To say the handling of the matter was unprofessional considering I made my life an “Open Book” means I can’t believe why I was treated this way. I was not informed who made the request. However, the answers came to light when I opened the letter that was delivered by hand on Sunday 30th July 2023… I discovered that Southwark Council is working with Housing For Women to make me HOMELESS. Because of what is happening to me and my husband, I have to account for the DISCRIMINATION I experienced as a result of Southwark Council being party to the discrimination I faced at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery after the death of my brother with colon cancer in 2008. Then it was the Southwark SEND Section. I have written reference for Augusta Foster an Inclusion Officer. I advocated on behalf of my neighbour Esther Oliver with Social Services but nothing was done until she died on her own. I worked in partnership with a Complaints and feedback – Compliments, comments and complaints Primary School after I volunteered with Resources for Autism when I was asked to go in to help with the child’s “Care Plan”. I was asked to do videos to encourage the BAME Community to take COVID-19 vaccine. I signed permission to be in Southwark Life. I was invited to be a Southwark Ambassador and later removed from the WhatsApp Group. Southwark Council has either intentionally of not intentionally been colluding with Housing for Women to make me HOMELESS by colluding with the discrimination against me by providing FALSE information to Housing for Women and their partners. I wish for Southwark Council to provide me with a Subject Access Request. Southwark Council also stopped my benefits leaving me in debt. I have been asked to do excessive Assessments from the time I was denied my ENTITLEMENTS and my job taken away. 2day 1 Intellectual Imbicile jobsworth decided she going to continue the Campaign of Discriminations that started nearly a year ago… I was left traumatised, sick & almost to the point of Death. When I found out that EVERY1 else knew what was happening to me & never tried to stop it… But instead joined in to Blacken my good name & DESTROY my character I was pushed over the edge & my Mental Health was affected www.healthmanltd.com advised me to seek CBT. When they tried & couldn’t get nutn on me, they trumped up Allegations & then next day had Investigation…
I endured to the end & is trying to build my life back together waiting on Counselling www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk. Now they are not satisfied with their evil deeds & have put their plotting agenda in place once more. I am sick & tired of the evil they are doing to me & I will not let them get away with it over my Dead Body. They tried once b4 & destroyed my https://careers.kch.nhs.uk & I have been kept under foot since 2009…

So am waiting 4 the lifts when a couple who was in the surgery approached & asked me where in JA I am from? During our conversation it transpired they have been to Lucea Hanover & spent time in Negril! Was touched by an elderly Lady in a mobility bike at the Hospital who blurted out Humorously “Why does every1 have 2 b so DEATHLY QUIET whenever they are at the doctor’s surgery…?” Every1 burst out Laughing & I ventured with – ‘every1 is busy with their thoughts Reflecting…’ Then explained about my Mama & where my thoughts are? A few minutes later the Lady said see it has gone QUIET again that at times I have to wonder if I am alive…, even the Receptionists Whisper>>> Listening to the EL cheered me up no ends as I could see that despite her Circumstances, she was not about to let the burdens of life get her down 2 much!!! So I left her with a cheerful goodbye to her & every1 else I left waiting their turn. Decided to take a page out of her Book & get on with life no matter what is thrown in my directions…? As I walked along the song which came into my head all the way home was “HOW GREAT THOU ART…” I know God will comfort me thru these difficult Times!!!

This Parent thought me a thing or two when we Worked in Partneship at Luton Street London Early Years Foundation (LEYF). Now I have a Track Record from I started at Lambeth College. If I don’t tell them, they won’t know I started at LEYF with a Foundation Degree in Early Years from the The Open University. But all it got me was for others to DISCRIMINATE against me…

Where the start of my Captivity began soon after coming back from burying Mama in July 2014. Then I was sent to HOC despite them saying they have concerns about my Mental Health. The rest of times I was at New Cross where the 1/2 wit Deputy Manager allows the Psychopath Hilda Miller to let me TRAP her in a room without any escape? The Stupid Gal don’t realise she was playing with her life if I was anything they wrote in those Statements!
