We are looking forward to welcoming you to the next Mindful Music at the TJHC next Monday 25 September and will run every week until Monday 30 October.
The session will begin at 3.30pm and finish at 5.00pm but you are welcome to join in at any point of the workshop.
The sessions will be led by Becky and Fi from City of London Sinfonia ( CLS) the team regularly led comfortable classical concerts for CLS and deliver workshops on breathing , music and wellbeing sessions in health and community settings.
No experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided.
We will be meeting in the Ground Reception Area before moving to the Group Rooms which are located on the ground floor on the right-hand side of the entrance to the building, staff will be outside to meet you.
For parking, on entry into the centre, you can park in the visitor car park. Please then put your vehicle registration into the console/tablet located opposite the ground floor security desk. This will provide 2 hours free parking if actioned within 15 minutes of entering the vehicle entrance.
We recommend you bring a bottle of water and there will also be drinking water available in the room.

Hi Mervelee, Today on World Alzheimer’s Day, I wanted to share the results of new research we recently carried out that, as a supporter of Dementia UK, I think you will find interesting. In our survey of people who know someone with dementia, 24% said the person with the diagnosis was being supported by social services, and 33% said the person was receiving support from a GP. Meanwhile, 45% of respondents told us the person is supported by family and friends. We hear time and time again that people affected by dementia don’t know where to turn for support – but that being able to speak to a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse is life-changing. “We had such a fantastic experience with our Admiral Nurse and we’re extremely grateful for the support we received. We’re an ageing society and dementia is not going to go away any time soon. Everyone should have support from a dementia specialist to help them through.” Aqib whose Gran is living with dementia With someone in the UK developing dementia every three minutes, it couldn’t be clearer that more specialist support is urgently needed. We need more specialist dementia nurses, improved local support services and greater access to at-home care options. The 28 May is my #husband DOB. My stories are documented about the #domesticabuse I experienced leaving me #homeless and how I ended up in Housing for Women accommodation in BERMONDSEY& ROTHERHITHE that was label RACIST AREA when I came to the UK in 1992. Thankfully I did not experience any of the RACISM until after the death of my mother and I transferred to BIB. Since today 22.9.2016 is 1 year since LEYF decided to strip me of every shed of my Dignity & take away their WORK, think I should reflect on my life on Social Media today of all days. I have got my WS pretty much how I want it & will get down to the editing once I am more settled & relaxed. I need to do more Research to define the Comparators. I got only part of the ITV Tonight Programme & will have to go to http://www.itv.com/tonight to find out more. If my memory serves me right, some people are prone to get the wrong end of the story when it comes to MM. So there was a time when I made mention of #ASHTERDaughter mother Rose & someone without reading & understanding decided to accuse me of spreading gossip & rumour on Facebook. By now U might be aware how that one ended. Then there was the case of my own who thinks I should not put my own on SM? That didn’t end too good either. Then there was the case of the IMF bloke & the Maid & that didn’t end any better either. Again there was the case of my own – But I don’t have nothing to hide & has always been open & honest about my Mental Health Issues even b4 I have the knowledge to understand www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk. Introduction
Today as we are gathered celebrating the 99th birthday of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson, Mervelee Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson wants us all to have an input in providing the answers to the questions of why in 2022 after the death of my mother I was targeted by the society that took us in and is now treating us like our fore parents who were captured in Africa, and transported across the world to be enslaved in foreign countries? There are many songs that we can use to give an understanding of why Mervelee Myers invested in my Fight4justice campaign after the second miscarriages of justice. After I was abandoned by another union that continued taking my money saying I was employed full time at miscellaneous. Therefore, we must reflect on the discrimination and two nervous breakdown I experienced after bereavement and losses and tie them up with the challenges I faced after I developed “Childhood Traumas” and my life was changed. What I need the participants to understand is that because of my upbringing in a Christian Household in a Village Townhead, Westmoreland, Jamaica, West Indies that raised a child. I refused to accept giving up as an option.
