I was a Facebook Influencer with a Community HUB where people go to for updates. The reason my Fight4justice will highlight the miscarriages of justice by the Judiciary of England and Wales. The world will understand why Mervelee Myers must use the Emotional Regulation Treatment that is the entrapment by the Crown Prosecution Service and Criminal Justice System to address matters like why I have 18 Facebook Pages and I am the target of cyberbullies and trolls that FB gave access to my account to provoke me so they can close my account. Although FB cannot close my account permanently. I am locked out at interval to make me a voiceless, vulnerable victim of LEYF and cohorts.

The events leading up to Mama’s death are very uncanny and transported me back to my Papa’s death in 1980. I was the last to see my Papa alive when I went into the room to greet him before taking my baby for a walk to get fresh air. Strangely enough when I got back from the walk and went in to find Papa dead and called Mama. She did not believe he was dead and when she came to, the first thing she said “he never got any WATER…”
After my Race for Life walk for Cancer Research, I was fooling around on social media when I was overwhelmed by this strange feeling that caused the Tears to start and wouldn’t stop. So I went to bed, got up next morning and was working with Tom in the back garden. Balis called and updated me about Mama, and I was not bothered like was usual. The blessed thing about that call from Balis is the fact that I heard Mama’s voice for the very last time. Balis said “Mama talk to your daughter nuh…” I could hear her in the background saying “ehn-hn…” repeatedly! Then Andrea called and we chatted about everything including Mama, Ms Deans and Ms Lou… Nathan passed, and Andrea asked if he wanted to speak to her auntie and Mass Papa Son said, “not now”! I jokingly said to Andrea that he did not want to speak to me because I might ask him when they are getting married!
Throughout the day I was just tired, but I kept going until I retired to bed from sheer exhaustion. I already told my family I don’t answer phone after certain hours because it upsets my rest, so they can always leave a message if there is an emergency. The ringing of the phone got me out of my deep sleep, and I automatically looked across at the clock. It was 12.20 and Dostan told me what was happening with Mama. I told him to keep me informed and went back to sleep. The phone rang again and Dostan said Mama was put in the vehicle, but it doesn’t make any sense, so she was taken back out again. I knew this was the end of the road for Mama as she had decided to retire from all her life’s journeys. I got out of bed, called my Little Breda’s home, and told them Mama was on her way home.
When I spoke to Andrea last night, she told me about the poignant last moments that Mama had surrounded by her family as she entered the Promise Land relived of sufferings. Balis gave her 4 spoons of water and told her now you can’t say you did not get any water? Kadene prayed for Mama, and she said “Amen”, so that means she was alert until the very last. Then she went off peacefully to sleep and be with her Maker. It really touched my heart and soul to know that Mama stuck to her Christian faith until she drew her last breath.
Mama was born into a Family who upheld Christian principles and values in 1924. She was christened, married, and baptised at the Townhead Baptist Church and her children after her were also christened there. Mama will be having her final leg of her Home Coming Service at the Townhead Baptist Church where she fellowshipped with many from the communities. One of Mama’s favourite songs was – “When Once I Found a Mothers’ Church…” Mama was born a Baptist, lived her life as a Baptist and died a Baptist and will be buried a Baptist! RIP Perline Louise Chambers-Nembhard as we will soon come together to celebrate the life of one remarkable Woman who was Our Mother, Grand Mother, Great Grand, Auntie, Cousin, Friend, God Mother, and all-round Unique Individual who was put on this earth for a special purpose. You have fulfilled your roles and responsibilities and now gone on before Us to take your Rest!

I was under the weather lying in bed on Tuesday when I had the chance to watch Horizon – Living with Autism by Professor Uta Frit. This programme was a real eye opener for me as it transported me back to the time, I had my first encounter with getting an insight in autism. This was an article in the Nursery World which I kept to date. I have since gone on to do studies to enhance knowledge and expertise. I realised that because of lack of knowledge children with diverse and complex needs are not getting support via early intervention strategies. Growing up and struggling throughout life with what I call my Hidden Disability that is one of the primary reasons I am so passionate about inclusion. Glad I found this group.