So am waiting 4 the lifts when a couple who was in the surgery approached & asked me where in JA I am from? During our conversation it transpired they have been to Lucea Hanover & spent time in Negril! They rushed out of the revolving doors just in time 4 the lady to vomit at the side of a building… Recalled my Times +2 & couldn’t help but felt plzed 4 them!!! If I’d been any closer I may have offered my heartiest CONGRATULATIONS? A new generation is on the way & am sure every1 must be plzed as Punch!!!
Was touched by an elderly Lady in a mobility bike at the Hospital who blurted out Humorously “Why does every1 have 2 b so DEATHLY QUIET whenever they are at the doctor’s surgery…?” Every1 burst out Laughing & I ventured with – ‘every1 is busy with their thoughts Reflecting…’ Then explained about my Mama & where my thoughts are? A few minutes later the Lady said see it has gone QUIET again that at times I have to wonder if I am alive…, even the Receptionists Whisper>>> Listening to the EL cheered me up no ends as I could see that despite her Circumstances, she was not about to let the burdens of life get her down 2 much!!! So I left her with a cheerful goodbye to her & every1 else I left waiting their turn. Decided to take a page out of her Book & get on with life no matter what is thrown in my directions…? As I walked along the song which came into my head all the way home was “HOW GREAT THOU ART…” I know God will comfort me thru these difficult Times!!!

Here is yet another example of what the SCAMMERS are doing. They have time to thrall through Social Media to find people. The 1st time I got Scammed I was working at @LEYF Luton Street, just got back from Holidays & Manal Shabani alert me to the scam. I am so Paranoid of @LEYF because they used my Email Fraudulent & broken into my Social Media whilst breaching my Human Rights & Data Protection. I am sceptical of the Multiple Facebook Friends Request. Like I am scrutinising @LEYF, I will be doing the same across all platforms. I keep my Social Media PUBLIC because I don’t believe this Myth about PRIVACY. Anything Private don’t belong on SM. Now let me hope “Di Dutty Criminal Minded like TEALEAVES get the message, mi nuh want fi know dem nor be dem friends pon SM. Now FUCK OFF & stop FRUSTRATING me. I listened & when she asked me 2 cum see if I Qualified…? I told her I was going to W H Smith! Of course I was going to get my discounted book from the Daily Express coupons! I slip away & took another route out of the SC when I left the shop. Vanquiss, Vanish, Varnish, Vampire or watever… I just don’t need no Credit Card as I know how to Manage my own Money! New childcare provider sought to fill vacant building

The children’s nursery in Whitfield Street is to close at the end of this week after more than ten years of serving the community with the loss of 25 places for under-fives because of a #disagreement between two charities over improvements to the building and plans to redevelop the site.
Front of nursery building.A new nursery provider is being sought after London Early Years Foundation #announced it is leaving the Whitfield Street site at the end of August.
A new childcare provider is now being sought to fill the vacant building which is the only children’s nursery in Camden’s Bloomsbury ward and is regarded as an important facility for local families and people working in the area.
Camden Council which owns the freehold closed the previous nursery on the site in 2005 and wanted to sell the land for redevelopment. But after a campaign by local people the Fitzrovia Trust property charity acquired a 20-year lease on the site and refurbished the existing building.
It was re-opened as a nursery in 2008 after the Trust made an agreement with the London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) charity which now runs 37 nurseries across London. An Ofsted inspection of the Fitzrovia Community Nursery in February 2018 rated it as “Good”.
However, in June this year #parents and #carers of the children at the nursery — which is running at nearly full capacity — were told it would close at the end of August and they were invited to discuss future childcare available at the LEYF’s other sites.
#MikeAbbott a director of children’s services at #LEYF explained that the closure was “due to Camden and the Fitzrovia Trust’s regeneration plans for the area”.
