Was sat at the table at Tea Time & this little child just came out with “My Daddy Said I Must Stop CUT My Eyes” & kept on repeating. So I asked & do U? Another LG said “I Don’t Cut My Eyes” I turned to another LG & ask ” Do U Cut Ur Eyes?” She just looked at me with her steely eyed glared & I could almost swear she did cut her eyes? I couldn’t help but laugh til the tears came streaming down my face. Seven Resourcing are looking for a Temporary Early Years Practitioner to work with the Education Service in Camden. This position is initially for a period of a couple of months and is paying £18.63 per hour (paid to you via an umbrella company). The Council are looking for someone who can work 20 hours per week during term time – working Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm
Key Responsibilities:
To work as part of a team in small, busy, vibrant Nursery, for children aged 2 and 3 years old.
To provide high quality integrated day care and early education within a multi-disciplinary team and in line with the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
To contribute to planning and support delivery of a high-quality early years curriculum, which includes a full commitment to anti-discriminatory practice. This will include daily, weekly and termly planning to meet individual children’s needs and interests and record keeping that tracks the development of the individual child.
To promote children’s development within a secure, safe and stimulating environment, and with reference to good practice curriculum guidance appropriate to the ages and stages of development of the children.
To provide input to the assessment of children’s overall development, including carrying out observations, recording children’s achievement, and maintaining developmental records to a high standard.
To support colleagues in undertaking their responsibilities as key worker to a specific group of children within the centre and the smooth transition from home to centre and from centre to school.
To effectively manage the behaviour of the children in line with procedural guidance and to implement planned interventions for children with additional needs.
To provide appropriate physical care in areas of washing, toileting, changing, feeding, dressing, comforting and administering medication.
To work with due regard to Child Protection procedures and to report matters of concern to the centre managers.
To assist with the organisation of outings for children’s interest, education and enjoyment and with regard to safety.
There is a requirement to lift and assist in toileting and changing and in helping to transfer from seating to mobility aids. The post will help children to acquire and develop self help skills including toileting and personal hygiene. Work may also involve implementing individual movement programmes, under the direction of other professionals.
Applicant Requirements:
Qualifications: NVQ or degree in Early Years.
Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
Compliance: Current DBS check.
Hours: 20 hours p/w.

The form was not attached before, I got an attachment to YouTube. I have since had the form from DSA and will take to the GP to get sorted. It would have been easier if the terms were explained and clarified. I am keeping records as am tired of what’s happening to me. Accused of making up disabilities and latest happenings does nothing for my anxiety.

Good morning Martin
The GP did not provide all of my diagnosis. The Chronic Anxiety diagnosis was for my OU Health & Social Care examination in July 2006.
I was sent on Medical Suspension and have another report from the Provider. The doctor advised me to seek counselling. Hence I have the Report from the Maudsley NHS 12 sessions in 2016.
The ET Court Management Order results in the detailed Medical Report of 3 Pages from the GP in 2016. In light of the outcome of the ET/EAT perverting the course of justice and presided over the second miscarriages of justice, I refused to be pigeonholed into providing an updated Medical Report from my GP that will not be Reflections of my disabilities.
When I was diagnosed with Chronic Anxiety I could not say I have Parkinson’s disease because I don’t have a Medical Diagnosis. But the EAT was argued re Parkinson’s and I was accused of making up disabilities.
I was not diagnosed with Diabetes until 2012 and I am not sure if I was diagnosed with arthritis. However, after I was assaulted by the Police 3 years after coming to section me from a malicious Report because I was in HTC Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. The GP report stated about my arthritis.
But the GP said the Practice cannot provide me with a Medical Report. I have spent the past 7 years trying to get justice. During this time I have been pushed over the edge having suicidal thoughts. I developed more traumas affecting my mental and Physical impairment. I have to restart my life like am a baby.
Despite sharing my stories, I have been pursued by HMCTS, BSB, SRA, IOPC, JCIO, CCMCC, DBS, CPS, CJS to become a Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. But this is the Protection racket of LEYF that can afford to pay to cover up the Abuse Rings operating out of HOC Nursery. Where practitioners of questionable behaviour are jumping ship into other Early Years Sectors and Ofsted and DBS turn a blind eye whilst targeting me.
Each time I get anyone questioning my integrity, I will provide the evidence that I have been made a victim to cover up the miscarriages of justice by the systems involved in perverting the course of justice. In the end I might use this as my Research. Because I am/was a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers for Dr Maria Hudson. The Mental Health Research for http://www.radar-cns.org. Diabetes www.heal-d.co.uk yet am the one who needs Emotional Regulation Treatment to trap me as 600,000 elderly people say they leave their homes once per week or less.
Going back to Study is another of my holistic Approach to Preventing myself becoming a suicide Statistic. But they will label me #uurica_le in death as in life.

