I’m sorry that you remain unhappy with my response. However, we’ve reviewed your complaint and believe the outcome given was fair. Please see below:-
You say that I abruptly ended our call. At 10 minutes into the call it’s clear that you made another call and a lady answered and said to you, “yes, please I’m listening to you”. When I asked who this was you said you cared for your 100 year old husband and refused to say who the lady was. As we were discussing personal matters I told you I wasn’t prepared to carry on with the call and politely ended it, which was the correct thing to do.
You feel dissatisfied with the outcome of my investigation and lack of professionalism and communication. I can’t agree that this is the case, as I’ve answered all your concerns in my final response email, having read all the statements provided when you gave you your warning.
I’ve failed to call back, sorry but I’ve been on annual leave starting 23 May returning today 31 May 2023, so this is the first chance I’ve had to respond to you.

Tribute to My MOTHER who FATHERED US – 1946 – 2014
When our FATHER was struck down with debilitating illnesses in his early 50’s, Mum was in her late 40’s. And from thence she had to take on the dual role of Mother and Father to her 8 children which was not an easy task for the faint hearted. Mum carried out her roles and responsibilities being accountable for bringing up her children in the correct ways by which she was raised by her parents, and carried on where our Father left off. As the years past and dad’s illness deteriorated to the point when he was made redundant from his job as a Common Labourer, Mum took on the role of main breadwinner. This meant that Mum had to go out and work to bring home the bacon, putting food on the table, clothes on our backs and ensuring the younger children were privileged to be afforded formal educational statuses.
In later years she had to take on additional roles and responsibilities of informal carer for her husband and mother. When dad took sick initially I could not be more than about 14 years old, because I recalled the year I started Secondary School when dad was still fit enough to work and he worked throughout his sickness before being made redundant. I guess as a family we must have had about 10 years of good life with dad in GaGa Street before he was struck down with his illnesses. So although my most vivid memories existed from when we moved to GaGa Street at the ripe old age of 4, my most abiding memory from my early teens was having a sick dad. The memory I have of dad from 1963 was that of the proverbial Husband & Father responsible and accountable for taking care of his family.
10 years later by the time I was in Secondary School, dad’s health began to fail big times. Mum had no other alternatives than to take on the roles and responsibilities of being our Mother and Father to her 8 children. So in addition to being the Mother who stayed at home mostly to take care of the home environment, she had to take on dad’s roles. This meant that Mum had to go out to work to bring home the bacon, planting the ground provisions to supplement the family income and taking care of 2 sick people. Although by this time some of the children were grown up, gone on their own so Mum was not responsible for their up keep. However with the exacerbations of dad’s conditions, Mum was put under increasing pressure. This resulted from the fact that gran, Mum’s Mother took sick not long after the brutal murder of mum’s brother Terah.
Dad was bedridden after my 1st child was born and then gran took sick, so Mum’s responsibilities increased 3 folds. Mum had to carry on with the roles she had previously undertaken along with being informal carer for her sick husband and mother who were both infirmed. Despite the stresses and strains linked to the enormous tasks in front of her Mum was determined that her youngest child would get a High School education. So although Mum got Widow’s Pension after Dad’s death, she had to keep on working as this was not enough to educate her child in High School. Mum always delivered as God gave her the strength and resilience to overcome all the adversities which confronted her.
As an ambitious woman who wanted only the best for her family and her and youngest child in particular. She always travelled the extra miles to accomplish her goals in life. From the age of 45 she worked her fingers to the bones, tightened her belt and made sacrifices so her 8 children and the grand children could have something to look forward to in life after her husband could no longer provide for her. So on Father’s Day 2014 I salute my Mama for the invaluable role she played being our Mum & Dad when the going got rough. At no stage did she shirk her responsibilities and I am more than grateful for that. I was blessed with 2 exceptional Parents as MOTHER & FATHER and now that neither of them are no longer with Us no one will be able to fill the void. Good rest their souls on this Father’s Day I pray!

So now I am able to keep calm under duress! I had to bail out 7 of this so my House don’t get flooded earlier? Looking forward to the rest of Father’s Day?

