I had this strange dream the other night and like most of my other dreams I cannot make head nor tails of it. All I can recall vividly was that it involved a young man in his 30’s and me having to change my mind about something I was about to do or else I would miss an important event. The next day I came in contact with a young man who lavished praises on all with whom he came in contact. However knowing the nature of my dreams, I am still keeping alert to all eventualities. Of late I have been doing lots of reflections about my life over the years and keeping a low profile. I realised that I am mellowing with age and is therefore becoming a much better person than the one I was before my birthday!

I have been putting some of the things I learnt from my reflections of myself into practice leading to a less stressful me. I am practicing what I preach more and is taking the beam out of my eyes before trying to pluck the moat out of the eyes of others around me. This morning I went into the paper shop and because the proprietors had a little problem with the machine. I allowed the next customer to go ahead because she seemed to be in a hurry. She was ever so grateful and voiced her appreciation. Whilst standing in the shop waiting I noticed something, but one in particular stand out which I never did before.

I mentioned the observations I had made to my hubby when I got in. He said the bloke maybe on holidays, but not seeing the lady for a while meant that he could not comment on the other issue. Nevertheless the lady in the shop was using only one hand, and the other was folded in a fist and seemed out of use. I thought that could be me as the lady could not be as old as I am…? I sat down to browse through the newspaper scanning the headlines for anything of interests that could be beneficial to my health and well-being as well as been topical to my current writing bug of documenting my thoughts. A few headlines came to view and one in particular caught my attention.

I was impressed by the LIDL HEROES award and decided that I will be visiting www.express.co.uk/lidlsurprises to nominate Theresa Salmon a volunteer in my work place after getting her consent when she is back in next Tuesday. Hers is a story that needs to be shared with the public and I already started the ball rolling by making a book of cards for Silver Sunday. After finishing indoors I went on my merry way to work with a spring in my step as life is becoming rosier these days. As I reached out by Lynton Road waiting to cross the street, I met up with this lady waiting to cross over to the other side of the road. She is leaning on her walking stick and watching the traffic flow.

Because I had seen her already this week I greeted her cheerfully saying “we met up at almost this same spot…” She greeted me with a cherry “how are you?” I could hear the African accent in her voice as we exchanged greetings. As we stood waiting another vehicle pulled up and I could see this bloke grinning across his face… Then he winds down his window, waved his arm and says “good morning” as we crossed in front of his vehicle. That was the time realisation set in and I noticed who was at the wheels of that distinct yellow cab. I said to the lady “oh that is Simon Hughes and I did not even realised…” If I had realised, I would have got my camera to take a photograph of that distinct yellow cab for my Photo Diary that I am compiling.

The lady and I walked to the end of the street and I hurried to go to work, leaving her behind to amble on with her walking stick. I walked the short distance to work as part of my exercise regime to keep fit and stay healthy in my older age. On my way I met another person on the road who seemed to have suffered a “stroke” or else he has a “disability” because he seemed very stiff on one side and held his hand at a similar angle like the lady in the shop. As I walked along I am formulating plans in my head to try and document the histories of some very important persons who have played important roles in my life. I believe now is the time to document their achievements for the future generations before the knowledge and experiences they have at their finger tips are lost to us for good!

I got in and was relating the morning event of seeing the Member of Parliament for Bermondsey – Simon Hughes in Lynton Road. My hubby informed me that he lives off Lynton Road, which is news to me. Here is another reason for me to include my hubby in my documenting and nominating him to get recognition for all his contributions to his family, friends and acquaintances he had the fortune to have touched in his 91 years of life. Already I have started to record and document his early life from when he left Jamaica to come to Great Britain in 1956 to start a new life of opportunity in the Mother Country. By doing this I can blank out the negativity that I encounter when I meet opposition because I want to celebrate Black History Month and constraints are placed to stop me doing so?

I don’t know what the future holds, but I am doing my little bit to contribute to my children and grand children’s future by archiving and documenting my parents and fore parents past. In the past I was not as tolerant as I am these days and I am giving thanks for the better person whom I am becoming as I aged with grace, dignity and maturity. However this does not mean that I am going to sit back and let anyone take advantage of me without standing up for myself. Although some of the things that would cause me to become cross are now water under the bridge and won’t affect me as before. These days I prefer to stay clear of what I call the politics and religions of modern times which cause some of us to become bitter enemies.

Guess although I consider myself to be a sometimes Christian who is not that afraid of retributions to question the unfairness of the universe I happen to live in. I know that some of the experiences I have at my finger tips have shaped me to be the new matured and wiser person who I am destined to become as I aged? It will be quite interesting to see where I am in another couple of months!

Thanks for your prompt response to my enquiry. I am addressing this as the voice for the women who are experiencing discrimination and the fact that as a writer of therapy, I must make the most of MISOGNY that is trending online. The Criminal Justice System is just another of the Legal Authorities not fit for purpose. 

I understand how CWJ works and all I am asking for is to be signposted. I have been asking for help and doing things on my own which impacted on my mental and physical health. Especially when my husband was getting affected by the PTSD that lasted over 10 years. He died in Kings College Hospital age 101 years NEGLECTED and BROKEN. I was assaulted on the 6^th April 2024 after returning from the “Windrush Vigil” in Brixton, visited him in the hospital and found him falling out of bed. By seeking help I was accused of assaulting staff, the Nurse called security on   me, and I was forcibly removed from his bedside.  I ended up in A&E the next day. My husband died on the 8^th April 2024 and I was called 6 hours after he died without seeing me. I have the videos to prove my arguments. I am still waiting on Gayle Lewis of PALS about the concerns raised. I am touching on this so you have an understanding of what’s happened to me and my husband after we got married and I lost my mother to dementia. 

