My name is Mervelee Myers and I was advised to look up Leslie Thomas by someone who came across my YouTube and this is why I am making contact.

I am hoping I can make an appointment for a consultation to see if I could be helped to get a resolution to why I am given a Criminal Record after the Judiciary of England and Wales and Criminal Justice System spent 7 years denying me my entitlement.

The HMCTS presided over the second miscarriages of justice. The Judge who hide my Medical Report and take six months to produce the judgment gave Barrister Samantha Jones a reference to be on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry.

I was made a victim by the contents of the judgement posted online. There are Legal Entities involved that got Facebook and Twitter Legal Teams to contact me. Yet my former employer was not their client. They were represented by John Fenton who pretended to be a lawyer. Barrister Samantha Jones Conducted representing LEYF from his business.

I became a victim of the Police who came to section me from a malicious report. The Police came back three years later to murder me to say I committed suicide. In the end I was beaten taken out of my house in handcuffs partially naked. The report can say more than I can in an email about their intentions when I was arrested unlawfully.

5 July 2021 Book Tim Bittlestone Solicitor

Today is the #date GOD says I must #find Solicitor Tim Bittlestone after his #card revealed its #hiding place. So what he has #common with Fight4justice is he is a REFEREE like my #son at http://worldreferee.com/referee/valdin-legister/bio. My mind is #working overtime about the possibilities. Tim said at the age of 26 I should not be starting a new #career as a #criminal and that’s what #LEYF and the #cronies in the UK government intended

Whilst am trying to form a picture of Tim Bittlestone the Solicitor from Wainwright & Cummins who represented me at Croydon Magistrates Court on 2/7/2021. I know without a shadow of a doubt now that Tim was sent to release me from the bondages of my “Experiences of Multiple Discrimination” on all grounds after I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s Research Papers for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. I was interviewed in my home in 2010.

I was only aware of the Research Paper when I experienced the second discrimination at LEYF after the death of my mother. The first occurred after the death of my brother when I was working at Mapother House Day Nursery of King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. I was finishing my studies with the Open University when I was targeted by the Local Education Authority, Ofsted, Southwark SEND Section, my GP and my former colleagues who ganged up against me.

To experience the same kind of discrimination after the death of my mother is still puzzling me today. It was Dr. Laura Crawford who advised me to seek counselling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations. Meeting Tim has placed the final piece of the jigsaw into place. As without his intervention I would be in jail which brings back the memories of how my brother died in prison alone and never seeing his family for a final goodbye.

My brother knew he was dying, and I warned LEYF I was slowly been tortured to death in my letter to Senior HR Dilys Epton on the Eve of Mothering Sunday 14 March 2015. I am positive I must write another BOOK and let Tim Bittlestone take the lead role. As I told Mr Tahir Ali from Wainwright & Cummins all I needed was someone to deal with the Legal Jargon. I can do the rest as even if I say so myself, I am a good writer and I have my Defensive Practice to show the world that Institutional Discrimination is worse now than 1807 abolition of Slavery.

To Wainwright & Cummins as I asked Mr Ali all I #needed was help with the #LegalJargon that #LEYF and cohorts that the Judiciary of England and Wales & Criminal Justice System used against me because of my #multiple #disabilities. But they were not #satisfied in denying me my #entitlements with DBS placing bar on my Record. The Criminal Justice System got involved with the CRAP they claim to be #fact at Croydon Magistrates Court on 2/7/2021. Where was Ofsted when Theresa May Government #rejected my petition and the ET my Additional Witness Statement with the #abuse reviews online. The world must act about “Without Prejudice” possibility of #paedophiles hiding in the Early Years Sector

After spending almost an hour on the phone, I am back on Facebook, trying to sort out my woes. Wat’s di mattah wid dem Jobsworth yah mon?

I have been telling everyone my #ADDRESS. But since LEYF Nurseries decided that they are going to make me into this #Uncoorporative, #Unprofessional, #Rude, #Intimidating, #Confrontational, #Aggressive #LackingEmpathy CRIMINAL, every establishments and sytems think they have been given the authority to jump on bandwagon.

So the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP deciding to try change the Housing Legislation on me that came in April 2016. But can’t the damn idiots see that I applied from November 2015. London Borough of Southwark decided to pay up, so what Dick Fuck are they waiting on, still investigating?

Then to add insults to injury the DWP informed the Employment Tribunal, they were not aware of me on 2 ocassions. The result I did not have enough time to prepare my RACISM claim. This was referred back and yet a Judge ruled against it. I will be doing my research, to find out why the recommendations from Dr Maria Hudson Research Paper: The Experience of Discrimination on Multiple Grounds for the Policy Studies Institute were not implemented – AGGRESSIVE indeed. Please go do the research at Acas www.acas.org.uk/researchypapers. That’s why when they keep leaving messages on my house phone and mobile, I didn’t bother with them. As I told the lady who was my case worker/concilliator with LEYF, if I’d got any of those threatening calls from the ACAS Representative, then I would not be responsible for my Passive-aggressive behavior. Oh yes I still have a message from Mary Shannahan save on my phone and that’s one of the nicest ones, I lost the others on my other phone.

Then it was the turn of HMRC to come with their bullshit. But I have dealt with them with my #DefensivePractice for future reference.

There was an online Community Thing that was changed to Nextdoor. Despite trying to transfer my information, I am yet to get anything sorted. The refuse to accept me because the automation will not register my ADDRESS. Now what Dick Fuck do they want me to do, they are stressing me out and I don’t know what happened to my Data I registered on the privious website?