I was up until late doing what I have to do… Get up early this morning to the news about Manchester, United Kingdom. I am just so sad about the senseless killings. I am left to wonder what kind of world are we living in?
The past experiences that affected my life since I returned from burying my #MOTHER and transferred to BIB, HOC and New Cross LEYF Nurseries23rd July 2014, have taken their tolls on me.
I struggled with the #MentalHealthIssues that were exacerbated and triggered to challenge the social injustices and inequalities existing in societies. I took my former employers to the Employment Tribunal, despite knowing that the cards were stacked against me.
This is my second appearance, first it was with King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, at the ET Courts and representing myself. Why, because on both ocassions the unions sell me out.
So shame on UNISON and Voice: the union for education professionals for their unprofessional conducts. In due course I will be making sure all of those in the systems and establishments are reported for the roles they play in my Mental Health-MeltDown.
There were London Borough of Southwark SEND Section, Local Safeguarding Board, Ofsted done nothing when concerns were raised because I did not have a status. But I was studying with the The Open University.
My GP because he worked for the NHS could not give me a Medical Report despite my documenting of my Medical History and prescribed VALIUM before coming to the United Kingdom. He gave me a diagnosis of Chronic Anxiety on the 18th July 2006 to do my exam for Health & Social Care, because I did not have a diagnosis of Parkinson’s.
Capsticks, Wimbledon have 3 Legal Representatives in Court on the day and in the end the matter was cooked up.
I can still recall the Judge saying, “She Can’t Even Open Her File”, because I was always a #BundleofNerves, but I concealed this part of me well by knowing the #Triggers for my Disabilities.
The rest of my story is history, however counselling at the Maudsley Hospital, helped me to cope much better. I missed out on what most people take for granted in their lives. But I have never complained outright, except blaming my FATHER for getting sick and leaving me alone. Then I turned on my Father’s GOD that should have protected Papa from 10+ years of suffering. Is it any wonder I experienced #PostTraumaticStressDisorder for all these years? Now some idiots are setting out to push me over the edge again, but they won’t get away with it.
That’s why I refused to give up on myself to coin a phrase from my #1Son Mr Kevin Murray on Mother’s Day. I know without a doubt both my sons are my Protectors as stated by my #2Son Mr Valdin Legister, in his message.
That is why despite what the naysayers and trolls are doing to derail my progress back to some levels of recovery, I will not let them get away. I have come this far with the support from my loyal family, friends and well wishers who have afforded me the comfort of providing me with the #SupportNetworkto help me through the darkest days of my life so far.
Therefore each day I wake up I give thanks to GOD, the same God that I questioned about why me?

