I am finding it strange that H4W can be behaving this way. Let me put on record that H4W is responsible for Ms Gilchrist’s unreasonable behaviour and the deterioration in her MENTAL HEALTH. Each time there is an incident, I tried getting help for my neighbour who is VULNERABLE. Instead H4W continue the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION against me. Who is the VIOLENT NUISANCE?
I will not be wasting too much of my time with H4W and Devonshires Solicitors because my husband’s health is in slow decline and as I wrote to LEYF Dilys Epton on the eve of Mothering Sunday 2015 am DEPRESSED and DYING slowly of TORTURE. On Christmas eve 2022 I had to barricade myself in my home because of my neighbour.
The role of the Metropolitan Police, Southwark Council and Adult Social Care, The Maudsley NHS, my GP Surgery, Southwark Library, Barclays, Nationwide, Santander, CJS, CPS, IOPC, JCIO, MOPAC, HMPPS, CLCC, CCMCC, will be made clear.
I find this email very disrespectful after H4W wiped my JOURNAL of all DATA from 2000. Blocked me from sending emails. Coerced my neighbour to wage a campaign of HATE against me with the neighbours in Alma Grove. Colluded with Deborah Agnes Gilchrist to target me and trying an UNLAWFUL case behind my back when I was having another CRISIS. The injunction came with threats of IMPRISONMENT. But the straw that breaks the Camel’s back is using Mimi Owusu as witness after she scammed me of £10,000.00. The BUNDLE Narin Masera sent to me and then asking the Solicitor to destroy will seal the faith of Housing for Women and all those who allowed me to almost become the victim of Ms Gilchrist like 4 members of the same family who died in Bermondsey by someone they know with MENTAL HEALTH issues.
For clarity here is the CAD 4186/12Dec23 for the visit of the Police yesterday. I have a FILE on H4W TERRORISM that will open the cans of worms about how MERVELEE IONIE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON take a stance against HATE CRIMES.
As always am still prepare to have an amicable resolution to this matter. However, in order for this to happen H4W must join with me in getting those involved to CHANGING the STORY by JOINING the CONVERSATION. I hope the H4W team who have made mine and my husband’s life the living hell it has become the past 23 years are well. Because by the time I am finished the world will know about those involved in the horrendous hate crimes impacting on our health and well-being.
How very insensitive of H4W sending me an email that it has been brought to their attention via email sent to their legal team, Devonshires, on 3rd December 2023 of a video, where I complained of excessive noise from my neighbour.
Considering all that has been happening from the time I contacted Narin Masera about the letter she sent to me when my intentions were to mediate about the matter. I am finding it strange that H4W can be behaving this way. Let me put on record that H4W is responsible for Ms Gilchrist’s unreasonable behaviour and the deterioration in her MENTAL HEALTH. Each time there is an incident, I tried getting help for my neighbour who is VULNERABLE. Instead H4W continue the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION against me. Who is the VIOLENT NUISANCE?
I spent the past 10 years defending myself from my former employers https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years… only to be targeted for my VULNERABILITIES because of the corruption by the HMCTS in covering up the miscarriages of justice.
I will not be wasting too much of my time with H4W and Devonshires Solicitors because my husband’s health is in slow decline and as I wrote to LEYF Dilys Epton on the eve of Mothering Sunday 2015 am DEPRESSED and DYING slowly of TORTURE. On Christmas eve 2022 I had to barricade myself in my home because of my neighbour.
The role of the Metropolitan Police, Southwark Council and Adult Social Care, The Maudsley NHS, my GP Surgery, Southwark Library, Barclays, Nationwide, Santander, CJS, CPS, IOPC, JCIO, MOPAC, HMPPS, CLCC, CCMCC, will be made clear.

Colluded with Deborah Agnes Gilchrist to target me and trying an UNLAWFUL case behind my back when I was having another CRISIS. The injunction came with threats of IMPRISONMENT. But the straw that breaks the Camel’s back is using Mimi Owusu as witness after she scammed me of £10,000.00. The BUNDLE Narin Masera sent to me and then asking the Solicitor to destroy will seal the faith of Housing for Women and all those who allowed me to almost become the victim of Ms Gilchrist like 4 members of the same family who died in Bermondsey by someone they know with MENTAL HEALTH issues.
For clarity here is the CAD 4186/12Dec23 for the visit of the Police yesterday. I have a FILE on H4W TERRORISM that will open the cans of worms about how MERVELEE IONIE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON take a stance against HATE CRIMES.
As always am still prepare to have an amicable resolution to this matter. However, in order for this to happen H4W must join with me in getting those involved to CHANGING the STORY by JOINING the CONVERSATION. I am privileged to be there from the start to the finish and opening of another venture in the local communities of London Borough of Southwark that I call home from December 2000.
