The new Asian Teller questioned me and her behaviour indicated she recognised me. She lied and this is breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics because I had to take my 100 year old husband with me to Nationwide. We got separated after we attended an interview at the Walworth Police Station because of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist plots to get POLICE to MURDER me. I have been under STRESS because of the actions of the POLICE who visited my home on the date Jenny Thomas was writing her letter DEFAMING my NAME and issuing THREATS about CLOSING my ACCOUNT.
I have worked in the SYSTEMS so who was managing if all SENIOR STAFF were on break for an hour and it was from I arrive in the branch? Was the new staff running Nationwide? Is it any wonder that Nationwide think they can get away with what Barclays did to me and Santander did to my HUSBAND?
When I said I would wait, this person came out. What did Nationwide expect that when some Asian young person who was just trained to DISCRIMINATE against VULNERABLE Elder Persons LIED I would walk out? Next time please do the RESEARCH before issuing my PROFILE to would be PERSONS who can put a price on my HEAD. My husband have enough SAVINGS to warrant Nationwide getting rid of me.
All I can say about the person who came out to talk to us is she is full of CONTRADICTIONS. She claimed she was the one who reported me. I wish she could have heard herself making a BLINKING FOOL of HERSELF. I might be tempted to get Nationwide to pay for a DOCUMENTARY to DECOLONISE the MOTHER COUNTRY not to be the MURDER CUNT£ targeting 100 year old CUSTOMERS for their SAVINGS. Because of what Barclays and Santander done. I will decide if part of the RESOLUTION is for Nationwide to fund the documentary.
Well the person who reported me admitted she was the one who verified am a regular customer when I was pleading because I had changed bag and did not have my PASSPORT. Imagine how this young person I was PLEADING with was acting. What hurts me the most these were not WHITE people treating me this way.

Dear Ms Thomas,
I am writing to you with regards to the letter I recently received from your branch claiming that I was behaving inappropriately and swearing at your staff. Firstly, I would like to express my frustration with the situation as it was not reflective of my usual behaviour and I feel that you/your staff could have handled the matter a little differently.
I would also like to request a copy of the CCTV footage as proof of what I am being accused of. I understand that CCTV footage is recorded for the safety and security of your staff and customers and I hope that it will provide clarity on what actually happened on the day in question.
Furthermore, I would like to suggest that your staff, including yourself, go on a diversity course to understand how some people from other cultures may react to certain situations. As a person from a different culture, I believed, and still believe that the situation was not handled in a culturally sensitive way and I hope that you/your staff can receive further training to better handle these situations.
Lastly, I would like to bring to your attention that I am a vulnerable adult, and I have proof of this. Without Prejudice I must say that based on mine and my husband’s experiences with Barclays twice and Santander recently I have to come to the conclusion that BANKS and BUILDING SOCIETIES have set out deliberately to target us because of our vulnerability. The patterns used by Barclays and Santander are similar to what Nationwide is doing. Here are some of the facts to verify my arguments. My money was taken in a similar fashion when I went in to transfer money to an account which I sent money to. It seems as if the person dealing with me was new to the job. The black person ask for help from her white colleague and they were joined by a brown colleague from the back of the premises. When none of them could help me carry out the transactions I explained I would leave the money in safe keeping in my account until I return to sort the matter out. I told them how STRESSED I was from getting the phone call from Richard Harty of the UEL. I had to go back to the GP because my Disability Form was not filled correctly. This was the only reason I went into that Barclays branch and not the one in Walworth Road where the staff know of my DISABILITIES and help me. After I begged the staff to help me because I left my passport the lady sat next to her intervene and told her to carry out the transaction without the passport. I had recently transferred money into a SAVINGS ACCOUNT which was done by her. I was never served by this staff before. Her attitude to me was demeaning, but the REDFLAGS was raised when she said there was no account and if I wanted to continue with the transaction. If there is no account why did she expect me to continue. I told her no, the person I was sending the money to lives local so I would try and get her to come in with me. When we got back she was free but told me that I must wait for someone else.
