2. Graduated from https://www.lambethcollege.ac.uk and was advised by some of my tutors to use my assignments for my first BOOK and attend university.

3. Thought I landed my ideal job at https://careers.kch.nhs.uk until after the death of my brother and I had the first nervous breakdown.

4. On Balance a Happy Ending May 2004 South London Press www.icsouthlondon.co.uk the Press & Media no longer interested in sharing my story after I made contact

5. Contacted CRB in 2004 to raise concerns about EYFS Welfare Requirements as part of my Professional Development Plan studying with the www.open.ac.uk in 2021 www.gov.uk/dbs join with LEYF and HMCTS & CPS & CJS to discriminate against me. Conveniently forgetting LEYF used my email fraudulently for online DBS application in 2015.

6. Visited the USA 2006 to get away from the discrimination at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust when http://unison.org.uk joined in with the discrimination. In 2017 when I contacted them after UNISON overturned the government ET law for employees to pay to take employers to the ET. They claim my case was closed.

7. I was diagnosed with Chronic Anxiety in 2006 to do my Health & Social Care exam in 2006 with the OU. Because I do not a have a Medical Diagnosis for www.parkinsons.org.uk yet Barrister Jones argued the EAT re Parkinson’s when l Cannot claim it as a disability.

8. I self-referred to Occupational Health in 2008 when I was not aware of the allegations after the death of my brother with Colon Cancer. Southwark SEND Section, the LEA and www.ofsted.gov.uk joined in the discrimination causing the first nervous breakdown in a toxic work environment.

9. I was left to represent myself at the ET I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s www.acas.org.uk/researchpaper “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS in 2010.

10. I had to start building my career from the bottom of the ladder due to blacklisting and networking from the https://www.careers.nhs.uk and I have the letters from parents at Kings to verify my story.

11. I graduated from the OU in 2009 and started working at Westminster Children Society now www.leyf.org.uk on the 1/9/2009.

12. I carry out “A Voice of a Child” research at Luton Street Community Nursery LEYF in August 2010 for CEO June O’Sullivan. Now turns out it is the mastermind of Dean of The UEL Richard Harty along with Men In Childcare. Is that why I was called by him on 27/9/2021? 13. July 2011 I was published in the www.nurseryworld.co.uk for the first time. I attended consultations at Mark Allen Group on behalf of LEYF.

14. September 2011 I was on http://skynews.co.uk when they visited Luton Street Community Nursery “The Cost of Childcare”. I have not worked since the 27/9/2015. As soon as www.smartteachers.co.uk made an offer for a SENCO job they think am ideal for DBS put bar on me.

15. CEO June O’Sullivan visited LSCN on 5/9/2011 and is on camera sitting at the table with my Homemade Books. She took one to develop into a Teaching & Learning Tool. I have been publishing from I joined https://www.facebook.com and created a Community HUB.

16. After coming back from A/L I was told at the LEYF A/C where Michael Gove was the keynote speaker about the post of Lead Early Years Practitioner, I was the only LEYF staff shortlisted but did not get the job. I had another meltdown and decided to work for my PENSION without going through any more hassles. I was sent to http://communityplaythings.co.uk for training and worked in partnership until 2016 when they failed to give me my intellectual property we had agreed on.

17. In 2012 I created my website http://www.myvision.org.uk and my YouTube.

18. In 2012 CEO June O’Sullivan sent memo for staff to join Social Media to contribute to her blog. I joined https://www.linkedin.com and add others. LinkedIn stolen my account I was an Influencer. Until Liz Roberts joined LEYF to discriminate. But I have Dr. Chris Pascal www.crec.co.uk and Professor Tony Bertram – EECERA https://www.eecera.org endorsement to prove to the world how LEYF is given protection by HMCTS to abuse children.

19. 2010-2014 when I was the EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LSCN will prove to the world how the https://www.gov.uk has turned a blind eye to the discrimination at all levels of society for there to be a repeat of Mrs Gloria Cameron’s CASE DISMISSED in 2021.

20. I am in HCT Group Impact Report 2016 where Barrister Ryan Clement used data to get www.peachespublications.co.uk who he groomed to find VULNERABLE BLACK PEOPLE for them to scam.

21. The https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years… is responsible for making me a victim.

22. I was targeted by 2 young white men at the Nursery World Show 2017 on behalf of the Editor of the www.nurseryworld.co.uk Liz Roberts after the ET.