So really LEYF Nurseries think I was going to succumb to the discrimination after they deny me access to my FILE and use my VULNERABILITY against me? No way, because my MOTHER did not make the sacrifices she did for her family in vain. Coming to the UK help me to make Mama Lou dreams becoming visions of realities. But in the process I became an even worse victim than my parents. My Fight4justice is addressing the imbalances.
But I have not worked since I was forced to resign from LEYF Nurseries with a Nervous Breakdown. The #EmploymentTribunals affirm the Discrimination by posting the judgement online and tying up the fact in law that a Lay Person like me don’t understand.

Happy Tuesday! Done my #Duty by the #Hubby. Do understand dat nutn dat I’ll do again will ever be good enough, but just another stages of the #Transitions throughout life. I am luckier than most because #OleMassah can still help himself and craves his #Autonomy. I am blessed in Jesus name to get on with my life. What more could I ask for? A Westmoreland man died as result of injuries he sustained when the motor car he was driving overturned along the Bogue main road in St James on Friday evening.
The deceased has been identified as 33-year-old Damion Banhan of Burn Savannah, Westmoreland.
Reports are that about 3:00 pm, Banhan was driving his grey Toyota motor car when, upon reaching a section of the Bogue main road, he lost control of the vehicle after hitting an embankment. The car overturned in a pool of water settled in a ditch.
Police officers and onlookers at the scene of the accident
The driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, sustained head injuries and died before help could reach him.
The Montego Bay police are investigating.

I am an experienced Early Years Practitioner who was formerly a Basic School Teacher from my country of origin. I did 1 year National Youth Service as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School setting. I studied at Lambeth College and The Open University gaining qualifications up to Foundation Degree in Early Years standards.
I have transferable skills from early in my life helping to take care of my younger siblings, nieces and nephews. I spent years learning at the hands of my mother about caring for the elderly, sick and infirmed as both dad and grandma were bedridden for a period of time. As a teenage mother I learned to care for the vulnerable from the cradle to the grave before I was 20 years old.
I have a wealth of experiences working in the early years sectors straight out of Lambeth College since 1999. I worked as Room Leader for toddlers. I was a Preschool Leader, Group Supervisor and Key Person. I took on roles and responsibilities of Mentor for colleagues doing Foundation Degrees and students on placements. I help posts as SENCO and EYFS Coordinator, represented my employers on Trainings, at Conferences and written articles for Websites and Publications.
I am proactive and uses my innovative initiative to develop my Continuing Personal Professional Developmental Plan. I broadened my horizons doing research, trained as a Volunteer because I am an advocate of inclusion. I have a dream to continue my trainings to qualify as a Special Educational Needs Teacher so I can make my vision become a reality.

I am writing this tribute to the deceased for many reasons, but most poignantly from the personal perspective of a Mother, a Teacher, a Carer and a Person who knows about the transitional journey of CRAIG BABHAN who I help to nurture and with whom he develop secondary attachments in his childhood. In order for anyone to get the fuller picture of my association with the family, I will have to go back a few centuries to my childhood. Therefore despite my memory is not as sharp as a few years ago, when I started writing and documenting…? I am hoping I can write this tribute to depict the close knit community from which I was born and lived for almost as much years as GRAIG was given on this earth.
I left Jamaica for the UK on the 6th June 1992, for those of you who are better than me at mathematics, please do the calculations. My Hidden Disabilities are inclusive of dyscalculia, as my age is liable to change, depending on my situation. I sometimes have this need to take on the persona of others. I worked as a Basic School Teacher before coming to the UK where I set up home since 1992. Craig was one of many of my students, but like a few of my pupils I have a close relationship with him and love and treated him like one of my own. I order for you to understand, therefore I need to go back to my reflections of growing up in the local communities of Townhead and the surroundings.
The Cocker
Therefore let me start with the COCKER as this is where I can recall that CRAIG family history lie. I was only young but the family of Cockers live together in this big house, entering the raising to Townhead. The head of the household was the only male and he was surrounded by his sisters. They were described as Mullatoes. They were not white and neither were they black. One of the sisters was the Registrar for the area, and I honestly don’t recall what the others do for a living. But I recall my granny saying, Mr. Cocker was a well-known jeweler, but never taught this skills to anyone else. He eventually died with this talent instead of passing it on to anyone else either. I recalled Mr. Cocker as the Bursar at Frome Secondary School, where I attended from 1972-1976.