I will use Dr. Maria Hudson’s research papers for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS that I was a participant in to give you an insight of the systemic discrimination I experienced. The first time I was working at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust workplace nursery Mapother House 2003-2008. I was abandoned by the union, the LEA, and even the GP refused to give me a “medical Report”. I ended up representing myself without any legal knowledge. The court said I made up disabilities. A graduate of the Open University blacklisting and networking meant I had to start from the bottom of the career ladder. I vowed not to challenge any discrimination again. I must say how much the parents supported me at the time. 

I changed jobs until I thought I found the ideal job for me. I was in for a shock when I applied for the post of “Lead Early Years Practitioner” and despite the only staff shortlisted from the organisation I did not get the job. After facing up to the realities of what was happening to me, I decided I would continue giving of my best and work towards my retirement. I treasure the good times I had working with the company, but they must be exposed for the mistreatment of children, young people and elderly employees they made vulnerable. 

I represented myself again when I was abandoned by another union. Again the court said I was not a credible witness and I made up disabilities. The claims went to the EAT and the organisation was allowed to get away. I was robbed of £9,450.00 by a black barrister who I was advised to take to the Small Claims Court. Judgement was past for him to pay me back. I am still waiting, 4 years later the Court Enforcement Services LTD sending me letters I owe them money. 

I took others to CCMCC and it went the ways of others, strike out and evacuated. When I decided to end it all because I realised, I will not be getting any justice. That’s when the barrister for the employers decided to take me to court for ECRO. I was now the victim of plots by HMCTS and CCMCC and BSB and SRA and JCIO and IOPC for publishing my truths. In 2017 I raised concerns about verbal threats from 2 black persons who targeted me. The Metropolitan Police claimed it was none of their business. But days later they came with the NHS Ambulance Service to section me from a malicious report made by the person who stole my manuscript. As a result of the discrimination by the Police, I arranged a meeting with them to resolve the matter. It did not go well because the Metropolitan Police is not fit for purpose and is “Institutionally RACIST”. I can back up my arguments with necessary evidence from I recorded the Police at Southwark Police Station. 

On 30^th November 2020 I was beaten up by members of the Metropolitan Police under cover of the LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture. I was taken out of my house half naked in handcuffs, my husband was in the kitchen and not aware of what was happening. I have the response from MOPAC Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb to back up my story. The result of this arrest was I was made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment because Legal Aid “Without Prejudice” is paid on the understanding of getting a particular outcome. 

Each time I tried getting my life back together I was pushed over the edge again. My ENTITLEMENTS denied, I could not even get volunteering or a placement to do my studies when I was advised to do training for career change. However, they will use my intellectual property to build BRANDS, and I am excluded. I have approached everyone from Prime Ministers to people from the BAME community for help but no success. I am a writer and my first book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE was signed by Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley at A New Met for London launch. 

I have my proof of the systemic discrimination document and online. I will end by saying I am gagged by HMCTS after I became the target of the Housing Association that rescued me from domestic violence in 2000 turned TERROR CELL. I am under threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION via CONTEMPT of COURT. There are more people experiencing the same kinds of discrimination, because HMCTS, the Metropolitan Police, the Housing Ombudsman Services and other Local Authorities are failing us. I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE by District Judge Sterlini involved in the striking out of my claims after it reached “Telephone Mediation”. 

My ordeals started at KINGS after the death of my brother with colon cancer when I had the first nervous breakdown. It happened again at LEYF after the death of my mother with dementia. Whilst I was going through more CRISIS of caring for my elderly husband who was TRAUMATISED after we got married, I was dealing with my brother dying of cancer, my young brother spent his 60^th birthday in intensive care, a blood vessel burst in his head. I had first “High Blood Pressure” and that’s when I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE. 

I have been SCAMMED so many times, but the person who I met in April 2023- July 2023 wrote a 12 page witness statement for the landlord. This is the basis of why I was issued with possession notice. Hopefully, I can get some help with my claims from Mimi Owusu who admitted in the witness statement that she scammed me and sent Police and Social Services to my home. 

I need help to get the judgement that was passed and reinstate those that were strike out and evacuated. I must be compensated for the DEFAMATION and loss of ENTITLEMENTS.

The Impacts of Bereavement and Losses on Mervelee Myers must be considered based on the Childhood Traumas that led to the Hidden Disabilities in Adulthood as per the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. I was ordered to do “Psychiatric Assessment” breaching the above-mentioned ACT. Because the ASSESSMENT was intrusive bringing back memories that have nothing to do with the unlawful injunction. The fact that my brother ASHTER SERENER URELLA NEMBHARD died in jail aged 37+ years old of AIDS is relevant. Because of the defamation of my name and character. Therefore, this is the argument I will be using for my Witness Statement” inclusive of my Book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE that was signed by Sir Mark Rowley at the launch of A New Met for London.

Mervelee Myers will provide evidence of the SHOCK I experienced realising District Judge Bell is FEMALE. Because the name is on numerous General Form of Judgement from the time, I was advised by Barrister Sally Robertson to take Barrister Ryan Clement to the Small Claims Court to get back my Husband’s money that he had taken to represent me at the EAT.

Based on District Judge Pigram advice that any RELEVANT matters dating back to the Tenancy Agreement the Defendant signed with the Claimant throughout the duration of the years I am living at 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey London SE1 5PY from December 2000. I will provide the evidence as my Defensive Practice in my roles as a Writer, Blogger and Social Media Influencer, Cultural Ambassador and Social Butterfly. Who has been stripped of my Intellectual Property, Copyrights, Images and Continuing Personal Professional Development Plan (CPPDP) from the time I was born at Townhead Westmoreland, Jamaica, West Indies. I will formulate my “Witness Statement” around the arguments mentioned above, proving that Husing for Women conspired with individuals, legal entities, organisations in continuing the systemic discrimination from the time allegations were made against me at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Since my life did not begin when Devonshires Solicitors LLP Narin Masera sent a letter to Mervelee Myers in July 2023. As DJ Pigram clarified whatever is RELEVANT can be used in my DEFENCE. Therefore, the COURT will have to take into account everything that happened here from I moved here in December 2000. Housing for Women must disclose the DATA wiped from the Customer Portal after my complaint to the Housing Ombudsman Service. I became the target of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist, who was coerced by Samantha Gibbs who joined H4W in April 2022. The 12 pages Witness Statement by Mimi Owusu was used by Narin Masera to defame my name and character. In the WS Ms Owusu admitted taking my money including other discriminations. Reasons I will not allow the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and Crown Prosecution Service to continue denying my RIGHTS leaving me to die slowly of torture. As a Social Media Influencer, who invested to tell my stories of 31 years of discrimination. It is against the law for Devonshires Solicitors LLP and H4W to gag me to cover up 23 years of hate crimes by Debbie Gilchrist and her various partners from my husband moved here in 2001.