This led to people speculating about the future of the site and rumours spread that once again a chunk of Fitzrovia was coming to market and the money men were circling like #vultures and eager to build yet more luxury apartments.
One parent contacted Fitzrovia News to say: “This is a huge shock and once again property developers are given priority over the needs of the community”.
Yet the truth of the matter is more #mundane and boils down to a disagreement between the two charities as they both try to meet their charitable objectives at a time of rising property prices and other difficulties.
According to its 2017 annual report the Fitzrovia Trust wants to build a new nursery, improve the playground, and construct up to 13 flats to be let at social rents. There are no plans for luxury flats but LEYF would have had to vacate the building while construction is in progress.
The Trust is still negotiating with Camden Council to acquire a 125 year lease on the land and is yet to submit any planning application to develop the site. It is unlikely that any redevelopment will take place for at least another two or three years.
Meanwhile LEYF had its own plans for the nursery and wanted to reconfigure the layout so that it could improve the space to meet the demand for more children aged under two years and comply with health and safety requirements.
While both charities strenuously denied there was any dispute between the two of them they both issued #conflicting statements to Fitzrovia News.
Mike Abbott of LEYF said: “After careful consultation with Fitzrovia Trust, sadly we were unable to secure an additional five year lease for the property and it is therefore with deep regret that Fitzrovia Community Nursery is to close at the end of August 2018.”
However Colin Bascom director of the Fitzrovia Trust said an agreement had been reached but LEYF had then #changed their minds.
“Both sides agreed that the simplest arrangement would be to agree a new 5-year lease but insert a break clause exercisable by us that would allow for any potential redevelopment of the site. The lease was in fact #signed.
“We also provided a written undertaking to LEYF that they would move back in. Furthermore, it was agreed that we would involve LEYF in designing the new nursery.
“It came to light that LEYF subsequently had a change of heart but this occurred after signing the new lease. Acting in good faith, we have since agreed a #compromise solution with LEYF that allows them to move out without strictly holding them to the #notice period they would have been required to give to us under the terms of the new lease,” he said.
Both the LEYF and the Fitzrovia Trust have faced challenges over the past decade but the two organisations have until now worked together to bring community #benefit.
LEYF has made a #loss in each of the past five years as it sought to expand its nursery provision and faced increasing costs due to changes in government legislation which made it difficult to recruit #qualified staff.
Its 2017 annual report stated that the employment of agency staff to make up the shortfall had “significantly #increased our payroll costs resulting in £2.3m in agency costs, £1.5m above budget”.
The report noted “there is an increasing risk of over commitment of resources, both operationally and financially” but that the risk was being carefully managed.
The Fitzrovia Trust also described the challenges it faces.
Nick Bailey, a member of the Trust board said: “Property prices within Fitzrovia have risen steeply in the last few years with no sign of abating. This has militated against our efforts to provide new affordable housing.
“The Whitfield Street site is a #unique opportunity to provide a new, purpose-built nursery as well as affordable housing which will be a direct benefit to the community in Fitzrovia. This is not property speculation but development in the interests of the local community.”
The Fitzrovia Trust says it is continuing to #negotiate with Camden Council to build a new nursery and homes and will be seeking another nursery #provider, or an alternative, temporary use, when the building is vacated by LEYF.
LEYF says that staff from the Fitzrovia Nursery will be employed in its other nurseries, and all children will be offered places. The nearest alternative nurseries run by LEYF are at 10 Carburton Street at Holcroft Court and 23 Brewer Street in Soho.
“While government funding and qualifications policies have placed additional strain on the organisation over the past two years we have #strengthened our #leadership and #management teams, #improved our financial performance and are looking forward to continued growth,” says LEYF.

1. Advise me to put others on my account in case I get locked out
2. Claiming my account was compromised because I logged in elsewhere after I challenge them again about breaches
3. Trying to get me to click on a link so they can lock me out of my account
4. Using my vulnerability against me so they can have legitimate reasons to lock me out of my account. With claims I breach their Policies & Procedures.