If I behaved so disgracefully as to warrant such a letter, why was I allowed to re-enter the bank a short while later? I would appreciate a response to this question.
I became SUSPICIOUS when I got a letter from Nationwide to do the SURVEY. Let Nationwide produce the response to the survey. Because I made no mention about anything in the letter, I think that’s why Nationwide is acting this way. Here are more facts to back up my arguments that Nationwide DEFAMED my CHARACTER. I took out a JOINT CURRENT ACCOUNT with my HUSBAND after Barclays closed my account. I have spoken about my ordeals whenever I go in the branch and encountered any difficulties. Whenever I am triggered I do not function and I cannot always rely on my own WRITING at times. I have a CHRONIC ANXIETY DIAGNOSIS from 2006 to do my Health and Social Care examination with the Open University. I went into the Nationwide to seek advice about transferring money to the account after Santander targeted my husband. Nationwide must REVEAL how many accounts MERVELEE MYERS and ARNOLD TOMLINSON have with them. Am I to understand that by threatening to close my account this is not clear evidence that Nationwide intends to STEAL OUR MONEY. As for threatening to make my PROFILE available to staff is breach of the laws, legislations, codes of conduct and practices. Might I refer Nationwide to the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics, the GDPR 2018 and the Charter of Rights. In light of the Systematic Discrimination I experienced twice after bereavement and losses and Nationwide plots during the time I am on another journey losing my brother to CANCER, I must ask Nationwide nicely to issue me with a WRITTEN APOLOGY and COMPENSATION based on the SURVEY and letter. Failure to do so will lead to further actions on behalf of MERVELEE MYERS and ARNOLD TOMLINSON.
I hope that we can resolve this matter in a timely and respectful manner and that we can work together to ensure that similar situations are avoided in the future.

I am now putting on record that Housing for Women is guilty of breaching the contract I signed in 2000 when I was rescued from domestic violence and moved here. I will address some relevant points with dates in line with Subject Access and Data Protection Act. About the defamation of my character, the libellous and use of confidential data to make allegations against me.
The Collins Pocket Dictionary defines the meaning of antisocial 1. Avoiding the company of other people. 2 (of behaviour) harmful to society. Let me sum up the meaning in line with Debbie Gilchrist. The last time I saw her was the 13/12/2021 when threatened me after breaking the glass. When I called the Emergency Services, they could hear the commotions happening via the phone. That’s why they sent the Police in a hurry. The Police passed the person who smashed the glass to come to my door. Then accused me of locking out. Both the Police and Debbie Gilchrist were the ones responsible for antisocial behaviours each time the Police visited my home.
Let me state categorically that I have been in receipt of verbal abuse from Debbie Gilchrist from I moved here. I have also received abuse in writing from Housing for Women and during telephone conversations. Especially when dealing with Suzette Alexis since she joined Housing for Women. As for harassment let me address this in terms of this letter.
I have done GDPR training and is within my rights to video record to safeguard myself and 99-year-old husband from the abuse at 16 Alma Grove from Debbie Gilchrist. Now I want H4W to provide proof of Mervelee Myers blocking access to the communal garden that leads to the communal refuse bin from I moved here in 2000. If the evidence is not produced H4W must pay me for defamation of character. Can H4W produce evidence of what they consider offensive language that I used to another resident.
There will be no meeting because these allegations are libellous, false and in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. The alternative is that H4W arrange a face-to-face meeting at Alma Grove so I can provide the evidence in writing, and on recordings with the materials I removed after the workman completed building the new gate.
In line with the meaning of “Antisocial” by destroying the garden again, Debbie Gilchrist was using the information about my “Mental Health” to provoke me to trigger my PTSD. As the evidence will prove I did not come out of my house during the time Debbie Gilchrist tried to use “Coercive Control” to get me to change my behaviours towards her. On the matter of discrimination of the “Protected Characteristics” Debbie set out to provoke me and my husband and all time when she destroyed the garden. First time she did it on a Sunday when I was at church. My husband said he was sat at the window, she looked at him and went ahead.
On the matter of threats to my husband and myself before by her and her previous men friends, I reported the matter to H4W to be kept on record.