HMCTS Corruption via Miscarriages of Justice –

Despite the CCMCC Claims I had never attended County Court at Clerkenwell before.

Mervelee Myers will catalogue the miscarriages of justice against me each time I experience bereavement and losses. I will expose HMCTS in reverse order:

1. District Judge Sterlini was involved with the striking out of Winsome Duncan claims after it reached “Telephone Mediation”. Therefore, he is in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics with unlawful injunction labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE.  

2. District Judge Bell name appears on a number of claims. But the claim for Barrister Ryan Clement is most relevant.

The Death of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson and District Judge argument that Mervelee Myers was assisted by my HUSBAND, whilst threatening to eject my neighbour Debbie Thomas must be addressed. In line with the Equality Act Protected Characteristics, Mr Tomlinson was in no fit state to assist me. The fact that I raised COMPLAINTS with the Housing Ombudsman Service must be considered. Also, the failure of Housing for Women to adhere to the Tenancy Agreements signed must be considered. The role Housing for Women played in the PTSD experienced by my husband must be part of my arguments of the breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristic. The Elderly Abuse Law must be referenced.

I will prove that District Judge Sterlini discriminated against me on more than one occasions.

I will prove that Stephen Agera conspired with Narin Masera to discriminate against me like other Legal Representative that take Legal Aid to represent me in the past or acted as Duty Solicitor during the past 10 years. The letter on file from Charles Hill & CO Solicitors is key to this case and how I was not given the correct representation from the start of the case to defend myself. The PSYCHIATRIC ASSESSMENT verify my argument to this fact. At no time did Stephen Agera communicate what he was doing to me. The fact I represented myself at 2 ET https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 is proof that my disabilities were used against me. Mervelee Myers will be relying on evidence from my contributions as the Early Years Practitioner who developed the listening ethos as the Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave to prove my arguments about how I was made a victim of my neighbour Deborah Agnes Gilchrist who was coerced by Housing for Women when Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert join H4W in April and May 2022. With my credentials as a Social Media INFLUENCER, the court has erred in its judgement allowing District Judge Sterlini who was party with District Judge Rand and District Judge Zimmel to strike out my claim with Winsome Duncan after it reached “Telephone Mediation”. The fact that District Judge Bell who sat down on the 10 December 2019 and sent my claims to Central London County Court including that of Barrister Ryan Clement must be investigated.

Another key factor is the death of my husband and how Deborah Agnes Gilchrist and her partner continuing the TERRORISM against me. The Metropolitan Police will be charged based on my roles with the launch of A New Met for London.

I heard the voice of Ms Gilchrist partner shouting obscenities whilst kicking down my door. I had to go to Croydon Magistrates Court 3 times and attend an interview and attend Walworth Police Station for interview. I am always threatened with ARREST. They are still investigating. Yet Police who must come out on the above occasions don’t believe me that Ms Gilchrist partner was kicking my door.

Refused Access to Customer Portal  

I was refused access to my PORTAL by H4W after they WIPED it of all DATA claiming they were updating the system. After several attempts I was treated with disrespect. Refer to the COMPLAINTS to the Housing Ombudsman Services. H4W used my VULNERABILITY against me to coerced Ms Gilchrist to target me. I have always raised concerns over the phone and in writing to be kept on record. These have been posted on my Social Media. To say I am not to post my concerns about 23 years of discrimination by H4W is in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. It is known fact that H4W target the VULNERABLE. It is not my responsibility if Devonshires Solicitors LLP seek to profit from the MISERY of TENANTS and my 101-year-old husband who is TRAUMATISED.

7/6/2022 – Rent Arears – Due to Barclays stealing my money and closing my account. However, because I always have money in advance, I did not go too much into arears. I had access to the H4W Customer Portal where my DATA was secured from 2000. Why did H4W wiped the Portal of DATA and refused me access. Same way they refused me contacting them by email. I was threatened with EVICTION over the phone by Peju Awoye who then hang up the phone on me. Sometimes I phone up to get advice and ended up having someone hanging up on me. Since I recorded as DEFENSIVE PRACTICE these must be used in EVIDENCE instead of calling me a LIAR.

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson came to Great Britain from Jamaica to settle the second time after visiting to find out if I could manage to live in this country. I was inspired to make use of the opportunity to settle in the UK because of my English Teacher, at Frome Secondary School, Ms. Anderson.

I did not reach my individual potential because my “Childhood Traumas” developed from my father was stricken by Parkinson’s disease. But I did not let my deficits and limitations restrict me from making the most of my chances to gain the best education available.

I was educated at Basic School attached to the Baptist Church. The Townhead Primary School was across from where my mother was born.  This was where I was taught to develop the resilience to cope with the life I was blessed with. The Frome Secondary School was located where my father worked when he walked from St Elizabeth to Westmoreland to find work and settle. After getting pregnant my Form Teacher Mr. Felix Rose advised me to go back to studying and I attended “Evening Classes” at Mannings High School.

