But the advent of COVID-19 turned my life upside down and I am still reeling from the impact of discrimination and the treatment of the Government Systems which make victim of vulnerable people. I must give thanks to the Supreme Being keeping me going. The involvement of the Team Dr Rajiv Patel resulting in treating my dental problems with Periodontal appointment with the Hygienist and additional treatment will help me to take back control of my life and am privilege saying how am regaining my confidence. I am getting support to keep the teeth I have left; I will only do more extractions as a last resort. I have had new denture made stopping the discomfort I was experiencing.
I can vouch for the service I received at Wytes. Sad to say I am taking my Fight4justice with my MAPS websites in the making to the University of East London and those involved with the systematic discrimination after the death of my MOTHER with DEMENTIA. Since I have been kicked out of the UEL by a Richard Harty who panicked and called my mobile on 27/9/2021 to threaten me. I will not let LEYF abusers make me feel ashamed of myself anymore as my new denture fits perfectly and the discomfort is gone.
I can eat my food and chew properly, but I must get treatment for the eating disorder I developed because of the continuing discrimination in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Wytes comes well recommended and writing reviews is part of my therapy. I am more than proud to contribute so anyone looking for dental practice will know that I am getting the best service at Wytes. We must give credit where it is due.
I must let it be known that I feel well looked after and given the best advice. Unlike recent happenings when I feel that the younger generations are not giving the older folks the respect and support, WE need. I can say unequivocally that I have been made to feel at ease by all with whom I come in contact with. But I must make mention of all members of WYTES TEAM, who are taking care of my needs and putting a SMILE on my FACE. I can recommend Wytes as the place you can get the best treatment.
In addition, I am naming Wyte’s Team who are looking out for my best interest in regaining control over my Dental Health. Congratulations!

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard did set out going back to my Early Intervention Strategies for EMINEMBHARDfamily SURVIVAL in 2020. After been in #lockdown the past 6 years because of LEYF Nurseries and their cohorts DISCRIMINATION. It’s right that I name www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk at this stage for the role the Judiciary Of England & Wales played in denying Merveleeconsultancy my RIGHTS not to be discriminated against. The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) Article 14 states that it is a basic entitlements for humans to enjoy their rights and freedoms without discrimination on any grounds.
Let Fight4justice bring to the attention of Boris Johnson who is a new father again my story about my Father’s struggles with www.parkinsons.org.uk that resulted in Childhood Traumas that affected My Mental Health Network until I was advised to seek CBT by Dr Laura Crawford of www.healthmanltd.com after LEYF Nurseries set out using my vulnerability of having DISABILITIES to ruin my LEYF Careers. This was done from the time I returned from burying my mother and lasted until I have to resign with a nervous breakdown. This was the second breakdown in a toxic work environment after experiencing bereavement and loss.
My biggest bugbear however, is with FACEBOOK that provided platforms for TROLLS to TARGET Affected by Cancer like Janet Beeput & Family & Friends Group. This started from 18/9/2015 when FB gave LEYF access to my account. Without Prejudice Merveleeconsultancy is of the opinion that NEIL KING was the Head of the Pedophile RING at LEYF. And I make no apologies after the Employment Tribunal presided over the second miscarriages of justice making me a VICTIM.
As a result Winsome Duncan and Ryan Clement set out to scam me and then sent POLICE to my home to SECTION me about malicious report of Townhead & Adjacent Districts Of Westmoreland Group writing on FB that I was feeling #suicidal. It was during a visit to my home by one of my former colleagues who the manager had told I graduated from The Open University and she asked for my help that I heard that LEYF was recruiting. Since my LEYF Careers that was ruined is in the Public Domain, I will leave this story here for now.

Its time for the UK Government to act.
In the past, we campaigned together for better regulation of cigarette packaging, and won. Today, on #WorldNoTobaccoDay, its time to come together again. It cant wait.
Tobacco may seem like an issue of the past. But around 6.6 million people in the UK still smoke, and most people who smoke want to quit but need access to support to do so.
Current funding to help people quit smoking is simply not enough. The number of local stop smoking services have declined primarily due to funding cuts since 2015, thats why were asking the government to substantially increase their funding across the UK nations.
Sign the petition.
With the upcoming budget in the Autumn, the UK Government can make this change. This funding doesnt need to come at the expense of the taxpayer. The tobacco industry makes hundreds of millions in UK profits off the number one cause of cancer it’s time they are made to pay up for the damage caused.
We want to see a future where people live longer lives and there are fewer cancers caused by smoking. A future with more grandparents cheering on at sports day. A future with more retirement parties. A future without the number one cause of cancer. But we cant get there without government action on tobacco.
Mervelee, we need you to stand with us, to show the Prime Minister how important this is.

