situation for breaching the contract I signed in 2000.

If the evidence is not produced H4W must pay me for defamation of character. Can H4W produce evidence of what they consider offensive language that I used to another resident.
There will be no meeting because these allegations are libellous, false and in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. The alternative is that H4W arrange a face-to-face meeting at Alma Grove so I can provide the evidence in writing, and on recordings with the materials I removed after the workman completed building the new gate.

Stage 1 response to your complaint ref: 2022000052
I have reviewed your complaint at stage 1 of our internal complaint procedure and am writing to provide you with HfW’s response.
You complained to HfW about:
• • Length of time to replace the broken radiator
• • Handling of your external door repairs
• • Lack of communication regarding the tree removal
• • Outstanding repairs to the broken fence
• • Length of time to replace the glass to the communal door
• • Reports of anti-social behaviour regarding your neighbour
I understand that to resolve your complaint you are seeking:
• • The fence to be repaired
• • Apology regarding complaint handling
• • Clear communication regarding who is responsible for the tree removal
• • For H4W to accept negligence
• • Apology for a member of staff hanging up the phone
• • Complaint to be resolved amicably
In investigating your complaint, I have considered the following:
• • Reviewed our policy
• • Spoke with our contractors
• • Reviewed our contractors’ systems
• • Reviewed our service standards
I spoke with our heating contractor Watret with regards to the broken radiator. They advised there were no repairs reported with regards to a broken radiator in the last six months but there have been repairs raised regarding the heating not working. A heating engineer attended on the 27th October 2022 and advised there was no fault found and gave you a demonstration on how to use the Honeywell wireless room stat. He also wrote down instructions on how to operate it.
I therefore deem this part of your complaint not upheld.
I reviewed our contractor, MCP’s portal to investigate the repairs reported regarding your front door. There are no reports in the past year, of a repair being raised regarding a fault to the lock on the front door.
I therefore deem this part of the complaint not upheld.
On investigating the communication between H4W and yourself, I was unable to find evidence that demonstrated we had been clear with a decision regarding the tree removal. I can confirm that it is the resident’s responsibility to maintain the garden. This will include the removal of a tree.
We are sorry we were not clear in our communication and for the delay in responding back to you.
This section of the complaint is upheld.
It was reported on the 23rd February 2022 a repair to the gate and fence was required. A make safe was carried out but inline with our policy, it is the resident’s responsibility to repair/replace a fence that divides two gardens. After reviewing the photos held on the contractor’s portal that the fence in question divides two gardens. We therefore are unable to fulfil your request by repairing/replacing the fence.
On the 22nd May 2022 it was reported to our repairs contractor, the communal door had a smashed pane of glass. A board up was completed to the broken glass on the
22/05/2022. The glass was replaced on the 18th July 2022 which is outside of our standard timescales.
I therefore deem this section of the complaint upheld.
I have requested an anti-social behaviour case is opened on your behalf. My colleague from the complaints department will contact you with the case reference number.
I was unable to find any evidence of a complaint being logged relating to the above issues you have raised with us. Therefore, I am unable to review the complaint handling.
I am sorry you had to report a staff member terminating your call when you contacted us. We take reports of poor conduct by our inhouse staff and contractors very seriously. We appreciate that you found this experience unpleasant, and we assure you that it was not representative of the services we aim to deliver.
This concludes Stage 1 of our internal complaints process. I am sorry that you had cause to complain to HfW. I hope that this letter shows that your feedback has been fully considered and hope that you are satisfied with this response.

Let Mervelee Myers tell H4W that they are in breach of the Contract I signed in December 2000. Why is H4W just sending me “Areas Letter 1 after I was called the ignorant person claiming from H4W.

Let me inform Peju Awoye, who refuse to answer how long she is employed with H4W about the fact that Mervelee Myers was a member of the H4W Scrutiny Panel. I will leave that ignoramus to go do her research about the Scrutiny Panel before she dares call my phone again. Since these terrorists threatened to send me letter to go to courts and I will be evicted, I am issuing this response as a COMPLAINT against H4W and all those involved in the discrimination of Mervelee Myers since they sneaked in and put letters on the mats. The letters were left on the mat on the 13/1/2022 after several incidents at my home. Therefore, I no longer feel comfortable in the home I got through “Domestic Violence” in December 2000. I am sure H4W can fill in the blanks, but I will show H4W why I was the “Minute Taker” for the Scrutiny Panel.

As for suggesting for me to log in securely to pay my rent, what took H4W so long to be aware that my rent was not paid from November 2021? This is clear indication that there is no security in any of H4W operations. With regards to viewing my rent account I was sent a letter on the 24 March 2022 Re: Rent Reduction and Rebate 2021 – 2022. Which account did H4W put the REBATE in? H4W has proven by their actions since I was called by a SURVEYOR that they have embarked on Social Cleansing of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. This comes in the form of those employed at H4W in the job for 2 months or refusing to disclose how long they are employed.
Radiator
I won’t even spend much time about requesting a repair except saying H4W left at risk with the radiator to be installed on the 14/6/2022. H4W has been NEGLIGENT with regards to the radiator that has been giving trouble for more than a year. Can H4W check the records about some of the repairs I reported. In particular in 2016 when I reported the Light Casing in the Kitchen.
The Hurricane
The contactor visited my home 4 times about the garden and the tree in my neighbours back yard. Instead of repairing the damages in the garden, H4W installed a new gate in the front.
The Broken Glass
My Rights not to be discriminated against in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics to address this letter from H4W today. This will be posted to all my websites, YouTube, and social media as part of my “Defensive Practice” to reclaim my good name from H4W and cohorts since 2021. Since I received a summons claiming to be from Croydon Magistrates Court to attend on 16 June 2022.