7 years of discrimination has impacted me physically and psychologically to the point where I am unable to manage my disabilities via the holistic approaches I adapted after studying Health & Social Care Level 2 with the Open University. I need to find a focus…
I must start by congratulating Martin for the way he supported me during the interview and for his understanding of my needs from paying attention to what I was saying and the strategies needed to support me. I think you are providing an excellent service and I must congratulate you. Because without the reassurance for Reasonable Adjustment I would not be so confident in starting my studies.
My suggestions are based on my personal experiences of childhood traumas, having a child who was misdiagnosed as being deaf and dumb, dealing with the impact of being judged because of my hidden disabilities, allegations responsible for two nervous breakdowns, accused of making up disabilities, pushed to the edge where I was having suicidal thoughts which clashed with my Christian Upbringing.
The fact I discussed my intention of studying to gain my SEND Teacher Qualification with two professors in 2015 and was endorsed on LinkedIn that has taken away my account is an aspect of how I am made a voiceless vulnerable victim. I discussed my options at the Nursery World Show or Childcare Expo representatives, have information and referred to it once I was advised to go back to studies.
As an older student with disabilities and additional needs it is daunting especially after the seven years that have impacted on my life. There are times when am struggling to even sign in and carry out certain functions. The fact the SYSTEMS spent 7 years making me a victim and now trap me as someone needing Emotional Regulation Treatment makes me determined to venture into RESEARCH as for too long my DISABILITY is used to make me feel like a MONSTER.
I would appreciate if the University can help me to find ways to help others like myself not to lose 7 years of my life fighting with the SYSTEMS to get those who label me to trigger my PTSD to stop paying lip service and treat US with DIGNITY and not DISCRIMINATION to fit their agenda.

So I went to carry out my OBLIGATIONS & was confronted with this conundrum! Immediately I could see myself in another couple of years if I am lucky, so I decided to put out a Warning? When I was younger & helped Mum as an informal carer for my Dad & Granny, I can now recalled some of the antics my Granny got up to. Only those days WE thought she was Old, Miserable & intent on making Our lives a Misery! My Papa was the proverbial Angel, God rest his soul, but GanGan was more than a handful, even before she took sick.
Now I am dealing with Mass Tom & if it’s not 1 thing it’s another… But because I had prior experiences of dealing with the old in the form of my Granny, I am empowered to cope without taking any of what he throws at me personal. So when he turns 1 day & claims I burnt the food, or it’s not cooked, don’t have any taste, etc… I can take everything in my stride with a pinch of salt! When I talk to my family back home & they tell me about the antics Mama Lou gets up to, then I know history is repeating itself, & will forever be repeating.
Cooked Tom’s soup yesterday, so asked if he is going to finish the rest when I walked into the kitchen to do the cooking? My man replied that’s its too SALT!!! So in the most soothing of voice I asked “who put more Salt in it?” Ole Massa considered carefully b4 replying “nuh ME!” Believe my word when I said I never gloated & asked what I should do with it? He said I should add a little water & heat it for him…
The moral of this story is although I won this round, that does not mean I am not going to hear more grumbles about how totally USELESS I am at doing things in the future! So all my Family please be aware that when it’s my turn to walk down this road that my Gran, Dad, Mum, Tom, & others have travelled down. All I am asking for is a little Sympathy as none of US would wish these Conditions on Our worse ENEMY! — feeling blessed.

Oh well Mr Tom is making suggestions for me to get back into #Work. But we both decided that I am not going back into any working environment like LEYF Nurseries. If nothing comes of my attempts, then I will focus on going with my change of career into Advocacy for All, sharing my experiences to help others avoid the Pitfall! that can lead to #Disabilities like Depression, Chronic Anxiety, Childhood TRAUMA needing support from the Mental Health Foundation.

Once they are grown have faith in the fact that you done your work and left them to make the decisions that will see them through their life journeys. The Paramedics were already present, so I went on my merry way to let them get on with the job. I am praying & hoping her injuries are not life threatening? I am extra vigilant on the road especially since Walking is part of my Exercise Regime.

Yesterday was a very relaxing day in another of LEYF nursery! Wow practice was 110% Beacon of Excellence… Got me some great ideas from Mary who once taught in Hong Kong to take back to Luton Street!