One of his sisters, Ms. Hilda was the Registrar for the locality and her name is on my Birth Certificate. The others were named Ms. (Sibby – Sybil), Ms. (Al – Alice), and Joy Cocker aka Joy Banhan’s grandmother worked at the Cocker household. Joy and her grandmother come to live at Townhead when Mr Cocker moved to the area and was the Bursar at my school. I never know any other name except Joy Cocker for CRAIG Mother, Joy and to this day that name remains. I recalled my grandmother used to be helping out at the Cocker and we carried water for the family from the stand pipe at Pringle Corner. I am not sure if my granny got paid for her services, but must have gotten some forms of payments for her services to help her get along in life?
The Cocker’s home was one of the modern homes built and they moved from another area, might be Somerton, or at least Mr. Cocker, to live at Townhead. Mr. Cocker drove one of the biggest car and must have been one of only, a minority of persons to own their own transport. Honestly I can’t recall the make of the car either, because I do not have a good memory for that kind of information. If I had known these things would turn out to be important, I probably would have documented and stored for future reference. Joy, CRAIG Grandmother moving to live and work for Mr. Cocker meant that Joy became a part of the Townhead community. I recall Ms Joy, she was a Basic School Teacher.
Townhead Baptist Church
The Townhead Baptist Church is a monument for the community and has been in existence from time memorial. My Mother was christened, married and baptized there and the family have a long history dating back with the church. My siblings and I were christened there and so is one of my sons. Even I don’t think I could cover the history of the Townhead Baptist Church. However I would like to touch on how I understand the Townhead Basic School, which is the foundation for my developing my passion for working with young children started. I was reliably informed after I attended a funeral and meet Ms. IVY Haseley nee McKitty, that she started the School at her Moth Ms. Molvina Trout’s home. It was subsequently given a permanent home at the church.
Ms. Molvina – Molly Trout was one of the witness at my parents wedding and my Mother claimed they are family. I no longer question the authenticity of those who my Mother claim are her family. Most of Westmoreland people are related, and the only way my family is not doubly related to others, is because my Papa is from St Elizabeth. There have been many Teachers coming out of the system, who I understand cut their teeth, as gaining experiences at the Basic School located at the church. Ms. Candy Gooden and possible Ms. Jenny Turner were colleagues of Joy Cocker when they worked at the Basic School located at the Townhead Baptist Church where the school was located.
I remember the church was more than just doing the work of saving souls for God, but was a Social Enterprise, delivering all kinds of services to the local communities. I take my younger breda Ervin to the clinic and I attended the school. I also attended the Sunday School until I become a rebel, when I was getting teased for being different. That’s why I know without a shadow of a doubt that I have disabilities, which I am researching to find out how they impacted on my life. But let’s get back to more about CRAIG. Joy form a relationship with Linval Banhan from Georges Plain. I recall there was a Teacher named Banhan from Georges Plain, teaching at Townhead Primary School. My reasons for this is the stories she told. The one in particular was the story about the wife who calls out to his wife for the poon. When the wife asks him to put on the “S”, he replied, mi wife, wey di Poon-S deh?
Joy and Linval courtship ended in marriage and CRAIG was the youngest of 3 children from this union. Working as a Basic School Teacher at the school located at the Townhead School premises, where my breda ASHTER, in his tenor as Councillor for the Friendship Division got it relocated. CRAIG started attending the school and as a favour to his Mother, I used to keep him at my home until she comes from her job to pick him up. His older breda Bryan who attended Mannings High School at the time would come and wait with him most times until Joy arrived. He was such a tiny little boy, but he was well brought up with impeccable manners. I am more than proud saying I helped in the nurturing of CRAIG as his teacher and during the time he spent at my home.
He was kind and loving to his elder breda Bryan, sharing whatever he was given with him. However the one thing that I recalled which stand out to this day for me, was how worried he would become when the dusk start coming and his Mother didn’t arrive to pick him up. Without doubt you would hear him saying in a pitiful voice “Night a Come Dung and MAMA don’t Come Fi Me Yet”? As I am writing this, I am filled with so much sadness. Because at the tender age of 33 years old, CRAIG Maker came to take him home without any prior notice. I am sure if it was left to his family to make a choice, they would have bargained with his Maker to give him a few more years.
I do not know what it is like to lose a child, but I have been traumatised by having family who were sick for years and died. I have experiences of having family murdered, cut down in cold blood. I have family whose funeral I could not attend because of circumstances beyond my control. I witness the decline in my Grandma’s health and she eventually died of a broken heart 2 years after her son was brutally murdered. Therefore I am writing from my heart about this Young Man who I helped to nurture during his most impressionable years of transitional development during his childhood.