23. I was in www.parkinsons.org.uk Brochure in 2017. I have written many articles about Parkinson’s disease over the years.

24. The https://www.voicetheunion.org.uk done the same as UNISON and take my money years after I stopped working. They defended the CCMCC case until it was thrown out by some criminal elements.

Unanimous decisions base on fact: Might I now advice the Employment Tribunal to find out from LEYF Nurseries why Julia Elizabeth Gould, Ingrid Curuvija Townsend and Jyoti Sharma write the 3 Reviews on the website between the 12th & 25th March & the 29 August 2016 if they were dealing with the facts. When did #MrNeilKing resign abd why? Did LEYF not pervert the course of justice the same way #SamanthaJones done to get the ET case adjourned? Why was the judgement sent to #MrJohnFenton after his letter stating that all correspondence should be directed to Ms Dilys Epton? All the Employment Tribunal needs to do is do the research. People are coming out of the woodworks about discrimination and naming the culprits. Let me state that except for #LynneKelly whom I worked with from 23rd July 2014 to 16th March 2015, I hardly have anything to do much with the other Witnesses. So how did they come into this. Just goes to show how LEYF Nurseries got the establishment and systems to consciously and subconsciously discriminate against me from even before I left Luton Street. But I only became aware of the fact wheen #HildaMiller brought up about the incidents at Fitzrovia. So do they think they going to get away because of their friends in high places?

#LynneKelly is a Racist who discriminate against me from the first day I went to BIB for the intial visit on the 19th July 2014. Now the evedince is written in black and white in the Bundles. Just look at an extract from the Ofsted report of September 2014. Now when did this change and why?

#RashidIqbal I meet at the NYSP of 2014. He was brought in under Positive Discrimination when the rot sets in after the resignation of the females who were in high post of Leaders & Management. Now the puss is out of the bag about the reasons for the changes. The CEO #JuneOSullivan could not tolerate the progress of the Strong Women in the team. So they have to go. It’s pontless saying you are Christian, Jehovah’s Witness, Muslim, and whatever or have no beliefs at all and treat others the way LEYF Nurseries, the establishment and systems treated me from the time I returned from burying my MOTHER in July 2014.

Don’t worry I am creating my own work to earn my keep from the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP. That means when some scammers that I believe without prejudice are Winsome Duncan: Author & Public Speaker and her cohorts call. Pretending they are from the HMRC, they will know when I am paid whatever I am owed or not. I don’t have a job and no Pension in place because of LEYF Nurseries. If that is not constructive unfair dismissal, direct disability discrimination, and breach of contract. I don’t know what else is? Reasons I come to Facebook to be able to use stories to make comparisons to my situations of facing discrimination in the United Kingdom from 2004. My most recent is with LEYF Nurseries from I got back from burying my MOTHER. Now the Employment Tribunal Representation Help might be showing what is meant when the 3 Judges on myt ET case says Legal entity do not discriminate, people do. Taurus:You’re able to put your emotions into words. This will help you make progress with a difficult family issue. Instead of letting your feelings overwhelm you, it’s possible to articulate what has been bothering you and how the situation can be improved.

Throughout my life, my MOTHER never showed her emotions. We, her 8 children take that and put our own interpretations about her capacity to LOVE. But I was in for the biggest shock of my life when my big Breda Mass Balis and Ms Connie Legister start telling me about my MOTHER experiences.

During counselling at the Maudsley Hospital I discovered how much I have in common with Mama Lou. But the biggest discovery is the fact that my MOTHER only survive because of the early intervention strategies she used all her life.

I am surviving because I wear my heart on my sleeve. But my MOTHER get judge for her silence in the face of the challenges she had to face to survive to be there for her family. I get persecution for just been me. That’s why I will be writing.

Today this is all about my #Sons Mr Kevin Murray & Mr Valdin Legister. As a #Mother who have to struggle with the #Challenges, I never one day gave up on my #DreamsbeingVisionsofRealities. I can say without a shadow of a doubt, I have put my all into doing what I consider the #Best for my #Family, #Friends, but my #Boys in particular. I can sit back today & pat myself on the back for a job well done despite the #Limitations, #Constraints, etc that I have had to put up with over the years.

The past few years since #MamaDied have been made even worse by LEYF Nurseries, the #Establishment, #Systems & all those others that collude & conspire with the #TEALEAF.