I am an experienced Early Years Practitioner who was formerly a Basic School Teacher from my country of origin. I did 1-year National Youth Service as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School setting. I studied at Lambeth College and The Open University gaining qualifications up to Foundation Degree in Early Years standards.
I have transferable skills from early in my life helping to take care of my younger siblings, nieces, and nephews. I spent years learning at the hands of my mother about caring for the elderly, sick and infirmed as both dad and grandma were bedridden for a period. evidence to support your Disabled Students’ Allowances (DSA) application
for the 2021/22 academic year, without being given a clear explanation as
to why.

We are not responsible for setting student finance policy or eligibility

The impact on my health I had a meltdown and decided I could not deal with any more of those stresses. I put myself in my work giving 100% doing 3 people’s job, working for my pension. So was it that had discretion in my application when I was treated with discrimination and yet doing the job of the CEO, June O’Sullivan using my Intellectual Property and Image Rights to build Brand LEYF in her own image?

DSA support is intended to ensure that all students can enter higher
education on a level playing field. Students with a disability or long-term
medical conditions can apply for funding and be assessed to determine what
additional support would help them to study to the best of their ability.

When a student applies for DSA funding they must first provide medical
evidence confirming their disability or long-term health condition.
MM Updates: I provided the Medical Reports, but unfortunately some intellectual imbeciles by the name of Sassy Lazenby decided against them. The
evidence must confirm that this is long term and how it affects their
day-to-day life.
MM Updates: It is obvious those employed by SFE are illiterate and do not function to the level of the EYFS Prime and Specific areas. Once we have reviewed and accepted this, we will issue correspondence to a student confirming that they can arrange to have a
Study Needs Assessment carried out.
MM Updates: What is the qualification of the persons doing the reviews, and what training have they received about the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics? Judge Freer told me at the ET that Gill Springer did not need to know about Legislations, Laws, Codes of Practices and Conducts to teach the apprentice to take up jobs in the Early Years Sector. The Needs Assessment Centre will carry this out and then send the Needs Assessment Report to us with recommendations for support to help the student with their disability related needs.
MM Updates: I have no time-wasting my breathe my class starts on Tuesday 28 September 2021 and I have enough on my plate to be stressed by those in the pockets of LEYF. Following the review of the medical evidence submitted to support your DSA
application, we have accepted them for Anxiety and Depression, which was
also confirmed on the Disability Evidence form completed by your doctor.
MM Updates: Who the hell is SFE acting like GOD about my disabilities. By the way, the GP needs remedial via the EYFS Prime & Specific areas. How come s/he is not aware of how to fill a form. Anyway, I submitted the Medical Reports not my problem if SFE wants to make an ASS of themselves by employing ignorant like LEYF Leaders-Management who can’t string 3 words to form a sentence much less understand my Medical Reports. I must however make you aware that Anxiety and Depression were the only
medical conditions declared on the form.

Arthritis and Chronic Pain.

The only evidence we have received for Diabetes is a doctors summary, which has entries from 2015 for diabetes but they say this is under “good control”. To be accepted for a disability, we need to know the condition has an adverse daily effect on your ability to carry out normal day to day activities.
MM Updates: So where is the Judge Elliott’s Court Management Order of 8 June 2016 that is 3 pages. Is SFE saying this is a Summary?
I have checked all the evidence we have received and there is no mention of
Arthritis or Chronic Pain.
MM Updates: Go look on the Report of 2020 that the GP claim s/he cannot give me a Medical Report. I don’t tell SFE to employ idiots unable to decipher codes.
I understand that you requested that your doctor completes a Disability
Evidence form after we rejected all your evidence initially.
MM Updates: Go to my YouTube to find out the hoops I had to jump through to get the form. Why did SFE reject my evidence initially? Proof of the Institutional Discrimination to cover up for PAEDOPHILES evidence to be found at www.leyf.org.uk website. We are
uncertain why your doctor only confirmed Anxiety and Depression on the form
and not your other medical conditions.