My sister-in-law Mrs. Doreen Forrester-Nembhard, one of the “Strong Women” who influenced my life keeps me going, encouraging me to continue my writing as one of my two sons will publish my WRITING. In order not to offend anyone, knowingly I will send them to my eighteen (18) Facebook Pages to make their decisions about how I used the platforms I was given since I joined social media after coming back from my “Family Reunion” in 2009 to create the “Community Hub” providing a “Support Network” where others can find information about any subjects from “Cradle to Grave”. I was an INFLUENCER even if I say so myself, but the foundations were laid by my father IVAN SANDYMAN NEMBHARD who was a “Storyteller”. But my father’s experiences in his “Dysfunctional Family” led to him becoming the A-Z of “Human Capital” ensuring he passed down his KNOWLEDGE, VALUES and BELIEFS to those of his FAMILIES who were interested. I am positive dad’s teaching did not fall on deaf ears as ASHTER and RATTY developed the “Listening Ethos” when we followed in our father’s footsteps in “Promoting the Family Values” of putting family at the centre point of our lives and creating the legacies. In the words of Nelson Mandela “THE PURPOSE OF FREEDOM IS TO CREATE FOR OTHERS”. Little did I know how “Creating the Legacies” from the FOUNDATIONS laid my Papa and ASHTER would save me from committing SUICIDE after the death of my mother.
Let me ask the participants, my family and my husband’s family to do the INVENTORY about Mervelee Myers is if it’s even from I arrived in the UK to make sense of why I must be proactive in ensuring my husband’s and my contributions are not wiped out of our history. Mr. Tomlinson who travelled from Jamaica in 1956 to come to the UK and established the DAVIS-TOMLINSON family here has been treated like the saying “No BLACKS, No Dogs, No IRISH”. One of Tom’s best friends is Jerry McGill who is like family to me since Tom and I got together. Tom’s solicitor was told in writing that “Mr. Tomlinson has a small illusion of one day becoming a property tycoon”. I would like the participant to look at the way Mervelee Myers has been treated by the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and the Crown Prosecution Service after the death of my mother.
My track record from I arrived in the UK on June 7, 1992, making contributions is documented. Therefore, the fact that HMCTS presiding over 2 miscarriages of justice must be considered for why Mervelee Myers was treated less favourably than an animal that I told LEYF Senior HR I would have been rescued if I was an animal at BIB when she visited me at the HOC Nursery on the 27 March 2015. Because my brother BYRON used to, and I adopted the HOLISTIC APPROACHES from the EXPERTS to add to the EARLY INTERVENTION STRATEGIES I used as a child to help me cope with dealing with PTSD. As I am saying I have other issues to be sorted with FAMILIES and FRIENDS, but this is not the platform. Today we must focus on Tom and why he is TRAUMATISED. For those saying I must give up my Fight4justice campaign and come off Facebook, if I allowed them to use their “Coercive Control” I would be letting Tom down and giving in to the 29+ years of DISCRIMINATION I experienced in the UK.
Despite been pushed over the edge by the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service to having SUICIDAL THOUGHTS when I did not become HCTS Group Impact Report 2016. It was Barrister Ryan Clement who groomed Winsome Duncan to find vulnerable BLACK people for them to SCAM that I was made a victim of HCT Group statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment. If HMCTS did not preside over the second miscarriages of justice I would not be thrown in the company of Winsome Duncan to send the Metropolitan Police to SECTION me on the 30/10/2017. In the words of Nelson Mandela “I WAS MADE, BY THE LAW A CRIMINAL, NOT BECAUSE OF WHAT I HAD DONE, BUT BECAUSE OF WHAT I STOOD FOR, BECAUSE OF WHAT I THOUGHT, BECAUSE OF MY CONSCIENCE”. I was contacted by Twitter on behalf of LEYF and Bates Wells & Braithwaite after the judgement was placed online. Am yet to find out the role of Bates Wells and Braithwaite. Google removing my posts on despite they are Facebook Memories.
My life is an “Open Book” and I begged the South London Press to publish my story “On Balance a Happy Ending”. It was published on 28 May 2004, Mr. Malachi Myers’ birthday and that is the only reason I got back my money. If I did not have a British Passport the Police at Walworth Police Station would not have dealt with my case. In the words of Nelson Mandela “PRISON NOT ONLY ROBS YOU OF YOUR FREEDOM IT TAKES AWAY YOUR IDENTITY”. Imagine my anguish after what happened to me from, I invited the Police in my home on the 30/11/2020 and how I am been treated by the CPS and CJS since? When I went to sort the matter of why Barclays turned me away on the 27/9/2021 without doing the transaction. I was locked in the bank for over an hour and the Police called.