Let me provide H4W with some pertinent information that will be used in my case of Hate Crimes against H4W and Debbie Gilchrist. When I will name the Metropolitan Police, Officers involved in visiting my home on 13/12/2021 and walked past the person who broken the glass to come to my door, they will be named with those I raised concerns with via the telephone. Also, the PC I spoke to from Peckham Police Station. Where safeguarding is concerned, I contacted my husband’s GP Surgery for them to add me as “Next of Kin” when the Police had to break into his home. Whenever, I call for support the Emergency Services send the Police to try trick me so they can SECTION me.
I would like H4W to check the record who was the “Minute Taker” for the Panel that was formed and why was it abandoned? I heard some STORIES about H4W discriminatory practices that will cause the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkins to ask questions. I meet her after coming back from Jamaica and saying my final goodbyes to my mother. Want to know more access my websites and YouTube.
I will have other letters proving that H4W has joined the SYSTEMS targeting me. For example, sneaking in with the key I gave to get access to put letters on my mats tells me am not safe in my home anymore. Because of the false “Criminal Record” needing Emotional Regulation Treatment anyone can get away with MURDERING me and getting away with it.
Let me bring this date to the attention of H4W with the email 09 November 2016 Re: Broken Electrical Lighting Casing as an example of my proof that H4W breached the contract I signed Therefore, H4W motto of Housing for Women improves lives by providing social housing and services to women facing challenging circumstances. Has passed its sell by date and no longer relevant in line with this invite to meeting.
I was the person who averted a “Grenfell Tower” happening here and all I had to do after to secure the Properties of TESS and myself. Finally, H4W must explain why nothing is done about the garden after the 4th visit from the Contractors.
Here is the CAD 2948/15May22 for me calling the Police to safeguard my husband and myself. You might want to ask Debbie for copy of her recording when I was at the back garden, and she is threatening me if I wanted her to come downstairs. If that is not antisocial behaviour in the form of verbal abuse and harassment, I don’t know what is. When she made allegations, I was in my front room looking out. This time I was in the garden when she opened the window and started provoking me. Then asking if I want her to come downstairs. What was she planning on coming downstairs to do? Break into my home to discriminate against me, I suppose and blame it on me being a CRIMINAL needing ERT?
Can H4W send me copies of their updated Policies and Procedures, please in line with the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. Because I no longer feel safe in the home I was given, fleeing DOMESTIC VIOLENCE in 2000. Now my husband is TRUAMATISED and lost control and ATTACKED me and was about to smash up the place. H4W is responsible for NEGLIGENCE in keeping me safe from discrimination.
I am letting my #commonsense take precedence over vanity. Therefore my long thumbnail just went. I prefer celebrating my 59th birthday without nursing an injury that’s avoidable.

Time to salute the Matriarch of the #NembhardFamily Grandma ELSIE ADINA SAUNDERS-CHAMBERS on this Mother’s Day. She stood in that crease but was stricken when her only son TERAH was brutally murdered at the age of 50 years old. She died of a Broken Heart aged 80 years old. Trauma have taken its toll on my #FAMILY, I can testify to that.
GanGan raised my Mother and Uncle Terah from the other children she had with Grandpa CLAUDIUS. Granpa CLAUDIE had one other daughter CLARIS in Hanover. Unfortunately I never know the name of my Mother’s siblings, if I had known I would have done the documenting when I found the papers. I get my Hoarder’s Gene from Grandma Elsie, that was passed down from Mama to me. I passed it down to Valdin Legister.
One time I could recite some of Grandma Elsie Siblings, but honestly my brain is getting rusty, but let me try in no particular orders. Emel, Esley, Mann, Lorretta King-Walker, please someone come to my rescue?
Niece: Marjorie Morris, Effie, Nephew: Lambert Thompson, Wheather Man, and I give up…
Well the family comes from Brunty and Beaston Spring Westmoreland. Grandpa CLAUDIE was from Grnage Hill, but I hardly know anything about them either. I will have to get to Joycie to tell me about the SAUNDERS & Balis to tell me about the CHAMBERS & HALL.