MM Updates: What are your qualifications to reject my Medical Reports? We requested
further medical evidence for Diabetes, Arthritis and Chronic Pain and as we
have accepted your evidence for Anxiety and Depression, we asked you to
arrange to attend a Needs Assessment Centre.

I have located the calls you made to us on 20 September 2021 and listened
to the recordings. MM Updates: Do you speak and understand English? The first person that you spoke with transferred your call to a DSA advisor. It was obvious that you were very upset that we had rejected your medical evidence. The advisor clearly explained that we would only accept evidence which confirms that the conditions have an
adverse daily effect on your ability to carry out normal day to day
activities.
MM Updates: Does SFE think they are the only ones recording? I have to safeguard myself so go to my YouTube for updates. As you were unhappy with the process, the advisor sent you an email and attached a leaflet on how to raise a formal complaint.

Taurus: Dealing with a financial loss or big tax bill is stressful. Instead of putting much emphasis on money, focus on pleasures that money can’t buy. Spending time with your romantic partner and lavishing love on your pets will improve your outlook.

However there were some additional stresses to my life as I started reflecting on why I am not working and having to be part of groups or communities where I am feeling surplus to the amount. Considering my experiences with the UK Government departments after the Windrush Generation Stories in the news, I am just appalled. Updates 25/9/2018: Went to another NHS event at Wandsworth Clinical Commisioning Group Wandsworth Self-Management. I am booked up for all kinds with www.eventbrite.co.uk. I am beginning to feel worthless and without hope of ever getting another job. The most painfull thing about this is the fact that I told Senior HR Dilys Epton that work keep me going. I have not worked from I was forced to resign from @leyfonline because of a Nervous Breakdown. Do they understand why I have to take exceptions to the Nursery World Magazine NWA 2017 going to #AnjaliDeb_Mukherjee. Well she is just one of the #ModernDay_SLAVERY_Masters_Mistresses who made my life a living hell after I got back from burying my MOTHER.
I have not worked since I was forced to resign with a Nervous Breakdown on the 27th September 2015.
The Department for Work and Pensions – DWP join in with the discrimination to exacerbate my Disabilities. But the CORRUPTIONS could not read and understand the Medical Reports that were the Judges Court Orders.
They were too busy trying to suck up to the TEALEAVES with friends in high places.

I will definitely have lots to say about Anjali Deb-Mukherjee from LEYF Nurseries of the PRESTICIOUS House of Commons Nursery in the foreseeable future. Too many have lost sight of the bigger picture. Time to reflect on the old fashioned values that I and my generation were brought up by. However my experiences living in the UK, taught me to be weary of how those who are #Leaders_Management can abuse the Powers of Authority because of loopholes in the very Laws, Legislations, Codes of Practice and Conducts that are in place to protect the vulnerable.

Must tune in for obvious reasons. The primary is #LizRoberts editor and then it’s the manager of the #PRESTIGIOUS_HOC LEYF Nurseries. If in doubt read #JyotiBhardwaj and the other 2 Reviews about the incompetent #ModernDaySlaveMasters_Mistresses. So hopefully it is becoming clear to the BIGOTS that #MERVELEEMYERS is not #UURICA_LE, but a #CREDIBLE_WITNESS.
What part have the #EmploymentTribunals play in the DISCRIMINATION that ruined the lives of employees and their families?
Maybe UNISON can explain with the win over the UK government for employees not to pay fee to take employers to the Employment Tribunal.
I would like to commend the Daily Express for being in line for the prestigious award highlighting mental health. However, as a contributor to the #SundayExpress_CrusadeForBetter_MentalHealth, the word prestigious just remind me of my ordeals in 2 workplaces.
I was diagnosed with Chronic Anxiety in 2006, after childhood trauma. My difficulties with LEYF Nurseries started after coming back from burying my MOTHER.
The #3Judges from the #EmploymentTribunals affirm the Discrimination, allowing the Respondent’s Barrister to cocuddle them with the orchestrated campaign to use my VULNERABILITY to destroy my life. Hence taking 5 months to give me the judgement and 3 Days to post online at https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-founda….
My arguments are as I have been saying the #DailyExpress reporting of Mental Health issues in the CRUSADE is stack in favour of celebrities. I learned via studies that the educated are the ones who will benefit most from the systems.
I have had battles with the #Establishment and the #Systems that contributed to triggering and exacerbating my DISABILITIES from the time I was forced to resign with a Nervous Breakdown.
I was refused training but HCT Group didn’t stop to think about making me part of stastitic 1 in 5 suicides are associated with unemployment.
There’s much I’m discovering from research and empowerment so the institutionalised discrimination posted online do not define #MERVELEEMYERS.