Mervelee Myers Story about Barclays Criminal Platforms aided by the Financial Ombudsman Service must be used to tell the world about why Barclays should be investigated for targeting vulnerable women in their branches and online. My account of Barclays defrauding me must go back to 2004 when I begged the South London Press to tell my story. The complaint
Mrs M complains that Barclays Bank UK PLC stole money from her, and mis-treated her
when she used their branch to carry out a transaction. Mrs M says that on 27 September 2021 she visited a Barclays branch to make an
international transfer. MM Argument: I visited a Barclays branch (not my own) because I was stressed from my role as a carer for my elder husband. I was triggered by a call from Richard Harty of the UEL before I left home to visit the GP and do business at the bank. I used that Branch because I did not want to miss paying the money for my daughter-in-law’s University fees.
Mrs M said she was being asked various questions about the transfer which made her feel uncomfortable. MM Arguments: This is a blatant lie. Because of my Disabilities, I am prepared in advance. I took the details of the transactions in and asked the person to write on the form what other information I need to get to complete the transaction. I did not rely on myself to write because I have a Chronic Anxiety Diagnosis from July 2006 with this fact.
Mrs M then said she handed over £2,300 to the cashier so she could complete her transfer, however when the cashier told her they couldn’t process the transaction for lack of information, Mrs M decided to pay the money into her account. MM Arguments: I had done the transaction before at my branch of Barclays. Why is no mention made of the fact that the cashier asked her colleague if she knew how to do the transaction before I handed over the money? Also, there was a Brown Lady who joined the black and white tellers at the counter. This is the brown lady who verbally abused me 2 times to trigger my PTSD.
Mrs M said she didn’t receive a receipt. MM Arguments: I was not aware of the missing receipt until I got home, and I was talking to my daughter-in-law. This is where my qualifications and experiences will be used along with the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics to prove Barclays target vulnerable women inside their branches. Please refer to the fact that Barclays is a habitual DEFRAUDER who identified my vulnerability when I told them I was STRESSED and starting university the next day. Later that day Barclays sent Mrs M a two-week notice to close her account, saying they
found her behaviour towards their staff earlier that day was unacceptable. MM Argument: When was the letter to close my account written?Considering myself to be a valued Customer who stayed with Barclays after I begged the South London Press to share my story, is this how Barclays repaid my loyalty?
On 2 October 2021 Mrs M complained to Barclays about how she had been treated,
believing the whole situation was a scam. She asked for her money back along with an
apology. MM Arguments: Where did the FOS get their information from? I went to my branch to transfer the money to pay the fees. After I completed the transaction, I spoke to a staff about the matter. He volunteered to write a report for me. Did my branch not know that Barclays wrote the letter on the 1/10/2021 to close my account? Instead of letting me believe everything was okay I should have been warned to expect the letter to close my account.
On 7 October 2021 Barclays sent their final response to Mrs M’s complaint, they didn’t.

Barclays said they retained a digital receipt of Mrs M’s transaction which showed that she had paid in £1,300 on 27 September 2021, and so they decided against investigating further. MM Arguments: Once again the FOS is bias because what about the call from Barclays re the male trying to use coercive control to change my story. Mrs M advised on 2 December 2021 that due to the closure of her account she was no
longer covered by an insurance that she was paying for through her account. Mrs M also
explained the personal impact this had on her, which included adversely triggering her
mental health condition. MM Arguments: The FOS must be held accountable for all that have impacted on me owing to the closure of my account. Because Barclays did not give me enough time to find another BANK account so I could safely transfer my payments. Reason I ended in RENT arrears and the Housing Association treating me like Barclays.