Laying the Foundations
I was brought up the old fashioned ways by my parents and grandma as well as the support network from the communities who were my keepers and who I consider part of my extended family. With the advent of Social Media, which I know can be used for whatever reasons we intend to. I am sad, but at the same time I am happy knowing that CRAIG did not change from the loving Child he was, the child I helped to nurture. The little boy who was worried that his Mother did not come to get him to take him home and night was coming down. There is a song I sung when Charmaine Mahabier was brutally taken from his family “Death Have a Time to Steal Us Away…” I got trolled by some on Facebook, because they did not understand the story I was trying to tell.
This time I want it known that although I doubt whether I have seen or have a conversation with CRAIG, in the past 25 years, I am happy about what I am reading about his life on Social Media. I am writing this tribute in the hope that CRAIG children will have it as a memory of their FATHER, when they grow up. It’s all good and well thinking of the moment that is now and not capturing and documenting for the future. I had a troubled childhood when my Father was struck down with Parkinson’s and I am only trying to capture 45+ years of a blighted life because I got counselling. I would like to tell everyone that knowledge is power and ignorance is bliss.
We need to unite for the benefit of the future generations and I am using my skills to help keep CRAIG memory alive for his children and family. RIP GRAIG DAMION BANHAN. Your legacy will live forever. You were only given 33 years to come, make your marks and leave your legacy. I am sure no one will allow all the good you have done to be ever forgotten. Already it is been documented in cyberspace.

This is the day I attended Mr Erving Green’s funeral service at Mount Grace Westmoreland Parish. Then it was off to stop off to see my #Auntie_Telyn in Goshen St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. Then on our way to Clarendon Parish, Jamaica to meet my #Auntie_Hortense for the first time. Before heading off to see my #Auntie_Mellie_Salmon and Myrna Nembhard in Saint Catherine Parish. When I go home I am all over the place, like them terpintine me. That’s why I buy my ticket for the Alzheimer’s Society Corals at Christmas at Southwark Cathedral. This is in honour of my Mother who suffered with Dementia and that’s why I am a Dementia Friends. That’s why LEYF Nurseries not going to get away with what they have done to ruin my life by using my vulnerability against me.

When I go home I am all over the place, like them terpintine me. That’s why I buy my ticket for the Alzheimer’s Society Corals at Christmas at Southwark Cathedral. This is in honour of my Mother who suffered with Dementia and that’s why I am a Dementia Friends. That’s why LEYF Nurseries not going to get away with what they have done to ruin my life by using my vulnerability against me.

I was abused and threatened at my door because of what the 2 Officers who came to the incident on Sunday 3rd December 2023 went up and said to my neighbour. All visits to my home by Police are recorded after the visit on 30/11/2020 when PC Holly Sweeney led her team to my home to MURDER me to say I commit SUICIDE under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture. Refer to Judgement. What was done about threats to my life after visit of 22-year-old Scott to my home? I would have been a keyworker to Scott as an EYFS Coordinator, SENCO, and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator. Let R Quinn take notes if he/she thinks there was no criminal offence committed against me.

In my role as Mental Health & SEND Advocate turn Activist, I have to edit the “Witness Statement” in line with the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics, GDPR 2018 and the Charter of Rights 12 Codes after I was made a Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Now I was made a Violent Nuisance and issued with an INJUNCTION to be WHITER than WHITE as they SILENCE me and to be evicted. I am asking ALL to “Join the Conversation” in making “A New Met for London” reflective of the BAME Community and Windrush Generation. So, my 100 year old husband can regain some of his DIGNITY after being TRAUMATISED past 9+ years. I am the above named person and my address is known to Police. This statement refers to an incident, whereby £2000 cash, x3 passports and a marriage certificate and (MM Updates: other documents and cash) were stolen from my wife’s rucksack. I do not know the person responsible and I confirm no one was given permission to take our property. (MM Update: Since I do not understand the meaning of this statement, I am at a loss to see the reasons for it’s inclusion, therefore, I must make clarifications without going into details about issues with Santander. Based on the fact that Santander’s negligence in their “Duty of Care” to my husband resulted in the fact we were travelling around with the above mentioned items. I queued for some time but eventually got to the front of the line, where I withdrew £2000 from my account from cashier. (MM Updates: I consider the queuing was unnecessary based on the fact I had taken my wife into the bank to add her name to the account and Santander failed me with their NEGLIGENCE and “Duty of Care” towards me. We were in the Bank on the 17th and was refused access to the money. My WIFE advised them we would be back with proof of identity). The money was placed inside an envelope. (MM Updates: The money was given to me in an a plastic and into a white envelope). As I left the bank, I met my wife directly outside and handed her the envelope to keep the money safe. (MM Updates: My wife was standing outside and I handed her the envelope, and she asked me for the Passport. I take it out of my pocket and handed it to her. My wife placed the Passport in the plastic with her British Passport and Jamaican Passport. Put the envelope with the money in the clear plastic wallet along with the plastic wallet and the marriage certificate and cash in an envelope and other documents from Nationwide). She placed it into her black rucksack, which she then closed. (MM Update: Because of my Wife’s Chronic Anxiety she does things to make life easier to manage. Both of us were STRESSED as we were coming from my GP, the second time in the same week).
