H4W is responsible for COERCIVE CONTROL of my neighbour who needs HELP. I was contacted by a Samantha Gibbs in May 2022 via letter invitation to ASB. Anyone who knows me know how I address any concerns I have. Let H4W disclose those correspondence with Ms Gibbs. Ms Gibbs also visited my home on the 12th January 2022 bring a man who tried to ASSAULT me at my door. Ms Gibbs and Ms Gilchrist and the man were in each others company until the Police arrive to once again harass, bully and intimidate me. Now Ms Gibbs is off on Long-Terms Sick Leave. I learned reading the Witness Statement that Ms Gibbs started working with H4W in April 2022. What does that say about how H4W changed from the Social Housing that rescued me from “Domestic Violence” in 2000 to coercing my neighbour to continue the 22 years of HATE CRIMES that I catalogued in April 2019. H4W will DISCLOSE the SAR of 23 years since I signed the TENANCY AGREEMENT.

There is a Mighty God who reigns. I have a testimony to give about this Famous Foot & I took the foto at Conference & told Winnie I am going to write about this. What happened to me on Tuesday going into Friday was certainly a Miracle. Who could it be but my Lord Jesus. My brother Ashter Serener Urella NEMBHARD was the 5th child of my parents Ivan Sandyman and Perline Louise Nembhard. Ashter who was born into a poor working class family was destined to have a few 1st enlisted to his name in his short but packed life. His life was filled with some recognisable achievements and outcomes for which the accolades of the orchestrations were his and his alone. Although his life was cut short, it was packed to the hilt from birth to death with stories that all of his family can be truly proud of. On the 15th August 2014 when he would be celebrating his 58th birthday if his life was not cut short at the tender age of 37. I am more than proud to salute the memory of my beloved brother.

What does 1 do when 1 do not have much time to play or work with. For the 1st time in the longest of while I am logging behind with some things that used to be done like a swift breeze passing thru… But aint giving up.
Was so good to meet up with some persons from my neck of the woods – TOWNHEAD at Ms Molly Trout son’s 9nite. Oh by the way I only knew this son as JUST. The 1 who had the building in the Yard tightly locked down. Understand Just was a tailor & had everything stored in the cabin.
Big shout to the following: Joan Bernard, Andrea Brown, Ann-Marie Pinkney, Bailey Foster & Ms Buntin Dwayne Smith – felt more than proud that the Young Man still remembers me.
Then I met some new persons: Mr King Tomlinson from Solas & all the fellow Westmoreland persons. Ms Molly daughter Ms Ivy whom I only knew by name. Of course there were other Jamaicans & West Indians presents who knew Mass JUST.
I intend to take up Mass Frank Murdoch on his invitations to come back & visit. Black History Month is round the corner. More ammunitions in my armoury.

Finished in my Kitchen. Dinner was FLG with sum veg from me back garden! Wow what a good thing I acquired sum of the CAPITALS which makes Me an Asset to ME? Since today 22.9.2016 is 1 year since LEYF decided to strip me of every shed of my Dignity & take away their WORK, think I should reflect on my life on Social Media today of all days. I have got my WS pretty much how I want it & will get down to the editing once I am more settled & relaxed. I need to do more Research to define the Comparators. I got only part of the ITV Tonight Programme & will have to go to www.itv.com/tonight to find out more. If my memory serves me right, some people are prone to get the wrong end of the story when it comes to MM. So there was a time when I made mention of #ASHTERDaughter mother Rose & someone without reading & understanding decided to accuse me of spreading gossip & rumour on Facebook. By now U might be aware how that one ended. Then there was the case of my own who thinks I should not put my own on SM? That didn’t end too good either. Then there was the case of the IMF bloke & the Maid & that didn’t end any better either. Prepared breakfast, ate and commented about the sourness of the last Satsuma I sucked. I was stood over the sink washing up when I felt this sharp PAIN between my breast. I was alerted when there was another in quick succession & I was doubled over the sink. Told Tom & he said to take deep breathes in/out. Contemplating whether to call the GP or go classes. Felt some relief so went to classes. Was aware of the niggling pains in the pit of my stomach so decided to visit A&E. Called Tom to let him know what was happening. Got assessed & had to do ECG, which was done by a Trainee Nurse from Manchester. Such show of professionalism, making me reassured the NHS is in the same hands of the Future Generations of Health Care Professionals. I waited & waited… Tom showed up & I keep asking when is my turn. I was 2nd in line for hours & then I was 1st… I waited & waited… When I am ANXIOUS there are certain functions I can’t do – eating is one such. Luckily I have Foodstuff in my bag because TOM came out without eating anything much. He admonished me for saying he didn’t have to come out…I was just about to go back to the Nurse who thanked me for my patience – Yes for the Psychopaths at that Organisation that labelled Mervelee Myers, I do know when to wear my many Hats – Corporative, Professional, Assertive, etc., etc… The doctor came to get me as I got up to go back to the Nurse. Maybe 1 of my son’s age Kevin Murray & Valdin Legister , but I did not cross those boundaries by asking. He was surprised at the long wait, by this time I was doing 5+ hours. He told me to blame Jeremy Hunt. So now I’ll have to go back to the drawing board writing more Open Letters to government, etc, etc… As I told the doctor I am a Social Media Advocate to change the SYSTEMS that are making the vulnerable Scapegoats & Victims.My tests are positive & doctor was surprised at my Healthy Status despite my Deficits & Limitations. Still missing My Papa – 32 years later…
As the years add up there is nothing to relieve the Pain of loosing my Papa Ivan Sandyman NEMBHARD on 9th February 1980. After all these years the hurt is still strong even thou I know God Almighty was gracious in answering OUR Prayers to release You from the pains and sufferings You had born without complaint over the ensuing years. I can recall as if only yesterday the last time I walked into the room to see You before taking my Baby Son Valdin Legister for a walk and You was trying to talk to me, but by that time the speech had gone. On my return I walked into the room and discovered You had taken Your long earned rest and was at Peace with Your GOD. When I called my Mama she did not believe it at first because Your eyes were still opened, and You never had a last drink of water.
The family came together and did what WE had to do. During Your long sickness I questioned Your faith in a GOD who’d allow one of His own to suffer the way You did, and to burden my Mother with having to care for 2 bedridden LOVED ones at the same time. Now that I’ve matured with the years I have become more tolerant, understanding and knowledgable about the Human Lifecycle in general and as a whole process. I can understand more clearly how and why You managed to stick to Your Faith in the one True GOD who passeth all understanding and although I will never be able to be the Standard Bearer You were I work hard to emulate You in my daily life.
I am asssured that You are at a safer Place, and is My Guiding Star in times like now when am going through Trials and Tribulations that are at times too much for me to bear alone. I am counting on YOU to keep me from commiting any of the Follies that You withstood throughout Your life here on Earth. This period and time of the year is very difficult for ME and I asks that You continue to assist Me in getting over safe and sound. THANK You Papa You were One in a Million and safe in the arms of GOD!!!
Oh spoke 2 my Mama & she can’t remember my Papa nor her Mama… So it is now left 2 ME 2 keep ALL the Memories Alive til my turn comes!!! Her voice is still strong thou…