After speaking to the Manager from Housing for Women about the time I was expecting her to be punctual. Instead, she cruised up after 12.30 in her car. I was looking out the window and went out the door to see Ms Smith arriving. This tells me all I need to know about why H4W started treating me the way they did. But this Housing Officer is a joker, needing training.
Housing For Women Breached the Contract
Throughout the time since the allegations by Debbie Gilchrist and Samantha Gibbs, the staff are caught in lies from I asked Samantha Gibbs how long she worked with H4W.
The Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics
Because I recorded the conversations with H4W from the time Samantha Gibbs acted like the ignorant person s/he is I have evidence of the lies perpetuated by H4W. Everyone I spoken have issues with me asking how long they are employed by H4W.
H4W lied about the time the manager is/was working for them. I was told the manager was working with H4W for 2 months and was away on annual leave. They said she would be back on a certain date. I asked them to get her to call me. When I called on the date, of the expected return I was informed she will be back next day. I called the next day the idiot ignorant Jovanni said the manager was in a meeting. I asked to speak to Samantha Gibbs and was told that she was in the meeting with the manager. Imagine my amusement when Jovanni claim they were in the meeting because of me. As I said I started a Defensive Practice when dealing with H4W.
Housing For Women is Party to Institutional Discrimination of Mervelee Myers
I was called by H4W by Rent Officer Peju Awoye another ignorant employee who was recorded threatening me to send letter to take me to court and I would be EVICTED. Could H4W be responsible for the scammers calling me from the 1/6/2022? I have a Reference Number because I had to call the Police about the caller. The same person threatening me to come to their office or I will be taken to court. Imagine what has been happening since I did a SURVEY and was asked if I want H4W to discuss the matter with me. Next thing someone from H4W sneaked in to leave letters on the mats. I made sure posted my concerns so it’s visible to all and why did H4W not returned to enact the letters and act about the notice.
On the 13/12/2021 there was concerns raised and the Police was involved. H4W was NEGLIGENT in failing to safeguard me after Debbie Gilchrist broke the glass. The Police Officer accused me of locking Debbie Gilchrist out and claimed the breaking of the glass was not malicious. H4W started acting like the TERRORIST they have become because I raised concerns in the SURVEY. Since I gave H4W my keys cut their own to enter to do their work in the Communal Way I will put on record that H4W is working with persons UNKNOWN to target me. Did H4W send Hermione Cameron to my home with some plans to harm me and my husband?
The actions of H4W resulted in Debbie Gilchrist opening the letter of threats from Samantha Gibbs that she can withdraw my RIGHTS to having a MEETING. When I sent her a letter detailing why a meeting via the telephone could not address the matter. Like the letters left on the mats, Debbie Gilchrist opened the letter, and left it on the mat. She came in smashed the glass whilst her partner was inside. They stayed out their chatting whilst using cardboard to repair the damage.
The Police failed to show up and H4W continue to play the TERRORIST. So, who is responsible for the summons to court from Croydon Magistrates Court? After Peju Awoye called me with threats about sending me letter to go to court and I would be EVICTED.

How can any credible person come to my home to conduct a MEETING and not briefed herself about the other party who the ALLEGATIONS were made against? This person is in the job for a month. I called to speak to her, she could have at least spent half hour of her time brief herself. It is obvious this person came with one agenda. Reasons I must record to maintain my DEFENSIVE PRACTICE.

From the MEETING today it is evident that Housing For Women has an AGENDA to get rid of MERVELEE MYERS by fair means or foul. Am waiting to have a response from H4W to put my DEMAND in writing to H4W. H4W is the TERROR CELL staff by IGNORANT DISRESPECTFUL young people BRAINWASHED to target the TENANTS on behalf of the ABUSERS from LEYF and HMCTS and CPS and CCMCC and SRA and BSB and IOPC and JCIO and MOPAC and DBS and CLCC and Southwark Council.

Our investigator gave their view that Barclays had acted fairly in the circumstances and
didn’t ask them to do anything more. MM Arguments: No Barclays is a SCAMMER and so is the FOS. This is the same as the Police that came to my home to MURDER me under cover of the LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture. Then said I was tensing up, so they had to put me in handcuffs to protect 3 officers and prevent escape. In the same paragraph they said I was wrestling with Holly Sweeney and grabbing the taser handle of Nikki Wright. So if the FOS say Barclays acted fairly they are party to TERRORISM and SCAMMING.

This story only served to verify what I have concluded after undertaking studies to enhanced Personal Professional Development over the past years. When I was growing up in the West Indies, Great Britain was a BEACON of the levels of the educational standards that Third World Societies tried to emulate, attain, and achieve. Sadly because of the dog-eat-dog situations that exist in this Society today in my opinion everything has been dumbed down to suit political correctness. Rhetoric and bureaucratic red tape hidden behind tokenism resulted in people with the knowledge, values and beliefs turning a blind eye to matters over which they may have otherwise taken a stance to bring about change. Therefore no one is going to challenge social injustices and inequalities that keep today’s children condemned to a future where they are ignorant to what is happening around them and are unable to break that cycle of poverty.
I am of the belief that blind can’t lead blind and this is what is happening in today’s Great Britain. A person can only work with the resources at their disposals. Whatever one puts in that is what is going to come out and children today are being been cheated of the opportunity to make progress as everyone seem to be working from their own agenda instead of from a unified shared vision with the Unique child at the CENTRE. However, what is in dispute, and what I’ve considered is whether Barclays treated Mrs M
fairly when she used their branch on that day, whether it was likely she paid in £2,300 and
I’ve also considered if it was reasonable for Barclays to close Mrs M’s account following their interaction with her. MM Arguments: On the balance of probabilities why was no mention made about the decision when I went to the other branch to complete the transactions? I had to find the money to do so. Why was no mention made when the staff volunteered to write my concerns? The FOS is a SCAMMING RING for Barclays. Considering this is the second time I was defrauded. If I had not asked for the balance in my account, the THEIVING teller would have gotten away. The white lady and brown lady set up the black lady by swiping the £1000.00. Because I told them I was STRESSED. I went into the bank before going to my GP and that’s the only reason I did not go to my branch.