5. Despite changing my passwords 3 time on the same day, I could not log into my account
6. Sending me photos of people not my Facebook friends to identify.
Facebook wants to deny me access to my data to stop me using it for my defensive practice – “Without Prejudice”
1. I used Freedom of Information Act Subject Access Request to get my data from LEYF and the Department of Justice www.gov.uk.
2. LEYF claims the only data they have is what I give them in the ET Bundles. They don’t even have record of the CEO Long Service Awards.
3. That’s why Facebook want to lock me out of my account no doubt “without prejudice” after LEYF paid them?
4. I am prepared to die for my rights and if that means challenging Facebook, I will with my Fight4justice campaign.
5. Facebook have much more to lose than Mervelee Myers, so let’s continue to play this game.
6. I will post this in the public domain, once I have given Facebook time to think about how they have been triggering and exacerbating my disabilities with the direct and indirect discrimination.

I consider this to be a grievance because Facebook refuse to work with me to resolve this matter amicably. My disabilities mean that I am unable to function with this hanging over my head. So I will revert to type to be in control and keep my dignity. I can’t promise how long I can cope with this situation. I am dealing with terrorism on a daily basis inside my home that should be a sanctuary. So I am using a different strategy to deal with this. I will set up my website to show Facebook and the world the kind of life I have been left to lead. My hidden disabilities and childhood traumas were triggered into PTSD after the death of my mother. If Facebook take time to look at how I have been helping others by making my life an Open Book, they would be better served to be delivering Community Standards.

What I need the participants to understand is that because of my upbringing in a Christian Household in a Village Townhead, Westmoreland, Jamaica, West Indies that raised a child. I refused to accept giving up as an option. My sister-in-law Mrs. Doreen Forrester-Nembhard, one of the “Strong Women” who influenced my life keeps me going, encouraging me to continue my writing as one of my two sons will publish my WRITING. They’re now impersonating banks, retailers and official organisations using emails and texts that look and sound much more professional. We’ve never seen scammers being this sophisticated, and they can catch anyone out – even the experts. And the problem is getting worse. Up to 84% of people believe they’ve been targeted directly by scams during the past year. If you don’t want to be the next victim, be suspicious of every text, email and call you receive, when it comes to your money. Prevent scams. Stop. Challenge. Protect.

A message may look like it’s for a business you’re familiar with, but scammers can easily impersonate companies. Double-checking all the details will help you keep safe. Work in a team If you’re ever suspicious that something is not quite as it seems, you should always call for backup, whether it’s from a family member, friend or colleague. Remember, we’ll never ask you to make a payment out of your account to ‘keep it safe’. No bank or reputable organisation would ever ask you to do this. Take your time. As a police officer, there are times where I have to make a decision in a nanosecond, but generally, you don’t have to make a decision instantly. The same goes in everyday life. Don’t be pressured into making payments from your account. Always ask yourself if it makes sense for a company to be contacting you. Trust your instinct And finally, in the force we know to trust our gut: if something seems too good to be true, then it almost always is. Avoid clicking on links in emails and texts, especially if the message is unexpected. If you’re at all suspicious, phone the company using a trusted number to confirm it’s from them.
This latest email scam claims to be from the NHS. It advises you to click a link to apply for a ‘digital coronavirus passport’. Once through, you’ll be asked for personal and payment details to pay an admin fee. If you receive an email like this, don’t click on the link or give out any details. Check out the official NHS and gov.uk websites first. Crypto Scams Everyone is talking about cryptocurrency at the moment. But beware of people you don’t know offering to invest your money in Bitcoin or other currency, especially if they open a wallet for you, or you can’t access that wallet. Scammers are posing as sales staff and creating professional-looking adverts to get you to buy into this “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity”. Unless you really understand this relatively new area of finance, it’s best to get the opinion of a qualified adviser and check the FCA website first.

