I refer to our telephone conversation on the 12th March 2024… I must inform you that my husband will be discharged from hospital sometimes next week as per his wishes to spend his last days with me at the HOME we lived together since 2001, when he chose to move in with me. Because I refused to give up my flat to move to his home at 19 Wilson Road, Camberwell, London SE5 8PB. I must assure you that my husband is getting the necessary care and attention required now that his son has been arrested to stop him and my neighbour Ms Deborah Agnes Gilchrist plotting against us.. The hospital placed Trevor Anthony Tomlinson on SAFEGUARDING, and I asked for the same to be done for Ms Gilchrist.
I am addressing your letter about your call to discuss arrangements for the appointment for the ASSESSMENT that was directed at the last hearing at the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch on 14th February 2024.
I am grateful for the instruction to psychiatrist Dr. Oyebode of Expert in Mind to take on the assessment. I am more than happy to accept the appointment barring no unforeseen events without my control occurring. I have taken notes of the enclosed letter of appointment.
The Role of the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch
I am aware of the upcoming hearing dates for the committal proceedings on 4th April 2024 and I would appreciate if I can have a consultation in advance to discuss the EVIDENCE that will be provided. This is based on some recent breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and SAFEGUARDING put in place by the hospital for my husband at 16 Alma Grove. Since Devonshires Solicitors LLP and Housing for Women are relying on the Witness Statements of parties who have SCAMMED me, is off on Long-Term Sick Leave or in the case of Narin Masera not attending because of the obvious DEFAMATION of my NAME and CHARACTER. When I was tried behind my back by a District Judge Sterlini who was involved with the striking out of my claims with Winsome Duncan who stole my MANUSCRIPT and sent Police to SECTION me. We have to make this RELEVANT to the COMMITTAL as District Judge Piagram advised me.

6 Police Officers showed up 4 names written PS 2450 AS Tanner PC 2344 AS Hunte PC 2624 AS Martinez PC 1147 AS Maddock. These Officers turned up at my door with battering RAM after the failure by the Met Police to address call out 3 times of kicking of my door. This is the day I was STRESSED out with the delivery of the EQUIPMENT for my husband’s release from hospital.

Universal Credit Migration Notice
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is sending out notice letters to people on legacy benefits including Tax Credits. People claiming these benefits are being moved to Universal Credit, which the DWP wants to replace the older benefits such as ESA, Tax Credits, and more.
It is important to note that you don’t need to claim Universal Credit if you’ve only received a leaflet from DWP telling you to get ready for Universal Credit. Wait until you receive a letter with a deadline. If you’ve received a Universal Credit migration notice letter

The third instalment of the 2023/24 Cost of Living Payment was paid to households entitled to certain benefits during qualifying periods.
Most qualified people were paid between 6 February and 22 February 2024. Payments were made automatically.
If you think you should have had this payment but you cannot see it in your account, you can report the missing payment online.

People who get severe disability premium with their legacy benefits immediately before they move to Universal Credit, receive a transitional element in their Universal Credit to compensate for the loss of this premium.
From 14 February 2024 the amount of this element will increase if they also get other disability premiums prior to moving over to Universal Credit.
Claimants already getting the transitional severe disability premium element within their Universal Credit, could be eligible for backdated payments if they were also entitled other disability premiums prior to claiming Universal Credit.

Winter Fuel Payment deadline
Winter Fuel Payment is a one-off payment made during November and December to help with heating costs for people over State Pension age. Winter Fuel Payments are usually paid automatically if you are getting certain benefits.

To benefit from Marriage Allowance, the following circumstances must apply: the couple are married or in a civil partnership one person does not pay Income Tax because any income they have is below their tax-free Personal Allowance (usually £12,570) their partner pays Income Tax at the basic rate. A new benefit, Carer Support Payment, is replacing Carer’s Allowance in Scotland. Carer Support Payment is money for people in Scotland who provide regular care to someone who has a disability.
The initial applications are available only for people in Dundee City, Perth and Kinross, and Na h-Eileanan Siar (Western Isles) for now.
The transfer of existing Carer’s Allowance claims to Carer Support Payment for claimants who live in Scotland began on 26 February 2024. Claimants living in Scotland who currently get Carer’s Allowance do not need to take any action. Their claims will be transferred to Carer Support Payment between February 2024 and Spring 2025.