Mrs M explained that while she was in the branch to pay the money in, she took £2000 from
a brown envelope clipped with a yellow staple, as she’d been taught to do by her husband to make things easier, and she took £300 from another envelope in her bag. I find Mrs M’s
version of events to be specific and fairly detailed, so I’m persuaded that Mrs M intended
and believed she was paying £2,300 into her account that day. MM Arguments: I will refer to 2004 when I challenged the FOS. Therefore, am going to say those making this decision continue to DISCRIMINATE against me with this sentence. The HMCTS and CPS and CJS is treating me the same way. This is INSTITUTIONAL and SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION. Because all that happened is repetition in the case of Barclays.

which showed the till used by Mrs M was short by £20. So, from the evidence provided I’m
satisfied only £1,300 was paid into Mrs M’s account that day. MM Arguments: If only £1,300.00 was paid into my account one of the other tellers took the £1,000.00.
When you listen to a politician who was not talking politics. Mrs M strongly believes that Barclays had taken £1,000 from the £2,300 that she gave them
on 27 September 2021. I’ve thought about this carefully. Mrs M said she hadn’t been given a
receipt at the time so was unable to evidence the amount she’d paid in. MM Arguments: The argument about receipt came up when the black teller was told to ask me for receipt. The receipt should not be the only evidence used. Why was the CCTV destroyed?

I have no evidence; besides what Mrs M has said that she hadn’t been given a deposit receipt. MM Arguments: If FOS did not collude with Barclays they would have seen the evidence I sent to them. I have been a member of Woolwich from I arrived in the UK from 1992. I have conducted all my business with them. Since I had gone to send the money at another branch, why did Barclays made such a drastic decision on the 1/10/2021 knowingly provoking me to trigger my PTSD so they can close my account to cause me additional STRESS? Which of the laws did the FOS CRIMINALS look at? What about the GDPR and Charter of Rights 12 Codes? Now can Barclays produce the CCTV?
Mrs M has been unable to provide any further evidence that Barclays took £1000 from her. I acknowledge the information that Mrs M has provided in support of her complaint, including information relating to a previous situation involving lost money, however I’m not persuaded that any of it proves or suggests that Barclays have inappropriately taken or withheld any money from her. MM Arguments: FOS failed to look at the evidence provided.
In addition, from the evidence provided, I’ve no reason to think that the staff at that branch of Barclays would target Mrs M for theft. Overall, from the information provided, I think it’s more likely that Mrs M had paid £1,300 into her account on 27 September 2021. And so, from the evidence provided I’m satisfied that Barclays had acted appropriately. MM Arguments: FOS is as guilty as the SCAMMERS at Barclays and this is DEFAMATION of my Character.

Following the events in the branch, on 1 October 2021 Barclays sent Mrs M a letter giving her two weeks’ notice that her account would be closed. In the letter Barclays advised this was in response to Mrs M’s behaviour in the branch. Mrs M also confirmed that she’s received the letter and has said it was unfair of Barclays to take that action against her. Barclays provided us with a report from the branch manager detailing their version of events from 27 September 2021. The report explained that Mrs M shouted at the staff, was being aggressive, had disrupted other customers and used profane language towards staff in the Page 3 of 4 branch. MM Arguments: Who closed the branch and called Police and have me locked inside for over an hour? Does the FOS and Barclays understand the implications of being held HOSTAGE without consent and the impact on a person with physical and mental impairments?
Barclays provided us with a copy of a branch poster which advised that anyone demonstrating physical or verbal abuse would be reported to the police and have their
accounts closed. MM Arguments: What did Barclays do to get persons to demonstrate physical and verbal abuse? How many times did the brown lady come from the back of the bank to verbally and physically abuse me by wagging her finger in my face, even when I moved away? Because I did not want my tremors to be mistaken? I sat on my hands waiting for the Police to come for over an hour. Produce the CCTV.
In a phone call to our investigator in February 2022, Mrs M acknowledged that she was verbally abusive towards the staff while she was in the branch. However, she went on to explain that this was her way of coping or dealing with the situation and she didn’t intend any personal harm to anyone. Overall, I’m persuaded from the information provided that the events in the branch took place as described in the branch report. MM Arguments: Am sure the whole world knows about my brother who committed a criminal act and waited in church for the Police to come for him. On the subject of the Police there is evidence that calling the Police whilst locking me in the bank for over an hour could have triggered my PTSD, to act in breach of the law. All I did was swear and I was provoked more than once by different persons. So, the fact that Police came to section me from a malicious report and attempted to MURDER are some of the reasons that the FOS and Barclays might think they get away. But they will feature in my STORY about discrimination of MERVELEE MYERS.