We crossed the road to wait for the route 78 bus. The bus stop is located diagonally opposite the bank. (MM Updates: We crossed in front of the bank across the bus stop because the road was clear of traffic). The route 78 bus arrived shortly (MM Updates: 3 minutes after and we both boarded the route heading towards the Old Kent Road SE1. (MM Updates: I used my Bank Card to pay instead of my Bus Pass and my wife realised and watched as I put it away safely in my wallet). Throughout the journey I did not noticed anyone interfere with my bag. (MM Updates: My wife had her bag in front of her from we sat on the BUS).
When we arrived home my wife discovered the envelope containing the money was missing, along with the passports and the marriage certificate. I do not know when the property was taken but I can only assume it would have been from leaving the bank and travelling on the bus home.
For the purpose of CCTV I would describe myself as a black male, 100 years old, medium build, wearing a navy jacket, a navy hat with grey fur around the side.
The incident has made me feel very anxious and stressed, knowing that someone has targeted me and my wife to steal our money. (MM Updates: Here is where I have to mention the role of SANTANDER, even if the Metropolitan Police will not play any further roles in the evidence we will be using to share “Our Stories”. The fact that the incident took place after my wife was in a MEETING where I asked First Black Commander for Lambeth & Southwark of the Metropolitan Police about my request to volunteer when I attended “A New Met for London” and Sir Mark Rowley signed her BOOK will be used along with anything else she gathers at the even on the 5th December). I am now fearful when going out and travelling on the bus network in case I am being followed. (MM Updates: The issues are with Santander). I am concerned that something similar could happen again. (MM Updates: My wife has been collecting evidence about the ELDER ABUSE). I have not been able to retrieve any of the money, leaving me at a financial loss.
I am the above named person and my address is known to Police. This statement refers to an incident, whereby £2000 cash, x3 passports (x1 British passport in my name, x1 British Passport in my husband’s name x1 old Jamaican Passport in my name) and my marriage certificate (MM Updates: other documents and cash) were stolen from my rucksack. I do not know the person responsible and I confirm I did not give anyone permission to take my money. (MM Update: Since I do not understand the meaning of this statement, I am at a loss to see the reasons for it’s inclusion, therefore, I must make clarifications without going into details about issues with Santander. Based on the fact that Santander’s negligence in their “Duty of Care” to my husband resulted in the fact we were travelling around with the above mentioned items. As discussed with PC Herman, I am aware the Police Investigations is separate from any personal matters between Santander and Mervelee Myers and Mr. Tomlinson dating back to 2019. When the Financial Ombudsman Service was involved).
On Thursday 19th October 2023, at approximately 12:30 hours, I attended Santander Bank, 97 Rye Lane, London, SE15 4TG in company with my husband. I waited outside the bank (MM Updates: I was outside because I was STRESSED and did not want to go into the bank where I could be accused of Anti-Social-Behaviours) for some time whilst my husband queued to withdraw £2000 (MM Updates: Amount of cash hence reasons for IDENTIFICATION) in cash. Claim Number: K05EC530 Housing for Women & Devonshires Solicitors LLP continue TERRORISM against me after I was made a VIOLENT CRIMINAL during a Hearing on 1st August 2023. The circumstances of my absence to the MALICIOUS REPORTS by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist & Housing for Women & Devonshires Solicitors must be considered. I was in the Solicitors office when Narin Masera called asking him to destroy the bundle sent to me that he copied. (c) a threat against a person, causing fear of immediate violence in circumstances which would cause a person of reasonable firmness to be put in such fear. The INJUNCTION is cause for concerns that my husband and I are not safe at Alma Grove based on visitors using the key that I was asked to gain access to the “Communal Area”.
The INJUNCTION case on 22/11/2023 breaches my RIGHTS not to be discriminated against. I had worked with Alev Sagnak before and she recommended me to join Westminster Children Society (WCS) in 2009 when I was experiencing some amount of instability in my life. Since that time WCS has changed to London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) and 5 years on am still working with LEYF. However I am more than glad to say I am happy to be back in South London – Southwark after spending 5+ years working in Westminster. The best thing about my changing journey is that LEYF is expanding business from Westminster where the organisation started over 100+ years ago, to literally all the deprived areas of London providing better outcomes for young children. And I am privileged to be working at the Bird In Bush Nursery that is situated literally on my doorstep in South East London. I started my journey in South London working in the early years’ sector after I had completed my studies at Lambeth College 1997-1999.