Let me got back as far as I can to salute the Matriarch of the #NembhardFamily Grandma IRENE MILLS-NEMBHARD on this Mother’s Day. She stood in that crease and chalked up an innings of 96 years with her bat firmly in the wicket. Thanks #GanGan for the wonderful start we were given when CHARLES HENRY choose you to be our Grandma. You lot went on to have 16 Children, and I did not hear about any twin in the lot. 3 of whom were born on the 27th October of whom my Papa was the second child.
I tidied up yesterday so know exactly where to find my note pad with the names.
Here is more information that I get from Auntie Marty about Grandma IRENE Family. Great-Grandma was Caroline Dennis-Mills. There were Ferdie, Armos, Cleveland, Norman, Icy, Agatha Roach, Gerda, Annabelle. The family came from out of Bellas Gate between Clarendon and St Catherine.
Golding is family.
Charles Siblings: William, Suzan, Fran, Samuel, Heneritta- died 1942.
I have Grandpa Charles other children’s names written somewhere, so have to wait until I come across it.
4 of my #Aunties are still alive! I was never lucky to have any information about my Granpa’s other children, sorry but I will find their names when I search through my papers.

Just come from outside doing the garden. Tom puts in his demands/orders & I try my best to Come-Play.

@LEYF tried October 2014 – September 2015 to put their Plots in action to Dismiss me. That was after using, abusing & abandoning me to the RACIST Thugs at BIB. I was moved to HOC then New Cross.
I felt like the proverbial Mongoose that my bredas would trap to stop them eating the CHICKENS.
The thing is the torture would start for the Mongoose when it was let out to the Dogs. The Dogs would tear Mongoose from limb to limb.

I was paid the Best Compliments 2day in Brixton Market by a Pro Photography looking business. Imagine my Nigerian son thinks I look like 39 years old. Despite all I’ve been going thru since 05.01.2015, the good LORD is keeping me going & making his light shine thru me. Children say the strangest things without a hint of a pretence? This made my day after all the hard work of Managing Behaviour… Child rushed out of the cubicle said to the Big Wig visiting “U R DEAD…” & without washing hands heads straight out of the bathroom…? Adult followed with face like thunder to get said child…? Takes me back to my time at Townhead Primary Sch… Bwoy bawl out to teacher WELCH – “LICK HIM A HIM RAZZ TEACHER MEK HIM BEHAVE IMSELF…” Now dis child from JA was only using the every day JA language dat him hear a him yard. Poor child never knew it was not sch speak to be repeated to teacher…? So the moral of the story is childhood is just the same the world over. If U don’t want wat U said repeated raw chaw be very careful wat U sey in front of the impressionable little ONES? Dat is why most time I resorted to spelling or drawing it like Mass Papa Dunkley & if the children say it is suh me bloody well tek it fi Gospel Truth!!!

Let me got back as far as I can to salute the Matriarch of the #NembhardFamily Grandma IRENE MILLS-NEMBHARD on this Mother’s Day. She stood in that crease and chalked up an innings of 96 years with her bat firmly in the wicket. Thanks #GanGan for the wonderful start we were given when CHARLES HENRY choose you to be our Grandma. You lot went on to have 16 Children, and I did not hear about any twin in the lot. 3 of whom were born on the 27th October of whom my Papa was the second child.
I tidied up yesterday so know exactly where to find my note pad with the names.
Here is more information that I get from Auntie Marty about Grandma IRENE Family. Great-Grandma was Caroline Dennis-Mills. There were Ferdie, Armos, Cleveland, Norman, Icy, Agatha Roach, Gerda, Annabelle. The family came from out of Bellas Gate between Clarendon and St Catherine.

Charles Siblings: William, Suzan, Fran, Samuel, Heneritta- died 1942.
I have Grandpa Charles other children’s names written somewhere, so have to wait until I come across it.
4 of my #Aunties are still alive! I was never lucky to have any information about my Granpa’s other children, sorry but I will find their names when I search through my papers.

I have done my time on Facebook celebrating #MothersDay. But do you know when you thrall the Internet looking for supn or someone special and just hoping…?