Having considered this, I think Mrs M’s actions need to be taken in context with her vulnerability and mental health. Mrs M has been very open about her struggles with different mental health conditions and of the steps she takes to avoid suffering from a panic attack in certain situations. was dealing with mental health issues, but I don’t think knowing about her vulnerabilities.
means the staff should have to accept abuse as a result, whether that be physical or verbal. MM Arguments: The staff use knowledge of my vulnerability to take advantage of me. This happened 2 times after I experienced bereavement and losses.

So, although I empathise with Mrs M, and acknowledge the steps she’s taken to deal with her mental health, I don’t think the staff should have to put up with that level of abusive behaviour, whether it was intended or not. In the circumstances I think Barclays acted fairly and in line with their policy by issuing Mrs M with a notice of closure to her account.

Mrs M said the closure of her account caused problems with an insurance policy that she
was paying by direct debit. However, Mrs M confirmed to us that she’d received the notice of closure letter from Barclays. So, I’m satisfied that Mrs M had sufficient time to contact the necessary companies who may have been affected by the closure of her Barclays account.

Introduction
Today as we are gathered celebrating the 99th birthday of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson, Mervelee Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson wants us all to have an input in providing the answers to the questions of why in 2022 after the death of my mother I was targeted by the society that took us in and is now treating us like our fore parents who were captured in Africa, and transported across the world to be enslaved in foreign countries? There are many songs that we can use to give an understanding of why Mervelee Myers invested in my Fight4justice campaign after the second miscarriages of justice ET after I was abandoned by another union VOICE that continued taking my money saying I was employed full time at miscellaneous. Therefore, we must reflect on the discrimination and two nervous breakdown I experienced after bereavement and losses and tie them up with the challenges I faced after I developed “Childhood Traumas” and my life was changed. What I need the participant to understand is that because of my upbringing in a Christian Household in a Village Townhead, Westmoreland, Jamaica, West Indies that raised a child, I refused to accept giving up as an option.
My sister-in-law Mrs. Doreen Forrester-Nembhard, one of the “Strong Women” who influenced my life keeps me going, encouraging me to continue my writing as one of my two sons will publish my WRITING. In order not to offend anyone, knowingly I will send them to my eighteen (18) Facebook Pages at to make their decisions about how I used the platforms I was given since I joined social media after coming back from my “Family Reunion” in 2009 to create the “Community Hub” providing a “Support Network” where others can find information about any subjects from “Cradle to Grave”. I was an INFLUENCER even if I say so myself, but the foundations were laid by my father IVAN SANDYMAN NEMBHARD who was a “Storyteller”. But my father’s experiences in his “Dysfunctional Family” led to him becoming the A-Z of “Human Capital” ensuring he passed down his KNOWLEDGE, VALUES and BELIEFS to those of his FAMILIES who were interested. I am positive dad’s teaching did not fall on deaf ears as ASHTER and RATTY developed the “Listening Ethos” when we followed in our father’s footsteps in “Promoting the Family Values” of putting family at the centre point of our lives and creating the legacies. In the words of Nelson Mandela “THE PURPOSE OF FREEDOM IS TO CREATE FOR OTHERS”. Little did I know how “Creating the Legacies” from the FOUNDATIONS laid my Papa and Ashter would save me from committing SUICIDE after the death of my mother.
Let me ask the participants, my family and my husband’s family to do the INVENTORY about Mervelee Myers is if it’s even from I arrived in the UK to make sense of why I must be proactive in ensuring my husband’s and my contributions are not wiped out of our history. Mr. Tomlinson who travelled from Jamaica in 1956 to come to the UK and established the DAVIS-TOMLINSON family here has been treated like the saying “No BLACKS, No Dogs, No IRISH”. One of Tom’s best friends is Jerry McGill who is like family to me since Tom and I got together. Tom’s solicitor was told in writing that “Mr. Tomlinson has a small illusion of one day becoming a property tycoon”. I would like the participant to look at the way Mervelee Myers has been treated by the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and the Crown Prosecution Service after the death of my mother.
My track record from I arrived in the UK on June 7, 1992, making contributions is documented. Therefore, the fact that HMCTS presiding over 2 miscarriages of justice must be considered for why Mervelee Myers was treated less favourably than an animal that I told LEYF Senior HR I would have been rescued if I was an animal at BIB when she visited me at the HOC Nursery on the 27 March 2015. Dates are important to my stories, and this is the date my brother BYRON died. I told Dilys Epton how I developed TRUAMAS and my life story of struggling. I even mentioned about the 2 dogs we had. Because my brother BYRON used to, and I adopted the HOLISTIC APPROACHES from the EXPERTS to add to the EARLY INTERVENTION STRATEGIES I used as a child to help me cope with dealing with PTSD. Nelson Mandela “I DEVELOPED SOME INNER STRENGTHS AND SOON FORGOT ABOUT MY DIFFICULTIES AND MY POVERTY, MY LONELINESS, AND FRUSTRATIONS”. As I am saying I have other issues to be sorted with FAMILIES and FRIENDS, but this is not the platform. Today we must focus on Tom and why he is TRAUMATISED. For those saying I must give up my Fight4justice campaign and come off Facebook, if I allowed them to use their “Coercive Control” I would be letting Tom down and giving in to the 29+ years of DISCRIMINATION I experienced in the UK.