Now let them take me for a bloody idiot like #JohnFenton of The Personnel Consultancy Limited www.personnelconsultancy.com. I did ask him on the 15th March 2016, if he was in touch with Bates Wells Braithwaite. I am going after all involved in the DISCRIMINATION from 2004 to date that caused the Nervous Breakdown. I know my deficits and limitations that resulted from the Childhood Trauma resulting from my Father Parkinson’s. My Fight4justice is in place to support why my Intellectual Properties are been used at MQ: Transforming mental health, Google and Google AdWords. I will not be leaving any stones unturned to get justice for myself and any vulnerable employees. Another one of the psychopaths down and out – Hilda Miller.

I am laughing like mad. This is the earliest photo I have of myself. I was about 19 years old and expecting my #2Son Valdin Legister. I got some sticks/flacks. First time is accident, second time is purpose, third time is careless and the list went on…

I made sure there was no third time. I came to that decision, because I thought I had Parkinson’s. It took me 45 years later to realise that my #ChronicAnxiety which blighted my life from the time of my Puberty was in fact Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

My life was not the easiest, but I always continued applying the Early Intervention Strategies that my Primary School Teacher, Ms Una Perry taught me. I developed the resilience not to let my Hidden Disability define me in any way. I was always an overcomer and a fighter from the time I was born an only girl in a family of bredas. That’s why my take on SEND, is that it can not always be seen with the naked eyes.

I developed Mental health Conditions during the time at King’s College Hospital when I faced discrimination. Do the research by Dr Maria Hudson for the Policy Studies Institute The Experience of Discrimination on Multiple Grounds for Acas www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers.

I have been sharing my stories on Social Media at Google.

My Intellectual Properties can be found at MQ: Transforming mental health. I don’t mind, because now that I am going to write to become an Author as I was advised by my tutors at Lambeth College from 1997. I will need all the evidence that is needed to prove that I am an Expert Authority in my chosen areas of speciality.

Since the Daily Express Columnist “Tech Don’t Lie” is now one of my mantra, I am gathering up my brand to get the Copyright patented solely to brand #MERVELEEMYERS.

Another lessons from my Old Folks: Not everything that is good to eat is good to chat. Picked strawberries from my garden & luckily I was not in greedy mood or I’d get a stomach full of Insects – Bag-a-Boo. The insects hide inside the biggest strawberry & I didn’t notice. But too many people still struggle to access tailored dementia support that recognises their particular needs and circumstances. This includes people from ethnic minority communities, LGBTQ+ communities, people with young onset dementia and people living with learning disabilities and dementia. People from diverse and under-served communities often experience stigma and obstacles in accessing dementia health and social care services, such as language barriers and a lack of services tailored for their unique circumstances. People may fear prejudice and experience a lack of dignity or respect. These challenges can make people reluctant to ask for help, increasing the risk of isolation, family breakdown and crisis. Our vision is for no one to face dementia alone. We want families affected by dementia from all backgrounds to feel listened to and included in decision-making so that they receive support and care planning that meets their personal needs and values. Our Policy, Campaigns and Public Affairs Team has an ambitious strategy to make this a reality and over the coming months, we will be putting this into action. This also supports the incredible work of our dementia specialist Admiral Nurses with people from under-served communities – such as Emily, who works with families from London Chinese communities. I have started a Page for my cousin Janet Beeput. I am relying on all Family and Friends to involve yourselves, particiapte and celebrate the life of this Precious Young Lady for the time she has left here with us. Now is not the time to hide any of our illnesses away in shame. Whatever is happening and not our wish, but even a SINNER like me believes in God’s destiny and calling for each and everyone of us. Barring that I have my Fight4justice campaign. I only realised the impacts the discrimination in the workplaces was having on my Mental Health Conditions after attending the For members of the OU- Open university Awards and Lecture in October 2015 after I was forced to resign from work for the second time from 2008…

I graduated on the 2nd May 2009 after studying from 2004 to 2010. I have to admit that empowering myself with the intentions of working at the job I am passionate about to stop another child and families going through my experiences, only serve to label me as a know it all. My enhanced knowledge was viewed as threats to the incompetence of others. So they set out to ruin my life and my career.

The result is I am about to publish my first book, in order to start generating income. Despite having all these qualifications, I am unable to get a job in my chosen career field. I even went back to studies and volunteering, but no, that did not make any difference.

I am on a mission to stop the Modern Day SLAVERY Practices that can exclude employees like me to a life of living an undignified life because of PSYCHOPATHS!

I am dedicating the month of July that is my Cousin Janet Beeput birth month to celebrating her Life. Now that I have come through one of the most difficult phases of my -60 years on earth, I owe Janet this much. It’s still hard to come to terms with the glaring fact that CANCER is robbing Janet of her Life at such a young age. When I reflect that Janet took charge of arranging the Funeral Parlour part of MAMA funeral it makes me even sadder & brings home to me how Vulnerable we are. So I see that Bully Boy Neil King from @LEYF can’t keep away from my Social Media. Wonder if he’s found what he’s looking for? I have my Memories to last me the ROML. Today I start the Healing Process of loss of MAMA that @LEYF stopped me dealing with. I will try to get Cruel Evil Orchester of Murderous Badminded Egoists out of my systems & move on…? Waiting to hear about my Kevin Murray grandson graduation. I will congratulate myself for doing the Best I can for Family & Friends like my Mama & Granny before me. I come from a Line of Exceptional Strong Resilient Women.