This story only served to verify what I have concluded after undertaking studies to enhanced Personal Professional Development over the past years. When I was growing up in the West Indies, Great Britain was a BEACON of the levels of the Educational standards that Third World Societies tried to emulate, attain and achieve. Sadly because of the dog eat dog situations that exist in this Society today in my opinion everything is been dummed down to suit political correctness. Rheteoric and bureaucratic red tape hidden behind tokenism resulted in people with the knowledge, values and beliefs turning a blind eye to matters over which they may have otherwise taken a stance to bring about change. Therefore no one is going to challenge social injustices and inequalities that keep todays children condemned to a future where they are ignorant to what is happening around them and are unable to break that cycle of poverty.
I am of the belief that blind can’t lead blind and this is what is happening in today’s Great Britain. A person can only work with the resources at their disposals. Whatever one puts in that is what is going to come out and children today are being been cheated of the opportunity to make progress as everyone seem to be working from their own agenda instead of from a unified shared vision with the Unique child at the CENTRE. These are my own implicit and explicit thoughts about an article in a Daily Newspaper. 01.06.2011.

A post-mortem carried out following the death of Sarah Everard found the 33-year-old marketing executive died from compression of the neck, police have said.
Ms Everard went missing as she walked home from a friend’s house in Clapham, south London, on 3 March.

A 90-year-old black woman was handcuffed and had a spit hood placed over her head and a Taser pointed at her by the Metropolitan police.
The woman was reportedly left with cuts and bruises to her wrists and one of her arms after being restrained at her home in Peckham, south-east London, on 9 May.
She was handcuffed behind her back, had a mesh spit hood placed over her head and a Taser trained on her before she was taken to hospital without being arrested.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct is investigating the incident. One officer has been suspended and barred from using a Taser, while five others have been placed on restricted duties so they have no contact with the public.
The Met said officers were called to an address in SE15 on 9 May after reports of a disturbance between a woman and her carer.
A spokesperson said: “The Met officers attended and identified a 90-year-old lady, who was distressed. After officers attempted to engage with her, she was restrained using handcuffs and a spit hood applied after it was alleged one officer was spat at. The woman was then taken to hospital. She was not arrested.
“During the course of the incident, an officer issued a red-dot challenge with their Taser but did not discharge it.”
The IOPC launched an investigation on 17 May after the Met’s directorate of professional standards referred the case to the watchdog. A family member of the woman has been allowed to watch footage of what happened from the officers’ body-worn video cameras.
DCS Seb Adjei-Addoh, who is in charge of policing in the borough of Southwark, said the incident raised a number of questions.
“There are limits to what I am able to say in relation to this incident given it is now subject to an IOPC investigation. However, it is clear that this will have been a distressing experience for the lady involved and that the circumstances raise a number of questions that need to be answered,” he said.
“While I do not wish to pre-judge this process, officers know that they must be able to justify any use of force or restraint and we will expect that of the officers involved in this incident. They also know that we expect them to show compassion and to adjust their approach in real time according to the circumstances they are faced with.”
An IOPC spokesperson confirmed it was investigating and added: “We have also received a public complaint concerning the level of force that was used and the injuries it is alleged the woman sustained, including cuts and bruising on both her wrists and one arm. We have been in touch with the woman’s family to explain our role.”