Ok so I made an Album to celebrate my 1 MURRAY grand child! Yes FB attach the tags & it was really interesting to see some of the Persons who got tagged. Majority of them are correct so the Family can be recognised even in far generations…? Sad to say I never accepted any of those suggested Tags as if any1 wants they are welcome 2 TT in my Photos!

This is the #grandson of Mervelee Myers who was in the South London Press on 28 May 2004 because I had to #beg them to publish my story to get back my money from the #Bank. Let me put matters into #perspectives starting with #dates because that’s how a person like me is able to function because of my Hidden Disabilities from Childhood Traumas. The 28 May is my #husband DOB. My stories are documented about the #domesticabuse I experienced leaving me #homeless and how I ended up in Housing for Women accommodation in BERMONDSEY& ROTHERHITHE that was label RACIST AREA when I came to the UK in 1992. Thankfully I did not experience any of the RACISM until after the death of my mother and I transferred to BIB. Let me add places that I can be found going back to BBC TV Licence Fee Withholders. I was working at BBC News in White City when I decided to attend Lambeth College. I later studied with the Open University 2004-2010. My journey taken me to Nurseryworld Exhibition, London Design Centre and #MarkAllenGroup to Community Playthings UK on Sky News to ResPublica representing LEYF Nurseries and others. I worked at King’s College Hospital where I had the first nervous breakdown. I will end here saying I am volunteer with Pembroke House because I could not get a job despite retraining with HCT Group and was in the Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all #suicides are associated with unemployment. This did not stop me being on ITV News Page 1 for Windrush70th. But the same people have joined in to exclude me and leave me with my Fight4justice. But giving up is not an option despite Google Ads and Google-My-Business and Facebook app and LinkedIn and Twitter and WordPress joining the TERRORISTS to make me become a STATISTIC like the RESEARCH I was participant in.

Facebook view #merveleemyers as a threat. Imagine they are paying to monitor my posts to try trip me up on behalf of LEYF Nurseries. #LEYFnCohorts tried but couldn’t pin anything on me. So they get the Employment Tribunal regulations to discriminate against me and make me a victim.

But despite the Medical Reports along with other Records in the BUNDLES and the 7 Witnesses Statements and Barrister #SamathaJones ridicule about the DISABILITIES that results in the DISCRIMINATION, #3JUDGES from the #employmenttribunals must have been duped by some strange #leaf?
I will be asking for an Inquiry into the operations of @leyfonline and all the associates, the #Establishment and the #Systems that colluded in the discrimination from after I return from burying my MOTHER. Then I go back to Dr Maria Hudson recommendations to #acas. Discrimination is against the law.
I am ready for the next phase of my transitional journey as a #WRITER. The Nursery World Magazine is gearing up for the NWA 2017. In 2014 LEYF Nurseries won the Nursery Chain Awards. Its public knowledge about the illegal operation, breaching the terms of the Legal Entity at the #PRESTIGIOUS_HOC 17th -27th March 2015. I was sent from BIB to HOC by #HildaMiller, but #IsabellaGlen was not informed when concerns she investigated results in her recommendations for a Disciplinary.
I was escorted out of HOC by the Manger nominated for Awards. Yet she escorted me out of HOC stating I didn’t have a PASS and Security on High Alert.
But how did I get into HOC before #DilysEpton tried to trick me on the 27th March 2015. She claimed she was spending me home with pay to rest from my #Ordeals. Can the #3Judges from the #EmploymentTribunals explain please..?
