I was struck by a sight I saw in the ESTM yesterday. Couldn’t help but wonder if the Elderly Lady have Family. She was clearly disorientated, bent double & suffering from Parkinson Disease.
So once more my Mortality is called into question as I don’t want to be around & SUFFERING. So for those of Us Hypocrites who like to jump on bandwagons, spare a thought for the VULNERABLE. On the celebration of Martin Luther KING’S Speech “I HAVE A DREAM…” I would like to take this opportunity to show my Respects to all the MEN who have played important parts in my Life throughout the years! In particular I’d like to make mention of Arnold Ebenezer TOMLINSON the Special Man with whom I shared the past 11+ years & counting. He has being my Rock & the Solitary Support in my times of need as he continues to make valuable contributions to my welfare & wellbeing. Now he is less than 1/2 the man he was when I met him I’d like to take this opportunity 2 say how much I treasure & cherish all he has done for me over the years. It has been brought home to me more poignantly what my Mum had to do when my Papa couldn’t do the work any more. So these days I am the Woman & 1/2 the Man in my household now. After working the long BH weekend & then having to go finish up the garden I was dead beat. If TOM could manage I wouldn’t have to do it, so now I know even more about the processes of when ill-health & old age take their toll on a person? So I salute U MEN who stand by Ur Folks through thick & thin!!! Amen & Glory to GOD!!!

Let Me introduce myself for those who do not know me.
My name is Mervelee Ionie (Ratty) Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson and because I am in a RUSH organising my “Black History Month” event to get the approval from the “Powers That Be”, my life is an “Open Book” and I would advise ALL to do their own research. However, I want to make it clear that I am not a “Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment” now that the world is clamouring about Lucy Letby. Because when www.leyf.org.uk can be sending LEYFLET through my door with the approval of OFSTED, I must plan my “Black History Month” to stop any more Lucy Letby ABUSED at LEYF Nurseries from being trained to becoming a “Serial Killer”.
I based my observation on the fact that another “BLACK PERSON (WOMAN) is trying to trick me out of my “intellectual Property” that was motivated and inspired by the Metropolitan Police initiative to rebuild TRUST in Communities of Practice. I was fuming yesterday when I was LIED to by the organiser of the event that Nigel Pearce who is an “Undercover Police” asked her to delete the video of the activity I had planned with the Police and delivered SPONTANEOUSLY without any prior rehearsal or practice.
To be warned is to be armed and I am planning to celebrate the life of 100 year old Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson who has been TRAUMATISED since the death of my mother with dementia.
I have been denied my ENTITLEMENTS and the straw that breaks the camel’s back is the “Pattern of Systemic Discrimination”. Whereby Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP, the Metropolitan Police, and a District Judge Sterlini can continue DEFAMING my NAME and CHARACTER with an injunction from a case tried behind my back whilst I was in CRISIS. Labelling me a NUISANCE VIOLENT tenant after the HATE CRIMES I endured at the hands of my neighbour from 2001 at Alma Grove where I was rescued from “Domestic Violence”. I am sure the “POWERS that BE” will not want the world to be aware of how my husband and I are the victim of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy (MSP) and the circumstances around this.
Those involved can help me write the ending to the BOOK am editing. All they need to do is type MERVELEE MYERS into Google for why I was the face of Windrush 70, Composer of Brixton Market I recorded with Jessie Lloyd at the “Raw Material” studio in Robsart Street. This was where I ran from to Brixton Police Station in 2000 for rescue from my ex-husband.
I am tired of having my intellectual property, copyright, images and CPPDP harvested/stolen by ALL thinking am going to be the voiceless, vulnerable, victim they are making STRONG BLACK WOMEN who challenging the systems to be with their CRIMINAL Records needing Emotional Regulation Treatment.

After the hard work over the past months, my Body is giving me the Messages. Arthritis start in the Joints, so now Ms Edna Forrester-Green Pain Remedy come in handy. If one is not careful the Arthritis can leave one unable to carry out normal day to day activities. Just some of the activities I done: climb ladder clean Windows, scourer the Pots with Steelwool, clear garden with Tom, clean out Cupboards etc, file Paperwork so easily accessible… Every action taken a toll on my DISABILITIES & Health, but I never give up? So now the Fingers are Paining & I have to overcome the Pain Threshold. Have to stay Alerted for Mass Tom, hence up early at 1st sign of HYPO!
I am a Caring Work-A-Holic with a few Tricks up my sleeve.

Went to St Thomas’ Hospital for my EYE Test & it was smooth sailing all the way!!! Met up with 1 of my former Neighbours who has the condition & is on medication. So have to give praises to God Almighty for enlightening me to the dangers that are encroaching to hinder my progress in life…? Could not do my regular walks as I was told the eye drops will affect/blurred my vision… So I hot foot it home on the bus & is home safe & sound in the sanctity of Home!!! I will make the most of this blessed day that the Lord has given me indeed?