About the project

During October 2022, Indigenous Australian musician Jessie Lloyd undertook a residency in Brixton, working with the community to discover songs and stories from the 75 years that have passed since the Windrush brought the first post-war migrants to London from the Caribbean. Applying the methodology she evolved to work with Indigenous Elders in her MISSION SONGS project, and collaborating with Brixton-born artist Tony Cealy, Jessie explored the commonalities of experience between Indigenous Australians and Black Britons, using music to commemorate local heritage, within global histories of racism and emerging processes of reconciliation. Jessie’s grandfather Albie Geia was a leader in the 1957 Palm Island Strike, which, like the events in Brixton in 1981, were labelled ‘riots’, leading to Albie’s imprisonment.

ORIGINS commissioned Brixton-based sound artist, Thor McIntyre-Burnie, and his public arts company Aswarm, to respond to Jessie’s residency; creating a site-specific, immersive experience that weaves the songs through the streets of Brixton and uncovers their extraordinary stories. The result is this immersive, interactive audio-walk, accessed through AswarmXR’s mobile app.

Starting near Brixton tube, you can take an hour’s walk through the streets, which become enlivened and theatrical through the music, voices and stories of local people. When you come out of the tube, turn right and start the app by the two large trees about 30 yards away!

Memories of the Past

Linking with someone from the past on Facebook for Windows had the ability to stir up #memories of past events about family, communities and life in general from my childhood. So since I am intent on logging my HISTORY let me get ahead with the tasks of documenting so I don’t miss out on relevant and important information that may eventually form the #legal documentations for launching other aspects of my professional life – becoming a #writer. It is only by documenting the data that I will eventually be able to make sense of it in the future when my #faculties are no longer as good at recalling information as they are now.

Now realised why it is a stated fact that people who live in communities are somehow #related and if we are not informed about who our families are then we may end up getting involved with them without knowing. My experience of having #cousin Lambert coming home to asks for his #auntie Elsie has taught me a great deal about family #relationships and the impact on our lives even if we had never considered the implications before. When I was still a teenager with one (1) child I went to Hanover to spend time with my auntie Claris Chambers-Dixon (now I am not sure if her name is/was Parkins) at Cave Valley. Whilst there I met up with Mass Elisha Munroe’s #mother, Monro Ralston grandma. Who was neighbour to my auntie and now that memory is rife I am wondering if we could be #related since everyone was called by an appendix to do with the NORMS of the time.

So now I believe its time to set the #record straight to know who my #natural family is and who was just called by the name as a form of #endearment and respect. These days I have to be thinking who my genuine and real family are? As there was such a #camaraderie and community spiritedness amongst the populace. The Munroe’s and our family were linked in more ways than one when my #nephew Denny changed his name when he became an adult because there was no way of denying who his family is. So there is a #Munroe and a #Nembhard springing from the #Lawrence who are first (1st) cousins. Later there is a Nembhard springing from the Munroe who is my #grandniece. So seriously I will have to go research my history to find links in Hanover and Westmoreland.

Son-Son used to try and pull the wool over my mama’s eye for #Pinky Henry when he took a fancy to me. But mama was adamant it wouldn’t happen as we were related. My family was totally against us getting involved with relatives regardless of how distant was the connections. My parent’s #attitudes were we should not get involved with our family. I always knew there was a STIGMA attached – children with health risks can be damaged if cousins get together it was believed.

Shocking NEWS: Since year there has been some sad news coming from Westmoreland that have affected families and mine in particular. When my grandniece was sent to copse for a month for beating up her mother Andrea Nembhard . Worse was to happen in the community when school children were #inflicting wounds on each other because their relationships didn’t work – Ms Bebe grandchild. But more shocking news was to be heard last week 6th June 2012 when it was reported that a young man gassed his mum and uncle and set them alight resulting in them been hospitalised. Updates 7/12/2018: Here’s why we need to take what we hear with a pinch of salt.

What kind of world are we living in? This only brings back sad news of this unfortunate family as Years before the father – Parson of the young woman was burnt to cinders leaving only a stump one Christmas period and to date, I don’t think anyone knew what happened. Then years later the Mother was involved in an accident where some passengers and the driver died. When the young lady and her brother were traveling to Town to visit the mother in the hospital they ended up in another accident with horrific injuries to both son and daughter. Everyone thought that NURSE would never walk again. Now for this to happen to her again at the hands of her own child is beyond belief.

Updates : When I wrote this, I did not set out to offend or be insensitive to any of the families involved. The information did not match up to the facts. I am just trying to prove my arguments about the divisive environment that Facebook has become.