I was a Basic School Teacher that built on my early beginning of being a carer from the date my youngest sibling was born and my father hand him to me to hold so mum could rest. The foundation for my passion for working with younger children was formed when I was at home, not working and my cousin Candy Gooden told the Head Teacher of the Townhead Primary School to send and call me to offer me the job.

I worked as a “Contract Cleaner” all over London and was searching for the consistency, familiarity, and continuity of having a steady job to go to. I was working at the BBC in White City when I discovered the “Workplace Nursery” and enrolled at Lambeth College. I had done a “Care Assistant” course in 1996 and realised I would not be able to take on the job of caring full time because of my “Personal Experiences” of being an informal carer from the age of 7 years old when my brother was born.     

My Book has been in the making since 2017 after I experienced the second nervous breakdown losing my mother to dementia that I diagnosed. Studies at Lambeth College and the Open University empowered me to become the advocate challenging the discrimination resulting in the two miscarriages of justice that changed my prospects after the death of my mother. MM Updates 2021: Mervelee Myers survivor of Childhood Traumas has made my life an “Open Book” providing a support network for anyone who might benefit from knowing my story and how giving up was never an option at any stages of my transition. I am proud to style myself as an expert authority on subjects from the cradle for many reasons. The reasons are documented via my oral, written, and participation in research from the time my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. To represent me at the Employment Tribunals when I was abandoned by the unions, I paid my money on two occasions.

 The fact that allegations were used to trigger my PTSD after bereavement and losses in toxic workplaces is one of the key factors for getting my findings of Richard Harty of the University of East London. And his links with the CEO of LEYF Nurseries June O’Sullivan. I carried out “A Voice of a Child” research for June O’Sullivan in August 2010, whilst working at Luton Street Community Nursery. Therefore, Mervelee Myers decided to get off the conveyor belt of discrimination and the “Cycle of Grief” keeping me a prisoner with a criminal record with Emotional Regulation Treatment entrapment to last until weeks before my husband’s 100^th birthday in 2023.

You complained to HfW about: • Length of time to replace the broken radiator • Handling of your external door repairs • Lack of communication regarding the tree removal • Outstanding repairs to the broken fence • Length of time to replace the glass to the communal door • Reports of anti-social behaviour regarding your neighbour I understand that to resolve your complaint you are seeking: • The fence to be repaired • Apology regarding complaint handling • Clear communication regarding who is responsible for the tree removal • For H4W to accept negligence • Apology for a member of staff hanging up the phone • Complaint to be resolved amicably In investigating your complaint, I have considered the following: • Reviewed our policy • Spoke with our contractors • Reviewed our contractors’ systems • Reviewed our service standards I spoke with our heating contractor Watret with regards to the broken radiator. They advised there were no repairs reported with regards to a broken radiator in the last six months but there have been repairs raised regarding the heating not working. A heating engineer attended on the 27th October 2022 and advised there was no fault found and gave you a demonstration on how to use the Honeywell wireless room stat. He also wrote down instructions on how to operate it. I therefore deem this part of your complaint not upheld. I reviewed our contractor, MCP’s portal to investigate the repairs reported regarding your front door. There are no reports in the past year, of a repair being raised regarding a fault to the lock on the front door. I therefore deem this part of the complaint not upheld. On investigating the communication between H4W and yourself, I was unable to find evidence that demonstrated we had been clear with a decision regarding the tree removal. I can confirm that it is the resident’s responsibility to maintain the garden. This will include the removal of a tree. We are sorry we were not clear in our communication and for the delay in responding back to you. This section of the complaint is upheld. It was reported on the 23rd February 2022 a repair to the gate and fence was required. A make safe was carried out but inline with our policy, it is the resident’s responsibility to repair/replace a fence that divides two gardens. After reviewing the photos held on the contractor’s portal that the fence in question divides two gardens. We therefore are unable to fulfil your request by repairing/replacing the fence. On the 22nd May 2022 it was reported to our repairs contractor, the communal door had a smashed pane of glass. A board up was completed to the broken glass on the 22/05/2022. The glass was replaced on the 18th July 2022 which is outside of our standard timescales. I therefore deem this section of the complaint upheld. I have requested an anti-social behaviour case is opened on your behalf. My colleague from the complaints department will contact you with the case reference number. I was unable to find any evidence of a complaint being logged relating to the above issues you have raised with us. Therefore, I am unable to review the complaint handling. I am sorry you had to report a staff member terminating your call when you contacted us. We take reports of poor conduct by our in-house staff and contractors very seriously. We appreciate that you found this experience unpleasant, and we assure you that it was not representative of the services we aim to deliver. This concludes Stage 1 of our internal complaints process. They advised there were no repairs reported with regards to a broken radiator in the last six months but there have been repairs raised regarding the heating not working. A heating engineer attended on the 27th October 2022 and advised there was no fault found and gave you a demonstration on how to use the Honeywell wireless room stat. He also wrote down instructions on how to operate it. I therefore deem this part of your complaint not upheld. I reviewed our contractor, MCP’s portal to investigate the repairs reported regarding your front door. There are no reports in the past year, of a repair being raised regarding a fault to the lock on the front door. I therefore deem this part of the complaint not upheld. On investigating the communication between H4W and yourself, I was unable to find evidence that demonstrated we had been clear with a decision regarding the tree removal. I can confirm that it is the resident’s responsibility to maintain the garden. This will include the removal of a tree. We are sorry we were not clear in our communication and for the delay in responding back to you. This section of the complaint is upheld. It was reported on the 23rd February 2022 a repair to the gate and fence was required. A make safe was carried out but inline with our policy, it is the resident’s responsibility to repair/replace a fence that divides two gardens. After reviewing the photos held on the contractor’s portal that the fence in question divides two gardens. We therefore are unable to fulfil your request by repairing/replacing the fence. On the 22nd May 2022 it was reported to our repairs contractor, the communal door had a smashed pane of glass. A board up was completed to the broken glass on the 22/05/2022. The glass was replaced on the 18th July 2022 which is outside of our standard timescales. I therefore deem this section of the complaint upheld. I have requested an anti-social behaviour case is opened on your behalf. My colleague from the complaints department will contact you with the case reference number. I was unable to find any evidence of a complaint being logged relating to the above issues you have raised with us. Therefore, I am unable to review the complaint handling. I was not aware of the Hearing listed for 16^th January 2024 at 2.00 PM at the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch, The Gee Street Court House 29-41 Gee Street, London, EC1V 3RE until I opened the BUNDLE. This is same way I was tricked and unable to attend the Hearing on 1^st August 2023 after the CRISIS I had and the BUNDLE delivered in 24 hours. I have no “Legal Knowledge”. Therefore, this is breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics that I am relying on to ARGUE my case.  