Exceptional circumstances
I am carer who have mental and physical impairments for my 100 year old husband.
Thank you for speaking to me recently. I’m just writing to confirm some of the things we talked about and to send you our decision in writing.
Our Decision
I’m really sorry that you’ve raised the following things:-
You’ve asked why your allowed to visit Brixton Branch shortly after getting a warning letter from us.
You want to know what accounts both you and your husband hold with Nationwide.
The threat of closing your account is clear evidence that Nationwide intends to steal your money.
You’re not happy that your photo will be made public on your profile.
You want a written apology and compensation for everything that Nationwide has done to you.
However, I’m afraid I can’t agree that we’ve done anything wrong.
How did we reach our decision?
To reach this decision, I’ve read all the statements following your visit to our Brixton Branch. You wanted to make a bill payment for £5,000 over the counter but the system required additional ID. As you didn’t have this on you at the time the cashier tried to bypass the system, but at that stage you started shouting and yelling at the cashier and also swearing at other customers. Despite the cashier managing to get to the point of making the payment you continued to swear and shout and then left the branch. This left the cashier and other members of staff and customers shocked and upset.
Therefore we were correct in giving you the warning but this didn’t mean you couldn’t continue to visit branch it just means that if you were to act like this again we would look to close your accounts with us.
You’ve asked what accounts you hold jointly with your husband, I can confirm that these are; Flexaccount ending 5981; 1.40% 2yr FRB (A) ending 5839; 1% 2yr FRB (A) ending 0613;
If any of your accounts were to be closed we would write to let you know and give you information on how to do a SWITCH OUT to another account or send you a cheque for the balances that remain in your accounts when we close them. As we follow the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority we wouldn’t be allowed to steal anyone’s money.
An alert on your account is something that’s written on your account to tell staff that a warning has been given to you. It’s not a photo of any kind so it doesn’t breach any laws, legislations, codes of conduct or malpractices.
I’m sorry but we won’t be in a position to offer you compensation nor a written apology. Neither are we responsible for how you’ve been treated in the past by Barclays Bank, Santander, the Police Force or any other criminal cases you’ve raised.
The £100 Nationwide Fairer Share payment is not compensation towards your complaint but as a result of profits made by Nationwide during the last financial year. As a building society, and not a bank, we can do things a little differently, like share profits with our members. We’ve given members £100 as part of our ongoing commitment to you all. Members need a current account plus either a savings account or mortgage account to qualify for this payment. As you and your husband have both, this is why you’ve received this payment if you don’t wish to receive it please let us know.

If Nationwide chose to treat me like a TERRORIST from FALSE ALLEGATIONS, I hold those involved responsible

I am carer who have mental and physical impairments for my 100 year old husband.
Thank you for speaking to me recently. I’m just writing to confirm some of the things we talked about and to send you our decision in writing.
Our Decision
I’m really sorry that you’ve raised the following things:-
You’ve asked why your allowed to visit Brixton Branch shortly after getting a warning letter from us.
You want to know what accounts both you and your husband hold with Nationwide.
The threat of closing your account is clear evidence that Nationwide intends to steal your money.
You’re not happy that your photo will be made public on your profile.
You want a written apology and compensation for everything that Nationwide has done to you.
However, I’m afraid I can’t agree that we’ve done anything wrong.
How did we reach our decision?
To reach this decision, I’ve read all the statements following your visit to our Brixton Branch. You wanted to make a bill payment for £5,000 over the counter but the system required additional ID. As you didn’t have this on you at the time the cashier tried to bypass the system, but at that stage you started shouting and yelling at the cashier and also swearing at other customers. Despite the cashier managing to get to the point of making the payment you continued to swear and shout and then left the branch. This left the cashier and other members of staff and customers shocked and upset.
Therefore we were correct in giving you the warning but this didn’t mean you couldn’t continue to visit branch it just means that if you were to act like this again we would look to close your accounts with us.
You’ve asked what accounts you hold jointly with your husband, I can confirm that these are; Flexaccount ending 5981; 1.40% 2yr FRB (A) ending 5839; 1% 2yr FRB (A) ending 0613;
If any of your accounts were to be closed we would write to let you know and give you information on how to do a SWITCH OUT to another account or send you a cheque for the balances that remain in your accounts when we close them. As we follow the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority we wouldn’t be allowed to steal anyone’s money.
An alert on your account is something that’s written on your account to tell staff that a warning has been given to you. It’s not a photo of any kind so it doesn’t breach any laws, legislations, codes of conduct or malpractices.
I’m sorry but we won’t be in a position to offer you compensation nor a written apology. Neither are we responsible for how you’ve been treated in the past by Barclays Bank, Santander, the Police Force or any other criminal cases you’ve raised.
The £100 Nationwide Fairer Share payment is not compensation towards your complaint but as a result of profits made by Nationwide during the last financial year. As a building society, and not a bank, we can do things a little differently, like share profits with our members. We’ve given members £100 as part of our ongoing commitment to you all. Members need a current account plus either a savings account or mortgage account to qualify for this payment. As you and your husband have both, this is why you’ve received this payment if you don’t wish to receive it please let us know.