Now I tidy my kitchen. Guess I just have to abide by the rules and hoping I’ll be rewarded! I sometimes get these ideas in my head and thinking everyone is emotionally unstable like I am?
Then come reality and I am not sure because no one is taking to me!
I am one of the fortunate ones who have been blessed to have some very wonderful women impacting on my life. These women helped to mould me into an almost fine young man (lol). At some point or another they mothered me; a slap, a strong word, a pointed finger, but most of all they showed me love, encouragement and support. Happy Mothers’ Day to all my mothers, thank you for the role you played and continue to play in my life.

If Nationwide was not so intent on acting like Barclays and Santander in defrauding Mervelee Myers and Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson of our money, they would have taken into considerations the answers I provided for the SURVEY. In addition I posted the SURVEY to all my Social Media platforms for SAFEGUARDING.
Now let me address this OFFENDING THREATS from Nationwide. Without Prejudice let me say that whoever brings to your attention the allegations outlined in this letter is a LIAR. Who is this person to decide my BEHAVIOUR. Probably she was not born when I came to the UK. Therefore, Nationwide must issue me an APOLOGY for DEFAMATION of CHARACTER in writing. And pay COMPENSATION that I will donate to a WORTHY CAUSE under the terms and conditions of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics.
As a Security Conscious Building Society let me give you information proving Nationwide is acting towards me like Barclays did to me not once, but twice. Hence the reasons I have a Joint Account with my HUSBAND. I recently transferred money from Santander after seeking advice from Nationwide. Because Santander set out on a course to scam my HUSBAND out of his money. There was no issues with “REQUESTING FORMAL INDENTIFICATION”. We went through that procedures, so I need this address in the APOLOGY.
As your STAFF who serve me is new and I have been going in the BRANCH whilst they are training, can say you don’t want me to go into SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT. As far as I am aware, I was not upset, disappointed, or frustrated with the situations leading to any unacceptable behaviours on my part. As stated in the SURVEY, I am a professional who is capable of dealing with any situations. That’s why when I realise that a potential incident like what happened in Barclays was about to occur. I told the Lady serving me that I would get the person involved to come in the BRANCH to sort the matter. Are you saying that I must accept the DISCRIMINATION by the staff, who set out to TRIGGER me with her BIASES? I am now saying the vein of this letter is DEFAMATION and who are you to tell me to remain CALM and CONDUCT myself APPROPRIATELY. When I came back in the BRANCH and was served by the person who advised the LADY to bypass the PASSPORT after I pleaded. I will therefore, ask for a DONATION for every SLUR on my CHARACTER.
I think you are taking LIBERTIES, not so much on my behalf, but that of my 100 year old HUSBAND who has been a CUSTOMER for more years than we were MARRIED. I am not the one who needs to have any AMICABLE BANKING RELATIONSHIP with Nationwide. Nationwide need to train staff to deal with CUSTOMERS in line with the EQUALITY ACT 2010 PROTECTED CHARACTERISTICS. If in doubt view https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site for more. I am TIRED of the SYSTEMATIC DISCRIMINATION of 30+ years in the MOTHER COUNTRY. Without Prejudice I MERVELEE IONIE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON put on record that the SRVEY and LETTER indications that the reported incidents of unacceptable behaviours towards members of staff is the machination of Nationwide staff who are disgruntled with DISCRIMINATION at Nationwide and decided to CURRY FAVOUR by reporting me to get attention. Whatever REVISED COURSE of ACTION must address why Nationwide staff decided to take out their angst with Nationwide on me.
It is Nationwide behaviour, if continued that will be dealt with. Because as stated above we can look at BARCLAYS and SANTANDER when I come to the CONCLUSION that BANKS and BUILDING SOCIETIES target the VULNERABLE. So THREATING to close my ACCOUNT is another cause for COMPENSATION to be DONATED to a WORTHY CAUSE. I will give Nationwide the chance to address this before going PUBLIC.
Let me WARN Jennifer Thomas that Nationwide will be CHARGED if any such DISCRIMINATION is added to my PROFILE. As stated the LADY who served me might be in need of SUPPORT and Nationwide will not use me as SCAPEGOAT for their FAILURES.