So, what am I to expect? A PRICE on my Head when I return? I invested in my son when he was been threatened in Westmoreland. I was not working; I take my husband’s money when he was ABANODONED. Yes I am amongst the statistics in my role as a Carer getting paid to care for my husband from the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP under the Universal Credit. I am no stranger to caring as I have carried out the roles of informal and formal carer from the time of my youth.I can say without a doubt that I have been an informal carer from the time my youngest sibling Ervin Nembhard was born on the 11th November 1966. This continue into the time when my Father was struck down with Parkinson’s disease before he was 50 years old. I became a Mother during my teenage years, until the time my Father and Grandma died a month of each other in February to March 1980. I worked as a Teaching Assistant as part of the National Youth Service. Then I worked as a Basic School Teacher preparing children for transitions to Primary School.Arriving in the United Kingdom June 1992, I worked with Cleaning Contractors before doing a Care Assistant Course. But because when I’d done the practical for obtaining the qualification certificates at a Local Care Setting, it brought back memories of my experiences, I went back to doing cleaning. That was until I was drawn to my calling when I worked at the #BBC in Shepherd’s Bush. I was cleaning the children’s toilets when I realise that the Workplace Nursery was offering the same kind of service like what I’d done as a Basic School Teacher.During a loll when the Contract was in the process of been changed, I made the decision that was to change my life forever. I decided to enrol for College to gain qualifications to change my job prospects. I was never privileged to be a Graduate before and that’s what I became after two years studying at Lambeth College. Since my stories are already documented on Google, let me get on with my reflections on the role of being a Carer.I am reflecting on the life of my Mother because she was an Informal Carer for most of her life from she was a Young Lady. She cared for her Father who had Stomach Cancer Awareness. During the time when she was caring for her Father, she lost her other Daughter to Epilepsy -Fits. She had a baby who was poorly and at the same time she was pregnant with her fifth child. Years later her husband was struck down with Parkinson before the age of fifty years old and was sick for the next ten (10+) years.Shock horrors of horrors mum’s brother was brutally murdered because of his work and her mother take her son’s death to heart and did not come out of her house after the funeral of her son. She succumbed to another Stroke leaving her dependent on her daughter to care for her. So mum was left caring for her husband and her mother until they died a month of each other. I am forced to examine my own life circumstances because of my experiences in two workplaces after experiencing Bereavement. The first time was when I lost my breda to Colon Cancer during the time I was finishing my studies with the The The Open University.I was tagged, labelled, stereotyped, marginalised and left feeling that I had changed into a monster. The trouble is, I could not recognise that person they were saying I had become. So I self-referred to Occupational Health working in the NHS. I was passed fit to go back to work, but by this time I had set myself up as a target for challenging social injustices and inequalities – Discrimination. When no one take heed of my concerns I decided to stand up for what I believed in and take my case to the Employment Tribunal. But I ended up the loser and the impacts that triggered the Chronic Anxiety into full blown Mental Health Issues worsen later.Because I was punished by the #establishments and the #systems for taking a stance. I could not get a job despite applying for and attending interviews. I was eventually interviewed by Dr Maria Hudson – University of Essex https://www.essex.ac.uk. The Research Paper: The Experience of Discrimination on Multiple Grounds for the Policy Studies Institute, University of Westminster was done on behalf of: Acas Research & Evaluation Programme – Publications: http://www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers.Although I remembered the interview with Dr Maria Hudson, I am not aware that this evidence of my ordeals was out in the Public Domain until I decided to do research for my first book about MQ: Transforming mental health and I am gobsmacked. I must credit Jtfoxx for empowering me to become aware about the Intellectual Properties I have out in Cyberspace because I signed up for a free training. I have since attended Gerry Robert and meet Pa Joof at a Tony Robbins free training. It is a forgone conclusion that “Stigma is attached to Mental Health…”. “Black Caribbean women were/are labelled as aggressive…” according to (Dr M, Hudson, 2012) in the research she carried on for ACAS on behalf of the Policy Studies Institute. Claimant interviews: A #NurseryNurse in Public Sector. Claimant’s interviews were conducted face-to-face and lasted up to 90 minutes (in one case 2 hours – Page 9).That’s why I refuse to jump on bandwagons when it comes to the bureaucratic red tape and rhetoric attached to certain Mental Health campaigns like the Daily Express, or any other platforms. But you know what my biggest bug bear is, nothing was done to implement any of the recommendations coming out of the Research Paper. So I was left to defend myself from predators like UNISON, London Borough of Southwark SEND Section, the #LSB, and Capsticks, Wimbledon. This have resulted in my RACISM Claim being strike out after it was sent back for reviews, because the powers that be refuse to act when concerns are raised.Now my next project is to go do my research about some of these professionals who think they are above the Rules of Law and taking one lay person like me for an idiot.Conclusion: Anyone no matter who can be affected by Disease or Mental Health Conditions. I am taking a stanch for my knowledge, values and beliefs with my Fight4justice campaign as an advocate. I faced discrimination in two workplaces over a period from 2003-2008 and 2009-2015.
I spent the next time from I was forced to resign from my job on the 27th September 2015 fighting the #establishments and the #systems to clear my name, and get back to my healthy lifestyle. Despite suffering with Mental Health Issues from childhood, I was in control and managed my Disabilities.
That’s until they were triggered and exacerbated in 2004 when I was defrauded of my money and the Banking Institutions coluded to brand me a FRAUDSTER. So I get published in the South London Press, when no other media wanted to help me tell my story. Then I take the bank to the Financial Ombudsman Service for compensation and stood up to the bullies.
In 2008 when I was finishing up my studies at the The Open University, I was hit with a number of experiences starting with the sudden death of my brother from Colon Cancer at the age of only 56 years old. I had previously had a Cancer Scare, so that pushed me over the edge. But then I was accused of all manner of evils in the workplace, that I began to question my Sanity, I have a history of Mental Health Issues in my family.
But I did not recovery from the grief of the tragedy that caused my breda to commit a Criminal Act and go sit in the Church waiting for the Police to take him. He died in Prison on his own without seeing his family. So before I went and do anything that I could regret, I self-referred to the Occupational Health at King’s College Hospital. The rest of my story is history. But doing my research I realised I have been exonerated, as I told Dr Maria Hudson from the Policy Studies Institute in 2010.

Then when I pose threats to their incompetence, they make allegations to ruin my life. That’s why I have taken the two former employers to the Employment Tribunal even when I am a lay person. The first time they get away, but this time I am waiting on the outcome as I know I put in the hard work and empowered myself to show up Criminal Minded Psychopath.
Anyone can chose to treat me like an idiot at their perils. That’s why I keep the copyrights to all my work now. Therefore when LEYF Nurseries get Facebook to block me, I am getting everything on my USB over time. When LinkedIn decided to exclude me from the Nursery World Magazine Forum, and the editor #LizRoberts delete my comments without finding out my arguements for posting them, I will act.
When Voice: the union for education professionals can still be taking my money that I am working at BIB, I will be going after the thieves. When Advising London can tell me I don’t have a case, I will be even more determined. When Community Playthings UK can change to aid and abet LEYF with the discrimination, I am going after my intellectual properties.
When HCT learning centre, Resources for Autism, London Borough of Southwark SEND Section can continue with the discrimination they colluded with to trigger my Mental Health in 2008, I will get them.
As for the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP that conspire to leave me homeless and causing my RACISM Claim not to be accepted, I am planning for them. As for the HMRC that claim they did not know about me, yet breached the Human Rights Act 1998 and Data Protection Act 1998 by doing what #LEYF done, I will decide my next moves.
As for the trolls and naysayers, don’t worry, I have them all covered under the blood of JESUS. Notice I hardly CUSS BAD WUDS again. Meet Anthony Beckford!
Anthony’s motto has always been, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts,” and this attitude has made the difference for Anthony’s success as a leader at Manning’s School. As a member of the 4H club, the Debate Club, and the Math, Science, and Tourism Action Club, he has an impressive list of curricula. He was also the vice president of the Inter-School Christian Fellowship, as well as president of the Performing Arts Society, Peer Counselling Society, Student Council, and a youth councilor of Northern Savanna La Mar.
Anthony will be attending the University of the West Indies, where he will be pursuing a degree in medicine. He one day hopes to become a medical doctor to significantly improve indiscriminate healthcare across the world.