MM Argument: I visited a Barclays branch (not my own) because I was stressed from my role as a carer for my elder husband. I was triggered by a call from Richard Harty of the UEL before I left home to visit the GP and do business at the bank. I used that Branch because I did not want to miss paying the money for my daughter-in-law’s University fees. Mrs M said she was being asked various questions about the transfer which made her feel uncomfortable. MM Arguments: This is a blatant lie. Because of my Disabilities, I am prepared in advance. I took the details of the transactions in and asked the person to write on the form what other information I need to get to complete the transaction. I did not rely on myself to write because I have a Chronic Anxiety Diagnosis from July 2006 with this fact. Mrs M then said she handed over £2,300 to the cashier so she could complete her transfer, however when the cashier told her they couldn’t process the transaction for lack of information, Mrs M decided to pay the money into her account. MM Arguments: I had done the transaction before at my branch of Barclays. Why is no mention made of the fact that the cashier asked her colleague if she knew how to do the transaction before I handed over the money? Also, there was a Brown Lady who joined the black and white tellers at the counter. This is the brown lady who verbally abused me 2 times to trigger my PTSD. Mrs M said she didn’t receive a receipt. MM Arguments: I was not aware of the missing receipt until I got home, and I was talking to my daughter-in-law. This is where my qualifications and experiences will be used along with the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics to prove Barclays target vulnerable women inside their branches. Please refer to the fact that Barclays is a habitual DEFRAUDER who identified my vulnerability when I told them I was STRESSED and starting university the next day. MM Arguments: How long was I locked inside the bank with staff who kept provoking me before the Police arrived? Later that day Barclays sent Mrs M a two-week notice to close her account, saying they found her behaviour towards their staff earlier that day was unacceptable. MM Argument: When was the letter to close my account written? Considering myself to be a valued Customer who stayed with Barclays after I begged the South London Press to share my story, is this how Barclays repaid my loyalty? On 2 October 2021 Mrs M complained to Barclays about how she had been treated, believing the whole situation was a scam. She asked for her money back along with an apology. MM Arguments: Where did the FOS get their information from? I went to my branch to transfer the money to pay the fees. After I completed the transaction, I spoke to a staff about the matter. He volunteered to write a report for me. Did my branch not know that Barclays wrote the letter on the 1/10/2021 to close my account? Instead of letting me believe everything was okay I should have been warned to expect the letter to close my account. On 7 October 2021 Barclays sent their final response to Mrs M’s complaint, they didn’t. uphold her complaint. Good Morning Miss, Myers Following our telephone conversation this morning. MM Arguments: Once again the FOS is bias because what about the call from Barclays re the male trying to use coercive control to change my story. No final response was given up until when I contacted the FOS. I will say “Without Prejudice” the FOS is working with Barclays to SCAM me. Unhappy with their decision Mrs M brought her complaint to this service for investigation. MM Arguments: Here is proof the FOS is corrupt and whoever handle this case is unable to understand written or verbal ENGLISH. How many times did I call the FOS during this investigation? Mrs M advised on 2 December 2021 that due to the closure of her account she was no longer covered by an insurance that she was paying for through her account. Mrs M also explained the personal impact this had on her, which included adversely triggering her mental health condition. MM Arguments: The FOS must be held accountable for all that have impacted on me owing to the closure of my account. Because Barclays did not give me enough time to find another BANK account so I could safely transfer my payments. Instead, she cruised up after 12.30 in her car. I was looking out the window and went out the door to see Ms Smith arriving. This tells me all I need to know about why H4W started treating me the way they did. But this Housing Officer is a joker, needing training. I asked to speak to Samantha Gibbs and was told that she was in the meeting with the manager. Imagine my amusement when Jovanni claim they were in the meeting because of me. The same person threatening me to come to their office or I will be taken to court. Imagine what has been happening since I did a