Patrick and Sue have pledged to fund future breakthroughs
Patrick: “Cancer Research UK has a bold ambition of 3 in 4 surviving cancer by 2034. In 2034 my grandchildren will be 14, 16 and 18 years old and that’s a world I want them to grow up in.” Married couple Sue and Patrick are tireless fundraisers and supporters of Cancer Research UK. After both losing their first spouses to cancer, they decided to dedicate their time to support the charity.
After a year of volunteering together, love blossomed and the couple married in December 2016.
Sue and Patrick have pledged a share of their estate to Cancer Research UK. Known as a ‘residuary gift’, it’s an easy way to leave a percentage of your Will to charity after providing for your loved ones.

Together we are beating cancer for people like Anita Anita, a lead nurse in palliative care working in a hospice, was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in March 2022.
“I am grateful that my cancer was considered curative; the thing which shocked me the most was that the surgeon said I would probably have the lump in my breast for 6 to 12 months.”
After her final cycle of chemotherapy in October 2022, she had 3 weeks of radiotherapy and will undergo hormone treatment for the next 5 years.
“I signed up for Race for Life with my friends and family as I wanted to give something back to Cancer Research UK by keeping up my efforts to fundraise. It was such a humbling feeling and a great atmosphere when we arrived and we had great fun walking and running around the course. Hi Mervelee,
Dementia affects every person differently, but it also affects members of the same family differently too.
As part of our biggest ever awareness campaign, ‘We live with dementia’, we’re shining a spotlight on children whose lives have been impacted by dementia through an exhibition of their artwork across the country.
Some of our artistic young supporters have shared their drawings to express their feelings about dementia, and how it has changed their relationships with family members living with the condition.
You can visit the outdoor live exhibition this week for free at Paternoster Square, City of London, London, EC4M 7DX. Or if you’re not in the area, see if you can spot the artwork across digital displays in Birmingham, Manchester and other parts of London.

One of the pictures on display is by Jack, aged nine, whose nanny was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia when she was 70. Jack used to enjoy baking and playing with his nanny. Nowadays he looks after her by helping her to tie her shoes as well as singing and drawing together.
In his own words, ”You looked after me, now I will look after you.”

I was traumatised from entering Puberty because my Papa’s health conditions & Parkinson’s deprived me of MY FATHER for 10+ years. Despite my #HiddenDisabilities I function in every aspect of my life until 2008 – 2009.
During this period I experience the Menopause, Bereavement, #endofStudies, Discrimination which triggered and exacerbated my Mentalhealth.gov. I have a #ChronicAnxiety diagnosis from the GP when I was to do an exam re Open University UK studies sponsored by UNISON. The discrimination resulted in me becoming Paranoid and sell referring to #OccupationalHealth. I was passed fit to go back to work. In the end I was forced to resign to protect myself.
It didn’t stop there and my career was destroyed by blacklisting and networking.
Fast forward to 2017 and I am facing even more of the same. The difference is I empower myself because of the way my Mental Health was affected and the way the establishment and systems conspired and colluded against me.
My Fight4justice will expose those that are paying lip service to Mental Health Issues whilst turning blind eyes to people who are used as scapegoat and #VICTIMS to appease some psychopaths egos.

Just listening to the case of the lady who was deported to Singapore on BBC Radio 5 live . The information resonating with me is the fact it’s said she exhausted her #RightstoAppeal. Cue my situation which started after I got back from burying my mother in July 2014. After fighting my #DISCRIMINATION the union solicitor called to advice me not to appeal the trumped up #Disciplinary.
The #RIH, but it didn’t stop there. The Establishments & Systems colluded with the culprits breaching the Human Rights Act 1998, Data Protection Act 1998, Equality Act 2010 & other #RulesofLaw to make out I am like Jimmysavile. Well as @JudgeRinder states it have to be in writing. I have my #DefensivePractice to continue my Fight4justice into #ADVOCACY.
If I was not resolute I might have ended up #Homeless, provoked to #Commit_CriminalActs, ended up in a #MentalInstitution, etc…
But I have been strip of my #DIGNITY and left to depend on #BENEFITS and I am being robbed of my #Entitlements.

When I hear about these cases, I am determined to expose those who colluded and conspired to make me a #VICTIM because I was unfortunate to be affected by #TRAUMAS when my Papa was struck down with Parkinson’s. The discrimination triggered and exacerbated my fragile #MentalHealthIssues.