I am getting myself ready for the visit to fit in with the date that is most convenient for you.
I am preparing some songs, poems, and stories from the Caribbean to get everyone involved in the day’s activities. Then we can round off with music and some dancing. I wouldn’t say I am verse in doing all the new dances that are more suited to the younger generations like the Ney-Ney. But I am still prepared to do what I can in the spirit of the moment.
We’d like to introduce Keeno-Lee James!
Keeno-Lee is no stranger to academic excellence and perseverance while studying at Manning’s School. As an active member of the Key Club, Quiz Club, Junior Debating Society, Peer Counseling Society, Student Council, and a senior prefect and the school’s deputy head boy, he has taken on numerous leadership roles while developing a love for volunteering and advocacy. On top of his impressive lists of activities, Keeno-Lee has also received awards from Key Club Jamaica District and Key Club International as a distinguished secretary and president, distinguished national senior advisor, and most recently distinguished lieutenant governor of excellence where he was responsible for the schools in the parishes of Westmoreland, St. Elizabeth, and Manchester.
Keeno-Lee will be attending Mico University in Kingston, Jamaica where he will be studying for his Bachelor of Science degree in guidance and counseling.

I am getting myself ready for the visit to fit in with the date that is most convenient for you.
I am preparing some songs, poems, and stories from the Caribbean to get everyone involved in the day’s activities. Then we can round off with music and some dancing. I wouldn’t say I am verse in doing all the new dances that are more suited to the younger generations like the Ney-Ney. But I am still prepared to do what I can in the spirit of the moment.
I will come prepared to do cooking that is simple and easy to fit in with the allocated time frame. I will bring the saltfish, ackee and plantains. Of course, you can get self-rising flour for frying, the cooking oil, onions, sweet peppers and tomatoes. Of course, I will bring some spices.
I will come dressed in my Traditional outfit and bring along some artefacts. I am so looking forward to the day.
However I would like the School permission to video some or all of the activities we do…? That is so I can document evidence of my abilities to do presentations as part of my Continuing Personal Professional Development Plan. I am looking for innovative ways to earn money as I am not in paid employment at the moment.
As I have said I will make the arrangements from my end. All I need for you to say that the last Wednesday in October 2016 is the best options.

To Whom It May Concern
This is to once again give due notice to Connex-Education and their subsidiary to refrain from sending emails to me about noreply@connex-education… Since I contacted Connex-Education before via emails about taking me off their mailing list and no one is taking notice, I am exercising my rights to have this done in the next two weeks or I will be seeking Legal Advice.
From I registered with Connex-Education I have been asked to write reports about the reasons for the Reference written by Senior Human Resources Dilys Epton from London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) that I complied with. Connex-Education in choosing to not respect my wishes to be removed from their mailing list is breaching my Human Rights and the Data Protection Act 1998 by exacerbating and triggering my disabilities of CHRONIC ANXIETY and DEPRESSION. Connex-Education do not think I am professional enough to be sent on jobs, but they can ask me to refer people to them to get jobs.
If Connex-Education do not desist from sending me emails that are repetitive for non-existent jobs, then I will be taking further actions and putting them in the Public Domain as conspiring and colluding with (LEYF) to keep me out of work.
Once more please accept my apologies for thinking that Connex-Education is a reputable and professional organisation, but no they are in cohorts with (LEYF) to discriminate against me indirectly.
Thanks for taking note of my concerns and the way l am been affected by the continuing emails that don’t give me any chance of getting a job.

Connex-Education done nothing since the last time I was at your office with the dictates I was given. Has given my informed consent to Mervelee Myers of Alma Grove permission to document the stories about my teapots. These antiques are my personal possessions, which I have been collecting over the years. I invited Mervelee in my home to view my teapots. I have given my consent for her to publicise the stories she is documenting about them on social media platforms.
I have known Mervelee since she moved to my neighbourhood in 2000. We have been part of a close knit community in Bermondsey consisting of people from diverse multicultural backgrounds and ethnicity.