Thanks for the prompts and I am glad that you can identify the danger of myself and husband. I will answer the questions and add additional information that is relevant.
The Door Glass.
The door glass was broken on the night after 12:00 going into Saturday. But this information must be taken into consideration. When I get in on Friday there was a letter on my mat from H4W that was opened. The person did not even tried to reseal the envelope. I showed the letter to my husband.
Here is the paragraph from the letter dated 16/05/22 that I think gave my neighbour the rights to break the glass. Please note that should you conduct H4W and conduct yourself in the above manner again, I will have no choice but to withdraw my telephone meeting request with you which will mean you will not have the right to reply regarding the allegations made against you. When this letter was written, Samantha Gibbs should have signed for a letter explaining why I did not agree for a telephone meeting.
Who Broke the Glass?
The glass was broken by my neighbour Debbie Gilchrist. How do I know? Her partner was indoors so this was a malicious act based on the letter that was opened and left on my mat. I recorded grumblings when Ms Gilchrist and her partner were outside taping up the broken door.
This is not the first time Ms Gilchrist had broken the glass and I was only aware the glass was broken after the length of time the person was outside making a commotion. The Police who came passed the person who smashed the glass, come to my home to make excuses, claiming I locked my neighbour out, so her breaking the glass was not malicious. When I tried to explain, I was accused of SHOUTING and the Police threatened to leave which he did. I have my Defensive Practice to back up my stories. I did not know who was outside and because of attempts to SECTION me because of a malicious report in 2017, I was cautious. On the 30/11/2020 Police came to my home under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to carry out their acts. I was assaulted, handcuffed, taken partially clothe to the Walworth Police Station. I was denied access to the toilet and am positive I was provoked and when I raised concerns about the handcuffs digging into my flesh. I was tricked to bend over to slacken the handcuffs. The handcuffs were not slacken, but when I turned round the PCs who gathered when I was provoked, have cameras in their hands. I have the DECISION from MOPAC to verify that the Police and IOPC are involved in the plots to get rid of me.
My Stepson.
I started having suspension about my stepson and I am on my guard. When Ms Gilchrist cut the garden for the 4th time, he promised to come and have a word with her. When he visited he did not have any word with her. He advised me to make bullet points about what happened and he will do the rest. I did not hear anything from him and I know doing what he advised was pointless. His reactions only prove what I was suspecting. But I am not bothered about him. I think I make him realise he don’t want me to exert my power. I am just disappointed that he is accusing me of “Elder Abuse” saying he will force entry.
Someone Else.
There have been attempts by Police to force my door on 21/10/2021 after the UEL reported I said I was feeling SUICIDAL when they were forcing me off campus on the 5/10/2021. Why did they wait until 21/10/2021 to send the Police. My neighbour saw the 2 PCs and thought something was wrong with my husband. I was at Peckham Women’s Space meeting Jillian McTaggart after I was made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. PC Conway called my mobile and I handed to the person in charge. During that time I have email correspondence between UEL staff that are threats.
I am concerned about the fact after H4W conducted a SURVEY and asked if I would like to speak to H4W. Someone sneaked in to leave 2 letters on my mat.
Housing for Women Discrimination
From I moved here Debbie Gilchrist discriminated against me and my husband threatened. I always asked H4W to keep my concerns on record.
The first time the glass was broken 13/12/2021, I got up phone H4W and the person I spoken to was so helpful. She called me after when she realised how dangerous the situation was. The door was left on the latch and she was so drunk, she tried to use cardboard but did not do it. H4W took almost a week to board up the door. I was fearful, because anyone could put their hand in and open the door. I was accused by the Police of locking her out, so her actions were not malicious. When I tried to reason with her, she threatened me.
The second time I reported the matter to the Police and H4W. They were going to send out to board it up but I wanted the Police to see it first.
When I called the Police I got an Officer giving me attitudes, until I read him the Rules of Law and Charter of Rights 12 Codes. I was here waiting for the Police and called again, this time the PC was making excuses about calling my house phone. To date no Police Officer visited my home about the incident.
That’s why I was surprised when Samantha Gibbs called me on the 23rd claiming she did not get my letter that I registered to be delivered next day and signed for.
My concerns are numerous, but when will my neighbour decide to break my window to come in and harm me.
I was assaulted by my husband, so I called the Police to safeguard both of us. I get H4W because of “Domestic Violence”. Am lucky to be alive, so to be treated like this by HMCTS and CJS and CPS and H4W is beyond me.
I pride myself on being a good writer.

Evaluation: I will once more reiterate that GOD take me out of the slavery in 2 toxic workplaces in the UK, to bring me to find my #purpose. Only this morning and I was reflecting, and my friend Chester Pinder call to say he’s been trying to get me and concerned.