TRAGEDIES:

These horrific news brings back some of the unexplained #tragedies that happened in Westmoreland over the years. Mass Sim – killed at his shop window. Mr Barnaby – burnt his wife out and then went and #drown at Middle Wire Pond – Pass my dad cutting the street and greeted him Bush and just went took his clothes off, left his #gun and walk past Philip Anglin bathing at the pond and sank never to be seen again. Phillip ended up suffering from #shock.

The lady who was killed round Greenfield – they #plucked her eyes. I can still hear the screams of Ms Samuels echoing across the land as she was murdered in her home at Burnt Savannah when I was a child.

There was the case of Clane was stuck down off a bike in GaGa Street and died. I can still recall some of the scenes to this day. I guess as per usual, it might have been Mass Roland who take him to the hospital. I am not sure if he was still alive when he was taken away? When I was home for Ms Connie’s funeral, I was having a chat with Tony. He told me that going to prison changed his life. He said God visited him in prison and showed him why he had to change. Then he said since he came out he was invited to continue living a double life. I am always willing to make sacrifices helping people like Tony who is man enough to own up to the fact they made mistakes in their lives.

Killing of Lloydie in his parents house – was it a case of mistaken identity? I cried at the loose of an innocent life.

Barry Angling turned bad man and eventually lost his life drowning at Negril whilst trying to evade police.

Ringo invaded and terrorised the community.

Police men – Senior, etc, killed at Strawberry and ganga rubbed into them.

The Good Times: The new Postal Agency opened in the community at Ms Elsie Gillette’s home – 1969.

That’s why I decided to call Lloyd Mercy bluff when he started using his family name and swearing on the Bible. I don’t give a toss. I am not setting out to be insensitive either. But by the time you hear the news it twisted out of proportions. You not sure what’s fact from fiction. Another reason fucking LEYF Nurseries – #LEYF will have to send the assasins.

This is an ongoing matter that started from I moved to 16 Alma Grove in December 2000 the result of “Domestic Violence”. I must do “Colonization in Reverse” in the “Decriminalization of Mervelee Myers” to give my 100 year old husband back some of his “Dignity” before he dies. On the eve of Mothering Sunday 2015 I wrote to LEYF that I was slowly tortured to death. On Christmas Eve 2021 I had to barricade myself in my house because of my neighbour. The Police did not do much to defuse the matter. My neighbour was coerced by the Housing Association to target me. This is the reason I am here reporting the criminal conduct of her partner towards me on the 3/12/2023. The fact the Police Officers who visited after I had to barricade myself inside on 3/12/2023 visited my neighbour and did or say something to cause her partner to come to my door to verbally and threatened me with physical violence leaving me fearful for my life. I must do “Colonization in Reverse” in the “Decriminalization of Mervelee Myers” to give my 100 year old husband back some of his “Dignity” before he dies. On the eve of Mothering Sunday 2015 I wrote to LEYF that I was slowly tortured to death. On Christmas Eve 2021 I had to barricade myself in my house because of my neighbour. The Police did not do much to defuse the matter. My neighbour was coerced by the Housing Association to target me. This is the reason I am here reporting the criminal conduct of her partner towards me on the 3/12/2023. The fact the Police Officers who visited after I had to barricade myself inside on 3/12/2023 visited my neighbour and did or say something to cause her partner to come to my door to verbally and threatened me with physical violence leaving me fearful for my life. Its been 1 hell of a week gone by from Monday – Saturday. Most harrowing of all was Thursday morning when I had to call the Ambulance out after I couldn’t revive TOM from his hypo. 1st time since I was diagnosed with Die or Beat Dis that I had to call the Ambulance.

As well as been wracked with concerns, I was feeling a bit Guilty because of events over the past weeks. My PROBLEMS created by sum Low-Life-Evil-Yobs-of-Frustrations resulted in me being Physically, Mentally & Psychologically SICK! Lack of Sleep is creating havoc on my Emotional Health & Overall Wellbeing.

I have sum Wicked-Brats-of-a- Wutless Money Grabbers who are trying to take away my VOICE to thank for sum of these states of affairs. But even thou I am reduced to living from hand to mouth, I am paying my dues… Because sumady, supn or HOS will have to give an account & stand up at the Judgement seat to answer Questions why these things are allowed to continue!