Transfers: (1) From Fitzrovia Community Nursery – Luton Street Community Nursery – April 2010 – July 2014.
Reasons: Manager took my enthusiasm for sharing my knowledge in the Role of SENCO she appointed me to as threats to her own lack of knowledge after the Early Years Teacher decided to empower me sharing knowledge and expertise to do the job. Because I challenged the unfair treatments not to be harassed, bullied and intimidated when carrying out my job, I was targeted, labelled and victimised. However I worked as a professional collaboratively from a shared vision (see former colleagues reference – Patricia Sessions – appendix 1).
Transfer: (2) From Luton Street Community Nursery – Bird In Bush: Spent the better part of my time working with LEYF at Luton Street Community Nursery – April 2010 – July 2014. I have 2 folders of evidence of my work that can be seen if necessary to prove my contributions of fulfilling the Job Description for the CONTRACT I signed in 2009. (Relevant copies of evidence of contributions – April 2009 – July 2014 – appendix 2).
Waiting for Transfer:
I applied for transfer for years when HOC first opened and requests sent out for practitioners to apply. I thought I was accepted when I was visited by 2 Persons in authority at Luton Street Community Nursery. HR Dilys Epton & Area Manager Maria Freeman only visited to question why I’d applied for a transfer. I thought it was clear why I’d applied in my application as the notice was there for anyone who wished to do so. My application was not accepted and I leaned from prior experiences at Fitzrovia, when Maria Freeman was involved to be weary of getting on the wrong side of her. I was warned about how she operated and had personal experiences after that as lots of negative things were said about me because I was not their cronies.
At this time I did not know Dilys, but things go round at LEYF like Chinese Whispers. With no other choice, I carried on working at LSCN after applying for numerous jobs and had to come to terms with the rejections that I would never get another job because I’d challenged inappropriate practices as I was taught to do at College/University. I covered in HOC and realised I could not have managed with my health conditions anyway. So when I was literally been forced to take up a post there after I’d applied again for transfer closer to home, I declined the offer.
Transfer: (3) Bird in Bush Nursery From 23.07.2014 – 17.03.2015 – House of Commons. I applied for Brixton when I heard it was taken over by LEYF, but got news of a setting that was even closer to home that was taken over – BIB. I was happy when I was eventually transferred there. I joined the BIB team bringing along my enthusiasm and ethos I’d been empowered with as a long time LEYF employee with years of dedicated services to an organisation I considered a beacon, despite the few flaws. Because no matter where anyone venture in life, they will never ever find the ideal anything – personal or professional situation! Once I done my best working collaboratively from a shared vision to help BIB get a good OFSTED, my troubles started after.
To be exact it was October 2014 when the problems started at BIB because I was eating a banana to enable me from getting sick so I could carry out my normal day-to-day activities. (See Long Service Award – appendix 3). Matters were left to escalate out of control to the point where I became sick and was fearing for my sanity and life in general (see letter/email to Dilys – appendix 4). Because I then take a stance not to be gagged and Discriminated against whilst they tried to gather false evidence to SACK me from the job I’d done. I faced further Direct Discriminations and the entire LEYF organisation colluded and were in cohorts. But I only learnt about this later.
False Allegations to blacken my name & ruin my character:
Staff at BIB were aided and abetted by Central Office staff to Directly Discriminate against me, so they tried every Policy & Procedures in the CONTRACT to get me SACKED on the request of colleagues at BIB & CO staff who decided they wanted me out by fair or foul means. So they made up false allegations on Thursday, sent it to CO and by Friday they carried out a so-called investigation. Because I asked for them to remove the gag (see appendix 4) and to carry out an investigation, I was shipped out the Monday to HOC. I faced further Direct Discriminations because the area Manager Hilda Miller gave them directions how to treat me unfairly.
House of Commons:
They claimed in their investigations they had concerns about me, yet they sent me where staff has to be vetted to work. While they have their so called concerns CO big wigs were visiting BIB (see CEO’s letters November 2014 & January 2015 – appendix 5) yet I was not informed about these concerns. They were not flagged and anything done about them until I received the Disciplinary Letter. Of course this was after I was sent home to rest from my ordeals with pay and I went to the door the next day to find the letter summoning me to the Disciplinary. My Union advised me to find out the grounds under which I was sent home and learned that it was a Medical Suspension.
Dilys tried to trick me into signing an agreement over the telephone and told me when she visited me at HOC she wasn’t trying to set me up, but that’s exactly what she was doing (see letter re HOC visit – appendix 6). To cut a long story short, I had a Union Rep who supported me at the Disciplinary Hearing and brought out some discrepancies. He disappeared off the face of the earth since after promising he could get me a PACKAGE if I didn’t feel up to working with LEYF again. The Union solicitor then turned against me advising me not to appeal the Disciplinary Outcome, but I did. She claimed the employers did not have to prove I’d done anything wrong because it is in the CONTRACT I signed. When I asked her to put what she told me in writing, needless to say she LIED.
Transfer: (4) New Cross Community Nursery 2nd June 2015 – 28th September 2015