I hope this letter clarifies my position on the matter and that we can continue a positive banking relationship going forward. I would love to discuss this matter with you and your SUPERIOR to come to some agreement about a WRITTEN APOLOGY and COMPENSATION to be AWARDED to the CAUSES of my CHOICE.

Because of growing up in a household of mostly males it is no surprise that I grew up to be a typical Tom Boy until I hit puberty when mum tried to put a stop to my Tom foolery ways without an explanation. However after much reflections I can understand mum’s rationale for trying to rope in the stubborn child whom I had become? I must confess that over the years I have morphed so much into my mum and granny that it is very much uncanny. I keep reminding myself at times…, but that’s exactly what mum and gran would do in the same circumstances. Reminds me of some of the sayings like chip doan fly fur from block, kettle a cuss pot black, pig did ask sow wat mek your mouth long suh and sow sey bambye you will see…As today is celebrated as MOTHER’s Day (except in UK) and Dementia Awareness Week (in UK) I must confessed that I am glad to say I still have a Mother who is 89 years and counting. However I am here harking and wishing I could turn the clock back to the time before I discovered that MUM was developing Dementia and tried to break the news to my family. Even now it is hard to get some of my siblings to understand where I am coming from about the slow deteiorations in mum’s mental health. Of late her condition has exacerbated to the point where she hardly recognises her children at times. I share moments with my big breda Balis where I am overcome with laughter or shed tears about some of the antics she gets up to. I am a very sentimental person who knows more about Mum than she even knows about herself and she has covered her vulnerability with a cloak to hide the pains and grief’s she suffered throughout her life. Like Mum I too have been covering myself with that cloak to get away from the hurts, but I guess not as successful as her as I am always overcome by emotions? So today I am writing this little ditty as a reminder of the wonderful person MUM is and was, and I thank my lucky stars that dad chose her to be OUR Mother. Mama has had her ups and down throughout life coping with all kinds of adversities that would cause a lesser person to hand in the towel, but she never complained about her lot in life and picking the short straw. She was a stern Mother who never puts up with any foolishness from any one; she did her duties by her family, friends and community; lived an exemplary life serving her God and most of all was there to provide care and support for those who needed her services. She was a tower of strength when dad and later her mum took sick and she eventually had to go out and worked like a man to make sure her family had bread on the table. I was in my early teens when dad took sick and over the years I watched as the burdens of life took their tools on MUM, but she never once shirked her responsibilities to her family. It breaks my heart each time I called to speak to her and sometimes she has retreated to a world of her own where even I her only daughter cannot intrude. And then when she has some clarity and says things like you are so far away and don’t have money to come and look for me…? It makes matters even worse. But I have to deal with the realities of life and know that I have to continue working hard in the UK despite whatever may befall me in order to afford to give MUM a better quality of life. So it is with a heavy heart I sit here and write this tribute to my MOTHER for the years of dedicated services she has provided. When I was born over ½ of a century ago my mum and gran were the 2 most dominant females in my life as I was blessed with only brothers, so I was always surrounded by males. Ms Una is one of those Persons who will make any excuses to get out of taking a Photo. What can I do but Respect her Wishes. But I’d love to get her in the Picture for my Writing about those Special Influencers.

The TEACHER who set me on the paths to believing I can achieve anything that I set my mind. There might be adversities, challenges, obstacles & everything else that life can throw at you… But I have to carry on no matter what & my HUSBAND is my Responsibility. So now @LEYF is relying on the CORRUPT SYSTEMS consisting of the Unions like VOICE & some Legal Advisors who they can pay Blood Money to deny me of my Rights. I am making sure I earn every Penny I am getting on Benefits. I told Dilys Epton at HOC about my Life, my Fears & that WORK keep me going.
So for those of U who are of the Opinion I am MAD at least I own up to my Deficits & Limitations & know how to apply Interventions. I was never one to Pretend I’m someone who I am not.