I’ve been up since the COD & need to do sum WORK. Remember when I used to study & have Live-Lines to meet…

I told my Counsellor on Friday at the Mad House Hospital that them send me, hoping to say I am INSANE… That I decided to take back control of my Life. Instead of being ANGRY, feeling Sorry for myself… I am going to use that Anger creatively to Fight4Justice for I & all the others who were unjustly Persecuted… Living in Fear & unable to move on… I have no intentions fi guh nyam outa Garbage Pan… Nor guh back a JA, MAAH to please no-Baddy who don’t know GOD!

Found 1 of my OTM on SM last night & send him a text. He said he was watching Chelsea get beat up by Bournmouth & then he going to cook dinner 4 his Baby Son. Good thing I’d decided to hang up, tun ova & tun dung from way back, now any1 of those age is my GC… It’s good to be REMEMBERED!!!

This is the #Cassava the CEO tried to stitch me up with. She got me to take photos with her in the hope I was going to use them on Facebook & #SocialMedia to say I breach the #Contract. But I was the one doing all their promotions. They forgot I studied with the The Open University as they breached the Data Protection Act 1998 & the Equality Act 2010. Now they have resorted to #Lying as they tie themselves in knots.

I am sharing so LEYF Nurseries, the establishment and systems know exactly what they have done to #MERVELEEMYERS. By posting the online judgement, I am guessing the #EmploymentTribunals thought I was going to do what the stupid #SamathaJones expect to be self fulfilling Prophecy. No way Hosea, the Dr advice me to get Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I did at the Maudsley Hospital and that’s why #KINGSCOLLEGEHOSPITALNHSFOUNDATIONTRUST is exonerated.

This is the response to the email that ended up in my inbox, proving my GOD is on the case: It has been edited for obvious reasons. Dear ValThere is every possibilities we don’t know each other. However, I think this correspondence was forwarded to me in error for a purpose. God is working in a mysterious way to uncover Winsome Duncan as a #scammer. She is an evil person and must be stopped at all costs. All she does is go around looking for vulnerable people to scam. I am not sure who, else apart from her Employment Barrister is involved. It’s up to you how you intend to use this information that I am sending you. She used the sensitive confidential information from my book. Then she tried rewriting my book using her own life stories. I don’t know what she has done with my original manuscript. My story is in the public domain, because I write to DE on the 14th March about my Mental Heath Conditions that were triggered at BIB. But #HildaMiller sent me to HOC to be colonised. Well the Employment tribunal have lots of questions to answer: Why did Judge Martin struke out my Racism repeatedly when it was sent back for review by Judge Baron? Why did the ET tried stitching me up about the Telephone Conciliation? Why did the ET refuse to act about my concerns re #JohnFenton failures to act professionally and comply with the Judges Court Orders? Why did the Judges adjourn the ET case on the lies told by #SamanthaJones, yet refuse to take the Medical Reports into considerations?I am going to do my exercises, as I intend to live to a ripe old age like my MOTHER. I was advised to opt fro a #CareerChange… I have since had to contact PM Theresa May about the ongoing saga of the Benefits system & I am not getting anywhere in a hurry. So I am putting everything on hold until #2017January when I take up my #ADVOCACY with my Fight4justice campaign. I told them already I am capble of wearing #DifferentHats?

Good morning Facebook? The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness there of… The world and they that dwell there in…

I am mindful of my blessings for many reasons and this came into play last night. My Tomm was watching the Snooker Live Pro on the TV & I was busy on the computer. I could hear him willing #RannyOSullivan on… Went to the kitchen to tidy up & came back & my Tom was #Jubilant… He had his disappointment early when despite me telling him not to just back a horse to #Win, he did & lost all his money. The horse placed #2nd. To be honest that is minior to TOM because he #Gambles!!!

In bed he said he had a #Dream in the week that he won “Three Hundred & Fity Thousand Pounds”. I asked him where that is going to come from & he siad must be the #Lottery. I saiud to him ok, we will watch this #Dream.

But strangely enough I woke this morning & the 1st thing that came to my mind was what happened at my #AuntieMelliehome when I visited JA for my #2Son Mr Valdin Legister wedding in 2014. On the day my #Cuz Mr Hayden Salmon took me out by the #SpanishTownHighway, I don’t know if he remembers his parting conversation to me…? This is exactly what came back to me this morning. Us #NEMBHARD are #CHRISTIANS regardless of the #Denomination we choose to #Worship. That’s why this morning I am up & deciding to let the Lord do Thy will & leads me wherever He wants me to follow?