I am currently at loggerheads with LEYF and the Union and I won’t let them get away with what they’ve done to me and countless others. I was passed fit to go back to work, yet LEYF continued with the charade to try to get me out by fair means or foul. Because of my situation, I gave up my RIGHTS and tried to provide for my basic needs under challenging circumstances. But LEYF carried on with the Direct Discrimination and the Union turned a blind eye and offered no support. LEYF threw everything at me to get me to quit, but because by this time I was on the waiting lists for counselling I was concerned that no other employee would give me the chance to get myself back together after the way LEYF treated me causing me to suffer from ill health.
However I reached the end of my tether when LEYF refused to renew my GRB/DBS despite giving them prior warnings on my return to work on 02.06.2015 that it was running out. I was treated like a paedophile and criminal which further affected my mental health issues that I was awaiting counselling on. However I still decided to give up my Rights and see the difficult situations out. Luckily I started making contingency plans and asked one of Connex-Education Supply Staff to give me the contact information for her agency. I refused to accept the Disciplinary Outcome because the Occupational Health doctor had put Reasonable Adjustments in place.
I put in a Grievance against BIB and a Grievance for the Reasonable Adjustments to be put in place. But like everything LEYF used delaying tactics, pushed my concerns under the mat and carried on with the Direct Discriminations. Only this time they tried to cover their tracks using 3rd Parties to do the dirty deeds. When I decided enough was enough and carried on with my “Defensive Practice” Hilda Miller the Racist area manager who orchestrated all of what happened to me from I transferred to BIB came to have a meeting with me (see letters New Cross– appendix 7). When I stood up for my RIGHTS not to be harassed, bullied and intimidated by anyone, she put the machinery in place to get rid of me.
I understand she claimed she is not working with me… The rest is history. I was called to CO to have a chat with the Director and when I got there it was Neil King and Dilys Epton. They tried bullying me into resigning and when I didn’t, they made more threats and gave me another suspension, saying they would send it in the post. Because this is how LEYF go about doing their dirty work and I have evidence of others they treated exactly like me and I won’t let them get away with it. The false allegations that they made and had to climb down when I appealed stated that the Appeal is a Final Written Warning hence an Instant Dismissal. So I don’t understand why they was going through another Suspension and not sacking me…?
I decided I was going to fight to the end but had to RESIGN when I was in the process of having a Nervous Breakdown. Matters took its toll on my health (see Resignation – appendix . LEYF then lowest of the low when they made an on line application for me after they refused before and treated me like a criminal. I worked with them 6 years and yet I had Agency/Supply Staff supervising me because I could not be left on my own. I had another GRB for the organisation I was doing volunteering with and then they wanted me to bring it in for them to copy. This is the same reasons why the Union is telling me that LEYF can apply online for a DBS for me (see letters – DBS/Union – appendix 9).
LEYF and the Union are abusing their power of authority and because I signed a CONTRACT, that does not mean I should be ENSLAVED by others who choose to flout the laws and legislations of Great Britain. Now Connex-Education can begin to have an insight into why I have to get myself back to good health before I can go back to work full time and find myself having to deal with another harrowing experience like what I’ve been through the past year. This is not the first time and although I am qualified I am been networked against because LEYF will try to destroy vulnerable staff like me who they see as threats to their incompetence (see letter re Post – appendix 10).
I have started my COUNSELLING and I hope with time I can heal so I am able to return full time to doing what I’ve done most of my life, working with young children. That’s my passion in life, laying the foundations so no other child and their parent have to go through what I went through with my child. LEYF and the Union are damned for all I care and any decent person with any shred of Humanity will see them for who they really are. LEYF was once a beacon but have since changed in a dog eat dog society.
If they set out to destroy me, I’ll return the favours, but I have to earn a living so will keep a low profile if they don’t trouble me. Maybe they deserved to be warned if you think so. I am more concerned about the people like myself who are relying on them for their employment otherwise LEYF and the Union can go to hell. After my ordeals at their hands I am entitled to say what I think of them after the way they have made my life hell over a period of a year. My soul has been cleanse now I get this off my chest.
As a result of what is happening in my life I have to seek help to carry on with my life so have to put my CV for public scrutiny. Therefore I find some persons are trying to exploit me for their own gains. They asks why I resigned and when I told the truth, they then treat me like LEYF done and this only makes me feel worse as they promised to get back in touch and don’t bother. There are others who are offering me some measly sums, I’ve done interviews and don’t get feedback because the highest qualified is level 3. I am offered a post and with my qualifications I am offered less than the living wage, yet LEYF thinks it is ok to write a negative reference of 5+ sentences after I worked with them 6 years. They get what they wanted and I resigned, but surely I am entitled to move on with my life without them jeopardising my chance to provide for my basic needs out of spite. I did not start this War, so I won’t allow them to win the Battle. I will fight with every weapons at my disposals to protect my good name and character that they tarnished and tried to destroy.