Let me explain that LEYF claim not to have any DATA for me. After tampering with my address when I was invited to DISCIPLINARY on the 27/3/2015. The PROBATION OFFICE of NOT KNOWN must be identified in line with the “Rules of Law” as Hear Say cannot be accepted in court. I am saying this because I was charged for a criminal offence on 15/11/2020 by the manager of BIB who claimed he saw me at BIB on this date. There is every possibility this poor sod is a member of Men in Childcare ABUSE RINGS of Richard Harty of the UEL. Because I did “A Voice of a Child” research project for June O’Sullivan in August 2010. Months after I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. All this drama with the Police started when they failed to act on my concerns about verbal threats. But came to my house to section me from a malicious report allegedly written on Facebook.

Since allegations were used to ruin my career and impacted on my mental health after bereavement and losses in 2008 and 2014, I will put on record that H4W must be charged for discrimination. I am viewing this letter from H4W as the same from the summons from Croydon Magistrates Court. I have recordings from 1/6/2022 the date my mum died until the date I called the Police because the threats have materialised in the phone call from H4W threatening to take me to court and evict me. Therefore, I will compare the antics of Samantha Gibbs to the following.
Whoever says I have broken the court’s orders in the ways shown below under Breaches must be named and the BOOK thrown at them. Those involved at HMCTS, CPS, CJS. IOPC, JCIO, CCMCC, DBS, SRA, BSB, CLCC, HMPPS must be charged for hate crimes against me for 2 miscarriages of justice, attempted murder, aiding known scammers and paedophiles, unlawful arrest, traumatising my elderly husband.

Since I have been treated by H4W like the HMCTS CPS CJS criminals I have no intentions of calling H4W to discuss anything with those at H4W who can’t string 3 words together to form a sentence. They have no understanding of the English Language.

H4W took from November 2021 to date to contact me about the rent arrears and expect I will get in touch with her within 7 days. For her information the call was recorded to safeguard me after Samantha Gibbs letters and phone calls colluding with Debbie Gilchrist.
Possession proceedings for rent arrears may not be started against a tenant who can demonstrate they have: Provided H4W with all the evidence required to process a Housing Benefit/Universal Credit Claim. Let Peju Awoye take note that it was H4W that advised me how to claim BENEFITS when I was denied my ENTITLEMENTS.
You are responsible for the information provided to Housing Benefit / Universal Credit.
Proof H4W employees are ignorant as captured on videos. Samantha Gibbs, claim she write the letter of allegations from Debbie Gilchrist, so have no need to have her letter in front of her.

My neighbour (I did not know who was outside) started a commotion outside on the 13/12/2021. My husband who is TRAUMATISED advised me to call the Emergency Services. They could hear the BANGING over the phone or else they might not have visited. Since there is a log of the EVENTS of the 13/12/2021, I refuse to ponder to the ELDER ABUSE of the TERRORISM by the Police and Housing for Women about recent developments at Alma Grove. How long did H4W take to secure the premises?

Let Me introduce myself for those who do not know me.
My name is Mervelee Ionie (Ratty) Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson and because I am in a RUSH organising my “Black History Month” event to get the approval from the “Powers That Be”, my life is an “Open Book” and I would advise ALL to do their own research. However, I want to make it clear that I am not a “Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment” now that the world is clamouring about Lucy Letby. Because when http://www.leyf.org.uk can be sending LEYFLET through my door with the approval of OFSTED, I must plan my “Black History Month” to stop any more Lucy Letby ABUSED at LEYF Nurseries from being trained to becoming a “Serial Killer”.
I based my observation on the fact that another “BLACK PERSON (WOMAN) is trying to trick me out of my “intellectual Property” that was motivated and inspired by the Metropolitan Police initiative to rebuild TRUST in Communities of Practice. I was fuming yesterday when I was LIED to by the organiser of the event that Nigel Pearce who is an “Undercover Police” asked her to delete the video of the activity I had planned with the Police and delivered SPONTANEOUSLY without any prior rehearsal or practice.
To be warned is to be armed and I am planning to celebrate the life of 100-year-old Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson who has been TRAUMATISED since the death of my mother with dementia.
I have been denied my ENTITLEMENTS and the straw that breaks the camel’s back is the “Pattern of Systemic Discrimination”. Whereby Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP, the Metropolitan Police, and a District Judge Sterlini can continue DEFAMING my NAME and CHARACTER with an injunction from a case tried behind my back whilst I was in CRISIS. Labelling me a NUISANCE VIOLENT tenant after the HATE CRIMES I endured at the hands of my neighbour from 2001 at Alma Grove where I was rescued from “Domestic Violence”. I am sure the “POWERS that BE” will not want the world to be aware of how my husband and I are the victim of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy (MSP) and the circumstances around this.
Those involved can help me write the ending to the BOOK am editing. All they need to do is type MERVELEE MYERS into Google for why I was the face of Windrush 70, Composer of Brixton Market I recorded with Jessie Lloyd at the “Raw Material” studio in Robsart Street. This was where I ran from to Brixton Police Station in 2000 for rescue from my ex-husband.
I am tired of having my intellectual property, copyright, images and CPPDP harvested/stolen by ALL thinking am going to be the voiceless, vulnerable, victim they are making STRONG BLACK WOMEN who challenging the systems to be with their CRIMINAL Records needing Emotional Regulation Treatment.