SURVEY and was asked if I want H4W to discuss the matter with me. Next thing someone from H4W sneaked in to leave letters on the mats. I made sure posted my concerns so it’s visible to all and why did H4W not returned to enact the letters and act about the notice. On the 13/12/2021 there was concerns raised and the Police was involved. H4W was NEGLIGENT in failing to safeguard me after Debbie Gilchrist broke the glass. The Police Officer accused me of locking Debbie Gilchrist out and claimed the breaking of the glass was not malicious. H4W started acting like the TERRORIST they have become because I raised concerns in the SURVEY. Since I gave H4W my keys cut their own to enter to do their work in the Communal Way I will put on record that H4W is working with persons UNKNOWN to target me. Did H4W send Hermione Cameron to my home with some plans to harm me and my husband? The actions of H4W resulted in Debbie Gilchrist opening the letter of threats from Samantha Gibbs that she can withdraw my RIGHTS to having a MEETING. When I sent her a letter detailing why a meeting via the telephone could not address the matter. Like the letters left on the mats, Debbie Gilchrist opened the letter, and left it on the mat. She came in smashed the glass whilst her partner was inside. They stayed out their chatting whilst using cardboard to repair the damage. The Police failed to show up and H4W continue to play the TERRORIST. So, who is responsible for the summons to court from Croydon Magistrates Court? After Peju Awoye called me with threats about sending me letter to go to court and I would be EVICTED. Today’s Meeting 20/6/2022 How can any credible person come to my home to conduct a MEETING and not briefed herself about the other party who the ALLEGATIONS were made against? This person is in the job for a month. I called to speak to her, she could have at least spent half hour of her time brief herself. It is obvious this person came with one agenda. Following the events in the branch, on 1 October 2021 Barclays sent Mrs M a letter giving her two weeks’ notice that her account would be closed. In the letter Barclays advised this was in response to Mrs M’s behaviour in the branch. Mrs M also confirmed that she’s received the letter and has said it was unfair of Barclays to take that action against her. So, although I empathise with Mrs M, and acknowledge the steps she’s taken to deal with her mental health, I don’t think the staff should have to put up with that level of abusive behaviour, whether it was intended or not. Living With Chronic Anxiety
I remember my life when I was a carefree little girl Who moved from the location I was born to live at our own land? The place was Ga-Ga Street that my brother ASHTER named Palmetto Close The most abiding memory that stands out for me Was running from where we live and falling at the entrance of the Street Cutting my forehead open on the stone protruding from the ground
I am sure I got up went back home and have the scar as proof I have concluded this was a chance to build my resilience That was to see me survive one adversity after another There were many challenges to follow Which were part of the TRUAMAS I experienced With each disaster I created I was helped to carry on
I learned to cook gathering stuff from the garden But not knowing the laws of nature I suffered for my ignorance And refuse to eat certain foods There was the time dad had to cut the rings that were twisted off my finger I have the scar to prove that too
With knowledge comes power, I must have been a clumsy child. As far as I can recall I had a happy childhood as can be expected Growing up with a loving family in a village that raised me.
Being an only girl, I was more than privilege to lavish And accept the relationships with those in my family network I enjoyed the things that were part of my transitional development (I have recorded some of my cherished moments growing up ) x2
I am still trying to work out when my life was turned upside down That is the time I changed from the fearless Tom Boy To a panic-stricken little girl who was shy and covering up my nervousness
If a child lives with ridicule it learns to be shy I can recall my first panic attack when an old man threatened me For my cheekiness in taking up a dare
My Personal Challenges over the next 10+ years did not help If a child lives with criticism it learns to condemn I turned my anger unto my father’s God for allowing him to suffer And stopped going to the Townhead Baptist Church where I did not feel I belong
If a child lives with shame it learns to be guilty If a child lives with security, it learns faith The discrimination of the past 7 years stripped me of my dignity As the SYSTEMS colluded to make me a criminal in the eyes of the laws How do I come to terms with what happened to me after experiencing bereavement and losses?