When my Role is Called up Yonder I’ll be There. Welcome to my life, one which I know is my duty to serve.
Celebrating the life of my #MOTHER, serves to remind me of her life of servitude to others from a Young Lady. She never let anyone or anything get in her way. It could not have been easy for her, but she carried on regardless. Never complaining or let the emotions get in the way.
As we are preparing for #FathersDay celebrating, I know how much #MamaLou play both role to the best of her ability. I am sorry about the times I question her loyalty, love and anything else that came into my unlearned, ignorant head that was thinking about myself, other than the needs of others.
I am at that stage in my life when I am always reflecting on MAMA, for the sacrifice she made for her #Family and friends. GOD provided my #Father with my #MOTHER for the exclusive reasons I’m with my #Husband. To be there in time of need.
I am lucky in so many ways in comparison to what my Mother had to go through. I won’t say that I know how she done her work, never once neglected her duties. Now I am well aware of the #PassiveAggressions directed at anyone who fall foul of her. But it’s understandable. She never found the love she share with my Father… But Mama is/was the Strongest Woman I know, without knowing her during her life time as I ought to. I refuse to live the rest of my life in regret about the things I have no control to change.
Whatever I do now is in her memory as I try to live my life as an example to her. Therefore when I am tired I know I have to find the strength from somewhere to keep going. I can’t afford to fall by the wayside or I’ll be letting others down. My Mama didn’t let anyone down except herself.
That’s why I can understand why when she forgot her only daughter, she never forget the Man she LOVE after she lost my Father after spending the best part of 10+ years caring for him.
Luckily I have my memories of my MOTHER to keep me going, when the going get tough. I am a better person for sharing the experiences my Mama have to go through most of her life. I am on Night Duty even more regularly these days and I don’t know how long it will last. So I am preparing for the long haul. I am aware how much my #Husband is relying on me and that’s the way it is. He has always been there for me.
In Honour of Ms GRACE COOTE of Townhead Basic School. Recalled the times we spent chatting about life in general. Ms Grace told me the story of her Nephew Howard Brown who is 1st Cousin of my #1son Kevin Murray whom my brother ASHTER helped to get a job. Westmoreland is a Place where everyone is FAMILY! Well I started believing in myself from I picked up the courage to challenge LEYF Nurseries CEO/MBE on the 19th September 2015 at Middlesex University. After lying to me at BIB on the 28th January 2015 about telling the team off for not attending the New Year Staff Party, she tried to stitch me up to breach the #SocialMedia P & P. But ignorant idiot didn’t know I have my #DefensivePractice. Now turns out they were not operating as a Legal entities.
So back to the story, she turned her back on me when she joined the group. I waited for her to finish and challenge her. She have the nerves to come chat about she didn’t recognise me. In hindsight and on reflections that’s how some Women who let Power get to their head operate.
Take the case of the PM, Theresa May, how in heavens could she be thinking that putting her name on the #CampaignBus says Conservative Party? Well that’s the same thing with the CEO/MBE, after a time she thinks she was/is #LEYF and set about getting rid of the employees who were the #Expert_Authorities in building the Organisation’s BRAND.
As for following the professionals, I am doing well with the #FreeTrainings. I will no longer be joining any bandwagons that I can’t benefit from.
As for the STRESS, I am trying to get this sorted. I have come to the CON-Clue-John, that there are lots of #JohnFenton out there. They are clueless and only out to samfy me.