If one is not careful the Arthritis can leave one unable to carry out normal day to day activities. Just some of the activities I done: climb ladder clean Windows, scourer the Pots with Steelwool, clear garden with Tom, clean out Cupboards etc, file Paperwork so easily accessible… Every action taken a toll on my DISABILITIES & Health, but I never give up? Went to St Thomas’ Hospital for my EYE Test & it was smooth sailing all the way!!! Met up with 1 of my former Neighbours who has the condition & is on medication. So have to give praises to God Almighty for enlightening me to the dangers that are encroaching to hinder my progress in life…? Could not do my regular walks as I was told the eye drops will affect/blurred my vision… So I hot foot it home on the bus & is home safe & sound in the sanctity of Home!!! Just wondering if any of the 3 Judges from the Employment tribunal can read any of this? I went to LEYF Nurseries with a Foundation Degree in Early Years from the The Open University on the 1st September 2009. I came out with a 6 Line Reference flagging Safeguarding. I have a DBS registered online. They allowed my DBS to run out to put the plots to DISMISS in place. Then when it backfired, asked me to bring in the DBS from Resources for Autism to copy to put on my FILE. But I don’t have access to my FILE from I leave Luton Street. Then the Stupid Judges let the even stupider 7 Witnesses tie them in knots, because they did not know what they were doing. I’d spoken to a Complainant who told me that the Barrister CONFUSED the Judges and it’s evidend that this is the FACT, the fact they couldn’t find to say I have DISABILITIES.

I have had to put up with all sorts but I will definitely not put up with being taken liberty of no matter who? By 1997 I was #tired of the uncertainty of working as a Contract Cleaner and #enrolled at Lambeth College. I wanted that illusive #qualification that I didn’t have. I attended #fulltime and did #parttime work as a Cleaner!
My life with Mr Myers was not the #easiest. I experienced all sorts of issues and #stress caused me to lose my #hair. So I cut it off again and was #mistaken for a man. I am #built like one too! Must be from hurling #missiles at them?
By 1994 my #brother ASHTER #died. I do things to #achieve the best #outcomes. I did not attend the funeral, but #contributed. I realised Foreign was not cracked up how some portraying it from I #visited!
Ervin Nembhard can #verify that I #advised him to go to #college as Politics was/is only secondary as one need a #career or #profession for that matter. If you can think only of yourself, something is fundamentally wrong!

Debbie Thomas gave me information from neighbour Deborah Agnes Gilchrist confirming my arguments that H4W is responsible for coercing her to target me from May 2022.
When I finished my bath there was a note on the mat at my door from Keystone Fire Safety on behalf of BPHA 01234854014. I was not given prior notice of this visit. Yet H4W gave the contractors the key I gave them to open the “Communal Door”. I have expressed concerns about the fact that Samantha Gibbs visited Alma Grove on the 12/1/2023 and have a CAD 4591/12JAN23 – PC 2634AS and PC 3076AS visited continuing the Police RACISM.

21 August – FRAUD SQUAD – Continuing discrimination by the system I thought was in place to PROTECT me. I first contacted the FRAUD SQUAD in 2017 after Winsome Duncan stole my MANUSCRIPT and sent Police to section me on 30th October 2017. Her actions were premeditated. Fact that the FRAUD SQUAD then pass on my name to members of those who made me a VICTIM by failing me, made me determined to get JUSTICE now Lucy Letby story is trending. I had to go online to correct the mistakes made by the person I spoke to. But yet she sends my information to people that could not help me. All they were interested in was continuing the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION.

Let down by the NHS & Police – Whenever I had another meltdown and called for support. I would get 2 Police vehicles visiting my home. The intention to trick me to get me out of my home to SECTION me.
Police sent to my home to MURDER me – Police sent to my home on the 30th November 2020 under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to MURDER me to say I committed SUICIDE. I was beaten, taken out of my house half naked.
Made a Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment – The Powers that be MUST investigate how Mervelee Myers was made a CRIMINAL to cover up the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION by the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service with the miscarriages of justice started at Kings College NHS Foundation Trust.

By the 22nd I was called to LEYF CO for meeting with Director of HR Neil King & Senior HR Dilys Epton. When I stood my ground, refused to write a Resignation under duress, I was issued with another Suspension. The rest is History & yes my Advocacy has develope into my campaign #FIGHT4JUSTICE. Well will have to wait for the outcomes, because I have not WORK since 27th September 2015 because of LEYF… Now I am on the verge of becoming HOMELESS because of the unjust SYSTEMS. She was using her hand to pat her knees so I assumed she must have been suffering some pains. She crossed, leant by the side of the rail… Every1 noticed passed her by… I went over to find out if she was ok, which she said she was. I went on my MW.
Accomplished so much between yesterday & today. Started my VOLUNTEERING, done my bit of HW – considering I am not that HP! Made sum wicked Juices – all Natural Ingredients 4 Tom & I – remember we have HI…? Write up my reports Professionally as I can. Rested & got back up…

Went to Wood Green 4 the 1st time>>> Met up with sum mates from my 1st stint with WCS now LEYF – Patricia Sessions, Candy & Ezi…! Can’t believe how time has flown…? Next month will be 5 years since I 1st met these oh so Lovely Folks! Trisha & Candy were responsible for initiating me into the system of doing Learning Journeys>>> Candy in particular taught me so much about ICT, that I turned into the Pro that I became later. Was so good meeting up with Candy at NA, hence the little reunion with Patricia & Ezi! Sum people come into Our Lives 4 a Variety of Reasons & these Folks Patricia Sessions, Candy, Ezi & Claire Kilpatrick were all in it together!