Damn Good Reader, read it anyhow? I am challenging the Powers that be to take a Good Look at the Laws, Legislations, Codes of Practice, Organisations Policies & Procedures, etc… Because these are being used by EMPLOYERS to Discriminate against Vulnerable EMPLOYEES who have to sign Contact shrouded with Small Prints. VOICE the Union misled me not to Appeal when False Allegations were used to Destroy my Mental Health from October 2014 for me to Commit a CRIMINAL ACT.
Luckily God was on my side. I got the Counselling & I’m on the Road to Recovery. But VOICE is still collecting my money that I am working at BIB. Then send me emails about getting my Rewards. I am using this media to address your letter dated 10 May 2023 because asking me to do this SURVEY alerted me to the intentions of Nationwide Building Society. If Nationwide was not so intent on acting like Barclays and Santander in defrauding Mervelee Myers and Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson of our money, they would have taken into considerations the answers I provided for the SURVEY. In addition I posted the SURVEY to all my Social Media platforms for SAFEGUARDING.
Now let me address this OFFENDING THREATS from Nationwide. Without Prejudice let me say that whoever brings to your attention the allegations outlined in this letter is a LIAR. Who is this person to decide my BEHAVIOUR. Probably she was not born when I came to the UK. Therefore, Nationwide must issue me an APOLOGY for DEFAMATION of CHARACTER in writing. And pay COMPENSATION that I will donate to a WORTHY CAUSE under the terms and conditions of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics.
As a Security Conscious Building Society let me give you information proving Nationwide is acting towards me like Barclays did to me not once, but twice. Hence the reasons I have a Joint Account with my HUSBAND. I recently transferred money from Santander after seeking advice from Nationwide. Because Santander set out on a course to scam my HUSBAND out of his money. There was no issues with “REQUESTING FORMAL INDENTIFICATION”. As your STAFF who serve me is new and I have been going in the BRANCH whilst they are training, can say you don’t want me to go into SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT. As far as I am aware, I was not upset, disappointed, or frustrated with the situations leading to any unacceptable behaviours on my part. As stated in the SURVEY, I am a professional who is capable of dealing with any situations. That’s why when I realise that a potential incident like what happened in Barclays was about to occur. I told the Lady serving me that I would get the person involved to come in the BRANCH to sort the matter. Are you saying that I must accept the DISCRIMINATION by the staff, who set out to TRIGGER me with her BIASES? I am now saying the vein of this letter is DEFAMATION and who are you to tell me to remain CALM and CONDUCT myself APPROPRIATELY. When I came back in the BRANCH and was served by the person who advised the LADY to bypass the PASSPORT after I pleaded. I will therefore, ask for a DONATION for every SLUR on my CHARACTER.
I think you are taking LIBERTIES, not so much on my behalf, but that of my 100 year old HUSBAND who has been a CUSTOMER for more years than we were MARRIED. I am not the one who needs to have any AMICABLE BANKING RELATIONSHIP with Nationwide. Whatever REVISED COURSE of ACTION must address why Nationwide staff decided to take out their angst with Nationwide on me.
It is Nationwide behaviour, if continued that will be dealt with. Because as stated above we can look at BARCLAYS and SANTANDER when I come to the CONCLUSION that BANKS and BUILDING SOCIETIES target the VULNERABLE. Let me give you an insight into why I am making this #public. My life was turned upside down for the second time after the death of my mother by Leyf Day Nursery. Despite my The Open University Open University qualifications, I have not worked since resigning with the second #nervous breakdown in a toxic work environment. The first was at King’s College Hospital King’s College Hospital when some of those involved in the direct and indirect discrimination were from the hierarchy of the Local Educational Authority.
Let me start with UNISON that have since overturned the UK Parliament Government Law for employees to be charged fee to take employers to the Employment Tribunal. There was London Borough of Southwark London Borough of Southwark SEND Section and Ofsted involvement.
To cut a long story short, I was looking for opportunities to get involved and signed up as well as attended a Guardian Event. It was titled “Is Modern Slavery thriving in the UK. I spoke to the reporter after and submitted my evidence. However, they can find no use for my story. Let me make it clear that ‘without prejudice’ I think this is barefaced daylight robbery and hardly any different from the scammers sending me emails. And, the cold callers setting direct line to my home telephone.