The true meaning of “once a man twice a child” hit me like a bolt of lightning out of the blue this week. Whilst out in the garden supervising the children at play a toddler was asked to go & get her shoes. I watched the child walked past the said shoes, goes over to where she had left the shoes and comes back to the spot where they were and picked them up. I commented to the other adult that although I did not study psychology I could immediately apply psychology to the actions of the toddler and linked the behaviour to adults who had reached that stage in their lives.
On reflections I can now say that working in Early Years and my life experiences of been around elderly people who are in the twilight of their lives have given ME the opportunity to gain hands on experiences of humankind and the intricasies of LIFE. Although the child saw the shoes I am thinking that she had to go back to the original spot where she left the shoes before she was convinced they were hers. The same thing happens to an adult who will show such behaviours and mannerisms in all aspects of their lives when they are in their twilight years.
My real life experiences have thought me so much that I would never learn from a Text Book or even from a College Course. The saying “you are never too old to learn” is indeed true as every day I learn something that was already embedded from years of life experiences. All left for ME to do is convince others that my knowledge, values and beliefs that are implicit can become explicit for the benefit of others. Of course my main concerns are with my elderly MUM who is in her twilight YEARS. LOVE You MAMA now and always.

Here’s my lesson of the day for LEYF Nurseries and cohorts, I am blessed by GOD, the almighty. Because of the blessings of my parents. I don’t let what anyone says bother me too much these days.
I would entreat family to live good. This is the second Friends I have who is #estrange from their only child.
Daily Express RUSSELL GRANT Taurus: You’ve entered a period of stagnation. Although you’ve never been a fast mover, you usually make slow, steady progress towards goals. When activity grinds to a halt, panic sets in. If you want to shake things up, take a challenging course.
Oh so I finished editing my first Chapter and I feel like a treat and I am going to do exactly that.
I think I am going to shake things up by going to read my email from Real Coaching Co – Carole Ann Rice – Life Coach. I think there might be an offer for some free training that I should not refuse. I can’t afford to look a gift horse too much in the mouth.
3 years ago I have everything from celebrating the wedding of my #2Son Naheel Julene Brown Legister & Valdin Legister on the 1st January 2014. Spending a month with my MOTHER, who have Dementia and didn’t recognise me. I was able to use the knowledge from studies at the The Open University to help her celebrate the Strong Woman I knew, before she was taken from me. But despite not recognising me for 4 weeks, she came around long enough on the 22nd when I was leaving for our final goodbye.
I came back to the UK and the discrimination started at Luton Street in a subtle manner. By April, I was signed off sick with STRESS.
I went back to JA to bury Mama… I attended the graduation of my eldest grandchild Donte’ Legister who earned a scholarship to Munro College. I returned to the UK, transferred to BIB and that was the start of the spiral into #MentalHealth_MeltDown. I was sent to HOC, ended up at New Cross where I had no alternatives but to resign to save my #Husband and myself from a slow and excruciating death.
That’s why I stood my ground in light of the adversities and challenges against LEYF Nurseries, the #Establishments and the #Systems that thought they have the rights to discriminate against me when I was at my most #VULNERABLE. I am still waiting for the outcome so I can get closures and move on with my life.

Another of my #success story. I am so proud of my #SONS. This morning it was Kevin Murray and this afternoon Valdin Legister. What more could I ask for. That’s why #LEYF, the #Establishment and the #Systems will not get away with the #DISCRIMINATION from I get back from burying my #MOTHER.
A brief evaluation of the #elections and my #Husband is not well pleased. He’s been a true blue Conservatives from he arrived in the UK in 1956. This is the 2nd time in my 25 years of living in the UK that I have voted. I chose to vote for my husband and not any of the party. Because he’s the only one who’s been there for me through thick and thin.
I have to make some comparison to my former employers at #KINGSCOLLEGEHOSPITALNHSFOUNDATIONTRUST & LEYF Nurseries. Because my husband think that Theresa May have been complacent in not listening to the electorates.
I will reflect on why #MERVELEEMYERS is out of a job since I was forced to resign to save mine and my husband life.

Whilst out in the garden supervising the children at play a toddler was asked to go & get her shoes. I am Working but I can’t help the TEARS from falling. This is how I cope with the DEPRESSION that’s part of the Chonic Anxiety I experience from the age of 10. I never gave in all the time & 47 years later my #FIGHT4JUSTICE go on to the Bitter End.
Thanks to Laura Tinsley Trainee NHS Psychologist @SouthwarkPsycologicalService Maudsley NHS Trust for supporting my Recovery. Still a long way to go but I get there with God’s grace & mercies.

21 yrs ago today I left the shores of my home land JAMAICA to try & make a better life for myself, the 2 most Precious Gifts God granted me & my Family to set up home in the UK. The road has not always being an easy 1 to travel, but thanks to the Almighty Father I did make the best of my opportunities>>> Now that I am getting GOWGM I can count the blessings God has afforded me & I want to continue sharing with those who mean the most to ME? . LEYF then lowest of the low when they made an on line application for me after they refused before and treated me like a criminal. I worked with them 6 years and yet I had Agency/Supply Staff supervising me because I could not be left on my own. I had another GRB for the organisation I was doing volunteering with and then they wanted me to bring it in for them to copy. This is the same reasons why the Union is telling me that LEYF can apply online for a DBS for me (see letters – DBS/Union – appendix 9).