My Fight4justice must ensure LEYF Nurseries, the #Establishment & #Systems do not get away with Social Injustices & Inequalities summed up in the Equality Act 2010 as #DISCRIMINATION!

For those of U whose BD I’ve missed- Happy belated! & 4 those whom I will surely be missing take a bow on my b1/2 on the day? I am 1 Tired Wreck, but I am still Soldiering on>>> Have 2 work right up til my travels, but if my Ghana Sis Madonna can do it, so will I, even if I am abt 2 Drop? Yesterday was 1 Interesting & Productive day & I got the opps 2 be Challenged from I left my home until I got back indoors… So BTU 2 all my colleagues at LEYF-LS – Suzanne, Michelle Hoofong, et al who supported me all the way! With Ur help I was empowered to brighten 1 LEL on the day she celebrated her 83rd BD.

I am sure my CEO who is an advocate of Multi-Intergenerational would be more than plzed about the work WE continue to do at LS to make this a Reality? Lets hope Eileen Parker whom I sometimes escorted home when I see her at the BS at Alscot Rd really appreciated the card the children made 4 her? Next time I see her am sure she will tell me even if when I talk she says “I CAN’T HEAR U, I AM DEAF…” So it was from 1 end of the MIG process of the ELDERLY to the very YOUNG! Changes of any kinds do have an IMPACT on the VO as well as the VY, so these groups just don’t do things differently because they want to make OUR life a Living Nightmare? The morale of the story WE are never too OLD to LEARN?

Daily Express Page 19: Football club paid me £50k to keep me quiet about coach who abused me. “Former striker Gary Johnson joined the club as a trainee at the age of 11 and spent his teenage years ‘in turmoil’.

This is exactly my story with LEYF Nurseries. I joined on the 1.9.2009 at #FitroviaCommunityNursery. Before long I was transferred to #LutonStreet because of the #InterimManager who could not deal with the fact I was a graduate of the The Open University.

My time at #LutonStreet from April 2010 – 22.7.2014 were the best years of my working life in the UK with any organisations. Little did I know what was in store for me at #BIB, then #HOC and finally at #NewCross.

The RIH, but my Fight4justice will ensure my stories are told as I take up #Advocacy! Thats why when the #Establishment come tell me that #LEYF have to make sure I did not say anything to ruin their #Business, I told them where to stick thier #Blood, #Sweat, #TearsDuttyMONEY.

I have seen off the Director of HR & Organisational Development, #NEILKING. Noticed that #AlisonStokes has been demoted back to manager and is no longer Operations Manager. #MarionBreslin resigned in February 2016 soon after I was forced out of New Cross.

My Fight4justice is for all whom LEYF Nurseries discriminated against over the years. This is inclusive of #Employees, #Children & #Parents!

Daily Express Page 15: Holding hands to the end – Nurses move devoted coupl’s bed together for their final hours.

Now this is the kind of life I am used to. My #Papa was sick for 10+ years and I have to learn about #Caring4Sick from an early. That is in addition to caring for my younger siblings and other extended families.

Then my #Grandma took sick and both died a month apart in 1980. Now anyone who have not merely been interested about trying to find the #Dirt to try #Blemish my life chances life LEYF Nurseries will be aware of my story.

I will carry on doing what I know I am good at with my Fight4justice campaign. I am a Carers UK and knows exactly what life is all about. Believe it or not I was responsible for the #MultigenerationalWorkingApproach with LEYF Nurseries until I transferred to BIB. Despite the #CEOJuneOSullivan sanctioning my #CPPDP in writing, BIB have a different agenda and the #AreaManagerHildaMiller decided BIB did not have to do anything that was part of the #Ethos, #CoreValues & #DNA from Luton Street.

The RIH, but they haven’t heard the last of this #Saga yet?

Daily Express Page 13 – Jennifer Selway: I admire the no nonsense arguments of this columnist that I have chosen some of her articles to compare. What makes Theresa tick. The discovery I made is that the PM Theresa May was an only child. Therefore as an only girl, I think we share that aspects of our life in common and that is more than enough for me. I was always headstrong and have a mind of my own. I believe that was due in part to the fact that I have to #Champion my own causes and did not always rely on anyone to do so for me. But I don’t want anyone to get the wrong impressions that my #7Bredas were not #Protective of me. However I loved to do things my way. I have #5Bredas left and we are one unitied family. All when we just finish having a go at each other, please keep your distance!