The Claimant know I have no Solicitors representing me after they coerced Stephen Agera to abandon me.

Before District Judge Naidoo sitting at the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch, The Gee Street Court House 29-41 Gee Street, London, EC1V 3RE.

Once again, the CLAIMANT is using my DISABILITIES against me claiming there was a HEARING Before District Judge Naidoo that I did not attend.

The Solicitor Stephen Agera did not inform me that he was no longer representing me until I got home from Court and saw the email, he sent on the 19^th November 2023. This proves my ARGUMENT that the Solicitor was coerced by Ms Narin Masera not to represent me.

No notice of legal aid or notice of acting appearing on the Court File, but the Defendant’s Solicitors having made an application dated 21^st August 2023 to set aside the INJUNCTION Order, I am now saying the Solicitor Stephen Agera failed to act in my best interest to get the outcome proving the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL. I did not have any time to look at the BUNDLE and attend the HEARING because of the CRISIS affecting me from the 21^st July 2023 to 31^st July 2023 when I take my husband for his Diabetes Eye Checks.

The CLAIMANT is no longer pursuing its application to vary the INJUNCTION order dated 29^th November 2023 because they know the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL.

The COURT must take Ms Masera and Solicitor Stephen Agera UNPROFESSIONAL conducts into consideration. I was in the office when they spoke, and he told me she was trying to coerce him not to represent me. She asked him to destroy the BUNDLE she sent to me that I gave him to copy.

Solicitor Stephen Agera took Medical Reports from me that he said he would use to vary the INJUNCTION order dated 29^th November 2023.

I am not aware of the Proceedings via email by the CLAIMANT and Solicitor Stephen Agera. However, I can say Housing for Women barred me sending email and wiped the Customer Portal of DATA from 2000.

I am applying the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics, the GDPR and Charter of Rights in my DEFENCE.

The INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL based on the Witness Statements of

1.  Samantha Gibbs who started working with the CLAIMANT in April 2022.
2. Trina Philbert who visited my HOME with Candy Smith from Southwark Adult Social Care who arranged the MEDIATION with Housing for Women. Trina Philbert started working with H4W a month before she visited my home.
3. Mimi Owusu scammed me £10,000.00 after we were introduced at an event in April 2023. Did H4W pay her for the Witness Statement?     

IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. The CLAIMANT’S application dated 29^th November 2023 to vary the INJUNCTION order must be strike out because the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL based on the WITNESS STATEMENTS.
2. The Defendant Solicitors removed himself and I was represented by the DUTY SOLICITOR on the 19^th December 2023. (a)  This is not relevant ( b) This is not relevant.
3.   The CLAIMANT is in breach of the Equality Act 2010.

5. I was sent a Copy that I addressed over the Holiday Seasons leaving me STRESSED. I was called to the GP Surgery for appointment about my MENTAL HEALTH and sent letter from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust that will be used in my ARGUMENTS about how the CLAIMANT is breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. I was informed that I MUST respond by 23^rd January 2024 and the Hearing will be on 14^th February 2024.
6. The application dated 29^th November 2023 to amend committal application shall be heard on 16^th January 2024 @ 2pm is ILLEGAL and UNLAWFUL. I was not in attendance or given any directions about a HEARING with District Judge Naidoo. I will be attending COURT now am informed, but the COURT must rule on this matter about COMMITTAL on the FACT that the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL. The CONTEMPT of COURT is UNLAWFUL, and the COURT must give me and my HUSBAND time to tell our STORIES of 22 years of HATE CRIMES. 

NARIN MASERA UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Since I was STRESSED out Preparing the DEFENCE over the CHRISTMAS SEASON, I was unable to take care of myself and do my CARING DUTIES for my HUSBAND. I will, therefore, be using the DEFENCE I prepared already. However, in order for Ms MASERA not to get away with her UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT am sending this to the COURT ahead of the HEARING on the 16^th January 2024. Since I have notifications to send my DEFENCE to the COURT by 23^rd January 2024 for the HEARING on 14^th February 2024, I will act accordingly.

1. On 1^st August 2023 A Final Injunction Order was made against the Defendant, under Part 1 of the ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

So, the world understands why those responsible for the 23 years of TERRORISM by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist whose alcoholism and racism have taken sinister turns and if I am not careful, I will become another statistic of Housing For Women, the Metropolitan Police and Devonshires Solicitors Systemic Discrimination. Let me begin by saying if the “Lion Don’t Learn to Write, the Hunter Will Always Tell the Story”. I have given Housing For Women enough chances to rectify this matter. Instead, they decided to continue the vendetta by coercing Ms Gilchrist and her DRUGS Taking Friends and her Partner to make my life a LIVING HELL. I reached out to the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the AGM in April 2014 to mediate. My life has been turned upside down since the death of my mother in June 2014. I will refute H4W breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. They MUST answer why everything started in May 2022 after I lived here from December 2000. 

• The Injunction is UNLAWFUL because I was made a VICTIM during the time I experienced CRISIS from 21 July 2023 – 31 July 2023 when I had to take my husband for his Diabetes Eye Check. I had no time to deal with the BUNDLE that was delivered on a Sunday.  Threats of ARREST and IMPRISONMENT are triggers to my DISABILITIES because of my brother who died in jail age 37+ years old.

UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.

The Injunction is based on 23 years of Hate Crimes by my neighbour that H4W colluded with her to discriminate against me and made out I am the aggressor.  Refer to the Housing Ombudsman Service Complaints that I have sent to interested parties in this case.

The Injunction that was held behind my back was UNLAW breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Because of what was happening to me at the time as a person with Mental and Physical Impairments. I had a CRISIS and had to be visiting the GP Surgery and hospital for treatment. My brother was dying of cancer, and another was in Intensive Care, a blood vessel burst in his head. I am also the carer for my 100-year-old husband who is TRAUMATISED.

On the 25th October 2023 I got home from Mr Tony Cealy’s training “Theatre of the Oppressed” to revive my husband from a HYPO after he was visited at home by PC James Murphy who left a letter. I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him, and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.

1. Advice for Hearing Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keeps calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. I was in the office when he called telling Mr Agera to destroy copies of the BUNDLE, she sent me, and she would send him a new bundle. Because Mimi Owusu should not be in the listing. Who is Mimi Owusu the witness for H4W? She is the CEO of http://www.blac.org.uk who scammed me £10,000.00 after I was introduced to her at an event. How did she become H4W witness? The photo of me and Liz at the Communal Door was captured without my knowledge and used to DEFAME my name. I have never taken photos of Liz and Mimi inside my home because they asked me not to. In case H4W is not aware the GDPR 2018 and Charter of Rights 12 Codes come into play in this case.

The attached bundle has been rejected for being over the maximum number of pages permitted to be printed by the court, 50 pages.

Refer to recent events most of which are/were captured when am doing LIVE BROADCASTING. Ms Gilchrist partner was kicking the door and shouting abuses at me. CAD 6390/13DEC23 captured on Live with the DISCRIMINATION of the Police Officers who came. One of whom was here on the 12/12/2023. CAD 4186/12DEC2023 – 1268AS & 3348AS– Am still waiting to be contacted by the relevant authorities.  Ms Gilchrist started slamming doors and shouting abuse when she was leaving. According to Barrister Angela Delbourg, I must be WHITER than WHITE.     

 (b) has been convicted of – I was made a CRIMINAL needing ERT to cover for Richard Harty MIC Abusers at www.leyf.org.uk after Police were sent to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to say I commit SUICIDE. 1.  Verbal or Physical abuse – Refer to Complaint April 2019  

2. Unreasonable Noise – Shouting or Screaming – Refer to Malicious Report of Ms Gilchrist for 10/1/23. The Police is still investigating. But refused to act about 13/12/2023 incident of kicking of the door and shouting CUNT. The constant banging of doors and stomping upstairs. Breaking the lock on her door. Breaking the glass to the Communal Area twice. I am a PERFORMER and SINGING, but I am not shouting and screaming.
3. Criminal Damage to Landlord’s or Neighbours Property – Ms Gilchrist cut the garden every time it starts growing. My husband invested in the garden. My husband used to keep the environment clean, including washing of the bins. Killed the plants and replace with pebbles. Ms Gilchrist flooded the bathroom causing damage to Lighting Fixtures. Ms Gilchrist stomping and throwing furniture could be responsible for the Casing to fall from the ceiling narrowly missing my husband. Refer to the letter H4W claim they were not responsible for replacing it as well. I had it in the corner for a while.
4. Dumping or Hoarding rubbish in Communal Area: Ms Gilchrist used the Communal Area and the Garden to store stuff for her BUSINESS before she removed them. When Samantha Gibbs coerced her to target me, and she abused me so I spoke about her BUSINESS and she removed the stuff. She recently put boxes on the stairs knowing I would report her. She then targeted me. She removed them before the Police came. Whatever the Police said to them caused her partner to come to my door to verbally abuse and threaten me. Reasons he kicked the door on the 13/12/23 and Police said I have no proof.  
5. Garden: Ms Gilchrist throws rubbish into the back garden. Bits of broken wood from Ms Gilchrist window with nails sticking out fall in the garden. This is the responsibility of H4W failing to carry out repairs. I am DIABETIC and if the nails run through my shoes can be affected.
6. Ms Gilchrist always has cats. Faeces have been walked from outside into the Communal Area. Reasons for the mats.

My constituent is concerned that she is being penalised by Housing 4 Women criticizing her neighbour who destroyed the plants and flowers she and her husband planted in the communal garden for everyone to enjoy. It would appear that this neighbour dispute escalated between the 2 with my constituent videoing her neighbour’s antisocial behaviour from the safety of her own property (not an illegal activity), which has also resulted in police involvement.

She is also concerned that her journal on the H4W Portal, where she documented all her concerns and also included various communications with your organisation including a history of her repairs to her property, including other issues pertinent to her.

Can Housing4Women please confirm what issues remain outstanding from her neighbour dispute and when do they expect the Portal to be back online, and will she be able to access her journal and all its previous content?

I would be grateful if you could look into the points raised, and advise what options are available to resolve the situation.

I was given your information when I called, and I am contacting you in the hope that you will help me in sharing my story of discrimination after the death of my mother. I have written a Report “Is Modern Slavery Thriving in the UK” and at this point I have reached the end of my tether. I woke up this morning and my eyes is hurting me and weeping. Since Friday am unable to walk properly because of pains in my foot. All the symptoms are on my left side. I am shaking like a leaf and the last time I had to call out the Ambulance because I couldn’t stop the shakes.

I have been made a victim of taking care of my health because disabilities were part of my traumas. I am 61, my husband is 97 and am his carer. Instead, sometimes he is my carer. He does not deserve what is happening to us. He weathered his storms when his solicitor was told Mr. Tomlinson had a small illusion of one day becoming a property tycoon.