Please find my response to the letter from Housing for Women that I consider part of the discrimination against me and my husband. H4W ensures I cannot send email to them. My arguments as can be seen from this response is that am the victim of Systemic Discrimination from the death of my mother with dementia.
I asked District Judge Pigram if the case rest around 2022 when Samantha Gibbs started her employment with H4W and set out on a campaign with Ms Gilchrist to continue the HATE CRIMES started from 2001. He said if any matters are RELEVANT. I think it is relevant that the Housing Ombudsman is allowing H4W to get away with TERRORISM. Fact that I am not the only one is RELEVANT and I will send you evidence to prove this.

But to go and have a cnversation and say I am going to be EVICTED why am making ALLEGATIONS will be proven by my DEFENSIVE PRACTICE in my complaint to HOS in April 2019. After all these years the hurt is still strong even thou I know God Almighty was gracious in answering OUR Prayers to release You from the pains and sufferings You had born without complaint over the ensuing years. I can recall as if only yesterday the last time I walked into the room to see You before taking my Baby Son Valdin Legister for a walk and You was trying to talk to me, but by that time the speech had gone. On my return I walked into the room and discovered You had taken Your long earned rest and was at Peace with Your GOD. When I called my Mama she did not believe it at first because Your eyes were still opened, and You never had a last drink of water.
The family came together and did what WE had to do. During Your long sickness I questioned Your faith in a GOD who’d allow one of His own to suffer the way You did, and to burden my Mother with having to care for 2 bedridden LOVED ones at the same time. Now that I’ve matured with the years I have become more tolerant, understanding and knowledgable about the Human Lifecycle in general and as a whole process. I can understand more clearly how and why You managed to stick to Your Faith in the one True GOD who passeth all understanding and although I will never be able to be the Standard Bearer You were I work hard to emulate You in my daily life.
I am asssured that You are at a safer Place, and is My Guiding Star in times like now when am going through Trials and Tribulations that are at times too much for me to bear alone. I am counting on YOU to keep me from commiting any of the Follies that You withstood throughout Your life here on Earth. This period and time of the year is very difficult for ME and I asks that You continue to assist Me in getting over safe and sound. THANK You Papa You were One in a Million and safe in the arms of GOD!!!

As the years add up there is nothing to relieve the Pain of loosing my Papa Ivan Sandyman NEMBHARD on 9th February 1980. After all these years the hurt is still strong even thou I know God Almighty was gracious in answering OUR Prayers to release You from the pains and sufferings You had born without complaint over the ensuing years. I can recall as if only yesterday the last time I walked into the room to see You before taking my Baby Son Valdin Legister for a walk and You was trying to talk to me, but by that time the speech had gone. On my return I walked into the room and discovered You had taken Your long earned rest and was at Peace with Your GOD. When I called my Mama she did not believe it at first because Your eyes were still opened, and You never had a last drink of water.
The family came together and did what WE had to do. During Your long sickness I questioned Your faith in a GOD who’d allow one of His own to suffer the way You did, and to burden my Mother with having to care for 2 bedridden LOVED ones at the same time.