I am an older and wiser early years’ practitioner who has been embedded with the LEYF ethos from when I joined in September 2009. Now that I have achieved most of what I set out to accomplish as a practitioner enhancing knowledge and expertise via studies and trainings. I am intent on using two of my hobbies – photography and writing to spread the LEYF DNA and my shared vision into my South London and to the world at large. Therefore I am more than prepared to use the knowledge and expertise I fought hard to gain to help spread the philosophy of LEYF as a beacon of good service provider to the UK and wider world. In so doing I will start by giving credit where credit is due to some of the extra ordinarily special persons who have travelled on my journey of discoveries with LEYF.
I am therefore going public so everyone can know that I will always be eternally grateful to those persons for inspiring, nurturing and empowering me to be the reflective practitioner who developed the listening ethos whom I have become to date. Therefore I will have to start off saying a big thanks to Alev Sagnak who told me about the vacancy at WCS and the fact they were recruiting for practitioners with my level of qualifications in 2009. Believe me Alev and mark my words that if I should win the jackpot, I promise to take you out to my native Jamaica for some fun and frolics and to meet my family who are exactly like me. Next on my list are some super colleagues whom I met at Fitzrovia Community Nursery where I first started. They are Candy, Patricia Session, Ezi and Claire the deputy who started on the same day with me. Candy is in for special mention because she took me under her wings as a novice, taught me ICT, how to do the Learning Journeys and write up the Activity Planning Forms.
Only a few weeks after starting at Fitzrovia, I re-established contact with Joelle Lax, now manager at Holcroft Nursery. I had previously worked with Joel when she was only about 17 years old at Lambeth Walk Day Nursery after I graduated from Lambeth College. She recognised me all those years later as soon as she walked into the nursery and saw me. I later learned that Joelle was one of the youngest managers working for LEYF when she was appointed. It would be rather amiss of me if I did not mention working in partnership with other professionals and outside agencies from the Camden Local Education Authority. I was privileged to be given the opportunity to enhance knowledge via trainings and empowered to make my implicit knowledge explicit.
The early years’ teacher who identified my passion in fulfilling my role as a SENCO was forceful in ensuring I got the trainings to do the role to the best of my ability. And she did not just stop there, she taught me about Every Child A Talker (ECAT), Statutory Assessment, Individual Education Plans (IEP), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), etc in the short space of time – 6 months that I was at Fitzrovia. I am a believer in change and I was transferred to Luton Street where I was destined to spend 4+ years working with some exceptional, enthusiastic and passionate colleagues. These colleagues were the epitome of professionalism who have the children and their parent’s best interests at heart. Julie Weiss who was the manager is first in line for some special praises as she always showed her appreciations for the work I had done.
Since she had the ears of the CEO she was never stingy in telling her about the good practice that I contributed to, in providing quality standards of work especially my Learning Journeys and Homemade Books. The CEO in turn would be lavish with her praises for anyone whose work was of the highest standards, whenever she popped into any of the nurseries. However in spite of this, this is not to say Julie Weiss and I saw eye to eye, are were in agreement to everything. I guess in hindsight I might now have to blame the generation gap and we never think twice about challenging each other. But we never lost sight of our different roles and responsibilities in the team and gave each other the respect that were merited to do the job. We both knew we were responsible for being accountable for acting and working as professionals no matter our personal take on any matters.

I was harassed, bullied and inimidated into removing this article by one of my detractors who told me at the time I knew nothing. She made some other negative comments that I won’t even publicise at this time. Because for someone who knows absolutely nothing about me or the work I’d done during 5+ years of dedicated services was beyond my ken. Now I am defying the bullies and putting the article back and be damned if they wish, for taking a stance for equal rights and justice for the vulnerable. I am celebrating Black History Month and showing I am no COWARD!
I am proud of my heritage as I am discovering the DNA that is part of my Roots. I was told that there was some German Blood, Mullattoo and I am questioning if there was Chinese as well. My cousin Osbourne Nembhardt who is doing Our Family Tree reassured me there is 90% African, some Dutch and Scottish! They are welcome to do their next best because I am a Fighter with the Maroon Blood that Nanny of the Maroons and all the National Heroes used to fight to defend Jamaica the Land of my Birth.
I am 1 Proud JAMAICAN who is going to stand up and fight for my principles, values and beliefs. No one is going to stitch me up and send me back to no Funded Prison 4 Criminals – I am not a Criminal”. I might have a touch of “Mental Health Issues”, but they are responsible for pushing me over the edge!