Hands up if you agree: What can I say more than this was an example of why LEYF Nurseries decided to #Discriminate against me!

‘SAD to hear of the death of Andrew Sachs. Can you imagine now if there was a sitcom with a Spanish waiter? There would be cries of racism and Fawlty Towers would never see the light of day’. All I need to do is point this in the right directions and hope they take #Responsibilities and be #Accountable for how they have directly & indirectly #Discriminated against me at the instigations of LEYF Nurseries. If I wasn’t a determined person who dedicates myself to my Fight4justice I would not have regained my #VOICE. But I am sure lessons are learned and they will not allow the wool to be pulled over their eyes again by those that are #Unprofessional?

I have turned the tables on LEYF Nurseries because during the time 1.9.2009 – 27.9.2016, I built up my #CPPDP. Whilst they were short paying me, refusing to allow me up the career ladder and expecting me to apply my #IntellectualProperties to make the organisation a #Beacon. I was busy ensuring I have the Copyright to my work without breaching their #Contract. Now I have the #Handle & they have the #Blade!

I have all my #Bredas with me!

Daily Express Page 11: Care homes probed over unfair hidden fees and shock bills. Home comfort… but many elderly residents and their families complain about care providers’ sharp practices.

I refuse to say much about this matter except that I will be using my Fight4justice campaign to call for another Leveson Enquiry from the Centre for Inquiry UK in how the Early Years Service is been delivered in the EYFS and Ofsted. It is time for LEYF Nurseries to be called to give an account to what they have done to breach the Human Rights Act 1998, Data Protection Act 1998, Equality Act 2010. International Laws, Home Country Legislations, Codes of Practices & Conducts.

It’s no use others bury their heads in the sand and pretend they were not warned about the scales of #Discrimination in workplaces in the #EarlyYearsSector in particular. I have myn #DefensivePractice which will be part of my Fight4justice campaign. So if none of the recipients want to acknowledge the #OpenLetters, it will be my words against theirs. This time I have most of what I need to share in #BlacknWhite!

The #Lies and #Allegations will be seen for what they are. Only then will I think my #Mama will be allowed to RIP after what LEYF Nurseries done to me since 23.7.2014?

Daily Express Page 7: Cleese tribute to ‘wonderful’ Sachs – Mr Sachs is said to have died in a London Care Home of Vascular dementia after four years. Now this for me is to go do more #Research about the different types of Dementia. It is stated that John Sachs said his father used Manuel’s moustace to hide behind because he did not want to be recognised.

Then I noticed another thing about me and it is that my spellings is not as good as I once thought it was? For the first time, I noticed how to spell moustace. It is not spelt the way I pronounce it as “mouthstash”. It took me all this time to realise.

I done Dyslexia training for the first time a couple months ago. But I have been aware of the different types of Dyslexia Centers from I was working at King’s College Hospital. So now I am of the opinion after the training that I have more than #1formsofDyslexia namely Dyscalculia, Dysorientation & a little Dyspraxia UK thrown in for good measures. As proof of my #Dyslexia, I am still to remember where I use the wrong hand to put the #TrainingCertificate.

I guess it will show itself once I am through with the main purpose for my Fight4justice campaign?

I have an interest in this story because of my #Mother and an area of concerns I have re #MultigenerationalWorkingPartnerships. Meeting this #ElderlyLady in East Street Market have given me much food for thoughts. I must have experience Dementia Friends without knowing from a young age. However with knowledge comes power and I have to give thanks for the opportunities I have had since living in the UK. I studied with the The Open University, and is a force to be reckon with. That’s why I refuse to give LEYF Nurseries & the #Establishment the satisfactions of destroying my life. The life that my #Mother worked like a #Man in order to see her children make something of our lives.

Mama had #Dementia which I diagnosed. I lived her dementia with her even when I was not home, because my #Family made sure I had a telephone conversation every weekend without fail with her. But the most poignant memories I have is the time I spent with her during the time I was in Jamaica for my #1Son Mr Valdin Legister & Naheel Julene Brown Legister wedding.

I helped Mama rediscovered the life she once knew, even if she didn’t remember and recognise her #1Daughter. Then I went back to bury Mama, came back, got transferred to BIB, LEYF Nurseries, where my life was turned into a living hell.

Therefore LEYF Nurseries & the #Establishmsnt must be heald accountable with my Fight4justice campaign. Some are pretending that they were not informed, or that I did not seek their support to stop the #Discriminations. But time is the master in all we do?