Am I to understand that only #celebrities will be given a voice to tell their stories? Whilst people like me are expected to prop up others as have happened from 2004 in the UK. When I have to take my story to the South London Press to get my money back from the Financial Institutions? I am back with the Financial Ombudsman Service Ombudsman Service. Let me give you an insight into why I am making this #public. My life was turned upside down for the second time after the death of my mother by Leyf Day Nursery Leyf Day Nursery #LEYF. Despite my The Open University Open University qualifications, I have not worked since resigning with the second #nervous breakdown in a toxic work environment. The first was at King’s College Hospital King’s College Hospital when some of those involved in the direct and indirect discrimination were from the hierarchy of the Local Educational Authority.
Let me start with UNISON that have since overturned the UK Parliament Government Law for employees to be charged fee to take employers to the Employment Tribunal. There was London Borough of Southwark London Borough of Southwark SEND Section and Ofsted involvement.
To cut a long story short, I was looking for opportunities to get involved and signed up as well as attended a Guardian Event. It was titled “Is Modern Slavery #thriving in the UK. I spoke to the #reporter after and submitted my evidence. However, they can find no use for my story. Let me make it clear that ‘without prejudice’ I think this is barefaced daylight #robbery and hardly any different from the scammers sending me emails. And also the cold callers setting direct line to my home telephone.
Am I to understand that only #celebrities will be given a voice to tell their stories? Whilst people like me are expected to prop up others as have happened from 2004 in the UK. When I have to take my story to the South London Press to get my money back from the #Financial Institutions? I am back with the Financial Ombudsman Service Ombudsman Service. I am fed up with the #terrorist #cells operating in the UK.

It is not a path of my choice, but it is a path I must walk mindfully and with intention. It is a journey through the darkest night of my soul and it will take time to wind through the places that scare me.Every cell in my body aches and longs to be with my beloved child. On days when grief is loud, I may be impatient, distracted, frustrated, and unfocused. I may get angry more easily, or I may seem hopeless. I will shed many, many, many tears. I won’t smile as often as my old self. Smiling hurts now. Most everything hurts some days, even breathing.But please, just sit beside me.Say nothing.Do not offer a cure.Or a pill, or a word, or a potion.Witness my suffering and don’t turn away from me.Please be gentle with me.And I will try to be gentle with me too.I will not ever “get over” my child’s death so please don’t urge me down that path.Even on days when grief is quiescent, when it isn’t standing loudly in the foreground, even on days when I am even able to smile again, the pain is just beneath the surface.There are days when I still feel paralyzed. There are so many things about the world which I now struggle to understand: Why do children die? There are some questions, I’ve learned, which are simply unanswerable.So please don’t tell me that “ God has a plan ” for me. This, my friend, is between me and my God. Those platitudes slip far too easily from the mouths of those who tuck their own child into a safe, warm bed at night: Can you begin to imagine your own child, flesh of your flesh, lying lifeless in a casket, when “goodbye” means you’ll never see them on this Earth again? Grieving mothers- and fathers- and grandparents- and siblings won’t wake up one day with everything ’okay’ and life back to normal. I have a new normal now.As time passes, I may gain gifts, and treasures, and insights but anything gained was too high a cost when compared to what was lost. Perhaps, one day, when I am very, very old, I will say that time has truly helped to heal my broken heart. But always remember that not a second of any minute of any hour of any day passes when I am not aware of the presence of my child’s absence, no matter how many years lurk over my shoulder, don’t forget that I have another one, another child, whose absence, like the sky, is spread over everything as C.S. Today I am in Solidarity with my Friend whose Uncle’s funeral is today in Sheffield. I’d wanted to attend to support my Friend & her Family, but because of circumstances over which I have no control. I have to stay home getting my stuff ready… So whilst my Heart is with my Friend & her Family, the Rest of me is Focused on Preventing the Social Injustices & Inequalities that Others like I will have to confront as WE go about our daily lives & trying to Live instead of Exists.