It was Barrister Ryan Clement who groomed Winsome Duncan to find vulnerable BLACK people for them to SCAM that I was made a victim of HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment. If HMCTS did not preside over the second miscarriages of justice I would not be thrown in the company of Winsome Duncan to send the Metropolitan Police to SECTION me on the 30/10/2017. Living With Chronic Anxiety
1. I remember my life when I was a carefree little girl
Who moved from the location I was born to live at our own land?
The place was Ga-Ga Street that my brother ASHTER named Palmetto Close
The most abiding memory that stands out for me
Was running from where we live and falling at the entrance of the Street
Cutting my forehead open on the stone protruding from the ground
2. I am sure I got up went back home and have the scar as proof
I have concluded this was a chance to build my resilience
That was to see me survive one adversity after another
There were many challenges to follow
Which were part of the TRUAMAS I experienced
With each disaster I created I was helped to carry on
3. I learned to cook gathering stuff from the garden
But not knowing the laws of nature I suffered for my ignorance
And refuse to eat certain foods
There was the time dad had to cut the rings that were twisted off my finger
I have the scar to prove that too
4. With knowledge comes power, I must have been a clumsy child.
As far as I can recall I had a happy childhood as can be expected
Growing up with a loving family in a village that raised me.
5. Being an only girl, I was more than privilege to lavish
And accept the relationships with those in my family network
I enjoyed the things that were part of my transitional development

8. My Personal Challenges over the next 10+ years did not help
If a child lives with criticism it learns to condemn
I turned my anger unto my father’s God for allowing him to suffer
And stopped going to the Townhead Baptist Church where I did not feel I belong

Time Management
After speaking to the Manager from Housing For Women about the time I was expecting her to be punctual. Instead, she cruised up after 12.30 in her car. I was looking out the window and went out the door to see Ms Smith arriving. This tells me all I need to know about why H4W started treating me the way they did. But this Housing Officer is a joker, needing training.
Housing For Women Breached the Contract
Throughout the time since the allegations by Debbie Gilchrist and Samantha Gibbs, the staff are caught in lies from I asked Samantha Gibbs how long she worked with H4W.
The Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics
Because I recorded the conversations with H4W from the time Samantha Gibbs acted like the ignorant person s/he is I have evidence of the lies perpetuated by H4W. Everyone I spoken have issues with me asking how long they are employed by H4W.
H4W lied about the time the manager is/was working for them. I was told the manager was working with H4W for 2 months and was away on annual leave. They said she would be back on a certain date. I asked them to get her to call me. When I called on the date, of the expected return I was informed she will be back next day. I called the next day the idiot ignorant Jovanni said the manager was in a meeting. I asked to speak to Samantha Gibbs and was told that she was in the meeting with the manager. Imagine my amusement when Jovanni claim they were in the meeting because of me. As I said I started a Defensive Practice when dealing with H4W.
Housing For Women is Party to Institutional Discrimination of Mervelee Myers
I was called by H4W by Rent Officer Peju Awoye another ignorant employee who was recorded threatening me to send letter to take me to court and I would be EVICTED. Could H4W be responsible for the scammers calling me from the 1/6/2022? I have a Reference Number because I had to call the Police about the caller. The same person threatening me to come to their office or I will be taken to court. Imagine what has been happening since I did a SURVEY and was asked if I want H4W to discuss the matter with me. Next thing someone from H4W sneaked in to leave letters on the mats. I made sure posted my concerns so it’s visible to all and why did H4W not returned to enact the letters and act about the notice.
On the 13/12/2021 there was concerns raised and the Police was involved. H4W was NEGLIGENT in failing to safeguard me after Debbie Gilchrist broke the glass. The Police Officer accused me of locking Debbie Gilchrist out and claimed the breaking of the glass was not malicious. H4W started acting like the TERRORIST they have become because I raised concerns in the SURVEY. Since I gave H4W my keys cut their own to enter to do their work in the Communal Way I will put on record that H4W is working with persons UNKNOWN to target me. Did H4W send Hermione Cameron to my home with some plans to harm me and my husband?
The actions of H4W resulted in Debbie Gilchrist opening the letter of threats from Samantha Gibbs that she can withdraw my RIGHTS to having a MEETING. When I sent her a letter detailing why a meeting via the telephone could not address the matter. Like the letters left on the mats, Debbie Gilchrist opened the letter, and left it on the mat. She came in smashed the glass whilst her partner was inside. They stayed out their chatting whilst using cardboard to repair the damage.
The Police failed to show up and H4W continue to play the TERRORIST. So, who is responsible for the summons to court from Croydon Magistrates Court? After Peju Awoye called me with threats about sending me letter to go to court and I would be EVICTED.