Well nearly #37years on the #22ndDecember, I was blessed and had my Pre-Christmas rejoicing… Pretty soon it will be times of #Reflections for a life of #Experiences that have proved to shape me in the person I am becoming. I have been waiting on the directions from God all these years to go wherever I am led. It took the challenges, obstacles, constraints, limitations, etc placed in my ways to make me realise that I am an #Overcomer, and I was place on this earth for a purpose. Not only to do whatever pleases me, but to do the #WillofGOD.
The past #2years have not been the easiest of times. When I #Reflect on the last time I was involved in rejoicing as I #Narrated the BIB LEYF Nurseries Christmas Play in #December2014 I am filled with sadness… That’s why I am spending the next few days organising my Fight4justice campaign to reach those who need to know about the #Coverup in workplaces that are causing #MentalHealthConcerns!

Barrister Samantha Jones of 7 Bedford Row will have to explain why she took on LEYF Nurseries – #LEYF as client and handed over to John Fenton who is not a lawyer to muddle through the work and confuse the Employment Tribunal? Just wondering if Facebook for Windows realising that they are still terrorising me with their adverts? Facebook is responsible for giving LEYF Nurseries – #LEYF access to my account from the 18th September 2015. Up to last week Facebook tried locking me out of my account. Facebook Legal Team contacted me on behalf of Bates Wells Braithwaite. That’s bloody terrorism. Facebook I have not worked from my nervous breakdown that Voice: the union for education professionals is a party to. It’s not about the disabilities because I got support at the Maudsley Hospital. But about the 6 lines reference flagging safeguarding. And the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP threatening to issue me with criminal records. Maybe that’s why the #MonroRalston aka #RucklynMonro posse are up in arms? Because they going to send me back to Jamaica a criminal? I have been following a few rules in the way I live my life since the advent of LEYF Nurseries discrimination. Notice that Mass Tom struggles with a few things including eating. Here’s just another reason that I will get my Fight4justice to help me over yet another difficult #depressive moment in my life. The like of Monro Ralston can kiss my ass. Because I have been doing early intervention strategies from my eyes were at my knees. But at no times did I think to break the law or do anything criminal. My #parents brought me up right. Day 2 of my Summary of the ET Case Judgement of Myers v LEYF:
The Issues: The list of issues was agreed between the parties at the outset of the Hearing and is set out in an Order from a Preliminary Hearing on 8th June 2016 save that the Respondent accepts that the Claimant was a disabled person at the material times with regard to the condition of Anxiety.
I will address this in my Lay Person’s understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and the Contract I signed on the 7th October 2009. I will have to let it be known that Mr John Fenton the Respondent Representative is not a Lawyer/Solicitor and have no Legal Training. He admitted that on the day the ET case was adjourned. There goes my proof that he was unable to prepare the Respondent paperwork for the ET Court. When I tried submitting that information to the ET Court they did not want to know as per usual.
Therefore to say the ET was presented with a bundle of documents from each of both the Claimant and Respondent and additional documents during the course of the hearing as agreed by the ET us not true. So who is dealing with the fact in this case?
Without prejudice, this is the second time the Employment Tribunal presided over a miscarriages of justice that I was involved in. The unions operate the same way towards vulnerable employees and this time round it is Voice: the union for education professionals. The solicitors act unprofessionally and this time round it is Bates Wells & Braithwraite London. I will go into more details about the corruption in the establishment and systems that allow LEYF Nurseries and other employers to think they can get away with operating Modern SLAVERY Practices because they have friends in high places. The friends that will cover for them and post a judgement online after 5 months.
This is the second time that I have been discriminated against after experiencing loss and bereavement. So let them go to hell as there is a GOD who knows my tears will not be in vain even if the BIGOTS get away with the discrimination.
Why did the Employment tribunal fail to take my letters complaining about the unprofessional conducts of Mr #JohnFenton into considerations? He perjury himself in Court on the 8th June 2016. He told the Judge he did not get any Medical Reports from me.…
Why did LEYF Nurseries refuse me access to my FILE before I transfer from Luton Street to BIB? Up to the time I was leaving New Cross, I did not get access. They are right not to accept my claims because they did not know to update and review the contract I signed on the 7th October 2009. The Judges have no knowledge about the Disabilities Legislations. Judge #Freer told me #GillSpringer did not have to know anything about the Disabilities Legislation to teach the Apprentice the basics about the Disability Discrimination Act. What more do I need to say except to advice them to go find Dr Maria Hudson 2012 Research Paper for the Policy Studies Institute. Recommendations were made to Acaswww.acas.org.uk/researchpapers. I have been trying to start a Petition and was told I breach confidentiality along with some other rheteoric and bureacratic red tape… But who breached whose confidentiality and is this not Cyberbullying? LEYF Nurseries got the Employment Tribunal to penalise me over matters that have nothing to do with the ET Case. They got Facebook to clock me several times. But since the judgement has been posted online Bates Wells & Braithwraite London is back in the picture asking about the threats of the 24th September 2015, now where were they? They only done that because they got the go ahead to engage in these terrorist activities because they were given free reign by the ET. Then they got Facebook and Twitter Legal Team to contact me. I am waiting on them to respond to my reply.