20 June 2022 Housing For Women Meeting Summary Meeting Prearranged by Southwark Adult Social Care with Ms C. Smith as Mediator Call Housing For Women to Confirm the Meeting Refer to the Video Recording on my Mobile 7 Minutes 50 Seconds Time Management After speaking to the Manager from Housing For Women about the time I was expecting her to be punctual. Instead, she cruised up after 12.30 in her car. I was looking out the window and went out the door to see Ms Smith arriving. This tells me all I need to know about why H4W started treating me the way they did. But this Housing Officer is a joker, needing training. Housing For Women Breached the Contract Throughout the time since the allegations by Debbie Gilchrist and Samantha Gibbs, the staff are caught in lies from I asked Samantha Gibbs how long she worked with H4W. The Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics Because I recorded the conversations with H4W from the time Samantha Gibbs acted like the ignorant person s/he is I have evidence of the lies perpetuated by H4W. Everyone I spoken have issues with me asking how long they are employed by H4W. H4W lied about the time the manager is/was working for them. I was told the manager was working with H4W for 2 months and was away on annual leave. They said she would be back on a certain date. I asked them to get her to call me. When I called on the date, of the expected return I was informed she will be back next day. I called the next day the idiot ignorant Jovanni said the manager was in a meeting. I asked to speak to Samantha Gibbs and was told that she was in the meeting with the manager. Imagine my amusement when Jovanni claim they were in the meeting because of me. As I said I started a Defensive Practice when dealing with H4W. Housing For Women is Party to Institutional Discrimination of Mervelee Myers I was called by H4W by Rent Officer Peju Awoye another ignorant employee who was recorded threatening me to send letter to take me to court and I would be EVICTED. Could H4W be responsible for the scammers calling me from the 1/6/2022? I have a Reference Number because I had to call the Police about the caller. The same person threatening me to come to their office or I will be taken to court. Imagine what has been happening since I did a SURVEY and was asked if I want H4W to discuss the matter with me. Next thing someone from H4W sneaked in to leave letters on the mats. I made sure posted my concerns so it’s visible to all and why did H4W not returned to enact the letters and act about the notice. On the 13/12/2021 there was concerns raised and the Police was involved. H4W was NEGLIGENT in failing to safeguard me after Debbie Gilchrist broke the glass. The Police Officer accused me of locking Debbie Gilchrist out and claimed the breaking of the glass was not malicious. H4W started acting like the TERRORIST they have become because I raised concerns in the SURVEY. Since I gave H4W my keys cut their own to enter to do their work in the Communal Way I will put on record that H4W is working with persons UNKNOWN to target me. Did H4W send Hermione Cameron to my home with some plans to harm me and my husband? The actions of H4W resulted in Debbie Gilchrist opening the letter of threats from Samantha Gibbs that she can withdraw my RIGHTS to having a MEETING. When I sent her a letter detailing why a meeting via the telephone could not address the matter. Like the letters left on the mats, Debbie Gilchrist opened the letter, and left it on the mat. She came in smashed the glass whilst her partner was inside. They stayed out their chatting whilst using cardboard to repair the damage. The Police failed to show up and H4W continue to play the TERRORIST. So, who is responsible for the summons to court from Croydon Magistrates Court? After Peju Awoye called me with threats about sending me letter to go to court and I would be EVICTED. Today’s Meeting 20/6/2022 How can any credible person come to my home to conduct a MEETING and not briefed herself about the other party who the ALLEGATIONS were made against? This person is in the job for a month. I called to speak to her, she could have at least spent half hour of her time brief herself. It is obvious this person came with one agenda. Reasons I have to record to maintain my DEFENSIVE PRACTICE. Summary From the MEETING today it is evident that Housing For Women has an AGENDA to get rid of MERVELEE MYERS by fair means or foul. Am waiting to have a response from H4W to put my DEMAND in writing to H4W. H4W is the TERROR CELL staff by IGNORANT DISRESPECTFUL young people BRAINWASHED to target the TENANTS on behalf of the ABUSERS from LEYF and HMCTS and CPS and CCMCC and SRA and BSB and IOPC and JCIO and MOPAC and DBS and CLCC and Southwark Council.