I am fearful that despite my Religion I might end up the statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment HCT GROUP IMPACT REPORT 2016. I became the victim of a young lady who introduced me to her employment barrister to scam me. He groomed her to find vulnerable black people for him to scam. In the end they sent the Police to section me on a malicious report. Our own people are our worse enemies.

I am prepared to contribute to any charities to get our stories told to avoid both of us becoming statistic of the Legal Systems that have taken our contributions and made us victims. Please am asking for your intervention to save our lives. I don’t know how longer I can carry on.

I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him, and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.

2. Advice for Hearing Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keeps calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. I was in the office when he called telling Mr Agera to destroy copies of the BUNDLE, she sent me and she would send him a new bundle. Because Mimi Owusu should not be in the listing. Who is Mimi Owusu the witness for H4W? She is the CEO of http://www.blac.org.uk who scammed me £10,000.00 after I was introduced to her at an event. How did she become H4W witness? The photo of me and Liz at the Communal Door was captured without my knowledge and used to DEFAME my name. I have never taken photos of Liz and Mimi inside my home because they asked me not to.  Housing for Women will be charged for “Coercive Control” of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist after she broke the glass to the “Communal Door” the first time on the 13^th December 2021. As an EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator in my last job with LEYF, I recognized the changes in Ms Gilchrist behaviour. Instead I was made the victim, Samantha Gibbs invitation to ASB. I have been verbally abused by Ms Gilchrist, her friends and partner. A malicious reported resulted in the Police storming my home on 26/1/2023. Results I had to attend Croydon Magistrates Court the next day or I would be arrested. Refer to the patterns of threats to ARREST me with visit to my home by PC James Murphy on Ms Masera on 25^th October 2023. Days after we were robbed in Peckham. I had to attend CMC 3 times for another Malicious Report of Ms Gilchrist resulting in a REPORT by Julie Olayinka DEFAMING my name. I had to go for interview at Walworth Police Station on 3/2/2023. The Police are still investigating. My husband and I got separated. In the BUNDLE that Ms Masera asked Stephen Agera to DESTROY it is said that the Police was called by a neighbour I abused.

 Samantha Gibbs bring man to my door to introduce my “New Housing Officer” he tried to ASSAULT me.       

 The Police will be held accountable for their role in this HATE CRIMES when they failed to act when Ms Gilchrist partner kicked my door. I have most of everything recorded. Reasons the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION is ILLEGAL.

 As for Ms Masera sending me COSTS and other documents about Hearing before District Judge Bell. This is fabrication and DJ Bell must address such discrepancies.

 I still believe in giving H4W the opportunity to redeem because they rescued me from HOMELESSNESS in 2000. However, the world must be informed how H4W have changed the same as Ms Gilchrist.

I MERVELEE MYERS refutes this Witness Statement should not be admitted in Court. I have one contact with TRINA PHILBERT when she visited my home with Candy Smith of Southwark Adult Social Care who arranged a MEDIATION with H4W. When TRINA PHILBERT visited my home, she was in the job for a month. Refer to Content Page for my ARGUMENTS. I was a MEMBER of the CUSTOMER PANEL.

The Role of Barrister Angela D & Mimi Owusu

I was supposed to speak to the Barrister before the Hearing, but Stephen keeps making excuses. I eventually spoken to her on the day of the Hearing.  From the time she met me she was drumming in my ears that I must be WHITER than WHITE. I find this very concerning when she continued the same theme after we came out of the Hearing. Because she asked that the “Witness Statement of Mimi Owusu be disregarded as prejudicial”. But my biggest concerns were hearing Barrister A saying she was SCARED I was going to SHOUT at the judge. Stephen sent me messages that although I might not understand certain issues, I was to let Barrister A do the talking. I never said a word, so now that Stephen withdrawn, I am asking for an explanation. Also, I want to know who Housing for Women is witness Mimi Owusu. The only Mimi I know is Imani Zenawii the CEO of BLAC AWARDS who scammed me £10,000.00.

 Narin Masera Unprofessional Conduct

On the 25^th October 2023 I got home from Mr Tony Cealy’s training “Theatre of the Oppressed” to revive my husband from a HYPO after he was visited at home by PC James Murphy who left a letter. I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him, and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.

Robbed in Peckham

 After we were robbed in Peckham on the 19^th October 2023. CAD 3899/19OCT23 and 3034363/23 and CHS28919/07DEC23. We have no forms of ID and the Police only came to get the Witness Statements signed on the date my stepson joined my neighbour to target me. 

 UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.

The Injunction is based on 23 years of Hate Crimes by my neighbour that H4W colluded with her to discriminate against me and made out I am the aggressor.

Because of what was happening to me at the time as a person with Mental and Physical Impairments. I had a CRISIS and had to be visiting the GP Surgery and hospital for treatment. My brother was dying of cancer, and another was in Intensive Care, a blood vessel burst in his head. I am also the carer for my 100-year-old husband who is TRAUMATISED.

Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keeps calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. I was in the office when he called telling Mr Agera to destroy copies of the BUNDLE, she sent me, and she would send him a new bundle. Because Mimi Owusu should not be in the listing. Who is Mimi Owusu the witness for H4W? She is the CEO of BLAC AWARDS who scammed me £10,000.00 after I was introduced to her at an event. How did she become H4W witness? The photo of me and Liz at the Communal Door was captured without my knowledge and used to DEFAME my name. I have never taken photos of Liz and Mimi inside my home because they asked me not to. In case H4W is not aware the GDPR 2018 and Charter of Rights 12 Codes come into play in this case.