I copied the Employment tribunal into Mr #JohnFenton correspondence when he failed to comply with the Judges Court Order of the 8th June 2016. The reasons Mr Fenton failed to comply are he is not a Lawyer and did not do any reseach into the Rules of Law to prepare LEYF Nurseries case. That’s why Barrister #SamanthaJones come to court to tell me the offer of £4,000.00 was still on the table and she was there to advise me. However as soon as she realise I was not on my own, she wanted to know if my step son have Legal Trainings. The next day the Judge allowed her to get away with pulling a SICKIE. Because she did not even look at the paperwork. She was fooled by the Respondent, because they were using my vulnerability of having disabilities against me. Refer to Dr Crawford, NHS x2, Dentist Medical Reports. What the ET failed to understand is I was pass fit to return to work after the Medical Suspension. I had written letters to #LynneKelly in January 2015 about #BenedicteSiewe and #JyotiBhardwaj. In March I emailed #DilysEpton about my Mental Health Conditions after #IsabellaGlen came to do investigation. Now why did #HildaMiller not send me on the Medical Suspension instead of sending me to HOC. You have to be Security cleared to work at HOC. At the same time the Respondent was perverting the course of justice #JuliaElizabethGould, #IngridCuruvijaTownsend and #JyotiSharma reviewed LEYF. The reviews were on the website from 12th March – 29th August 2016. Yet the Respondent have the nerves to use my Facebook postings to influence the ET. Now why did they not use the postings before they trigger my childhood traumas into PTSD? When I was on Medical Suspension, MQ: Transforming mental health used my article on their website to support others. Parkinson’s Foundation and Parkinson’s UK also use my articles. So is the ET telling me I lied about the stories I write and posted on LinkedIn, Google, etc…?
Now I go to bed, to get inspirations. The Employment Tribunal have some serious work to do after presiding over 2 miscarriages of justice. I know many people who are suffering and on the verge of serious Mental Health Issues because of the discrimination by unions like UNISON. That’s why when they jumping on bandwagon about overturning the Uk-Govenment law about employees paying to take employers to the ET, I am so blinking mad. Because of what they done to me when I was working at King’s College Hospital. I did tell them I would get back to them one day.
They are all the same when it comes to taking your money and doing nothing but join in to discrtiminate. First I was sent for trainings by LEYF Nurseries. They spotted my #CPPDP and invited me to come back on #3Ocassions. Only to succumb to the unscrupulous viles of #LEYF to try and #Gagme. So I decided to play them at their own games like I am doing to all the #Croynies that allow #LEYF to pressure them to do the #DuttyWuck. Soon I will be putting their company names in the #PublicDomain as they have lost their #MoralCompass, those that did have any in the first place.
Here is my Fight4justice working to exonerate me after I told #MariaHudson from the Policy Studies Institute that this would happen one day without fail. So for all those who continue to take me for an #IDIOT, let them carry on. Time is longer than rope, so they can carry on being the #JOKER!
I got up with a purpose this morning as I am allowing the good Lord to guide my footsteps and help me to make the best decisions. LEYF Nurseries tried to turn me into the #Uncoorporative, #Unprofessional, #Rude, #Intimidating, #Confrontational, #Agressive, #LackingEMPATHY Early Years Practitioner who gave of my best until they decided to launch their campaign to destroy.
All I have left to do is #Edit and spend some money so Facebook can help me reach the #Audiences that will benefit the most. Duty calls however and this will have to wait for my return.
This is to honour anyone of my #Family, #Friends, #Acquaintances, et al whose lives have been affected by any kinds of #ChildhoodTransitions that may result in us needing Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Awareness. I was affected and it took me #46years later to get the counselling needed from the Maudsley Hospital. I am not ashamed to talk about and share stories about my Disabilities, hench the reasons I offered myself up for #Research. So anyone who wants to feel that I am exploting my knowledge, tough luck to them for breaking the laws like LEYF Nurseries done to me from July 2014 when I transferred to BIB.
These days everything I do, I wait for the directions from the Lord. I once only have to walk 20 minutes & I was at work. They got me to showcase my CPPDP to the OFSTED & got a GOOD with Outstanding Features which I predicted.
