I spoke to my Mama’s sister Ms Connie, the only Survivor in this photo! She was so full of beans, chatting away about life with me! I told her I am writing a tribute to her for all she has done for my Family & Mama in particular! Ms Connie told me “I am so glad when Joyo Mertie Bernard was born…” Being an only Girl & having a brother who was my Mama’s favourite makes it easier to understand where Ms Connie is coming from…? This doesn’t mean Joyo was the favourite, but because she is the 1 who is around Ms Connie 24/7 these days! Our Family go way back & Joy & I share lots in common especially been born a month + apart! Yes I am the elder & Joy has more or less taken on some of the Caring Roles like my Mama in the Community>>> So lets join hands & heart & cherish our Elderly Folks with All they can have, until they are no more! Long may Ms Connie continue to enjoy good health, even thou she said she is getting weak! XXX U Ms C!

OIA: I was taken off the Masters SEND course by Dean of School Richard Harty after he called me on 27/9/2021 threatening me. He claimed to do investigations, return my funding. But most appalling is I was targeted on campus on 5/10/2021 and have threatening emails from members of the UEL. On 21/10/2021 Police were sent to my home re a malicious report from the UEL. Because I was not at home the PC called my phone. I was at the Peckham HUB so have someone to verify my argument about the UEL discrimination.
 
The University using threats to get me to forget about their decision because of the ongoing discrimination with regards to my former employer. My former employer is responsible for getting me thrown out of the university. The Dean of School is responsible for the Men In Childcare they worked in partnership with.

How can I went through the procedures of enrolment to be kicked out by Richard Harty who returned my funding after claiming he did investigation. He has not send me the investigation report.
 
The University failed to send me the result from the investigation they claimed to have conducted. All I get are threats via emails from the Legal Representative Mary Mitchison and others.
At this stage the University was given time to make amends. My research will provide evidence about the discrimination which caused Richard Harty to panic and call me to threaten me.