Our Decision
I’m really sorry that you’ve raised the following things:-
You’ve asked why your allowed to visit Brixton Branch shortly after getting a warning letter from us.
You want to know what accounts both you and your husband hold with Nationwide.
The threat of closing your account is clear evidence that Nationwide intends to steal your money.
You’re not happy that your photo will be made public on your profile.
You want a written apology and compensation for everything that Nationwide has done to you.
However, I’m afraid I can’t agree that we’ve done anything wrong.
How did we reach our decision?
To reach this decision, I’ve read all the statements following your visit to our Brixton Branch. You wanted to make a bill payment for £5,000 over the counter but the system required additional ID. As you didn’t have this on you at the time the cashier tried to bypass the system, but at that stage you started shouting and yelling at the cashier and also swearing at other customers. Despite the cashier managing to get to the point of making the payment you continued to swear and shout and then left the branch. This left the cashier and other members of staff and customers shocked and upset.
Therefore we were correct in giving you the warning but this didn’t mean you couldn’t continue to visit branch it just means that if you were to act like this again we would look to close your accounts with us.
You’ve asked what accounts you hold jointly with your husband, I can confirm that these are; Flexaccount ending 5981; 1.40% 2yr FRB (A) ending 5839; 1% 2yr FRB (A) ending 0613;
If any of your accounts were to be closed we would write to let you know and give you information on how to do a SWITCH OUT to another account or send you a cheque for the balances that remain in your accounts when we close them. As we follow the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority we wouldn’t be allowed to steal anyone’s money.
An alert on your account is something that’s written on your account to tell staff that a warning has been given to you. It’s not a photo of any kind so it doesn’t breach any laws, legislations, codes of conduct or malpractices.
I’m sorry but we won’t be in a position to offer you compensation nor a written apology. Neither are we responsible for how you’ve been treated in the past by Barclays Bank, Santander, the Police Force or any other criminal cases you’ve raised.
The £100 Nationwide Fairer Share payment is not compensation towards your complaint but as a result of profits made by Nationwide during the last financial year. As a building society, and not a bank, we can do things a little differently, like share profits with our members. We’ve given members £100 as part of our ongoing commitment to you all. Members need a current account plus either a savings account or mortgage account to qualify for this payment. As you and your husband have both, this is why you’ve received this payment if you don’t wish to receive it please let us know.

Remember I tell the Ofsted Inspector it takes me less than half an hour to walk to work. She asked how much time it would take if I run? Probably about the same time!

I am gearing up for my annual Cancer Research UK Race for Life later. I was wondering if I could make it after the last 2 days. But I leave some things in GOD capable hands to decide. I am not any way the worse for wear.

Was I actually having a verbal & physical fight with Satan’s Army this morning b4 day? Yes I was! But I could see all my Loved Ones standing on the sidelines spurring me to go on… So I will reiterate with “Do I know the Name of the Father, the Son, the Blessed 3 in 1? Yes I do & I was brought up that way by my PARENTS. But at the same time none of my PARENTS took crap from anyone.
That meant if they had to go it alone, they would. If they had to speak the Truth no matter who got Offended, they would.

So I was doing a little tidying up in my Palace yesterday 4 the work men to come in! Low & behold I found the cover 4 my J’adore in another bag with Toiletries… I am still trying to work out how it got there? Guess sum things will remain a Mystery!
Language Barriers: I have heard it all since I have been living in the UK>>> Sum will use any excuse to cover up their F&SC… So they jump the gun & say something totally inappropriate… Then when U challenged them they cum up with English is not their 1st language, etc, etc…! I was more than shocked 2day when I heard the word VIOLENT used totally outside of context! At least I refused to hide behind any1 or make excuses & just tell it like it is? Suh if sumady step pon me toes widout a cause me either a guh push dem off or gi dem di length a mi tongue & sumtimes I chat fus & tink bout what I say artawud!
On the bus going to di MP dis morn>>> Pregnant lady about to pop came on! Can U believe no 1 offered her a seat, so me with my fast self looking around with wonderment on my face. Our eyes make 4 & PL smiled! Guess she must have known what I was thinking? Only 1 of 4 persons in the seats near to her were elderly looking… Felt the urge to ask some 1 to offer her a seat, but didn’t bother! Don’t wish 4 any 1, 2 MISS-CON-TRUED my concerns 4 this PL? So I went on my way rejoicing, but I am dreading the Society that we are living as every 1 only think about ME, MYSELF & I!