I am taking a different approach to how I interact on Facebook as of now. I will not therefore be sticking to any one formatt, but whatever happens to take my fancy daily. Today I will start with reviewing the Daily Express to see if I have anything in common with #FeaturedStories?

Page 1&3: Please Don’t Go LEN – Meeting up with a former colleague when I was coming from the East Street market led me to realise the significance of this story. I worked with briefly this Afriacan Lady at #PeckhamSettlement from January – July 2009. We greeted each other and stopped to chat as is the norms with people of our generations with similiar cultural backgrounds. She could not believe anything that I was telling me about what happened to me at #BIB, #HOC and #NewCross LEYF Nurseries with the #Establishment and the #System conspiring and colluding to making my life a living hell.

The lady stopping to chat, sharing of her experiences that are similiar to mine and reassuring me… help with restoring my faith in the human beings that continue to let me down when I needed their support the most.

Telling me it was a good thing I left when I did, she related how she had to stand her grounds and demands her rights not to be discriminated against. She eventually left with her #RundantPay that they did not want to give her.

The #Moral of the story is “some will support you, but some wont”. Take it from someone who has been in a few scrapes where I believed that no matter the outcome, I am going to stick to my principles. I have had to face some consequences over the years. I would advice you all never to depend on anyone, no matter who to come to your defence when you reach rock bottom. You can make your maker and knows who will be at your side when the time comes?

When one is a celebrity and living in the public eye, then that is a totally different experience all together. Some of my experiences in the UK since 2004 have not left me with much faith in the #Establishment, #System or even the #HumanSpecies. So good on all those who are rallying around and saying ‘Please Don’t Go LEN’!

In 2004, I was only lucky to get the support of the South London Press to tell my story about discrimination at all levels at society. Then as now, I was not believed, so I take my case to the Financial Ombudsman Service. But why do they think that they have to put a vulnerable person through the grindstone to break us down?

In 2008 when UNISON take my money and join the discrimination was the time I experienced another transitions, the death of my breda Byron. But the GP from Landor Road Surgery had to act unprofessionally as part of the NHS. He gave me a diagnosis in 2006 of chronic anxiety to do my exam with the The Open University. Well it was the union that sponsored the Health and Social Care studies.

Move forward to this at https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years…. This is cyber bullying under the Counter Terrorism & Security Act, just incase the Bigots don’t know. They don’t know about any Rules of Law to do with Employment Legislations and Disability Discrimination Laws. That’s why no account was taken of the Medical Reports but they deal with fact. Page 23: Jailed…’sex bully boss’ who attacked young women staff. Well I will await the outcome, but this time everyone involved will be held #Accountable?

Page 25: Eric hung out to dry by the baying social media mob. Well LEYF Nurseries thought I was just going to crumble & disappear when they got Bates Wells Braithwaite to contact me… But no I used my #CPPDP that I was foirced to enhance whilst on #MedicalSuspension to write #4OpenLetters. The #Recepients well know themselves!

I told the #World already that I am an #OpenBook that is not easily #Read & #Understood by #IntellectualImbeciles without an #IotaofCommonSense. I am glad for the way I was brought up by my #Grandma & #Parents. They did not take any nonsense from any of us. All when I am #BigWomaninmy30s with 2 children, my #Mother would not think nutn bout clipping me round the ears if she thinks the way I acted was wrong. Instead some of us shield our children in wrongs & don’t teach them right from wrong from a young age. They put the horse b4 the cart all the times. Then when the horse gone tyhrough the gate that’s when they are trying to shut the gate when it is too damn late. I am not used to that kind of lifestyle & I did not bring my #Children up that way. I have never lost my #MoralCompass in any aspects of my life. I must admit that because I can see the good in others, I am #Naive in believing others are genuine & mean me well. But sadly that’s not the case. However I refuse to let those that are #Manipulative cloud my judgements in the way I chose to treat others with #HumanityNHumility. I come in & called my son Kevin Murray to offer my commiserations about the JLP loss in Westmoreland BUY Election! There is hope yet for a Brighter Tomorrow as the JLP did make sum inroads in the votes! The same old usual thing happened from when my Granny said Westmoreland deh backa a Cow Tail & the People prefer vote for Party rather than Personality & Policies? They bus in some THUGS from out of Parish to come BUY votes… Yes & sum ODN cum Threaten my son, but WE are not easily Phased? My breda ASUN walked the L&B of JA & won on his 2nd outing!