How can any credible person come to my home to conduct a MEETING and not briefed herself about the other party who the ALLEGATIONS were made against? This person is in the job for a month. I called to speak to her, she could have at least spent half hour of her time brief herself. It is obvious this person came with one agenda. Reasons I have to record to maintain my DEFENSIVE PRACTICE.

From the MEETING today it is evident that Housing For Women has an AGENDA to get rid of MERVELEE MYERS by fair means or foul. Parkinson’s UK 2023 Annual General Meeting Saturday 14 October 2023, 10:00am Dear Mrs Myers, I am pleased to share with you papers and guidance notes for the charity’s 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to invite you to join in. Trustee elections 2023 We’re holding a ballot to elect two trustees in England and one trustee in Scotland. I would like to thank those who have come forward to serve the Parkinson’s community as trustees. We have a very good field of candidates standing and I would like to encourage those of you registered in either England or Scotland to vote. You will only be able to vote in those elections if you are in one of these two countries. Kyle Alexander stood unopposed for re-election in Northern Ireland and so has been elected as the Northern Ireland trustee from the end of the AGM on 14 October 2023. I would like to thank Kyle for his exemplary service to date and for agreeing to stand again. The deadline for voting in the ballots for the England and Scotland trustee positions is Thursday 12 October 2023 at 10:00am, and the results will be announced at the AGM. I look forward to welcoming the successful elected trustees to the board. For your information: re-appointment of Honorary Officers of the Board of Trustees From within the Board of Trustees, we select individuals to take on specific roles (honorary officers). In May 2023 the Trustees re-appointed me as Chair of the board, Matthew Durdy as Vice Chair and Katrina Green as Finance Trustee for further two year terms in these positions, beginning at the end of this year’s AGM. I am extremely proud to serve the charity and its members in this way and I know that Matthew and Katrina feel the same. Annual General Meeting (AGM) This year’s AGM is on Saturday 14 October 2023 and will be both in-person and virtual. As well as the AGM, the in-person event will feature Community Awards and community events. The community events will feature a community showcase event and a marketplace with demonstrations. Dance and movement, and research will all feature. The West Midlands team will be showcasing local community activities, and we are delighted that there will be a Movers and Shakers live event. This is an important day in the life of the charity, providing members with the chance to meet and interact across the Parkinson’s UK community, as well as to question the board on the charity’s activities. Virtual event 10:00am – 1:00pm (AGM and Community Awards only) In-person event 10:00am – 4:00pm (AGM, Community Awards and workshops) The in-person venue is the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, B40 1PP. We’ll have support available to make the meeting as accessible as possible. If you wish, you can pre-register at PUK AGM pre-registration. I would particularly like to recognise Peter Miller, who will retire from his role as elected trustee for England at this AGM. On behalf of the board, I’d like to extend our deep thanks to Peter for the considerable time and energy he has contributed to the life of charity during his term of office since 2019. Peter has been a driving force through his work on the board and I will miss his challenge and support. Changes to consider We’re proposing some amendments to the Articles of Association of the charity (the charity’s governing document) at this year’s AGM.