The Tenant or Person residing or visiting the dwelling house –

• has been guilty of conduct causing or likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance to a person residing, visiting, or otherwise engaging in a lawful activity in the locality. Refer to letter for Copy of KEY to Mark Murphy. The Key has been given to almost everyone who attends H4W Premises to open the Communal Door and knock my door. Sometimes they don’t knock and leave notices on the mat. 
• Ms Gilchrist has installed CCTV cameras and lets in people through the Communal Door to knock on my door. CHS 33436/18DEC23 ASB Neighbour let my stepson in through the Communal Door. He was targeting me. He opens the door to the neighbour despite me telling my husband not to. He told me she is seeking Legal Advice against me. CHS 30812/18DEC23
• When I reported the kicking on my door, the Police claim it was my neighbours’ words against me about whether he kicked my door. CAD 6390/13DEC23
• The BT Engineer informed me that anyone who kicked on my door will be captured on the CCTV.

Samantha Gibbs visit to Alma Grove, let herself in with the keys they got from me. Claim she came to introduce me to my new “Housing Officer”. She does not need to give me warning she is coming to visit. I have never had my “Housing Officer” brought to my door to be introduced to me. He tried to ASSAULT me at my door. Ms Gilchrist and Ms Gibbs were congregating outside. The Police came because Ms Gibbs called them and started making ALLEGATIONS against me. Date: 12/01/2023.

Ms Gilchrist partner was kicking the door and shouting abuses at me. CAD 6390/13DEC23 captured on Live with the DISCRIMINATION of the Police Officers who came. One of whom was here on the 12/12/2023. CAD 4186/12DEC2023 – 1268AS & 3348AS– Am still waiting to be contacted by the relevant authorities.  

Ms Gilchrist started slamming doors and shouting abuse when she was leaving. She came back later hurling more abuses and threatening me.

According to Barrister A, I must be WHITER than WHITE.

I was made a CRIMINAL needing ERT to cover for Richard Harty MIC Abusers at LEYF after Police were sent to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to say I commit SUICIDE.

I was beaten up and taken out half clothe. My husband who was in the kitchen did not know what was happening. I was not allowed to use my phone to call my stepson.

1. Purpose of this Policy – MM Updates: Based on my qualifications, experiences and trainings Mervelee Myers will go through this Policy and point out how Housing For Women changed from when I was rescued from Domestic Violence and provided with a HOME in December 2000 to coercing Ms. Deborah Agnes Gilchrist to terrorising me and my husband.  

1.1. The purpose of this policy details how Women’s Pioneer Housing (WPH) will seek to

safeguard adults and children at risk.  – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will prove otherwise.

2. Our commitment – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers is committed to sharing with the world that H4W is now a TERROR CELL of women who abuse the tenants.

2.1. Women’s Pioneer is committed to ensuring that concerns about safeguarding

residents are reported to designate officers and acted on effectively. – MM Updates: Why has H4W wiped my Portal of all DATA after they accepted the complaints from the Housing Ombudsman Service? 2.2. Concerns about the actions of a colleague must be raised with the relevant line

manager or a designated safeguarding lead. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers have issues with H4W cowardly women who discriminated against me and they will be named and exposed at the highest levels, starting with Samantha Gibbs.

2.3. We will take preventative action where possible. This includes, but is not limited to

identifying abuse, acting on our own concerns and reports from others, and liaising

with the relevant agencies. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will take H4W to court for compensation. I will call on the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet in April 2014 at the AGM to mediate. I have contacted her office already and she claimed she is unable to help. But am sure next time she will be eager to help, or she will be known for her reluctance to resolve matters affecting the BAME Community.

2.4. All employees have a duty to be alert to any signs of abuse or potential abuse and to

act, immediately, by escalating their concern to one of the designated safeguarding

leads. Safeguarding is everyone’s business. MM Updates: How very interesting when Mervelee Myers present evidence of H4W reign of terror against TENANTS.  

2.5. We expect external partners and contractors to have appropriate safeguarding

procedures of their own in place. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will relish exposing H4W and some of their contractors. Like preventing a Grenfell Tower for me and my neighbour at 18 Alma Grove advocating on her behalf.  Now H4W can restore my DATA to the Portal.

I never had a MALE Housing Officer before and none of my H/O was introduced to me on my doorstep before. The Police who came terrorised me as is/was the norm.  All Contactors have keys to enter and come to my door. Of biggest concerns is the person who started leaving letters on the MATS about the mats that have been at the door since 2001. Someone sneaked in and removed them in October 2023. After I was tried behind my back and Devonshires Solicitors said ALL should gain entrance. The MATS were to prevent substances walked on shoes into the house.

 My grandson is 2+ years old and not talking, same as his father. I am trying to set up online to help him and others. I will be grateful if you can include me on the Parent Panel. Based on the Injunction that I am to give access to ALL who H4W think fit to come to my home to carry out TERRORISM against me. I have raised concerns am not SAFE in my home after I was beaten by the Police on 30/11/2020 and thereafter made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Hence the reason set out to treat me as a CRIMINAL to cover their tracks.
3. I was visited by Samantha Gibbs on the 12/01/2023 with a MAN who tried to ASSAULT me at my door. The Police took ages to turn up and accused me.

2. The Met Police continuing the RACISM identified in MPS Crime Reference Number: 3034363/23 Date: 20 October 2023 Addressed to Mr. Arnold Tomlinson 16a-16b Alma Grove London SE1 5PY is clear case of DISCRIMINATION. Mr. Tomlinson is not registered at my address.
3. The Met Police has not contacted me via letters as was done with Mr. Tomlinson.
4. The Met Police contacted me via telephone to provide information about the incident on the 19^th October 2023. I am still waiting to hear from the Police.
5. So why did PC James Murphy visit my home on the 25^th October 2023?
6. The actions by Members of the Met Police must be equated to TERRORISM that can be proven online.
7. Does the Met Police expect Mr. Tomlinson to access SUPPORT based on information in the letter Dated: 20^th October 2023?

 This is just a SUMMARY of my experiences of HATE CRIMES from the above mentioned after Deborah Agnes Gilchrist broke the glass to the Communal Door on the 13^th December 2021.
